[00:00.000 --> 00:06.760] The following news flashes brought to you by The Lone Star Lowdown. [00:06.760 --> 00:13.200] Markets for Monday the 22nd of July 2019 open with Precious Metals, Gold $1,429 an ounce, [00:13.200 --> 00:21.520] Silver $16.45 an ounce, Copper $2.75 an ounce, Oil, Texas Crude $55.63 a barrel, Brent Crude [00:21.520 --> 00:29.960] $62.47 a barrel, and Cryptos in order of Market Cap, Bitcoin Core $10,566.52, Ethereum $2.50 [00:29.960 --> 00:41.320] $27.26, XRP Ripple $0.33, Litecoin $100.31, and Bitcoin Cash is at $324.10 a crypto coin. [00:41.320 --> 00:52.320] Today in History, the year 1916, the Preparedness Day bombing, a tying suitcase bomb, was detonated [00:52.320 --> 00:57.800] on Market Street in San Francisco during the World War I Preparedness Day Parade, killing [00:57.800 --> 01:04.800] 10 and injuring 40. [01:04.800 --> 01:09.480] And recent news, since Governor Greg Abbott signed House Bill 1325 legalizing hemp into [01:09.480 --> 01:14.280] taxes law back in June, county prosecutors around the state including Houston, Austin, [01:14.280 --> 01:18.840] San Antonio have been dropping marijuana possession charges and even refusing to file new ones [01:18.840 --> 01:22.840] since they are stipulating that they do not have the time or the laboratory equipment to [01:22.840 --> 01:27.800] test the herb for THC. Margaret Moore, the Travis County District Attorney announced earlier [01:27.800 --> 01:32.520] this month that she was dismissing 32 felony possession and delivery of marijuana cases [01:32.520 --> 01:33.520] because of the law. [01:33.520 --> 01:37.600] Mr. Abbott and other state officials, including the Attorney General, stipulated in a letter [01:37.600 --> 01:42.120] to county district attorneys back on Thursday that marijuana has not been decriminalized [01:42.120 --> 01:48.280] in Texas and that these actions demonstrate a misunderstanding of how HB 1325 works, as [01:48.280 --> 01:54.440] well as other cities too, like the District Attorney in El Paso, Cayman Esparza, a Democrat [01:54.440 --> 01:58.960] who also stated earlier this month that the law, quote, will not have an effect on the [01:58.960 --> 02:01.720] prosecution of marijuana cases in El Paso. [02:01.720 --> 02:06.720] However, the issue was succinctly summarized by Mr. Brandon Ball, an assistant public defender [02:06.720 --> 02:10.760] in Harris County who stated that, quote, the law is constantly changing on what makes [02:10.760 --> 02:13.480] something illegal based on its chemical makeup. [02:13.480 --> 02:17.360] It's important that if someone is charged with something, the test matches what they're [02:17.360 --> 02:22.600] charged with. [02:22.600 --> 02:27.240] A paper by Tulane University identified a five and a half inch American pocket shark [02:27.240 --> 02:32.360] as the first of its kind in the Gulf of Mexico, the specimen being only the second pocket [02:32.360 --> 02:38.000] shark ever captured or recorded with the other one being found way back in 1979 in the East [02:38.000 --> 02:39.480] Pacific Ocean. [02:39.480 --> 02:44.200] According to the university paper, the shark secretes a lumus fluid from a gland near its [02:44.200 --> 02:50.080] front fins for the purpose it is hypothesized to lure and prey who may be drawn into the [02:50.080 --> 03:17.900] clothe. [03:17.900 --> 03:32.900] Bad boys, bad boys, what you gonna do, what you gonna do when they come for you [03:32.900 --> 03:37.900] Bad boys, bad boys, what you gonna do, what you gonna do when they come for you [03:37.900 --> 03:43.900] When you were eight and you had that tree, you go to school and learn to go and then lose [03:43.900 --> 03:48.900] So why are you acting like a bloody fool if you get hot and your monsters cool [03:48.900 --> 03:54.900] Bad boys, bad boys, what you gonna do, what you gonna do when they come for you [03:54.900 --> 03:59.900] Bad boys, bad boys, what you gonna do, what you gonna do when they come for you [03:59.900 --> 04:05.900] The Chucky Dunn, that's one, the Chucky Dunn, this one, the Chucky Dunn, your mother, and the Chucky Dunn, your father [04:05.900 --> 04:13.820] Okay, howdy, howdy, Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain, Lula Radio, and we're going to chuck this [04:13.820 --> 04:15.820] show at you. [04:15.820 --> 04:24.620] On this is our Friday 4-hour info marathon on this, the 30th day of April, 2021. [04:24.620 --> 04:27.220] Did I get that right, Brett? [04:27.220 --> 04:29.620] Hey, you got the right here. [04:29.620 --> 04:35.780] I'm old, Brett has to hold my hand and wipe the thromber off my chin. [04:35.780 --> 04:49.220] Okay, let's start out with what we're doing in Wise County. [04:49.220 --> 04:55.300] It's incredibly quiet in Wise County at the moment. [04:55.300 --> 05:05.300] I filed 35 bar grievances, 45 criminal complaints, 45 TECO complaints. [05:05.300 --> 05:06.900] Why are you holding back? [05:06.900 --> 05:15.340] Well, because I'm having trouble getting them out of the court record. [05:15.340 --> 05:21.740] I'm having to do it one at a time and their computer guy stinks. [05:21.740 --> 05:29.540] I plugged my zip drive in and got the files and downloaded them to my zip drive, but [05:29.540 --> 05:35.700] I'm going to pressure them to give me all of their records in electronic format because [05:35.700 --> 05:42.140] they have it in electronic format because I have to go down there at their terminal. [05:42.140 --> 05:51.580] I was there earlier in the week and the elected clerk asked me if she could talk to me. [05:51.580 --> 05:58.100] The day before I was there and they had put tape over the zip drive slots and I pulled [05:58.100 --> 06:02.660] it off and plugged my zip drive in and her assistant came over and said, you can't do [06:02.660 --> 06:03.660] that. [06:03.660 --> 06:04.660] Yeah, I can. [06:04.660 --> 06:05.660] Look at that. [06:05.660 --> 06:06.660] Right in there. [06:06.660 --> 06:08.060] I said, oh, no, no, we put that tape over there so you couldn't do that. [06:08.060 --> 06:09.620] Yeah, I know you did. [06:09.620 --> 06:12.500] That's why I pulled it off. [06:12.500 --> 06:13.500] You can't do it that way. [06:13.500 --> 06:15.540] Yes, I can. [06:15.540 --> 06:21.060] If you have it in electronic format, I get access to it in the format which you keep [06:21.060 --> 06:22.060] it. [06:22.060 --> 06:25.300] This is not a profit source for you. [06:25.300 --> 06:31.420] You can't force me to buy paper copies where you take an electronic format and convert [06:31.420 --> 06:34.780] it into hard copy and then print it. [06:34.780 --> 06:37.100] That you're not allowed to do. [06:37.100 --> 06:40.540] And I said, but I'm not going to argue with you right now because I'm actually after something [06:40.540 --> 06:41.540] else today. [06:41.540 --> 06:48.260] Well, I come in the next day and I was after some civil cases. [06:48.260 --> 06:53.780] I wanted to see everything that the lawyers put on the document when they file it in these [06:53.780 --> 06:54.780] courts. [06:54.780 --> 07:00.540] Every court seems to have their own little idiosyncrasies and most of it doesn't matter. [07:00.540 --> 07:04.580] I've never had a real problem with it, but I want to make sure that I haven't missed [07:04.580 --> 07:05.580] anything. [07:05.580 --> 07:07.500] So that's what I went down there for. [07:07.500 --> 07:13.900] The clerk called me and wanted to talk to me and she said, Mr. Kelton, we're doing everything [07:13.900 --> 07:18.020] we can to make these records available to you. [07:18.020 --> 07:20.420] We just don't have the technology. [07:20.420 --> 07:24.340] We just have to deal with what we got. [07:24.340 --> 07:29.100] And so I told her, well, you know that I'm not after the clerk. [07:29.100 --> 07:31.660] I tell everybody, never mess with the clerks. [07:31.660 --> 07:37.260] The clerks never have a dog in your hunt, so they're just there to handle the records. [07:37.260 --> 07:44.580] And I'm going to sue a bunch of public officials, but I'm not going to sue you yet. [07:44.580 --> 07:50.700] I'm not going to sue you until the district judge throws you under the bus. [07:50.700 --> 07:52.500] And he will throw you under the bus. [07:52.500 --> 07:55.580] He's the only one I assure you, Brenda. [07:55.580 --> 07:58.220] He will throw you under the bus. [07:58.220 --> 08:01.580] And when he does, then I'm going to sue you. [08:01.580 --> 08:10.540] But before I do that, I want to know from you, what do you need so that you can upgrade [08:10.540 --> 08:20.060] your technology, because I want to sue you for not having that technology. [08:20.060 --> 08:25.660] And then I'll go to the lawyers and say, OK, I tell you what I'll do. [08:25.660 --> 08:31.100] If you'll make me a deal, I will drop the suit against the clerk. [08:31.100 --> 08:36.420] I want you to provide the clerk with this, this, this, this, this, this, this, and if [08:36.420 --> 08:41.300] you do that, I'll drop my suit against the clerk. [08:41.300 --> 08:43.620] And she looked at me kind of strange. [08:43.620 --> 08:46.940] I said, Brenda, this is a chess game. [08:46.940 --> 08:49.580] These are pawn moves. [08:49.580 --> 08:52.460] She said, OK. [08:52.460 --> 09:01.220] So I'm going to do the same thing with the county clerk. [09:01.220 --> 09:02.780] First I go in there and give them a hard time. [09:02.780 --> 09:07.660] See, I gave this her, I'm generally really easy to get along with, but I deliberately [09:07.660 --> 09:11.620] gave her a assist in a hard time because it won't be messed with. [09:11.620 --> 09:14.500] I did that to the county clerk recently. [09:14.500 --> 09:17.300] I always laugh and joke at these guys. [09:17.300 --> 09:18.580] They never have a problem for me. [09:18.580 --> 09:19.580] The clerk said this. [09:19.580 --> 09:24.420] And I went in a few weeks ago, and the clerk said I had to wear a mask. [09:24.420 --> 09:29.100] And I started to tell her something, and she said, I don't want to hear it. [09:29.100 --> 09:31.300] Oh, OK. [09:31.300 --> 09:33.180] And then she started to say something to me. [09:33.180 --> 09:34.700] I said, shut up. [09:34.700 --> 09:35.700] What? [09:35.700 --> 09:36.820] Shut up. [09:36.820 --> 09:39.060] Do not talk to me. [09:39.060 --> 09:44.420] My wife doesn't talk to me in that disrespectful manner, and I certainly won't tolerate it [09:44.420 --> 09:46.700] from you, so just stop talking. [09:46.700 --> 09:49.700] And the whole place went dead silent. [09:49.700 --> 09:51.980] And she shut up. [09:51.980 --> 09:53.580] So I went downstairs. [09:53.580 --> 09:55.740] This is the upstairs where the civil is. [09:55.740 --> 09:59.300] I went downstairs to the criminal, and I'm checking criminal records. [09:59.300 --> 10:01.940] And Sherri, the elected clerk, came down. [10:01.940 --> 10:06.700] Now, Sherri Parker is absolutely a sweetheart. [10:06.700 --> 10:11.900] And she's down there talking to these other people, and I know she's wanting me to say [10:11.900 --> 10:16.540] something because she wants to be able to clear the air because they've never heard [10:16.540 --> 10:23.980] me be harsh at all with anybody, except the one time I asked the bailiff to arrest her, [10:23.980 --> 10:25.940] and I wasn't harsh then. [10:25.940 --> 10:28.540] You didn't do that in a mean kind of way. [10:28.540 --> 10:29.540] No. [10:29.540 --> 10:30.540] No, I didn't. [10:30.540 --> 10:31.540] That's it. [10:31.540 --> 10:32.540] Come on. [10:32.540 --> 10:33.540] He's a hearted kind of an arrestee. [10:33.540 --> 10:34.540] Come on, Chet, you big chicken. [10:34.540 --> 10:35.540] Arrest her. [10:35.540 --> 10:36.540] I can't even reassure you. [10:36.540 --> 10:37.540] I said, sure you can't. [10:37.540 --> 10:41.540] Just throw the cuffs on her and drag her off to jail. [10:41.540 --> 10:43.540] It'll be a hoot. [10:43.540 --> 10:46.460] Well, she didn't think it was a hoot. [10:46.460 --> 10:50.020] So she's in there, and it's right at lunchtime. [10:50.020 --> 10:55.380] And she walked past me, and I said, Sherri, I have a problem, and I could see your tense [10:55.380 --> 10:56.380] up. [10:56.380 --> 10:57.880] Yes, Mr. Kelton. [10:57.880 --> 10:58.880] What is your problem? [10:58.880 --> 11:06.340] See these clerks here, they're all going to lunch, and they won't buy me a hamburger. [11:06.340 --> 11:07.340] She said, what? [11:07.340 --> 11:10.260] She said, yeah, they're going to lunch, and they won't buy me a hamburger. [11:10.260 --> 11:14.860] Mr. Kelton, I thought you really had a complaint. [11:14.860 --> 11:20.540] No, I was just jerking her around a little bit. [11:20.540 --> 11:22.260] I don't really reason. [11:22.260 --> 11:24.500] That I got handled. [11:24.500 --> 11:28.580] You can be pretty sure when I go back to that court, I'm not going to get any crap from [11:28.580 --> 11:31.580] that woman with the bad attitude. [11:31.580 --> 11:36.700] First off, I won't let her talk to me at all, ever. [11:36.700 --> 11:39.260] She's going to want to make things right, and I'll get away from her. [11:39.260 --> 11:40.820] You don't talk to me. [11:40.820 --> 11:45.020] You burnt that bridge, and that'll keep all the rest of them from messing with me. [11:45.020 --> 11:51.060] But I want to talk to Sherri and find out what she needs, what do you need in your [11:51.060 --> 11:58.420] budget that you don't have, and when the county judge throws you under the bus, I'm going [11:58.420 --> 12:04.500] to sue you, and do the same thing I will do with the district clerk. [12:04.500 --> 12:11.180] It makes it harder for them to deal with me if I'm suing them in order to force them to [12:11.180 --> 12:13.500] upgrade their technology. [12:13.500 --> 12:19.140] How do they make me the bad guy? [12:19.140 --> 12:27.140] So I got that part working, collecting the records now when I go down there. [12:27.140 --> 12:32.500] Since I filed all this, it got real quiet, and I had already filed all these complaints [12:32.500 --> 12:40.580] and such, and a stack of criminal complaints with the district attorney, with the grand [12:40.580 --> 12:47.260] jury actually, and I put it in a sealed envelope and sealed it with a wax seal, and had a letter [12:47.260 --> 12:52.940] in there and asked the foreman to send it back to me, and initially, if the seal had [12:52.940 --> 12:59.940] been broken on this, the first complaint in there is a criminal complaint against the [12:59.940 --> 13:00.940] district attorney. [13:00.940 --> 13:07.580] I don't know that, initially, if the seal has been broken. [13:07.580 --> 13:12.740] He's going to know I set him up. [13:12.740 --> 13:20.380] He should figure it out when he sees the seal, but they're way too arrogant for that. [13:20.380 --> 13:26.100] So I walked past the district judges, the district court, and the judges up there on [13:26.100 --> 13:32.220] the bench, and they got a big glass door, a window in the door, and I looked in the [13:32.220 --> 13:36.260] door at him, and he saw me and just stared at me. [13:36.260 --> 13:42.900] These other people are talking to him, and he appears to be ignoring them. [13:42.900 --> 13:51.240] I kind of thought I could hear his teeth grinding together, but I charged him with misappropriation [13:51.240 --> 13:52.740] of public funds. [13:52.740 --> 13:54.780] Oh, he would like that. [13:54.780 --> 14:03.540] Oh, this is so chicken, chicken droppings, I can't say that other word. [14:03.540 --> 14:10.820] I sent an information request to his office, and I told him, this is minor stuff. [14:10.820 --> 14:17.700] I just want a list of the lawyers on your attorney wheel, and we don't have to put in [14:17.700 --> 14:19.020] a written request. [14:19.020 --> 14:20.980] The judge told me that. [14:20.980 --> 14:24.820] You know, I'd rather not be quite so formal. [14:24.820 --> 14:29.380] I can get formal, but I prefer not to, where you'll have to give us a written request. [14:29.380 --> 14:33.100] Okay, your call, so I didn't write a request. [14:33.100 --> 14:41.580] And then I get a response from the county attorney telling me that he sent a request [14:41.580 --> 14:47.620] to the state attorney general, and he told the state attorney general that I requested [14:47.620 --> 14:49.900] these records under the Open Records Act. [14:49.900 --> 14:53.340] Well, I didn't do any such thing. [14:53.340 --> 14:55.740] I just requested them. [14:55.740 --> 14:59.060] He characterized it as Open Records Act, and the attorney general said, well, you don't [14:59.060 --> 15:00.780] have a right to these under the Open Records Act. [15:00.780 --> 15:01.780] Well, I already knew that. [15:01.780 --> 15:04.460] Yeah, I already knew that. [15:04.460 --> 15:07.860] That's why I didn't have anything about the Open Records Act in there, the Open Government [15:07.860 --> 15:08.860] Act. [15:08.860 --> 15:11.300] So, okay, I'll let that go. [15:11.300 --> 15:12.940] That wasn't important. [15:12.940 --> 15:19.660] However, James responded for the district judge. [15:19.660 --> 15:22.940] The county attorney is paid by the county. [15:22.940 --> 15:26.900] The district judge is paid by the state. [15:26.900 --> 15:35.620] So James is taking county funds and using them so that he can act as an attorney for [15:35.620 --> 15:37.100] the district judge. [15:37.100 --> 15:41.140] Well, how does that work, Bubba? [15:41.140 --> 15:50.140] So I charged him with criminal conspiracy and 3902 misappropriation of public funds. [15:50.140 --> 15:58.940] Oh, that was so much fun, and it's so nitpicking. [15:58.940 --> 16:06.420] Let them explain to a grand jury why they shouldn't be indicted. [16:06.420 --> 16:10.220] So the judge was not a happy camper. [16:10.220 --> 16:19.140] Now I think he probably already knows that the sergeant that arrested me threw the judge [16:19.140 --> 16:27.100] under the bus and accused the judge of asking him to come there and be security for him [16:27.100 --> 16:33.860] because he was afraid for his life because I was coming to the court. [16:33.860 --> 16:39.820] I was coming to the court to invoke his duty as a magistrate. [16:39.820 --> 16:45.620] That's what he was afraid of, and rigged me for his lawless life. [16:45.620 --> 16:52.980] And they live through his behind under the bus, and I intend to run him over with it. [18:04.820 --> 18:08.420] In today's America, we live in an us against them society, and if we the people are ever [18:08.420 --> 18:12.220] going to have a free society, then we're going to have to stand and defend our own rights. [18:12.220 --> 18:15.820] Among those rights are the right to travel freely from place to place, the right to act [18:15.820 --> 18:19.860] in our own private capacity, and most importantly, the right to due process of law. [18:19.860 --> 18:23.700] Traffic courts afford us the least expensive opportunity to learn how to enforce and preserve [18:23.700 --> 18:25.180] our rights through due process. Craig, in conjunction with Rule of Law Radio, has put together the [18:29.060 --> 18:32.820] most comprehensive teaching tool available that will help you understand what due process [18:32.820 --> 18:35.220] is and how to hold courts to the rule of law. [18:54.580 --> 19:10.860] For your copy today and together, we can have free society we all want and deserve. [19:54.580 --> 20:11.540] Okay, we are back, Randy Kelton Brett from Rule of Law Radio, and I just got, Brett [20:11.540 --> 20:20.940] got an email from Scott in Michigan and asked me to read out the list of callers, so they [20:20.940 --> 20:28.340] kind of know how long the wait will be, and that's a reasonable request, except sometimes [20:28.340 --> 20:33.700] we have, somebody's call will drop, and they'll call back, and that scoots them to the bottom, [20:33.700 --> 20:38.900] and sometimes we catch that, sometimes we don't, and sometimes John annoys me, so I [20:38.900 --> 20:41.340] just push him to the bottom. [20:41.340 --> 20:55.700] We got Paul in Alabama, John in New York, and Chris in Colorado, so we got one slot [20:55.700 --> 21:01.100] on the board left, so if you have a question, comment, give us a call, we'll be taking [21:01.100 --> 21:08.180] your calls all night, and we don't mean to take too much time with a caller, but this [21:08.180 --> 21:14.900] is not like the Alex Jones show, and most call-in shows where you get a 10-second question [21:14.900 --> 21:21.860] and they give you a 30-second response, the purpose of this show is to examine issues [21:21.860 --> 21:32.860] in more detail, and I like to go over the basics repeatedly, and I can just walk through [21:32.860 --> 21:38.580] the basics, but they don't mean anywhere near as much as if I'm walking through the basics [21:38.580 --> 21:46.540] in the context of a real-life situation or circumstance, and I hope you guys appreciate [21:46.540 --> 21:47.540] that. [21:47.540 --> 21:52.460] I get quite a bit of feedback on that, that they do like doing it that way, so sometimes [21:52.460 --> 21:59.540] I will take longer than you may want me to, but I get callers sometimes who bring up really [21:59.540 --> 22:06.900] interesting issues that we haven't been over before, so I'm trying to do this to give everybody [22:06.900 --> 22:09.660] an overview of how to handle themselves. [22:09.660 --> 22:17.140] I hope that makes sense, and sometimes we have technical difficulties, and the amount [22:17.140 --> 22:23.540] of technical difficulties we tend to have tend to be in direct relationship to the level [22:23.540 --> 22:28.580] of annoyance I have with whoever I'm talking to. [22:28.580 --> 22:34.500] That wasn't meant for John, and I do like John. [22:34.500 --> 22:41.340] When John first started calling in, he was kind of fractured. [22:41.340 --> 22:45.620] He had so much information he wanted to give to us all at once, and it was real difficult [22:45.620 --> 22:50.860] to handle, but in the last year or so, John has turned into a really good caller. [22:50.860 --> 22:55.780] I haven't heard about that seat belt issue in quite a while. [22:55.780 --> 22:57.780] You had to bring that up. [22:57.780 --> 22:58.780] No. [22:58.780 --> 23:05.380] Okay, John, your second, we're going to go to you, but we're not going to cut you any [23:05.380 --> 23:06.380] slack. [23:06.380 --> 23:08.940] Okay, we're going to Paul in Alabama. [23:08.940 --> 23:09.940] Hello, Paul. [23:09.940 --> 23:12.540] What do you have for us today? [23:12.540 --> 23:17.980] Believe it or not, Randy, I wanted to talk about a seat belt ticket that I got in New [23:17.980 --> 23:18.980] York. [23:18.980 --> 23:20.980] Oh, no, we'll have to bring it. [23:20.980 --> 23:21.980] Hold on. [23:21.980 --> 23:24.980] It happened to be riding with a guy named John. [23:24.980 --> 23:26.980] John, are you there? [23:26.980 --> 23:28.500] Yeah, I'm right here. [23:28.500 --> 23:29.500] I heard that. [23:29.500 --> 23:30.500] Okay. [23:30.500 --> 23:40.740] We're going to go ahead and mute you because we do not want to get you started on the seat [23:40.740 --> 23:42.740] belt ticket. [23:42.740 --> 23:43.740] Okay. [23:43.740 --> 23:52.580] Well, what do you have... We may need to bring John back because he is in New York. [23:52.580 --> 23:53.580] Okay. [23:53.580 --> 23:55.580] What do you have, Paul? [23:55.580 --> 23:59.380] I apologize, that was a joke at John's expense. [23:59.380 --> 24:01.380] Oh, good. [24:01.380 --> 24:13.820] So, you and I talked last Friday for the first three or four segments of the show about a [24:13.820 --> 24:17.100] FOIA that I had filed with TVA. [24:17.100 --> 24:19.100] Oh, yes. [24:19.100 --> 24:20.100] Wow. [24:20.100 --> 24:28.580] And you sent me some information about it and I better understand. [24:28.580 --> 24:33.300] Most people call into our show and they have legal issues that they're struggling with. [24:33.300 --> 24:37.580] But what Paul is doing is a lot more sophisticated than that. [24:37.580 --> 24:45.540] So my initial concerns about him poisoning the well that he draws his pay from was really [24:45.540 --> 24:46.540] unfounded. [24:46.540 --> 24:50.100] So, I won't be concerned about that. [24:50.100 --> 24:51.100] Go ahead. [24:51.100 --> 24:53.020] What do you have for us? [24:53.020 --> 24:55.580] Well, that was my first item. [24:55.580 --> 25:02.580] I did not... I didn't get any response and I didn't know if you had read the emails that [25:02.580 --> 25:03.580] I sent. [25:03.580 --> 25:04.580] Okay. [25:04.580 --> 25:14.140] But apparently... I don't have time to... This last couple weeks have been extremely [25:14.140 --> 25:15.140] busy. [25:15.140 --> 25:18.940] I just want a firestorm on the county. [25:18.940 --> 25:26.300] I'm in and I'm finishing up a rather large lawsuit that I'm designing as a... Essentially [25:26.300 --> 25:31.620] a generic fill-in-the-blanks lawsuit for anybody who's been arrested in Texas. [25:31.620 --> 25:36.220] And there we go online, answer a questionnaire, and it'll spit them out the lawsuit. [25:36.220 --> 25:42.260] So, I've been really busy and I've done four or five presentations to different groups. [25:42.260 --> 25:44.820] So, they're kind of running me ragged and I apologize. [25:44.820 --> 25:45.820] I did read it. [25:45.820 --> 25:50.940] Well, I just wanted to touch base with you. [25:50.940 --> 25:53.620] I really don't have anything to add tonight. [25:53.620 --> 25:57.740] There's one small item that I will add at the end. [25:57.740 --> 25:58.740] But great. [25:58.740 --> 26:05.780] If you would forward my contact information to Brett, and we can correspond to three [26:05.780 --> 26:12.580] of us and we can handle this with email. [26:12.580 --> 26:17.580] Okay, I will do that. [26:17.580 --> 26:24.540] And just to note, I guess your database says that I am from Alabama. [26:24.540 --> 26:26.500] I am not from Alabama. [26:26.500 --> 26:30.460] I've worked there quite frequently. [26:30.460 --> 26:36.580] And if you'll notice, my area code is from the Fort Worth, Texas area. [26:36.580 --> 26:40.380] And I noticed when you first called, it was 817. [26:40.380 --> 26:41.380] Right. [26:41.380 --> 26:46.940] But I'm not from Texas either, so I'll just let where I'm from be a mystery. [26:46.940 --> 26:53.220] You know because you have my email, but anyway, you introduced me as from Alabama. [26:53.220 --> 26:55.020] I'm not from Alabama. [26:55.020 --> 26:56.020] Okay. [26:56.020 --> 26:57.020] Okay. [26:57.020 --> 27:02.900] Well, we'll just leave that in our database so that we don't tell where you're really [27:02.900 --> 27:03.900] from. [27:03.900 --> 27:10.580] Sometimes the reason why it's good for people to say where they're from is because the rules [27:10.580 --> 27:11.980] of procedure change. [27:11.980 --> 27:17.380] They have different state offenses or numbered differently or worded differently or they [27:17.380 --> 27:22.380] don't have such a thing as baritry or, you know, it makes a little bit of difference [27:22.380 --> 27:24.660] sometimes where somebody is. [27:24.660 --> 27:25.660] Right. [27:25.660 --> 27:31.980] Only one is a first name in a jurisdiction, not the only reason we care about this thing. [27:31.980 --> 27:40.780] Yeah, I just didn't want people to think that I was Alabama white trash. [27:40.780 --> 27:44.140] Well, you got a lot of that down there. [27:44.140 --> 27:47.980] I have it from good authority. [27:47.980 --> 27:48.980] Okay. [27:48.980 --> 27:53.980] Is that all you have? [27:53.980 --> 27:57.100] That's all I have for us. [27:57.100 --> 27:58.100] Thank you. [27:58.100 --> 27:59.100] Okay. [27:59.100 --> 28:00.100] Thanks. [28:00.100 --> 28:02.860] Email me again, remind me to look at that. [28:02.860 --> 28:08.380] I get about 100 emails a day and they get buried real fast and Outlook, they used to [28:08.380 --> 28:18.340] have a tool where I could search for a name and the last update, they took that out. [28:18.340 --> 28:24.660] So now I have to find an email and click on it and then instead of list by date, I list [28:24.660 --> 28:29.940] by name and then it'll take me to all your emails. [28:29.940 --> 28:35.220] And sometimes I don't remember somebody's email and I have to go through thousands of [28:35.220 --> 28:36.220] them. [28:36.220 --> 28:41.300] So send me a fresh one and I'll be able to find all your stuff. [28:41.300 --> 28:45.540] Oh, I'm sorry, I muted you. [28:45.540 --> 28:46.540] Okay. [28:46.540 --> 28:48.740] Let's see who we're at. [28:48.740 --> 28:49.740] Okay. [28:49.740 --> 28:50.740] Okay. [28:50.740 --> 28:51.740] He dropped off. [28:51.740 --> 28:52.740] Okay. [28:52.740 --> 28:53.740] Now we're going to Kristin. [28:53.740 --> 28:56.500] No, we're not going to Kristin call her. [28:56.500 --> 28:58.500] Hello, John. [28:58.500 --> 29:00.820] Hello, it's me. [29:00.820 --> 29:03.100] Is it you? [29:03.100 --> 29:04.100] It is me. [29:04.100 --> 29:05.100] No, it's you. [29:05.100 --> 29:06.100] It's me. [29:06.100 --> 29:07.100] Who's on first? [29:07.100 --> 29:08.100] What's on second? [29:08.100 --> 29:09.100] What do you have for us today? [29:09.100 --> 29:10.100] Well, I need your help. [29:10.100 --> 29:22.820] I happen to live in a town where they practice selective law enforcement. [29:22.820 --> 29:28.020] And of course all over America last Fourth of July, they had massive fireworks because [29:28.020 --> 29:32.140] people were stuck in their houses for six months or more. [29:32.140 --> 29:34.140] And I couldn't understand. [29:34.140 --> 29:35.140] Okay. [29:35.140 --> 29:36.140] Sorry, John. [29:36.140 --> 29:37.140] Your time is up. [29:37.140 --> 29:38.140] When we come back, we'll go to our next caller. [29:38.140 --> 29:39.140] Okay. [29:39.140 --> 29:40.140] Maybe not. [29:40.140 --> 29:41.140] Hang on, John. [29:41.140 --> 29:42.140] I'm in a good mood today. [29:42.140 --> 29:43.140] Randy John. [29:43.140 --> 29:44.140] Brett Fountain. [29:44.140 --> 29:45.140] We're on radio. [29:45.140 --> 29:46.140] Call it number 512-646-1984. [29:46.140 --> 29:47.140] We'll be right back. [29:47.140 --> 29:48.140] We'll be right back. [29:48.140 --> 29:49.140] Okay. [29:49.140 --> 30:06.380] It's clear cell phones have changed the way we live and work, but have they negatively [30:06.380 --> 30:07.380] affected our health? [30:07.380 --> 30:11.380] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht, and I'll be back in just a moment with new findings about [30:11.380 --> 30:15.420] how cell phones may actually alter our brain chemistry. [30:15.420 --> 30:17.420] Privacy is under attack. [30:17.420 --> 30:21.020] When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again. [30:21.020 --> 30:25.820] And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish, too. [30:25.820 --> 30:30.740] So protect your rights, say no to surveillance, and keep your information to yourself. [30:30.740 --> 30:33.540] Privacy, it's worth hanging on to. [30:33.540 --> 30:37.860] This public service announcement is brought to you by StartPage.com, the private search [30:37.860 --> 30:41.380] engine alternative to Google, Yahoo, and Bing. [30:41.380 --> 30:44.860] Start over with StartPage. [30:44.860 --> 30:49.420] Cell phones emit radio frequency energy, it's a fact, but whether it's dangerous to have [30:49.420 --> 30:53.260] a phone beaming this kind of radiation near your head has been disputed. [30:53.260 --> 30:57.220] Some have blamed it for brain tumors, while cell phone companies have downplayed concerns. [30:57.220 --> 31:01.740] Well, now the Journal of the American Medical Association is confirming that cell phones [31:01.740 --> 31:02.740] affect brain chemistry. [31:02.740 --> 31:08.340] A study of 47 volunteers showed that glucose metabolism in the area of the brain closest [31:08.340 --> 31:11.740] to the cell phone antenna increases when the cell phone is on. [31:11.740 --> 31:16.020] While researchers aren't sure whether this exposure causes damage, I'm not taking any [31:16.020 --> 31:17.020] chances. [31:17.020 --> 31:20.500] I always keep the phone far from my body, and I use a corded headset. [31:20.500 --> 31:30.700] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht, more news and information at CatherineAlbrecht.com. [31:30.700 --> 31:31.700] I lost my son. [31:31.700 --> 31:32.700] My nephew. [31:32.700 --> 31:33.700] My uncle. [31:33.700 --> 31:34.700] My son. [31:34.700 --> 31:35.700] On September 11, 2001. [31:35.700 --> 31:38.900] Most people don't know that a third tower fell on September 11. [31:38.900 --> 31:43.140] World Trade Center 7, a 47-story skyscraper, was not hit by a plane. [31:43.140 --> 31:46.940] Well, the official explanation is that fire brought down building 7. [31:46.940 --> 31:51.740] Over 1,200 architects and engineers have looked into the evidence and believe there is more [31:51.740 --> 31:52.740] to the story. [31:52.740 --> 31:54.140] Bring justice to my son. [31:54.140 --> 31:55.140] My uncle. [31:55.140 --> 31:56.140] My nephew. [31:56.140 --> 31:57.140] My son. [31:57.140 --> 31:58.140] Go to building what.org. [31:58.140 --> 31:59.140] Why it's health. [31:59.140 --> 32:00.140] Why it matters. [32:00.140 --> 32:01.140] And what you can do. [32:01.140 --> 32:05.980] Logos Radio Network welcomes a new show to our lineup for the new year. [32:05.980 --> 32:12.300] Scripture Talk with Nana will begin Wednesday, January 8, from 8 to 10 p.m. central time. [32:12.300 --> 32:15.380] Our goal is in accord with Matthew 516. [32:15.380 --> 32:20.420] Let your light so shine before men that they may see your good works and glorify your Father [32:20.420 --> 32:21.940] which is in heaven. [32:21.940 --> 32:26.740] We wish to reflect God's light and be a blessing to all those with a hearing ear. [32:26.740 --> 32:32.300] Join Nana and guests for both verse by verse Bible studies and topical Bible studies designed [32:32.300 --> 32:35.460] to provoke unto love and good works. [32:35.460 --> 32:39.820] Our verse by verse Bible studies will begin in the book of Matthew where we will discuss [32:39.820 --> 32:41.580] one chapter per week. [32:41.580 --> 32:46.660] Our topical Bible studies will vary each week and will explore sound doctrine as well as [32:46.660 --> 32:48.140] Christian character development. [32:48.140 --> 32:55.900] So mark your calendar and join us live on LogosRadioNetwork.com Wednesdays from 8 to 10 p.m. starting [32:55.900 --> 33:01.460] January 8 for an inspiring and motivating discussion of the Scriptures. [33:01.460 --> 33:16.140] You're listening to the LogosRadio Network at LogosRadioNetwork.com Yeah, I got a warrant [33:16.140 --> 33:32.620] and I conserved them to the government to prosecute them. [33:32.620 --> 33:53.540] Okay, we are back, Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain, Rula Rio and we're talking to John in New [33:53.540 --> 33:54.540] York. [33:54.540 --> 33:59.300] Hey John, what do you have for us today? [33:59.300 --> 34:05.380] Well, I happen to live in a city where like everywhere else they fire illegal fireworks [34:05.380 --> 34:10.100] off all the time and last year was especially bad. [34:10.100 --> 34:15.060] People had cabin fever and I can understand how they were cooped up and the police did [34:15.060 --> 34:23.780] nothing here because, you know, COVID-19 and people were shacked up in their houses and [34:23.780 --> 34:25.740] they finally got out fourth of July. [34:25.740 --> 34:26.740] They went nuts. [34:26.740 --> 34:29.860] But you see, we have a special problem in this town. [34:29.860 --> 34:35.780] It started at the end of April and it continued until the first of November and you hear these [34:35.780 --> 34:41.140] massive explosions, they're M80s, I don't know, they must have been, they were blown [34:41.140 --> 34:46.620] off bombs, they weren't firecrackers and then when it came to the fireworks, they were [34:46.620 --> 34:53.980] using full-graded professional pyrotechnic fireworks like you would have in a major display [34:53.980 --> 35:00.580] like we have a place in town for years where they did professional fireworks on the third [35:00.580 --> 35:02.380] of July every year. [35:02.380 --> 35:08.300] Well, we can't get the police were just riding around, I followed them and the police were [35:08.300 --> 35:14.700] just riding around and when there was a huge display of fireworks, totally illegal, they [35:14.700 --> 35:22.140] just kept on riding by, so the police did nothing and some of the professional fireworks [35:22.140 --> 35:27.100] when those hot shards come down, that's going to set somebody's roof on fire and then it's [35:27.100 --> 35:28.780] not going to be so funny. [35:28.780 --> 35:36.100] So anyway, there are laws in New York state and it limits what you can blow off in your [35:36.100 --> 35:40.580] yard and there's also local city ordinances. [35:40.580 --> 35:45.940] I'm going to read those, I haven't read them yet, but I would like to know what strategy [35:45.940 --> 35:50.980] can I use to get the people in this town to do their job, especially the police and the [35:50.980 --> 35:52.980] mayor. [35:52.980 --> 36:06.740] Well, you could go to the city council meetings and jump up and down and rail enterizers indignation. [36:06.740 --> 36:12.340] You could check the fire department and see if they've had any structure fires that were [36:12.340 --> 36:17.340] attributable to fireworks. [36:17.340 --> 36:28.940] If not, I would say Grinch, what's your problem? [36:28.940 --> 36:36.620] I have a problem with fireworks, I personally don't like fireworks, but that's because [36:36.620 --> 36:43.060] I'm a combat veteran and my experience with those fireworks is from the top, not from [36:43.060 --> 36:44.060] the bottom. [36:44.060 --> 36:50.500] And I can assure you, it's a whole different experience, but my kids love it. [36:50.500 --> 37:00.540] So as long as if there's no serious incidents of injury, they're probably thinking that [37:00.540 --> 37:08.340] we have constrained these people enough, we need to back up and give them a little bit [37:08.340 --> 37:14.580] of leeway, otherwise we'll have them rising up against us. [37:14.580 --> 37:21.540] Yeah, but it's really bad, I mean, this is out of control, they're blowing off that, [37:21.540 --> 37:26.860] nothing smaller than an M80 and the fireworks are professional pyrotechnics, somebody's [37:26.860 --> 37:32.980] going to set a tree on fire, there are some trees that are very able to be set on fire [37:32.980 --> 37:38.260] and then there's a lot of roofs and if somebody's got a lawn mower and there's a little gasoline [37:38.260 --> 37:44.980] around it, maybe a little surface of the lawn mower, somebody's going to be in trouble. [37:44.980 --> 37:48.980] Have there been any incidents to your knowledge? [37:48.980 --> 37:54.660] To my knowledge, no, because maybe then they would do something, but I'm going to suggest [37:54.660 --> 38:00.620] before you can move the city, they're not going to be so concerned with you as they [38:00.620 --> 38:11.180] are with the public in general and if there are no incidents of issues, getting the city [38:11.180 --> 38:20.940] to move is going to be a gargantuan task, pick your battles careful. [38:20.940 --> 38:28.140] All right, well, so you really, there's no magic solution? [38:28.140 --> 38:37.220] No, no, the police are not required, if no one's being injured and there's no property [38:37.220 --> 38:46.940] damage occurring, this is one of those crimes without an injured party and the police have [38:46.940 --> 38:56.940] got enough to do and if nobody's causing a problem, we can only police people so much [38:56.940 --> 39:03.340] and we don't want the police coming in with jackboots and telling me I can't put a flag [39:03.340 --> 39:11.420] in my front yard and I can't celebrate independence, I can't celebrate this country, that's going [39:11.420 --> 39:18.460] to go over really bad and if you're the mayor and you forced everybody to sit in their houses [39:18.460 --> 39:23.940] for all this time, you might want to tiptoe lightly. [39:23.940 --> 39:32.020] So I'm not saying that's right, but moving that mayor, that's going to be tough. [39:32.020 --> 39:36.980] You know how many complaints they had, I mean they had so many complaints, their switchboard [39:36.980 --> 39:41.780] was filled with nothing but complaints from one end of the month, from one end of the [39:41.780 --> 39:42.780] year to the other. [39:42.780 --> 39:46.500] I mean, if it was a week or two or three, you know, a week or two before and a week [39:46.500 --> 39:53.420] or two after the 4th of July, that's one thing, you've got people with PTSD, you've got past, [39:53.420 --> 39:56.140] you've got babies, people at work the next day. [39:56.140 --> 40:01.020] I mean, Randy, it was bad, it was like a full-scale work. [40:01.020 --> 40:04.100] Okay, I don't care what my family says. [40:04.100 --> 40:11.100] The doctor found me totally sane when I got checked for PTSD. [40:11.100 --> 40:20.460] He certified me sane and my son and my wife said, what, what, he must be crazy. [40:20.460 --> 40:23.780] I get no respect. [40:23.780 --> 40:31.900] I was at a meeting of the three or four veteran groups and this disabled American vets guy [40:31.900 --> 40:38.260] was, had to be six foot six, hands twice the size of mine, he's in a wheelchair and I'm [40:38.260 --> 40:42.620] sitting at the next table and he was glancing over at me and finally he leaned over and [40:42.620 --> 40:49.020] he said, it makes you uncomfortable to be around vets, doesn't it? [40:49.020 --> 40:54.900] And I had never, no one had ever noticed that before and I never said anything about it, [40:54.900 --> 41:01.220] but I made the mistake of saying, well, yes it does, oh, that was a mistake, man, they [41:01.220 --> 41:08.900] were all over me, you need to go down and get tested for PTSD and I did and he certified [41:08.900 --> 41:13.700] me sane and my wife's been upset about that ever since. [41:13.700 --> 41:17.420] Oh, she couldn't get ready yet, huh? [41:17.420 --> 41:25.580] Get ready, but she was hoping for a disability, I thought maybe it was because you kept on [41:25.580 --> 41:29.500] trying to get her to go down there and get tested. [41:29.500 --> 41:41.180] I may have PTSD, combat affects everybody, but it doesn't debilitate everybody and PTSD [41:41.180 --> 41:44.820] only matters if it debilitates you. [41:44.820 --> 41:51.780] What it did for me is motivate me, when I go down and take on these public officials [41:51.780 --> 41:58.420] and they start huffing and puffing and wanna flex their professional muscles, yeah, Bubba, [41:58.420 --> 42:06.500] take your best shot, I am not impressed, that's my therapy. [42:06.500 --> 42:13.700] Back to what you're doing, you said there were, the switchboards were filled with complaints. [42:13.700 --> 42:24.860] Now, I'll be frank, I look at your emails and they tend to be filled with hyperbole, [42:24.860 --> 42:33.780] somewhat of over exaggeration, have you checked the number of complaints, go down and get [42:33.780 --> 42:40.100] them and take them to the mayor and say, look, mayor, each one of these complaints is a potential [42:40.100 --> 42:44.900] vote, you're not gonna have, then you might move him. [42:44.900 --> 42:53.180] Yeah, but no, I'm telling you, Randy, hyperbole or not, I'm not the only one, you should hear [42:53.180 --> 43:00.500] other people complain about it, Randy, it was bad, it was real bad, so anyway, enough [43:00.500 --> 43:06.060] of that, I guess, you just gave me a couple of good ideas. [43:06.060 --> 43:14.940] Now, the only other thing I wanted to go over real quick, I just wanted to do a quick summary. [43:14.940 --> 43:23.700] Here we have another week with the COVID shot and another week goes by and they found more [43:23.700 --> 43:28.620] things making people sick and in some cases, pretty bad. [43:28.620 --> 43:36.580] There are women who were in the proximity, whoop, here we go. [43:36.580 --> 43:45.940] Okay, hang on, Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain, Rula Radio, call in number 5126461984, we've [43:45.940 --> 43:51.540] got one slot open on the board, the board will hold four callers, so when one drops [43:51.540 --> 43:54.460] off, then the slot opens up. [43:54.460 --> 44:00.780] Hang on, we'll be right back. [44:06.820 --> 44:11.540] People feed their pets better than they feed themselves and it's time we changed all that. Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain move to our radio and we're talking John in New York [47:10.120 --> 47:20.120] Okay John, we got past the fireworks. What do you have next? [47:20.120 --> 47:26.120] Alright, well the last thing I'm going to say about the fireworks is it went on six months [47:26.120 --> 47:31.120] Six months is way too much, Randy, to ask anybody to put up with [47:31.120 --> 47:37.120] It was a scale every night. It wasn't here or something [47:37.120 --> 47:43.120] You're speaking to the gallery here. I spent quite a while with fireworks [47:43.120 --> 47:44.120] Yeah [47:44.120 --> 47:49.120] Okay, I understand they can be real annoying [47:49.120 --> 47:58.120] But sometimes we have to remember that we live in a community and that was one thing that was interesting about Asia [47:58.120 --> 48:04.120] Americans tend to feel like individuals [48:04.120 --> 48:11.120] But in being individuals, it makes us very isolated [48:11.120 --> 48:20.120] We don't feel a connection to everyone else. In Asia, everyone felt intrinsically connected to everybody else [48:20.120 --> 48:28.120] And they didn't take the idiosyncrasies of other people very seriously [48:28.120 --> 48:39.120] They just accepted it. It was part of the culture. It was much different. It was much more peaceful and sublime there [48:39.120 --> 48:44.120] Everybody was accepting of one another [48:44.120 --> 48:53.120] Not like here. We tend to be individuals and if you annoy me, then you're a problem [48:53.120 --> 48:58.120] I understand the Oriental philosophy [48:58.120 --> 49:05.120] Anyway, okay, when COVID vaccines were first ruled out, there was one location. I don't remember the location [49:05.120 --> 49:13.120] 1,200 people an hour rushed in to get their COVID vaccine but because so many people have been getting paralyzed or killed by the vaccines [49:13.120 --> 49:21.120] The numbers of people getting those vaccines in that one location and I don't remember the place dwindled down to 30 people an hour [49:21.120 --> 49:29.120] Well, anyway, according to what I understand, the mainstream media is lying about the number of people who've already been vaccinated [49:29.120 --> 49:36.120] According to the figures that I got and I got them from several different locations and don't ask me where but I did [49:36.120 --> 49:39.120] Where did you get these from? [49:39.120 --> 49:43.120] I don't know. I got them from one of these [49:43.120 --> 49:52.120] I knew you were going to ask me that. Anyway, less than 20% of Americans, according to these numbers, have taken the vaccine [49:52.120 --> 49:56.120] And as usual, the mainstream media lies about it and says [49:56.120 --> 50:07.120] I just heard part of the speech by Biden and he said over 200 million people had been vaccinated [50:07.120 --> 50:14.120] Has he done the numbers? There's only 323 million in the country [50:14.120 --> 50:22.120] So he's saying that two-thirds to three-quarters of the entire population has been vaccinated [50:22.120 --> 50:27.120] Somehow I was a bit incredulous about that [50:27.120 --> 50:30.120] It hasn't been enough time [50:30.120 --> 50:36.120] That's what I thought. 200 million? No, I don't buy that [50:36.120 --> 50:38.120] No, not for a minute [50:38.120 --> 50:43.120] No, wait a minute. The president said that and it was on the internet, so it must be true [50:43.120 --> 50:56.120] No, no, no. It was on public radio. You know public radio. If they say it's true, we need to defund public radio [50:56.120 --> 51:04.120] Is that what Reagan did back in the 80s? And I saw why. I went up one day. I'll throw this in [51:04.120 --> 51:13.120] Our station needed a board, an extra board, and they had one for sale up at one of the public radio stations in Rochester, TV Station [51:13.120 --> 51:20.120] So the boss sent me up there with one of our other announcers and we took a look at a board [51:20.120 --> 51:30.120] Well, it turned out that we couldn't use the board, but when I went in there, I understood why Reagan defunded public radio and public television [51:30.120 --> 51:44.120] I saw three guys sitting behind one desk, one control board, and what one guy could do, three were doing, and they were all sitting there staring at the ceiling [51:44.120 --> 51:48.120] Three people to do the work of one person [51:48.120 --> 51:50.120] Running a sound board? [51:50.120 --> 52:02.120] Running a sound board, that's right. And when I was doing it, I not only ran the sound board, I was writing commercials, I was doing this, I was answering calls for clients [52:02.120 --> 52:07.120] And I understand why Reagan defunded them. Poor babies [52:07.120 --> 52:17.120] The reason I want to defund them is because they made it absolutely clear to anyone who will listen that they're a propaganda rack [52:17.120 --> 52:22.120] Now, if CNN wants to be a propaganda rack, it's their business [52:22.120 --> 52:30.120] If these other commercial stations want to be propaganda racks, that's their business [52:30.120 --> 52:42.120] But public radio is our business. They don't get to exclude part of that information because it's not politically expedient [52:42.120 --> 52:50.120] I turned off public radio and I only listened to public radio [52:50.120 --> 52:57.120] After that, I turned it off. I listened to nothing. I need to fix my CD player so I can listen to music [52:57.120 --> 53:00.120] I will not turn them back on [53:00.120 --> 53:22.120] When Amazon banned that one social media deal that was right-wing, I canceled my subscription to Amazon that day [53:22.120 --> 53:29.120] I will not purchase from Amazon. If we're to take our country back, this is how we can do it [53:29.120 --> 53:38.120] If we don't use their services, they can't operate and we use the ones who don't treat us like we're brainless idiots [53:38.120 --> 53:54.120] that need to be fed propaganda like they did the Nazis in 1938-39 that got an entire population to tolerate the extinction of a race of human beings [53:54.120 --> 53:58.120] I won't be a part of that. I'm going to stop preaching now [53:58.120 --> 54:21.120] Okay, Pfizer vaccine has been examined by German scientists and they found colored what appear to be live or semi-live colored filaments that respond to certain things like heat and become activated [54:21.120 --> 54:36.120] And they may be the same ones. These are the ones that they found in the swabs they used to stick up your nose to test for COVID [54:36.120 --> 54:53.120] Yeah, they believe they're the same ones and they also believe they're the same ones in the masks in the Chinese COVID masks. So Pfizer Vax was examined by German scientists and they think what they're looking at and I agree with them [54:53.120 --> 55:02.120] I'm totally familiar with Morgallon [55:02.120 --> 55:11.120] Okay, define Morgallon's to us. I read your emails and I kind of know what you're talking about, but define what you're talking about here [55:11.120 --> 55:21.120] All right, the same, Morgallon's is characterized by the following things. The person that has it, please [55:21.120 --> 55:32.120] Okay, step back, step back. Morgallon's. Morgallon's is not a technology. It's not a medicine. It is a condition. Is that correct? [55:32.120 --> 55:52.120] That's correct. Yep. All right, Morgallon's is characterized by the following symptoms. Little scabs, little sores, sometimes in the sores or sometimes in unbroken skin, you will see colored filaments that come up and they seem to be alive [55:52.120 --> 56:05.120] They respond to things like your breath. They respond to heat. They grow out of the skin. They're either in the skin under the skin or in the flesh. [56:05.120 --> 56:16.120] There are doctors that think the people who have this are delusional. They feel the reason why they think they're delusional and they're not [56:16.120 --> 56:32.120] Is they feel like bugs are crawling under their skin. They feel itchy. They feel icky. And at two or three or four in the morning is when their manifestations of bugs crawling is the strongest [56:32.120 --> 56:36.120] Every night, between two and three [56:36.120 --> 56:39.120] This sounds a lot like tapeworms [56:39.120 --> 56:56.120] Boy, you're right on it. The doctors aren't sure, but veterinarians are better equipped to handle this because they think it's a parasitic type of animal or vegetable or whatever you want to call it [56:56.120 --> 57:12.120] And veterinarians are very instrumental and very intelligent people. They're the ones that in the 1940s found the cure for muscular dystrophy. You heard that right. We'll do that another time [57:12.120 --> 57:23.120] But muscular dystrophy, the cure has been known since 1940. It's called white muscle disease and we'll get into that either later or another time [57:23.120 --> 57:29.120] You're speaking to the fact that human beings are the other white meat [57:29.120 --> 57:32.120] Yes [57:32.120 --> 57:34.120] Okay [57:34.120 --> 57:36.120] So there you go [57:36.120 --> 57:39.120] A cure for MS or MD [57:39.120 --> 57:49.120] Well there's a cure for MS too. I know about two of them and I personally witnessed a girl cure herself of MS and she did have MS [57:49.120 --> 57:51.120] I saw that [57:51.120 --> 58:07.120] Okay, hang on. Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain, we have a radio. It is the top of the hour, so this would be a good time to check out our website [58:07.120 --> 58:17.120] And if you have a few extra bucks laying around, we could sure use it to upgrade our equipment on this website [58:17.120 --> 58:28.120] We don't hear Deborah on the air much anymore and that's because she spends all of her time trying to keep our ancient and antiquated equipment up and working [58:28.120 --> 58:36.120] It is a real struggle and we could use all the help we can get to keep this radio show on the air [58:36.120 --> 58:50.120] Hang on. We're going to our sponsors. We'll be right back [58:50.120 --> 59:01.120] Would you like to make more definite progress in your walk with God? [01:01:00.120 --> 01:01:04.120] Today in history [01:01:04.120 --> 01:01:24.120] In recent news, since Governor Greg Abbott signed House Bill 1325 legalizing heaven to Texas law back in June, county prosecutors around the state, including Houston, Austin, San Antonio, have been dropping marijuana possession charges and even refusing to file new ones since they are stipulating that they do not have the time or the laboratory equipment to test the earth for THC. [01:01:24.120 --> 01:01:33.120] Margaret Moore, the Travis County District Attorney, announced earlier this month that she was dismissing 32 felony possession and delivery of marijuana cases because of the law. [01:01:33.120 --> 01:01:52.120] Mr Abbott and other state officials, including the Attorney General, stipulated in a letter to county district attorneys back on Thursday that marijuana has not been decriminalized in Texas and that these actions demonstrate a misunderstanding of how HB 1325 works, as well as other cities too, like the district attorney in El Paso, [01:01:52.120 --> 01:02:13.120] Kyma Esparza, a Democrat who also stated earlier this month that the law, quote, will not have an effect on the prosecution of marijuana cases in El Paso. However, the issue was succinctly summarized by Mr Brandon Ball, an assistant public defender in Harris County, who stated that, quote, the law is constantly changing on what makes something illegal based on its chemical makeup. [01:02:13.120 --> 01:02:22.120] It's important that if someone is charged with something, the test matches what they're charged with. [01:02:22.120 --> 01:02:39.120] A paper by Tulane University identified a five and a half inch American pocket shark. As the first of its kind in the Gulf of Mexico, the specimen being only the second pocket shark ever captured or recorded with the other one being found way back in 1979 in the East Pacific Ocean. [01:02:39.120 --> 01:02:53.120] According to the university paper, the sharks creates a lumus fluid from a gland near its front fins for the purposes hypothesized to lure and prey who may be drawn into the glow. [01:02:53.120 --> 01:03:11.120] This was Rook Rody with your lowdown for July 22, 2019. [01:03:23.120 --> 01:03:45.120] Okay, we are back. [01:03:45.120 --> 01:04:12.120] We went to talk to some folks in Fort Worth today, and he was supposed to bring his pretty wife, Andrea, and I had it all planned that I was going to seek Andrea on him, and he ruined it. [01:04:12.120 --> 01:04:17.120] I ruined all my fun. What do you got to say about that, Brett? [01:04:17.120 --> 01:04:20.120] How exactly did I ruin this fun? [01:04:20.120 --> 01:04:28.120] Well, you didn't bring Andrea, so I could tell her all the stuff that you said about her, or that you would have said about it if you had thought about it. [01:04:28.120 --> 01:04:31.120] So I foiled your evil plan without me. [01:04:31.120 --> 01:04:38.120] Yeah, I was planning on playing Let's You and Her Fight. [01:04:38.120 --> 01:04:45.120] My wife is just absolutely adorable. She's from South America, and she's about 90 pounds of screaming terror. [01:04:45.120 --> 01:04:51.120] If you know many Latin women, they are fiery. [01:04:51.120 --> 01:05:02.120] Yeah, she's absolutely adorable until she picks up on something like, oh, I don't know, Randy trying to pull something. [01:05:02.120 --> 01:05:12.120] You have not gained anywhere in years as much weight as Brett said. [01:05:12.120 --> 01:05:19.120] That would probably earn you a kick under the table, not me. [01:05:19.120 --> 01:05:33.120] I told somebody at the bank they were telling me today, you have to be careful. Carry in cash out of the bank. Watch out. Carry in cash. They like you to have everything in there where they can do all their paper trails. [01:05:33.120 --> 01:05:40.120] I prefer to just generally work with cash, and they're telling me I need to be careful. I said, I don't worry about it. [01:05:40.120 --> 01:05:47.120] If anybody tries to take my cash, I mean, I'll just sick my wife on them. [01:05:47.120 --> 01:05:51.120] If anybody is married, we'll understand that. [01:05:51.120 --> 01:05:58.120] And he is adorable. And his five-year-old son, I can't tell what he did on the radio. [01:05:58.120 --> 01:06:07.120] Yeah, I can. We went to a hearing with Scott Richardson, and how old was he then? About five? [01:06:07.120 --> 01:06:09.120] Yeah, I think so. [01:06:09.120 --> 01:06:18.120] We come out of the hearing, and I'm talking to Brett, and I look over, and his son is standing there peeing in the grass. [01:06:18.120 --> 01:06:22.120] I said, Brett, is he making a statement? [01:06:22.120 --> 01:06:28.120] Anyway, okay. John, we're having too much fun tonight. [01:06:28.120 --> 01:06:39.120] I could tell. I'm just going to say this, and then I'm going to make a few summary statements and just get on with it. [01:06:39.120 --> 01:06:50.120] In four to 14 months, I make a prediction. This is based on what I've heard from a lot of experts who really are specialists in a particular field, [01:06:50.120 --> 01:07:01.120] like vaccines and or the immune system, in four to 14 months, especially with the Pfizer and the Moderna vaccine, but I think with all of them. [01:07:01.120 --> 01:07:14.120] Those who get the shot, when they come across a cold virus, and there are many out there, there's, last I knew, there were 36, 29. [01:07:14.120 --> 01:07:20.120] The last I heard was 29 variations of Corona that are out there, and you're saying 36? [01:07:20.120 --> 01:07:29.120] I think there might be up to 36, and COVID-19 is one of them. When the person runs across one of the cold viruses, [01:07:29.120 --> 01:07:38.120] especially any of the Corona viruses, the immune system is going to overreact in a lot of people, and it can kill the patient. [01:07:38.120 --> 01:07:41.120] Those vaccines can cause the immune system to overreact. [01:07:41.120 --> 01:07:48.120] And this I've heard a lot, anyone who's especially allergic to something. [01:07:48.120 --> 01:07:55.120] If you're allergic to something, it's not the allergen that causes you problems. [01:07:55.120 --> 01:08:06.120] It's your body's histamine response. It's your body trying to throw off the allergen that causes your symptoms. It's not the allergen itself. [01:08:06.120 --> 01:08:11.120] And when we talk about COVID, it's essentially the same thing. [01:08:11.120 --> 01:08:16.120] If you're allergic to something, your body attempts to get rid of it. [01:08:16.120 --> 01:08:26.120] Well, if you overreact to it, like people who are extremely allergic to peanuts, they go into anaphylactic shock. [01:08:26.120 --> 01:08:34.120] It's not the peanuts that causes it. It's their own body's histamine cells that causes anaphylactic shock. [01:08:34.120 --> 01:08:38.120] And that's what I'm hearing about these vaccines. [01:08:38.120 --> 01:08:44.120] They're likely to trigger a similar type of overreaction. [01:08:44.120 --> 01:08:49.120] Am I accurate in that, John, or can you correct me? [01:08:49.120 --> 01:08:52.120] Oh, you're right on. You're right on 101%. [01:08:52.120 --> 01:08:55.120] And believe it or not, you know what causes peanut allergies? [01:08:55.120 --> 01:09:03.120] The same thing that causes allergies to a lot of things, and that's vaccines. [01:09:03.120 --> 01:09:08.120] One, let's see, I don't want to get bogged down. [01:09:08.120 --> 01:09:10.120] I want to keep on going. [01:09:10.120 --> 01:09:22.120] An Israeli study shows COVID vaccine is 40 times more deadly to the elderly than the COVID virus is. [01:09:22.120 --> 01:09:24.120] Okay, wait a minute, John. [01:09:24.120 --> 01:09:28.120] I happen to have some information about that. [01:09:28.120 --> 01:09:36.120] When I was up at my mom's funeral, my nephew was there and he's a physician. [01:09:36.120 --> 01:09:43.120] And he said that before he would take the vaccine, he watched some different studies. [01:09:43.120 --> 01:09:49.120] And the primary one that he watched was an Israeli study. [01:09:49.120 --> 01:09:55.120] And based on that Israeli study, he decided to go ahead and take the vaccine. [01:09:55.120 --> 01:10:01.120] I intend to have him on the show. I've asked him to do some research for me. [01:10:01.120 --> 01:10:05.120] Because, you know, I explained to him what we're dealing with here. [01:10:05.120 --> 01:10:10.120] We get a lot of information. I get a tremendous amount of information. [01:10:10.120 --> 01:10:12.120] Most of it's trash. [01:10:12.120 --> 01:10:19.120] John, when I complain about hyperbole, the hyperbole you give me is nothing. [01:10:19.120 --> 01:10:30.120] I get people who tell me that their powers that be are trying to eliminate the entire population of the planet. [01:10:30.120 --> 01:10:36.120] And every single solitary thing they do is an attempt to annihilate the entire population. [01:10:36.120 --> 01:10:45.120] I believe those are government shields out here putting out absolutely outrageous information. [01:10:45.120 --> 01:10:53.120] So when someone puts out valid information, it will pale before the trash these guys are putting out. [01:10:53.120 --> 01:10:57.120] So we struggle to find the good information and the bad. [01:10:57.120 --> 01:11:03.120] And my nephew, right now he used to be an ER physician. [01:11:03.120 --> 01:11:08.120] Now he's with the VA and he only cares about his patients. [01:11:08.120 --> 01:11:12.120] He doesn't have an axiom. He doesn't have a political agenda. [01:11:12.120 --> 01:11:15.120] And he was saying that he explained it. [01:11:15.120 --> 01:11:28.120] I want to bring him on and have him explain why he decided to take the vaccine and he did it from an insider informed perspective. [01:11:28.120 --> 01:11:33.120] And I'll be frank, that gave me pause. [01:11:33.120 --> 01:11:34.120] Go ahead, Brad. [01:11:34.120 --> 01:11:42.120] It turns out well for him in these whatever 14 months or I've heard some estimates max two years. [01:11:42.120 --> 01:11:43.120] Yeah, I've heard all this. [01:11:43.120 --> 01:11:46.120] But you know, okay, he works well for him. [01:11:46.120 --> 01:11:50.120] He's a physician and he deals with veterans and a lot of old people. [01:11:50.120 --> 01:12:02.120] And he doesn't want to be the cause of spreading a disease that wouldn't might not hurt him at all. [01:12:02.120 --> 01:12:05.120] He might kill some of his patients. [01:12:05.120 --> 01:12:09.120] So you have to understand the tight world he's walking on. [01:12:09.120 --> 01:12:18.120] But then again, he has children and he's real concerned about the effect of this virus. [01:12:18.120 --> 01:12:22.120] And this is an insider who did his own investigation. [01:12:22.120 --> 01:12:24.120] I want to bring him on the show. [01:12:24.120 --> 01:12:26.120] He's doing some research for me. [01:12:26.120 --> 01:12:38.120] And I want you to hear someone from the inside and he is not being controlled by anyone. [01:12:38.120 --> 01:12:45.120] This guy, he is an absolute, absolutely phenomenal individual. [01:12:45.120 --> 01:12:56.120] There are stories I can't tell you about him, what he had to do, I don't know how he managed to grow up sane and normal. [01:12:56.120 --> 01:13:00.120] But he is a remarkable individuality. [01:13:00.120 --> 01:13:04.120] He's not on either side of this issue. [01:13:04.120 --> 01:13:07.120] So I will be looking forward to bringing him on. [01:13:07.120 --> 01:13:11.120] And I want to give everybody a balanced view. [01:13:11.120 --> 01:13:17.120] We've got the Democrats proposing one unbalanced view. [01:13:17.120 --> 01:13:24.120] We've got the Republicans faction promoting another unbalanced view. [01:13:24.120 --> 01:13:29.120] How do we as ordinary people find a middle ground? [01:13:29.120 --> 01:13:34.120] And John, when I bring David on, I'm going to want you on. [01:13:34.120 --> 01:13:37.120] All right. [01:13:37.120 --> 01:13:46.120] We want to find out what's really going on from people who don't have a dog in the hunt on either side. [01:13:46.120 --> 01:13:50.120] From people who really want the best for everybody involved. [01:13:50.120 --> 01:13:55.120] And so far, all I'm getting is hyperbole from both sides. [01:13:55.120 --> 01:14:00.120] The vaccine on the Democratic side is absolutely incredible. [01:14:00.120 --> 01:14:04.120] It's the end all to fix all. [01:14:04.120 --> 01:14:10.120] On the other side, they're trying to decimate the entire population and kill us all. [01:14:10.120 --> 01:14:14.120] Well, neither one of those can be trusted. [01:14:14.120 --> 01:14:18.120] I hope you appreciate my precision, John. [01:14:18.120 --> 01:14:22.120] Well, yeah, I can understand where you're certainly, where you're coming from. [01:14:22.120 --> 01:14:25.120] I spent my entire, I'm just going to say one sentence about that. [01:14:25.120 --> 01:14:29.120] I spent my entire life gathering facts, not hyperbole. [01:14:29.120 --> 01:14:35.120] And if I make a statement, it may sound like hyperbole to you, but it's actually a fact. [01:14:35.120 --> 01:14:37.120] I don't deal in opinions. [01:14:37.120 --> 01:14:44.120] I don't deal in guesses or scientific guesses. [01:14:44.120 --> 01:14:46.120] I deal in facts only. [01:14:46.120 --> 01:14:53.120] And the information that I get are from specialists, people who are impeccable, [01:14:53.120 --> 01:15:00.120] people who I can tell their reputation with other people that I know their reputation is sterling. [01:15:00.120 --> 01:15:01.120] Okay. [01:15:01.120 --> 01:15:05.120] You understand, I hold my nephew in very high regard. [01:15:05.120 --> 01:15:15.120] And I asked you to be on with him because I understand that you're not invested in either side [01:15:15.120 --> 01:15:20.120] and you want to do the best for everybody. [01:15:20.120 --> 01:15:25.120] And you too will be a good counterpoint. [01:15:25.120 --> 01:15:30.120] You're likely to bring him information he hasn't seen before. [01:15:30.120 --> 01:15:40.120] And he will be able to look at it from a boots on the ground medical professional perspective. [01:15:40.120 --> 01:15:42.120] I'm hoping this will be a very good show. [01:15:42.120 --> 01:15:50.120] And yes, I do respect that you're doing the way you present things. [01:15:50.120 --> 01:15:56.120] Sounds like hyperbole, but I do respect that you're doing the best you can. [01:15:56.120 --> 01:15:59.120] And I want to see you two together. [01:15:59.120 --> 01:16:03.120] I hope my nephew just rips you to shreds. [01:16:03.120 --> 01:16:06.120] But there's a chance you may rip him to shreds. [01:16:06.120 --> 01:16:14.120] You may give him information that he hasn't been heard hearing from the federal government in the VA [01:16:14.120 --> 01:16:18.120] and from the American Medical Association. [01:16:18.120 --> 01:16:21.120] I think it will be interesting on both sides. [01:16:21.120 --> 01:16:24.120] Well, then there's one last thing I got to tell you. [01:16:24.120 --> 01:16:30.120] There is, it's come up, there are women who have never had the vaccine [01:16:30.120 --> 01:16:35.120] that were developing the symptoms of people who did get the vaccine [01:16:35.120 --> 01:16:40.120] and they were in the proximity of those who did get the vaccine. [01:16:40.120 --> 01:16:42.120] It's called shedding. [01:16:42.120 --> 01:16:43.120] Shedding, yes. [01:16:43.120 --> 01:16:47.120] I just spoke to my sister-in-law about that. [01:16:47.120 --> 01:16:50.120] Hang on, Randy Kelton, Brett Felton, Blue Law Radio. [01:16:50.120 --> 01:16:54.120] I call in number 512-646-1984. [01:16:54.120 --> 01:16:56.120] God, I see you there. We'll get to you. [01:16:56.120 --> 01:17:06.120] We'll be right back. [01:17:27.120 --> 01:17:29.120] How to get debt collectors out of your credit report. [01:17:29.120 --> 01:17:34.120] How to turn the financial tables on them and make them pay you to go away. [01:17:34.120 --> 01:17:38.120] The Michael Merris proven method is the solution for how to stop debt collectors. [01:17:38.120 --> 01:17:41.120] Personal consultation is available as well. [01:17:41.120 --> 01:17:44.120] For more information, please visit ruleoflawradio.com [01:17:44.120 --> 01:17:49.120] and click on the blue Michael Merris banner or email Michael Merris at yahoo.com. [01:17:49.120 --> 01:17:57.120] That's ruleoflawradio.com or email m-i-c-h-a-e-l-m-i-r-r-a-s at yahoo.com. [01:17:57.120 --> 01:18:00.120] To learn how to stop debt collectors now. [01:18:00.120 --> 01:18:01.120] I love logos. [01:18:01.120 --> 01:18:04.120] Without the shows on this network, I'd be almost as ignorant as my friends. [01:18:04.120 --> 01:18:07.120] I'm so addicted to the truth now that there's no going back. [01:18:07.120 --> 01:18:08.120] I need my truth fix. [01:18:08.120 --> 01:18:13.120] I'd be lost without logos and I really want to help keep this network on the air. [01:18:13.120 --> 01:18:16.120] I'd love to volunteer as a show producer but I'm a bit of a Luddite [01:18:16.120 --> 01:18:20.120] and I really don't have any money to give because I spent it all on supplements. [01:18:20.120 --> 01:18:22.120] How can I help logos? [01:18:22.120 --> 01:18:24.120] Well, I'm glad you asked. [01:18:24.120 --> 01:18:27.120] Whenever you order anything from Amazon, you can help logos. [01:18:27.120 --> 01:18:29.120] You can order them in your supplies or holiday gifts. [01:18:29.120 --> 01:18:31.120] First thing you do is clear your cookies. [01:18:31.120 --> 01:18:34.120] Now, go to logosreguletwork.com. [01:18:34.120 --> 01:18:37.120] Click on the Amazon logo and bookmark it. [01:18:37.120 --> 01:18:43.120] Now, when you order anything from Amazon, you use that link and logos gets a few pesos. [01:18:43.120 --> 01:18:44.120] Do I pay extra? [01:18:44.120 --> 01:18:45.120] No. [01:18:45.120 --> 01:18:47.120] Do I have to do anything different when I order? [01:18:47.120 --> 01:18:48.120] No. [01:18:48.120 --> 01:18:49.120] Can I use my Amazon Prime? [01:18:49.120 --> 01:18:50.120] No. [01:18:50.120 --> 01:18:51.120] I mean, yes. [01:18:51.120 --> 01:18:52.120] Wow. [01:18:52.120 --> 01:18:54.120] Giving without doing anything or spending any money. [01:18:54.120 --> 01:18:55.120] This is perfect. [01:18:55.120 --> 01:18:57.120] Thank you so much. [01:18:57.120 --> 01:18:58.120] We are logos. [01:18:58.120 --> 01:19:27.120] Happy Holidays, Logos. [01:19:27.120 --> 01:19:39.120] Okay. [01:19:39.120 --> 01:19:46.120] We are back with Randy Kelton, Brett Staten, Rula Radio, and we're talking to John in New York. [01:19:46.120 --> 01:19:48.120] Okay, John. [01:19:48.120 --> 01:19:50.120] We'll wrap it up. [01:19:50.120 --> 01:19:51.120] We'll wrap it up. [01:19:51.120 --> 01:19:56.120] This last thing is very important because about six months ago, [01:19:56.120 --> 01:20:06.120] about six months ago, I came across this information and it's happening. [01:20:06.120 --> 01:20:10.120] And what's happening is there were a group of women who came into the news. [01:20:10.120 --> 01:20:20.120] They had spent time with a vaccine to person or person and they themselves weren't sick [01:20:20.120 --> 01:20:26.120] prior and after they had spent time with the person who had been vaccineed. [01:20:26.120 --> 01:20:31.120] And I think it was with the Pfizer and or Moderna, but I'm not certain. [01:20:31.120 --> 01:20:35.120] It's possible that I have to go back and get the correct information. [01:20:35.120 --> 01:20:39.120] It's possible it happened with the Johnson and Johnson. [01:20:39.120 --> 01:20:42.120] I'll have to look at that more closely. [01:20:42.120 --> 01:20:46.120] That's really pretty critical information. [01:20:46.120 --> 01:20:48.120] Yeah, it is. [01:20:48.120 --> 01:20:50.120] And I knew about it six months ago. [01:20:50.120 --> 01:20:54.120] I knew this was going to happen. [01:20:54.120 --> 01:20:56.120] Why did I know it was going to happen? [01:20:56.120 --> 01:21:00.120] Because when, well, I just knew it was going to happen. [01:21:00.120 --> 01:21:02.120] Let's just keep it at that. [01:21:02.120 --> 01:21:06.120] Long story short, they exhibited the following symptoms. [01:21:06.120 --> 01:21:08.120] Heavy menstrual bleeding. [01:21:08.120 --> 01:21:12.120] Heavy menstrual bleeding outside of their proper time. [01:21:12.120 --> 01:21:16.120] Pain, a lot of discomfort. [01:21:16.120 --> 01:21:18.120] Flu-like symptoms. [01:21:18.120 --> 01:21:26.120] All the things that you'd expect from a shot or from the actual illness itself. [01:21:26.120 --> 01:21:28.120] Okay. [01:21:28.120 --> 01:21:29.120] Oh, wait a minute. [01:21:29.120 --> 01:21:33.120] Okay, this is kind of cryptic. [01:21:33.120 --> 01:21:35.120] They're having symptoms. [01:21:35.120 --> 01:21:45.120] Are you saying they're having symptoms without contracting the disease from which you would expect those symptoms? [01:21:45.120 --> 01:21:47.120] Because you didn't say they have corona. [01:21:47.120 --> 01:21:49.120] You didn't say they have the flu or cold. [01:21:49.120 --> 01:21:51.120] You're saying you're just having symptoms. [01:21:51.120 --> 01:21:54.120] So I'm not sure what that implication means. [01:21:54.120 --> 01:21:59.120] Are you saying that normally these kinds of symptoms follow the vaccine, [01:21:59.120 --> 01:22:01.120] and the pattern is that they follow the vaccine, [01:22:01.120 --> 01:22:07.120] but these same symptoms are starting to follow people who are near people that have the vaccine. [01:22:07.120 --> 01:22:09.120] Is that what you're saying? [01:22:09.120 --> 01:22:10.120] That's what they're saying. [01:22:10.120 --> 01:22:11.120] That's what the doctors are saying. [01:22:11.120 --> 01:22:14.120] Yeah, exactly. [01:22:14.120 --> 01:22:20.120] Are these people contracting the disease? [01:22:20.120 --> 01:22:22.120] That's what I wasn't sure about. [01:22:22.120 --> 01:22:24.120] You didn't say they were having the disease. [01:22:24.120 --> 01:22:26.120] They're just having these symptoms. [01:22:26.120 --> 01:22:41.120] So is this shedding giving them an attenuated dose of the contagion that doesn't actually infect them? [01:22:41.120 --> 01:22:50.120] But that would sound like the vaccine would be itself transmittable through the air. [01:22:50.120 --> 01:22:57.120] Do these people wind up showing positive for exposure to the disease? [01:22:57.120 --> 01:22:59.120] I didn't say that at all. [01:22:59.120 --> 01:23:01.120] I didn't see that. [01:23:01.120 --> 01:23:04.120] I've got to do this is just the very beginning stages. [01:23:04.120 --> 01:23:10.120] I've got to do a lot of research into it and find out everything like just what you're saying. [01:23:10.120 --> 01:23:13.120] It's unknown at this time. [01:23:13.120 --> 01:23:16.120] One I'm addressing is the hyperbola I get. [01:23:16.120 --> 01:23:21.120] I get people saying, oh, they will have these symptoms so they're going to die of the disease. [01:23:21.120 --> 01:23:23.120] But nobody's saying that. [01:23:23.120 --> 01:23:30.120] They're just saying they're having some symptoms and I'm thinking, OK, they get close to someone who's been vaccinated [01:23:30.120 --> 01:23:34.120] and supposedly this person is shedding. [01:23:34.120 --> 01:23:40.120] The question is, what are they shedding? Are they shedding the live virus? [01:23:40.120 --> 01:23:52.120] Or are they shedding something that just like a normal vaccine where they give you a string of DNA from a virus, [01:23:52.120 --> 01:23:59.120] but not the entire DNA, just enough to get your system to recognize it as a pathogen, [01:23:59.120 --> 01:24:05.120] attack it and create antibodies to it? That sounds like what you're saying. [01:24:05.120 --> 01:24:07.120] John, am I correct? [01:24:07.120 --> 01:24:09.120] Well, yeah. [01:24:09.120 --> 01:24:17.120] I have a tendency to give exactly the way it is without embellishing. [01:24:17.120 --> 01:24:20.120] That's what I'm asking for. [01:24:20.120 --> 01:24:24.120] You didn't say they got the disease. [01:24:24.120 --> 01:24:32.120] You just say they had symptoms. What I'm looking for is, what does that mean that they had these symptoms? [01:24:32.120 --> 01:24:39.120] You have to understand something about the vaccines made by Pfizer and Moderna. [01:24:39.120 --> 01:24:44.120] What you have to understand is, they're not vaccines. [01:24:44.120 --> 01:24:53.120] We got that part. They're designed to ameliorate the symptoms, not to keep you from getting it. [01:24:53.120 --> 01:24:57.120] We don't really know what they're designed to do. [01:24:57.120 --> 01:25:04.120] Okay, that's what I've heard. Is that your impression, John? [01:25:04.120 --> 01:25:07.120] That's correct. You hit it 101%. [01:25:07.120 --> 01:25:18.120] Now, let me continue because I can wrap this up quick. [01:25:18.120 --> 01:25:24.120] The Pfizer and the Moderna genetic therapy, and it's not therapy either, [01:25:24.120 --> 01:25:28.120] it's a dangerous experiment on human beings. [01:25:28.120 --> 01:25:31.120] They skipped the animal trials. [01:25:31.120 --> 01:25:36.120] Okay, hold on. You're going back to hyperbole. Let's go to what's actually going on. [01:25:36.120 --> 01:25:41.120] Okay, where I'm going here is, don't tell me how to think about this information. [01:25:41.120 --> 01:25:48.120] Give me this information and let me evaluate it, and then tell me how you think I should have thought about it. [01:25:48.120 --> 01:25:54.120] That way, I can organize my thinking better. Does that make sense, John? [01:25:54.120 --> 01:25:59.120] I guess so. It is a fact that they skipped the animal trials. [01:25:59.120 --> 01:26:02.120] The animal trials that they had done before, previously... [01:26:02.120 --> 01:26:09.120] Okay, the only reason they skipped the animal trials is because it killed all the ferrets. [01:26:09.120 --> 01:26:13.120] That's right. You got it. [01:26:13.120 --> 01:26:18.120] They skipped the animal trials because they already had, they didn't want to repeat performance, [01:26:18.120 --> 01:26:26.120] and it would be very hard to go forward even if a couple of the animals died. [01:26:26.120 --> 01:26:37.120] So, they skipped the animal trials in this round of the development of this particular set of vaccines called messenger RNA. [01:26:37.120 --> 01:26:41.120] That was an extremely hideous thing to do. [01:26:41.120 --> 01:26:48.120] That puts them in the classification of the Nuremberg trials of the Geneva Convention. [01:26:48.120 --> 01:26:53.120] That's human experimentation, and they are... [01:26:53.120 --> 01:27:04.120] Okay, wait. Let's go back to what actually is occurring rather than all of this comment about why and all the politics is going on. [01:27:04.120 --> 01:27:15.120] What was the experience of these people who were in proximity to others who had had the vaccine? [01:27:15.120 --> 01:27:28.120] Well, having menstrual bleeding, bleeding outside of their normal time, those were the two predominating symptoms. [01:27:28.120 --> 01:27:37.120] Was there any indication that they subsequently tested positive to exposure? [01:27:37.120 --> 01:27:49.120] If they believed this was shedding, then I would expect that if I thought it was shedding and I'm having symptoms from the shedding, [01:27:49.120 --> 01:28:00.120] I would want to see if I test positive to a reaction to the actual virus. Is there any indication of that? [01:28:00.120 --> 01:28:03.120] Well, in order to answer that, I have to say this. [01:28:03.120 --> 01:28:18.120] The mRNA vaccines, the messenger RNA vaccines, COVID by Pfizer and Moderna, they use an artificial, a synthetic piece of protein [01:28:18.120 --> 01:28:29.120] and basically when it's all said and done, they change the DNA of the human being. [01:28:29.120 --> 01:28:34.120] Okay, I got that part, but that's going to a different place. [01:28:34.120 --> 01:28:47.120] We have these health workers who are in proximity to someone who has had the vaccine and they're experiencing symptoms. [01:28:47.120 --> 01:28:49.120] They stay there. [01:28:49.120 --> 01:28:54.120] Okay, the only, this seems to go to only menstrual. [01:28:54.120 --> 01:29:05.120] It would seem that if I think that I contracted these symptoms from shedding, occurring from someone who had received the vaccine, [01:29:05.120 --> 01:29:15.120] the first thing I would want to do is see if I showed antibodies to the coronavirus. Did they do that? [01:29:15.120 --> 01:29:18.120] That's what I'm trying to explain. In order to tell... [01:29:18.120 --> 01:29:24.120] No, you're dancing around that. That's pretty straightforward. [01:29:24.120 --> 01:29:25.120] No, no. [01:29:25.120 --> 01:29:27.120] That's my concern. [01:29:27.120 --> 01:29:30.120] Go with, all right, just please. [01:29:30.120 --> 01:29:34.120] As Matt lost... [01:29:34.120 --> 01:29:41.120] Okay, hang on. We'll pick up this up on the other side and this is not so much about the vaccine or the coronary issue. [01:29:41.120 --> 01:29:48.120] It's about how we examine issues. I'm an engineer and I have to pay attention to the vaccine. [01:29:48.120 --> 01:29:55.120] I want to get to those when we come back. Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain, and we'll be right back. [01:29:55.120 --> 01:29:56.120] Okay. [01:29:56.120 --> 01:29:59.120] Ugh, my cock came back. [01:29:59.120 --> 01:30:01.120] Ready? [01:30:01.120 --> 01:30:06.120] Sorry, soft drink lovers. Ethan, diet drinks can make you fat. [01:30:06.120 --> 01:30:11.120] Your study shows that diet soda drinkers gain much more weight than people who avoid the stuff. [01:30:11.120 --> 01:30:17.120] I'll get you a can for it all, Brett, and I'll be back in a moment with a scoop on supposedly skinny sodas. [01:30:17.120 --> 01:30:22.120] Privacy is under attack. When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again. [01:30:22.120 --> 01:30:27.120] And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too. [01:30:27.120 --> 01:30:32.120] So protect your rights. Say no to surveillance and keep your information to yourself. [01:30:32.120 --> 01:30:38.120] Privacy, it's worth hanging on to. [01:30:45.120 --> 01:30:51.120] Artificial sweeteners cut the calories and help you lose weight, right? Wrong. [01:30:51.120 --> 01:30:56.120] Researchers at UT San Antonio followed hundreds of diet soda drinkers for nearly a decade. [01:30:56.120 --> 01:31:03.120] They found that regularly drinking diet soda expanded people's waistlines five times more than no soda at all. [01:31:03.120 --> 01:31:10.120] The study's authors say artificial sweeteners triggered the appetite, but unlike regular sugars, don't deliver anything to squelch it. [01:31:10.120 --> 01:31:16.120] Waking up hunger without satisfying it leads to cravings, which can result in a larger overall calorie intake. [01:31:16.120 --> 01:31:24.120] So use natural sweeteners to maintain a healthy weight, and if you need to shed some pounds, avoid the sweet stuff altogether and drink water instead. [01:31:24.120 --> 01:31:30.120] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht. More news and information at CatherineAlbrecht.com. [01:33:04.120 --> 01:33:05.120] You found it. [01:33:05.120 --> 01:33:28.120] LogosRadioNetwork.com [01:33:35.120 --> 01:33:45.120] LogosRadioNetwork.com [01:34:05.120 --> 01:34:17.120] LogosRadioNetwork.com [01:34:17.120 --> 01:34:20.120] John, I think we kind of beat this to death. [01:34:20.120 --> 01:34:34.120] I was drilling down to details because I get so much information and I'm trying to figure out how do I sort out the real valuable information from the trash? [01:34:34.120 --> 01:34:44.120] And generally, if something seems reasonable, it probably is. [01:34:44.120 --> 01:34:48.120] If something does not seem reasonable, it's probably not. [01:34:48.120 --> 01:35:01.120] And as far as I understand, human beings were created or evolved in an absolute soup of electromagnetic radiation of all kinds of stuff. [01:35:01.120 --> 01:35:08.120] And now we get cell phones and they're saying, oh my God, it's going to fry your brains. [01:35:08.120 --> 01:35:17.120] When I've got a radio transmitter close to me that's putting out 250,000 watts. [01:35:17.120 --> 01:35:23.120] And I've been doing that since the 1920s and people aren't dropping dead all over the place from it. [01:35:23.120 --> 01:35:33.120] And now we have a vaccine that's causing people to shed and because they're causing people to shed, everybody's going to die. [01:35:33.120 --> 01:35:39.120] But I need some good information, not just conjecture and hyperbole. [01:35:39.120 --> 01:35:49.120] And the problem I have with you, John, is you keep telling me these things, but then when I ask you for details, you don't have the details. [01:35:49.120 --> 01:35:54.120] You're not going to understand it unless you let me go into full mode. [01:35:54.120 --> 01:35:57.120] That's what you keep telling me. [01:35:57.120 --> 01:36:04.120] But the problem I have with that is, someone sent me to Gene Keating's website. [01:36:04.120 --> 01:36:10.120] He was supposed to be some super guru on the commercial method. [01:36:10.120 --> 01:36:24.120] And I went to his site and read the front page and on the front page, he made six specific proactive statements of law out of his own mouth. [01:36:24.120 --> 01:36:33.120] And in the document, he had references to a number of case law, cases, and looked up all of those cases. [01:36:33.120 --> 01:36:39.120] Not one of them supported the contingents that he made. [01:36:39.120 --> 01:36:41.120] So here's the problem. [01:36:41.120 --> 01:36:42.120] He's making this statement. [01:36:42.120 --> 01:36:44.120] He said, this is a fact. [01:36:44.120 --> 01:36:48.120] And because this is a fact, this other thing over here is also a fact. [01:36:48.120 --> 01:37:01.120] And this is a fact because this case law says it's a fact and I'm six levels in and none of it's true. [01:37:01.120 --> 01:37:04.120] So I'm real deep in this argument. [01:37:04.120 --> 01:37:12.120] I accept all of those things he said than what he's saying now logically follows. [01:37:12.120 --> 01:37:18.120] And in logic, this is called species logic, logic based on false premises. [01:37:18.120 --> 01:37:26.120] When I went back and checked the underlying facts and foundation of his premises, they weren't accurate. [01:37:26.120 --> 01:37:31.120] So I had no idea what he was talking about. [01:37:31.120 --> 01:37:34.120] It all sounded rational, reasonable, logical. [01:37:34.120 --> 01:37:41.120] And if what he had been telling me was absolutely supported, I could move from one fact to the next to the next to the next. [01:37:41.120 --> 01:37:50.120] But if he were in there, the facts that he's citing aren't accurate, then all my logic falls apart. [01:37:50.120 --> 01:37:58.120] So if I seem like I'm pressing on you, John, it's because I want all the logical pieces to fit together. [01:37:58.120 --> 01:38:04.120] So that I don't wind up making horrible errors in judgment. [01:38:04.120 --> 01:38:08.120] Well, you've got to let me continue. You can't keep interrupting. [01:38:08.120 --> 01:38:17.120] Yeah, I keep interrupting because you do one exaggerated assertion after another and you're saying, oh, I got the facts for this. [01:38:17.120 --> 01:38:21.120] Trust me, this is actually absolutely accurate. [01:38:21.120 --> 01:38:24.120] And then, oh, this one, trust me, I can't trust you. [01:38:24.120 --> 01:38:31.120] It just cannot. I need underlying science a fact that's incontrovertible. [01:38:31.120 --> 01:38:36.120] Otherwise, I wind up with no idea what's going on. [01:38:36.120 --> 01:38:39.120] Pull that with your medical doctor and see what happens. [01:38:39.120 --> 01:38:45.120] That's what I want to do. I am looking forward to getting David on with you. This would be a great show. [01:38:45.120 --> 01:38:49.120] Okay, I've got four board of callers. I do need to move ahead. [01:38:49.120 --> 01:39:02.120] Thank you, John. And if I hammer you, John, it's because you have enough good information that you're worth my time and everybody else is time to do this. [01:39:02.120 --> 01:39:11.120] So don't feel like I'm picking on you. This is the kind of thing I find the most valuable. [01:39:11.120 --> 01:39:22.120] You also have to let people finish what they start and you can't approach it from your amount of knowledge on the subject and the other person. [01:39:22.120 --> 01:39:27.120] Okay, yeah, I'm trying to get you. [01:39:27.120 --> 01:39:36.120] When I do this show, I'm trying to, you know, I know a lot of this information. I do this all the time. [01:39:36.120 --> 01:39:43.120] I'm trying to ask you questions based on the people who are listening. [01:39:43.120 --> 01:39:51.120] When I'm looking at this, I'm looking for what information are you not telling. I'm not looking at the information that I have. [01:39:51.120 --> 01:39:54.120] I'm looking for the information that you're not making available. [01:39:54.120 --> 01:39:59.120] So I've got people out there that are listening to you and they don't understand the context. [01:39:59.120 --> 01:40:06.120] So I'm asking you to fill in those empty spaces so we don't lose our listeners. [01:40:06.120 --> 01:40:10.120] Okay, can you give me 60 seconds? I can fill it in right now. [01:40:10.120 --> 01:40:12.120] You got it. Go ahead. [01:40:12.120 --> 01:40:21.120] The Pfizer and the Moderna vaccines literally hijack the human DNA. They do it indirectly. [01:40:21.120 --> 01:40:33.120] Each cell has a nucleus with the DNA material in it. It's not a vaccine in the sense that you put in an attenuated or stunned virus or a killed virus. [01:40:33.120 --> 01:40:41.120] What they're doing is they're putting in a synthetic component of a protein. [01:40:41.120 --> 01:40:55.120] And that protein indirectly forces the DNA in the nucleus to produce part of the spike protein on the virus' surface. [01:40:55.120 --> 01:41:00.120] But it's done all with synthetic material. [01:41:00.120 --> 01:41:12.120] Yes, I talked to my nephew about this and he spoke to that. And what he spoke to was their concern was, [01:41:12.120 --> 01:41:28.120] the electromagnetic balance of the materials that created these proteins were what determined how they would fold and construct themselves to create a particular protein. [01:41:28.120 --> 01:41:35.120] They were changing the electromagnetic balance so that the protein would fold differently. [01:41:35.120 --> 01:41:45.120] The concern was, when this protein folds differently, it will mimic a different protein. [01:41:45.120 --> 01:41:49.120] And they don't always know what that protein is. [01:41:49.120 --> 01:41:59.120] Now, the body does, but they don't know what that protein is going to do. And their big problem with developing these vaccines was, [01:41:59.120 --> 01:42:10.120] when we force these proteins to fold in different ways, are there body mechanisms that use proteins that are folded in this different way? [01:42:10.120 --> 01:42:22.120] And are we going to create anomalies that we don't necessarily know about at this time? Because it's so complex. The proteins are so complex. [01:42:22.120 --> 01:42:35.120] They're called prions, P-R-I-O-N-S. And they have claimed that they have found, they think they found prions which are folded proteins in the vaccine. [01:42:35.120 --> 01:42:46.120] And the problem with the vaccines are, they're not vaccines and there's no off switch. It changes your DNA and there's no off switch. [01:42:46.120 --> 01:42:55.120] Yeah, I agree. That was the big deal. When you open the valve, you think it's going to do what you want it to do. [01:42:55.120 --> 01:43:02.120] But when you start opening a valve, you can't close. This becomes a really big deal. [01:43:02.120 --> 01:43:14.120] Right. And what you're describing, folded proteins, some folded proteins are called prions. And prions are associated with mad cow disease. [01:43:14.120 --> 01:43:29.120] They think, again, they think that it's a dangerous area to be going into, that they think they found prions along with the filaments in the vaccine. [01:43:29.120 --> 01:43:41.120] And these prions, oh wait a minute, you said filaments. You spoke to filaments earlier under Magellan's. Is it that kind of filaments? Something else. [01:43:41.120 --> 01:43:45.120] No, they're the same filaments. They think they're the same filaments. [01:43:45.120 --> 01:43:49.120] This is scary business. Hang on. [01:43:49.120 --> 01:44:00.120] We'll be right back. [01:44:00.120 --> 01:44:09.120] Through advances in technology, our lives have greatly improved, except in the area of nutrition. People feed their pets better than they feed themselves. [01:44:09.120 --> 01:44:25.120] And it's time we changed all that. Our primary defense against aging and disease in this toxic environment is good nutrition. In a world where natural foods have been irradiated, adulterated and mutilated, young Jevity can provide the nutrients you need. [01:44:25.120 --> 01:44:40.120] Logos Radio Network gets many requests to endorse all sorts of products, most of which we reject. We need to move on. [01:47:03.120 --> 01:47:32.120] I press this issue because I get so much information, and the vast majority of it is hyperbole. It's extremely focused on one particular perspective, and I look at this and how do I look at all this stuff and find some truth under all of the political agendas. [01:47:32.120 --> 01:47:40.120] And that's why I've pressed this, and I know I frustrated you, and I think everybody's getting tired of this. [01:47:40.120 --> 01:47:56.120] I'm going to move ahead, John. We've got a bunch of colleagues, and I want to make sure I get everybody. Maybe it's just me as the host. I get this all the time, and most of my listeners don't get it all the time in the rain. [01:47:56.120 --> 01:48:15.120] They may not realize why this is so important to me. Okay, thank you, John. We're going to go ahead and move ahead and go to Chris in Colorado. Hello, Chris. What do you have for us today? [01:48:15.120 --> 01:48:27.120] Well, I wanted to ask how you guys are. The show was hilarious when you first started off. We're glad to hear you guys in the good mood. [01:48:27.120 --> 01:48:33.120] John has a way of bringing us back to reality. [01:48:33.120 --> 01:48:49.120] Yeah, I mean, all I want to say about that is that whatever this whole experience has been is that we somehow doubted our own common sense, and even with the vaccine, I think word's going to spread, obviously. [01:48:49.120 --> 01:49:01.120] It's not sitting right with people. The virus didn't sit right with people. We weren't seeing the evidence adding up, and I would agree most people aren't going to be getting this vaccine pretty soon in just common sense. [01:49:01.120 --> 01:49:10.120] And us beating it to death is really going to bring us down further. We've been beat up pretty hard this year, I would agree. [01:49:10.120 --> 01:49:20.120] So I was actually calling in because I had a lot of good news. I busted my butt over the past couple of weeks, and I got a lawsuit in, and I've been dealing with Chicago. [01:49:20.120 --> 01:49:35.120] I just want to share a couple good resources that are going on over there. If you're going in federal court, they have a thing called the Hibbler Prosay Program, and they give free legal advice. [01:49:35.120 --> 01:49:41.120] About every two weeks, you can call in and get it at 45 minutes. I call it in. I got an hour and 45 minutes. [01:49:41.120 --> 01:49:46.120] Okay, that's Hibbler Prosay Program? [01:49:46.120 --> 01:49:58.120] Yeah, for the federal court, H-I-B-B-L-E-R. And they really do assist people. They really want people to get in there and be thorough and not upset the judges, and they have quite a program, which I was surprised. [01:49:58.120 --> 01:50:04.120] I had no idea given as messed up as Chicago is, in my opinion. [01:50:04.120 --> 01:50:15.120] Okay, I grew up in Chicago, and I can tell you with authority, Chicago is the armed pit of the nation. [01:50:15.120 --> 01:50:18.120] It is rectum of the world. [01:50:18.120 --> 01:50:19.120] I would agree. [01:50:19.120 --> 01:50:25.120] My least favorite place on earth. [01:50:25.120 --> 01:50:27.120] Okay, go ahead. I'm sorry. [01:50:27.120 --> 01:50:32.120] It really is depressing. I go in and I go out and get out as quick as I can. [01:50:32.120 --> 01:50:45.120] But the second thing is I went, I did some FOIA requests, Freedom of Information Act. They actually have an email in a department that does this, and they have a five-day turnaround, right? [01:50:45.120 --> 01:50:53.120] I was doubting that heavily. And lo and behold, I have one of three, and the first one came in on day five, and it was extremely thorough. [01:50:53.120 --> 01:50:56.120] Everything in there I asked for. [01:50:56.120 --> 01:51:04.120] Whoa, are you saying that they actually responded appropriately? [01:51:04.120 --> 01:51:12.120] Oh, yeah. Yeah. It was redacted, but I got everything I asked for. [01:51:12.120 --> 01:51:14.120] That is interesting. [01:51:14.120 --> 01:51:17.120] Yeah, I was surprised. Very surprised. [01:51:17.120 --> 01:51:23.120] Okay, okay. One thing that we have to understand, everything's political. [01:51:23.120 --> 01:51:29.120] So what's going on? [01:51:29.120 --> 01:51:36.120] What's the politics behind this? Why they would give you everything and not argue or fight? [01:51:36.120 --> 01:51:38.120] Do you have any idea? [01:51:38.120 --> 01:51:43.120] Well, here's my philosophical view, and I'm not a philosopher at all. [01:51:43.120 --> 01:51:56.120] I think when you have an environment that is so bad and so corrupt, you also have extensions of people and consciousness that are going to go in there and want to do and clean it up, and even on a governmental level. [01:51:56.120 --> 01:52:05.120] And I think, and that's why I had to check myself this past couple of weeks and realize, wait a second, who is there to help, and how do I find them? [01:52:05.120 --> 01:52:13.120] Instead of fighting the entire city, which is actually impossible. And I've been fighting for a long time, and I have found a few people. [01:52:13.120 --> 01:52:20.120] I found a section of an attorney general. I filed a 14-page complaint this week, and this woman's going to help me. [01:52:20.120 --> 01:52:24.120] And she's talking, and she's receptive and interested. [01:52:24.120 --> 01:52:30.120] Whereas when I called the attorney general downtown Chicago, they couldn't care less. [01:52:30.120 --> 01:52:37.120] So it's really finding the right people, but there are mechanisms in place. [01:52:37.120 --> 01:52:46.120] And so that's what I'm sharing today. [01:52:46.120 --> 01:52:47.120] Hello? [01:52:47.120 --> 01:52:49.120] Oh, hi, are you? [01:52:49.120 --> 01:53:04.120] Yeah, I was waiting. This new digital technology, we don't have any static in the background. So if we lose somebody, we don't know. [01:53:04.120 --> 01:53:08.120] Yeah, I was stopped in place waiting. Did we lose him? Did we lose it? [01:53:08.120 --> 01:53:10.120] Okay, go ahead. [01:53:10.120 --> 01:53:16.120] So that was the good news I was going to share. And then I got my lawsuit in. I had a lot of help from the Hidlid program. [01:53:16.120 --> 01:53:20.120] Over making sure we had jurisdiction down, jurisdiction down. [01:53:20.120 --> 01:53:25.120] And we went over the diversity. That's the easiest one based on what I've got going on to get it into federal. [01:53:25.120 --> 01:53:31.120] And so with that, we also found a couple other ones, conversion, civil rights, constitutional rights. [01:53:31.120 --> 01:53:39.120] So I had a lot more homework to do, but I started to understand how to draft a complaint and how to draft claims. [01:53:39.120 --> 01:53:46.120] And so I just did one because I was getting close to my deadline. I had basically about 10 pages of a lawsuit. [01:53:46.120 --> 01:53:53.120] I got that in and it was pretty clear and pretty clean. You can't dance around, you know, consumer fraud when I already have a thing. [01:53:53.120 --> 01:53:59.120] But I entered it as diversity. And so it was over $75,000. [01:53:59.120 --> 01:54:09.120] All three parties, defendants and myself are from three different regions of the world. And I'm not from Illinois. [01:54:09.120 --> 01:54:13.120] So that gets us in there. I quoted the statute and everything. So I figured, okay, my lawsuit's good. [01:54:13.120 --> 01:54:17.120] And I didn't expect to hear back from the judge for a good two to three weeks. [01:54:17.120 --> 01:54:24.120] Well, today I get an email and the judge is saying you need to clarify your jurisdiction. [01:54:24.120 --> 01:54:30.120] I'm going to deny my form of operas with no explanation for either one. [01:54:30.120 --> 01:54:41.120] So denied. That's not something to deny. That's something that once you make the statement, somebody has to bring some evidence to say the opposite. [01:54:41.120 --> 01:54:44.120] And then you can have a hearing about it. [01:54:44.120 --> 01:54:46.120] Well, here's my question that I'm at. [01:54:46.120 --> 01:54:47.120] Crazy. [01:54:47.120 --> 01:54:54.120] I mean, my gut feeling is I already have a corrupt judge and I looked him up and just give you an idea where his mindset is. [01:54:54.120 --> 01:54:58.120] I mean, I'm not a big Obama fan anymore, obviously, but he was appointed by Obama. [01:54:58.120 --> 01:55:01.120] And secondly, he's admitting cases like this. [01:55:01.120 --> 01:55:14.120] Some girls at some high school somewhere are filing a lawsuit because in their school, they're passing gender rules where if you claim to be a girl and you're a guy, you can now go into the girls locker room and bathe. [01:55:14.120 --> 01:55:19.120] And the girls are suing and the school is letting it happen. [01:55:19.120 --> 01:55:23.120] And he's actually warning these girls suing that that can be allowed. [01:55:23.120 --> 01:55:26.120] It's okay that boys can do that and vice versa. [01:55:26.120 --> 01:55:28.120] The girls can go into the boys locker room now. [01:55:28.120 --> 01:55:30.120] This is who this guy's mindset is. [01:55:30.120 --> 01:55:50.120] I have a friend Leon Rhodes, six foot seven, five hundred pounds. And I think I could get him to go in and claim that he's a girl. [01:55:50.120 --> 01:55:57.120] He's just that kind of guy. [01:55:57.120 --> 01:56:02.120] Where does it end? Where does it end? [01:56:02.120 --> 01:56:10.120] And last night, Brett, you referenced 72 different genders. [01:56:10.120 --> 01:56:13.120] Yeah, Facebook was putting it out at some point. [01:56:13.120 --> 01:56:26.120] I'm not on Facebook, but I've got Facebook people that are my friends, like real actual human being friends, and they use Facebook and they were telling me about 72 genders. [01:56:26.120 --> 01:56:31.120] I can't wrap my head around. [01:56:31.120 --> 01:56:43.120] If you could wrap your head around 72 genders, you could wrap your head around a six foot seven, five hundred pound woman. [01:56:43.120 --> 01:56:45.120] Amazing. [01:56:45.120 --> 01:56:48.120] Okay, go ahead. [01:56:48.120 --> 01:56:54.120] Well, now I'm onto this. I already feel like I got judge problems and we haven't even started the case. [01:56:54.120 --> 01:56:56.120] I don't want this judge. [01:56:56.120 --> 01:57:01.120] Okay, let me make let me make a suggestion of something to look for. [01:57:01.120 --> 01:57:09.120] I got the opportunity to hammer judgment federal of Judge McBride and forth. [01:57:09.120 --> 01:57:12.120] Declaratory judgment. [01:57:12.120 --> 01:57:16.120] Look at the suit you want to file. [01:57:16.120 --> 01:57:26.120] Issues of fact and law. Do you need ruled in your favor? [01:57:26.120 --> 01:57:34.120] Have you got it? Have you listed out all of the causes of action? [01:57:34.120 --> 01:57:36.120] Yes. [01:57:36.120 --> 01:57:45.120] Have you looked on the Internet for pattern jury charges for those causes of action? [01:57:45.120 --> 01:57:49.120] Well, I'll give you a little insight if you're talking about plagiarism, right? [01:57:49.120 --> 01:57:51.120] No, no, no. [01:57:51.120 --> 01:57:53.120] Pattern jury charges. [01:57:53.120 --> 01:58:08.120] The last thing the judge will do before he sends the jury in to deliberate, he will say, this is what you must find. [01:58:08.120 --> 01:58:15.120] And what the judge says after that is all you need to prove in the court. [01:58:15.120 --> 01:58:23.120] Example, you have sued under a cause of action of fraud by non-disclosure. [01:58:23.120 --> 01:58:28.120] And you will not have time to do this before we go to our sponsors. [01:58:28.120 --> 01:58:31.120] I'll pick this up on the other side. [01:58:31.120 --> 01:58:40.120] In order to get your ruling you want, you have to touch all the elements of the claim and I'll walk through those on the other side so it'll make sense to you.
