[00:00.000 --> 00:07.000] The following news flash is brought to you by The Lone Star Lowdown. [00:30.000 --> 00:46.000] $227.26, XRP Ripple $0.33, Litecoin $1.31, and Bitcoin Cash $324.10, a crypto coin. [00:46.000 --> 00:59.000] Today in history, the year 1916, the preparedness day bombing, a time suitcase bomb was detonated on Market Street in San Francisco during the World War I Preparedness Day Parade, killing 10 and entering 40. [00:59.000 --> 01:04.000] Today in history. [01:04.000 --> 01:24.000] In recent news, since Governor Greg Abbott signed House Bill 1325 legalizing HEPA to tax his law back in June, county prosecutors around the state, including Houston, Austin, and San Antonio, have been dropping marijuana possession charges and even refusing to file new ones since they are stipulating that they do not have the time or the laboratory equipment to test the herb for THC. [01:24.000 --> 01:33.000] Margaret Moore, the Travis County District Attorney, announced earlier this month that she was dismissing 32 felony possession and delivery of marijuana cases because of the law. [01:33.000 --> 01:48.000] Mr. Abbott and other state officials, including the Attorney General, stipulated in a letter that county district attorneys back on Thursday that marijuana has not been decriminalized in Texas and that these actions demonstrate a misunderstanding of how HB 1325 works. [01:48.000 --> 02:01.000] As well as other cities, too, like the District Attorney in El Paso, Kyma Esparza, a Democrat who also stated earlier this month that the law, quote, will not have an effect on the prosecution of marijuana cases in El Paso. [02:01.000 --> 02:13.000] However, the issue was succinctly summarized by Mr. Brandon Ball, an assistant public defender in Harris County, who stated that, quote, the law is constantly changing on what makes something illegal based on its chemical makeup. [02:13.000 --> 02:22.000] It's important that if someone is charged with something, the test matches what they're charged with. [02:22.000 --> 02:27.000] A paper by Tulane University identified a five and a half inch American pocket shark. [02:27.000 --> 02:39.000] As the first of its kind in the Gulf of Mexico, the specimen being only the second pocket shark ever captured or recorded with the other one being found way back in 1979 in the East Pacific Ocean. [02:39.000 --> 02:51.000] According to the university paper, the shark secretes a lumus fluid from a gland near its front fins for the purpose it is hypothesized to lure and prey who may be drawn into the glow. [02:51.000 --> 03:09.000] This is Brook Roadie with your lowdown for July 22, 2019. [03:09.000 --> 03:25.000] What do you want? What would you want? What are you going to do? Well, some of the sun don't come for you. Tell me, what are you going to do? What are you going to do? [03:25.000 --> 03:39.000] Bad boys, bad boys, what you going to do? What you going to do when they come for you? Bad boys, bad boys, what you going to do? What you going to do when they come for you? [03:39.000 --> 03:50.000] When you were eight and you had bad dreams, you'd go to school and learn to go and then lose. So why are you acting like a bloody fool if you get caught in your master's crew? [03:50.000 --> 04:00.000] Bad boys, what you going to do? What you going to do when they come for you? Bad boys, bad boys, what you going to do? What you going to do when they come for you? [04:00.000 --> 04:20.000] Bad boys, what you doing? Bad boys, bad boys, what you going to do? Bad boys, bad boys, what you going to do? What you going to do when they come for you? Bad boys, bad boys, what you going to do? [04:50.000 --> 04:52.560] Bad boy, bad boy, what you gonna do? [04:52.560 --> 04:55.220] What you gonna do when they come for you? [04:55.220 --> 04:57.980] Bad boy, bad boy, what you gonna do? [04:57.980 --> 05:00.660] What you gonna do when they come for you? [05:00.660 --> 05:03.500] Bad boy, bad boy, what you gonna do? [05:03.500 --> 05:06.960] What you gonna do when they come for you? [05:06.960 --> 05:07.700] OK. [05:07.700 --> 05:09.020] Howdy, howdy. [05:09.020 --> 05:12.860] Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain, Rue de Vleur radio. [05:12.860 --> 05:17.020] Do we tell people not to do things [05:17.020 --> 05:19.060] that may in fact impact their health, [05:19.060 --> 05:28.460] it's a pandemic or not. What would you do if you were in my position? I'm turning the [05:28.460 --> 05:38.900] phones on. Randy Kelton, the call in number is 512-646-1984. We'll be taking your calls [05:38.900 --> 05:48.300] all night. So if you have a question or comment, give us a call. I'd like some input on this [05:48.300 --> 05:59.700] subject. For the most part, everyone I talk to seems to feel like I do, that this is all [05:59.700 --> 06:07.900] nonsense, that this is contrived by the government, but not everybody. I have a couple of relatives [06:07.900 --> 06:14.340] that are just adamant that if you don't wear a mask and if you don't shelter in place and [06:14.340 --> 06:20.580] if you don't do every single thing the government tells you to, you are a traitor and you are [06:20.580 --> 06:31.300] evil and you don't care about the people around you. We're always going to have a percentage [06:31.300 --> 06:39.820] of the population who will absolutely follow the government line. I got that, been doing [06:39.820 --> 06:50.260] this show a long time and come to realize that there's a large segment of the population [06:50.260 --> 06:55.260] that needs to believe that the government is there to protect them and take care of [06:55.260 --> 07:04.300] them because what if they're not? What must I face if my government is not my friend and [07:04.300 --> 07:12.820] is not there to help me? We're always going to have that group of people who have concerns [07:12.820 --> 07:20.820] of their own, their focus on their lives and a lot of times their lives have more threat [07:20.820 --> 07:26.140] to them than coronavirus and they don't have time to take on this other load so they just [07:26.140 --> 07:33.420] follow along to get along. But what I'm seeing out there is a lot of unhappy people, a lot [07:33.420 --> 07:42.900] of people who are not trusting their government. In that regard, I'm encouraged. If this was [07:42.900 --> 07:50.900] a plannedemic, as Pastor Massad says, it was poorly planned. It was too soon. The only [07:50.900 --> 07:59.980] way that I can see this would work is if you had the president in your pocket and it appears [07:59.980 --> 08:10.580] as though the Democrats were so certain that they would get Hillary Clinton in that they [08:10.580 --> 08:14.500] were sure they could do whatever they wanted to and then it didn't work out the way they [08:14.500 --> 08:20.940] expected. They ran their plan anyway if it was a plan. The problem is they didn't have [08:20.940 --> 08:26.780] the president in their pocket so the plan's not working so good. The end of the day may [08:26.780 --> 08:34.100] be the best thing. But in the meantime, what's your opinion, Tina? [08:34.100 --> 08:42.340] My opinion on what part of it, whether it's a pandemic or... [08:42.340 --> 08:49.900] You're in California in the bluest of the blue states. What do you see there? [08:49.900 --> 09:00.020] I see a lot of panic. Wait a minute. I'm getting some really loud background [09:00.020 --> 09:04.860] noise, some rumbling like air blowing on the mic or something. [09:04.860 --> 09:15.060] Okay. We've got some thunder. I see panic from certain people. We're seeing people being [09:15.060 --> 09:21.220] attacked. One couple is attacked outside. I think we're sitting at a restaurant. [09:21.220 --> 09:28.540] Wait a minute. We're getting really bad background noise. Can you try hanging up and calling? [09:28.540 --> 09:33.820] Are you outside? I'm outside. I'm about 20 seconds from being [09:33.820 --> 09:36.140] inside so hang on one second. Okay. [09:36.140 --> 09:45.580] Then it'll be better. Much better, much better. [09:45.580 --> 09:52.620] We had these two guys that were... One of them had coffee thrown on him by a woman who [09:52.620 --> 09:58.660] was walking past when they were sitting down to an outside cafe to eat. They got into a [09:58.660 --> 10:05.580] discussion about masks and she just got really angry that they didn't believe in them and [10:05.580 --> 10:10.100] even though they were sitting down to eat and couldn't wear a mask when they were eating, [10:10.100 --> 10:18.140] she threw a cup of hot coffee. We're getting a lot of reports of anger over that. [10:18.140 --> 10:27.100] I see most people in the two stores that I frequent wearing masks. It's rare to see [10:27.100 --> 10:36.540] someone not, but that's in my little area. I've got a dear friend who actually she's [10:36.540 --> 10:43.300] supposed to come and visit next week and she's an engineer and lives down in Manhattan Beach [10:43.300 --> 10:54.180] in LA and she is paranoid. I mean paranoid. She's even debating whether she will come [10:54.180 --> 11:02.500] to visit us because we don't do enough social distancing because she saw a picture of us [11:02.500 --> 11:10.940] with some friends at the table and we weren't 10 feet apart. She's very concerned and she [11:10.940 --> 11:17.700] said, well, maybe I'll bring my own food and if we go to this event, I'll drive myself. [11:17.700 --> 11:26.100] But if they don't put us way apart, then I don't think I will come. This is a very [11:26.100 --> 11:35.660] educated woman and she is beyond paranoia. There's me that I wear the mask because stores [11:35.660 --> 11:42.740] require it. The minute I get out the store, I take it off because I don't believe in [11:42.740 --> 11:49.820] breathing in my own, you know, bad air that I breathe out. I was leaving clean air and [11:49.820 --> 11:57.500] yet I just saw on Wisconsin, someone in, you know, government entity, I think it was as [11:57.500 --> 12:04.420] ordered people who are going to be on a Zoom meeting for work to wear their masks in their [12:04.420 --> 12:17.060] home. So it's in their homes, in their home. It was just on the Internet today because [12:17.060 --> 12:26.660] it shows good sense. In their home, they have to wear a mask if they're on a corporate [12:26.660 --> 12:36.740] work meeting. How stupid is that? This is insane. It is, it's, it's frustrating [12:36.740 --> 12:43.060] that they believe they can go this far. I suspect that a tremendous amount is going [12:43.060 --> 12:53.460] to change at the election. There is one concern I have and that is that the Republicans get [12:53.460 --> 13:00.340] both the House and the Senate. I don't trust Republicans any more than I do the Democrats [13:00.340 --> 13:07.500] and if I sound like I'm anti-Democrat, it's not that. It's just I see them proposing such [13:07.500 --> 13:16.420] outrageous policies. But if we get to Republicans then they'll have just as, if they have complete [13:16.420 --> 13:22.900] control, their policies will just be just as outrageous on the other side. But at least [13:22.900 --> 13:31.180] I suspect Trump would have a little more influence over them than he did over the Democrats. [13:31.180 --> 13:38.540] But I do suspect a major, major backlash against the Democratic Party in this next election. [13:38.540 --> 13:43.980] It'll be interesting to see how that happens. I'm about to go to our sponsors. When we [13:43.980 --> 13:51.460] come back, I want to go back to what this show is about and Tina, I know you have some [13:51.460 --> 14:00.620] stuff going on and I want to talk about that. We do have our call lines open, 512-646-1984. [14:00.620 --> 14:05.620] We'll be taking your calls all night and I'll try not to talk about politics because I'm [14:05.620 --> 14:21.820] not really a political guy. Hang on, we'll be right back. [14:21.820 --> 14:27.700] It's the 2019 Logos Radio Network annual fundraiser and gun giveaway sponsored by Central Texas [14:27.700 --> 14:34.140] Gun Works. [17:03.960 --> 17:19.840] Okay, we are back, Randy Kelton, Brett Fouton who wrote our radio and when I went out at [17:19.840 --> 17:21.960] the break I lied. [17:21.960 --> 17:27.440] I said we weren't going to talk about this anymore but Deborah was listening and she [17:27.440 --> 17:34.760] has a comment that she really wants to bring in on this issue, Deb. [17:34.760 --> 17:36.440] Yes, thank you, Randy. [17:36.440 --> 17:42.800] I do want to make a comment here about this whole mask thing because we've talked about [17:42.800 --> 17:53.960] this on the air a couple weeks ago concerning the science, the lack thereof, it's like throwing [17:53.960 --> 17:59.560] sand at a chain link fence, it does nothing to protect you. [17:59.560 --> 18:03.760] This is admitted on the CDC website. [18:03.760 --> 18:13.960] The propaganda, the official story is that you wear just some mask, random thing, whatever [18:13.960 --> 18:26.840] on your face, not to protect yourself but because you might be pre-symptomatic or asymptomatic [18:26.840 --> 18:33.080] and you might spread it to somebody and you don't want to be a super spreader. [18:33.080 --> 18:39.080] So the purpose of the mask is to protect other people, not yourself. [18:39.080 --> 18:40.920] They're very open about this. [18:40.920 --> 18:41.920] That's what they say. [18:41.920 --> 18:47.840] Now, of course, some people don't understand this and they're buying into all this fear [18:47.840 --> 18:54.600] mongering in the media and so they think it's also to protect themselves or whatever but [18:54.600 --> 18:59.480] it's very clear on the CDC website, it's very clear on the World Health Organization, it's [18:59.480 --> 19:00.920] very clear everywhere. [19:00.920 --> 19:06.960] The purpose is to protect other people because you may unknowingly have it, right? [19:06.960 --> 19:13.720] Well, it's the same thing with the vaccine propaganda for decades and decades. [19:13.720 --> 19:23.480] It's not to protect you, it's to protect other people, to promote this urban myth of herd [19:23.480 --> 19:24.480] immunity. [19:24.480 --> 19:31.200] I call it herd mentality, herd immunity, it's an urban myth. [19:31.200 --> 19:33.200] You're an individual. [19:33.200 --> 19:35.040] Your immune system is within your own body. [19:35.040 --> 19:37.280] All right, there's no such thing as herd immunity. [19:37.280 --> 19:42.600] I mean, viruses, diseases can burn themselves out but this herd immunity thing, okay, I'm [19:42.600 --> 19:45.640] sorry, this is ridiculousness. [19:45.640 --> 19:53.920] But back to the point about the whole idea and the propaganda about the masks and vaccines [19:53.920 --> 20:02.760] being to protect, you do it to protect other people, not yourself, that's the cover story, [20:02.760 --> 20:04.160] that's the propaganda. [20:04.160 --> 20:10.920] Well, I got to say something, well, just slight digression about the vaccines. [20:10.920 --> 20:18.320] A mother who recovered her child from vaccine damage on Sean Siegel's show, Vaccine Myth [20:18.320 --> 20:27.960] and Issue of Trust, she, I love her sound bite, she says this, I'm not going to set [20:27.960 --> 20:38.880] my child on fire to keep your child warm, okay, sorry, but I'm reading into something [20:38.880 --> 20:50.240] here, this is the mask, okay, I haven't seen anything yet that shows it protects other [20:50.240 --> 20:52.800] people, protects you, anything. [20:52.800 --> 20:59.680] If you are a healthy person, that means not exhibiting symptoms, hey, if you're sick, [20:59.680 --> 21:05.400] if you're coughing, you got a dry cough, you got a fever, you got difficulty breathing, [21:05.400 --> 21:09.680] you need to seek treatment and not be around other people. [21:09.680 --> 21:18.320] If you have no symptoms, I haven't seen any studies at all that show that there is a high [21:18.320 --> 21:20.720] risk of transmittability. [21:20.720 --> 21:26.440] So for a perfectly healthy, okay, you know what the definition of an asymptomatic person [21:26.440 --> 21:33.960] is, a healthy person, okay, I'm sorry, you may have it in your system, it may have, you [21:33.960 --> 21:38.400] know, got on you or something and your immune system may be fighting it, yeah, there may [21:38.400 --> 21:45.320] be a very low viral load, you may, if you have allergies to the Juniper around here [21:45.320 --> 21:50.680] in Austin, you may sneeze or something, okay, the transmittability is very low, okay, the [21:50.680 --> 21:57.280] studies I've seen, it's anywhere from 10% to 20% transmittability, the transmittability [21:57.280 --> 22:03.440] is high when you are exhibiting symptoms, that means coughing a lot, okay, and so that's [22:03.440 --> 22:08.800] the whole thing about the mask, if you're sick, you wear a mask, if you have symptoms [22:08.800 --> 22:16.160] you wear a mask, okay, the tuberculosis studies show this, but that's bacteria, with viruses, [22:16.160 --> 22:23.240] it's actually much less of a protection as far as spreading to other people. [22:23.240 --> 22:35.120] So why are we having 25 million people in the state of Texas doing this under illegal [22:35.120 --> 22:40.800] mandate of the governor when it's like there's been like, what, just a couple thousand deaths, [22:40.800 --> 22:46.040] I mean, this is ridiculous, here's the reason I'm going to break it down for you right now. [22:46.040 --> 22:56.520] This is indoctrination and training for people to take action to do things for the sake of [22:56.520 --> 23:06.120] the common good, you're doing it not for yourself, but for the common good for other people, [23:06.120 --> 23:10.680] this is what the whole propaganda about vaccines is about, this is what the whole propaganda [23:10.680 --> 23:16.120] about mask is about, when you break down the science, it is about, I love the sound bite, [23:16.120 --> 23:23.040] it's about compliance, not science, there is another agenda here, and it's about indoctrinating [23:23.040 --> 23:33.120] people into the Marxist socialist mentality of the common good, all right, because they've [23:33.120 --> 23:40.640] got something bigger coming folks, okay, even bigger than vaccines, all right, they want [23:40.640 --> 23:45.680] to, they want to roll out the medical ID, they want to roll out the casual society, [23:45.680 --> 23:50.520] they want to collapse all the currencies into one currency, track and trace everything [23:50.520 --> 23:58.960] you do, and the beehive mentality, it's all about the common good, okay, that's where [23:58.960 --> 24:05.280] it's at, it's a destruction of individual liberties, it's a destruction of the nuclear [24:05.280 --> 24:15.800] family, it's a destruction of faith in God, okay, faith in our Lord Jesus Christ, it is [24:15.800 --> 24:23.840] all about the state, okay, and the common good, the CCP is behind this, the Marxist [24:23.840 --> 24:30.240] socialist are behind this, funded by George Soros, and you know who else, and so we have [24:30.240 --> 24:39.680] to, we have to have our eyes opened, okay, for what the Psiop is, this goes beyond NLP [24:39.680 --> 24:44.800] and therapeutic metaphor and the pattern interruptions and all these things that Randy has talked [24:44.800 --> 24:54.280] about over years past, this is the incremental indoctrination, okay, the cultural Marxist [24:54.280 --> 25:03.000] use incrementalism over the course of decades, even hundreds of years, it's like the analogy [25:03.000 --> 25:10.200] of you want to trap wild hogs, it's like you put the feet out, and then you put a fence [25:10.200 --> 25:17.200] post, and then you put, you know, five foot of fence, and then you build a little bit [25:17.200 --> 25:21.600] of a more fence around the corner, and then a little bit more, and then a little bit more, [25:21.600 --> 25:25.560] then you trap a little bit more, and more feet, and before you know it, boom, slam the [25:25.560 --> 25:31.240] gate, okay, that's incrementalism, and we have to, the boiling frog, you have to realize [25:31.240 --> 25:38.040] it for what it is, this is indoctrination of the common good, and you know what, we [25:38.040 --> 25:43.520] are each individually responsible for our own health and our own immune systems, and [25:43.520 --> 25:50.000] if anybody has grounds to say so, it is Sean Siegel, a vaccine myth, an issue of trust [25:50.000 --> 25:58.280] on Sunday afternoons, on this network, he is 70 something years old, he has recovering [25:58.280 --> 26:05.240] from bone cancer, he's in a high risk category, and he says straight up, I would never ask [26:05.240 --> 26:13.480] anybody to change their lifestyle, wear a mask, or do anything else, because of me, [26:13.480 --> 26:18.280] if I'm in a high risk category, I'm the one that needs to stay home, or wear a mask, or [26:18.280 --> 26:24.640] whatever, okay, I am not responsible for other people's health, if you're scared, you stay [26:24.640 --> 26:29.840] home, if you want to wear a mask, hey, ain't there any no good, you better wear a full [26:29.840 --> 26:39.560] on hazmat suit, respirator, full on face protection, helmet, the whole nine yards, wearing a mask [26:39.560 --> 26:44.760] is not going to help other people, at all, there is nothing to back it up whatsoever, [26:44.760 --> 26:50.120] it's all about indoctrination, and even people at restaurants, the bouncer, the host says, [26:50.120 --> 26:54.480] look, you just have to wear it, you don't have to use it, just wrap it over your ear, [26:54.480 --> 27:03.360] like an earring or something, just do it, you know what, no, no, we have to stand up [27:03.360 --> 27:11.400] to this, Walmart, Rose, and Home Depot are saying we're not enforcing this, no more socialism [27:11.400 --> 27:21.560] Marxism, we'll be right back, businesses ask you for a lot of personal information, [27:21.560 --> 27:26.560] and you may trust them to keep it safe, but it turns out that even the most trusted companies [27:26.560 --> 27:31.440] may be unwittingly revealing your secrets, Dr. Katherine Albrecht, I'll be right back [27:31.440 --> 27:37.560] with details, privacy is under attack, when you give up data about yourself, you'll never [27:37.560 --> 27:42.400] get it back again, and once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start [27:42.400 --> 27:47.720] to vanish too, so protect your rights, say no to surveillance and keep your information [27:47.720 --> 27:52.760] to yourself, privacy, it's worth hanging on to, this public service announcement is [27:52.760 --> 27:58.240] brought to you by StartPage.com, the private search engine alternative to Google, Yahoo, [27:58.240 --> 28:03.000] and Bing, start over with StartPage. [28:03.000 --> 28:07.400] Data privacy is a big deal, so nearly every company has a policy explaining how they [28:07.400 --> 28:12.240] handle your personal information, but what happens if it escapes their control? [28:12.240 --> 28:17.760] It's not an idle question, according to a recent survey, a shocking 90% of US companies [28:17.760 --> 28:22.520] admit their security was breached by hackers in the last year, that's one more reason [28:22.520 --> 28:27.920] you should trust your searches to StartPage.com, unlike other search engines, StartPage doesn't [28:27.920 --> 28:32.320] store any data on you, they've never been hacked, but even if they were, there would [28:32.320 --> 28:37.240] be nothing for criminals to see, the cupboard would be bare, too bad other companies don't [28:37.240 --> 28:39.240] treat your data the same way. [28:39.240 --> 29:08.720] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht, more news and information at CatherineAlbrecht.com. [29:08.720 --> 29:33.720] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht, more news and information at CatherineAlbrecht.com. [29:33.720 --> 29:59.720] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht, more news and information at CatherineAlbrecht.com. [29:59.720 --> 30:24.720] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht, more news and information at CatherineAlbrecht.com. [30:29.720 --> 30:55.720] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht. [30:55.720 --> 31:20.720] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht, more news and information at CatherineAlbrecht.com. [31:20.720 --> 31:47.720] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht, more news and information at CatherineAlbrecht.com. [31:47.720 --> 32:15.720] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht, more news and information at CatherineAlbrecht.com. [32:15.720 --> 32:21.720] And I don't want to say that the Democrats, because I think it wouldn't have made any difference [32:21.720 --> 32:24.720] if we had a Democrat or a Republican. [32:24.720 --> 32:31.720] If it was someone other than Trump, you know, I've been saying for a long time, it doesn't matter [32:31.720 --> 32:37.720] if you vote for the Democrats or the Republicans, they all ultimately have their snouts in the [32:37.720 --> 32:39.720] same trough. [32:39.720 --> 32:45.720] Trump may have his snout in somebody's trough, I don't know, but it is certainly not the [32:45.720 --> 32:49.720] ones the Republicans, Democrats got theirs in. [32:49.720 --> 32:53.720] And he screwed up everything. [32:53.720 --> 33:03.720] If we had had Hillary Clinton in place, we would already be completely under control. [33:03.720 --> 33:09.720] We would have been able to institute any kind of controls they wanted to, and we would have had no way [33:09.720 --> 33:11.720] to defend against them. [33:11.720 --> 33:14.720] Unfortunately, they don't have Trump. [33:14.720 --> 33:22.720] And this Marxist agenda, I don't like it, but that's what it sounds like. [33:22.720 --> 33:25.720] That's what this looks like. [33:25.720 --> 33:34.720] They're promoting this horrible contagion, you know, New Zealand. [33:34.720 --> 33:39.720] They had to shut down Auckland, New Zealand, because they had another outbreak of COVID. [33:39.720 --> 33:42.720] Yeah, four cases, Randy. [33:42.720 --> 33:44.720] Oh, no, it's an outbreak. [33:44.720 --> 33:46.720] It's up to 13. [33:46.720 --> 33:47.720] Oh, my God. [33:47.720 --> 33:49.720] Yeah, 13. [33:49.720 --> 33:59.720] They shut down the whole, the capital city of New Zealand for 13 cases. [33:59.720 --> 34:00.720] Okay, well, you know what? [34:00.720 --> 34:03.720] Ron Paul wrote an article about this. [34:03.720 --> 34:06.720] First, it was about the deaths. [34:06.720 --> 34:09.720] Now it's about the cases. [34:09.720 --> 34:18.720] And they're not even talking about the original premise, which, according to the epidemiologists, [34:18.720 --> 34:29.720] was to simply slow down the rate of transmission, because according to the principles of epidemiology [34:29.720 --> 34:35.720] and what they're implementing, the same number of people will get the thing. [34:35.720 --> 34:40.720] The same number of people will actually die of the thing, approximately. [34:40.720 --> 34:52.720] It's just that it will slow it down and spread it out over time so that the hospital infrastructure doesn't get overwhelmed, [34:52.720 --> 34:57.720] because it's considered a critical infrastructure, right? [34:57.720 --> 35:00.720] Well, now they're talking about cases. [35:00.720 --> 35:03.720] They're not talking about critical infrastructure anymore. [35:03.720 --> 35:09.720] And they're talking about all the social distancing and all the tracking and the tracing and everything else. [35:09.720 --> 35:16.720] And so there's all the fear mongering going on and the mask, the mask, the mask, okay? [35:16.720 --> 35:21.720] They're not talking about the death rate increasing anymore because it's not. [35:21.720 --> 35:26.720] It's going down. [35:26.720 --> 35:34.720] So exactly what the original doctors expected to happen, this thing will run its course. [35:34.720 --> 35:41.720] The public will generally get exposed to it and those who are especially susceptible. [35:41.720 --> 35:54.720] And what happened in the beginning, half of the people who died from COVID were in old folks' homes. [35:54.720 --> 35:59.720] And we had the government forcing people into old folks' homes who were infected. [35:59.720 --> 36:10.720] We had one guy in New York who actually worked for a government home absolutely refused to accept a corvoid patient in that home [36:10.720 --> 36:12.720] and he had zero deaths. [36:12.720 --> 36:18.720] 50% of the deaths were of people in the highest risk categories. [36:18.720 --> 36:26.720] Well, their problem is, for the most part, those people in high risk categories have already had it. [36:26.720 --> 36:36.720] Now President Trump tries to open things up and the number of documented cases increases dramatically. [36:36.720 --> 36:39.720] Well, they increase dramatically the number of tests they do. [36:39.720 --> 36:46.720] Well, Randy, and also the accuracy rate is barely 40%. [36:46.720 --> 36:52.720] The guy who developed the test told him this was not what it was designed for. [36:52.720 --> 37:02.720] It's not effective for that purpose, but even besides that, they're saying that the infection rate is increasing, [37:02.720 --> 37:04.720] but the death rate is not increasing. [37:04.720 --> 37:10.720] That's because the most vulnerable population has already been exposed. [37:10.720 --> 37:19.720] And now we're having more cases either because they're doing more testing or maybe we are actually getting more cases. [37:19.720 --> 37:24.720] But these are people who tend to be asymptomatic or non-symptomatic. [37:24.720 --> 37:29.720] They get it, never know it, develop immunity for it. [37:29.720 --> 37:35.720] This herd immunity is beginning to affect the population in spite of everything. [37:35.720 --> 37:46.720] And I'm looking at, but the time the election gets here, the rates will have decreased to the point that it will be absolutely clear. [37:46.720 --> 37:49.720] This was all about hysteria. [37:49.720 --> 37:53.720] It certainly was not about science. [37:53.720 --> 37:56.720] My concern and my complaint was science. [37:56.720 --> 38:03.720] The study about the difference between an M95 and a surgical mask. [38:03.720 --> 38:05.720] I'm sorry, not that study. [38:05.720 --> 38:09.720] The study about asymptomatic and presymptomatic. [38:09.720 --> 38:15.720] They did a study where they took this person that they tested was positive and he was asymptomatic. [38:15.720 --> 38:17.720] They got the virus. [38:17.720 --> 38:25.720] So they looked at his contacts and calculated how many of those people subsequently got the virus. [38:25.720 --> 38:28.720] And it was 8%. [38:28.720 --> 38:36.720] They took someone who was presymptomatic and looked at his contacts before he developed the disease. [38:36.720 --> 38:41.720] And they calculated that 16% of those got it. [38:41.720 --> 38:43.720] Well, that's not science. [38:43.720 --> 38:44.720] That's trash. [38:44.720 --> 38:51.720] The reason it's trash is because they didn't provide us with a standard deviation. [38:51.720 --> 38:53.720] Standard deviation. [38:53.720 --> 39:01.720] Take the guy who doesn't have it, who never had it, who's not immune to it, who shows no antibodies, and look at his contacts. [39:01.720 --> 39:04.720] How many of those got it? [39:04.720 --> 39:08.720] Was it maybe 8%? [39:08.720 --> 39:14.720] You take whatever that is and subtract it from your other numbers. [39:14.720 --> 39:19.720] Now you have a number we can work with, but they very carefully left that out. [39:19.720 --> 39:21.720] That's why I say that's trash. [39:21.720 --> 39:30.720] I'm looking at these studies and they're putting forth these numbers, but they give us no baseline to work from. [39:30.720 --> 39:34.720] So the numbers are nothing but propaganda. [39:34.720 --> 39:37.720] Show me good science. [39:37.720 --> 39:52.720] I want the governor to show me the good science he used as grounds for instituting a policy that denied me in my rights. [39:52.720 --> 39:54.720] I expect good science. [39:54.720 --> 39:59.720] If it's not there, he's a criminal. [39:59.720 --> 40:03.720] That's my story and I'm sticking to it. [40:03.720 --> 40:07.720] Randy, he's got to show more than good science. [40:07.720 --> 40:23.720] He's got to show that the action that he is imposing upon us to deny us in our rights has to be effective, narrowly tailored, [40:23.720 --> 40:33.720] and the least restrictive means to accomplish the goal of what is the goal now? [40:33.720 --> 40:45.720] Remember to prevent the hospital infrastructure from being overloaded because it's considered a critical infrastructure over statute. [40:45.720 --> 40:52.720] He's got to prove all of those things and it's not there. [40:52.720 --> 40:57.720] The bottom line is we have to see deeper. [40:57.720 --> 41:01.720] We have to see deeper behind this, that there is an agenda. [41:01.720 --> 41:13.720] It's a sigh up of indoctrinating people into the Marxist socialist mentality of the common good. [41:13.720 --> 41:17.720] You're doing it all, not for yourself, but for those other people. [41:17.720 --> 41:18.720] I love logos. [41:18.720 --> 41:21.720] Without the shows on this network, I'd be almost as ignorant as my friends. [41:21.720 --> 41:24.720] I'm so addicted to the truth now that there's no going back. [41:24.720 --> 41:25.720] I need my truth back. [41:25.720 --> 41:30.720] I'd be lost without logos and I really want to help keep this network on the air. [41:30.720 --> 41:37.720] I'd love to volunteer as a show producer, but I'm a bit of a Luddite and I really don't have any money to give because I spent it all on supplements. [41:37.720 --> 41:39.720] How can I help logos? [41:39.720 --> 41:41.720] Well, I'm glad you asked. [41:41.720 --> 41:46.720] Whenever you order anything from Amazon, you can help logos with ordering your supplies or holiday gifts. [41:46.720 --> 41:51.720] First thing you do is clear your cookies. Now, go to LogosRadioNetwork.com. [41:51.720 --> 41:54.720] Click on the Amazon logo and bookmark it. [41:54.720 --> 42:00.720] Now, when you order anything from Amazon, you use that link and logos gets a few pesos. [42:00.720 --> 42:01.720] Do I pay extra? [42:01.720 --> 42:02.720] No. [42:02.720 --> 42:04.720] Do you have to do anything different when I order? [42:04.720 --> 42:05.720] No. [42:05.720 --> 42:06.720] Can I use my Amazon Prime? [42:06.720 --> 42:07.720] No. [42:07.720 --> 42:08.720] I mean, yes. [42:08.720 --> 42:12.720] Wow, giving without doing anything or spending any money, this is perfect. [42:12.720 --> 42:14.720] Thank you so much. [42:14.720 --> 42:15.720] We are welcome. [42:15.720 --> 42:17.720] Happy holidays, logos. [43:36.720 --> 43:42.720] We are back, this is the rule of law, Randy Kelton on Dipper Stevens, Thursday August 13th [43:42.720 --> 43:45.720] and just wanted to wrap up quickly here. [43:45.720 --> 43:51.720] I don't want to sound like a cold-hearted B-I-G-C-H. [43:51.720 --> 43:56.720] Of course, we want to have consideration of other people, alright? [43:56.720 --> 43:59.720] If you're sick, stay home, alright? [43:59.720 --> 44:03.720] You know, come on, be considerate. [44:03.720 --> 44:14.720] But to follow the notion of there's some off chance that I might have some, you know, [44:14.720 --> 44:23.720] whiff of a semblance of a viral load of talking one part per million or something [44:23.720 --> 44:31.720] and I say hello to somebody and my breath touches their fingernail [44:31.720 --> 44:37.720] and they wipe their face and that person, you know, slaps somebody else on the back [44:37.720 --> 44:44.720] and that person shakes somebody else's hand and so on and so on and down the line [44:44.720 --> 44:50.720] until somebody gives their, you know, 90-year-old grandmother a hug [44:50.720 --> 44:56.720] who already has congenital heart failure and that may or may not be what pushes that person over the line [44:56.720 --> 45:04.720] and so because of, you know, the off chance that, you know, ten steps down the line [45:04.720 --> 45:12.720] it might reach somebody that could have an effect who already has 25 comorbidities [45:12.720 --> 45:18.720] and so now I have to do what now? Wear a mask or even anything. [45:18.720 --> 45:23.720] I don't care what it is, hats. It doesn't matter. [45:23.720 --> 45:29.720] I mean, this is ridiculous, okay? [45:29.720 --> 45:38.720] This is total indoctrination of you have to do what we say you have to do for the sake of the common good [45:38.720 --> 45:44.720] because your actions might, you know, potentially, you know, somebody else might get sick. [45:44.720 --> 45:49.720] No, I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I don't think so. I don't think so, Randy. [45:49.720 --> 45:53.720] I think it's falling apart on him and I hope it's falling apart on him. [45:53.720 --> 45:56.720] Tina, what's your opinion? [45:56.720 --> 46:07.720] Yes. I'm kind of with Deb but I'm, you know, in a predicament where my partner is just so terrified of getting this. [46:07.720 --> 46:14.720] He said you can't go out and you've got to stay home and now every time I do go out, you know, he bugs me [46:14.720 --> 46:21.720] and then where did you go? Who did you meet? Did you wear a mask? You know, those kind of things. [46:21.720 --> 46:24.720] So I just do it to keep the peace. [46:24.720 --> 46:27.720] Okay. Okay. Wait. Hold on. Before you go any further, Tina. [46:27.720 --> 46:32.720] Before you go any further, Tina. Okay. That's a great point. See, you do it to keep the peace [46:32.720 --> 46:37.720] and that's what I was saying earlier. This is all about compliance, not science. [46:37.720 --> 46:43.720] This is all about making other people feel good and most people know it doesn't do any good. [46:43.720 --> 46:53.720] But you brought up a great point, Tina, about your partner saying, being concerned about you getting it. [46:53.720 --> 47:00.720] So make sure you wear the mask. Protect yourself. Okay. See, there's a conflagration here. [47:00.720 --> 47:12.720] Okay. People are conflating wearing these masks or face cloth coverings or random, you know, bandanas or whatever [47:12.720 --> 47:20.720] people are conflating that with, they're starting to think and have for a while, this is going to protect me. [47:20.720 --> 47:27.720] They're losing sight of the original premise that this is not to protect you. [47:27.720 --> 47:39.720] This is to keep your particulate, you know, saliva, spittle, mucus from spreading, you know, on other people [47:39.720 --> 47:45.720] and if you happen to cough or whatever, it is not to protect yourself. [47:45.720 --> 47:55.720] So if you want to protect yourself, you need to wear a respirator that is rated to filter viral particles, [47:55.720 --> 48:03.720] volatile organic gases, and you have to wear full face covering, goggles, ear protection, [48:03.720 --> 48:12.720] basically an entire hazmat suit if you want to protect yourself. Wearing a surgical mask is not going to protect you at all. [48:12.720 --> 48:18.720] So if you really want to protect yourself, you've got to look into what it's going to take to protect yourself. [48:18.720 --> 48:26.720] Well, this is interesting because he's a retired engineer and he tells me, I know masks don't protect you for other people, [48:26.720 --> 48:33.720] but I need you to wear your mask and he says, really, you just shouldn't be going out, period. And he says, you just need to, [48:33.720 --> 48:38.720] because you are around people and people might give it to you because they might not know. [48:38.720 --> 48:45.720] And I said, I'm not going to lock myself up in a bubble forever. I've got to live and I've got a healthy immune system. [48:45.720 --> 48:52.720] If I get it, I get it. I might get run over by a bus tomorrow, you know, just by lightning. [48:52.720 --> 49:02.720] But, you know, I'm, he's the one who, every year, gets the flu shot. Last year, he was so bad, he slept for 22 hours a day for three days. [49:02.720 --> 49:10.720] I got the flu. I didn't have the flu shot because he gave it to me. And I slept at most for two days for about 8 to 10 hours. [49:10.720 --> 49:17.720] Yeah, I was sick, but I recovered quicker than him and I didn't get a sick. And I didn't have the flu shot and he bugs me every year. [49:17.720 --> 49:28.720] Your partner is asking the wrong question. Not were you wearing the mask, but did you get close to anyone who was wearing a mask? [49:28.720 --> 49:31.720] Yeah. [49:31.720 --> 49:40.720] That question would indicate you understood the value of the mask. The only ones you need to wear are the ones who are ill. [49:40.720 --> 49:49.720] As far as I know, there is no science to indicate that someone who's pre-symptomatic or asymptomatic can transmit the disease. [49:49.720 --> 49:59.720] There's no science to show that. There's no science to show that you produce enough viral load to transmit the disease. [49:59.720 --> 50:05.720] Well, he's saying something like this and I don't want to know this because I'm a Trump supporter. [50:05.720 --> 50:11.720] What can you do? That's poisoning the well. [50:11.720 --> 50:16.720] I'm a Trump supporter. Yeah. [50:16.720 --> 50:20.720] So what else do I have to do to keep my life going? [50:20.720 --> 50:27.720] Well, I do want to make a comment about not wanting to catch the thing. [50:27.720 --> 50:45.720] It is a somewhat valid concern depending on what somebody's health condition is because the way the allopathic approach is from what I've seen, at least in this region, [50:45.720 --> 50:58.720] they don't do anything for you at all until you get to the point that you literally can't breathe and then they stick a ventilator down your throat, [50:58.720 --> 51:06.720] which actually most of the time causes more damage and even death because this thing does not cause a mechanical lung failure. [51:06.720 --> 51:22.720] It's a hypoxia and so it's like they don't do anything until it's like almost too late because the proven therapies like nebulized butycinide, for example, [51:22.720 --> 51:27.720] Dr. Bartlett in Midland. [51:27.720 --> 51:39.720] Yes, West Texas, Odessa area and also, of course, everyone's heard about the hydroxychloroquine. [51:39.720 --> 51:44.720] Those work when it's early on, earlier on. [51:44.720 --> 51:52.720] You get to the point where you're gasping and you're on your last breath, it's almost too late by that point. [51:52.720 --> 52:07.720] You have to do your own research and pretty much demand physicians prescribe this if you can get it, if you can get them to. [52:07.720 --> 52:24.720] And Dr. Brownstein, if you can still find some basically archives of his blog on the Wayback Machine, drbrownstein.com, where he was having tremendous results, [52:24.720 --> 52:37.720] let's just say, not cures, but results for his patients that were nebulizing, I mean, lugal's of all things iodine, which is, I'm sorry, [52:37.720 --> 52:48.720] in my opinion is like, okay, as far as iodine is concerned, but even something is just low end as lugal's iodine, [52:48.720 --> 52:57.720] which you can get anywhere and food grade hydrogen peroxide, he was having tremendous results. [52:57.720 --> 53:00.720] No pharmaceuticals at all. [53:00.720 --> 53:10.720] And of course, the zinc and the whole thing about the hydroxychloroquine is that it opens up the zinc channel into the cells. [53:10.720 --> 53:21.720] And it's actually the zinc that does the duty. And silver, I mean, vitamin A, vitamin D. [53:21.720 --> 53:25.720] I mean, basically keeping yourself healthy, just keeping your immune system up. [53:25.720 --> 53:42.720] And there have been studies and doctors that have reported patients that have basically contracted the thing multiple times because it's a corona virus. [53:42.720 --> 53:45.720] Okay, it's like a cold virus. [53:45.720 --> 53:56.720] There have been many, many studies to show that even once you have the thing, you don't develop like lifetime immunity to it like chickenpox or something. [53:56.720 --> 54:05.720] It's, you have, your body creates some, anybody or immune response to it for a short period of time, a few months, and then it goes away. [54:05.720 --> 54:12.720] And so people catch it again and again and again if they don't have a healthy immune system. [54:12.720 --> 54:19.720] They literally are saying on mainstream media with this ridiculous vaccine if you won't even call it that because it's not. [54:19.720 --> 54:32.720] It's a messenger RNA which reprograms your DNA to produce fragments of the thing, if that's what it even does, to supposedly cause your immune system to make an antibody to it. [54:32.720 --> 54:36.720] They're saying, oh, well, because it doesn't create lifetime immunity. [54:36.720 --> 54:43.720] Oh, everyone's got to take this vaccine like every four or five months like what? I don't think so. [54:43.720 --> 54:46.720] Okay, this is ridiculous. [54:46.720 --> 55:01.720] But one thing I did read that was very encouraging an epidemiologist talking about really like hard hitting a cute fast moving fast spreading viruses. [55:01.720 --> 55:09.720] He said, if it moves, moves fast, if it spreads fast, you know what? That means it burns out fast. [55:09.720 --> 55:18.720] And also, since it's apparently bioengineered, nature cannot tolerate that sort of thing. [55:18.720 --> 55:29.720] And so it basically breaks down into a much more benign form, which probably already is. [55:29.720 --> 55:33.720] Okay, it's not going to survive in the wild. [55:33.720 --> 55:50.720] But as far as the vaccines, the studies have also shown that people who have done this vaccine, when they get exposed to the wild virus, the real virus, they become much more susceptible, like hundreds of times more susceptible to it. [55:50.720 --> 55:58.720] So, uh, word, don't take the vaccine. [55:58.720 --> 56:00.720] Scam is sigh up. [56:00.720 --> 56:02.720] We'll be back on the other side. [56:02.720 --> 56:03.720] We love you guys. [56:03.720 --> 56:04.720] We'll glory you. [56:04.720 --> 56:31.720] We'll be right back. [56:34.720 --> 56:44.720] We'll be right back. [57:05.720 --> 57:10.720] That's freestudybible.com. [57:10.720 --> 57:17.720] You're listening to the Logos Radio Network at LogosRadioNetwork.com. [57:17.720 --> 57:23.720] The following is flash is brought to you by the Lone Star Lowdown. [57:23.720 --> 57:51.720] Market for Monday, the 22nd of July, 2019, open with precious metals, gold at $1,429 an ounce, silver, $16.45 an ounce, copper, $2.75 an ounce, oil, Texas crude, $55.63 a barrel, brand crude, $62.47 a barrel, and cryptos in order of market cap, Bitcoin Core, $10,566.52, Ethereum, $227.26, XRP, Ripple, 33 cents, [57:51.720 --> 58:03.720] Litecoin, $100.31, and Bitcoin Cash is at $324.10 a crypto coin. [58:03.720 --> 58:16.720] Today in history, the year 1916, the Preparedness Day bombing, a tying suitcase bomb, was detonated on Market Street in San Francisco during the World War I Preparedness Day Parade, killing 10 and injuring 40. [58:16.720 --> 58:21.720] Today in history. [58:21.720 --> 58:41.720] In recent news, since Governor Greg Abbott signed House Bill 1325 legalizing hemp into taxes law back in June, county prosecutors around the state, including Houston, Austin, and San Antonio, have been dropping marijuana possession charges and even refusing to file new ones since they are stipulating that they do not have the time or the laboratory equipment to test the herb for THC. [58:41.720 --> 58:50.720] Margaret Moore, the Travis County District Attorney, announced earlier this month that she was dismissing 32 felony possession and delivery of marijuana cases because of the law. [58:50.720 --> 59:18.720] Mr. Abbott and other state officials, including the Attorney General, stipulated in a letter to county district attorneys back on Thursday that marijuana has not been decriminalized in Texas and that these actions demonstrate a misunderstanding of how HB 1325 works, as well as other cities too, like the district attorney, in El Paso, Cayma Esparza, a Democrat who also stated earlier this month that the law, quote, will not have an effect on the prosecution of marijuana cases in El Paso. [59:18.720 --> 59:30.720] However, the issue was succinctly summarized by Mr. Brandon Ball, an assistant public defender in Harris County, who stated that, quote, the law is constantly changing on what makes something illegal based on its chemical makeup. [59:30.720 --> 59:39.720] It's important that if someone is charged with something, the test matches what they're charged with. [59:39.720 --> 59:56.720] A paper by Tulane University identified a five and a half inch American pocket shark as the first of its kind in the Gulf of Mexico, the specimen being only the second pocket shark ever captured or recorded with the other one being found way back in 1979 in the East Pacific Ocean. [59:56.720 --> 01:00:11.720] According to the university paper, the shark secretes a luminous fluid from a gland near its front fins, for the purpose it is hypothesized to lure and prey who may be drawn into the glow. [01:00:11.720 --> 01:00:40.720] We'll throw you with your lowdown for July 22, 2019. [01:00:40.720 --> 01:00:53.720] OK, we are back. [01:00:53.720 --> 01:00:57.720] Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain, Rural Radio, here with Deborah Stevens. [01:00:57.720 --> 01:01:10.720] And this was not a subject that I wanted to talk about, but it was a subject I felt like we owed it to everyone to talk about. [01:01:10.720 --> 01:01:14.720] Oh, Randy, I heard you coughing. You have the saying. [01:01:14.720 --> 01:01:39.720] Yeah, someone sent me an email today. She was going to tell me a joke about COVID-19, but she said there was a 98.6% chance that I wouldn't get it. [01:01:39.720 --> 01:01:53.720] I don't like this. I really don't like this subject. I don't like politics. I do law. I'm more comfortable in law, but it just felt like we owed everyone to hear this. [01:01:53.720 --> 01:02:03.720] And Deborah has done tremendous research on the subject, so she's got the good science, so she has a well-founded opinion. [01:02:03.720 --> 01:02:11.720] Yeah, and Randy, OK, just one last thing before we go to Tina and the next caller. You know, it's not just about the science. [01:02:11.720 --> 01:02:20.720] Like I said, this is about compliance, not science, and the indoctrination of the concept of the greater good. [01:02:20.720 --> 01:02:34.720] It's social Marxism. It's cultural Marxism. It's social engineering. And, you know, I'm sorry to say I might make a lot of people mad by this, but, you know, some people would agree with me. [01:02:34.720 --> 01:02:39.720] I'm not going to say who. You know, McCarthy was right. [01:02:39.720 --> 01:02:59.720] OK, as far as him being concerned that there's a communist Marxist under every rock, well, you know what? The kind of is, maybe not under every rock, but their whole M.O. is incrementalism, [01:02:59.720 --> 01:03:11.720] just like the eugenicists, and they go underground when they get exposed and incrementally, little by little, little by little, they gain ground, they gain ground, all right? [01:03:11.720 --> 01:03:33.720] And as far as what's happening here in all this social justice warrior stuff and all the riots and the BLM stuff, well-meaning people who would like to make, you know, an effort to make legitimate change, which, hey, as far as police are concerned, [01:03:33.720 --> 01:03:44.720] we have always been working towards the goal of getting control over the training programs of the police, et cetera, et cetera, maybe not abolished, but get control over their training programs, OK? [01:03:44.720 --> 01:03:54.720] But all these movements, the BLM, OK, the social justice warriors, all of this stuff, they have been hijacked. [01:03:54.720 --> 01:04:14.720] And this is mainstream news, OK? Even mayors and police chiefs and the feds are saying they have been, these movements, these groups have been hijacked by these Marxist socialists, these hardcore revolutionary, [01:04:14.720 --> 01:04:29.720] I mean, we're talking like on the level of the Jacobins, OK, that they have been imported from South America, from China, from Russia to hijack these movements and the Antifas and train them. [01:04:29.720 --> 01:04:44.720] And so it's like all of those groups are kind of like, it's compartmentalized, OK? They don't realize that they've been hijacked to basically promote and push this socialist Marxist agenda. [01:04:44.720 --> 01:04:53.720] It's like these little sleeper cells. So, you know, I'm going to post an article. I haven't, I'm sorry, folks, I'm trying to catch up on the archives. [01:04:53.720 --> 01:05:00.720] I really apologize. I've had a back injury and haven't been able to sit in a chair at a desk for a while, but I'm trying to catch up. [01:05:00.720 --> 01:05:16.720] I stand up and talk in the mic when I'm on the air. But I am going to post a link to this article of this journalist here in Austin who wrote a very good article on what happened, what killed live music in Austin, Texas, [01:05:16.720 --> 01:05:28.720] the so-called live music capital of the world. Because what's been happening now, all the bars are closed, there's no music, there's no bands, there's nothing going on. [01:05:28.720 --> 01:05:42.720] And who takes center stage downtown as far as being out there on the streets? It's all the red guards, OK, all of the hardcore communist socialists. [01:05:42.720 --> 01:06:02.720] There are graffiti paintings of, you know, the hammer and sickle everywhere. I mean, it is unbelievable, OK, in your face, all over the place, CCP, hardcore, socialist, Marxist, red guards, everything. [01:06:02.720 --> 01:06:13.720] Right in lockstep, pushing into and leading, hijacking all of these Black Lives Matter and antifas and everything else. [01:06:13.720 --> 01:06:22.720] OK, now that doesn't mean that the people that are actually in those movements realize what's going on. [01:06:22.720 --> 01:06:32.720] OK, I'm not saying that, but this is happening, OK, that they are being imported, trained, paramilitary. [01:06:32.720 --> 01:06:44.720] We have photographs of this. It was on mainstream news and it was so surreal and eerie to see pictures of auditorium shores here in Austin, Texas, [01:06:44.720 --> 01:06:53.720] where we have, our band has played there at festivals before, 10,000 people, no stage. [01:06:53.720 --> 01:07:04.720] We are just eerie like the Twilight Zone and instead it's like 10,000 people on one knee with a fist in the air, you know, [01:07:04.720 --> 01:07:19.720] and all of this, like, calming is a garb and our mayor right in the middle of it is like, man, I mean, it's scary here in Austin. [01:07:19.720 --> 01:07:25.720] I mean, this is what is happening, so if you don't believe it, you need to wake up. [01:07:25.720 --> 01:07:29.720] They had a problem and I'm the problem. [01:07:29.720 --> 01:07:31.720] Yeah, we're the problem. [01:07:31.720 --> 01:07:37.720] The reason I'm the problem is I was born dead center baby boom. [01:07:37.720 --> 01:07:45.720] There are more people my age in the population right now than any other group. [01:07:45.720 --> 01:07:48.720] And I'm not buying this story. [01:07:48.720 --> 01:07:50.720] I've been around a while. [01:07:50.720 --> 01:07:57.720] I'm not young and mostly these groups prey on the young and idealistic. [01:07:57.720 --> 01:07:58.720] Yes. [01:07:58.720 --> 01:08:04.720] They talk to them about how things should be and if you just do this and that and the other, they will become that way. [01:08:04.720 --> 01:08:06.720] Well, I've been around a while. [01:08:06.720 --> 01:08:16.720] I watched when China got Taiwan back and we said, what's going to happen to China? [01:08:16.720 --> 01:08:23.720] If they shut down Taiwan, good chance China is going to implode. [01:08:23.720 --> 01:08:26.720] This is going to be the best and worst thing ever happened to China. [01:08:26.720 --> 01:08:34.720] What happened to China is they moved off the communist dime and moved over toward the capitalist dime. [01:08:34.720 --> 01:08:47.720] And all of a sudden China started producing goods and services and the lives of the Chinese people improved dramatically. [01:08:47.720 --> 01:08:50.720] What happened in communist Russia? [01:08:50.720 --> 01:08:57.720] In communist Russia you had people standing in line for toilet paper on a regular basis. [01:08:57.720 --> 01:09:06.720] And they may have liked their communist idealism, but at the end of the day they wanted goods and services. [01:09:06.720 --> 01:09:17.720] And in these capitalistic societies as bad as their propaganda told them that they were, they had goods and services. [01:09:17.720 --> 01:09:21.720] In the communist countries they didn't. Young kids don't understand us yet. [01:09:21.720 --> 01:09:23.720] They haven't had the experience. [01:09:23.720 --> 01:09:27.720] The problem these guys are having is the majority of the public is older. [01:09:27.720 --> 01:09:33.720] We've been around a while, we've heard these stories over and over and they're not working for us. [01:09:33.720 --> 01:09:36.720] They can push this agenda if they want to. [01:09:36.720 --> 01:09:38.720] We're not going to buy it. [01:09:38.720 --> 01:09:41.720] That's what got Trump in office. [01:09:41.720 --> 01:09:47.720] It's the heartland, the baby boomers. We're aging. [01:09:47.720 --> 01:09:56.720] We've developed some degree of wisdom over all of these years and we're not buying all these horse manure stories. [01:09:56.720 --> 01:10:05.720] I'm encouraged too because this is why our founding fathers implemented the electoral college. [01:10:05.720 --> 01:10:11.720] And I know a lot of people are against this, but majority rule is not necessarily a good thing. [01:10:11.720 --> 01:10:17.720] Because majority rule means two wolves and a sheep voting on what's for dinner. [01:10:17.720 --> 01:10:29.720] And the reason we have the electoral college is to prevent the big cities, okay, condensed, very, very densified populations [01:10:29.720 --> 01:10:36.720] from running roughshod over the rest of the country. [01:10:36.720 --> 01:10:45.720] And it worked, okay. It worked this time because we don't want, you know, people, you know, [01:10:45.720 --> 01:10:53.720] these cities that have been hijacked by this communist socialist agenda to run roughshod over the rest of us. [01:10:53.720 --> 01:10:55.720] It worked. [01:10:55.720 --> 01:11:03.720] In fact, I wish we had something similar to the electoral college here in the states where it would break down on a county by county basis. [01:11:03.720 --> 01:11:05.720] We don't have that yet. [01:11:05.720 --> 01:11:08.720] But hey, I don't know. It's my prayer. [01:11:08.720 --> 01:11:15.720] I mean, I'm not saying Trump is the greatest or anything like that, but he's an outsider and that's why they hate him. [01:11:15.720 --> 01:11:28.720] And he bucked up against, he told China, forget it, because he would not accept their deal if you even want to call it that. [01:11:28.720 --> 01:11:39.720] He shot down the Paris Agreement because it was going to basically, you know, screw over the American people. [01:11:39.720 --> 01:11:43.720] He said everybody either has to do it or not. [01:11:43.720 --> 01:11:47.720] He didn't even get into the fact that global climate change was a hoax. [01:11:47.720 --> 01:11:50.720] He blew off the TPP. [01:11:50.720 --> 01:11:53.720] He calls the media fake news all the time. [01:11:53.720 --> 01:11:56.720] Okay, maybe the guy's not the greatest. [01:11:56.720 --> 01:12:05.720] All right, I wish that he would have really gone through with his vaccine safety committee headed up by Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. [01:12:05.720 --> 01:12:14.720] Oh my gosh, if y'all want to know about, read some really hard hitting intellectual articles where there's hyperlinks every other word, [01:12:14.720 --> 01:12:16.720] read Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. [01:12:16.720 --> 01:12:18.720] That's Bobby Kennedy, Jr. [01:12:18.720 --> 01:12:19.720] Son. [01:12:19.720 --> 01:12:25.720] Okay, yes, he, look, he's got to do what he needs to do, stay in office. [01:12:25.720 --> 01:12:27.720] He's not the greatest. [01:12:27.720 --> 01:12:29.720] I just, I would like to thank and pray. [01:12:29.720 --> 01:12:37.720] If y'all think it was too big to fail last, if it was too big to steal, sorry, last time, just wait till this time. [01:12:37.720 --> 01:12:41.720] Okay, I don't know. [01:12:41.720 --> 01:12:44.720] God is on our side. [01:12:44.720 --> 01:12:46.720] God is on our side. [01:12:46.720 --> 01:12:48.720] If God is with us, who can be against us? [01:12:48.720 --> 01:12:49.720] That's my word. [01:12:49.720 --> 01:12:54.720] I voted for Trump because he was such a jerk. [01:12:54.720 --> 01:13:00.720] And I said, that's exactly what we need. Our founders did not intend a two-party system. [01:13:00.720 --> 01:13:03.720] They intended a three-party system. [01:13:03.720 --> 01:13:06.720] We're as close to that right now as we've ever been. [01:13:06.720 --> 01:13:14.720] Trump is such a jerk that neither side gets to run their agenda. [01:13:14.720 --> 01:13:24.720] He's not on the Republican side, and he's not on the Democrat side. He keeps them both honest. [01:13:24.720 --> 01:13:28.720] For that, I'll vote for him again. [01:13:28.720 --> 01:13:40.720] Hang on. When we come back, we will go back to you, Tina, and I didn't want to admit to do the whole show on politics, but this was fun. [01:13:40.720 --> 01:13:41.720] Did you have fun, Debra? [01:13:41.720 --> 01:13:43.720] I'm having fun. [01:13:43.720 --> 01:13:49.720] I'm sorry if I'm tirading too much, but I like you the rest of the while. [01:13:49.720 --> 01:13:57.720] This is Randy Kelton, Debra Stevens, rule of law radio, or call in number 512-646-1984. [01:13:57.720 --> 01:13:59.720] We will be taking your calls. [01:13:59.720 --> 01:14:02.720] And Ronald and Oregon, I see you there. [01:14:02.720 --> 01:14:08.720] We're going to go to Tina when we come back, and then we'll get to Ronald. [01:14:08.720 --> 01:14:13.720] I'm sure we'll get to both of you. If anybody else wants to call in, we'll make sure we get to everybody. [01:14:13.720 --> 01:14:42.720] We'll be right back. [01:16:58.720 --> 01:17:04.220] You put the fear in my pocket, took the money from my ass, [01:17:04.220 --> 01:17:09.220] Ain't gonna fool me with that same old trick again. [01:17:20.220 --> 01:17:22.720] Okay, we are back. [01:17:22.720 --> 01:17:27.220] Randy Kelton, Brett Felton are actually tonight at Randy Kelton. [01:17:27.220 --> 01:17:32.220] They've received us, we're live on radio, and we're going to Tina in California. [01:17:32.220 --> 01:17:37.220] Okay, Tina, what did you really call in about before I hijacked you? [01:17:37.220 --> 01:17:42.220] Well, I called in to give a somewhat of an update of my case, [01:17:42.220 --> 01:17:47.220] but I think I'd like to save it for tomorrow so other people can go on tonight [01:17:47.220 --> 01:17:51.220] because it might take a little time if you can catch me early tomorrow. [01:17:51.220 --> 01:17:57.220] But I would like to tell you about, there's a huge thing going on right now. [01:17:57.220 --> 01:18:00.220] The people are getting so angry. [01:18:00.220 --> 01:18:04.220] I told you about the Con documentary that came out. [01:18:04.220 --> 01:18:05.220] Yes. [01:18:05.220 --> 01:18:07.220] And it's a five-part series. [01:18:07.220 --> 01:18:12.220] Well, after the first series, it had over 200,000 hits. [01:18:12.220 --> 01:18:15.220] People are literally pissed off. [01:18:15.220 --> 01:18:21.220] You go to thecon.tv, it's showing an online theaters around the country. [01:18:21.220 --> 01:18:26.220] And if you want to buy the whole series, you can buy it for like 20 bucks, I think, [01:18:26.220 --> 01:18:29.220] or you can see it for free on these theaters. [01:18:29.220 --> 01:18:36.220] And then there's another link on Facebook to Americans Against Foreclosure. [01:18:36.220 --> 01:18:38.220] It's called AAF. [01:18:38.220 --> 01:18:42.220] There's some very, very interesting information. [01:18:42.220 --> 01:18:48.220] I mean, it's telling you that the foreclosure crisis has not stopped. [01:18:48.220 --> 01:18:50.220] They haven't linked. [01:18:50.220 --> 01:18:51.220] It's getting worse. [01:18:51.220 --> 01:18:58.220] And the con brings out all the fraud from both sides, all the players. [01:18:58.220 --> 01:19:02.220] And I'm seeing the anger in people. [01:19:02.220 --> 01:19:08.220] I'm seeing them rising up and, you know, trying to get ready for some kind of revolution on this [01:19:08.220 --> 01:19:13.220] because it's some hot stuff out there. [01:19:13.220 --> 01:19:21.220] So anybody who wants to go and see all this, thecon.tv, I was interviewed for it. [01:19:21.220 --> 01:19:26.220] A little tiny piece in the second section because it became much bigger than the original [01:19:26.220 --> 01:19:29.220] 90-minute documentary they were planning. [01:19:29.220 --> 01:19:32.220] It is now a five-part series. [01:19:32.220 --> 01:19:37.220] And they are going for another series afterwards, they hope. [01:19:37.220 --> 01:19:41.220] And then the other one is Americans Against Foreclosure. [01:19:41.220 --> 01:19:44.220] You find those on Facebook. [01:19:44.220 --> 01:19:48.220] And great, great information for anyone who's going through this right now. [01:19:48.220 --> 01:19:56.220] And if you just want to educate yourself how the fraud came about and who perpetrated it and why. [01:19:56.220 --> 01:19:58.220] It's all out there. [01:19:58.220 --> 01:20:00.220] And then you can pick me up tomorrow. [01:20:00.220 --> 01:20:04.220] Please take someone else tonight so they can get their questions answered. [01:20:04.220 --> 01:20:14.220] It's interesting you mentioned that because I just talked to someone today who wants to invest in me [01:20:14.220 --> 01:20:21.220] putting together my questionnaire tool for foreclosure. [01:20:21.220 --> 01:20:27.220] Those of you who've been listening for a long time know that I've done a lot of work in foreclosure. [01:20:27.220 --> 01:20:34.220] I helped over 700 people file federal lawsuits, so I have a lot of information on the subject. [01:20:34.220 --> 01:20:40.220] And have someone who's interested in financing putting this together. [01:20:40.220 --> 01:20:50.220] This may be exactly the right time because we can take someone who knows nothing about the foreclosure industry [01:20:50.220 --> 01:20:56.220] and doesn't know anything about all these massive information that's out there. [01:20:56.220 --> 01:21:07.220] And start asking them questions and take them to those areas of the subject that are specifically relevant to them. [01:21:07.220 --> 01:21:15.220] So they can extract all the knowledge they need without having to be an expert on the subject. [01:21:15.220 --> 01:21:26.220] And the tool will extract their information and then start spitting them out legal documents to take the system on. [01:21:26.220 --> 01:21:35.220] So I'm hoping that in a month or so I'll have something to show people where we can really start taking the banks on. [01:21:35.220 --> 01:21:41.220] A long time ago I figured out that you hear me say on the show, [01:21:41.220 --> 01:21:47.220] you can never expect to win your case simply because you have the law and the facts on your side. [01:21:47.220 --> 01:21:52.220] And I've pretty well developed that from helping people with foreclosure. [01:21:52.220 --> 01:21:58.220] I have people ask me, well, what can we do to win a foreclosure case? You can't. [01:21:58.220 --> 01:22:02.220] You're going to lose a foreclosure case. Forget that noise. [01:22:02.220 --> 01:22:07.220] That's not how you win. There's another way to win. [01:22:07.220 --> 01:22:11.220] The way to win is by paying attention to the Monday. [01:22:11.220 --> 01:22:22.220] The weakness the banks have is the Monday. You cost them enough money, then go to make a deal, you can win. [01:22:22.220 --> 01:22:30.220] But if you try to make a deal straight up, unfortunately the judges are bought and paid for. [01:22:30.220 --> 01:22:37.220] They're not going to rule against the banks who are paying them under the table. I hate to say that. [01:22:37.220 --> 01:22:50.220] I hate to say to everyone, your judges are all bought and paid for, but all the evidence I've seen indicates that is exactly the case. [01:22:50.220 --> 01:22:53.220] So I have to use other tools. [01:22:53.220 --> 01:23:03.220] And I have a set of other tools. Some of them pretty dirty rotten and low down and those are the ones I like the best. [01:23:03.220 --> 01:23:13.220] So you guys want to use your money against us? Well, we've got things we can use against you to cost you more money than it's worth you to fight this thing. [01:23:13.220 --> 01:23:26.220] So, yeah, I will be working on that here very soon if I can get something worked out and we'll build a tool for all these people who are looking at foreclosure. [01:23:26.220 --> 01:23:29.220] Excuse me. Can't find remedy. [01:23:29.220 --> 01:23:31.220] Okay. Thank you, Tina. [01:23:31.220 --> 01:23:40.220] One more thing. Yeah, one more thing. And no one's seen it. Steven Mnuchin, our Treasury Secretary, former owner of One West Bank. [01:23:40.220 --> 01:23:45.220] Okay, hold on, hold on. Say that again a little slower. [01:23:45.220 --> 01:23:57.220] Steven Mnuchin, our current Treasury Secretary, former owner of One West Bank who took over IndieMac, the foreclosure king as he's called, or the foreclosure machine. [01:23:57.220 --> 01:24:09.220] He has been reamed on Twitter. He just posted a question, if you have any extra coins at home, please use them to make purchases or deposit them at the bank or exchange them for cash. [01:24:09.220 --> 01:24:20.220] Help get coins moving. Well, I responded with quite a nasty tweet back and, I mean, people have reamed him for this. [01:24:20.220 --> 01:24:28.220] So, if you want a little last go on to his Twitter feed and see what people are saying, they are still mad over him being the foreclosure king. [01:24:28.220 --> 01:24:35.220] They are mad about a lot of things. They are not happy with the Treasury. Not at all. [01:24:35.220 --> 01:24:39.220] Good. It means people are waking up. [01:24:39.220 --> 01:24:41.220] They are waking up sometime. [01:24:41.220 --> 01:24:45.220] Okay. I have a little voice issue. Sorry about that. [01:24:45.220 --> 01:24:50.220] Thank you, Tana. We'll, Karlie Devona, we'll take you early. [01:24:50.220 --> 01:24:56.220] Now we're going to go to Ronald and Oregon. Ronald, what do you have for us today? [01:24:56.220 --> 01:25:10.220] Oh, I got a lot of energy and it's real good for me that there's a call like this and men like yourself and women like Deborah and Tina and the rest because without you. [01:25:10.220 --> 01:25:13.220] Now, I'm really alone. [01:25:13.220 --> 01:25:25.220] My little experience with the mask today, writing the Metropolitan Tri-Met Transportation Bus Service was, you know, I don't wear the mask either. [01:25:25.220 --> 01:25:42.220] Once all this pandemic broke out, I've only had one on one time and it was forced on me while I was handcuffed in a wheelchair being rolled into the hospital after being beaten up by two thugs in cop uniforms. [01:25:42.220 --> 01:25:45.220] Well, one was a deputy uniform. The other one was a cop uniform. [01:25:45.220 --> 01:26:12.220] I don't know some kind of an assassin they sent him before that where, you know, some kind of civilian costume. But, you know, that's pretty extravagant, you know, for an average man's average afternoon while only trying to help out a 69-year-old man after witnessing him being told by a doctor half his age who was acting, in my opinion, like a dude with a black robe and a gun and a badge all at the same time to say, [01:26:12.220 --> 01:26:26.220] well, Doug, you can't tell me why you're falling down. And if you can't tell me how you're not going to quick fall down, well, I'm going to have to report you to DSS or DHS and we'll send a couple of cops out there and, you know, we'll just put you in one of our care facilities. [01:26:26.220 --> 01:26:44.220] But don't mind you, Doug, after I interrupted by telling them, Doug, well, let him know that God will take care of you know, you know, etc. And so on. Then he said, well, somebody else there, a little girl he had that's been a stand-in witness for this, this policing of this old man. [01:26:44.220 --> 01:26:58.220] And of course, one of the situations where he's outlived his usefulness and he sits upon a large estate in the trust he's allowed to look at each other, guide her, needy care. But we're going to have a break, aren't we? [01:26:58.220 --> 01:27:20.220] A lot to say. I do have a lot to say. Yes, we're going to break. We'll be right back. [01:27:20.220 --> 01:27:34.220] Reality TV, sugar, obesity, jet lag, the list of things that makes us dumber just keeps on growing. But now researchers say we can add stress to the list. I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht, back with details in a moment. [01:27:50.220 --> 01:28:03.220] Privacy. It's worth hanging on to. This message is brought to you by StartPage.com, the private search engine alternative to Google, Yahoo, and Bing. Start over with StartPage. [01:28:03.220 --> 01:28:22.220] Are you always on the go and juggling multiple projects? If so, you might think that multitasking proves you're smart. But think again, all that stress might be eating your brain. A new study finds stress reduces the number of connections between neurons, which actually makes it harder for people to manage problems. [01:28:22.220 --> 01:28:39.220] Researchers at Yale University found that stressed out people have less grain adder in their prefrontal cortex. That's the part of the brain that helps us weigh conflicting ideas and regulate our emotions. So take a deep breath and chill out. It'll help keep your mind as sharp as a tack. [01:28:39.220 --> 01:28:49.220] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht for StartPage.com, the world's most private search engine. [01:28:49.220 --> 01:29:01.220] This is Building 7, a 47-story skyscraper that fell on the afternoon of September 11. The government says that fire brought it down. However, 1,500 architects and engineers have concluded it was a controlled demolition. [01:29:01.220 --> 01:29:16.220] Over 6,000 of my fellow service members have given their lives. Thousands of my fellow force responders are dying. I'm not a conspiracy theorist. I'm a structural engineer. I'm a New York City correction officer. I'm an Air Force pilot. I'm a father who lost his son. We're Americans, and we deserve the truth. [01:29:16.220 --> 01:29:20.220] Go to RememberBuilding7.org today. [01:30:39.220 --> 01:30:46.220] All of them check you in the morning, check you in the evening, put a check in on your buddy, and anywhere you go, computer reading. [01:30:46.220 --> 01:30:54.220] You can't hide me, check from nobody. When you say check, check in on your mom, check in on your daddy, check in on your grandpa and the granny. [01:30:54.220 --> 01:31:01.220] Check in on me, check in on your baby, check in on your family, who your family, check in on your dad, and they kept around me. [01:31:01.220 --> 01:31:08.220] Check in on the beef, I used to go to EEP, check in on the fish, them all in the sea, check in on the shark, and the real are around me. [01:31:08.220 --> 01:31:12.220] You know I see mankind going crazy. [01:31:12.220 --> 01:31:24.220] Okay, we are back. Randy Kelton, Bret Fountain, Deborah Stevens, Rue LaValle Radio. We're talking to Ronald in Oregon and Ronald. [01:31:24.220 --> 01:31:32.220] I'm having trouble understanding where you're at. You're moving from one thing to another to another to another so fast, I can't get any focus. [01:31:32.220 --> 01:31:39.220] What is your primary concern to see if we can work out from there? [01:31:39.220 --> 01:31:45.220] Well, primary concern, it doesn't really matter what my primary concern is, does it? [01:31:45.220 --> 01:31:53.220] I think in my opinion, speaking from my experience and where I come from, I'm just grateful that there's a voice such as yours. [01:31:53.220 --> 01:32:05.220] There's a call like this and we have the ability, at least on this level, to share, you know, question answers, comments, statements, feelings, emotions. [01:32:05.220 --> 01:32:19.220] Where else is there where we get people like me get the chance to learn and share and be a part of, at least, you know, there's a certain, in my opinion, there's a certain amount of propaganda on this call. [01:32:19.220 --> 01:32:27.220] You know, the word government, well, I don't, this isn't my government and if I define the word government, if the Latin word government means mind and meant means control. [01:32:27.220 --> 01:32:31.220] If I define the word politics, it means many tips. [01:32:31.220 --> 01:32:44.220] Well, yeah, and as I mentioned, I think the first time I talked, one time when I was in Philip, Massachusetts in 1999, I went into the museum there and was, was showed around by this old gal with gray hair and glasses and she's very kind, polite and proper. [01:32:44.220 --> 01:32:57.220] And she wanted to make sure that I could see, because she just knew I'd appreciate it, in this hutch, a bounty from the early 1700s that was behind another glass and a frame and even written on hemp paper. [01:32:57.220 --> 01:33:08.220] But it said this, it said, if an Esquire is seen within 100 miles of any encampment, he can and will be shot on site. [01:33:08.220 --> 01:33:17.220] And that woman told me that these were on barns and fence posts everywhere across the land on these coasts, up and down that eastern seaboard. [01:33:17.220 --> 01:33:27.220] Well, I think those counties should go out again today and, and of course, the attorneys and the black robes and the rest of them are all bought and paid for. They're, they're bar members. [01:33:27.220 --> 01:33:43.220] You know, the people I like to hear and talk to would be those that have gone into the barn quit after the first year or second year because they realized or they were removed or a lot of these people that want to be cops or deputies and they quit and leave after their first year or two. [01:33:43.220 --> 01:33:50.220] You know, those are the people would be great for you to have interview on your, on your calling and hear it and then let the rest of us hear why. [01:33:50.220 --> 01:34:05.220] I mean, you know, we're totally controlled. We got cameras up every while zoo on every street corner. I can't go into a Kinko's or a FedEx coffee store without the cops sitting in the shop watching me go in and get my copies. [01:34:05.220 --> 01:34:16.220] And so when I wear a mask, the manager's on me right away. He says, get out of here. You don't have your mask on and blah, blah, blah. And I get trust pass. Well, that's, that's not normal behavior. That's not natural. [01:34:16.220 --> 01:34:28.220] It's not even, you know, it's not even polite and I'm polite man out here when I'm through about. So, you know, like I said on the bus today, I don't wear a mask, but everybody else on the bus has got a mask. [01:34:28.220 --> 01:34:46.220] And I say, I like to breathe. I said, I got an exemption. The driver wants to be a hard nose. And he was unusually hard. And one of the people, one of the riders on the bus got off the bus because I didn't have a mask and the driver couldn't make me put one on. [01:34:46.220 --> 01:34:56.220] And that's okay. That's exactly the right response. You don't like it. You can always get off the bus. [01:34:56.220 --> 01:35:05.220] Yeah, I mean, if I, I got the right to life. So if I got the right to life, do I not have the right to self determination? [01:35:05.220 --> 01:35:09.220] Very general question. You'd have to be more specific. [01:35:09.220 --> 01:35:12.220] Do I know if I'm alive, speaking to you right here now. [01:35:12.220 --> 01:35:13.220] Yeah. [01:35:13.220 --> 01:35:20.220] And I'm committing no crimes against man or the land. Do I not have a right to self determination? [01:35:20.220 --> 01:35:25.220] Within the scope of standing law. Yes, you do. [01:35:25.220 --> 01:35:28.220] That's right. Thank you. I agree. [01:35:28.220 --> 01:35:33.220] Totally agree. I can even find a Supreme Court case that says I got the right to self determination. [01:35:33.220 --> 01:35:48.220] Yeah, I can do anything I want to, unless I have agreed, along with my other citizens of this republic, to limit my behavior in certain ways. [01:35:48.220 --> 01:35:57.220] And I have had my legislature codify that agreement into step into public law, which was then codified into statute. [01:35:57.220 --> 01:36:03.220] Yeah, I can do anything that I haven't agreed. I can't go around and shoot people. [01:36:03.220 --> 01:36:10.220] Because I've agreed with my other citizens not to just go around shooting people, not to agree, not steal from them. [01:36:10.220 --> 01:36:20.220] And there's a number of things. Some of the agreements we've made through our legislators are pretty crappy and need to be changed. [01:36:20.220 --> 01:36:25.220] And I have the right to work to change those laws. [01:36:25.220 --> 01:36:29.220] But until I change those laws, I have to work within the laws we have. [01:36:29.220 --> 01:36:40.220] Now, my biggest concern is public officials who are exerting or purporting to exert authority, they do not have. [01:36:40.220 --> 01:36:48.220] And the general public just falling in line because it's an emergency. [01:36:48.220 --> 01:36:56.220] And, you know, in an emergency, people want to do the right thing. We want to help one another. We're human beings. We're not tigers. [01:36:56.220 --> 01:37:00.220] They wouldn't care. They don't care about them. They're solitary hunters. [01:37:00.220 --> 01:37:11.220] Human beings, we heard. We grouped together. We find strength in numbers. We're not the strongest animal out there. [01:37:11.220 --> 01:37:19.220] But we work well together in numbers. So we have it in our genes to get along with one another. [01:37:19.220 --> 01:37:32.220] And we have groups out there that are taking advantage of that natural tendency to help one another in order to manipulate us into places they want us to be. [01:37:32.220 --> 01:37:41.220] My governor in Texas issued an order that violates my federal constitution. [01:37:41.220 --> 01:37:54.220] And he claims that he did that under the authority of the Texas government code that the legislature of the state of Texas gave him authority to issue these orders. [01:37:54.220 --> 01:37:59.220] Well, they did give him authority to issue some orders. [01:37:59.220 --> 01:38:10.220] But they could not give him authority to issue an order that violated either a Texas constitutional right or a federal constitutional right. [01:38:10.220 --> 01:38:20.220] Texas has one of the best constitutional provisions I've ever heard in the Texas Bill of Rights. [01:38:20.220 --> 01:38:31.220] At the end of Section 10 of the Texas Bill of Rights, it says the rights, I can't even quote it exactly right at the beginning of it, [01:38:31.220 --> 01:38:42.220] all rights preserved in this section shall be held in violent in perpetuity. [01:38:42.220 --> 01:38:52.220] That's pretty clear. We put these in the Constitution and we excluded them from change. [01:38:52.220 --> 01:39:03.220] Not even the legislature can change these rights. In order to get one of the Bill of Rights changed, you'd have to go back and amend the Constitution. [01:39:03.220 --> 01:39:16.220] So our legislature cannot authorize our governor to issue a ruling even in an emergency that violates one of my constitutional rights. [01:39:16.220 --> 01:39:22.220] We didn't grant them that authority. We actually forbade them that authority. [01:39:22.220 --> 01:39:32.220] And the federal constitution gave the states zero power to violate a federal constitutional right. [01:39:32.220 --> 01:39:44.220] So Mr. Governor, when you wrote this order, this edict, where did you get authority to do that? [01:39:44.220 --> 01:39:51.220] And I'm not saying and not taking a position whether the order is a good order or a bad order, [01:39:51.220 --> 01:39:59.220] whether it would serve the public good, whether it would help save lives. It's not the issue. [01:39:59.220 --> 01:40:10.220] You don't get to do certain things. You know, they issued this order to shelter in place. [01:40:10.220 --> 01:40:15.220] Well, that's unconstitutional because it denies us our right to peacefully assemble. [01:40:15.220 --> 01:40:28.220] They could have issued an order that said, if you don't shelter in place and it can be shown that you contracted this disease and you are in the presence of other people who subsequently contracted this disease, [01:40:28.220 --> 01:40:36.220] you can be charged with reckless endangerment and prosecuted. There would be nothing unconstitutional about that. [01:40:36.220 --> 01:40:41.220] He could have done that, but he chose not to. [01:40:41.220 --> 01:40:47.220] He chose to issue orders that violated a constitutional right because it was easy for him and it served his agenda. [01:40:47.220 --> 01:40:53.220] It's our job to kick his behind. [01:40:53.220 --> 01:40:59.220] And I'm in the process of getting to that. I'm kind of buried in all the other things I've got to do. [01:40:59.220 --> 01:41:07.220] The first thing I want to see is the justification that he claims for violating my personal constitutional rights. [01:41:07.220 --> 01:41:18.220] Hang on. Some things I realize fully. [01:43:48.220 --> 01:43:57.220] Somebody's known a police, that police mind. Somebody's known a police, a police. [01:43:57.220 --> 01:44:06.220] There's always room at the top of the hill. I hear things of great mind and it's lonely left to. [01:44:06.220 --> 01:44:17.220] They're wishing it was more than I positioned to fail. They know that if they don't do it, somebody will. [01:44:17.220 --> 01:44:25.220] Okay, we are back. Randy Kelton, Deborah Stevens, Rule of Law Radio, and we're talking to Ronald in Oregon. [01:44:25.220 --> 01:44:40.220] Ronald, do we have a plan? Do you have an idea of how we can begin to straighten out these problems of government overreach? [01:44:40.220 --> 01:44:51.220] Well, how about this? Either conceals the truth as a coward. Either forbids the truth, clearly fears it. Either fears the truth, must be hiding behind particularly fear. [01:44:51.220 --> 01:45:04.220] Wait, wait, wait. That's nice platitudes, but it really don't help us go anywhere. What do we do? How do we behave differently to bring these guys in line? [01:45:04.220 --> 01:45:15.220] Randy, I don't have a clue how that could be done. I mean, I'm one little man out here. All I can do is take care of me and in case I get a chance to help another poor soul. [01:45:15.220 --> 01:45:18.220] Okay, I can help with that. [01:45:18.220 --> 01:45:26.220] I'm one little man out here on the street where I walk that are even interested in my truth, let alone that truth, whether my truth... [01:45:26.220 --> 01:45:37.220] That's okay. Do you know what percentage of the population fought against the British in the revolution? [01:45:37.220 --> 01:45:40.220] Well, I've heard the rumors of 3%. [01:45:40.220 --> 01:46:01.220] 3%, yeah, 3%. That's all it took. We don't need everybody. Just a few of us. And the reason I do this show is to find a few people that are first willing to overcome their fear of these government officials. [01:46:01.220 --> 01:46:13.220] Because it's all smoke and mirrors. I was pulled over on Interstate by this same cop that pulled over Brett Fountain. [01:46:13.220 --> 01:46:20.220] Loans and tickets and Brett Fountain ran them through the ringer. [01:46:20.220 --> 01:46:32.220] Same town. This is a speed trap here. Same place. Cop pulls me over. It is raining and the Interstate was full and I'm heading up to Tennessee. [01:46:32.220 --> 01:46:46.220] He said that I was weaving in and out, didn't use my turn signal, speeding. Oh, four or five things. [01:46:46.220 --> 01:46:53.220] And we were talking and I was raising issues with him and he said, you sound familiar. [01:46:53.220 --> 01:47:03.220] So I had another guy like you. It turned out it was Brett Fountain. I said, yeah, he's my co-host of my radio show. The cop should have got it by that. [01:47:03.220 --> 01:47:11.220] But he still wants to dictate law to me. Well, first I wanted to know where you got authority to enforce transportation codes. [01:47:11.220 --> 01:47:24.220] So I'm a peace officer. Yeah, I got that part. The law allows you to enforce the criminal code, but not the transportation code. [01:47:24.220 --> 01:47:32.220] Where did you get authority? And he was getting a little annoyed with me and was getting a little agitated. [01:47:32.220 --> 01:47:37.220] So I picked up my cell phone and he said, you need to put that down while I'm talking to you. [01:47:37.220 --> 01:47:45.220] I said, no, I'm getting concerned that you appear to be getting agitated. [01:47:45.220 --> 01:47:56.220] And since you are prominently displaying a deadly weapon, I'm concerned that I may need to call 911 to get someone out here to get you under control. [01:47:56.220 --> 01:48:08.220] Do I need to call 911? He took a step back at his hands on the windowsill because he was on the passenger side. [01:48:08.220 --> 01:48:20.220] There's too much traffic and killed on my side. He put his hands on the door sill and he stood there a minute, took a deep breath, exhaled, stepped forward. [01:48:20.220 --> 01:48:28.220] No, Mr. Kelkin, you do not need to call 911. No problem after that. [01:48:28.220 --> 01:48:34.220] How many times have you called 911 on the police? [01:48:34.220 --> 01:48:36.220] Not once yet. [01:48:36.220 --> 01:48:50.220] I'm telling you Ron, you have not lived until you call the police on the police. That is so much fun. [01:48:50.220 --> 01:48:59.220] Because you call 911, all of a sudden you become the victim and they can't just ignore it. [01:48:59.220 --> 01:49:06.220] So they send somebody out there. The first thing you do is ask him to arrest this other cop. [01:49:06.220 --> 01:49:14.220] And then you get to see the officer do this little chicken dance where he starts shifting from one foot to the other. [01:49:14.220 --> 01:49:19.220] Oh, well, sir, you're the victim. [01:49:19.220 --> 01:49:28.220] He says one word to you that you can in any way interpret as a threat. That gives another 911 call. [01:49:28.220 --> 01:49:35.220] Poisons their well. These guys rioting over Black Lives Matter. [01:49:35.220 --> 01:49:40.220] I have a tool for them if I could just get them to use it. [01:49:40.220 --> 01:49:57.220] So you've been abused by the police. Okay, I got this questionnaire. You go to this questionnaire and he will audit what occurred and give you criminal complaints, professional conduct complaints. [01:49:57.220 --> 01:50:06.220] Motions and pleadings. You get a ticket. I have a traffic website that's down right now and I've got too many things going. [01:50:06.220 --> 01:50:12.220] My server screwed up on me and messed up a lot of my sites, so I have to rebuild them. But I have a traffic site. [01:50:12.220 --> 01:50:22.220] You get a ticket, you go to that site, you put in your ticket information and it will spit you out 150 pages of documents. [01:50:22.220 --> 01:50:29.220] They're designed so that anyone can read these and make sense of them. They're written for an eighth grader. [01:50:29.220 --> 01:50:33.220] Can you give me the website or an email who I can start to see if I can have some of these? [01:50:33.220 --> 01:50:41.220] No, it's down at the moment. It's trafficticket.website. But it's down at the moment. I have to rebuild it. [01:50:41.220 --> 01:50:49.220] But the problem is that I've got first amendment audits down. I think yours in prudence is up. [01:50:49.220 --> 01:50:57.220] Free mortgage help is down. SEC comply is down. I've got two or three others. [01:50:57.220 --> 01:51:01.220] Thank you, Brian. You know, something I heard you talk about earlier in this call from Tina. [01:51:01.220 --> 01:51:07.220] You said you had filed lawsuits, federal lawsuits, and 40 more closure cases more than 750 times. [01:51:07.220 --> 01:51:12.220] Out of all those, did you ever see a reconveyed deed by anybody? [01:51:12.220 --> 01:51:14.220] Wait, see a what? [01:51:14.220 --> 01:51:21.220] A reconveyed deed, reconveyance of the deed to the parties that you were working with and helping. [01:51:21.220 --> 01:51:32.220] Never, never, never want a single one. Never filed a single motion that the federal court ruled in favor of. [01:51:32.220 --> 01:51:38.220] And I've seen one and she was in court for nearly 15 years. [01:51:38.220 --> 01:51:47.220] She had to put up 1200 a month for about eight of those years. She did get it all back because in her settlement agreement, [01:51:47.220 --> 01:51:54.220] because she took them to task, did everything, audit, and all this stuff. [01:51:54.220 --> 01:52:01.220] But she still had to just come up. She had to discharge the principal without the interest. [01:52:01.220 --> 01:52:07.220] Okay, had to make a deal. That's the only wins I've ever had. [01:52:07.220 --> 01:52:12.220] Okay, here's the deal about the mortgage issues. [01:52:12.220 --> 01:52:15.220] Tom Shaw, Private Banker's Handbook. [01:52:15.220 --> 01:52:17.220] Wait, say that again? [01:52:17.220 --> 01:52:22.220] Private Banker's Handbook. Have you ever read the book by Tom Shaw, Private Banker's Handbook? [01:52:22.220 --> 01:52:23.220] No. [01:52:23.220 --> 01:52:31.220] He pretty well covers it in a nutshell, you know, the promissory note, the fraud with the whole money. [01:52:31.220 --> 01:52:41.220] I understand the fraud. I do a whole long dissertation on the bucket shops, the Glass-Steagall Act, [01:52:41.220 --> 01:52:49.220] and that was passed after the 1929 market crash. [01:52:49.220 --> 01:52:53.220] That was created by naked short-selling. That was all forbidden. [01:52:53.220 --> 01:53:03.220] And then the last thing the legislature did in the year 2000 before closing signed die is they removed the restriction on derivatives [01:53:03.220 --> 01:53:06.220] and opened up this fraud for the banks. [01:53:06.220 --> 01:53:14.220] And then the banks, in order to win their frauds, they had to foreclose so they could win all their derivative sales back. [01:53:14.220 --> 01:53:24.220] In 2007, the legislature removed the restriction against naked short-selling. [01:53:24.220 --> 01:53:39.220] In July 27th of 2007, August 13th of 2007, they used naked short-selling to crash the market and create this foreclosure issue. [01:53:39.220 --> 01:53:44.220] It's all structured by these guys. They're all criminals. Yeah, I got all that. [01:53:44.220 --> 01:53:50.220] It's all, you know. That's a pandemic. Why don't we talk about that as a pandemic? [01:53:50.220 --> 01:53:56.220] Yeah, that is a pandemic. That's what Tina was talking about, the con. [01:53:56.220 --> 01:54:00.220] Yeah, I got the con. The problem is that they bought judges. [01:54:00.220 --> 01:54:04.220] Judges are bought and paid for. That's not how you win it. [01:54:04.220 --> 01:54:10.220] The way you win it is you go in there and just beat the crap out of them. [01:54:10.220 --> 01:54:14.220] You file their most obnoxious lawsuit that you can. [01:54:14.220 --> 01:54:19.220] I've got an analysis I do of the HUD 1 settlement statement. [01:54:19.220 --> 01:54:27.220] I'll bring you a claim against the lender of up to three times or right around three times the amount of the original principal. [01:54:27.220 --> 01:54:31.220] I'll do it by the numbers. I'll give you an exact penny amount. [01:54:31.220 --> 01:54:35.220] And they got to come in and fight that. [01:54:35.220 --> 01:54:42.220] Victor Nunez in San Diego, Wells Fargo wrote the note. [01:54:42.220 --> 01:54:45.220] Wells Fargo was the servicer. Wells Fargo was the foreclosure. [01:54:45.220 --> 01:54:47.220] It was one foreclosing. [01:54:47.220 --> 01:54:50.220] We filed a suit. Who the heck are you? [01:54:50.220 --> 01:54:53.220] I don't know who you are. Never entered the contract with you. [01:54:53.220 --> 01:54:56.220] Never entered the contract with your alleged principal. [01:54:56.220 --> 01:55:04.220] Move it up. Six years later, the California Supreme denied my cert. [01:55:04.220 --> 01:55:06.220] That was a really good cert. [01:55:06.220 --> 01:55:11.220] I said, OK, Rick, now we're ready to file the real suit. [01:55:11.220 --> 01:55:14.220] That first one was just my garbage. Who are you, suit? [01:55:14.220 --> 01:55:17.220] I came from there six years. [01:55:17.220 --> 01:55:20.220] We got tools. I've got lots of tools to beat these guys up with. [01:55:20.220 --> 01:55:23.220] And what I'm trying to do now is automate them. [01:55:23.220 --> 01:55:27.220] So you just go on and fill out the questionnaire and boom, it spits all the stuff out. [01:55:27.220 --> 01:55:32.220] And then when you file a motion, they file a response, you bargle even every time. [01:55:32.220 --> 01:55:35.220] Bargle your lawyers into the stone age. [01:55:35.220 --> 01:55:40.220] And just use every dirty trick we can, bring them to the table to make a deal. [01:55:40.220 --> 01:55:43.220] The deal's the only way you're going to win. [01:55:43.220 --> 01:55:47.220] I am sorry. Hold on. We are out of time for tonight. [01:55:47.220 --> 01:55:52.220] If you didn't call back tomorrow night, we'll do our four-hour info marathon. [01:55:52.220 --> 01:55:56.220] This is Randy Kelton, Deborah Stevens, Brett Fountain. [01:55:56.220 --> 01:55:58.220] Thank you all for listening. [01:55:58.220 --> 01:56:04.220] And Monday, make sure you check out this Eddie Craig character who does traffic. [01:56:04.220 --> 01:56:25.220] Thank you all for listening. Good night. [01:56:34.220 --> 01:56:36.220] Thank you. [01:57:04.220 --> 01:57:17.220] You're listening to the Logos Radio Network at LogosRadioNetwork.com.
