[00:00.000 --> 00:06.520] The following news flash is brought to you by The Lone Star Lowdown. [00:06.520 --> 00:12.840] Markets for Monday 22 July 2019 Open with precious metals, gold at $1,429 an ounce, [00:12.840 --> 00:21.160] silver $16.45 an ounce, copper $2.75 an ounce, oil Texas crude $55.63 a barrel, Brent crude [00:21.160 --> 00:29.480] $62.47 a barrel, and cryptos in order of market cap, Bitcoin Core $10,566.52, Ethereum [00:29.480 --> 00:41.100] $227.26, XRP Ripple $0.33, Litecoin $100.31, and Bitcoin Cash is at $324.10, a crypto coin. [00:45.600 --> 00:52.280] In history, the year 1916, the Preparedness Day bombing, a time suitcase bomb, was detonated on [00:52.280 --> 00:58.000] Market Street in San Francisco during the World War I Preparedness Day Parade, killing 10 and [00:58.000 --> 01:00.040] entering 40 today in history. [01:00.040 --> 01:09.680] And recent news, since Governor Greg Abbott signed House Bill 1325 legalizing HEP and attacks his [01:09.680 --> 01:14.520] law back in June, county prosecutors around the state, including Houston, Austin and San Antonio, [01:14.520 --> 01:18.280] have been dropping marijuana possession charges and even refusing to file new ones, [01:18.280 --> 01:22.600] since they are stipulating that they do not have the time or the laboratory equipment to [01:22.600 --> 01:27.720] test the herb for THC. Margaret Moore, the Travis County District Attorney announced earlier this [01:27.720 --> 01:32.760] month that she was dismissing 32 felony possession and delivery of marijuana cases because of the [01:32.760 --> 01:37.080] law. Mr. Abbott and other state officials, including the Attorney General, stipulated in a [01:37.080 --> 01:42.000] letter to county district attorneys back on Thursday that marijuana has not been decriminalized in [01:42.000 --> 01:48.200] Texas, and that these actions demonstrate a misunderstanding of how HB 1325 works, as well [01:48.200 --> 01:54.560] as other cities, too, like the District Attorney. In El Paso, Caima Esparza, a Democrat who also [01:54.560 --> 01:59.560] stated earlier this month that the law, quote, will not have an effect on the prosecution of [01:59.560 --> 02:04.760] marijuana cases in El Paso. However, the issue was succinctly summarized by Mr. Brandon Ball, [02:04.760 --> 02:09.560] an assistant public defender in Harris County, who stated that, quote, the law is constantly [02:09.560 --> 02:13.960] changing on what makes something illegal based on its chemical makeup. It's important that if [02:13.960 --> 02:17.840] someone is charged with something, the test matches what they're charged with. [02:17.840 --> 02:27.400] A paper by Tulane University identified a five and a half inch American pocket shark. As the [02:27.400 --> 02:32.680] first of its kind in the Gulf of Mexico, the specimen being only the second pocket shark ever [02:32.680 --> 02:38.560] captured or recorded with the other one being found way back in 1979 in the East Pacific Ocean. [02:38.560 --> 02:43.720] According to the university paper, the shark secretes a luminous fluid from a gland near its [02:43.720 --> 02:50.080] front fins for the purposes hypothesized to lure and prey who may be drawn into the glow. [03:13.720 --> 03:42.120] When you were eight and you had bad traits, you thought you'd just school and learn to [03:42.120 --> 04:10.840] Okay, howdy, howdy. This is Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain, RulaBlau Radio on this, the [04:10.840 --> 04:24.200] ninth day of September 2000 and what, Brett? 2021. 2021. I just want to make sure he's [04:24.200 --> 04:34.760] awake back there. And I wanted to start out today with a growing terror. I've been looking into the [04:34.760 --> 04:44.680] mask and the pandemic and the vaccine and the virus and collecting a lot of information. I've [04:44.680 --> 04:54.360] put together a telegram channel on that subject and asked people to bring us good information, [04:54.360 --> 05:04.200] not hyperbole and not all of these videos that just explode both sides would give me good law, [05:04.200 --> 05:12.920] give me good science and they have done extremely well. And I'm looking at what is actually going [05:12.920 --> 05:28.200] on and I'm developing a emerging terror. Dr. Martin, he put out a video about the patents for [05:28.200 --> 05:39.640] these things. Corona was patented in 2003 or a patent was applied for in 2003. This COVID-19 was [05:41.080 --> 05:50.680] 2003. And you can't patent a patent, a naturally occurring organism. [05:50.680 --> 05:58.200] God made them. Maybe he could patent them. You can't. You can only patent something you made. [06:00.600 --> 06:10.840] And the vaccine patent application was filed the day after the COVID-19 virus application was filed. [06:12.840 --> 06:15.320] We should pay attention to that. That was 18 years ago. [06:15.320 --> 06:28.120] They've had this vaccine for 18 years. It is unreasonable to think they don't know [06:28.840 --> 06:36.440] exactly what it does. We're hearing all of this stuff about all the animals dying [06:36.440 --> 06:47.240] in the test and how in two years we can expect this vaccine to start manifesting very serious [06:47.240 --> 06:55.480] problems. Since I've been doing this show, we've been warned about the Rockefeller has had a plan [06:56.200 --> 07:02.840] to eliminate 90% of the population. If you've ever heard of the Georgia guide stones, [07:02.840 --> 07:11.400] these are some stones supposedly nobody knows who put them up. Do you know where they're at, Brett? [07:13.480 --> 07:19.080] I don't know. Yeah, they're somewhere in Georgia. Somebody just, somebody put these up. And on there, [07:19.080 --> 07:29.240] they tell this whole process that they're planning to, that they don't believe the population can [07:29.240 --> 07:38.200] sustain over 500 million. And their plan is to reduce the population to that amount. Well, [07:38.200 --> 07:45.800] I've been hearing this for 15 years and like, it's not the only thing I hear. So I'd like the rest of [07:45.800 --> 07:56.280] these overblown, outrageous conspiracy theories. I'm here. I'll put that one back to so much noise. [07:56.280 --> 08:08.520] Well, I'm not so certain anymore. The Delta virus, the Delta variant, that one just as the [08:09.640 --> 08:19.000] hubbub about the COVID was beginning to wear off the Delta virus, the Delta variant shows up. [08:19.000 --> 08:22.760] Well, I have a list of all of the variants. It's got like 19 of them. [08:22.760 --> 08:29.320] Well, they've got to have something to blame the vaccine problems on to say that it happens from [08:29.320 --> 08:34.680] some new variant. Yeah. And 10 days ago, they're getting this one under, you know, [08:35.880 --> 08:40.040] all the hype is beginning to wear off and realizing it's not what they're saying it was. [08:40.040 --> 08:46.200] And now we've got another one they announced 10 days ago. And this one, they actually isolated [08:46.200 --> 08:53.240] any of them. Okay, that is, that is an argument that I've heard, but I think it's a false argument. [08:54.920 --> 09:00.680] Have we, if you can't find it, then, well, we can't find the measles virus either. [09:02.120 --> 09:11.080] But we can find its effect. It's fair. Has they done that with any of these variants? [09:11.080 --> 09:18.280] No, they take it and I and get it to the point where they can give it to a healthy organism [09:18.280 --> 09:24.520] and that organism becomes sick. That is another problem they've already always had with viruses [09:25.720 --> 09:34.040] is they don't really understand how they propagate. That's always been a problem because [09:34.600 --> 09:40.680] with the Spanish flu, they put all these people in the room and they put someone with Spanish [09:40.680 --> 09:47.720] flu in the room and nobody got it. They did the same thing with COVID. Nobody's catching it. [09:48.360 --> 09:56.920] We really don't know how it propagates. We can statistically estimate how it, we can statistically [09:57.560 --> 10:03.240] determine what it is and what it does by how it acts by the effects that it has. [10:04.760 --> 10:08.360] I mean, if it walks like a duck and it squats like a duck, you'd be pretty sure it's a duck. [10:08.360 --> 10:20.760] And although we're so small, we can't see it. And viruses are, they're the, according to Watson, [10:20.760 --> 10:28.600] they kind of stand between alive and dead. They're the least sophisticated of all the [10:28.600 --> 10:35.320] organisms that we assign life to. And we only assign life to them because they're able to [10:35.320 --> 10:46.360] reproduce themselves and sometimes mutate. A lump of clay, if you seed a lump of soft clay [10:47.160 --> 10:57.720] with a piece of hard clay, hard clay solidifies into crystals. Every, the rest of that clay [10:57.720 --> 11:03.720] will develop crystals exactly like the ones you seeded them with. That's like a virus. [11:03.720 --> 11:14.040] They make exact replicas of one another. Except on occasion, a virus will spontaneously [11:14.840 --> 11:21.560] mutate and the clay doesn't. And that's where Watson said they drew the line between [11:22.200 --> 11:30.120] alive and dead. That's how close to dead a virus is. But we can't see it. We can't manipulate it. [11:30.120 --> 11:38.360] But we can look at the effect that it has. And if everybody in this location is having this exact [11:38.360 --> 11:48.280] same set of symptoms, then we can be pretty sure that's what it is, even if we can't see it. [11:49.400 --> 11:55.240] So the fact that they can't see it, now that I felt like was a red herring. [11:55.240 --> 12:02.760] That doesn't mean it's not, doesn't exist. It doesn't mean people aren't catching it. [12:03.560 --> 12:09.160] And that, I think, is a false argument. What I'm saying about it is so what? [12:11.160 --> 12:17.160] People are catching the cold, the common cold in all kinds of variations. Corona comes in all [12:17.160 --> 12:25.640] kinds of variations. The only ones that have caused pandemics have been the bio-weapons. The man-made [12:25.640 --> 12:33.800] ones, SARS and swine flu. They made those. Those are the only ones that have been a problem. That's [12:33.800 --> 12:41.400] why they banned them. And Fauci did these anyway. But at any rate, my concern is, because they [12:41.400 --> 12:51.800] did design these, were they setting us up so that not only can they eliminate a large portion of us, [12:53.000 --> 13:03.800] but also extract our estate in the process. They get everyone to take this virus. They know it's [13:03.800 --> 13:11.000] going to have long-range debilitating effects. Well, people are going to want medicines to treat [13:11.000 --> 13:20.840] the long-term effects of this drug, this bio-weapon. And they already got them. [13:23.160 --> 13:27.000] They've had it for 18 years. They already know what's going to happen. They've already got the [13:27.000 --> 13:32.600] drugs to treat what's going to happen. And it sounds like they're using us as a chemical dump [13:32.600 --> 13:40.760] to sell us all of their products and extract all of our equity and then let us die. [13:43.480 --> 13:49.400] That's my terror. Are you depressed now, Brett? [13:50.680 --> 13:53.160] No, not in the slightest. [13:53.160 --> 14:03.240] I am worried about that. Well, these are things that, for me, this goes into the category of [14:04.040 --> 14:10.280] things that are too much, too difficult for me, too far beyond. There's so many moving parts that [14:10.280 --> 14:17.000] are outside of my purview. I just have to trust God with that because I can't reach all the pieces. [14:17.000 --> 14:23.640] Even if I had enough hands to grab all the handles, there's so much that I don't understand. I just [14:23.640 --> 14:34.040] got to trust Him. Well, all I can do is keep doing what I'm doing. That's kind of motivated me to [14:34.040 --> 14:42.520] move ahead with building a questionnaire. I needed a good, effective proof of concept for my [14:42.520 --> 14:50.760] LeoEarth project. So I'm going to be building a set of documents that I'm trying to collect from [14:50.760 --> 14:57.640] the group and anybody out there listening who's had experience with your company threatening [14:57.640 --> 15:03.480] to fire you if you don't get vaccinated and fortunately wearing masks or being blocked [15:03.480 --> 15:10.280] from somewhere for not wearing a mask, send the stories to me. What I'm looking for [15:10.280 --> 15:19.400] are all the variations. I want to find all the things that they do and then write documents to [15:19.400 --> 15:29.400] address that. We're building documents where if you go to a store and they block you because of a [15:29.400 --> 15:37.480] mask, we're saying if they tell you to leave, leave. And as soon as you get outside, tell the person [15:37.480 --> 15:44.680] who told you to leave, don't go anywhere. Somebody's going to want to talk to you. Then you down 9-1-1 [15:44.680 --> 15:51.560] ask for a policeman to come down and arrest them. Then you take out your complaint that is a legal [15:51.560 --> 16:02.200] brief that briefs out this topic and shows precisely what federal law has been broken and ask the [16:02.200 --> 16:07.240] policeman to arrest the person to take my complaint and arrest the person. Well, he's going to refuse [16:07.240 --> 16:13.240] your arrest because you didn't see it occur. And then the policeman's not going to want to take your [16:13.240 --> 16:20.280] complaint. From what I've seen, the police are already getting really frustrated with this mask [16:20.280 --> 16:27.560] crap. They don't want to mess with it. They're getting called to handle these petty disputes [16:27.560 --> 16:35.560] and they're getting tired of it. So let's really get them tired of it because then they're going to [16:35.560 --> 16:41.560] say, you know, this is a civil matter. I'm not going to do anything. Then you take out your second [16:41.560 --> 16:47.480] document. You write the policeman's name on it and ask him to get his supervisor out here to arrest [16:47.480 --> 16:56.600] him. And we want him arrested right after the break. Rain to come, Bretton fountain. You thought I was [16:56.600 --> 17:03.400] going over the cliff. We'll be right back. Through advances in technology, our lives have greatly [17:03.400 --> 17:09.160] improved except in the area of nutrition. People feed their pets better than they feed themselves [17:09.160 --> 17:15.000] and it's time we changed all that. Our primary defense against aging and disease in this toxic [17:15.000 --> 17:21.000] environment is good nutrition. In a world where natural foods have been irradiated, adulterated, [17:21.000 --> 17:27.720] mutilated, young Jevity can provide the nutrients you need. Logo Shradio Network gets many requests [17:27.720 --> 17:34.200] to endorse all sorts of products, most of which we reject. We have come to trust Jevity so much. [17:34.200 --> 17:40.200] We became a marketing distributor along with Alex Jones, Ben Fuchs, and many others. Our verse by [18:35.320 --> 18:40.840] verse Bible studies will begin in the book of Matthew where we will discuss one chapter per week. [18:40.840 --> 18:46.120] Our topical Bible studies will vary each week and will explore sound doctrine as well as [18:46.120 --> 18:52.920] Christian character development. So mark your calendar and join us live on LogoShradioNetwork.com [18:52.920 --> 18:59.080] Wednesdays from 8 to 10 p.m. starting January 8th for an inspiring and motivating discussion of the [18:59.080 --> 19:15.400] scriptures. [19:29.080 --> 19:32.080] I don't have an answer [19:32.080 --> 19:34.080] I don't have an answer [19:34.080 --> 19:36.080] I don't have an answer [19:36.080 --> 19:39.080] I don't have an answer [19:39.080 --> 19:42.080] I don't have an answer [19:42.080 --> 19:44.080] I don't have an answer [19:44.080 --> 19:46.080] I don't have any issues for Searall [19:46.080 --> 19:49.080] How they want to tempt it easy [19:49.080 --> 19:53.080] They'll make a way to politically and then get you not done angry [19:53.080 --> 19:56.080] But they must stand in a pan-fighting fight [19:56.080 --> 19:59.080] For the freedom and the free [19:59.080 --> 20:01.080] And they'll let them love slavery [20:01.080 --> 20:03.080] And get handbooked by the government [20:03.080 --> 20:07.080] So they can leave the earth with the history [20:11.080 --> 20:13.080] Okay, we are back [20:13.080 --> 20:15.080] Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain, Roodleville Radio [20:15.080 --> 20:19.080] And I probably should have turned the phone lines on [20:19.080 --> 20:24.080] First thing, but I was so busy having my terror [20:24.080 --> 20:28.080] My diatribe that I forgot to turn the phone lines on [20:28.080 --> 20:32.080] No, no, I didn't forget it was Brett that forgot [20:32.080 --> 20:37.080] Oh my God, never take responsibility for my failures [20:37.080 --> 20:39.080] Okay, phone lines are open [20:39.080 --> 20:44.080] When we went out, you were talking about the cop that you wanted to get arrested [20:44.080 --> 20:47.080] Yes, after we jumped off the cliff [20:47.080 --> 20:51.080] Yes, we just run the routine on him [20:51.080 --> 20:56.080] We've been talking about the routine on this show for a long time [20:56.080 --> 21:00.080] When the policeman doesn't want to do his job [21:00.080 --> 21:05.080] Then we ask him to get his supervisor and take out our second document [21:05.080 --> 21:08.080] That's already written out for this particular issue [21:08.080 --> 21:11.080] We already have the statement of facts [21:11.080 --> 21:15.080] We can write it ahead of time because we know what they're going to do [21:15.080 --> 21:18.080] And then when the supervisor gets there and he refuses [21:18.080 --> 21:22.080] We take out the one for the supervisor [21:22.080 --> 21:27.080] And then we take out our take-hold compliance, our professional conduct complaints [21:27.080 --> 21:31.080] And just unload on them [21:31.080 --> 21:39.080] We want them to realize, say, Bubba, we played you like a cheap fiddle [21:39.080 --> 21:41.080] We had this all set up beforehand [21:41.080 --> 21:45.080] We knew exactly what you were going to do and we walked you right into it [21:45.080 --> 21:49.080] How's it feel? We're having fun yet [21:49.080 --> 21:52.080] It's about to get worse [21:52.080 --> 21:56.080] I think if we start doing that [21:56.080 --> 22:00.080] We will start ending a lot of these problems [22:00.080 --> 22:05.080] Here locally we had a county commissioners court [22:05.080 --> 22:08.080] A Zoom meeting [22:08.080 --> 22:12.080] They had their meeting on Zoom because they're terrified of the virus [22:12.080 --> 22:16.080] And a woman is using her three minutes [22:16.080 --> 22:22.080] And the county commissioners court judge didn't like what she was saying [22:22.080 --> 22:25.080] So he had her muted [22:25.080 --> 22:36.080] And said into the live mic, I will not allow people who have these negative notions [22:36.080 --> 22:43.080] And false beliefs to air them on this forum [22:43.080 --> 22:48.080] Is that a fact, Jack? [22:48.080 --> 22:51.080] What forum does he think that is? [22:51.080 --> 22:55.080] That is a really good question [22:55.080 --> 22:59.080] Well, we're going to remind him whose forum that is [22:59.080 --> 23:01.080] That bell's been rung [23:01.080 --> 23:05.080] He actually muted a couple of people that day [23:05.080 --> 23:08.080] That bell has been rung [23:08.080 --> 23:12.080] We will prepare criminal charges against him [23:12.080 --> 23:17.080] And then use the criminal charges to make as much mischief as we can [23:17.080 --> 23:21.080] And then file a civil suit against him personally [23:21.080 --> 23:26.080] And the person he told to hit the mute button [23:26.080 --> 23:30.080] That's the one we really wanted [23:30.080 --> 23:33.080] The innocent third party [23:33.080 --> 23:36.080] Just doing what she's told [23:36.080 --> 23:38.080] Just following orders [23:38.080 --> 23:41.080] We'll see how that works out for you [23:41.080 --> 23:44.080] So that's kind of the plan [23:44.080 --> 23:46.080] We know what's happening [23:46.080 --> 23:49.080] We know the steps [23:49.080 --> 23:54.080] So no more going in there blind [23:54.080 --> 23:57.080] Let's go in there and set them up [23:57.080 --> 24:00.080] Let's play them like cheap fiddles [24:00.080 --> 24:04.080] And get it to the Chief Justice of the State Supreme [24:04.080 --> 24:08.080] And the presiding judge of the Court of Criminal Appeals [24:08.080 --> 24:10.080] They danced for me [24:10.080 --> 24:13.080] And they'll dance for you [24:13.080 --> 24:15.080] We'll send our complaints to them [24:15.080 --> 24:19.080] And ensue them personally [24:19.080 --> 24:22.080] When they start getting suits coming out their ears [24:22.080 --> 24:25.080] They're going to have to take a step back and do something [24:25.080 --> 24:28.080] I'm talking to Eddie Craig [24:28.080 --> 24:33.080] And he is actually [24:33.080 --> 24:39.080] He's taken my suit and my 16-17 order issue [24:39.080 --> 24:41.080] And he's doing an Eddie Craig on it [24:41.080 --> 24:46.080] Eddie Craig takes the codes and constitutions apart [24:46.080 --> 24:49.080] In tiny little pieces [24:49.080 --> 24:52.080] And that's what we're doing right now [24:52.080 --> 24:55.080] He's mapping out the codes [24:55.080 --> 24:59.080] It is clear in Texas law [24:59.080 --> 25:07.080] That all crimes must start with an indictment [25:07.080 --> 25:10.080] 17 [25:10.080 --> 25:14.080] See Article 5, Section 17 [25:14.080 --> 25:16.080] You guys should all read that [25:16.080 --> 25:19.080] You'll say holy moly [25:19.080 --> 25:24.080] And in doing this we found some other issues [25:24.080 --> 25:31.080] They changed the Bill of Rights a number of years ago [25:31.080 --> 25:33.080] I didn't know that [25:33.080 --> 25:36.080] Eddie told me that [25:36.080 --> 25:37.080] Wait a minute, wait a minute [25:37.080 --> 25:39.080] They did what? [25:39.080 --> 25:43.080] They changed the Constitution [25:43.080 --> 25:45.080] There are parts of the Constitution you can change [25:45.080 --> 25:48.080] And parts you cannot [25:48.080 --> 25:52.080] Section 29 of Article 1 [25:52.080 --> 25:56.080] Says in order to avoid the high powers of government [25:56.080 --> 26:01.080] The rights or remedies [26:01.080 --> 26:04.080] Whatever contained in this section [26:04.080 --> 26:10.080] Shall remain inviolate in perpetuity [26:10.080 --> 26:14.080] This part can't be changed [26:14.080 --> 26:18.080] But they claim to have changed it [26:18.080 --> 26:21.080] It was a minor change [26:21.080 --> 26:23.080] Seemingly minor change [26:23.080 --> 26:26.080] But it turns out it's not very minor [26:26.080 --> 26:29.080] All changes are big changes [26:29.080 --> 26:31.080] When it goes to Constitution [26:31.080 --> 26:34.080] It had to do with the difference between [26:34.080 --> 26:37.080] A sworn statement [26:37.080 --> 26:45.080] And a verified document [26:45.080 --> 26:47.080] Wow, that touches everything [26:47.080 --> 26:49.080] Are you familiar with the difference [26:49.080 --> 26:53.080] Between sworn and verified? [26:53.080 --> 26:56.080] Eddie had to explain it to me [26:56.080 --> 27:00.080] It just didn't click at first [27:00.080 --> 27:07.080] Verified means that a notary verified [27:07.080 --> 27:11.080] That the person who signed this document [27:11.080 --> 27:16.080] Is the person he says he is [27:16.080 --> 27:20.080] A sworn document has a statement [27:20.080 --> 27:23.080] That says that all these [27:23.080 --> 27:27.080] You swear on my oath that all statements here [27:27.080 --> 27:31.080] Are true and accurate to the best of my knowledge [27:31.080 --> 27:34.080] That's a sworn statement [27:34.080 --> 27:38.080] A verified document can be just packed full of lies [27:38.080 --> 27:43.080] And all the verification says is I signed it [27:43.080 --> 27:46.080] That was really important when you get into [27:46.080 --> 27:50.080] The bits and pieces of how the codes fit together [27:50.080 --> 27:52.080] We're going to work up an argument [27:52.080 --> 27:56.080] That will really give them a headache [27:56.080 --> 27:59.080] And then pound them good and give it to everybody [27:59.080 --> 28:04.080] Okay, the board is full [28:04.080 --> 28:08.080] I was waiting for Tina [28:08.080 --> 28:11.080] Tina, I want to bring her on first [28:11.080 --> 28:14.080] Because she's got a little [28:14.080 --> 28:17.080] She was deposed the other day [28:17.080 --> 28:20.080] Yesterday, no, the day before yesterday [28:20.080 --> 28:22.080] She wants to talk about that [28:22.080 --> 28:25.080] And Olivier was supposed to call [28:25.080 --> 28:29.080] He's got some more crowing to do [28:29.080 --> 28:38.080] Tina, tell us what you've been up to [28:38.080 --> 28:42.080] I've been upsetting attorneys [28:42.080 --> 28:46.080] Specifically attorneys for the bank [28:46.080 --> 28:53.080] It's very much fun, I must say [28:53.080 --> 28:55.080] And I do [28:55.080 --> 28:59.080] When you're prepared [28:59.080 --> 29:03.080] It always is a lot of fun [29:03.080 --> 29:07.080] Yes, and I have to give credit [29:07.080 --> 29:10.080] For being on this show a lot [29:10.080 --> 29:13.080] Listening to your stories [29:13.080 --> 29:15.080] Listening to Brett [29:15.080 --> 29:18.080] Listening to people who have done all these things [29:18.080 --> 29:23.080] To realize that you are in charge [29:23.080 --> 29:25.080] When you're in court [29:25.080 --> 29:29.080] That you don't have to be intimidated [29:29.080 --> 29:34.080] That you have to open your disposal [29:34.080 --> 29:39.080] You're running me off the cliff [29:39.080 --> 29:41.080] Do I have a few seconds still? [29:41.080 --> 29:44.080] You have 20 seconds [29:44.080 --> 29:48.080] 15, oh, I'm not going to say much in 15 seconds [29:48.080 --> 29:51.080] Yeah, nice [29:51.080 --> 29:53.080] Jump, jump [29:53.080 --> 29:55.080] Yes, I'm jumping [29:55.080 --> 29:57.080] Mandy Shelton, Brett Fountain [29:57.080 --> 30:01.080] We'll be right back [30:01.080 --> 30:04.080] Businesses ask you for a lot of personal information [30:04.080 --> 30:06.080] And you may trust them to keep it safe [30:06.080 --> 30:09.080] But it turns out that even the most trusted companies [30:09.080 --> 30:11.080] May be unwittingly revealing your secrets [30:11.080 --> 30:15.080] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht, and I'll be right back with details [30:15.080 --> 30:17.080] Privacy is under attack [30:17.080 --> 30:19.080] When you give up data about yourself [30:19.080 --> 30:21.080] You'll never get it back again [30:21.080 --> 30:23.080] And once your privacy is gone [30:23.080 --> 30:26.080] You'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too [30:26.080 --> 30:27.080] So protect your rights [30:27.080 --> 30:31.080] Say no to surveillance and keep your information to yourself [30:31.080 --> 30:33.080] Privacy, it's worth hanging on to [30:33.080 --> 30:35.080] This public service announcement [30:35.080 --> 30:37.080] Is brought to you by StartPage.com [30:37.080 --> 30:39.080] The private search engine alternative [30:39.080 --> 30:41.080] To Google, Yahoo, and Bing [30:41.080 --> 30:44.080] Start over with StartPage [30:44.080 --> 30:47.080] Data privacy is a big deal [30:47.080 --> 30:49.080] So nearly every company has a policy [30:49.080 --> 30:52.080] Explaining how they handle your personal information [30:52.080 --> 30:54.080] But what happens if it escapes their control? [34:11.800 --> 34:12.800] Okay, Tina, go ahead. [34:12.800 --> 34:19.280] Okay, so, yes, so, I was confident about it. [34:19.280 --> 34:21.480] I knew it was going to be intense. [34:21.480 --> 34:25.680] Okay, wait, wait, wait, tell people what this is about. [34:25.680 --> 34:38.680] This is about a Cuitem case, the U.S. versus One West Bank, and they have a little blower [34:38.680 --> 34:44.720] called, you know, the Cuitem, it's called a relator, who worked for One West Bank and [34:44.720 --> 34:52.040] has come out and made accusations of what was really going on and how they were defrauding [34:52.040 --> 34:57.840] the government by saying they were doing all the things that they were supposed to do and [34:57.840 --> 35:02.280] signing off that they were doing, but they actually weren't doing them. [35:02.280 --> 35:09.880] So, they actually got millions of dollars from the Treasury to compensate them for things [35:09.880 --> 35:11.880] they were supposed to do but did not. [35:11.880 --> 35:15.040] And you might, quite what I'm used to. [35:15.040 --> 35:16.040] Many people. [35:16.040 --> 35:17.040] Sorry? [35:17.040 --> 35:18.040] No, go ahead. [35:18.040 --> 35:26.040] I was just hearing a lot of noise there and I'm thinking maybe we're going to be muted. [35:26.040 --> 35:27.040] Oh, okay. [35:27.040 --> 35:32.000] So, this relator, whistleblower filed this case. [35:32.000 --> 35:35.640] It was unsealed and now it is moving forward. [35:35.640 --> 35:45.160] And as a victim of that bank, I was contacted by the attorney for the relator and asked if [35:45.160 --> 35:50.120] I would give my story and I did. [35:50.120 --> 35:57.520] And then she asked me if I would be, I would agree to doing a deposition and I did. [35:57.520 --> 35:59.240] And it was quite intense. [35:59.240 --> 36:03.520] It was just over four hours. [36:03.520 --> 36:11.280] The attorney for the plaintiff asked questions first, asked me to tell my story and, you [36:11.280 --> 36:17.720] know, I did that for about 45 minutes or so, 50, and then the other side's attorney came [36:17.720 --> 36:22.880] in and talked to me and grilled me for the next couple of three hours. [36:22.880 --> 36:32.280] And they really drilled down on the lawsuits I filed and did I understand and I did not [36:32.280 --> 36:37.920] complain about the servicing issues in those lawsuits and, you know, why not? [36:37.920 --> 36:42.240] Because I didn't know I could, but I know now. [36:42.240 --> 36:47.480] And you know, trying to make me out to be the bad person, I didn't do things that I [36:47.480 --> 36:53.960] should have done and at one point I was bringing something in that I wanted to go on record [36:53.960 --> 36:59.080] and she's, I asked the questions, you just have to answer the questions that I ask and [36:59.080 --> 37:00.080] yeah, okay. [37:00.080 --> 37:06.760] And then I went on to say what I wanted to say on record. [37:06.760 --> 37:13.440] And then there was points where she was saying, asking questions, do you, have you lied to [37:13.440 --> 37:14.440] the IRS? [37:14.440 --> 37:17.160] Do you often lie to the IRS? [37:17.160 --> 37:20.960] I said, not knowingly. [37:20.960 --> 37:25.080] You know, could you tell me what you're trying to insinuate here? [37:25.080 --> 37:29.960] You know, and she kept bugging me and, do you recognize this tax return? [37:29.960 --> 37:33.880] Well, you know, do you, do you, I said this is from 2008. [37:33.880 --> 37:37.320] I said, it looks like one of mine, do I recognize it? [37:37.320 --> 37:39.640] No, it's been a few years since then. [37:39.640 --> 37:44.360] I would have to read through it thoroughly and go back to my original to see, well, do [37:44.360 --> 37:46.960] you feel that you did everything quickly? [37:46.960 --> 37:48.960] Did you tell a lie there? [37:48.960 --> 37:50.680] I don't know. [37:50.680 --> 37:52.480] I did not intentionally do anything. [37:52.480 --> 37:59.160] I filled it out and I took my deductions as everyone does, but I was allowed to do that [37:59.160 --> 38:03.000] my CPA at the time told me I could. [38:03.000 --> 38:08.520] And then she went off that topic and went back on about how I sued them here and I sued [38:08.520 --> 38:15.240] them there and then she said, and I just kept digging back and stating things that I wanted [38:15.240 --> 38:23.240] to say about the whole process and I stayed really calm and she asked me what shows I'd [38:23.240 --> 38:28.960] been on, what forums and was I looking for things that I was not to say and how many [38:28.960 --> 38:34.240] forums have I been on and was I sharing documents, they said, well, this has been going on for [38:34.240 --> 38:35.240] a number of times. [38:35.240 --> 38:39.600] I said, yes, I was researching what I could do, are you telling me I couldn't do something [38:39.600 --> 38:40.600] under the law? [38:40.600 --> 38:47.720] I said, I have a right to do whatever I could to protect my property from an illegal and [38:47.720 --> 38:48.720] fraudulent foreclosure. [38:48.720 --> 38:55.520] I have every right to file a bankruptcy to protect my property, that's what our Constitution [38:55.520 --> 38:56.520] allows us to do. [38:56.520 --> 39:03.400] Well, did you do, I said, yes, I did research what I could do to protect my property, that [39:03.400 --> 39:05.200] is my right. [39:05.200 --> 39:12.120] And then she went on about one of the lawsuits I filed and I said, yes, I recognize that [39:12.120 --> 39:17.600] judgment and she said, well, the judge said this and I said, just because a judge says [39:17.600 --> 39:21.200] it doesn't mean it's true, all right. [39:21.200 --> 39:28.280] And she said, well, this judge signed, I said, this judge had issued an order that is unsigned [39:28.280 --> 39:33.560] still today and then all the appeal court did this, I said, and that is also an unsigned [39:33.560 --> 39:34.560] order. [39:34.560 --> 39:41.840] Yes, I do know that the judge in your appeal case last year said that they would sanction [39:41.840 --> 39:47.160] you if you kept litigating, I said, yes, I know, it doesn't mean it's right. [39:47.160 --> 39:54.040] She said, okay, and then she said, well, you filed a case against them in 2015 and you [39:54.040 --> 39:59.640] filed against one witness, I said, no, I didn't, yes, you did, it's right here, I said, no, [39:59.640 --> 40:01.960] I filed against this judge. [40:01.960 --> 40:05.960] So she's pretty much acting like your prosecutor. [40:05.960 --> 40:14.040] Yes, she was and I just kept saying no, I filed that case against the substitute trustee [40:14.040 --> 40:25.360] for violation of the FDCPA for the hundred and so notices they sent me, you know, and [40:25.360 --> 40:28.600] bills we for, which is illegal under the FDCPA. [40:28.600 --> 40:36.320] Well, one list is on here in March of this, I said, no, I did not file against one list. [40:36.320 --> 40:44.760] I was ordered to add them by the judge, but I filed against this other party in December [40:44.760 --> 40:51.760] of 2014, the judge ordered me to add them, I added them, and then they wanted to be taken [40:51.760 --> 40:52.760] off. [40:52.760 --> 40:58.240] So we took them off and now you're trying to make out that I filed another case against [40:58.240 --> 41:00.560] one less than I did not. [41:00.560 --> 41:05.840] So I just kept going back, she kept saying, well, they're on this list, but I understand [41:05.840 --> 41:10.000] and then, you know, just went on about a bunch of other things, again, trying to paint me [41:10.000 --> 41:15.480] out to be bad and I kept bringing in things that she obviously didn't want me to bring [41:15.480 --> 41:16.480] in. [41:16.480 --> 41:24.720] And then right at the end, she said, well, I just have one more question and it was, [41:24.720 --> 41:30.480] are you doing this deposition to punish one with spank? [41:30.480 --> 41:33.640] And I, you know, paused and said, what are you trying to say? [41:33.640 --> 41:36.720] She said, are you doing this to punish one with spank? [41:36.720 --> 41:44.240] I said, I'm doing this deposition to bring justice and for the truth to get out. [41:44.240 --> 41:51.000] I said, I can't punish one with spank, only the courts can punish them if they see fit. [41:51.000 --> 41:54.080] And we left it at that. [41:54.080 --> 42:00.440] And I never, I never lost my temper, I never got riled up. [42:00.440 --> 42:04.200] It actually, it was very educational to do it. [42:04.200 --> 42:09.640] It was tiring because you're sitting there literally for four hours and asked, I wanted [42:09.640 --> 42:10.640] to take a break. [42:10.640 --> 42:11.640] I said, no, I'm fine. [42:11.640 --> 42:12.640] I don't need to take a break. [42:12.640 --> 42:15.720] I have my, you know, water here and my tea here. [42:15.720 --> 42:20.480] We'll keep going because the longer I kept going, they had to keep going in there on [42:20.480 --> 42:21.480] Texas time. [42:21.480 --> 42:25.440] So, you know, they were going up to six o'clock their time. [42:25.440 --> 42:31.120] So she ended it, you know, earlier than she might have done because then she would have [42:31.120 --> 42:35.360] had to go to, you know, seven or eight o'clock at night. [42:35.360 --> 42:43.680] But yes, it was, it was, you know, very interesting to take part in that process. [42:43.680 --> 42:49.840] And the attorney for the plaintiff called me afterwards and said that I did extremely [42:49.840 --> 42:56.000] good, I was a great witness that I didn't let them goad me into, you know, pushing back [42:56.000 --> 42:58.560] and saying things I shouldn't. [42:58.560 --> 43:00.560] So hopefully she was telling the truth about that. [43:00.560 --> 43:05.080] I mean, that she wasn't just saying it to be nice, but I felt good. [43:05.080 --> 43:06.560] I felt confident. [43:06.560 --> 43:09.680] I felt strong. [43:09.680 --> 43:13.720] There was a few times when I was like, what are they trying to say here? [43:13.720 --> 43:16.240] And I said, what are you trying to insinuate? [43:16.240 --> 43:17.240] What are you trying to say? [43:17.240 --> 43:20.040] Well, I'm just asking you if you signed it. [43:20.040 --> 43:21.040] Okay. [43:21.040 --> 43:26.960] You know, I'm still loud as a nona 20 to do whatever I can to protect my property. [43:26.960 --> 43:32.120] And the other side attorney said that was a good thing to say because you are allowed [43:32.120 --> 43:37.480] to do, to file bankruptcy, to file a case to try to protect your property. [43:37.480 --> 43:38.480] So there we go. [43:38.480 --> 43:39.480] That was it. [43:39.480 --> 43:40.480] I'm impressed. [43:40.480 --> 43:41.480] That's wonderful. [43:41.480 --> 43:55.000] And I wanted everybody to hear that because if you get called into deposition, think Tina [43:55.000 --> 44:14.680] Kohlbroek, yeah, I love logos without the shows on this network, I'd be almost a zignorant [44:14.680 --> 44:15.680] as my friends. [44:15.680 --> 44:16.680] I'm so addicted to the truth now that there's no going back. [44:16.680 --> 44:17.680] I need my truth pick. [44:17.680 --> 44:18.680] I'd be lost without logos. [44:18.680 --> 44:19.680] And I really want to help keep this network on the air. [44:19.680 --> 44:20.680] I'd love to volunteer as a show producer, but I'm a bit of a Luddite and I really don't [44:20.680 --> 44:21.680] have any money to give because I spent it all on supplements. [44:21.680 --> 44:22.680] How can I help logos? [44:22.680 --> 44:23.680] Well, I'm glad you asked. [44:23.680 --> 44:28.320] Whenever you order anything from Amazon, you can help logos with ordering your supplies [44:28.320 --> 44:29.320] or holiday gifts. [44:29.320 --> 44:31.520] The first thing you do is clear your cookies. [44:31.520 --> 44:37.880] Now, go to LogosRadioNetwork.com, click on the Amazon logo and bookmark it. [44:37.880 --> 44:43.520] Now when you order anything from Amazon, you use that link and Logos gets a few pesos. [44:43.520 --> 44:44.520] Do I pay extra? [44:44.520 --> 44:45.520] No. [44:45.520 --> 44:47.160] Do you have to do anything different when I order? [44:47.160 --> 44:48.160] No. [44:48.160 --> 44:49.160] Can I use my Amazon Prime? [44:49.160 --> 44:50.160] No. [44:50.160 --> 44:51.160] I mean, yes. [44:51.160 --> 44:56.040] Wow, giving without doing anything or spending any money, this is perfect. [44:56.040 --> 44:57.040] Thank you so much. [44:57.040 --> 44:58.040] We are Logos. [44:58.040 --> 44:59.040] Happy holidays, Logos. [46:42.080 --> 46:48.440] Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain, Ruleoflaw Radio, and How to Have No Lawyers in a Deposition [46:48.440 --> 46:49.440] by Tina Colbrook. [46:49.440 --> 46:50.440] That was beautiful, Peyton. [46:50.440 --> 46:51.440] Just beautiful. [46:51.440 --> 47:00.600] Well, it felt really good, and I want to just say that I think I've come a long, long way [47:00.600 --> 47:08.720] from this scared person who went into her first court case in 2015 and had to literally [47:08.720 --> 47:15.720] hold tight to the lectern to stop from shaking, and I could hear my voice shaking. [47:15.720 --> 47:21.360] I could feel my hands, my knees shaking, and I'm sitting there, like, okay, you know, [47:21.360 --> 47:26.320] another day, another dollar, and it's listening to this show constantly, listening to you [47:26.320 --> 47:31.200] talk and repeat things over and over about what's happened, listening to people like [47:31.200 --> 47:38.640] Ted Scarlett and to Scott in Texas, listening to how they've handled things and how they've [47:38.640 --> 47:42.680] grown in confidence and stature and not being nervous. [47:42.680 --> 47:48.200] You know, it's a repetition that has helped tremendously. [47:48.200 --> 47:53.640] And, you know, if you, anybody who's listening, just keep listening in. [47:53.640 --> 47:59.800] Even if they're not answering your question, they don't get to you, I learn so much from [47:59.800 --> 48:04.920] just listening to other people, even if it's not anywhere related to what I'm doing, it's [48:04.920 --> 48:10.840] just listening to how they've handled things that really helps. [48:10.840 --> 48:16.840] I had someone I was talking to once make a comment that, you know, if I'm listening to [48:16.840 --> 48:20.920] your show and I miss something, I don't have to worry about it because you'll repeat it [48:20.920 --> 48:22.440] anyway. [48:22.440 --> 48:26.800] And he kind of was being a little crappy with that. [48:26.800 --> 48:35.560] But I took that as a compliment, said yes, and I do repeat the basics over and over and [48:35.560 --> 48:38.200] over. [48:38.200 --> 48:45.360] And that's because some people have heard them before, and some people have heard them, [48:45.360 --> 48:49.640] but they haven't really sunk in enough. [48:49.640 --> 48:56.360] I keep going back to Bear Bryant when they ask him how he managed to have the winningest [48:56.360 --> 48:58.360] history in football history. [48:58.360 --> 49:03.080] I mean, the winningest, he was the winningest coach in football history. [49:03.080 --> 49:10.720] And he said three things, basics, basics, basics. [49:10.720 --> 49:11.720] And that's what we do. [49:11.720 --> 49:13.080] We go over them all the time. [49:13.080 --> 49:18.280] We go over them repeatedly so that they get locked in. [49:18.280 --> 49:22.960] And it's good to hear that when we get good results. [49:22.960 --> 49:23.960] Thank you. [49:23.960 --> 49:26.960] I'll send you your check for the plug. [49:26.960 --> 49:27.960] Please do. [49:27.960 --> 49:30.960] I have a few zeros on it, but you... [49:30.960 --> 49:37.080] And, you know, I wouldn't be able to banter like this when I first came on your show. [49:37.080 --> 49:38.080] I couldn't banter. [49:38.080 --> 49:39.440] I couldn't do all this. [49:39.440 --> 49:45.680] I was just too nervous and too inexperienced, but now, you know, you can read me, Randy. [49:45.680 --> 49:46.680] I don't care. [49:46.680 --> 49:47.680] I'll come back to you. [49:47.680 --> 49:48.680] Good. [49:48.680 --> 49:52.200] This is how we want everybody. [49:52.200 --> 49:53.200] Okay. [49:53.200 --> 49:54.200] Thank you very much, Tina. [49:54.200 --> 49:55.200] Thank you. [49:55.200 --> 49:56.200] Okay. [49:56.200 --> 49:57.200] Bye. [49:57.200 --> 50:01.200] Now we're going to go to the meanest woman in Austin, Ms. Mary. [50:01.200 --> 50:06.200] I thought I was going to sneak on your show tonight. [50:06.200 --> 50:10.080] Wait, did you say that again? [50:10.080 --> 50:14.200] I thought I was going to sneak on your show tonight on my new phone number. [50:14.200 --> 50:18.400] Oh, no, you came up in our system. [50:18.400 --> 50:20.400] You've used this number before. [50:20.400 --> 50:24.320] Yeah, I've seen this number before. [50:24.320 --> 50:25.320] This is a good one. [50:25.320 --> 50:26.320] 5,500. [50:26.320 --> 50:27.320] That's a good number. [50:27.320 --> 50:31.000] Well, I have a headset on this one. [50:31.000 --> 50:34.880] My microphone wasn't working on the other one. [50:34.880 --> 50:38.600] Okay, what are you up to today? [50:38.600 --> 50:45.720] Well, I will say when that COVID was going on in New York City and all the seniors were [50:45.720 --> 50:51.760] left to die in those nursing homes, I was thinking about all of that tax inheritance [50:51.760 --> 50:53.880] that that state was going to collect. [50:53.880 --> 50:59.280] There is a lot of tax inheritance that must have been collected, our inheritance tax [50:59.280 --> 51:01.640] upon death of all of our seniors. [51:01.640 --> 51:03.280] I just wanted to put that. [51:03.280 --> 51:11.920] And I believe that this has been a designed pandemic, but whether or not we get to help [51:11.920 --> 51:18.720] others or not, we can always use the knowledge for ourselves and our friends, so that knowledge [51:18.720 --> 51:21.920] is always a blessing. [51:21.920 --> 51:30.080] And it also looks like the Round Rock ISD group of parents have hired an attorney, a [51:30.080 --> 51:36.180] group of 12 of them, and they're suing for a quarter million dollars in Round Rock ISD [51:36.180 --> 51:37.680] on the masking. [51:37.680 --> 51:38.680] Wonderful. [51:38.680 --> 51:41.680] I want to see their pleadings. [51:41.680 --> 51:42.680] Okay. [51:42.680 --> 51:48.440] I'll hopefully see them soon at one of the next Republican meetups that I've been going [51:48.440 --> 51:49.440] to. [51:49.440 --> 51:56.720] And I might possibly plagiarize them a little bit. [51:56.720 --> 51:57.720] Very good. [51:57.720 --> 52:01.080] Is 99 percent a little bit? [52:01.080 --> 52:04.640] That's just a little bit. [52:04.640 --> 52:07.960] Well, I've got several. [52:07.960 --> 52:15.520] I'm collecting a lot of information on my telegram channel. [52:15.520 --> 52:18.360] So we were getting a lot of stuff together. [52:18.360 --> 52:30.800] There's some specific statutes in Texas under the Section for Special Needs Children. [52:30.800 --> 52:38.440] There are very specific things you can't do, and I'm looking at taking these statutes [52:38.440 --> 52:43.840] and forcing them to wear something over their faces, one of them. [52:43.840 --> 52:51.960] I'm looking to be able to classify any child who has a disability. [52:51.960 --> 53:04.960] And what the ADA is saying is that if someone is treated as if they could have the symptoms [53:04.960 --> 53:16.800] of a disease without showing that they have a disability, and this went to a case out [53:16.800 --> 53:25.880] of New Jersey where a guy had AIDS and tuberculosis, and he was not a very good patient. [53:25.880 --> 53:30.000] He didn't take his treatments, and he would just disappear from the hospital, and they [53:30.000 --> 53:35.480] were trying to have him committed. [53:35.480 --> 53:44.880] He would go into remission on the tuberculosis and then not take his medications, and then [53:44.880 --> 53:50.200] his tuberculosis would come back, and he would become infectious. [53:50.200 --> 53:54.080] So they're trying to get him committed so he wasn't infecting the community. [53:54.080 --> 54:03.840] And the US Supreme said, no, you can't discriminate against him because he might be infectious. [54:03.840 --> 54:09.880] And another suit was three gay guys wanted to rent an apartment. [54:09.880 --> 54:12.920] This is something VX on. [54:12.920 --> 54:16.760] They wanted to rent an apartment, but the guy wouldn't rent it to him because it was [54:16.760 --> 54:22.840] during the AIDS epidemic, and they were gay, and he was concerned that because they were [54:22.840 --> 54:26.680] gay, they would get AIDS. [54:26.680 --> 54:31.240] And they said, no, you can't do that. [54:31.240 --> 54:38.600] And those of us who lived through the AIDS epidemic, it was terrible, terrorizing. [54:38.600 --> 54:47.400] AIDS was a death sentence when it first started, and this guy is going to rent three gay guys, [54:47.400 --> 54:50.680] and it was a gay guy that spread AIDS. [54:50.680 --> 54:53.720] He knew he had it, he got it from another gay guy. [54:53.720 --> 55:02.240] He was an airline steward, I guess you'd call him, not stewardess, and he had sexual [55:02.240 --> 55:08.200] guys all over the country knowing he was spreading AIDS. [55:08.200 --> 55:10.800] He was like ground zero. [55:10.800 --> 55:18.200] So it was really, everybody was terrified of it, and with good cause. [55:18.200 --> 55:24.440] And in that environment, the Supreme said, no, you can't do that. [55:24.440 --> 55:29.400] You can't discriminate against someone because they might be infectious. [55:29.400 --> 55:33.560] You'd have to prove that they are. [55:33.560 --> 55:38.320] And when they ask you to wear a mask, that's because you might be infectious, goes right [55:38.320 --> 55:40.400] to that code. [55:40.400 --> 55:47.360] But the issue that I'm looking to bring is not that. [55:47.360 --> 55:49.960] I think that's a red herring. [55:49.960 --> 55:56.400] The real issue is, what is your job? [55:56.400 --> 56:04.680] Now the janitor is not coming in, instituting draconian measures to protect the children [56:04.680 --> 56:09.880] from mice or roaches or anything unsanitary. [56:09.880 --> 56:13.560] Why not? [56:13.560 --> 56:19.000] It's not his job. [56:19.000 --> 56:27.720] The school board is not, it is not their job to protect the children from disease. [56:27.720 --> 56:29.160] That's the parent's job. [56:29.160 --> 56:33.000] That's the state health authority's job. [56:33.000 --> 56:36.280] That's other people's jobs, not the school board. [56:36.280 --> 56:43.840] The school board is created under the Texas Education Agency, and the Texas Education [56:43.840 --> 56:51.720] Agency is only concerned with curriculum, academics, period. [56:51.720 --> 56:58.880] When the school board steps outside academics, they step outside their scope. [56:58.880 --> 57:03.000] If we argue anything else, we miss the point. [57:03.000 --> 57:10.800] We've waived that issue and gave them authority that they should never have had. [57:10.800 --> 57:18.800] So we're putting together some really, they'll probably be very large documents that will [57:18.800 --> 57:26.080] technically be some rather exhausted briefs on the subject. [57:26.080 --> 57:33.200] With this channel, this telegram channel, I'm collecting a huge amount of information, [57:33.200 --> 57:41.680] and we'll start going through a lot of these peer-reviewed studies and combining all of [57:41.680 --> 57:52.680] the issues in the studies into one large brief, and the make-pies available online where anybody [57:52.680 --> 57:59.760] can go online, ask a few questions, and it will create the document written to your circumstances. [57:59.760 --> 58:02.640] You sign it and send it to them. [58:02.640 --> 58:06.200] That doesn't matter if they read this or not. [58:06.200 --> 58:12.440] It doesn't matter if it's verified, it doesn't have to be a verified affidavit, you're giving [58:12.440 --> 58:17.080] them notice. [58:17.080 --> 58:23.480] Once they have notice, if you can get an e-mail on it, you e-mail it to them, e-mail is better [58:23.480 --> 58:27.200] than a certified e-mail. [58:27.200 --> 58:34.480] E-mail leaves indulable tracks, right, I can tell you about that. [58:34.480 --> 58:39.560] Leaves tracks in every server it passes through, you can't erase them. [58:39.560 --> 58:46.600] So if a parent says, I e-mailed this to you, you received it, you can prove it, and they [58:46.600 --> 58:50.600] can't prove otherwise, so they've been given notice. [58:50.600 --> 58:56.040] The Bible remains the most popular book in the world, yet countless readers are frustrated [58:56.040 --> 58:58.840] because they struggle to understand it. [58:58.840 --> 59:04.240] Some new translations try to help by simplifying the text, but in the process can compromise [59:04.240 --> 59:07.480] the profound meaning of the Scripture. [59:07.480 --> 59:09.240] Enter the recovery version. [59:09.240 --> 59:15.160] First, this new translation is extremely faithful and accurate, but the real story is the more [59:15.160 --> 59:18.880] than 9,000 explanatory footnotes. [59:18.880 --> 59:23.880] Difficult and profound passages are opened up in a marvelous way, providing an entrance [59:23.880 --> 59:28.600] into the riches of the Word beyond which you've ever experienced before. [59:28.600 --> 59:33.760] Bibles for America would like to give you a free recovery version simply for the asking. [01:00:01.120 --> 01:00:07.200] The following use flash is brought to you by the Lone Star Lowdown. [01:00:07.200 --> 01:00:13.640] Markets for Monday the 22nd of July 2019 open with precious metals, gold at $1,429 an ounce, [01:00:13.640 --> 01:00:21.440] silver at $16.45 an ounce, copper at $2.75 an ounce, oil at Texas Crude at $55.63 a barrel, [01:00:21.440 --> 01:00:29.760] Brent Crude at $62.47 a barrel, and cryptos in order of market cap, Bitcoin Core at $10,566.52, [01:00:29.760 --> 01:00:46.560] Ethereum at $227.26, XRP Ripple at $0.33, Litecoin at $100.31, and Bitcoin Cash at $324.10 a crypto coin. [01:00:46.560 --> 01:00:52.840] In history, the year 1916, the Preparedness Day bombing, a tying suitcase bomb, was detonated [01:00:52.840 --> 01:00:58.160] on Market Street in San Francisco during the World War I Preparedness Day Parade, killing [01:00:58.160 --> 01:01:05.160] 10 and entering 40 today in history. [01:01:05.160 --> 01:01:06.160] And recent news. [01:01:06.160 --> 01:01:11.000] Since Governor Greg Abbott signed House Bill 1325 legalizing hemp into taxes law back in [01:01:11.000 --> 01:01:15.520] June, county prosecutors around the state, including Houston, Austin, and San Antonio, [01:01:15.520 --> 01:01:19.520] have been dropping marijuana possession charges and even refusing to file new ones since they [01:01:19.520 --> 01:01:23.640] are stipulating that they do not have the time or the laboratory equipment to test the [01:01:23.640 --> 01:01:28.360] herb for THC. Margaret Moore, the Travis County District Attorney, announced earlier this [01:01:28.360 --> 01:01:33.320] month that she was dismissing 32 felony possession and delivery of marijuana cases because of [01:01:33.320 --> 01:01:34.320] the law. [01:01:34.320 --> 01:01:38.000] Mr. Abbott and other state officials, including the Attorney General, stipulated in a letter [01:01:38.000 --> 01:01:42.520] that county district attorneys back on Thursday that marijuana has not been decriminalized [01:01:42.520 --> 01:01:48.680] in Texas and that these actions demonstrate a misunderstanding of how HB 1325 works, as [01:01:48.680 --> 01:01:54.920] well as other cities, too, like the District Attorney in El Paso, Kaima Esparza, a Democrat [01:01:54.920 --> 01:01:59.400] who also stated earlier this month that the law, quote, will not have an effect on the [01:01:59.400 --> 01:02:02.200] prosecution of marijuana cases in El Paso. [01:02:02.200 --> 01:02:07.200] However, the issue was succinctly summarized by Mr. Brandon Ball, an assistant public defender [01:02:07.200 --> 01:02:11.200] in Harris County, who stated that, quote, the law is constantly changing on what makes [01:02:11.200 --> 01:02:13.920] something illegal based on its chemical makeup. [01:02:13.920 --> 01:02:17.800] It's important that if someone is charged with something, the test matches what they're [01:02:17.800 --> 01:02:23.000] charged with. [01:02:23.000 --> 01:02:27.640] A paper by Tulane University identified a five and a half inch American pocket shark [01:02:27.640 --> 01:02:32.800] as the first of its kind in the Gulf of Mexico, the specimen being only the second pocket [01:02:32.800 --> 01:02:38.440] shark ever captured or recorded with the other one being found way back in 1979 in the East [01:02:38.440 --> 01:02:39.920] Pacific Ocean. [01:02:39.920 --> 01:02:44.200] According to the university paper, the shark secretes a luminous fluid from a gland near [01:02:44.200 --> 01:02:50.480] its front fins for the purposes hypothesized to lure and prey who may be drawn into the [01:02:50.480 --> 01:03:17.280] glow. [01:03:50.480 --> 01:04:18.680] Okay, okay, we are back. Randy Kelton, Brett Felton, Ruella Radio. We're talking Mary [01:04:18.680 --> 01:04:29.440] and Texas. We're having too much fun on the break. Okay, Mary, how is your pack going? [01:04:29.440 --> 01:04:39.120] Everything's going really good. I've made a lot of connections with politicians and other [01:04:39.120 --> 01:04:47.320] organizations and it's just it's been a really busy couple of weeks and I've just had so much [01:04:47.320 --> 01:04:55.760] fun and basically things are on the move and looking good. I've gotten a lot of great [01:04:55.760 --> 01:05:01.600] reception and a lot of the politicians and leaders from Dallas, Republican leaders from [01:05:01.600 --> 01:05:10.240] Dallas and Houston. I went, met Chip Roy at a barbecue from Dallas and made good connections [01:05:10.240 --> 01:05:16.680] to his assistant and told him about what I'm doing specifically on the election fraud and [01:05:16.680 --> 01:05:22.320] with a criminal complaint and what my pack is going to be doing. They're all really interested [01:05:22.320 --> 01:05:31.040] and they all accepted the premise and some were very excited. The governor's office is [01:05:31.040 --> 01:05:37.560] going to be watching my case. I've got contacts with them and just been making a lot of friends. [01:05:37.560 --> 01:05:44.560] No, wait a minute, wait a minute. Is the governor's office going to be watching your case or [01:05:44.560 --> 01:05:53.800] keeping an eye on you? No, I think they're going to be helping. I've basically been coordinated [01:05:53.800 --> 01:05:59.080] who I could also talk to in the Republican Party GOP and the executive committees and [01:05:59.080 --> 01:06:05.600] learn-to-go who to talk to and just to infrastructure. Okay, good. So maybe the governor wants to [01:06:05.600 --> 01:06:10.880] be on the side of the people who are filing criminal complaints and not being the one [01:06:10.880 --> 01:06:20.520] getting them. Well, I mentioned your name to him at a barbecue and he- Oh boy. He sort [01:06:20.520 --> 01:06:26.880] of got a little glint in his eye for a second, but he remained really polite and I was very, [01:06:26.880 --> 01:06:35.280] very polite and this is about three months ago and he seemed to respect me a little more, [01:06:35.280 --> 01:06:40.000] I thought, after I dropped your name. I said, I know it's kind of a controversial figure, [01:06:40.000 --> 01:06:50.480] but I've been listening to Mr. Kelton on Rural Law Radio and I'm going to be doing some criminal [01:06:50.480 --> 01:06:59.800] complaints on officials and then on the DA if they no-bill an official complaint. Which [01:06:59.800 --> 01:07:08.560] does that bring me to a question? It's illegal for them, you say, to no-bill a criminal complaint [01:07:08.560 --> 01:07:22.360] on an official? No, no, no. What's illegal is for a prosecuting attorney to elect not [01:07:22.360 --> 01:07:34.880] to prosecute. They've allowed attorneys to decide not to prosecute a case. They've essentially [01:07:34.880 --> 01:07:41.720] given them first blush, but in the matter of a complaint against a public official, they're [01:07:41.720 --> 01:07:50.760] absolutely forbidden. 2.03 special statute for that purpose. They're required to give [01:07:50.760 --> 01:07:55.440] a complaint. If they get a complaint against a public official, they're to reduce the complaint [01:07:55.440 --> 01:08:06.360] or information and submit it to the court or the grand jury. It's talking to Eddie today [01:08:06.360 --> 01:08:13.440] about that statute. It's a little more involved than just submit it to the grand jury. They [01:08:13.440 --> 01:08:19.560] can also submit it to the clerk of the court of jurisdiction. Yeah, the court that would [01:08:19.560 --> 01:08:25.000] have jurisdiction to hear it. But when that court gets it, then since there hasn't been [01:08:25.000 --> 01:08:32.480] an examining trial, the court must first act in the capacity to have a magistrate and make [01:08:32.480 --> 01:08:40.280] a determination of probable cause. Without it, the court has no jurisdiction. Then once [01:08:40.280 --> 01:08:45.600] they make a determination of probable cause, they're to seal all documents they use to [01:08:45.600 --> 01:08:51.520] make that determination in an envelope and forward it to the clerk of the court of jurisdiction [01:08:51.520 --> 01:08:59.960] under 17.30, Texas Code of Criminal Procedure. The clerk under 17.31 is required to keep [01:08:59.960 --> 01:09:06.080] all those documents safe and deliver them up to the next grand jury. Because the Constitution [01:09:06.080 --> 01:09:15.840] says there must be an indictment in every criminal case. Felony, misdemeanor, traffic, [01:09:15.840 --> 01:09:26.840] every criminal case, there must be an indictment. In this case, where the trial court judge [01:09:26.840 --> 01:09:34.680] receives the complaint, he's to hold an examining trial, give the records to the clerk. The [01:09:34.680 --> 01:09:42.400] clerk is to give them to the grand jury. Then we get an indictment and then they can move [01:09:42.400 --> 01:09:54.240] ahead. So the no bill is not an auction at this point? It's an always an option of the [01:09:54.240 --> 01:10:02.280] grand jury to no bill. But this is the way Eddie's really taking this apart in detail. [01:10:02.280 --> 01:10:11.360] What it actually says in the Constitution is if the indictment is quashed, the prosecution [01:10:11.360 --> 01:10:23.160] can proceed on the information. The court cannot get jurisdiction without an indictment. But [01:10:23.160 --> 01:10:31.080] once they have an indictment, if that indictment is quashed, the court can maintain jurisdiction [01:10:31.080 --> 01:10:40.400] based on an information. Probably a subject we should get Eddie on and go through in detail [01:10:40.400 --> 01:10:47.680] for that all to make sense. It's a real fine reading of the codes and the Constitution [01:10:47.680 --> 01:10:59.200] how they all stitch together. I'm going to see if I can get Eddie to come on tomorrow [01:10:59.200 --> 01:11:11.440] and we'll kick this around on the air. Okay, so basically once I write the complaint [01:11:11.440 --> 01:11:22.320] on the election judge, the DA, if I find that it's been no bill or if I find that it was [01:11:22.320 --> 01:11:30.000] not heard, then I know the DA was complicit. Yes, because he's commanded to give it to [01:11:30.000 --> 01:11:40.000] the grand jury. Now how do I find out if the grand jury no billed it? You can request [01:11:40.000 --> 01:11:47.320] a transcript of the grand jury hearings. What a prosecutor says to the grand jury is public. [01:11:47.320 --> 01:11:52.360] It's required to be recorded. There has to be a court reporter. There'll be a record [01:11:52.360 --> 01:11:58.080] of it and you have a right to it. So say that I find the DA's infallibility [01:11:58.080 --> 01:12:04.040] with his treatment of the grand jury and my criminal complaint. Would I then go to the [01:12:04.040 --> 01:12:11.440] attorney general? No, then you go straight to the grand jury. You could go to the attorney [01:12:11.440 --> 01:12:19.960] general. Well, I don't want to go one, two, and three. It used to be that the attorney [01:12:19.960 --> 01:12:28.240] general only had prosecutorial power in the matter of a violation of the Open Records [01:12:28.240 --> 01:12:39.840] Act by a prosecuting attorney. But a few years ago they changed the 3903 to extend jurisdiction [01:12:39.840 --> 01:12:46.800] to the attorney general in the matter of a criminal complaint against a public official. [01:12:46.800 --> 01:12:51.640] In that case, the attorney general can have original jurisdiction. So if your complaint [01:12:51.640 --> 01:12:58.600] is against your district attorney, then you can take that complaint to the attorney general [01:12:58.600 --> 01:13:07.120] and he will have original jurisdiction. He'll claim he doesn't. Okay. I had him do that. [01:13:07.120 --> 01:13:16.000] Did you have taxed and do it? Not him directly, but one of his people. His people don't know [01:13:16.000 --> 01:13:23.640] what's going on. They do what they've always done, but the law has changed recently and [01:13:23.640 --> 01:13:30.880] they don't keep up with it. They want to keep doing what they've always done. So we know [01:13:30.880 --> 01:13:39.760] better so we can bring them up to speed. Okay. I did want to add to your first statement [01:13:39.760 --> 01:13:47.600] about a growing terror about them taking our assets during illness and death that they [01:13:47.600 --> 01:13:53.760] have been doing that with false arrest and false illness with the prison industrial complex [01:13:53.760 --> 01:14:00.840] and the medical industrial complex for decades. So this is not a new thing. The whole population [01:14:00.840 --> 01:14:06.200] explosion is something the state has enjoyed great benefits from. [01:14:06.200 --> 01:14:11.160] Yes. And big format as well. [01:14:11.160 --> 01:14:21.200] I do have a couple of questions which I'll bring tomorrow night about a former employer. [01:14:21.200 --> 01:14:29.560] There was an issue about a year and a half ago and I wanted to maybe throw a little lawsuit [01:14:29.560 --> 01:14:38.200] out before I reach my two years statute on them. And thinking about the lawsuit having [01:14:38.200 --> 01:14:46.040] to do with COVID type issues, I decided to stack up as many issues as I could, a hostile [01:14:46.040 --> 01:14:51.560] work environment, et cetera, pain and suffering. So maybe tomorrow night we can go in a few [01:14:51.560 --> 01:14:58.360] elements and maybe a couple of timelines. Good. Okay. That goes to the horse dumpling [01:14:58.360 --> 01:15:06.520] principle. Horse dumplings are kind of dry and grassy. But if you throw enough of them [01:15:06.520 --> 01:15:11.280] up against the wall, one of them is going to stick. [01:15:11.280 --> 01:15:19.000] Well, there's a few questions on tactics and also maybe if I do hire a firm, I know the [01:15:19.000 --> 01:15:25.680] number I would request would go up quite a bit. But there's just a few ideas I wanted [01:15:25.680 --> 01:15:29.760] to kick around with y'all. Okay. So call us Marnette. [01:15:29.760 --> 01:15:34.680] Thank you guys so much. Thank you, Brad. I really appreciate you, sir. You're doing [01:15:34.680 --> 01:15:39.160] a fabulous job. And you, of course, Randy, thank you for being a long-time trooper. [01:15:39.160 --> 01:15:44.960] You've always treated us well. Okay. Thank you, Mary. Now we're going to [01:15:44.960 --> 01:15:50.320] go to Larry in Arizona. Hello, Larry. What do you have for us today? [01:15:50.320 --> 01:15:56.320] Good evening, gentlemen. You guys, I have wanted to ask you about the pandemic stuff [01:15:56.320 --> 01:16:03.760] for a while. Last spring, one, I was denied access to the courthouse, a refusal to wear [01:16:03.760 --> 01:16:12.560] a mask. And that was one thing. But then I had been in the emergency room for a day [01:16:12.560 --> 01:16:18.560] and had a bunch of tests and things. And when I went to my doctor's office, they refused [01:16:18.560 --> 01:16:24.200] to let me in without a mask. I told the woman, I said, I have had a preexisting condition [01:16:24.200 --> 01:16:30.720] for 50 years. I am not going to wear a mask. She said, well, if you wear a face shield, [01:16:30.720 --> 01:16:36.920] well, we would let that substitute. I said, face shield doesn't protect me or anyone from [01:16:36.920 --> 01:16:44.360] anything except for fluids. Your music is coming on, Randy. Are you out of time? [01:16:44.360 --> 01:16:51.360] Almost. Randy Helton, Brett Fountain, Rudeville Radio. I'm not going to give out the calling [01:16:51.360 --> 01:16:56.920] number. We've got a full board and only three segments left. So hang on. We'll be right [01:16:56.920 --> 01:17:03.640] back. Logos Radio Network welcomes a new show to [01:17:03.640 --> 01:17:09.320] our lineup for the new year. Our topical Bible studies [01:17:42.520 --> 01:17:48.520] will vary each week and will explore sound doctrine as well as Christian character development. [01:17:48.520 --> 01:17:55.600] So mark your calendar and join us live on LogosRadioNetwork.com Wednesdays from 8 to 10 p.m. starting [01:17:55.600 --> 01:18:01.520] January 8th for an inspiring and motivating discussion on the Scriptures. [01:18:01.520 --> 01:18:06.200] Through advances in technology, our lives have greatly improved, accepting the area of [01:18:06.200 --> 01:18:11.200] nutrition. People feed their pets better than they feed themselves and it's time we changed [01:18:11.200 --> 01:18:17.360] all that. Our primary defense against aging and disease in this toxic environment is good [01:18:17.360 --> 01:18:23.240] nutrition. In a world where natural foods have been irradiated, adulterated, and mutilated, [01:18:23.240 --> 01:18:28.760] young Jeviti can provide the nutrients you need. LogosRadioNetwork gets many requests [01:18:28.760 --> 01:18:34.120] to endorse all sorts of products, most of which we reject. We have come to trust Jeviti [01:18:34.120 --> 01:18:40.000] so much. We became a marketing distributor along with Alex Jones, Ben Fuchs, and many [01:18:40.000 --> 01:18:46.920] others. When you order from LogosRadioNetwork.com, your health will improve as you help support [01:18:46.920 --> 01:18:54.000] quality radio. As you realize the benefits of Jeviti, you may want to join us. As a distributor, [01:18:54.000 --> 01:19:00.120] you can experience improved health, help your friends and family, and increase your income. [01:19:00.120 --> 01:19:07.120] For more information on Jeviti, please visit LogosRadioNetwork.com. [01:19:30.120 --> 01:19:45.120] All right, we are back, rule of law radio. Randy Kelton, I'm Brett Fountain, and we [01:19:45.120 --> 01:19:55.120] are talking with Larry in Arizona. So Larry, we went out, why don't you just go right ahead. [01:19:55.120 --> 01:20:02.120] Okay, so this witch at the doctor's office tells me, no, you cannot see the doctor unless [01:20:02.120 --> 01:20:08.800] you wear a mask or a face shield. So it's not going to happen. And we went back and forth. [01:20:08.800 --> 01:20:12.120] I told her, I said, you know, let me see the doctor, I'm going to sue you. She said, leave [01:20:12.120 --> 01:20:20.120] the office. So I did. Now, just as a side note, I'm almost Randy's age, so I'm a Medicare [01:20:20.120 --> 01:20:28.120] recipient. Now, I've been a patient in this office for over a dozen years. And I'm kind [01:20:28.120 --> 01:20:34.120] of curious, is that if that was an impairment of my contract with Medicare? [01:20:34.120 --> 01:20:39.120] Oh, interesting to tell you to leave the office. [01:20:39.120 --> 01:20:54.120] That is a good point. Thank you. You see, you got me well. [01:20:54.120 --> 01:20:59.120] Impaired the contract with Medicare. I hadn't thought of that one. Scott Richardson, where [01:20:59.120 --> 01:21:07.120] are you? Scott Richardson, that's good. He's my Medicare guy. See, you guys are on Medicare [01:21:07.120 --> 01:21:13.120] and you have any questions concerning Medicare. Scott is the guy to go to. [01:21:13.120 --> 01:21:20.120] Okay, a couple days after this altercation in the doctor's office, I get a letter signed [01:21:20.120 --> 01:21:29.120] by the doctor discharging me as his patient. Forever. [01:21:29.120 --> 01:21:42.120] Oh, then you need to hit him with the American Medical Association, a complaint against it. [01:21:42.120 --> 01:21:47.120] Now, it's so final. What would that bind us? [01:21:47.120 --> 01:21:52.120] Oh, it would give him major, major grief. Oh, really? [01:21:52.120 --> 01:22:02.120] Unlike bar grievances, the American Medical Association takes these things very serious. [01:22:02.120 --> 01:22:09.120] Oh, okay. And then I've never had to argue with Medicare. I presume, can I file a complaint [01:22:09.120 --> 01:22:15.120] with Medicare? I'm sure you can. [01:22:15.120 --> 01:22:22.120] Okay. And so, then give me another hint. So, when I tried to go in the courthouse, I said, [01:22:22.120 --> 01:22:28.120] I don't have a mask where you have to wear a mask. So, they give me a piece of cardboard [01:22:28.120 --> 01:22:35.120] with no holes in it with a little elastic deal to put over your ears. And I told them, [01:22:35.120 --> 01:22:41.120] I said, there's no way I'm going to wear that. I mean, it was just a useless piece of cardboard. [01:22:41.120 --> 01:22:45.120] And they said, no, you can't come to the courthouse unless you wear that. [01:22:45.120 --> 01:22:48.120] Did you call 911? [01:22:48.120 --> 01:22:53.120] No, I didn't that day. It was close to closing and I was in a hurry. [01:22:53.120 --> 01:23:01.120] I did. And it was so much fun. I got a sergeant out there and he knew me. [01:23:01.120 --> 01:23:06.120] There were two sergeants there. One of them was the one that wound up arresting me later. [01:23:06.120 --> 01:23:13.120] And Randy Iser, he was the first sergeant that came to answer my complaint. [01:23:13.120 --> 01:23:18.120] And he asked, can we step outside so we don't disturb everybody in here? I said, sure. [01:23:18.120 --> 01:23:24.120] And I'm asking him, under what authority you asked me, you require this mask? [01:23:24.120 --> 01:23:30.120] And he said, well, we have to follow our rules. I said, whose rules? [01:23:30.120 --> 01:23:37.120] I'm trying to get him to tell me the governor's. But he's himming it on and he finally said, [01:23:37.120 --> 01:23:42.120] well, we have to do what the sheriff tells us. [01:23:42.120 --> 01:23:48.120] And I turned to Riggs, the one who wound up arresting me. I said, Riggs, did you hear that? [01:23:48.120 --> 01:23:54.120] He just threw the sheriff onto the bus. And Riggs kind of laughed and he said, Randy, [01:23:54.120 --> 01:24:00.120] not me, the other Randy, you want to back time up a few seconds and redo that? [01:24:00.120 --> 01:24:05.120] Oh, come on, guys, cut it off. [01:24:05.120 --> 01:24:11.120] So you missed all that fun. [01:24:11.120 --> 01:24:15.120] So anyway, five criminal charges against the sheriff. [01:24:15.120 --> 01:24:20.120] I'm going to ask him to sue this doctor. [01:24:20.120 --> 01:24:30.120] Yeah, you had a right to medical treatment. He had a contract, sue him for breach contract. [01:24:30.120 --> 01:24:34.120] Okay, and you do that in the Fed, in the Fed, because it's Medicare? [01:24:34.120 --> 01:24:36.120] Absolutely. [01:24:36.120 --> 01:24:38.120] Okay. [01:24:38.120 --> 01:24:44.120] And in the Fed now, just talking to Mardishe, he's in a federal case. [01:24:44.120 --> 01:24:54.120] They're supposed to give you a inability to pay form. [01:24:54.120 --> 01:24:58.120] It's all in the package when you file. [01:24:58.120 --> 01:25:01.120] You get the feds to pay for it. [01:25:01.120 --> 01:25:09.120] Since you're an old guy like me and we're on Medicare and we're retired, [01:25:09.120 --> 01:25:18.120] we're indigent and they pay all our bills for us, you get to beat them all up. [01:25:18.120 --> 01:25:22.120] Okay, let me ask you two other quick questions before I get off here. [01:25:22.120 --> 01:25:28.120] Okay, if your state official does a violation against the Constitution, [01:25:28.120 --> 01:25:36.120] what class, the state constitution, excuse me, what class of offense is that? [01:25:36.120 --> 01:25:39.120] It's always official misconduct. [01:25:39.120 --> 01:25:43.120] You're in Arizona, they'll call it official misconduct. [01:25:43.120 --> 01:25:51.120] In Texas, they call it official oppression, but Texas is the only state that makes that distinction. [01:25:51.120 --> 01:25:57.120] Official misconduct in Texas is where you misappropriate public funds. [01:25:57.120 --> 01:26:01.120] If you deny a citizen a right, that's official oppression. [01:26:01.120 --> 01:26:08.120] But every other state I've looked at lump them all under official misconduct. [01:26:08.120 --> 01:26:17.120] He denied you a public court for some arbitrary and complacent reason. [01:26:17.120 --> 01:26:20.120] Oh, okay. [01:26:20.120 --> 01:26:23.120] He will claim that he had standing to do that. [01:26:23.120 --> 01:26:29.120] Well, let's argue that. Let's see what a grand jury thinks of that. [01:26:29.120 --> 01:26:32.120] Okay. [01:26:32.120 --> 01:26:34.120] Okay, one more quick question. [01:26:34.120 --> 01:26:42.120] Last week when I talked to you guys, I was telling you about a young lady that they are really hammering her with an ordinance. [01:26:42.120 --> 01:26:49.120] And I told you the prosecutor was going after her because she didn't believe the ordinance applied to her. [01:26:49.120 --> 01:27:01.120] Well, another complaint went into the court, and this time the prosecutor says he's going to bring up this woman's felony record. [01:27:01.120 --> 01:27:11.120] And he doesn't say supposed or alleged, but he says he's going to bring up her felony record in this court document. [01:27:11.120 --> 01:27:21.120] Well, this young lady is a federal air traffic controller with a spotless record. [01:27:21.120 --> 01:27:22.120] Interesting. [01:27:22.120 --> 01:27:26.120] She never had anything close. She's never charged with anything in her life. [01:27:26.120 --> 01:27:29.120] But yet this prosecutor has... [01:27:29.120 --> 01:27:32.120] Has she bar-grieved him? [01:27:32.120 --> 01:27:35.120] We bar-grieved him almost 10 times now. [01:27:35.120 --> 01:27:38.120] Oh, that's why he's so PO. [01:27:38.120 --> 01:27:47.120] Oh, I'm sure this guy is... I mean, if your theory is right, this guy is history as soon as the underwriters get to apply. [01:27:47.120 --> 01:27:50.120] Yeah. Do you need to file criminally against him? [01:27:50.120 --> 01:27:52.120] Yeah, criminal charges. [01:27:52.120 --> 01:28:03.120] I do find that the only ones that seem to be able to survive multiple bar grievances are the ones that are not paying for their own insurance. [01:28:03.120 --> 01:28:11.120] Some district attorney or county attorney, and then the prices might be going up, and yeah, it might be embarrassing to them. [01:28:11.120 --> 01:28:18.120] They might get a lot of flack at the office, but they might even lose their job. [01:28:18.120 --> 01:28:26.120] But they don't feel the dollar signs like most attorneys do. [01:28:26.120 --> 01:28:29.120] This should get retaliation. [01:28:29.120 --> 01:28:34.120] Okay, so now what would the criminal charge be? [01:28:34.120 --> 01:28:40.120] Almost every state has a retaliation statute. [01:28:40.120 --> 01:28:42.120] Obstruction, retaliation. [01:28:42.120 --> 01:28:44.120] Okay. [01:28:44.120 --> 01:28:53.120] They're generally together. If it doesn't, you can always go to 18 U.S. Code 242. [01:28:53.120 --> 01:28:56.120] Drag him into federal court. [01:28:56.120 --> 01:28:58.120] Okay, so you'd drag him into federal court. Okay. [01:28:58.120 --> 01:29:02.120] Okay, so that just brings me to a magistrate question. [01:29:02.120 --> 01:29:06.120] I'm sorry I said that wrong. You won't drag him into federal court. [01:29:06.120 --> 01:29:16.120] What you'll do is go after the special agent charge of the FBI and get him upset at this prosecutor. [01:29:16.120 --> 01:29:22.120] Because you'll hammer the special agent and the U.S. attorney. [01:29:22.120 --> 01:29:36.120] And since he is an air traffic controller, his allegations of felony charges would go to defamation. [01:29:36.120 --> 01:29:41.120] Okay, this is getting better. [01:29:41.120 --> 01:29:49.120] But you can't sue prosecutors. [01:29:49.120 --> 01:29:54.120] If you accuse him of retaliation, that would be beyond scope. [01:29:54.120 --> 01:30:03.120] Hang on. Go into our sponsors. Be right back. [01:30:03.120 --> 01:30:10.120] Reality TV, sugar, obesity, jet lag, the list of things that makes us dumber just keeps on growing. [01:30:10.120 --> 01:30:13.120] But now researchers say we can add stress to the list. [01:30:13.120 --> 01:30:17.120] I'm Dr. Kaepernald Brecht. Back with details in a moment. [01:30:17.120 --> 01:30:23.120] Privacy is under attack. When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again. [01:30:23.120 --> 01:30:28.120] And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too. [01:30:28.120 --> 01:30:33.120] So protect your rights. Say no to surveillance and keep your information to yourself. [01:30:33.120 --> 01:30:36.120] Privacy. It's worth hanging on to. [01:30:36.120 --> 01:30:43.120] This message is brought to you by StartPage.com, the private search engine alternative to Google, Yahoo, and Bing. [01:30:43.120 --> 01:30:46.120] Start over with StartPage. [01:30:46.120 --> 01:30:49.120] Are you always on the go and juggling multiple projects? [01:30:49.120 --> 01:30:53.120] If so, you might think that multitasking proves you're smart. [01:30:53.120 --> 01:30:57.120] But think again, all that stress might be eating your brain. [01:30:57.120 --> 01:31:01.120] A new study finds stress reduces the number of connections between neurons, [01:31:01.120 --> 01:31:05.120] which actually makes it harder for people to manage problems. [01:31:05.120 --> 01:31:11.120] Researchers at Yale University found that stressed-out people have less gray matter in their prefrontal cortex. [01:31:11.120 --> 01:31:16.120] That's the part of the brain that helps us weigh conflicting ideas and regulate our emotions. [01:31:16.120 --> 01:31:22.120] So take a deep breath and chill out. It'll help keep your mind as sharp as a tack. [01:31:22.120 --> 01:31:27.120] I'm Dr. Katherine Albrecht for StartPage.com, the world's most private search engine. [01:31:32.120 --> 01:31:37.120] This is Building 7, a 47-story skyscraper that fell on the afternoon of September 11. [01:31:37.120 --> 01:31:39.120] The government says that fire brought it down. [01:31:39.120 --> 01:31:44.120] However, 1,500 architects and engineers have concluded it was a controlled demolition. [01:31:44.120 --> 01:31:47.120] Over 6,000 of my fellow service members have given their lives. [01:31:47.120 --> 01:31:50.120] And thousands of my fellow first responders have died. [01:31:50.120 --> 01:31:51.120] I'm not a conspiracy theorist. [01:31:51.120 --> 01:31:52.120] I'm a structural engineer. [01:31:52.120 --> 01:31:53.120] I'm a New York City correctional. [01:31:53.120 --> 01:31:54.120] I'm an Air Force pilot. [01:31:54.120 --> 01:31:56.120] I'm a father who lost his son. [01:31:56.120 --> 01:31:59.120] We're Americans, and we deserve the truth. [01:31:59.120 --> 01:32:02.120] Go to RememberBuilding7.org today. [01:32:03.120 --> 01:32:06.120] Rule of Law Radio is proud to offer the Rule of Law Traffic Seminar. [01:32:06.120 --> 01:32:09.120] In today's America, we live in an us-against-them society. [01:32:09.120 --> 01:32:11.120] If we, the people, are ever going to have a free society, [01:32:11.120 --> 01:32:14.120] then we're going to have to stand and defend our own rights. [01:32:14.120 --> 01:32:16.120] Among those rights are the right to travel freely from place to place, [01:32:16.120 --> 01:32:18.120] the right to act in our own private capacity, [01:32:18.120 --> 01:32:21.120] and most importantly, the right to due process of law. [01:32:21.120 --> 01:32:23.120] Traffic courts afford us the least expensive opportunity [01:32:23.120 --> 01:32:26.120] to learn how to enforce and preserve our rights through due process. [01:32:26.120 --> 01:32:29.120] Former Sheriff's Deputy Eddie Craig, in conjunction with Rule of Law Radio, [01:32:29.120 --> 01:32:32.120] has put together the most comprehensive teaching tool available [01:32:32.120 --> 01:32:34.120] that will help you understand what due process is [01:32:34.120 --> 01:32:36.120] and how to hold courts to the Rule of Law. [01:33:00.120 --> 01:33:05.120] You are listening to the Logos Radio Network. [01:33:05.120 --> 01:33:31.120] LogosRadioNetwork.com. [01:33:35.120 --> 01:33:53.120] LogosRadioNetwork.com. [01:33:53.120 --> 01:33:55.120] Okay, we are back. [01:33:55.120 --> 01:33:57.120] Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain, Rule of Law Radio, [01:33:57.120 --> 01:34:01.120] on this the ninth day of the ninth month [01:34:01.120 --> 01:34:05.120] of the 21st year of the 20th century. [01:34:05.120 --> 01:34:10.120] Was that confusing enough? [01:34:10.120 --> 01:34:16.120] Okay, on the break we were figuring out [01:34:16.120 --> 01:34:20.120] how do we get to the prosecutor. [01:34:20.120 --> 01:34:24.120] Okay, the prosecutor is upset [01:34:24.120 --> 01:34:35.120] and now is making threats of bringing up felony convictions. [01:34:35.120 --> 01:34:42.120] That doesn't make sense if she has no felony convictions. [01:34:42.120 --> 01:34:45.120] Yeah, I mean it's just like he's scrambling to do, [01:34:45.120 --> 01:34:48.120] to intimidate this woman any way he can. [01:34:48.120 --> 01:34:54.120] So, you might move to ask the court [01:34:54.120 --> 01:35:00.120] to remove this prosecutor for cause [01:35:00.120 --> 01:35:04.120] because he's making improper threats [01:35:04.120 --> 01:35:09.120] for the purpose of tampering with this woman as a witness [01:35:09.120 --> 01:35:14.120] and in retaliation for her exercising her right [01:35:14.120 --> 01:35:18.120] and notice of professional conduct issues [01:35:18.120 --> 01:35:23.120] on the part of the lawyer. [01:35:23.120 --> 01:35:25.120] Oh wow, okay, well, okay, if we're going to go there, [01:35:25.120 --> 01:35:27.120] let me tell you something else. [01:35:27.120 --> 01:35:29.120] The day they cited this woman, [01:35:29.120 --> 01:35:32.120] her boyfriend was on the property [01:35:32.120 --> 01:35:35.120] but nobody mentioned him, okay. [01:35:35.120 --> 01:35:40.120] Now the prosecutor is threatening to add the boyfriend [01:35:40.120 --> 01:35:45.120] to also try the boyfriend and he is never, [01:35:45.120 --> 01:35:49.120] he's not on the original ticket [01:35:49.120 --> 01:35:52.120] and no one has ever brought up his name [01:35:52.120 --> 01:35:54.120] but he also threatened to sue him [01:35:54.120 --> 01:35:58.120] to put him on trial. [01:35:58.120 --> 01:36:00.120] So that sounds like a double reason [01:36:00.120 --> 01:36:03.120] to have this prosecutor removed. [01:36:03.120 --> 01:36:08.120] That sounds like retaliation. [01:36:08.120 --> 01:36:10.120] Okay. [01:36:10.120 --> 01:36:17.120] Yeah, normally if there's a case that's already open [01:36:17.120 --> 01:36:19.120] and then they realize that somebody else needs to be added [01:36:19.120 --> 01:36:22.120] to the case as another co-defendant [01:36:22.120 --> 01:36:25.120] or even another plaintiff needs to come in, [01:36:25.120 --> 01:36:27.120] the parties can be added later. [01:36:27.120 --> 01:36:30.120] That's not in itself a bad thing [01:36:30.120 --> 01:36:34.120] but the way that he's doing it is because of retaliation, [01:36:34.120 --> 01:36:37.120] that's an issue. [01:36:37.120 --> 01:36:39.120] Okay, I'm kind of feeling like a dirty, [01:36:39.120 --> 01:36:43.120] rotten stinker at the moment. [01:36:43.120 --> 01:36:47.120] How about if you send a tort letter to the mayor [01:36:47.120 --> 01:36:55.120] and accuse the mayor of acting and being responsible [01:36:55.120 --> 01:36:58.120] as respondeat superior, [01:36:58.120 --> 01:37:03.120] getting his prosecutor to retaliate against citizens [01:37:03.120 --> 01:37:07.120] so that he can extract improper fines and fees from them [01:37:07.120 --> 01:37:10.120] and enrich the city? [01:37:10.120 --> 01:37:11.120] Oh, my God. [01:37:11.120 --> 01:37:13.120] Okay, so let's just clarify one thing. [01:37:13.120 --> 01:37:16.120] This isn't a city ordinance, this is a county ordinance. [01:37:16.120 --> 01:37:19.120] Okay, county commissioners, court judge. [01:37:19.120 --> 01:37:23.120] Okay, we'd go to the board of supervisors. [01:37:23.120 --> 01:37:25.120] Yes. [01:37:25.120 --> 01:37:27.120] Okay. [01:37:27.120 --> 01:37:34.120] It's a vim of improperly prosecuting ordinance cases [01:37:34.120 --> 01:37:39.120] in order to enrich the county. [01:37:39.120 --> 01:37:40.120] I think I have to be true. [01:37:40.120 --> 01:37:45.120] It doesn't have to be something that you can prove up in court. [01:37:45.120 --> 01:37:48.120] This part's not about law. [01:37:48.120 --> 01:37:53.120] It's about being a dirty, rotten scoundrel. [01:37:53.120 --> 01:37:55.120] Dirty tricks. [01:37:55.120 --> 01:37:58.120] I'm trying to think of how do you bring them into the court [01:37:58.120 --> 01:38:02.120] of angry wife? [01:38:02.120 --> 01:38:08.120] You sued the... [01:38:08.120 --> 01:38:11.120] Now's when the scoundrel part comes in. [01:38:11.120 --> 01:38:16.120] Yeah, they sued the county commissioners, [01:38:16.120 --> 01:38:22.120] accusing them of abuse of office [01:38:22.120 --> 01:38:26.120] and named their wife... [01:38:26.120 --> 01:38:30.120] If somebody did this, they named the wife for spending the money [01:38:30.120 --> 01:38:36.120] that the officer, the official, received in payment, [01:38:36.120 --> 01:38:37.120] because... [01:38:37.120 --> 01:38:38.120] Improperly. [01:38:38.120 --> 01:38:40.120] Yeah. [01:38:40.120 --> 01:38:43.120] And the judge obviously threw it out quickly, [01:38:43.120 --> 01:38:50.120] but you know the wife had to be an unhappy camper. [01:38:50.120 --> 01:38:52.120] Okay, here this is... [01:38:52.120 --> 01:38:58.120] I doubt that this woman being an air traffic controller and such. [01:38:58.120 --> 01:39:03.120] Would you call her a legal activist? [01:39:03.120 --> 01:39:05.120] No, not really. [01:39:05.120 --> 01:39:08.120] This is not a fight she wants to have in. [01:39:08.120 --> 01:39:11.120] She wants this to go away. [01:39:11.120 --> 01:39:16.120] Well, I mean, she's in for the fight on this, I'll tell you. [01:39:16.120 --> 01:39:21.120] Well, I mean, but does she want to fix the world [01:39:21.120 --> 01:39:25.120] or does she want this to go away? [01:39:25.120 --> 01:39:29.120] She's more prone to fight. [01:39:29.120 --> 01:39:33.120] She's willing to fight with this in any way she can. [01:39:33.120 --> 01:39:38.120] Well, always, you know, she's in a sensitive position [01:39:38.120 --> 01:39:40.120] and I always want to be careful [01:39:40.120 --> 01:39:48.120] and not ask someone to do something that could destroy their livelihood. [01:39:48.120 --> 01:39:55.120] And so, if I were her, I would be cautious. [01:39:55.120 --> 01:39:59.120] At this point, I would want to go to the county commissioners [01:39:59.120 --> 01:40:03.120] and any accusations I have, I'd bring them to them [01:40:03.120 --> 01:40:06.120] and accuse them of orchestrating this, [01:40:06.120 --> 01:40:09.120] create a little politics, get the commissioners [01:40:09.120 --> 01:40:13.120] to go ask questions about this lawyer [01:40:13.120 --> 01:40:19.120] and send the commissioners a tort letter. [01:40:19.120 --> 01:40:23.120] I'll threaten to sue them, make up all kind of stuff [01:40:23.120 --> 01:40:28.120] because of the egregious and retaliatory behavior [01:40:28.120 --> 01:40:33.120] of this lawyer just because you complained about his bad behavior. [01:40:33.120 --> 01:40:38.120] Now he's retaliating against you [01:40:38.120 --> 01:40:42.120] and you think it is the policy of the county to do this [01:40:42.120 --> 01:40:49.120] so that they can collect more money in the form of fines and fees. [01:40:49.120 --> 01:40:51.120] And the commissioners are going to say, [01:40:51.120 --> 01:40:53.120] what the heck is this woman talking about? [01:40:53.120 --> 01:40:55.120] We didn't do any of that. [01:40:55.120 --> 01:40:58.120] And they're going to go down and talk to this prosecutor [01:40:58.120 --> 01:41:01.120] and a good chance this will go away. [01:41:01.120 --> 01:41:06.120] Oh, okay. That's a great idea. [01:41:06.120 --> 01:41:13.120] I really would like to find a way to get them in the court of angry wife. [01:41:13.120 --> 01:41:18.120] Politically, that's the most powerful position to have. [01:41:18.120 --> 01:41:21.120] And sue their wife because you want all the money back [01:41:21.120 --> 01:41:29.120] that they spent on luxuries and groceries and TV and more shoes. [01:41:29.120 --> 01:41:31.120] More shoes. [01:41:31.120 --> 01:41:34.120] Let's back up 20 or 30 years. [01:41:34.120 --> 01:41:36.120] Frank Gold, a member in California, [01:41:36.120 --> 01:41:38.120] and he sued the governor and everybody. [01:41:38.120 --> 01:41:41.120] He sued all the wives and that didn't seem to get through. [01:41:41.120 --> 01:41:45.120] Yeah. He was where I first come across this. [01:41:45.120 --> 01:41:47.120] Somebody just mentioned him the other day. [01:41:47.120 --> 01:41:49.120] I missed that old buzzer. [01:41:49.120 --> 01:41:52.120] I didn't want to show two or three times. [01:41:52.120 --> 01:41:57.120] Jerry was a hoot. [01:41:57.120 --> 01:42:01.120] He up and died on us. [01:42:01.120 --> 01:42:03.120] I hated to hear that. [01:42:03.120 --> 01:42:05.120] Okay. Thank you. [01:42:05.120 --> 01:42:08.120] I think you got some stuff to throw at him. [01:42:08.120 --> 01:42:11.120] Just be ruthless. [01:42:11.120 --> 01:42:13.120] We will. [01:42:13.120 --> 01:42:15.120] Okay. Have fun. [01:42:15.120 --> 01:42:18.120] Okay. Thank you, gentlemen. Have a good evening. [01:42:18.120 --> 01:42:19.120] Okay. Thank you. [01:42:19.120 --> 01:42:22.120] Now we're going to go to... [01:42:22.120 --> 01:42:30.120] Oh, Scott Richardson. [01:42:30.120 --> 01:42:33.120] Talk to me, Scott. [01:42:33.120 --> 01:42:36.120] Hello, hello, hello. [01:42:36.120 --> 01:42:39.120] You heard us talking about you. [01:42:39.120 --> 01:42:41.120] Sure, I did. [01:42:41.120 --> 01:42:44.120] I'm always around. [01:42:44.120 --> 01:42:46.120] I guess y'all just don't know it. [01:42:46.120 --> 01:42:48.120] Okay. [01:42:48.120 --> 01:42:53.120] Okay. The guy's doctor dumps him as a patient [01:42:53.120 --> 01:42:56.120] because he won't wear a mask. [01:42:56.120 --> 01:43:03.120] Can he sew him under his Medicare for breaching his Medicare contract? [01:43:03.120 --> 01:43:07.120] One thing he can do for sure is file a complaint with Medicare [01:43:07.120 --> 01:43:11.120] that he was denied service. [01:43:11.120 --> 01:43:14.120] Not only that, he was kicked out of the office. [01:43:14.120 --> 01:43:17.120] They said, leave the office right now. [01:43:17.120 --> 01:43:20.120] And so he did. [01:43:20.120 --> 01:43:21.120] Right. [01:43:21.120 --> 01:43:25.120] He came... he had come in for an appointment. [01:43:25.120 --> 01:43:30.120] Well, like I said, when, you know, he was denied service, [01:43:30.120 --> 01:43:35.120] best of my knowledge, he can file a complaint with Medicare. [01:43:35.120 --> 01:43:40.120] And they will flat-start having no question to him. [01:43:40.120 --> 01:43:43.120] And if he has... [01:43:43.120 --> 01:43:47.120] You know, I don't really know how they go about doing that. [01:43:47.120 --> 01:43:50.120] Okay, okay. Hang on. We're about to go to our sponsors. [01:46:32.120 --> 01:46:36.120] Somebody's on a police, that police man. [01:46:36.120 --> 01:46:40.120] Somebody's on a police, a bully. [01:46:40.120 --> 01:46:45.120] There's always room at the top of the hill. [01:46:45.120 --> 01:46:49.120] I hear through the grapevine and it's lonely left too. [01:46:49.120 --> 01:46:53.120] They're wishing it with more than I've ever listened to feel. [01:46:53.120 --> 01:46:59.120] They know that if they don't do it, somebody will understand. [01:46:59.120 --> 01:47:01.120] This world I will never understand. [01:47:01.120 --> 01:47:06.120] Okay, we are back. Randy Kelton, Brad Fountain, rule of law radio, [01:47:06.120 --> 01:47:11.120] and we're talking to Scott in Texas. [01:47:11.120 --> 01:47:23.120] Okay, Scott, what, how binding, trying to figure out how sensitive [01:47:23.120 --> 01:47:29.120] is that doctor to this type of complaint? [01:47:29.120 --> 01:47:33.120] Very, very sensitive to it. [01:47:33.120 --> 01:47:39.120] You know, we've always been told when anybody is denied service by a doctor [01:47:39.120 --> 01:47:46.120] or, you know, can't get service and they have, you know, they're on Medicare, [01:47:46.120 --> 01:47:53.120] then they can go ahead and file a complaint with Medicare against that doctor [01:47:53.120 --> 01:47:56.120] or hospital, whatever the case may be. [01:47:56.120 --> 01:48:01.120] And they can, once they get Medicare involved, now they have the government [01:48:01.120 --> 01:48:05.120] coming in there and start running up their skirt. [01:48:05.120 --> 01:48:10.120] And it gets pretty ugly pretty quick because if they jerk their Medicare contract [01:48:10.120 --> 01:48:15.120] from them, I don't know if they can ever do it back or anything like that, [01:48:15.120 --> 01:48:20.120] but they would certainly, they certainly could have some ramifications. [01:48:20.120 --> 01:48:25.120] I don't know if they find them or if they can do anything like that, [01:48:25.120 --> 01:48:30.120] especially if it was like multiple occurrences or things like that. [01:48:30.120 --> 01:48:35.120] Okay, how does the contract bind the lawyer? [01:48:35.120 --> 01:48:40.120] If I have Medicare, does Medicare have a contract with the lawyer? [01:48:40.120 --> 01:48:44.120] I mean, I'm sorry, with the doctor or do I have a contract with the doctor? [01:48:44.120 --> 01:48:49.120] No, the doctor has a contract with Medicare. [01:48:49.120 --> 01:48:58.120] How am I, as the intended third party beneficiary, [01:48:58.120 --> 01:49:03.120] would I have standing to raise issues under the contract? [01:49:03.120 --> 01:49:07.120] You know, I don't know how the contract reads. [01:49:07.120 --> 01:49:09.120] I've never seen one with Medicare. [01:49:09.120 --> 01:49:12.120] They also are appointed with the carrier. [01:49:12.120 --> 01:49:18.120] So he can call his insurance carrier up as well and raise things with them. [01:49:18.120 --> 01:49:23.120] And that will give a black mark on the carrier. [01:49:23.120 --> 01:49:29.120] And the carrier, it will affect their ratings, which they call their star rating. [01:49:29.120 --> 01:49:33.120] And how do you, how do we get to the carrier? [01:49:33.120 --> 01:49:36.120] Well, just like whatever carrier you have right now, [01:49:36.120 --> 01:49:40.120] I don't want to mention it, you know, on the air because I can't. [01:49:40.120 --> 01:49:42.120] But your carrier... [01:49:42.120 --> 01:49:43.120] I can. [01:49:43.120 --> 01:49:49.120] Okay, when you, when, I'm talking, okay, I'm misunderstanding something here. [01:49:49.120 --> 01:49:54.120] The doctor, he's got to have, there's an admissions policy. [01:49:54.120 --> 01:49:58.120] Is that what you're talking about when you're saying carrier? [01:49:58.120 --> 01:50:04.120] Or you're talking about like I'm with a merit group or what are these others? [01:50:04.120 --> 01:50:07.120] It's just a merit group and... [01:50:07.120 --> 01:50:08.120] Right. [01:50:08.120 --> 01:50:13.120] How many companies are there that handle Medicare? [01:50:13.120 --> 01:50:16.120] Oh, there's hundreds, probably. [01:50:16.120 --> 01:50:21.120] Okay, I'm with one of the majors. [01:50:21.120 --> 01:50:22.120] Right. [01:50:22.120 --> 01:50:26.120] What I'm looking at is his errors in admissions policy. [01:50:26.120 --> 01:50:37.120] Well, you know, I don't know how their contracts read because I've never, I'm not privy to that. [01:50:37.120 --> 01:50:42.120] But I know you can call Medicare and follow a complaint with Medicare [01:50:42.120 --> 01:50:50.120] and you can call the carrier and follow a grievance with the carrier as well, whatever carrier you have. [01:50:50.120 --> 01:50:51.120] Okay. [01:50:51.120 --> 01:50:53.120] I'm going to put you on the dime here. [01:50:53.120 --> 01:50:54.120] Okay. [01:50:54.120 --> 01:51:04.120] If email listeners have issues with Medicare Medicaid, can they send me emails? [01:51:04.120 --> 01:51:07.120] I'll forward them to you when you handle that for them. [01:51:07.120 --> 01:51:16.120] Well, they can just go to my website, DallasMMS.com, and they can get my information off there [01:51:16.120 --> 01:51:19.120] and I'll just take you right out of the loop. [01:51:19.120 --> 01:51:20.120] Okay. [01:51:20.120 --> 01:51:27.120] If anybody is interested, Scott Richardson, we pick on him all the time. [01:51:27.120 --> 01:51:28.120] He picks on me. [01:51:28.120 --> 01:51:32.120] But if I have a Medicare issue, this is the guy to go to. [01:51:32.120 --> 01:51:37.120] He may not know nothing else, but he knows this. [01:51:37.120 --> 01:51:40.120] How is that for a plug, Scott? [01:51:40.120 --> 01:51:42.120] Scott, did you hear that? [01:51:42.120 --> 01:51:47.120] He turned a compliment into whatever that was. [01:51:47.120 --> 01:51:54.120] But I have people calling me for Medicare all the time and I tell them what I got. [01:51:54.120 --> 01:51:56.120] Oh, well, well, well, well. [01:51:56.120 --> 01:52:00.120] I was going to say, you got the best you can get. [01:52:00.120 --> 01:52:04.120] But, you know, okay, Scott is my go-to guy for this. [01:52:04.120 --> 01:52:10.120] If you have any questions concerning Medicare Medicaid, send them to me. [01:52:10.120 --> 01:52:13.120] I'll send them to Scott. [01:52:13.120 --> 01:52:15.120] You'll get good information. [01:52:15.120 --> 01:52:16.120] Okay. [01:52:16.120 --> 01:52:21.120] I'm only licensed in Texas and Colorado. [01:52:21.120 --> 01:52:24.120] And I don't know if I'll keep the Colorado. [01:52:24.120 --> 01:52:31.120] I got to go strike a couple of clients in Colorado, but I'm mainly licensed in Texas. [01:52:31.120 --> 01:52:34.120] So anybody in Texas, I can definitely help them. [01:52:34.120 --> 01:52:37.120] In fact, I helped Debra's husband out as well. [01:52:37.120 --> 01:52:41.120] And so got him on straightened out or something. [01:52:41.120 --> 01:52:48.120] But as far as file and complaint, Jack, anybody can file a complaint in the Medicare system [01:52:48.120 --> 01:52:52.120] when they are denied service period in the story. [01:52:52.120 --> 01:52:57.120] File it with Medicare and file it with the carrier of the insurance company. [01:52:57.120 --> 01:53:09.120] And then once they start rolling up on that doctor, they will, especially once you tell them that you're going to file a grievance with Medicare, [01:53:09.120 --> 01:53:18.120] the doctor's office will probably have a slight coronary because they don't know what the heck is going to come from it. [01:53:18.120 --> 01:53:28.120] And I don't know all the repercussions that can, that they'll handle or hand out to them. [01:53:28.120 --> 01:53:32.120] But I do know that they don't want to mess with Medicare. [01:53:32.120 --> 01:53:42.120] That is, that is one thing that the government is real touchy about when you start denying service to Medicare patients. [01:53:42.120 --> 01:53:47.120] They come unglued pretty quick. [01:53:47.120 --> 01:53:52.120] And this is a guy who had a pre-existing condition. [01:53:52.120 --> 01:53:55.120] He is aged. [01:53:55.120 --> 01:53:58.120] He goes to his doctor for help. [01:53:58.120 --> 01:54:08.120] And because he won't wear a mask that would compromise his health, the doctor revans him as a patient. [01:54:08.120 --> 01:54:20.120] Now this begs the question, is the doctor then at that point performing mild practice knowing that a patient is, can't get the oxygen he needs. [01:54:20.120 --> 01:54:29.120] And it's been, there's all kinds of videos out there that when you put a mask on and you take a CO2 detector and you shove it up underneath the mask, [01:54:29.120 --> 01:54:34.120] that you're not getting the correct amount of oxygen that you need. [01:54:34.120 --> 01:54:44.120] And every one of those meters go off. I've seen firefighters do it. I've seen electricians that say that they have to do it when they're in really tight, confined spaces. [01:54:44.120 --> 01:54:51.120] And so this is a medical fact that they're being restricted on their oxygen intake. [01:54:51.120 --> 01:54:54.120] And this doctor should know this. [01:54:54.120 --> 01:54:58.120] And, you know, I mean, he's supposed to be a professional. [01:54:58.120 --> 01:55:04.120] So is that going to malpractice? Well, I'll let you be the judge on that one. [01:55:04.120 --> 01:55:06.120] Now, does that... [01:55:06.120 --> 01:55:08.120] We could claim malpractice. [01:55:08.120 --> 01:55:11.120] Let him prove it's not. [01:55:11.120 --> 01:55:18.120] Well, that's what I'm saying. But all he has to do is shoot, just go on the telegram. [01:55:18.120 --> 01:55:23.120] I don't know. I don't think I saved a couple of those videos. I probably should have. [01:55:23.120 --> 01:55:28.120] And I would have sent them over to you, but I can't. And you know why. [01:55:28.120 --> 01:55:30.120] Yeah, I got to fix that. [01:55:30.120 --> 01:55:31.120] Brett? [01:55:31.120 --> 01:55:36.120] Yeah, whatever. I don't want to hear that. I've heard that for weeks now. So whatever. [01:55:36.120 --> 01:56:00.120] But what I'm getting at is if he can show, which he easily could, that he is being restricted via the air intake and the doctors ordering him to compromise his health in order for him to follow his manmade policy. [01:56:00.120 --> 01:56:04.120] Now, is that performing malpractice? [01:56:04.120 --> 01:56:06.120] I'm going to say yes. [01:56:06.120 --> 01:56:09.120] Well, that's why it's me. [01:56:09.120 --> 01:56:12.120] Let him prove it's not. [01:56:12.120 --> 01:56:14.120] Well, that's the way. [01:56:14.120 --> 01:56:20.120] This is, Jean, his insurance. And what I wanted to find out is how do I find his carrier? [01:56:20.120 --> 01:56:22.120] His insurance carrier? [01:56:22.120 --> 01:56:42.120] Yes. His errors and emissions policy. Debra has a sister who's a physician and she stopped treating patients because her errors and emissions policy was dictating how she was to treat her patients. [01:56:42.120 --> 01:56:55.120] And her primary consideration in treating patients was not their best interest, but insurance considerations. [01:56:55.120 --> 01:57:02.120] And it was so distressing that she went into research instead of treating patients. [01:57:02.120 --> 01:57:09.120] So this is a really big deal. This was Stingham big time. [01:57:09.120 --> 01:57:18.120] Oh, like I say, I mean, to me, this is treading on the borderline of malpractice. [01:57:18.120 --> 01:57:34.120] And this is something that would definitely be able to be sued over right out in case and start filing complaints with, you know, the insurance company and the government. [01:57:34.120 --> 01:57:43.120] And then see if you could get their findings because they have to, they'll have to submit something to the doctor, then the doctor has to answer those. [01:57:43.120 --> 01:57:49.120] Okay, hold on. I have some apologies to make. [01:57:49.120 --> 01:57:58.120] Danny, EJ, I'm not going to get to you. I apologize if you'll call back tomorrow. I will take you first. [01:57:58.120 --> 01:58:04.120] This was an issue that came up. It's something that I'm working on and I needed my expert. [01:58:04.120 --> 01:58:09.120] That's why I brought him in in front of you and I apologize for that. [01:58:09.120 --> 01:58:14.120] Scott, apologize to the gentleman and the lady. [01:58:14.120 --> 01:58:16.120] No, never mind. [01:58:16.120 --> 01:58:18.120] Sorry, Bob. [01:58:18.120 --> 01:58:30.120] Yeah. Okay, this is this was this is something I needed. I think this is going to be a really powerful tool in this whole mask issue. [01:58:30.120 --> 01:58:34.120] So call back tomorrow night. We'll take you first. [01:58:34.120 --> 01:58:39.120] Thank you, Scott. And I'm sorry we're running out of time. [01:58:39.120 --> 01:58:49.120] If you're up to it, call back tomorrow. I'd like to discuss this on the air somewhat and kind of flesh out this angle of going after these guys. [01:58:49.120 --> 01:58:51.120] Thank you all for listening.
