[00:00.000 --> 00:06.800] The following news flash is brought to you by the low star lowdown. [00:06.800 --> 00:13.200] Markets for Monday the 22nd of July 2019 open with precious metals, gold $1,429 an ounce, [00:13.200 --> 00:21.520] silver $16.45 an ounce, copper $2.75 an ounce, oil Texas crude $55.63 a barrel, Brent crude [00:21.520 --> 00:29.720] $62.47 a barrel, and cryptos in order of market cap, Bitcoin Core $10,566.52, Ethereum [00:29.720 --> 00:41.560] $227.26, XRP Ripple $0.33, Litecoin $100.31, and Bitcoin Cash is at $324.10 a crypto coin. [00:41.560 --> 00:52.440] Today in history, the year 1916, the preparedness day bombing, a time suitcase bomb, was detonated [00:52.440 --> 00:57.760] on Market Street in San Francisco during the World War I preparedness day parade, killing [00:57.760 --> 01:04.760] 10 and injuring 40. [01:04.760 --> 01:09.440] And recent news, since Governor Greg Abbott signed House Bill 1325 legalizing hemp into [01:09.440 --> 01:14.240] Texas law back in June, county prosecutors around the state including Houston, Austin, [01:14.240 --> 01:18.880] San Antonio have been dropping marijuana possession charges and even refusing to file new ones [01:18.880 --> 01:22.840] since they are stipulating that they do not have the time or the laboratory equipment to [01:22.840 --> 01:24.720] test the herb for THC. [01:24.720 --> 01:28.440] Margaret Moore, the Travis County District Attorney, announced earlier this month that [01:28.440 --> 01:33.080] she was dismissing 32 felony possession and delivery of marijuana cases because of the [01:33.080 --> 01:34.080] law. [01:34.080 --> 01:37.640] Mr. Abbott and other state officials, including the Attorney General stipulated in a letter [01:37.640 --> 01:42.120] that county district attorneys back on Thursday that marijuana has not been decriminalized [01:42.120 --> 01:48.280] in Texas and that these actions demonstrate a misunderstanding of how HB 1325 works, as [01:48.280 --> 01:51.240] well as other cities too like the district attorney. [01:51.240 --> 01:57.320] In El Paso, Kyma Esparza, a Democrat who also stated earlier this month that the law quote [01:57.320 --> 02:01.880] will not have an effect on the prosecution of marijuana cases in El Paso. [02:01.880 --> 02:06.800] However, the issue was succinctly summarized by Mr. Brandon Ball, an assistant public defender [02:06.800 --> 02:11.240] in Harris County who stated that quote, the law is constantly changing on what makes something [02:11.240 --> 02:13.520] illegal based on its chemical makeup. [02:13.520 --> 02:17.400] It's important that if someone is charged with something, the test matches with their [02:17.400 --> 02:22.600] charge with it. [02:22.600 --> 02:27.240] A paper by Tulane University identified a five and a half inch American pocket shark [02:27.240 --> 02:32.400] as the first of its kind in the Gulf of Mexico, the specimen being only the second pocket [02:32.400 --> 02:38.040] shark ever captured or recorded with the other one being found way back in 1979 in the East [02:38.040 --> 02:39.520] Pacific Ocean. [02:39.520 --> 02:43.800] According to the university paper, the shark secretes a luminous fluid from a gland near [02:43.800 --> 02:50.080] its front fins for the purposes hypothesized to lure and prey who may be drawn into the [02:50.080 --> 03:19.960] clove. [03:20.080 --> 03:34.080] Bad boys, bad boys, what you gonna do, what you gonna do when they come for you, bad boys, bad boys [03:34.080 --> 03:38.080] What you gonna do, what you gonna do when they come for you [03:38.080 --> 03:43.080] When you were eight and you had bad dreams, you go to school and learn the golden rules [03:43.080 --> 03:56.080] So why are you acting like a bloody fool if you get sad in your monster's tooth? Bad boys, bad boys, what you gonna do, what you gonna do when they come for you, bad boys, bad boys [03:56.080 --> 04:00.080] What you gonna do, what you gonna do when they come for you [04:30.080 --> 04:33.440] What she gonna do when they come for you? [04:33.440 --> 04:36.160] Nobody now give you no break [04:36.160 --> 04:38.220] Police now give you no break [04:38.220 --> 04:40.780] Then the soldiers gonna give you no break [04:40.780 --> 04:44.820] Not even your eyes prize you no break [04:44.820 --> 04:45.820] Bad Boyz, Bad Boyz [04:45.820 --> 04:47.320] What she gonna do? [04:47.320 --> 04:49.860] When they come for you? [04:49.860 --> 04:51.500] Bad Boyz, Bad Boyz [04:51.500 --> 04:52.800] What she gonna do? [04:52.800 --> 04:55.000] When they come for you? [04:55.000 --> 04:56.820] Bad Boyz, Bad Boyz [04:56.820 --> 04:58.120] What she gonna do? [04:58.120 --> 05:00.120] What you gonna do when they come for you? [05:00.120 --> 05:02.120] Bad boy, bad boy [05:02.120 --> 05:06.120] What you gonna do, what you gonna do when they come for you? [05:06.120 --> 05:10.120] What you gonna do, what you gonna do when they come for you? [05:28.120 --> 05:30.120] Why didn't you have an accident with me? [05:31.120 --> 05:33.120] Don't you know you're a great human being [05:33.120 --> 05:36.120] Born of the mother with the love of the father [05:36.120 --> 05:41.120] Protection, protection, I know sometimes [05:41.120 --> 05:43.120] You wanna let go [05:44.120 --> 05:46.120] Okay, howdy, howdy [05:46.120 --> 05:48.120] Randy Calton, Brett Fountain [05:48.120 --> 05:50.120] Debra Stevens, Real Blah Radio [05:50.120 --> 05:53.120] On this, the 22nd day of October [05:53.120 --> 05:56.120] Thursday, the 22nd day of October [05:56.120 --> 05:58.120] 2020 [05:58.120 --> 06:00.120] I'm gonna start out with a little bit of a rant [06:00.120 --> 06:02.120] I don't do this often [06:02.120 --> 06:07.120] It's another tactic that I'm getting prepared to take [06:07.120 --> 06:10.120] When I bring up my browser [06:10.120 --> 06:18.120] I have this advertisement for Norton antivirus [06:18.120 --> 06:20.120] Pop up on my screen [06:21.120 --> 06:23.120] And pop up on my screen [06:23.120 --> 06:25.120] And pop up on my screen [06:25.120 --> 06:27.120] And pop up on my screen [06:27.120 --> 06:29.120] It takes four clicks to get rid of it [06:29.120 --> 06:31.120] Then two minutes later it pops up again [06:31.120 --> 06:33.120] It takes four clicks to get rid of it [06:33.120 --> 06:35.120] And then a big one pops up [06:35.120 --> 06:37.120] And I have to click that one twice to get rid of it [06:37.120 --> 06:39.120] So what do we do? [06:39.120 --> 06:41.120] You know, this is kind of ironic [06:45.120 --> 06:49.120] Norton, who's selling antivirus [06:49.120 --> 06:53.120] Would use what appears to be malware [06:53.120 --> 06:57.120] To force their advertisements onto my machine [06:57.120 --> 07:00.120] So how we handled this? [07:00.120 --> 07:02.120] Well, I contacted Norton and they said [07:02.120 --> 07:05.120] Oh, yes, we can fix that for you [07:05.120 --> 07:10.120] All you have to do is give us access to your desktop [07:12.120 --> 07:15.120] That's not gonna happen [07:15.120 --> 07:18.120] So I have a better idea [07:18.120 --> 07:21.120] I will find where their corporate office is [07:21.120 --> 07:23.120] And I'll send them a tort letter [07:23.120 --> 07:27.120] And then I'll go down and spend $65 [07:27.120 --> 07:30.120] At the JP's office [07:30.120 --> 07:33.120] And sue them in the local JP court [07:33.120 --> 07:36.120] For $10,000 [07:36.120 --> 07:39.120] And then when their lawyers [07:39.120 --> 07:41.120] Respond to my suit, I'll bar grieve [07:41.120 --> 07:46.120] The whole law firm [07:46.120 --> 07:51.120] This is one of Brett's tricks he taught me [07:51.120 --> 07:53.120] And then every time they talk to me [07:53.120 --> 07:55.120] I'll bar grieve the whole law firm [07:55.120 --> 07:58.120] You guys want to steal my money [07:58.120 --> 08:00.120] You want to steal my desktop [08:00.120 --> 08:03.120] You want to steal my internet connection [08:03.120 --> 08:05.120] And steal my electricity that I pay for this [08:05.120 --> 08:09.120] And most importantly, steal my time [08:09.120 --> 08:13.120] So you can advertise your project [08:13.120 --> 08:15.120] Your product to me [08:15.120 --> 08:17.120] I don't think so [08:17.120 --> 08:19.120] I've got a better idea [08:19.120 --> 08:21.120] There's been, I think all of you have probably [08:21.120 --> 08:24.120] And I know I've got the Mozilla Firefox [08:24.120 --> 08:28.120] And Yahoo has trapped it [08:28.120 --> 08:33.120] Yahoo is the worst search engine I've ever seen [08:33.120 --> 08:36.120] But if I do any kind of search on Mozilla [08:36.120 --> 08:39.120] Yahoo takes it over [08:39.120 --> 08:41.120] So I'm gonna sue Yahoo [08:41.120 --> 08:43.120] Down here in the JP court [08:43.120 --> 08:45.120] Let them hire an attorney [08:45.120 --> 08:48.120] They'll probably hire some little Yoko local attorney [08:48.120 --> 08:52.120] And I'll put him out of business [08:52.120 --> 08:54.120] And I'll bring in another one [08:54.120 --> 08:56.120] I'll put him out of business [08:56.120 --> 08:59.120] And then maybe I can get him to pay me ten grand [08:59.120 --> 09:02.120] To go away and leave him alone [09:02.120 --> 09:04.120] If you're having this problem [09:04.120 --> 09:06.120] This may be the best solution [09:06.120 --> 09:08.120] And I just wanted to get that out [09:08.120 --> 09:10.120] That there is a remedy for these guys [09:10.120 --> 09:12.120] They may not like it [09:12.120 --> 09:14.120] But I think we can get this fixed [09:14.120 --> 09:18.120] And now we have two special guests [09:18.120 --> 09:20.120] On the show today [09:20.120 --> 09:24.120] A lot of you may know or remember Richard Reeves [09:24.120 --> 09:27.120] He used to be around years ago [09:27.120 --> 09:29.120] And he's back [09:29.120 --> 09:31.120] And he's here with Melina Bray [09:31.120 --> 09:34.120] And they have had some issues [09:34.120 --> 09:37.120] With this coronavirus [09:37.120 --> 09:41.120] And masks and especially Bray [09:41.120 --> 09:45.120] Richard, will you kind of introduce yourself [09:45.120 --> 09:47.120] And what your issue is [09:47.120 --> 09:49.120] And introduce Melina to us [09:49.120 --> 09:51.120] And why she's here [09:51.120 --> 09:56.120] Her story is going to be interesting [09:56.120 --> 09:59.120] Oh, I guess I should mute you first [09:59.120 --> 10:01.120] There you go [10:01.120 --> 10:03.120] Okay, thanks, Randy [10:03.120 --> 10:05.120] Are we connected here? [10:05.120 --> 10:06.120] Yes, we are [10:06.120 --> 10:07.120] Okay, awesome [10:07.120 --> 10:09.120] Well, thanks for having us on, first of all [10:09.120 --> 10:11.120] And I appreciate what you're talking about [10:11.120 --> 10:12.120] Right there at the very top [10:12.120 --> 10:15.120] Right there with people trying to hijack [10:15.120 --> 10:17.120] Smartphones and computers all the time [10:17.120 --> 10:18.120] It's definitely happening [10:18.120 --> 10:21.120] So that's an interesting remedy you propose [10:21.120 --> 10:23.120] But for me myself [10:23.120 --> 10:26.120] I've been always working on the legislative side [10:26.120 --> 10:29.120] Of this puzzle that we work on [10:29.120 --> 10:31.120] And I know you guys have been working [10:31.120 --> 10:33.120] On the judicial side for many years [10:33.120 --> 10:35.120] And that's been an area I've been reluctant to get into [10:35.120 --> 10:38.120] But this mask issue has caused me [10:38.120 --> 10:41.120] To cross over and be really interested [10:41.120 --> 10:43.120] In working on the judicial side now [10:43.120 --> 10:47.120] Because if we don't defeat this mask issue [10:47.120 --> 10:51.120] Then when they do these forced vaccine programs [10:51.120 --> 10:54.120] Or so-called quote-unquote voluntary [10:54.120 --> 10:55.120] Vaccine programs [10:55.120 --> 10:57.120] Then we're just going to submit [10:57.120 --> 10:59.120] Because right now, as I'm sure you see [10:59.120 --> 11:01.120] When you're walking around town [11:01.120 --> 11:02.120] Just doing your regular business [11:02.120 --> 11:04.120] You're seeing that people are just complying [11:04.120 --> 11:07.120] With this mask order [11:07.120 --> 11:10.120] So that also we've got the [11:10.120 --> 11:12.120] Like you said, Malina on the line [11:12.120 --> 11:14.120] And her story is much better told by her [11:14.120 --> 11:17.120] But thumbnail sketch, this lady left paradise [11:17.120 --> 11:21.120] She lived in Hawaii with her four daughters [11:21.120 --> 11:22.120] And she's got a fifth daughter [11:22.120 --> 11:24.120] But the four daughters living with her [11:24.120 --> 11:26.120] Were all in Hawaii [11:26.120 --> 11:28.120] And just recently here in September [11:28.120 --> 11:31.120] Picked up and moved and left paradise [11:31.120 --> 11:34.120] Because of the oncoming issues [11:34.120 --> 11:37.120] Regarding the mask and the vaccines and more [11:37.120 --> 11:40.120] And it's best to let her kind of fill in the gaps there [11:40.120 --> 11:42.120] But basically she has moved to Texas now [11:42.120 --> 11:45.120] So she's going to be great asset for Texas [11:45.120 --> 11:47.120] In fighting for liberty and freedom [11:47.120 --> 11:50.120] And she really is hot on the mask issue [11:50.120 --> 11:51.120] And taking that on [11:51.120 --> 11:53.120] And so I think she's going to be [11:53.120 --> 11:55.120] Potentially like the Rosa Parks [11:55.120 --> 11:57.120] About the mask issue here [11:57.120 --> 12:00.120] Okay, let me... [12:00.120 --> 12:02.120] Malina, are you there? [12:02.120 --> 12:04.120] I am Rosa Parks [12:04.120 --> 12:06.120] Those are some big shoes to fill there, Richard [12:06.120 --> 12:09.120] But thanks so much for having us on, Randy [12:09.120 --> 12:12.120] Okay, give us... [12:12.120 --> 12:14.120] Tell us what your story is [12:16.120 --> 12:18.120] All right, I sure will [12:18.120 --> 12:20.120] Can you hear me all right? [12:20.120 --> 12:22.120] Yes, we can [12:22.120 --> 12:24.120] Okay, great [12:24.120 --> 12:27.120] Well, like Richard said, thanks for having us on [12:27.120 --> 12:29.120] Thanks for highlighting this issue [12:29.120 --> 12:32.120] And people will say all day long [12:32.120 --> 12:34.120] It's just a mask [12:34.120 --> 12:36.120] Come on, just put it on, go in the store [12:36.120 --> 12:39.120] When you're done, take it off, no big deal [12:39.120 --> 12:41.120] Well, it is a big deal [12:41.120 --> 12:44.120] Because the next thing is the vaccinations [12:44.120 --> 12:46.120] And very early on in this thing [12:46.120 --> 12:48.120] Back in March [12:48.120 --> 12:50.120] And I come from Hawaii [12:50.120 --> 12:54.120] Like Richard said, I come from paradise [12:54.120 --> 12:57.120] It really was paradise [12:57.120 --> 12:59.120] But we've been a blue state [12:59.120 --> 13:01.120] For as long as I can remember [13:01.120 --> 13:04.120] And Trump really allowed this [13:04.120 --> 13:06.120] To be highlighted [13:06.120 --> 13:08.120] Allowed the governors and the mayors [13:08.120 --> 13:10.120] To have the power [13:10.120 --> 13:12.120] That these little tyrants [13:12.120 --> 13:14.120] Wanted to exercise [13:14.120 --> 13:16.120] And it really was highlighted [13:16.120 --> 13:18.120] During this whole COVID fiasco [13:18.120 --> 13:21.120] And starting in March with the mask [13:21.120 --> 13:24.120] When we saw people bleeding out in streets in China [13:24.120 --> 13:27.120] I think all of us were maybe a little concerned [13:27.120 --> 13:30.120] Maybe wondering what was real [13:30.120 --> 13:32.120] And what was propaganda [13:32.120 --> 13:34.120] And so maybe we put on the mask for a week or two [13:34.120 --> 13:36.120] Or stayed home and not really knowing [13:36.120 --> 13:38.120] But those of us who are in alignment [13:38.120 --> 13:40.120] With the truth and we can see [13:40.120 --> 13:43.120] That this is all just a bunch of confusion [13:43.120 --> 13:47.120] And lies are really about controlling the population [13:47.120 --> 13:50.120] We just, I just could not put on a mask [13:50.120 --> 13:53.120] I just could not physically do it [13:53.120 --> 13:56.120] It didn't fit right with my spirit [13:56.120 --> 13:59.120] It went against everything that I knew to be right [13:59.120 --> 14:01.120] And knew to be true and knew to be free [14:01.120 --> 14:04.120] And knew that our forefathers fought and died for us [14:04.120 --> 14:06.120] And I knew this was a lie of the enemy [14:06.120 --> 14:08.120] And I just couldn't go along with it [14:08.120 --> 14:11.120] So I started standing up for myself [14:11.120 --> 14:14.120] And at the time I didn't know the law [14:14.120 --> 14:16.120] And I still don't really know the law that well [14:16.120 --> 14:18.120] But I knew that it was wrong [14:18.120 --> 14:20.120] And I knew that it was against my constitutional rights [14:20.120 --> 14:23.120] And somebody said it's against your ADA rights [14:23.120 --> 14:25.120] And so I looked a little bit into that [14:25.120 --> 14:27.120] And I stood on that [14:27.120 --> 14:29.120] And when people pressed me further about it [14:29.120 --> 14:31.120] I knew that was against my HIPAA rights [14:31.120 --> 14:33.120] And so I stood on that [14:33.120 --> 14:35.120] And without knowing the letter of the law [14:35.120 --> 14:37.120] Or exactly what my rights were [14:37.120 --> 14:39.120] I knew that it was going against my rights [14:39.120 --> 14:42.120] So as a citizen I would go into these businesses [14:42.120 --> 14:45.120] Without my mask as I always had done [14:45.120 --> 14:49.120] And I saw it incrementally get worse and worse and worse [14:49.120 --> 14:52.120] And these tyrants in the stores would say [14:52.120 --> 14:54.120] It was like a demonic spirit [14:54.120 --> 14:57.120] Really just bowing up to you [14:57.120 --> 14:59.120] And if they're so scared of the virus [14:59.120 --> 15:01.120] The funny thing Randy, they get right in your face [15:01.120 --> 15:03.120] These people get right in your face [15:03.120 --> 15:05.120] And they want to argue with you about the mask [15:05.120 --> 15:07.120] Well what happened was [15:07.120 --> 15:09.120] I wound up standing up for myself [15:09.120 --> 15:11.120] I was pretty bold [15:11.120 --> 15:13.120] I am a Christian, I'm a believer [15:13.120 --> 15:16.120] And a lot of people think as Christians [15:16.120 --> 15:18.120] We just need to be sweet and kind [15:18.120 --> 15:21.120] And just stay in our box and play church [15:21.120 --> 15:23.120] And the minute we are bold [15:23.120 --> 15:25.120] Or stand up for ourselves [15:25.120 --> 15:26.120] And we're not being Christ-like [15:26.120 --> 15:28.120] And I just said, uh-uh [15:28.120 --> 15:29.120] I'm standing up for myself [15:29.120 --> 15:31.120] I'm standing up for my kids [15:31.120 --> 15:33.120] And I'll record you, you know [15:33.120 --> 15:35.120] And I always ask, can I document this [15:35.120 --> 15:37.120] Because this is a violation of my rights [15:37.120 --> 15:39.120] And I would document it [15:39.120 --> 15:42.120] Well I had two videos, right [15:42.120 --> 15:44.120] From two pretty major stores [15:44.120 --> 15:46.120] That were local in Hawaii [15:46.120 --> 15:48.120] But they were chain stores [15:48.120 --> 15:50.120] And I put these videos [15:50.120 --> 15:52.120] In a small group of patriots of like-minded people [15:52.120 --> 15:55.120] Just to say people we need to stand up [15:55.120 --> 15:57.120] If we all start doing this [15:57.120 --> 15:59.120] There's strength in numbers [15:59.120 --> 16:00.120] If I'm the only one [16:00.120 --> 16:02.120] Or there's only two or three of us doing this [16:02.120 --> 16:04.120] Then, you know, of course we're going to get ridiculed [16:04.120 --> 16:06.120] But when we all start doing this [16:06.120 --> 16:07.120] And exercise like a muscle [16:07.120 --> 16:09.120] When we all start flexing it [16:09.120 --> 16:11.120] It's going to get stronger [16:11.120 --> 16:13.120] And what happened was [16:13.120 --> 16:15.120] The videos escaped the small group [16:15.120 --> 16:17.120] The small patriots group [16:17.120 --> 16:19.120] Of freedom fighters [16:19.120 --> 16:21.120] And it was let loose into [16:21.120 --> 16:23.120] The social media platforms [16:23.120 --> 16:25.120] All from Twitter, so YouTube [16:25.120 --> 16:28.120] Instagram, everywhere [16:28.120 --> 16:30.120] And I was called the Hawaii Karen [16:30.120 --> 16:32.120] So that was my name, the Hawaii Karen [16:32.120 --> 16:34.120] It's so funny because it's actually [16:34.120 --> 16:36.120] The other person that's the Karen [16:36.120 --> 16:38.120] Right for us to put the mask on [16:38.120 --> 16:40.120] I received death threats [16:40.120 --> 16:42.120] By BLM people, I mean [16:42.120 --> 16:44.120] Hundreds a day [16:44.120 --> 16:44.120] And I was [16:44.120 --> 16:46.120] I was virtually [16:46.120 --> 16:48.120] Faced out of the island [16:48.120 --> 16:50.120] Hang on, hang on [16:50.120 --> 16:52.120] listen in to the LogosRadio network [19:06.120 --> 19:08.120] LogosRadioNetwork.com [19:08.120 --> 19:10.120] Hi [19:10.120 --> 19:12.120] Hello [19:12.120 --> 19:14.120] Hello [19:14.120 --> 19:16.120] Hi [19:22.120 --> 19:24.120] Come again [19:24.120 --> 19:26.120] We asked the Christian [19:26.120 --> 19:28.120] How and where [19:58.120 --> 20:03.120] And they let them look slavery and get handled by the government. [20:03.120 --> 20:12.120] We ask the question, and they don't have the answer. [20:12.120 --> 20:22.120] We ask the question, and they don't have the answer. [20:22.120 --> 20:39.120] We ask the question, and they don't have the answer. [20:39.120 --> 20:41.120] Okay, we are back. [20:41.120 --> 20:46.120] Randy Kelton, Bret Fountain, Deborah Stevens, Rule of Law Radio, and Deborah Stevens. [20:46.120 --> 20:49.120] She wasn't going to be on tonight, but because of the subject matter, [20:49.120 --> 20:55.120] she's going to come on shortly, and she has some information on this subject. [20:55.120 --> 20:57.120] I have some too, but I'll get to mine later. [20:57.120 --> 21:00.120] If not today, then I'll get to it tomorrow. [21:00.120 --> 21:02.120] But we want to finish up with Malini. [21:02.120 --> 21:05.120] You left us on a cliff there. [21:05.120 --> 21:07.120] You didn't run off the cliff. [21:07.120 --> 21:09.120] I run off the cliff all the time. [21:09.120 --> 21:13.120] That's what we call talking through the end of the segment. [21:13.120 --> 21:16.120] But you left us with the cliffhanger. [21:16.120 --> 21:22.120] Where your video got out? [21:22.120 --> 21:24.120] Tell us what happened. [21:24.120 --> 21:26.120] Oh, wait a minute. [21:26.120 --> 21:27.120] There you go. [21:27.120 --> 21:28.120] Now you're up. [21:28.120 --> 21:29.120] Okay, go ahead. [21:29.120 --> 21:30.120] All right. [21:30.120 --> 21:32.120] Let me just say, Randy, you got some great bumper music. [21:32.120 --> 21:33.120] I love it. [21:33.120 --> 21:35.120] It's very island musical. [21:35.120 --> 21:38.120] Oh, by the way, that bumper music? [21:38.120 --> 21:42.120] That is Deborah and Jerry playing that music. [21:42.120 --> 21:43.120] I love it. [21:43.120 --> 21:44.120] I love it. [21:44.120 --> 21:46.120] Oh, they are so immersed in music. [21:46.120 --> 21:48.120] That's their band. [21:48.120 --> 21:49.120] Oh really? [21:49.120 --> 21:50.120] That's them? [21:50.120 --> 21:52.120] Yeah, that's my band. [21:52.120 --> 21:54.120] Oh my gosh. [21:54.120 --> 21:56.120] I need to get in some of them. [21:56.120 --> 21:59.120] We'll get you some of our music for sure. [21:59.120 --> 22:00.120] All right. [22:00.120 --> 22:02.120] Get me some of that. [22:02.120 --> 22:04.120] You got it. [22:04.120 --> 22:07.120] Oh, so Pat has the best lyrics. [22:07.120 --> 22:10.120] Teranie, then Mater, you then Mater, me then Mater, [22:10.120 --> 22:11.120] I'm up the country. [22:11.120 --> 22:12.120] Oh, yeah. [22:12.120 --> 22:14.820] That's why one of our singers. [22:14.820 --> 22:20.120] You really got to get the one from Fedmyra. [22:20.120 --> 22:21.120] Okay. [22:21.120 --> 22:25.120] So, anyways, continue, Melina. [22:25.120 --> 22:26.120] All right. [22:26.120 --> 22:33.720] So, what I realized, I was shocked at the amount of negativity that came at me, spewed [22:33.720 --> 22:37.840] at me venom within days of this video of getting out. [22:37.840 --> 22:43.760] It went to three quarters of a million views within about a week. [22:43.760 --> 22:48.840] And that was kind of all added together on every social media platform. [22:48.840 --> 22:55.720] I had the law professor at the University of Hawaii who, the University of Hawaii's total [22:55.720 --> 23:02.680] BLM actually breaks down my video, one of my videos, and come against me legally of [23:02.680 --> 23:08.960] why it wasn't against the Americans with Disabilities Act, why I was wrong, and why, why, why, why. [23:08.960 --> 23:10.120] I just couldn't even watch it. [23:10.120 --> 23:11.120] It was so disturbing. [23:11.120 --> 23:17.320] And it actually, you know, it did affect me because I didn't understand that it was [23:17.320 --> 23:20.160] a concerted effort from BLM at the very beginning. [23:20.160 --> 23:26.880] And BLM has infiltrated these small communities, they infiltrated Hawaii, and they are organized, [23:26.880 --> 23:28.680] and they are venomous, and they attack. [23:28.680 --> 23:32.920] They went to every person, I'm an entrepreneur, they went to every person I do business with, [23:32.920 --> 23:37.840] they attacked my Etsy store, they attacked, you know, all my stuff. [23:37.840 --> 23:44.000] And I got hanged up calls all day long, I got, it was just crazy. [23:44.000 --> 23:49.440] And it shook me, but it shook, and I had to, I had to decide, is this a hill I'm going [23:49.440 --> 23:55.400] to die on, like literally, is this mass thing important enough for me to sacrifice the safety [23:55.400 --> 24:01.600] of my children, you know, my whole well-being, my business, my livelihood, where I live, [24:01.600 --> 24:06.440] they talk to me where I live, I mean, it got, it got so crazy, and this is within a week [24:06.440 --> 24:09.080] of this video going viral. [24:09.080 --> 24:14.000] And this is not a crazy video, this is just me standing up and being bold because I was [24:14.000 --> 24:15.000] speaking truth. [24:15.000 --> 24:19.000] And these people are scared of the truth, I'm just going to tell you, because all this [24:19.000 --> 24:25.440] stuff is a bunch of BS, and they are just like, it is, it is, it's a demonic spirit [24:25.440 --> 24:30.480] behind this mass thing, and it was revealed to me as clear as day when I stood up against [24:30.480 --> 24:31.480] it. [24:31.480 --> 24:36.600] So when our lieutenant governor in Hawaii, and mind you, I'm, I'm born and raised in [24:36.600 --> 24:43.120] Hawaii, my kids are born and raised in Hawaii, and I was like, I'll never live anywhere else. [24:43.120 --> 24:47.160] When my lieutenant governor a couple of days after all this played out, started, who is [24:47.160 --> 24:53.680] the doctor, he's an MD, started talking about how the vaccine won't be mandatory, but you [24:53.680 --> 24:56.680] won't be able to travel, go to school, or buy and sell. [24:56.680 --> 25:01.240] And I went, kids, we're booking the flight, we're going to our red state. [25:01.240 --> 25:07.800] You know, my top three were Florida, Texas, or South Dakota, and here we are, EHA. [25:07.800 --> 25:14.240] So we're in Texas, and you know, it's been, it's been just amazing to be here in the, [25:14.240 --> 25:19.120] to experience the freedom that we're experiencing, but we still have mass, mass not season in [25:19.120 --> 25:20.280] Texas too. [25:20.280 --> 25:25.320] And so there you go, there's the cliffhanger. [25:25.320 --> 25:31.120] But you will find that Texas is different than Hawaii. [25:31.120 --> 25:39.720] Sam Houston said that Texans have never figured out how to submit to oppression no matter [25:39.720 --> 25:40.720] the source. [25:40.720 --> 25:48.280] Well, I sure hope so, it's really disheartening, and Richard says the same thing when we go [25:48.280 --> 25:51.880] to these stores, and I haven't worn a mask since I've been in Texas, which has been [25:51.880 --> 25:53.520] about a month and a half. [25:53.520 --> 25:59.760] I haven't worn a mask, and everywhere we go, I feel like I'm the only one many times. [25:59.760 --> 26:05.440] Now, I've had to make about this six mass not see videos since I've been here. [26:05.440 --> 26:10.920] And I call them like, they're bootlickers, they're mass not see bootlickers, because [26:10.920 --> 26:16.280] Stalin didn't do it on his own, Hitler didn't do it on his own, they all have these little [26:16.280 --> 26:21.920] Hitlerites and Stalinites all around doing the will of the leader. [26:21.920 --> 26:27.560] And that's what these little people are doing, and they're so tyrannical and power hungry. [26:27.560 --> 26:33.680] And it really, I feel, we just need to stand up, and we need some direction too, you know, [26:33.680 --> 26:39.120] as I've been honing my skills of how to stay calm, and how to talk with them, and how to, [26:39.120 --> 26:40.120] you know, reason. [26:40.120 --> 26:44.160] Most of them just don't want a reason, but I always say I'm in a document list, I get [26:44.160 --> 26:50.240] out my camera, and I've been putting the videos up on my YouTube fully, but surely, so others [26:50.240 --> 26:53.800] can see, you know, what I do. [26:53.800 --> 27:07.920] Well, we're in Texas, and if in any state the people will stand up, it will be Texas. [27:07.920 --> 27:11.160] And we are in the process of it. [27:11.160 --> 27:19.760] Deborah, you wanted to address this issue. [27:19.760 --> 27:20.760] Are you there? [27:20.760 --> 27:24.800] Okay, we may get Deborah at the next break. [27:24.800 --> 27:29.600] But we're in the process of addressing this issue. [27:29.600 --> 27:31.840] I'm in the process. [27:31.840 --> 27:38.200] Most of you know that I have filed criminal charges against the governor. [27:38.200 --> 27:43.200] And I am not anti-mask. [27:43.200 --> 27:51.520] If the governor had come to me and said, you know, folks, the CDC and all these doctors [27:51.520 --> 27:57.360] and everybody says this virus is horrible and it's likely to kill a large portion of [27:57.360 --> 28:03.760] the populations, would you take these steps to protect your friends and your neighbors [28:03.760 --> 28:06.320] from a potential disaster? [28:06.320 --> 28:09.760] Well, we're Texans, we help one another. [28:09.760 --> 28:18.600] Of course I would, but when the governor came and said, this is what you will do, or [28:18.600 --> 28:27.680] I will have you put in jail, well, bubba, let's see how that works out for you. [28:27.680 --> 28:36.000] So to fight so on, now, in my opinion, the biggest objection to the mask is not that [28:36.000 --> 28:44.080] the mask is a problem, or that it's intrusive, it's that it was ordered upon us. [28:44.080 --> 28:49.640] And my complaints against the governor go to exactly that issue. [28:49.640 --> 28:53.720] Just where did you get that authority? [28:53.720 --> 29:05.960] Constitution under Article 1, Section 28 says, no law shall be abolished, except [29:05.960 --> 29:09.600] by the legislature. [29:09.600 --> 29:16.440] What part of that is hard to understand? [29:16.440 --> 29:25.800] It also, you know, the Article 4 of the Constitution grants the governor certain powers. [29:25.800 --> 29:30.000] None of those powers including, include creating laws. [29:30.000 --> 29:33.760] Hang on, I'm about to go to our sponsors. [29:33.760 --> 29:44.640] We'll try to bring Deborah on after the sponsors, and she has some information on this issue [29:44.640 --> 29:46.000] she wants to address. [29:46.000 --> 29:50.560] I'll get back to these complaints later if I have time, if not, we'll do that tomorrow. [29:50.560 --> 29:52.360] I really want to stay with our guests. [29:52.360 --> 30:01.560] Hang on, and we'll be right back. [30:01.560 --> 30:06.080] Businesses ask you for a lot of personal information, and you may trust them to keep it safe. [30:06.080 --> 30:10.560] But it turns out that even the most trusted companies may be unwittingly revealing your [30:10.560 --> 30:11.560] secrets. [30:11.560 --> 30:15.920] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht, and I'll be right back with details. [30:15.920 --> 30:17.520] Privacy is under attack. [30:17.520 --> 30:21.120] When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again. [30:21.120 --> 30:25.880] And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too. [30:25.880 --> 30:27.320] So protect your rights. [30:27.320 --> 30:31.640] Stay known to surveillance and keep your information to yourself. [30:31.640 --> 30:33.680] Privacy, it's worth hanging on to. [30:33.680 --> 30:38.000] This public service announcement is brought to you by StartPage.com, the private search [30:38.000 --> 30:41.480] engine alternative to Google, Yahoo, and Bing. [30:41.480 --> 30:45.200] Start over with StartPage. [30:45.200 --> 30:49.960] Data privacy is a big deal, so nearly every company has a policy explaining how they handle [30:49.960 --> 30:51.160] your personal information. [30:51.160 --> 30:54.400] But what happens if it escapes their control? [30:54.400 --> 30:56.080] It's not an idle question. [30:56.080 --> 31:01.200] According to a recent survey, a shocking 90% of U.S. companies admit their security was [31:01.200 --> 31:03.560] breached by hackers in the last year. [31:03.560 --> 31:08.080] That's one more reason you should trust your searches to StartPage.com. [31:08.080 --> 31:11.840] Unlike other search engines, StartPage doesn't store any data on you. [31:11.840 --> 31:15.520] They've never been hacked, but even if they were, there would be nothing for criminals [31:15.520 --> 31:16.520] to see. [31:16.520 --> 31:18.000] The cupboard would be bare. [31:18.000 --> 31:21.080] Too bad other companies don't treat your data the same way. [31:21.080 --> 31:30.760] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht, more news and information at CatherineAlbrecht.com. [31:30.760 --> 31:31.760] I lost my son. [31:31.760 --> 31:32.760] My nephew. [31:32.760 --> 31:33.760] My uncle. [31:33.760 --> 31:34.760] My son. [31:34.760 --> 31:38.600] On September 11th, 2004, most people don't know that a third tower fell on September [31:38.600 --> 31:39.600] 11th. [31:39.600 --> 31:43.360] World Trade Center 7, a 47-story skyscraper, was not hit by a plane. [31:43.360 --> 31:49.040] Although the official explanation is that fire brought down building 7, over 1,200 architects [31:49.040 --> 31:52.800] and engineers have looked into the evidence and believed there is more to the story. [31:52.800 --> 31:54.280] Bring justice to my son. [31:54.280 --> 31:55.280] My uncle. [31:55.280 --> 31:56.280] My nephew. [31:56.280 --> 31:57.280] My son. [31:57.280 --> 31:58.280] Go to building what.org. [31:58.280 --> 31:59.280] Why it fell. [31:59.280 --> 32:00.280] Why it matters. [32:00.280 --> 32:01.280] And what you can do. [32:01.280 --> 32:05.280] Rule of Law Radio is proud to offer the Rule of Law Traffic Similar. [32:05.280 --> 32:08.760] In today's America, we live in an us-against-them society, and if we, the people, are ever [32:08.760 --> 32:12.760] going to have a free society, then we're going to have to stand and defend our own rights. [32:12.760 --> 32:15.960] Among those rights are the right to travel freely from place to place, the right to [32:15.960 --> 32:20.160] act in our own private capacity, and most importantly, the right to due process of law. [32:20.160 --> 32:24.080] Traffic courts afford us the least expensive opportunity to learn how to enforce and preserve [32:24.080 --> 32:25.880] our rights through due process. [32:25.880 --> 32:29.400] Former Sheriff's Deputy Eddie Craig, in conjunction with Rule of Law Radio, has put together the [32:29.400 --> 32:33.160] most comprehensive teaching tool available that will help you understand what due process [32:33.160 --> 32:35.320] is and how to hold courts to the rule of law. [33:24.760 --> 33:39.360] Okay, we are back, Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain, Debra Stevens, Rule of Law Radio, and Debra [33:39.360 --> 33:40.360] is back. [33:40.360 --> 33:49.080] She has a brief statement on this issue she'd like to address. [33:49.080 --> 33:50.080] Debra? [33:50.080 --> 33:51.080] Yes. [33:51.080 --> 33:53.520] Thanks for bringing me on tonight. [33:53.520 --> 33:57.880] Randy, Brett, and Richard, it's good to have you on the air again. [33:57.880 --> 34:04.800] Richard was a talk show host on this network for quite some time until he got a little [34:04.800 --> 34:16.840] too busy with his own activism works, getting into the delegate process of the parties and [34:16.840 --> 34:22.080] the primaries and working for info wars as a reporter. [34:22.080 --> 34:27.040] Anyway, Richard's been a close friend of mine for many years, so we're so glad to have [34:27.040 --> 34:30.040] you back on the air, Richard, and good to meet you, Malina. [34:30.040 --> 34:31.040] Thank you. [34:31.040 --> 34:35.840] Well, thanks Deb, I appreciate it, and we're excited to be on the air with you, and we [34:35.840 --> 34:37.720] want to hear what you've got to say. [34:37.720 --> 34:44.840] Okay, so I wanted to give an outline here just regarding the legal issues and what's [34:44.840 --> 34:49.080] bringing people up to speed is just going to be kind of a summary of what's happened [34:49.080 --> 34:54.320] so far with our governor, okay, and all these executive orders. [34:54.320 --> 35:00.120] Him declaring state of emergency, these sorts of things which he can do under the Texas [35:00.120 --> 35:03.160] Constitution and under the government code. [35:03.160 --> 35:04.280] He can do that. [35:04.280 --> 35:13.160] He is delegated a certain level, certain specific types of emergency powers for states of emergency. [35:13.160 --> 35:20.800] However, it is very clear that some of these executive orders, the things that he's done, [35:20.800 --> 35:31.320] he has not only exceeded the very clear detailed scope of the limits of his authority under [35:31.320 --> 35:34.480] declarations of disaster and emergency. [35:34.480 --> 35:42.000] He has done things that go beyond his delegated authority, and furthermore, it's become clear [35:42.000 --> 35:48.400] that even some aspects of the government code, the statutes, are actually outside the scope [35:48.400 --> 35:55.600] of constitution, things like in government code it says that his executive orders shall [35:55.600 --> 35:58.560] carry full force and effective law. [35:58.560 --> 36:06.000] Well, the Texas Supreme Court agreed in a ruling on a lawsuit regarding some of these [36:06.000 --> 36:12.320] issues about the business closures that that statute is unconstitutional because the Constitution [36:12.320 --> 36:18.000] of Texas says only the Texas legislature can enact law. [36:18.000 --> 36:26.960] There have been probably dozens of civil lawsuits filed against the governor by various groups [36:26.960 --> 36:39.120] in Texas with good lawyers, but they've gotten thwarted by procedural errors. [36:39.120 --> 36:46.520] This is how the bad guy, lawyer, shyster lawyers always trip up the good guys on procedure. [36:46.520 --> 36:49.400] It's the same thing when it comes to pro-salitigants. [36:49.400 --> 36:56.680] Has nothing to do with who actually has a stronger case as far as merits. [36:56.680 --> 37:01.760] You can have the strongest case of merits and evidence and everything, but if you get [37:01.760 --> 37:08.080] tripped up on procedure, then it's like you can't get anywhere. [37:08.080 --> 37:13.280] People have to pay attention to that, even lawyers, but they're recovering from some [37:13.280 --> 37:18.160] of these procedural errors and they're continuing the fight on the civil side. [37:18.160 --> 37:30.560] Other people filed a federal lawsuit concerning the contact tracing contract that the governor [37:30.560 --> 37:32.800] unilaterally signed. [37:32.800 --> 37:39.240] He's done away with the bidding process for government contractors under emergency powers. [37:39.240 --> 37:40.240] He's not allowed to do that. [37:40.240 --> 37:45.520] There's nothing in statute that says that he can just eliminate the bidding process. [37:45.520 --> 37:51.600] The reason he did that is so that he can grant all these contracts to his buddies to buy political [37:51.600 --> 37:57.120] favors because he wants to move up into federal politics. [37:57.120 --> 37:58.680] These things are going on. [37:58.680 --> 38:03.960] Another part of the reason for that is so that he doesn't have to disclose the technical [38:03.960 --> 38:09.040] details of how exposed our privacy would become. [38:09.040 --> 38:15.320] That could be part of it, but sometimes their code does not have to be revealed with the [38:15.320 --> 38:18.280] voting machine code software. [38:18.280 --> 38:19.280] It's proprietary. [38:19.280 --> 38:22.440] It doesn't have to be open source, so that may or may not be an issue as far as getting [38:22.440 --> 38:24.040] rid of the bidding process. [38:24.040 --> 38:25.040] But back to... [38:25.040 --> 38:26.040] Hold on. [38:26.040 --> 38:29.560] Let me address the law there just quickly. [38:29.560 --> 38:39.560] What the act he's using tells him he can do is he can abolish rules and regulations. [38:39.560 --> 38:50.240] 18.016 and 017, those are the two that authorize him to change things, but both of them authorize [38:50.240 --> 38:55.280] him to change rules and regulations. [38:55.280 --> 39:03.280] That goes to governmental agencies, and he can do that, and that disaster declaration [39:03.280 --> 39:09.440] doesn't allow him to do anything outside the scope of rules and regulations. [39:09.440 --> 39:10.440] Yes, absolutely. [39:10.440 --> 39:15.440] I was going to get into some more details like that later, because I didn't want to... [39:15.440 --> 39:20.120] But yeah, that's a good point to bring up now as well. [39:20.120 --> 39:21.120] Basically anything... [39:21.120 --> 39:26.160] And it doesn't just say that he can change them if we're going to go there. [39:26.160 --> 39:31.600] What it says is that he can relax them. [39:31.600 --> 39:40.240] In other words, he can relax requirements of regulatory schemes, of agencies, bureaucracies [39:40.240 --> 39:42.160] that are part of the executive branch. [39:42.160 --> 39:46.240] It doesn't say that he can make things more strict. [39:46.240 --> 39:51.960] In other words, he can loosen up regulatory schemes and not make things so difficult on [39:51.960 --> 39:57.800] business owners to have to tow the line and dot every I and cross every T when it comes [39:57.800 --> 40:02.000] to like TABC, for example, liquor sales and stuff like that. [40:02.000 --> 40:04.480] It says he can relax stuff. [40:04.480 --> 40:09.800] But anyway, back to the main point of coming up to speed on what's happened with this governor [40:09.800 --> 40:10.800] here. [40:10.800 --> 40:17.080] You've got several groups of people that are well-funded that are taking him to task on [40:17.080 --> 40:23.040] the civil side in federal and civil court. [40:23.040 --> 40:32.000] And then Randy is about to land on him like a ton of bricks on the criminal side coming [40:32.000 --> 40:39.560] here to Travis County, which is the seat of the government state here, and filing a stack [40:39.560 --> 40:46.360] of criminal complaints against the governor for all the things that he's done concerning [40:46.360 --> 40:54.760] his abuses acting basically outside the scope of his authority and apparently, and Randy [40:54.760 --> 40:58.800] can tell the story a little bit later because I want to keep this in kind of a summary mode [40:58.800 --> 41:06.920] here right now, apparently the district attorney here because she's a lame duck Democrat who [41:06.920 --> 41:10.960] lost the primary and has nothing to lose. [41:10.960 --> 41:17.200] She would love to take a swipe at the governor to try to bolster, you know, get some notches [41:17.200 --> 41:24.640] on her belt to try to get the Democratic Party to maybe bring her up and have her run for [41:24.640 --> 41:27.560] a different office next time or something. [41:27.560 --> 41:32.960] So apparently it looks from the information Randy's gotten from the DA's office, they're [41:32.960 --> 41:39.600] going to be, the DA is going to be presenting these criminal complaints that Randy has filed [41:39.600 --> 41:46.480] with them, present them with the grand jury of Travis County sometime, first, second, [41:46.480 --> 41:50.520] third week of November, okay, and it doesn't matter that it happens after the election [41:50.520 --> 41:55.400] because our governor is not up for election, this particular election. [41:55.400 --> 42:00.480] So we're going after them hard and it looks like we have the cooperation of the district [42:00.480 --> 42:05.240] attorney, okay, which is highly unusual, most of the time district attorneys try to get [42:05.240 --> 42:11.720] in our way, it's getting citizens way of getting criminal complaints to the grand jury. [42:11.720 --> 42:13.800] We're supposed to be able to access the grand jury. [42:13.800 --> 42:19.120] They should really be having office hours to let us come in and give them these criminal [42:19.120 --> 42:25.960] complaints and usually the DA wants to secret them away and lock them up and not let anyone [42:25.960 --> 42:30.680] talk to them because the district attorneys want to control the grand juries. [42:30.680 --> 42:38.040] But this time it's like we're being welcomed with open arms, Randy told her investigator, [42:38.040 --> 42:42.520] I have a present for your boss, indeed he does, indeed he did. [42:42.520 --> 42:47.520] So it looks like we have the cooperation from the district attorney to go after the governor, [42:47.520 --> 42:52.920] plus we have the cooperation of the Texas Supreme Court, okay, who have already issued [42:52.920 --> 42:59.080] orders in some of these other cases, civil cases, saying basically in a nutshell and [42:59.080 --> 43:04.320] I've already talked about this on the air before so you can go back and see those cases [43:04.320 --> 43:05.720] in the case numbers. [43:05.720 --> 43:11.160] Basically Texas Supreme Court is telling everyone we would love to take a shot at the governor [43:11.160 --> 43:19.640] too and get him under control because his actions are not beyond judicial review and [43:19.640 --> 43:24.480] clearly what he's doing is outside the scope of his statutory authority, outside the scope [43:24.480 --> 43:30.000] of his constitutional authority and furthermore the government code itself, these sections [43:30.000 --> 43:32.560] are unconstitutional as well. [43:32.560 --> 43:38.280] Unfortunately the Supreme Court couldn't rule in the favor of some of these ones because [43:38.280 --> 43:45.880] they got hoodwinked and tricked into doing, engaging in a bad legal procedure that basically [43:45.880 --> 43:47.200] shot themselves in the foot. [43:47.200 --> 43:53.160] But the Texas Supreme Court on the civil side is saying bring it on, we want to get this [43:53.160 --> 44:00.160] governor under control, so we'll be right back, this is the rule of law. [44:00.160 --> 44:04.840] I love logos, without the shows on this network I'd be almost as ignorant as my friends, I'm [44:04.840 --> 44:08.800] so addicted to the truth now that there's no going back, I need my truth pick, I'd be [44:08.800 --> 44:13.160] lost without logos and I really want to help keep this network on the air. [44:13.160 --> 44:17.000] I'd love to volunteer as a show producer but I'm a bit of a Luddite and I really don't [44:17.000 --> 44:22.040] have any money to give because I spent it all on supplements, how can I help logos? [44:22.040 --> 44:27.240] Well, I'm glad you asked, whenever you order anything from Amazon you can help logos with [44:27.240 --> 44:32.120] ordering your supplies or holiday gifts, first thing you do is clear your cookies, now go [44:32.120 --> 44:38.920] to logosregualnetwork.com, tick on the Amazon logo and bookmark it, now when you order anything [44:38.920 --> 44:43.440] from Amazon you use that link and logos gets a few pesos. [44:43.440 --> 44:44.440] Do I pay extra? [44:44.440 --> 44:45.440] No. [44:45.440 --> 44:47.280] Do you have to do anything different when I order? [44:47.280 --> 44:48.280] No. [44:48.280 --> 44:49.280] Can I use my Amazon pride? [44:49.280 --> 44:50.280] No. [44:50.280 --> 44:51.280] I mean yes. [44:51.280 --> 44:57.000] Well, giving without doing anything or spending any money, this is perfect, thank you so much. [44:57.000 --> 44:58.000] We are logos. [46:20.720 --> 46:36.480] If you could not wait any battle too long, what would your purpose has to be done? [46:36.480 --> 46:52.240] Watch in the sparks fly indeed, somebody calls the police, this is what happens with these [46:52.240 --> 46:57.800] masses, ridiculous things with these masks and Malina, I agree with you, it is the hill [46:57.800 --> 47:04.320] to die on because this is all about social engineering and conditioning to get people [47:04.320 --> 47:13.720] to accept vaccines and the medical ID cards and furthermore, it is a sigh up to get people [47:13.720 --> 47:22.960] to buy into social Marxism, to have the mindset, to buy into the philosophy that everything [47:22.960 --> 47:29.440] that you do is for the common good because the whole thing about these idiot masks, they [47:29.440 --> 47:34.280] don't protect yourself, okay, and they tell you that straight up, you're wearing them [47:34.280 --> 47:42.480] to protect everyone else in case you're a carrier, a non-symptomatic or asymptomatic [47:42.480 --> 47:48.160] carrier, you know what, there is no research that shows that anybody who is asymptomatic [47:48.160 --> 47:54.320] or non-symptomatic has any level of transmitability whatsoever, in fact, the research that has [47:54.320 --> 47:58.920] been done is quite the opposite, but nobody wants to talk about that. [47:58.920 --> 48:05.080] What they talk about is, oh, it's what you should do because it's the right thing to [48:05.080 --> 48:07.440] do to take care of other people. [48:07.440 --> 48:16.440] It's all about doing for the common good and guess what, vaccines, it's the same philosophy. [48:16.440 --> 48:21.480] The doctors will tell people straight up, okay, if you really want to know what the [48:21.480 --> 48:27.520] reasons are, if you can get one that will admit it, they're not doing it to protect [48:27.520 --> 48:33.560] your own child, people, I hear some background noise, I don't know, somebody, Randy or maybe [48:33.560 --> 48:41.120] Brett has their mic unmuted, you're not given vaccines to your kids and taking the vaccines [48:41.120 --> 48:46.280] to protect yourself and to boost your own immune system, that's not the reason. [48:46.280 --> 48:53.880] The reason is to protect other people, okay, so that in case you end up being some carrier, [48:53.880 --> 49:00.520] I mean, it's just ridiculous, there's no research to show that you can have transmit [49:00.520 --> 49:04.720] hardly any disease unless you're showing symptoms, it's ridiculous, okay. [49:04.720 --> 49:10.080] I've got mountains of research on it, my sister is a doctor, okay, I know what I'm talking [49:10.080 --> 49:15.800] about here, I've worked in the medical profession myself, it's ridiculous. [49:15.800 --> 49:24.560] Nurses wear masks in surgeries for two reasons, number one, they want to make sure that they [49:24.560 --> 49:31.200] don't maybe accidentally cough or something or get some of their own mucus or whatever [49:31.200 --> 49:37.840] or saliva in an open wound that they're performing surgery on, but the main reason that they [49:37.840 --> 49:47.320] wear masks when they perform surgery is to prevent the patient's blood and other body [49:47.320 --> 49:53.280] fluids from spraying up all into their nose and eyes and mouth, okay, I'm sorry to be [49:53.280 --> 49:59.360] so graphic but that's the reason, all right, and in fact, you know, it's been a big deal [49:59.360 --> 50:04.960] because of, you know, when the HIV things first started, a lot of orthopedic surgeons [50:04.960 --> 50:11.280] are like, we're retiring because no matter what kind of mask or whatever we use, I mean, [50:11.280 --> 50:17.440] we could still get infected because there's so much, you know, blood and debris flying [50:17.440 --> 50:23.280] everywhere with these extreme, you know, cutting on bones and whatnot, okay, that's why they [50:23.280 --> 50:31.280] wear masks in surgeries, it's not, you know, it's not a thing about, you know, viruses, [50:31.280 --> 50:38.040] okay, as much as it is to protect themselves from the spraying of body fluids, okay, so [50:38.040 --> 50:43.600] anybody that talks about masks and surgeries, like, don't even start on that with me because [50:43.600 --> 50:49.840] I know what that's about, my sister's a doctor and she's done surgeries, okay, so at any [50:49.840 --> 50:58.360] rate, it's all about a social experiment to get people to go along with social Marxism [50:58.360 --> 51:03.920] of doing things for the common good, if they really wanted to tell people to protect themselves, [51:03.920 --> 51:11.440] they would tell people to wear a respirator and goggles and ear protection, basically [51:11.440 --> 51:19.520] a whole face shield, basically an entire hazmat suit, okay, this is BS, all right, it's total [51:19.520 --> 51:25.400] BS, it's just social conditioning, it's social engineering, so now with that being said, [51:25.400 --> 51:32.920] I want to go, I want to discuss here about another aspect, how do we deal with like the [51:32.920 --> 51:39.560] local boss hogs, the local, like the mayors, the county commissioners, the county judges, [51:39.560 --> 51:46.160] well unfortunately, trying to go after them right now will be almost like a fool's errand [51:46.160 --> 51:53.080] because all of their orders are protected under the umbrella of Governor Abbott's order, [51:53.080 --> 52:04.200] okay, and so we have to get that struck down and then we can descend like a pack of vultures [52:04.200 --> 52:10.680] or whatever upon these rogue boss hogs, but trying to go after them right now is almost [52:10.680 --> 52:17.720] a fool's errand because they're protected by the Governor's executive order, unfortunately, [52:17.720 --> 52:24.040] but there are other things that we can do, okay, under these orders, these business owners [52:24.040 --> 52:31.800] have to post on their businesses like the front door what their mask policy is and I'm [52:31.800 --> 52:36.280] not talking about you can't come in here unless you wear a mask, there have to be specific [52:36.280 --> 52:45.120] exceptions for medical conditions and that also includes psychological and emotional [52:45.120 --> 52:52.160] trauma, that's actually in the Governor's order and in our own Mayor Adler's order, [52:52.160 --> 52:57.640] our own little boss hog here in Austin, they have to have an exemption, an exception for [52:57.640 --> 53:06.320] people who, if it would cause you emotional or psychological distress to wear a mask then [53:06.320 --> 53:13.200] they have to give you an exception and they can't deny you from entering the business [53:13.200 --> 53:19.000] establishment or being a customer because of that and you don't even have to tell them [53:19.000 --> 53:23.280] it's because of psychological trauma or anything else, you just tell them medical exemption [53:23.280 --> 53:31.360] and then if they don't give, if they don't let you in, okay, then I mean you have to [53:31.360 --> 53:36.360] pick your fights, okay, you need to video the whole thing and if they don't let you [53:36.360 --> 53:42.720] in then you need to have the Mayor's order and the Governor's order with you in pocket [53:42.720 --> 53:48.040] and say, so you ask him questions like, so do you realize, so you agree that you are [53:48.040 --> 53:55.160] willfully violating the Mayor's order and so then, I mean call 911, okay, get a police [53:55.160 --> 54:01.200] report, okay, they could probably get in a lot of trouble, you could take them to municipal [54:01.200 --> 54:06.960] court, district court, they may even get fined and cited, okay, but... [54:06.960 --> 54:13.520] I did that. Okay, good, okay, okay. I did that to two [54:13.520 --> 54:18.320] security guys at the courthouse. Okay, but that's a courthouse, I'm talking about private [54:18.320 --> 54:22.720] businesses but yeah, you can, I want to, what can get into your story also about the courthouse [54:22.720 --> 54:28.440] but I'm talking about private businesses that are under these, that are, you know, under [54:28.440 --> 54:34.320] these regulatory schemes that they are not posting, number one, they're not posting their [54:34.320 --> 54:42.800] policy and they are in violation of local and the Governor's executive orders and that's [54:42.800 --> 54:48.720] not even to mention the fact that it is a discrimination against disabled people under [54:48.720 --> 54:56.400] the ADA, the Americans with Disabilities Act, okay, they can't discriminate against you [54:56.400 --> 55:00.760] if you can't wear a mask because you have a medical condition, now they, so, but we don't [55:00.760 --> 55:07.320] even need to file a federal lawsuit, we can probably go straight to the police or go to [55:07.320 --> 55:14.200] a city hall and get them cited or have their business license pulled because it's in the [55:14.200 --> 55:23.600] local orders, okay, and they're under a regulatory scheme and so, that is a very strong issue [55:23.600 --> 55:28.080] that we have and plus, they can't ask you what your medical condition is because that's [55:28.080 --> 55:33.400] a violation of HIPAA, all right, and so, here's the strategy, it's kind of like what Randy [55:33.400 --> 55:39.640] does to these underlings, all right, at the courthouse, if they start to say, well, why [55:39.640 --> 55:46.760] do you want these records, Randy will tell them, you don't want to ask me that question, [55:46.760 --> 55:51.760] you want your boss to ask me that question because I don't want to go after you, I want [55:51.760 --> 55:58.640] to go after your boss, so if these, you know, like the host or the host to set the restaurant, [55:58.640 --> 56:02.240] you have to wear a mask and you say, I have a medical condition and they are asking, well, [56:02.240 --> 56:08.360] what's the medical condition, then you tell them, you don't want to ask me that question, [56:08.360 --> 56:16.480] you want the manager to ask me that question because whoever asked me that question is going [56:16.480 --> 56:22.120] to get sued in federal court under the ADA because they're not allowed to ask you that [56:22.120 --> 56:28.080] question, okay, so then there's that and plus, then you want the boss to be the one that's [56:28.080 --> 56:34.080] on the hook, the manager or the owner to have the ton of bricks come down on him for violating [56:34.080 --> 56:41.000] these local orders, all right, so here's something that we can say, I have a list of questions [56:41.000 --> 56:48.120] that we can put to these people, these businesses when they say, you know, you have to wear [56:48.120 --> 56:52.000] a mask, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, okay, well, for one thing, before I get into [56:52.000 --> 56:54.640] the list of questions and I'm going to end up running into the next segment because we're [56:54.640 --> 57:00.720] almost at the top of the hour, one thing about the accommodating people with a medical condition [57:00.720 --> 57:09.960] or disabled people, it has to be a reasonable accommodation, okay, now, for example, I know [57:09.960 --> 57:15.720] somebody who went to a cell phone repair shop, this is like in August, okay, in one of these [57:15.720 --> 57:24.600] strip malls, no customers, no cars in the parking lot at all, this person walks in and [57:24.600 --> 57:32.200] the little nerd behind the counter is like, you have to wear a mask and my friend says [57:32.200 --> 57:40.720] medical condition and then goes and gets his boss and the boss comes in because he didn't [57:40.720 --> 57:46.720] know what to do and so the boss says, well, you know, we had a complaint from a customer [57:46.720 --> 57:53.720] and so you have to wear a mask, you have to go outside and my friend is like, medical [57:53.720 --> 58:01.160] condition and, you know, he's still talking about the customer complaint and so they said, [58:01.160 --> 58:06.520] well, here's our accommodation for people with medical condition that can't wear a mask, [58:06.520 --> 58:12.960] you can go wait outside and wait to talk to the tech and give us the phone and wait outside [58:12.960 --> 58:18.040] and then we'll bring it back to you once we have a preliminary analysis and you know what, [58:18.040 --> 58:27.960] that is not a reasonable accommodation especially when it's 107 degrees in Texas, no, you're [58:27.960 --> 58:32.120] not going to make someone with a medical condition wait outside in the hot sun or in the rain [58:32.120 --> 58:38.440] or outside anyway because you're breathing in car exhaust, not acceptable, all right. [58:38.440 --> 58:43.640] So there are those issues to be documented and I'm going to finish up about how to deal [58:43.640 --> 58:46.760] with these businesses on the other side of the top of the hour break. [58:46.760 --> 58:50.360] This is the rule of law. [58:50.360 --> 58:55.800] The Bible remains the most popular book in the world yet countless readers are frustrated [58:55.800 --> 58:58.600] because they struggle to understand it. [58:58.600 --> 59:04.000] Some new translations try to help by simplifying the text but in the process can compromise [59:04.000 --> 59:07.240] the profound meaning of the scripture. [59:07.240 --> 59:09.680] Enter the recovery version. [59:09.680 --> 59:14.960] First this new translation is extremely faithful and accurate but the real story is the more [59:14.960 --> 59:18.680] than 9000 explanatory footnotes. [59:18.680 --> 59:23.680] Difficult and profound passages are opened up in a marvelous way providing an entrance [59:23.680 --> 59:28.360] into the riches of the word beyond which you've ever experienced before. [59:28.360 --> 59:33.520] Bibles for America would like to give you a free recovery version simply for the asking. [01:00:00.880 --> 01:00:06.920] The following news flash is brought to you by the Lone Star Lowdown. [01:00:06.920 --> 01:00:13.560] Markets for Monday the 22nd of July 2019 open with precious metals gold $1,429 an ounce silver [01:00:13.560 --> 01:00:22.840] $16.45 an ounce copper $2.75 an ounce oil Texas crude $55.63 a barrel Brent crude $62.47 [01:00:22.840 --> 01:00:31.120] a barrel and cryptos in order of market cap Bitcoin core $10,566.52 Ethereum $227.26 [01:00:31.120 --> 01:00:46.320] XRP Ripple $0.33 light coin $100.31 and Bitcoin cash is at $324.10 a crypto coin. [01:00:46.320 --> 01:00:52.560] Today in history the year 1916 the preparedness day bombing a time suitcase bomb was detonated [01:00:52.560 --> 01:00:57.880] on Market Street in San Francisco during the World War I preparedness day parade killing [01:00:57.880 --> 01:01:07.280] 10 and entering 40 today in history and recent news since Governor Greg Abbott signed House [01:01:07.280 --> 01:01:12.800] Bill 1325 legalizing heaven attacks law back in June county prosecutors around the state [01:01:12.800 --> 01:01:17.120] including Houston, Austin and San Antonio have been dropping marijuana possession charges [01:01:17.120 --> 01:01:20.920] and even refusing to file new ones since they are stipulating that they do not have the [01:01:20.920 --> 01:01:24.840] time or the laboratory equipment to test the earth for THC. [01:01:24.840 --> 01:01:28.600] Margaret Moore the Travis County District Attorney announced earlier this month that [01:01:28.600 --> 01:01:33.120] she was dismissing 32 felony possession and delivery of marijuana cases because of the [01:01:33.120 --> 01:01:34.120] law. [01:01:34.120 --> 01:01:37.760] Mr. Abbott and other state officials including the Attorney General stipulated in a letter [01:01:37.760 --> 01:01:42.280] to county district attorneys back on Thursday that marijuana has not been decriminalized [01:01:42.280 --> 01:01:48.400] in Texas and that these actions demonstrate a misunderstanding of how HB 1325 works as [01:01:48.400 --> 01:01:54.640] well as other cities too like the District Attorney in El Paso, Kyma Esparza a Democrat [01:01:54.640 --> 01:01:59.840] who also stated earlier this month that the law quote will not have an effect on the prosecution [01:01:59.840 --> 01:02:01.920] of marijuana cases in El Paso. [01:02:01.920 --> 01:02:06.880] However, the issue was succinctly summarized by Mr. Brandon Ball an assistant public defender [01:02:06.880 --> 01:02:11.360] in Harris County who stated that quote the law is constantly changing on what makes something [01:02:11.360 --> 01:02:13.600] illegal based on its chemical makeup. [01:02:13.600 --> 01:02:17.480] It's important that if someone is charged with something the test matches what they're [01:02:17.480 --> 01:02:22.720] charged with. [01:02:22.720 --> 01:02:28.120] A paper by Tulane University identified a 5.5 inch American pocket shark as the first of [01:02:28.120 --> 01:02:33.720] its kind in the Gulf of Mexico, the specimen being only the second pocket shark ever captured [01:02:33.720 --> 01:02:39.360] or recorded with the other one being found way back in 1979 in the East Pacific Ocean. [01:02:39.360 --> 01:02:43.960] According to the university paper the shark secretes a luminous fluid from a gland near [01:02:43.960 --> 01:02:50.200] its front fins for the purpose it is hypothesized to lure and prey who may be drawn into the [01:02:50.200 --> 01:03:16.760] glow. [01:03:46.760 --> 01:03:51.760] He told me, he said all men was quick and dead equally [01:03:51.760 --> 01:03:54.760] Chantung Babylon and Demetain me [01:03:54.760 --> 01:03:58.760] And when night comes he'll ask me for tea [01:03:58.760 --> 01:04:01.760] And when I want me after to chant them man [01:04:01.760 --> 01:04:05.760] Me chantung Babylon because Babylon is wrong [01:04:05.760 --> 01:04:08.760] The only right man says the rest man [01:04:08.760 --> 01:04:12.760] We take miss a lot man, they bow young man [01:04:12.760 --> 01:04:15.760] To chantung Babylon now they laugh [01:04:15.760 --> 01:04:19.760] To let Babylon know that we're dead in grave [01:04:19.760 --> 01:04:22.760] We write it down, keep miss a tune, tell a lie [01:04:22.760 --> 01:04:26.760] Say Jesus Christ shall rescue me [01:04:26.760 --> 01:04:28.760] And I'll chant down man [01:04:28.760 --> 01:04:30.760] One, two, three, one [01:04:30.760 --> 01:04:32.760] Chantung Babylon and Demetain [01:04:32.760 --> 01:04:35.760] Chantung Babylon, chantung Babylon [01:04:35.760 --> 01:04:38.760] Chantung Babylon and Demetain [01:04:38.760 --> 01:04:41.760] Chantung Babylon and Demetain [01:04:41.760 --> 01:04:46.760] Okay, we are back, this is the rule of law [01:04:46.760 --> 01:04:49.760] It is Thursday, October 22nd [01:04:49.760 --> 01:04:54.760] I am Deborah Stevens, Deborah Stevens here with Randy Kelton [01:04:54.760 --> 01:04:58.760] And Brett Fountain, and we've got our guests here [01:04:58.760 --> 01:05:03.760] Richard Reeves and Melina from Hawaii [01:05:03.760 --> 01:05:07.760] Good to have y'all, and I actually lived in Hawaii [01:05:07.760 --> 01:05:09.760] For a while myself, I was on the island of Kauai [01:05:09.760 --> 01:05:12.760] For quite some time, it was gorgeous [01:05:12.760 --> 01:05:17.760] I've always wished I could go back and visit [01:05:17.760 --> 01:05:20.760] But I'm not going to deal with TSA [01:05:20.760 --> 01:05:23.760] And now it's even worse because of masks [01:05:23.760 --> 01:05:25.760] And all those other things, it's terrible [01:05:25.760 --> 01:05:28.760] It's 14 days, or mandatory as things [01:05:28.760 --> 01:05:31.760] Okay, well let me get back to [01:05:31.760 --> 01:05:33.760] So I can just stay on track here [01:05:33.760 --> 01:05:36.760] Concerning how to deal with these businesses [01:05:36.760 --> 01:05:41.760] Alright, basically according to the governor's order [01:05:41.760 --> 01:05:45.760] No one, he has forbidden law enforcement [01:05:45.760 --> 01:05:48.760] He's made it so that, well what he's done [01:05:48.760 --> 01:05:54.760] Is he's made it so that state, I mean so that local [01:05:54.760 --> 01:05:58.760] Local municipalities and counties, county judges [01:05:58.760 --> 01:06:02.760] Cannot make, not wearing a mask [01:06:02.760 --> 01:06:07.760] And things like this penalty and arrestable offence [01:06:07.760 --> 01:06:12.760] Alright, but they can, people can be arrested [01:06:12.760 --> 01:06:15.760] For trespassing, alright [01:06:15.760 --> 01:06:18.760] And so they've given them the green light to go ahead [01:06:18.760 --> 01:06:22.760] And have the business owners get the police involved [01:06:22.760 --> 01:06:25.760] To arrest people for quote unquote trespassing [01:06:25.760 --> 01:06:27.760] If they're not wearing a mask [01:06:27.760 --> 01:06:30.760] Well that's still really dangerous territory [01:06:30.760 --> 01:06:34.760] Because if they are kicking some [01:06:34.760 --> 01:06:36.760] If a business is kicking someone out [01:06:36.760 --> 01:06:38.760] For not wearing a mask [01:06:38.760 --> 01:06:41.760] They are still clearly in violation [01:06:41.760 --> 01:06:43.760] Of the governor's executive order [01:06:43.760 --> 01:06:46.760] And these local county judge orders [01:06:46.760 --> 01:06:50.760] And mayoral orders because they're not making [01:06:50.760 --> 01:06:53.760] An exception for people with a medical condition [01:06:53.760 --> 01:06:56.760] And if they're not, now see whether or not [01:06:56.760 --> 01:06:58.760] They're making reasonable accommodations [01:06:58.760 --> 01:07:00.760] That's a civil matter [01:07:00.760 --> 01:07:03.760] So the police really couldn't tell the business owner [01:07:03.760 --> 01:07:07.760] Well you have to let so and so stand inside [01:07:07.760 --> 01:07:09.760] While they're dealing with the cell phone [01:07:09.760 --> 01:07:12.760] Because standing outside at 105 degree heat [01:07:12.760 --> 01:07:15.760] Is not reasonable, I mean that's more of a civil matter [01:07:15.760 --> 01:07:18.760] That would be sorted out like in the federal court [01:07:18.760 --> 01:07:20.760] Under ADA or something, alright [01:07:20.760 --> 01:07:23.760] But this is the strategy [01:07:23.760 --> 01:07:26.760] If you, if they're trying, if a business owner [01:07:26.760 --> 01:07:29.760] Is trying to kick you out altogether [01:07:29.760 --> 01:07:32.760] And not do business with you [01:07:32.760 --> 01:07:34.760] Because you refuse to wear a mask [01:07:34.760 --> 01:07:37.760] And they don't want to buy into this medical condition thing [01:07:37.760 --> 01:07:39.760] I mean somebody else went to another store [01:07:39.760 --> 01:07:42.760] And said medical condition, you know friend of ours [01:07:42.760 --> 01:07:45.760] And the employee behind the counter said [01:07:45.760 --> 01:07:47.760] Oh yeah we don't buy that [01:07:47.760 --> 01:07:49.760] We're not buying into that [01:07:49.760 --> 01:07:52.760] And go way outside or whatever stuff like that [01:07:52.760 --> 01:07:55.760] Okay well you get that kind of stuff on video [01:07:55.760 --> 01:07:57.760] And then we can go after them [01:07:57.760 --> 01:07:59.760] In state court and municipal court [01:07:59.760 --> 01:08:02.760] For violating these local mayor orders et cetera [01:08:02.760 --> 01:08:06.760] So here's where I have a list of questions [01:08:06.760 --> 01:08:09.760] Of things that we can ask them [01:08:09.760 --> 01:08:13.760] But before I say that, when, if they say [01:08:13.760 --> 01:08:15.760] They're going to kick you out, okay [01:08:15.760 --> 01:08:17.760] Then what needs to happen is [01:08:17.760 --> 01:08:19.760] You need to ask them specifically [01:08:19.760 --> 01:08:22.760] Why are you making me leave [01:08:22.760 --> 01:08:25.760] Why are you accusing me of trespassing now [01:08:25.760 --> 01:08:27.760] Why are you calling the cops for trespassing [01:08:27.760 --> 01:08:29.760] Why are you making me leave [01:08:29.760 --> 01:08:32.760] You have to get them to cry uncle [01:08:32.760 --> 01:08:35.760] And say specifically the reason why they're making you leave [01:08:35.760 --> 01:08:38.760] Because you know and maybe Randy knows more [01:08:38.760 --> 01:08:41.760] I haven't had a chance to research this [01:08:41.760 --> 01:08:44.760] This policy of you know a lot of businesses have [01:08:44.760 --> 01:08:46.760] Have a sign that say we reserve the right [01:08:46.760 --> 01:08:49.760] To refuse service to anyone for any reason [01:08:49.760 --> 01:08:52.760] Okay well that only goes so far [01:08:52.760 --> 01:08:54.760] I mean they can kick somebody out [01:08:54.760 --> 01:08:56.760] If they're being unruly and yelling [01:08:56.760 --> 01:08:59.760] And causing a disruption and a commotion [01:08:59.760 --> 01:09:02.760] They can have a dress code for example [01:09:02.760 --> 01:09:06.760] Like a no shirt, no shoes, no service [01:09:06.760 --> 01:09:10.760] If they want to go so far as to discriminate based on race [01:09:10.760 --> 01:09:15.760] Well the cops could not make the business owner [01:09:15.760 --> 01:09:19.760] Serve a customer that a business owner is trying to discriminate racially [01:09:19.760 --> 01:09:22.760] Against that would be a civil matter [01:09:22.760 --> 01:09:25.760] So this thing of we reserve the right [01:09:25.760 --> 01:09:27.760] To refuse service to anyone for any reason [01:09:27.760 --> 01:09:30.760] They're still going to have to explain what the reason is [01:09:30.760 --> 01:09:35.760] Alright and the key is to get them to spit it out [01:09:35.760 --> 01:09:38.760] That the reason they're not going to do business with you [01:09:38.760 --> 01:09:40.760] Is because you're not wearing a mask [01:09:40.760 --> 01:09:43.760] Then boom you got them [01:09:43.760 --> 01:09:45.760] Okay you got them [01:09:45.760 --> 01:09:48.760] And you would still have to allow the police to escort you out [01:09:48.760 --> 01:09:50.760] For trespassing, okay [01:09:50.760 --> 01:09:54.760] Because at that point it's a civil matter [01:09:54.760 --> 01:09:56.760] Or you would have to file criminal charges against them [01:09:56.760 --> 01:09:57.760] With the district attorney [01:09:57.760 --> 01:10:01.760] The police can't sort all that out on the fly [01:10:01.760 --> 01:10:03.760] If a business owner wants you to leave [01:10:03.760 --> 01:10:05.760] Just go ahead and leave [01:10:05.760 --> 01:10:06.760] Let the cops escort you out [01:10:06.760 --> 01:10:08.760] But you get it on the record [01:10:08.760 --> 01:10:10.760] What the real reason is [01:10:10.760 --> 01:10:13.760] And here's another set of questions [01:10:13.760 --> 01:10:15.760] You can ask these business owners [01:10:15.760 --> 01:10:18.760] You ask when they start talking about the mask [01:10:18.760 --> 01:10:20.760] Or if they want to take your temperature [01:10:20.760 --> 01:10:22.760] Like with the infrared stuff [01:10:22.760 --> 01:10:26.760] That's not even in any of these orders at all [01:10:26.760 --> 01:10:29.760] But some of them are doing it anyway as a requirement [01:10:29.760 --> 01:10:32.760] Let me back up to this no-shirt, no-shoes policy [01:10:32.760 --> 01:10:33.760] It's the stuff [01:10:33.760 --> 01:10:37.760] Alright, wearing a mask is not comparable [01:10:37.760 --> 01:10:39.760] Forcing people to wear a mask for these business owners [01:10:39.760 --> 01:10:43.760] It has zero analogy to no-shirt, no-shoes [01:10:43.760 --> 01:10:46.760] We're not talking about clothing here [01:10:46.760 --> 01:10:48.760] This is a medical device [01:10:48.760 --> 01:10:51.760] It may seem like a simplistic medical device [01:10:51.760 --> 01:10:53.760] But we've got to keep this clear here [01:10:53.760 --> 01:10:55.760] This is a medical device [01:10:55.760 --> 01:11:01.760] And taking your temperature is a diagnostic medical procedure [01:11:01.760 --> 01:11:03.760] Period [01:11:03.760 --> 01:11:07.760] And if they are making decisions [01:11:07.760 --> 01:11:10.760] Based on your temperature [01:11:10.760 --> 01:11:14.760] Well then, now they're engaging in a diagnostic medical procedure [01:11:14.760 --> 01:11:18.760] And basically they're practicing medicine without a license [01:11:18.760 --> 01:11:20.760] You can go to the Texas Medical Board [01:11:20.760 --> 01:11:23.760] And start filing complaints against them [01:11:23.760 --> 01:11:25.760] And that can even be criminal [01:11:25.760 --> 01:11:27.760] So there's a lot of angles we can go at here [01:11:27.760 --> 01:11:30.760] We don't have to put up with this taking temperature stuff [01:11:30.760 --> 01:11:36.760] By just some random going to the dollar store or something [01:11:36.760 --> 01:11:39.760] Now, if you go to the dentist's office, that's a different story [01:11:39.760 --> 01:11:40.760] They're a doctor [01:11:40.760 --> 01:11:44.760] I mean, my dentist has always wanted to take my temperature and my blood pressure [01:11:44.760 --> 01:11:46.760] Before any dental procedure [01:11:46.760 --> 01:11:48.760] They need to know where you're at [01:11:48.760 --> 01:11:50.760] You know, do you have a raging, you know, what's going on [01:11:50.760 --> 01:11:53.760] They need to know what kind of anesthesia you can and cannot have [01:11:53.760 --> 01:11:56.760] Based on your blood pressure, you know, all these kinds of things [01:11:56.760 --> 01:11:58.760] That's a doctor's office, that's different [01:11:58.760 --> 01:12:03.760] Okay, but some ran, they're qualified, they're trained personnel [01:12:03.760 --> 01:12:07.760] All right, but there's a million reasons out of the sun why someone might have a temperature [01:12:07.760 --> 01:12:11.760] And maybe the instrument isn't calibrated properly either [01:12:11.760 --> 01:12:16.760] Okay, so how do you know it's not just some piece of, you know, a junk fake thing [01:12:16.760 --> 01:12:18.760] You know, made in China or whatever [01:12:18.760 --> 01:12:23.760] So here's some questions you can ask these people when they start giving you a hard time [01:12:23.760 --> 01:12:26.760] These business minions and owners [01:12:26.760 --> 01:12:30.760] Okay, so you're requiring me to use this medical device [01:12:30.760 --> 01:12:37.760] It's talking about a mask here, which you claim is intended to prevent the spread of disease [01:12:37.760 --> 01:12:43.760] And can you assure me that my use of this medical device will not cause me harm [01:12:43.760 --> 01:12:51.760] Can you assure me that this is actually going to prevent the spread of disease and protect me [01:12:51.760 --> 01:12:53.760] Have you performed... [01:12:53.760 --> 01:12:54.760] Even qualified [01:12:54.760 --> 01:12:57.760] Hold on, let me get to that [01:12:57.760 --> 01:13:01.760] There's a whole discourse here, okay [01:13:01.760 --> 01:13:03.760] Or it will not cause me harm [01:13:03.760 --> 01:13:13.760] Have you performed an examination of me or reviewed my medical history in order to assess the risk of me using this device [01:13:13.760 --> 01:13:16.760] And that's the kicker, the one you were just mentioning, Brett [01:13:16.760 --> 01:13:21.760] Do you have a medical degree or any medical training whatsoever [01:13:21.760 --> 01:13:30.760] Or any medical certification regarding any of these matters and these diagnostic procedures and these uses of these medical devices [01:13:30.760 --> 01:13:43.760] Or are you giving me medical advice and engaging in diagnostic medical procedures upon me without any medical certifications or qualifications [01:13:43.760 --> 01:13:52.760] Do you have malpractice insurance in case I take your advice and have an adverse reaction to this medical device [01:13:52.760 --> 01:14:02.760] Are you personally and such and such company you work for willing to accept liability for any adverse effects I might have [01:14:02.760 --> 01:14:09.760] From your requirement that I use a medical device as a condition of entering your store [01:14:09.760 --> 01:14:14.760] Do you understand that you are in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act [01:14:14.760 --> 01:14:21.760] And you're in violation of local, county and state orders on these issues [01:14:21.760 --> 01:14:28.760] And watch their face and then you have a piece of paper, you have a contract and you make them sign it [01:14:28.760 --> 01:14:35.760] Okay, oh they'll never sign it, they'll start shaking in their boots and they'll go run and get their boss [01:14:35.760 --> 01:14:44.760] Now see the big problem that we're going to run into, I'm sorry to say, is that the major corporations have already figured this out [01:14:44.760 --> 01:14:52.760] And they've already set themselves up to protect themselves from lawsuits because they're just not going to enforce the math policy [01:14:52.760 --> 01:15:05.760] Okay Walmart, Home Depot and Lowe's have already come out like two months ago, they coordinated a press conference and said because of violence, fights, fisticuffs [01:15:05.760 --> 01:15:10.760] Between customers and between our associates and customers, we are not enforcing any math policy [01:15:10.760 --> 01:15:16.760] We don't care if it's the law, we don't care about executive orders, we're not going to be the police of this [01:15:16.760 --> 01:15:26.760] Okay, they're just not going to do it at all, period, it's like they'll have a sign that says, you know, county order says you need to wear a mask [01:15:26.760 --> 01:15:32.760] But you just walk in, they won't say anything to you, they just won't say anything to you at all, so they're already immune [01:15:32.760 --> 01:15:39.760] Unfortunately what's going to end up having to happen is that we're going to have to go over small business owners and that is tragic [01:15:39.760 --> 01:15:53.760] That breaks my heart because the small business owners are having hard enough time as it is already, but if you can find some other, some more major corporations, bigger corporate businesses that are pulling this kind of crap [01:15:53.760 --> 01:16:00.760] You know, it would be better to go after the bigger corporations because I really don't want to give my neighbors a hard time [01:16:00.760 --> 01:16:07.760] I mean, I really don't want to give the small business owners a hard time, but you know what, if they're going to pull this kind of thing [01:16:07.760 --> 01:16:17.760] You know what, they're putting themselves in the target, okay, we cannot put up with this mask BS at all, period, okay [01:16:17.760 --> 01:16:28.760] This is the hill to die on, I'm telling you, so that's where I'm at and that pretty much concludes my summary here [01:16:28.760 --> 01:16:40.760] And I can post this list of questions and other things like this, you know, on the website at some point and we'll discuss this the more next week on another show and more in depth [01:16:40.760 --> 01:16:52.760] But I'm going to turn the show over to Randy now to discuss other legal issues and going after public servants and whatnot, so that's my story and I'm sticking to it [01:16:52.760 --> 01:16:59.760] That's my soapbox and we'll be right back on the other side, so we'll vlog [01:17:23.760 --> 01:17:33.760] Join Nana and guests for both verse by verse Bible studies and topical Bible studies designed to provoke unto love and good works [01:17:33.760 --> 01:17:40.760] Our verse by verse Bible studies will begin in the book of Matthew where we will discuss one chapter per week [01:17:40.760 --> 01:17:47.760] Our topical Bible studies will vary each week and will explore sound doctrine as well as Christian character development [01:17:47.760 --> 01:17:59.760] So mark your calendar and join us live on LogosRadioNetwork.com Wednesdays from 8 to 10 This is the Rule of Law. It is Thursday, October 22, 2020 [01:20:30.760 --> 01:20:37.760] I am Deborah Stevens here with Randy Kelton and Brett Fountain and our guests, Richard Reeves and Melina from Hawaii [01:20:37.760 --> 01:20:49.760] And our guests and Randy are going to get into how the DOJ can go after these rogue boss hogs, state and local officials in just a moment [01:20:49.760 --> 01:20:56.760] But one thing, I just wanted to put some bookends on this issue from a spiritual perspective [01:20:56.760 --> 01:21:00.760] Because I am a Christian too. Lord Jesus Christ is my savior as well [01:21:00.760 --> 01:21:09.760] And same with Richard and Brett and Randy is in the process of getting to know the Lord [01:21:09.760 --> 01:21:11.760] So we pray for him too [01:21:11.760 --> 01:21:19.760] And anyways, the point being, there is a lot of disinformation out there that's put out there by the government [01:21:19.760 --> 01:21:26.760] Infiltrating the clergy. This is like a Psiop program [01:21:26.760 --> 01:21:36.760] Where the pastors and the preachers and the ministers sometimes will teach their congregation not to buck up against the government [01:21:36.760 --> 01:21:45.760] Because that's not Christian, it's not spiritual and it's against the Bible specifically Romans 13 [01:21:45.760 --> 01:21:50.760] Well, you can't take things like that out of context [01:21:50.760 --> 01:21:57.760] Romans 13 talks about being subject to governmental authorities [01:21:57.760 --> 01:22:03.760] That's one interpretation. Some people interpret it a different type of authority like spiritual authority [01:22:03.760 --> 01:22:10.760] But the main keyword here is being subject. Doesn't say obey [01:22:10.760 --> 01:22:17.760] And so you have to look at the whole Bible when you're interpreting things and trying to get the deeper meanings [01:22:17.760 --> 01:22:20.760] The Old Testament, the New Testament, everything [01:22:20.760 --> 01:22:26.760] And this is one of the main examples that I like to use on this matter [01:22:26.760 --> 01:22:39.760] Go back to what happened with Daniel's three friends when the King Nebuchadnezzar ordered that everyone would worship this golden image [01:22:39.760 --> 01:22:41.760] That he had made [01:22:41.760 --> 01:22:50.760] Well, Daniel's three friends, Daniel himself was kind of out of the picture or doing something else at the time or on another job [01:22:50.760 --> 01:22:57.760] Well, Daniel's three friends were in that situation and they said, no, we're not going to do it [01:22:57.760 --> 01:23:00.760] We're not going to do it under penalty of death [01:23:00.760 --> 01:23:03.760] And so they get called in front of the King [01:23:03.760 --> 01:23:11.760] And basically the King is like, so you're not going to obey this order that I have put down that I've decreed that you all have to worship this image [01:23:11.760 --> 01:23:17.760] And they said, no, not only did they refuse to eat the King's food, we're not going to drink your drinks [01:23:17.760 --> 01:23:20.760] We're not going to eat your meat that's in sacrifice to idols [01:23:20.760 --> 01:23:23.760] We are not going to worship this idol [01:23:23.760 --> 01:23:29.760] And so they said, however, they were still subject to the King's authority [01:23:29.760 --> 01:23:33.760] They disobeyed, but they were still subject to his authority [01:23:33.760 --> 01:23:42.760] They said, do what you will with us, inflict whatever punishment upon us that you deem appropriate [01:23:42.760 --> 01:23:47.760] Let it be known, oh King, that we are disobeying you and we will not worship this image [01:23:47.760 --> 01:23:49.760] We will not worship the idol [01:23:49.760 --> 01:23:55.760] But that is called being subject, but also following your conscience [01:23:55.760 --> 01:23:59.760] And so they didn't instigate a rebellion [01:23:59.760 --> 01:24:02.760] They didn't start an insurrection [01:24:02.760 --> 01:24:07.760] They didn't try to overthrow the King or anything like that [01:24:07.760 --> 01:24:22.760] They were subject to his authority, but they knew that what he was doing was outside the scope of at least his spiritual guidelines [01:24:22.760 --> 01:24:24.760] And so they said, we will worship Jehovah [01:24:24.760 --> 01:24:28.760] And so what ended up happening was he had them thrown into a furnace [01:24:28.760 --> 01:24:33.760] And the furnace was cooked up seven times hotter than it had ever been [01:24:33.760 --> 01:24:38.760] And even some of his servants died making the furnace that hot [01:24:38.760 --> 01:24:44.760] And so the three are in there and they're walking around and who appears in the fire with them [01:24:44.760 --> 01:24:49.760] He said, it's Nebuchadnezzar's season, one like the Son of Man [01:24:49.760 --> 01:24:54.760] Christ himself was in the fire with them and none of them were hurt [01:24:54.760 --> 01:24:57.760] And so the King's like, let them out, what's going on here? [01:24:57.760 --> 01:25:01.760] They emerged, not one hair of their head was singed, not one [01:25:01.760 --> 01:25:07.760] And see, before this happened, the King asked them, so you think Jehovah is going to save you? [01:25:07.760 --> 01:25:09.760] You think Jehovah is going to rescue you? [01:25:09.760 --> 01:25:11.760] And they said, you know what, we don't know [01:25:11.760 --> 01:25:15.760] He may, he may not, we're not expecting any miracles [01:25:15.760 --> 01:25:19.760] But whether he does or doesn't, we are not going to worship your idol [01:25:19.760 --> 01:25:25.760] And so Christ brought them out, not a hair of their head was harmed [01:25:25.760 --> 01:25:31.760] And then King Nebuchadnezzar fell down and worshipped and ordered the entire domain of Babylon [01:25:31.760 --> 01:25:36.760] That now y'all have to worship Jehovah or else now you're in a penalty of death [01:25:36.760 --> 01:25:39.760] Okay, so he had a turn, alright? [01:25:39.760 --> 01:25:45.760] And so anyway, the point of all of this is being subject does not mean obey [01:25:45.760 --> 01:25:51.760] And this is what we do here, we follow our conscience and we hold our public servants' feet to the fire [01:25:51.760 --> 01:25:57.760] Because they are under, they have limitations here [01:25:57.760 --> 01:26:03.760] The authority rests with the office, not the human being personally [01:26:03.760 --> 01:26:07.760] Okay, just because a cop says to do something doesn't mean he has authority to do it [01:26:07.760 --> 01:26:12.760] Okay, just because the governor issues an order doesn't mean he has authority to say to do this or that [01:26:12.760 --> 01:26:16.760] Okay, you may as well just say everybody wear a purple hat, okay? [01:26:16.760 --> 01:26:17.760] No, they can't do that [01:26:17.760 --> 01:26:21.760] So I just want to put that out there, there's other examples in the Bible [01:26:21.760 --> 01:26:25.760] Okay, we are subject to the authority [01:26:25.760 --> 01:26:33.760] But we don't necessarily have to have a Christian duty to obey whatever they say [01:26:33.760 --> 01:26:42.760] Okay, when it's clearly unspiritual, okay, when it clearly is inhumane and it's in violation of law [01:26:42.760 --> 01:26:47.760] Alright, but we are subject, but we don't have to do every little thing they say [01:26:47.760 --> 01:26:51.760] We're under no Christian duty to do that, so I just wanted to put that out there [01:26:51.760 --> 01:26:52.760] Let me touch on that first [01:26:52.760 --> 01:26:55.760] Thank you God, we don't have to work at the golden map [01:26:55.760 --> 01:26:57.760] That's right [01:26:57.760 --> 01:27:00.760] Let me touch on that for a second [01:27:00.760 --> 01:27:11.760] The way I read Render Hunter Caesar, he was saying, I gave you my law, you bring my law to me [01:27:11.760 --> 01:27:17.760] You and your buddies and Caesar, you all made man's law [01:27:17.760 --> 01:27:19.760] Don't come to me whining about man's law [01:27:19.760 --> 01:27:22.760] That's between you and your other buddies [01:27:22.760 --> 01:27:25.760] That's up to you, I only do God's law [01:27:25.760 --> 01:27:32.760] And he's telling them, don't come pray to me to get Caesar to do for you what you want him to [01:27:32.760 --> 01:27:37.760] It's your job to go out and do that [01:27:37.760 --> 01:27:42.760] That's the way I read it [01:27:42.760 --> 01:27:46.760] Alright, so Richard, do you have any comments on that? [01:27:46.760 --> 01:27:50.760] Well, yeah, Deborah, it was good to see you get fired up and join us on this call [01:27:50.760 --> 01:27:55.760] Obviously, we're going to continue this topic on other shows subsequent to this [01:27:55.760 --> 01:28:00.760] But I would encourage all the listeners out there to make sure and get this archive when it comes up [01:28:00.760 --> 01:28:02.760] And bookmark it and go through [01:28:02.760 --> 01:28:07.760] And when you were sitting there laying out all these questions, I'm going to go back to the archive and write them all down [01:28:07.760 --> 01:28:10.760] I wrote some of them down, but I didn't catch them all [01:28:10.760 --> 01:28:17.760] But it would be great, like you said, to ask them all these questions and put basically the fear of God in them [01:28:17.760 --> 01:28:23.760] And that way you're ready to do the different court actions that are going to be done [01:28:23.760 --> 01:28:28.760] And you kind of touched on it, but one of the things that's happening is [01:28:28.760 --> 01:28:37.760] We talked about the governor Abbott put the order out and you got the boss hogs, the local, the locals, the mayors, the county judges, et cetera [01:28:37.760 --> 01:28:41.760] That have basically copied and pasted the governor's orders [01:28:41.760 --> 01:28:48.760] But for whatever reason, in a misguided effort, these private businesses think that they can go beyond that scope [01:28:48.760 --> 01:28:55.760] On those orders and they're just saying, well, this is private property and we can mandate above and beyond what the governor is [01:28:55.760 --> 01:28:59.760] Exactly, and that's, and one thing I mentioned we were at dinner the other night [01:28:59.760 --> 01:29:04.760] That you may want to do, that people may want to do other than just taking video and recording [01:29:04.760 --> 01:29:09.760] Is you get them to start to kick you out and refuse service to you [01:29:09.760 --> 01:29:13.760] I would call, Randy loves to do all the time on these public servants [01:29:13.760 --> 01:29:17.760] Call 911, get a police report, you know [01:29:17.760 --> 01:29:21.760] Call 911 on them before they call 911 on you [01:29:21.760 --> 01:29:26.760] Call, I mean, either way, you get a police report, you get documentation, I mean, that is something that can be done [01:29:26.760 --> 01:29:29.760] See, these kinds of things you have to prepare [01:29:29.760 --> 01:29:32.760] You have to prepare and to go and pick a fight [01:29:32.760 --> 01:29:35.760] And I'd like to know [01:29:35.760 --> 01:29:37.760] Sorry, this is Melina [01:29:37.760 --> 01:29:40.760] Yes, we got 20 seconds [01:29:40.760 --> 01:29:52.760] Okay, so where can we look for the civil code that says that all persons that are equal like pertaining to a business establishment [01:29:52.760 --> 01:29:56.760] We need to, we're about to go to break, we'll discuss that on the other side [01:29:56.760 --> 01:30:11.760] Sounds great [01:30:26.760 --> 01:30:31.760] So protect your rights, say no to surveillance and keep your information to yourself [01:30:31.760 --> 01:30:34.760] Privacy, it's worth hanging onto [01:30:34.760 --> 01:30:37.760] This message is brought to you by StartPage.com [01:30:37.760 --> 01:30:41.760] The private search engine alternative to Google, Yahoo and Bing [01:30:41.760 --> 01:30:45.760] Start over with StartPage [01:30:45.760 --> 01:30:48.760] Are you always on the go and juggling multiple projects? [01:30:48.760 --> 01:30:52.760] If so, you might think that multitasking proves you're smart [01:30:52.760 --> 01:30:55.760] But think again, all that stress might be eating your brain [01:30:55.760 --> 01:31:00.760] A new study, Find Stress, reduces the number of connections between neurons [01:31:00.760 --> 01:31:03.760] Which actually makes it harder for people to manage problems [01:31:03.760 --> 01:31:10.760] Researchers at Yale University found that stressed out people have less grey matter in their prefrontal cortex [01:31:10.760 --> 01:31:15.760] That's the part of the brain that helps us wake inflicting ideas and regulate our emotions [01:31:15.760 --> 01:31:20.760] So take a deep breath and chill out, it'll help keep your mind as sharp as a tack [01:31:20.760 --> 01:31:26.760] Like Dr. Catherine Albrecht for StartPage.com, the world's most private search engine [01:31:30.760 --> 01:31:36.760] This is Building 7, a 47-story skyscraper that fell on the afternoon of September 11 [01:31:36.760 --> 01:31:38.760] The government says that fire brought it down [01:31:38.760 --> 01:31:43.760] However, 1500 architects and engineers have concluded it was a controlled demolition [01:31:43.760 --> 01:31:46.760] Over 6,000 of my fellow service members have given their lives [01:31:46.760 --> 01:31:49.760] And thousands of my fellow force responders are dying [01:31:49.760 --> 01:31:53.760] I'm an Air Force pilot [01:31:53.760 --> 01:31:55.760] I'm the father who lost his son [01:31:55.760 --> 01:31:56.760] We're Americans [01:31:56.760 --> 01:31:57.760] And we deserve the truth [01:31:57.760 --> 01:32:00.760] Go to RememberBuilding7.org today [01:32:02.760 --> 01:32:05.760] Rule of Law Radio is proud to offer the Rule of Law Traffic Seminar [01:32:05.760 --> 01:32:07.760] In today's America, we live in an us against them society [01:32:07.760 --> 01:32:10.760] And if we, the people, are ever going to have a free society [01:32:10.760 --> 01:32:12.760] Then we're going to have to stand and defend our own rights [01:32:12.760 --> 01:32:15.760] Among those rights are the right to travel freely from place to place [01:32:15.760 --> 01:32:17.760] The right to act in our own private capacity [01:32:17.760 --> 01:32:20.760] And most importantly, the right to due process of law [01:32:20.760 --> 01:32:22.760] Traffic courts afford us the least expensive opportunity [01:32:22.760 --> 01:32:25.760] To learn how to enforce and preserve our rights through due process [01:32:25.760 --> 01:32:27.760] Former Sheriff's Deputy Eddie Craig Network [01:33:37.760 --> 01:33:39.760] Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain [01:33:39.760 --> 01:33:41.760] Deborah Stevens, Rule of Law Radio [01:33:41.760 --> 01:33:43.760] Here with our special guest [01:33:43.760 --> 01:33:45.760] Richard Reeves and Melina [01:33:45.760 --> 01:33:47.760] We're saying Richard Reeves and Melina [01:33:47.760 --> 01:33:50.760] Because we normally don't give out [01:33:50.760 --> 01:33:53.760] Someone's last name on the air [01:33:53.760 --> 01:33:55.760] That's why we're only saying Melina [01:33:55.760 --> 01:33:58.760] But Richard Reeves, everybody knows Richard Reeves [01:33:58.760 --> 01:34:02.760] He's an ex-host on this network [01:34:02.760 --> 01:34:05.760] And Melina, you had a question [01:34:05.760 --> 01:34:07.760] We touched on on the break [01:34:07.760 --> 01:34:10.760] That you wanted to ask on the air [01:34:10.760 --> 01:34:13.760] Yeah, and I feel like I'm out of the closet, Randy [01:34:13.760 --> 01:34:15.760] So, you know, everybody can know my last name [01:34:15.760 --> 01:34:17.760] It's Brie Cadasha [01:34:17.760 --> 01:34:19.760] And good luck if you can spell it [01:34:19.760 --> 01:34:21.760] But you can find me at Melina Brea [01:34:21.760 --> 01:34:23.760] So, I'm on YouTube [01:34:23.760 --> 01:34:26.760] It's Melina Brea Cadasha on YouTube [01:34:26.760 --> 01:34:29.760] And I'm on Twitter at Veritas Bomb [01:34:29.760 --> 01:34:31.760] Or at Melina Brea [01:34:31.760 --> 01:34:33.760] And I have no problem [01:34:33.760 --> 01:34:35.760] Putting myself out there after all the death threats [01:34:35.760 --> 01:34:37.760] And everything that came my way [01:34:37.760 --> 01:34:39.760] I have to make a choice like we talked about earlier [01:34:39.760 --> 01:34:41.760] Is this the hill I'm going to die on [01:34:41.760 --> 01:34:43.760] And yes, it is [01:34:43.760 --> 01:34:46.760] And if what I've gone through [01:34:46.760 --> 01:34:48.760] Can help anybody else [01:34:48.760 --> 01:34:50.760] Then I'm all about it [01:34:50.760 --> 01:34:53.760] Because none of my kids have ever been vaccinated [01:34:53.760 --> 01:34:55.760] And that's a personal choice [01:34:55.760 --> 01:34:57.760] But they will never be [01:34:57.760 --> 01:35:00.760] I'm never going to have anyone inject my kids with a [01:35:00.760 --> 01:35:03.760] Exploratory kind of, you know [01:35:03.760 --> 01:35:06.760] An experimental thing that they're doing [01:35:06.760 --> 01:35:07.760] Yeah [01:35:07.760 --> 01:35:10.760] Do any of your kids have autism? [01:35:11.760 --> 01:35:12.760] No [01:35:12.760 --> 01:35:14.760] See? [01:35:16.760 --> 01:35:18.760] There's a lot of evidence [01:35:18.760 --> 01:35:20.760] For those you don't know [01:35:20.760 --> 01:35:22.760] Who didn't get that joke [01:35:22.760 --> 01:35:24.760] There's a lot of evidence that [01:35:24.760 --> 01:35:27.760] The rise in autism [01:35:27.760 --> 01:35:29.760] Directly coincided [01:35:29.760 --> 01:35:32.760] With the rise in vaccines [01:35:32.760 --> 01:35:34.760] No, my kids are [01:35:34.760 --> 01:35:36.760] Well, they were all born at home [01:35:36.760 --> 01:35:37.760] Because of that purpose [01:35:37.760 --> 01:35:39.760] You know, because of that reason [01:35:39.760 --> 01:35:42.760] And I guess I've always been very cautious [01:35:42.760 --> 01:35:45.760] Of, you know, outside [01:35:45.760 --> 01:35:47.760] Systems [01:35:47.760 --> 01:35:49.760] Let's put it as these worldly systems [01:35:49.760 --> 01:35:51.760] That we, you know, engage in [01:35:51.760 --> 01:35:54.760] And so, you know [01:35:54.760 --> 01:35:56.760] Deborah rocked it [01:35:56.760 --> 01:35:58.760] And everything she was talking about [01:35:58.760 --> 01:36:00.760] Notes, man, her notes were amazing [01:36:00.760 --> 01:36:03.760] I hope that I can find those questions somewhere [01:36:03.760 --> 01:36:06.760] Now, my question to you, Randy [01:36:06.760 --> 01:36:08.760] Is as a single mom [01:36:08.760 --> 01:36:10.760] As somebody who goes to these [01:36:10.760 --> 01:36:12.760] Establishments on a daily basis [01:36:12.760 --> 01:36:14.760] I understand your [01:36:14.760 --> 01:36:16.760] You've got the governor, you know [01:36:16.760 --> 01:36:19.760] Under the gun for criminal charges [01:36:19.760 --> 01:36:21.760] I understand that multiple people [01:36:21.760 --> 01:36:23.760] Are suing the governor and other, you know [01:36:23.760 --> 01:36:25.760] Mayors and, you know [01:36:25.760 --> 01:36:28.760] Leaders under other charges [01:36:28.760 --> 01:36:30.760] And civil charges [01:36:30.760 --> 01:36:32.760] And my issue is [01:36:32.760 --> 01:36:35.760] What do we say to a single mom out there [01:36:35.760 --> 01:36:37.760] Like me or the dad out there [01:36:37.760 --> 01:36:40.760] Who's going to sprouts [01:36:40.760 --> 01:36:43.760] Going to these establishments [01:36:43.760 --> 01:36:45.760] And their denying service [01:36:45.760 --> 01:36:47.760] Like, where do we go from there? [01:36:47.760 --> 01:36:49.760] I've got to tell you [01:36:49.760 --> 01:36:51.760] I hate giving my money [01:36:51.760 --> 01:36:54.760] To these multinational corporations [01:36:54.760 --> 01:36:56.760] To Target, to Walmart [01:36:56.760 --> 01:36:58.760] To Costco [01:36:58.760 --> 01:37:00.760] But you know what? They got it filed in [01:37:00.760 --> 01:37:02.760] Like when I show up [01:37:02.760 --> 01:37:04.760] And I say I have a medical exemption [01:37:04.760 --> 01:37:06.760] They let me in across the board [01:37:06.760 --> 01:37:09.760] From Hawaii to Texas to everywhere in between [01:37:09.760 --> 01:37:11.760] They don't have a thing to say about it [01:37:11.760 --> 01:37:12.760] They let me in [01:37:12.760 --> 01:37:14.760] And, you know, Richard and I were [01:37:14.760 --> 01:37:16.760] We were at South Padre Island [01:37:16.760 --> 01:37:18.760] Last week [01:37:18.760 --> 01:37:20.760] We went into an IGA [01:37:20.760 --> 01:37:22.760] Of course we want to support local business [01:37:22.760 --> 01:37:24.760] But these are the [01:37:24.760 --> 01:37:26.760] These are the mass Nazis [01:37:26.760 --> 01:37:28.760] That rise up against you [01:37:28.760 --> 01:37:30.760] And then, but then there's sprouts [01:37:30.760 --> 01:37:32.760] I don't feel so bad [01:37:32.760 --> 01:37:34.760] Filing something that sprouts [01:37:34.760 --> 01:37:36.760] Because they know they're a large corporation [01:37:36.760 --> 01:37:38.760] But once we get them on video [01:37:38.760 --> 01:37:40.760] And once we get them saying [01:37:40.760 --> 01:37:42.760] We're denying you service [01:37:42.760 --> 01:37:44.760] And once we say you're violating [01:37:44.760 --> 01:37:46.760] Our IGA rights [01:37:46.760 --> 01:37:48.760] And once we get them to say [01:37:48.760 --> 01:37:50.760] That we just want a reasonable [01:37:50.760 --> 01:37:52.760] Combination with equal access [01:37:52.760 --> 01:37:54.760] And they say no, leave the store right now [01:37:54.760 --> 01:37:56.760] Or leave the hotel right now [01:37:56.760 --> 01:37:58.760] Where do we go from there? [01:37:58.760 --> 01:38:00.760] Okay [01:38:00.760 --> 01:38:02.760] I'm glad you asked that question [01:38:02.760 --> 01:38:04.760] Thank you [01:38:04.760 --> 01:38:06.760] Walmart, Costco, these large companies [01:38:06.760 --> 01:38:08.760] They're big enough [01:38:08.760 --> 01:38:10.760] That when [01:38:10.760 --> 01:38:12.760] The local county [01:38:12.760 --> 01:38:14.760] Says if you don't do this [01:38:14.760 --> 01:38:16.760] We will take action against you [01:38:16.760 --> 01:38:18.760] Walmart's going to tell them [01:38:18.760 --> 01:38:20.760] Yeah, take your best shot [01:38:20.760 --> 01:38:22.760] We'll see how that works out for you [01:38:22.760 --> 01:38:24.760] They got the strength to fight them [01:38:24.760 --> 01:38:26.760] But mom and pop don't [01:38:26.760 --> 01:38:28.760] So what do they do? [01:38:28.760 --> 01:38:30.760] They're stuck [01:38:30.760 --> 01:38:32.760] In this small community [01:38:32.760 --> 01:38:34.760] And they don't have the resources [01:38:34.760 --> 01:38:36.760] So [01:38:36.760 --> 01:38:38.760] On the one hand I understand [01:38:38.760 --> 01:38:40.760] Their [01:38:40.760 --> 01:38:42.760] Position [01:38:42.760 --> 01:38:44.760] But on the other hand [01:38:44.760 --> 01:38:46.760] We can help them [01:38:46.760 --> 01:38:48.760] If I go to [01:38:48.760 --> 01:38:50.760] A small [01:38:50.760 --> 01:38:52.760] Establishment [01:38:52.760 --> 01:38:54.760] And they order me to wear this mask [01:38:54.760 --> 01:38:56.760] I want to do what [01:38:56.760 --> 01:38:58.760] Deborah was speaking to [01:38:58.760 --> 01:39:00.760] I want to walk them down the code [01:39:00.760 --> 01:39:02.760] Take out my camera and I say here [01:39:02.760 --> 01:39:04.760] I really need you to say that on camera [01:39:04.760 --> 01:39:06.760] So that I can document all of this [01:39:06.760 --> 01:39:08.760] And then I'm going to call the police [01:39:08.760 --> 01:39:10.760] Out here and ask them to take a criminal complaint [01:39:10.760 --> 01:39:12.760] I'm not going to ask them the rest of the year [01:39:12.760 --> 01:39:14.760] Because they didn't [01:39:14.760 --> 01:39:16.760] Have a crime being committed [01:39:16.760 --> 01:39:18.760] I just need them to come out [01:39:18.760 --> 01:39:20.760] And document this circumstance [01:39:20.760 --> 01:39:22.760] So that I can sue you [01:39:22.760 --> 01:39:24.760] In the state or federal courts [01:39:24.760 --> 01:39:26.760] And there's no need [01:39:26.760 --> 01:39:28.760] To be upset or angry [01:39:28.760 --> 01:39:30.760] But now you've got [01:39:30.760 --> 01:39:32.760] The [01:39:32.760 --> 01:39:34.760] Store owner [01:39:34.760 --> 01:39:36.760] In a spot, what do I do? [01:39:36.760 --> 01:39:38.760] Do I do what the county [01:39:38.760 --> 01:39:40.760] Tells me and [01:39:40.760 --> 01:39:42.760] Not get the county coming after me [01:39:42.760 --> 01:39:44.760] Or [01:39:44.760 --> 01:39:46.760] Do I [01:39:46.760 --> 01:39:48.760] Do what these guys want [01:39:48.760 --> 01:39:50.760] Not keep them from coming after me [01:39:50.760 --> 01:39:52.760] And I wind up with the county after me [01:39:52.760 --> 01:39:54.760] What you do is you give them plausible [01:39:54.760 --> 01:39:56.760] Deniability [01:39:56.760 --> 01:39:58.760] Now they can go to the county [01:39:58.760 --> 01:40:00.760] Can I interject? [01:40:00.760 --> 01:40:02.760] Wait, say that again [01:40:02.760 --> 01:40:04.760] Can I interject? Let me interject [01:40:04.760 --> 01:40:06.760] Because I've been there [01:40:06.760 --> 01:40:08.760] And believe me [01:40:08.760 --> 01:40:10.760] I've been doing this since March [01:40:10.760 --> 01:40:12.760] A hundred times [01:40:12.760 --> 01:40:14.760] Over [01:40:14.760 --> 01:40:16.760] Now [01:40:16.760 --> 01:40:18.760] What happens is [01:40:18.760 --> 01:40:20.760] What I've looked into [01:40:20.760 --> 01:40:22.760] Is every mandate [01:40:22.760 --> 01:40:24.760] From every county [01:40:24.760 --> 01:40:26.760] From every government [01:40:26.760 --> 01:40:28.760] From every municipality [01:40:28.760 --> 01:40:30.760] Always has a caveat [01:40:30.760 --> 01:40:32.760] To say if you have a medical condition [01:40:32.760 --> 01:40:34.760] You're not under [01:40:34.760 --> 01:40:36.760] This requirement [01:40:36.760 --> 01:40:38.760] When I point that out [01:40:38.760 --> 01:40:40.760] In an establishment [01:40:40.760 --> 01:40:42.760] And they still [01:40:42.760 --> 01:40:44.760] Press me [01:40:44.760 --> 01:40:46.760] Then I realize this is no longer [01:40:46.760 --> 01:40:48.760] An issue of compliance on their part [01:40:48.760 --> 01:40:50.760] This is an issue of their attitude [01:40:50.760 --> 01:40:52.760] And their wanting to [01:40:52.760 --> 01:40:54.760] Pull up against me [01:40:54.760 --> 01:40:56.760] If they have attitude [01:40:56.760 --> 01:40:58.760] That's assault [01:41:00.760 --> 01:41:02.760] If they crush you [01:41:02.760 --> 01:41:04.760] If they threaten you [01:41:04.760 --> 01:41:06.760] That is assault [01:41:06.760 --> 01:41:08.760] Then from AC&T [01:41:08.760 --> 01:41:10.760] The guy is running out of the store [01:41:10.760 --> 01:41:12.760] Calling me to see word [01:41:12.760 --> 01:41:14.760] Thick in the middle finger at me [01:41:14.760 --> 01:41:16.760] Blowing at me with my 11-year-old daughter [01:41:18.760 --> 01:41:20.760] And I did nothing offensive to them [01:41:20.760 --> 01:41:22.760] And I was actually wearing a mask [01:41:22.760 --> 01:41:24.760] But I was wearing one of my lace masks [01:41:24.760 --> 01:41:26.760] Because in Hawaii [01:41:26.760 --> 01:41:28.760] This was right before I left Hawaii [01:41:28.760 --> 01:41:30.760] Did you have that on video? [01:41:30.760 --> 01:41:32.760] I do have it on video, yes sir [01:41:32.760 --> 01:41:34.760] Oh you [01:41:34.760 --> 01:41:36.760] Now we can talk [01:41:36.760 --> 01:41:38.760] Okay let's do this [01:41:38.760 --> 01:41:40.760] This is how we fix it [01:41:42.760 --> 01:41:44.760] First we prepare [01:41:44.760 --> 01:41:46.760] A tort letter [01:41:46.760 --> 01:41:48.760] Against [01:41:48.760 --> 01:41:50.760] The AT&T [01:41:50.760 --> 01:41:52.760] And [01:41:52.760 --> 01:41:54.760] You don't show them what you've got yet [01:41:54.760 --> 01:41:56.760] And the tort letter needs to [01:41:56.760 --> 01:41:58.760] Ask for a whole lot of money [01:41:58.760 --> 01:42:00.760] And [01:42:00.760 --> 01:42:02.760] I can show you how to do this [01:42:02.760 --> 01:42:04.760] I have a methodology [01:42:04.760 --> 01:42:06.760] For producing lawsuits [01:42:06.760 --> 01:42:08.760] You create a statement [01:42:08.760 --> 01:42:10.760] Of facts [01:42:10.760 --> 01:42:12.760] And since he was [01:42:12.760 --> 01:42:14.760] Cursing and being aggressive [01:42:14.760 --> 01:42:16.760] Then you go to the police and file criminal charges [01:42:16.760 --> 01:42:18.760] Against him [01:42:18.760 --> 01:42:20.760] And this is just setting [01:42:20.760 --> 01:42:22.760] Them up [01:42:22.760 --> 01:42:24.760] You file the criminal charges [01:42:24.760 --> 01:42:26.760] And then you take that statement [01:42:26.760 --> 01:42:28.760] Of that criminal complaint [01:42:28.760 --> 01:42:30.760] That you filed against the guy [01:42:30.760 --> 01:42:32.760] And you put that [01:42:32.760 --> 01:42:34.760] In a lawsuit [01:42:34.760 --> 01:42:36.760] As a statement of facts [01:42:36.760 --> 01:42:38.760] You've already got most of your lawsuit done [01:42:38.760 --> 01:42:40.760] Well I'm sorry you take that complaint [01:42:40.760 --> 01:42:42.760] And you send it to the company [01:42:42.760 --> 01:42:44.760] In the form of a tort letter [01:42:44.760 --> 01:42:46.760] This is what [01:42:46.760 --> 01:42:48.760] The dirty rotten scoundrel did to me [01:42:48.760 --> 01:42:50.760] I suffered [01:42:50.760 --> 01:42:52.760] Threat and humiliation [01:42:52.760 --> 01:42:54.760] And I was terrified [01:42:54.760 --> 01:42:56.760] And my 11 year old [01:42:56.760 --> 01:42:58.760] Was abused [01:42:58.760 --> 01:43:00.760] Pay me all this money [01:43:00.760 --> 01:43:02.760] Or be sued [01:43:02.760 --> 01:43:04.760] Make me wholly be sued [01:43:04.760 --> 01:43:06.760] And they'll deny all of that [01:43:06.760 --> 01:43:08.760] And then you [01:43:08.760 --> 01:43:10.760] Go down to the JP court [01:43:10.760 --> 01:43:12.760] For 65 bucks [01:43:12.760 --> 01:43:14.760] File a $10,000 [01:43:14.760 --> 01:43:16.760] Lawsuit against him in the JP court [01:43:16.760 --> 01:43:18.760] And then they're going to get [01:43:18.760 --> 01:43:20.760] Some highfalutin [01:43:20.760 --> 01:43:22.760] Snot nose lawyer [01:43:22.760 --> 01:43:24.760] To write a response [01:43:24.760 --> 01:43:26.760] Ha ha ha ha [01:43:26.760 --> 01:43:28.760] And then we bar grieve him [01:43:28.760 --> 01:43:30.760] And we bar grieve the whole [01:43:30.760 --> 01:43:32.760] Law firm [01:43:32.760 --> 01:43:34.760] And we're about to go to our sponsors [01:43:34.760 --> 01:43:36.760] When we come back on the other side [01:43:36.760 --> 01:43:38.760] I'll explain what happens when you do these things [01:43:38.760 --> 01:43:40.760] What we specialize in [01:43:40.760 --> 01:43:42.760] Are [01:43:42.760 --> 01:43:44.760] The same kind of dirty tricks [01:43:44.760 --> 01:43:46.760] They use against us [01:43:46.760 --> 01:43:48.760] And we got a lot of them [01:43:48.760 --> 01:43:50.760] Hang on [01:43:50.760 --> 01:43:52.760] Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain [01:43:52.760 --> 01:43:54.760] Debra Stevens, Real Law Radio [01:43:54.760 --> 01:43:56.760] We'll be right back [01:44:24.760 --> 01:44:26.760] We'll be right back [01:44:54.760 --> 01:44:56.760] My RRAS at yahoo.com [01:44:56.760 --> 01:44:58.760] To learn how to stop [01:44:58.760 --> 01:45:24.760] Of [01:45:24.760 --> 01:45:30.440] step-by-step course and now you can too. Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain, Debra Stevens and rule of law [01:46:23.520 --> 01:46:29.040] radio here with our special guest, Richard Greese and Melina Brea and we're [01:46:29.040 --> 01:46:34.840] talking about how to take it back to him. On the bright Melina was telling me [01:46:34.840 --> 01:46:40.060] she has a number of these videos of this kind of stuff. Every single one of them [01:46:40.060 --> 01:46:45.760] should get a lawsuit. Once you make up the first one, all you have to do is [01:46:45.760 --> 01:46:50.520] change a few facts and you can file it again with another one. You can go [01:46:50.520 --> 01:47:00.720] even go in and pick the fight. I do that all the time. I go into jurisdictions and [01:47:00.720 --> 01:47:06.240] ask them to produce information they're not going to want to produce. I ask a [01:47:06.240 --> 01:47:14.920] local judge, I want to see all of your emails. Oh, and she went berserk. Oh, it [01:47:14.920 --> 01:47:22.640] was glorious. But she had to produce them. So you go in and they pull this stuff. [01:47:22.640 --> 01:47:31.040] I tell people that never ask, you know, I do only tell this about public [01:47:31.040 --> 01:47:34.560] officials, but this kind of fits the same way. Don't ask these guys to do [01:47:34.560 --> 01:47:40.240] anything you actually want them to do. You go into these stores, you don't want [01:47:40.240 --> 01:47:45.280] them to let you in without a mask. Because if they do, it ruins all your [01:47:45.280 --> 01:47:51.640] fun. So you go in without a mask. That's my problem. I just want to go shopping. I just want some [01:47:51.640 --> 01:47:58.240] carrots and tomatoes, baby, like that's what I'm talking about. I get checked out all the time. [01:47:58.240 --> 01:48:08.880] 99.9% of the people just want to go along to get along. And as long as we [01:48:08.880 --> 01:48:17.280] go along to get along, we will have more and more and more to go along with. What [01:48:17.280 --> 01:48:23.360] they need is someone who comes in there and kicks their butts every way from [01:48:23.360 --> 01:48:32.080] Sunday. When I went to Johnson County and filed a habeas corpus and the clerk [01:48:32.080 --> 01:48:37.880] said, well, I'll be a $241 filing fee. Oh, don't tell me that. Well, I have to tell [01:48:37.880 --> 01:48:43.520] you that. No, no, no. Don't you tell me that. Get your boss to tell me that. Because [01:48:43.520 --> 01:48:50.080] whoever tells me that, I'm going to call 911 and get him arrested. She said, I'll be [01:48:50.080 --> 01:48:59.440] right back. Lloyd comes out and Lloyd said, that'll be a $241 filing fee. Wait [01:48:59.440 --> 01:49:05.400] right there. Don't go anywhere. Somebody's going to want to talk to you. And I took [01:49:05.400 --> 01:49:15.000] out my phone down 911. See, I got this rule. Never give fair warning. Bushwack is [01:49:15.000 --> 01:49:20.480] so much better. When you come out of that store and that guy followed you out and [01:49:20.480 --> 01:49:28.520] you got him on video. Oh, I wouldn't have been able to get 911 call fast enough. [01:49:28.520 --> 01:49:36.600] See, I've got a 11 year old daughter. You've got to get out here to help us. [01:49:36.600 --> 01:49:43.800] My 11 year old daughter. I've got to figure out how to get her to help me edit that video [01:49:43.800 --> 01:49:50.280] if I can put it up on my YouTube. Because you all have to see this. But this is a [01:49:50.280 --> 01:49:55.480] slippery slope. And that's why this is the hill I'm dying on. And like Deborah said, [01:49:55.480 --> 01:50:00.040] this is a spiritual thing. And this is the hill I'm dying on. Because these people are so, [01:50:00.040 --> 01:50:05.400] if they're so passionate about these freaking stupid math that don't need anything, [01:50:05.400 --> 01:50:10.840] that are virtue stiggling fear, then what happens when the vaccine comes out? And [01:50:10.840 --> 01:50:16.920] Hawaii's already talking about fast tracking the vaccines for November. They're already [01:50:16.920 --> 01:50:22.600] talking about next month having a vaccine and show me your papers if you want to trap them. [01:50:22.600 --> 01:50:26.600] That's not going to happen. No, it's happening in Hawaii. [01:50:26.600 --> 01:50:31.400] I understand that it's a problem. But from a Christian's perspective, [01:50:32.360 --> 01:50:40.280] you should not ever do this because you are angry. We should never do this from animus. [01:50:42.520 --> 01:50:46.680] We should do this for the purpose of fixing a problem. [01:50:46.680 --> 01:50:52.920] But then there's righteousness. And God, that's the foundations of his throne. [01:50:53.800 --> 01:50:58.600] But I understand Christian value as cultural wisdom. [01:51:01.160 --> 01:51:06.520] I just called 911 on two sheriff's deputies for not letting me come in the courthouse without a [01:51:06.520 --> 01:51:16.600] mask. And it was very congenial. And two sergeants came out. And the one sergeant said, [01:51:16.600 --> 01:51:19.400] well, Mr. Calvin, what is your problem? Oh, I don't have a problem. [01:51:20.280 --> 01:51:23.640] And we're going to file these criminal charges against these guys. Yeah, I am. [01:51:24.360 --> 01:51:29.080] They're reinforced to follow these orders. And the orders are wrongful. [01:51:29.800 --> 01:51:34.520] Well, so why are you filing against them? Well, the only way I can get to the governor is through [01:51:34.520 --> 01:51:40.600] these guys. But I'm not doing anything malicious. And there's another sergeant there. And I said, [01:51:40.600 --> 01:51:45.160] Sergeant Morris, you've known me about 30 years. And you know, I've messed with the course quite [01:51:45.160 --> 01:51:52.920] a bit. Yes, Mr. Calvin, you have. Have you ever seen me do anything vindictive or malicious? [01:51:54.680 --> 01:52:00.280] Well, no, Mr. Calvin, I can't say that I have. Have you ever even seen me angry? [01:52:00.280 --> 01:52:07.320] Well, no, I can't say that I have. Have you ever seen me try to get a public official arrested? [01:52:07.320 --> 01:52:19.800] Oh, lots of times. Yes, but never out of anger. Never out of animus. Always to give that officer [01:52:19.800 --> 01:52:30.840] their plausible deniability. Yeah, Governor, you're telling me to do this. Now I got this guy [01:52:30.840 --> 01:52:36.680] all over me. You want to come and get him off of me? And you want to come and throw yourself under [01:52:36.680 --> 01:52:44.040] the bus so that he won't, for me, so he won't come after me? Oh, you're not going to do that? [01:52:44.040 --> 01:52:50.120] Then you come out here and tell this guy not to wear that mask. I'm not about to go to prison for it. [01:52:50.120 --> 01:52:59.400] Or this company, when you follow this routine with AT&T, they will watch you. [01:53:00.680 --> 01:53:11.080] You take that video of their employees and put it on YouTube. Oh, they're going to have a coronary. [01:53:11.080 --> 01:53:18.440] Their lawyers are going to get apoplectic. And they will pay you a lot of money. [01:53:18.440 --> 01:53:20.040] I don't even know what that means, but it sounds good. [01:53:20.040 --> 01:53:26.760] And must they pay you a lot of money, they will go to a lot of trouble to make sure that never happens [01:53:26.760 --> 01:53:35.960] again. That's what, it's not about the money. But the only way you can get their attention [01:53:35.960 --> 01:53:41.640] is by the money. So you're not doing this for the money, you're doing this fixed problem. [01:53:43.320 --> 01:53:50.040] If you happen to collect a few deals in the meantime, that'll work. And that gives you the [01:53:50.040 --> 01:53:56.840] funds to go after others. But set them up. It's perfectly all right to set them up. The police [01:53:56.840 --> 01:54:02.520] and the courts have clearly demonstrated that the police can set you up and it's not entrapment. [01:54:02.520 --> 01:54:09.560] The police can give you opportunity to do something stupid. And then they can hammer [01:54:09.560 --> 01:54:15.400] you for it. It's not a thing wrong with giving these folks opportunity to do something stupid. [01:54:16.360 --> 01:54:22.840] And the dumber I can get them to act, the better. I told a district attorney once, [01:54:23.720 --> 01:54:28.360] an assistant district attorney who he wouldn't take criminal complaints against his boss, [01:54:28.360 --> 01:54:33.400] and he ordered me out of the building that I was creating a disturbance. I told him, [01:54:33.400 --> 01:54:38.280] I'll tell you what, Mr. Jones, this is Denton County. If you'll just bend over, [01:54:39.000 --> 01:54:44.840] well, pull that while how do you behind for you? And you not go back to treat one another like [01:54:44.840 --> 01:54:54.200] mature and responsible adults. I thought he was going to explode. The only thing that saved him [01:54:54.200 --> 01:55:01.800] was his head investigators stepped out. And then this guy was an ex Navy SEAL. He was bad news. [01:55:02.520 --> 01:55:09.000] And we got along real good. But that calmed this guy down. That's when he realized I deliberately [01:55:09.000 --> 01:55:15.880] pushed him over that edge. And he danced for me like a little spider on a piece of web. And [01:55:15.880 --> 01:55:22.120] I tugged the web and he did this dance for me. It's okay for you to do that. You sound like one [01:55:22.120 --> 01:55:31.720] of the few people who have the moxie to do this. But don't do it. Well, I do. No, no, I'm doing. [01:55:31.720 --> 01:55:39.080] I'm down if you're right. He's got a reason to do it right. And show them how easily they can be [01:55:39.080 --> 01:55:48.760] set up. Does that sound like fun, Marina? Let's do this. Okay. So step one, the letter. Richard, [01:55:48.760 --> 01:55:55.960] are you still there? Oh, yeah, I'm totally listening. Yes, sir. Yes, sir. We hear you. Oh, [01:55:55.960 --> 01:56:03.720] my goodness. It sounds like I am off the air. No, no, no, you're on. Okay. [01:56:06.440 --> 01:56:13.560] You guys hear me? Have you all heard me? Oh, it goes. But just in case, I've got a couple minutes [01:56:13.560 --> 01:56:23.640] left. This is what we do is with. And it works very well. I did this to the district attorney [01:56:23.640 --> 01:56:30.280] in Johnson County over 10 years ago. 10 years later, we had someone go down there and file a [01:56:30.280 --> 01:56:36.680] complaint against the public official. And man, the police were all over that complaint. [01:56:36.680 --> 01:56:44.520] Right. Just to make certain that they didn't get another Randy Kelton coming after them. [01:56:47.720 --> 01:56:54.280] I'm pretty sure I'm off the air here. No, you're right. I'm telling for certain. I'm not hearing [01:56:55.320 --> 01:57:02.360] anything. You've got your headset unplugged. Oh, I got it. Something bumped my mic and turned [01:57:02.360 --> 01:57:10.840] my headset off. Okay. Randy, I'm here and I got the moxie, baby. Let's do this. Okay. So first, [01:57:11.400 --> 01:57:19.560] I got on my list of things to do is a tort letter with a statement of fact. And I could even file [01:57:19.560 --> 01:57:28.360] a criminal charge against the person who wronged me and attacked at all. Let's do this off the air. [01:57:28.360 --> 01:57:38.680] The first thing I need is a statement of facts. What happened? Okay. No, no explanation, no argument. [01:57:38.680 --> 01:57:43.080] This happened, this happened, this happened, this happened. Well, I go on video and I got [01:57:43.080 --> 01:57:53.160] every single one of them on video. So don't let them know you got the video. Okay. You want to [01:57:53.160 --> 01:58:00.600] calm this guy into lying. I was once in court. I stated what a guy had said 10 years ago. [01:58:01.160 --> 01:58:06.840] And the lawyer said, well, Mr. Kelton, you must have a perfect memory. No, I have a horrible, [01:58:06.840 --> 01:58:12.280] horrible memory. And the judge ducked his head, put his head in his head. He saw it coming. [01:58:12.840 --> 01:58:17.800] You have a horrible memory. How can you remember what happened 10 years ago? Oh, I can't. Well, [01:58:17.800 --> 01:58:27.160] then how do you know that's true? I took it off the recording. I object. No, you opened the door. [01:58:27.960 --> 01:58:34.760] So we get them to open the door to the video. Then we slam the trap shut on. Well, I'll talk [01:58:34.760 --> 01:58:39.000] about this. We're about out of time. But we can talk about this once we get off the air. [01:58:39.880 --> 01:58:44.600] Thank you all for listening. We'll be back tomorrow night with our four hour info marathon. [01:58:44.600 --> 01:58:49.640] Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain, Deborah Stevens. Good night. Hello. [01:59:15.240 --> 01:59:22.840] 0102. Or visit us online at bfa.org.
