[00:11.920 --> 00:20.160] an ounce, silver, $16.45 an ounce, copper, $2.75 an ounce, oil, Texas crude, $55.63 a [00:20.160 --> 00:27.720] barrel, Brent crude, $62.47 a barrel, and cryptos in order of market cap, bitcoin core, [00:27.720 --> 00:38.240] $6.52, ethereum, $227.26, xrp, ripple, $0.33, litecoin, $100.31, and bitcoin cash is at [00:38.240 --> 00:42.560] $324.10 a crypto coin. [00:42.560 --> 00:52.480] Today in history, the year 1916, the Preparedness Day bombing, a timed suitcase bomb, was detonated [00:52.480 --> 00:57.800] on Market Street in San Francisco during the World War I Preparedness Day parade, killing [00:57.800 --> 00:59.720] 10 and injuring 40. [00:59.720 --> 01:04.800] Today in history. [01:04.800 --> 01:09.440] In recent news, since Governor Greg Abbott signed House Bill 1325, legalizing hemp in [01:09.440 --> 01:14.000] a Texas law back in June, county prosecutors around the state, including Houston, Austin, [01:14.000 --> 01:18.120] and San Antonio, have been dropping marijuana possession charges and even refusing to file [01:18.120 --> 01:22.760] new ones since they are stipulating that they do not have the time or the laboratory equipment [01:22.760 --> 01:24.840] to test the herb for THC. [01:24.840 --> 01:28.440] Margaret Moore, the Travis County District Attorney, announced earlier this month that [01:28.440 --> 01:33.040] she was dismissing 32 felony possession and delivery of marijuana cases because of the [01:33.040 --> 01:34.040] law. [01:34.040 --> 01:37.620] Mr. Abbott and other state officials, including the Attorney General, stipulated in a letter [01:37.620 --> 01:42.120] to county district attorneys back on Thursday that marijuana has not been decriminalized [01:42.120 --> 01:48.280] in Texas and that these actions demonstrate a misunderstanding of how HB 1325 works. [01:48.280 --> 01:54.520] As well as other cities, too, like the District Attorney in El Paso, Jaime Esparza, a Democrat [01:54.520 --> 01:59.000] who also stated earlier this month that the law, quote, will not have an effect on the [01:59.000 --> 02:01.720] prosecution of marijuana cases in El Paso. [02:01.720 --> 02:06.800] However, the issue was succinctly summarized by Mr. Brandon Ball, an assistant public defender [02:06.800 --> 02:10.800] in Harris County, who stated that, quote, the law is constantly changing on what makes [02:10.800 --> 02:13.520] something illegal based on its chemical makeup. [02:13.520 --> 02:17.440] It's important that if someone is charged with something, the test matches what they're [02:17.440 --> 02:22.640] charged with. [02:22.640 --> 02:27.280] A paper by Tulane University identified a five and a half inch American pocket shark [02:27.280 --> 02:32.400] as the first of its kind in the Gulf of Mexico, the specimen being only the second pocket [02:32.400 --> 02:38.040] shark ever captured or recorded with the other one being found way back in 1979 in the East [02:38.040 --> 02:39.320] Pacific Ocean. [02:39.320 --> 02:43.840] According to the university paper, the shark secretes a luminous fluid from a gland near [02:43.840 --> 02:50.120] its front fins for the purpose it is hypothesized to lure and prey who may be drawn into the [02:50.120 --> 02:51.120] glow. [02:51.120 --> 03:21.040] This is Brooke Rode with your lowdown for July 22nd, 2019. [03:21.040 --> 03:31.720] What you gonna do? [03:31.720 --> 03:33.400] What you gonna do? [03:33.400 --> 03:42.840] What you gonna do when they come for you when you were and you're back late to go to school [03:42.840 --> 03:43.820] and learn to go and learn. [03:43.820 --> 03:46.220] So why are you acting like a bloody fool? [03:46.220 --> 03:49.420] If you want it? [03:49.420 --> 03:54.620] Bad boys, bad boys, what you gonna do? What you gonna do when they come for you? [03:54.620 --> 04:00.120] Bad boys, bad boys, what you gonna do? What you gonna do when they come for you? [04:00.120 --> 04:05.800] You chuck it on that one, you chuck it on this one, you chuck it on your mother and you chuck it on your father [04:05.800 --> 04:08.580] you chuck it on your brother and you chuck it on your sister [04:08.580 --> 04:11.080] you chuck it on that one and you chuck it on me [04:11.080 --> 04:16.620] Bad boys, bad boys, what you gonna do? What you gonna do when they come for you? [04:16.620 --> 04:22.120] Bad Boys Bad Boys What u gonna do What u gonna do When they come for u [04:22.300 --> 04:27.600] Bad Boys Bad Boys What u gonna do What u gonna do When they come for u [04:27.740 --> 04:33.040] Bad Boys Bad Boys What u gonna do What u gonna do When they come for u [04:33.180 --> 04:38.100] Nobody nah give me no break Police Nah Give me No Break [04:38.100 --> 04:43.380] Like Old Soldier publish nah give me no break Not even your eyes nah give me no breaks [04:43.380 --> 05:02.080] Okay, howdy, howdy. Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain, Debra Stevens, Rule of Law Radio on this, [05:02.080 --> 05:12.820] the 14th day of May 2020. And we were just on Tom Kiley's show who airs before this one. [05:12.820 --> 05:20.500] And Tom Kiley will be on this show in the next segment. But before we get to that, Debra [05:20.500 --> 05:26.540] has something that she wants to address that will lead into the next segment with Tom. [05:26.540 --> 05:27.780] Debra? [05:27.780 --> 05:37.160] Yes, thank you, Randy. Yeah, that was a really awesome last hour that we just spent with [05:37.160 --> 05:45.360] Tom on his show. So listeners, please get that archive and check it out. We spent a [05:45.360 --> 05:51.860] long time dissecting the Michael Flynn case. And we can talk about that some more when [05:51.860 --> 05:58.660] Tom comes back. He's taking a quick break right now. But Tom Kiley, who's fantastic, [05:58.660 --> 06:02.380] one of the best hosts, if not the best host, most well-spoken on this network. [06:02.380 --> 06:03.380] Ouch, ouch, ouch. [06:03.380 --> 06:09.780] I don't mean that in any offense towards you, Randy. But I mean, look, Randy, you're like [06:09.780 --> 06:15.340] a technical guy. You're kind of like the straight man, you know, and stuff. And you have your [06:15.340 --> 06:19.320] jokes and everything. I mean, Tom is really a consummate professional. I mean, he did [06:19.320 --> 06:25.380] television for years. And he comes with a lot of really good analysis and angles. And [06:25.380 --> 06:32.260] I mean, you're good, too. We're all good. But I mean, Tom's kind of special, okay, in [06:32.260 --> 06:33.260] a good way. [06:33.260 --> 06:35.620] I really appreciate Tom and I learned from Tom. [06:35.620 --> 06:36.620] Yes, yes. [06:36.620 --> 06:38.820] Tom is the consummate pro. [06:38.820 --> 06:46.780] Oh, he really is. He really is. And I love the perspective that he comes from because [06:46.780 --> 06:57.000] he's been a long time kind of on the left, but not like this crazy left. I mean, more [06:57.000 --> 07:03.860] like classical liberalism, which is very close to libertarianism. And anyways, he comes with [07:03.860 --> 07:08.900] a lot of really, really good perspectives here. You know, one of the main points he's [07:08.900 --> 07:15.060] always bringing up is like, what's up with the pro-war left, you know, and stuff like [07:15.060 --> 07:16.060] that. [07:16.060 --> 07:21.820] But anyways, we're going to get into more analysis of the Michael Flynn situation. And [07:21.820 --> 07:29.880] I also want to get into analysis of the Roger Stone case as well when Tom joins us again. [07:29.880 --> 07:38.900] But first, I wanted to, and also all the political ramifications and moral ramifications, but [07:38.900 --> 07:47.380] during this first segment until Tom returns, I wanted to give an update on my analysis [07:47.380 --> 07:58.260] and perspective concerning the craziness going on with this coronavirus. [07:58.260 --> 08:04.860] At the beginning, according to the facts that I had seen that were presented to me, evidence [08:04.860 --> 08:12.020] presented to me, eyewitness testimonies that were told to me by people that I believe, [08:12.020 --> 08:18.780] that I have no reason to not believe. It seemed clear that, you know, we were potentially [08:18.780 --> 08:27.060] facing something extremely deadly and serious and dangerous. And that to prevent the hospitals [08:27.060 --> 08:33.820] from being overwhelmed, the infrastructure and having people dying in the parking lots, [08:33.820 --> 08:41.100] that it was a good idea for it to have this kind of lockdown for like a couple of weeks, [08:41.100 --> 08:45.980] you know, just a little bit of time, maybe a three or four week at the most, just to [08:45.980 --> 08:51.780] give the infrastructure time to catch up and get equipment and get their personnel in place, [08:51.780 --> 08:56.780] you know, so that the whole excuse, the whole reason from the beginning was so that the [08:56.780 --> 09:03.860] hospital infrastructure would not be overwhelmed and have people dying in the parking lot. [09:03.860 --> 09:13.620] This sounds reasonable, okay? But what ended up happening is somehow we have morphed into [09:13.620 --> 09:19.580] everyone has to be locked down until there's a vaccine. Okay? And Fauci even comes out [09:19.580 --> 09:25.300] and says everyone has to stay locked down until there's no new cases. Until there's [09:25.300 --> 09:32.660] no new cases? Is he insane? Okay? The guy needs to have his head checked. I don't think [09:32.660 --> 09:35.780] so. Okay, these people know what they're doing. The whole thing- [09:35.780 --> 09:38.420] Does that mean he's going to stop inventing cases? [09:38.420 --> 09:44.660] You know, the whole thing is insane. Okay? At this point now, it's clear that there's [09:44.660 --> 09:52.120] an agenda. They are pumping up the numbers. There's a financial incentive for the hospitals [09:52.120 --> 09:59.220] to say that people have tested positive. It's like they get $13,000 from the federal government [09:59.220 --> 10:05.060] for every positive test. They get like $37,000 from the federal government for every patient [10:05.060 --> 10:09.320] that gets put on a ventilator, even though they probably shouldn't be on ventilators [10:09.320 --> 10:16.260] because doctors have come out and found that what this really causes is altitude sickness, [10:16.260 --> 10:21.660] a form of altitude sickness that your lungs can't process oxygen. It's not pneumonia. [10:21.660 --> 10:27.760] Okay? Things like this, they get money to say they've died. In fact, I want to bring [10:27.760 --> 10:36.300] on a guest hopefully next week that is a- Did you hear about the guy who was skydiving [10:36.300 --> 10:38.060] and jumped out of the airplane and forgot his parachute? [10:38.060 --> 10:45.220] He forgot the parachute. He dies of coronavirus. Yes. Anybody, it's like it's crazy what's [10:45.220 --> 10:54.140] happening now. People that have heart conditions, cancer, this and that, they die of these things, [10:54.140 --> 11:00.100] but if they happen to test positive, then it's on the death certificate that they die [11:00.100 --> 11:08.500] of the coronavirus. And hopefully next week, I'm going to have a guest on who is a watchdog [11:08.500 --> 11:16.820] kind of whistleblower person who keeps an eye on the medical examiners, the county coroners, [11:16.820 --> 11:23.320] and there's evidence that they are being pressured to sign death certificates saying that people [11:23.320 --> 11:29.800] died of this thing that really didn't and without even testing and stuff like this. [11:29.800 --> 11:38.300] So it's clear that there's an agenda to gear everyone into taking this vaccine and to have [11:38.300 --> 11:45.880] your medical immunity ID card. Okay? And I've looked into this vaccine, this Bill Gates [11:45.880 --> 11:51.420] vaccine, and it's not a- And he talks about this like on mainstream media. It explains [11:51.420 --> 11:59.440] exactly what it is. It's not a traditional vaccine per se like they originally invented [11:59.440 --> 12:06.200] in like the 1700s or whatever where they have pieces of a dead virus to cause your body [12:06.200 --> 12:12.620] to build an antibody. That's not what this thing is. What it is is it's a laboratory [12:12.620 --> 12:25.020] engineered messenger RNA that reprograms your DNA of your cells to produce fragments of [12:25.020 --> 12:33.940] this so-called SARS virus that's also an engineered laboratory. And so the theory, the idea is [12:33.940 --> 12:39.740] that then your immune system will create antibodies to it. So they literally want to turn people [12:39.740 --> 12:46.860] into a virus factory. Okay? You know what? No, thank you. And in the first clinical trials [12:46.860 --> 12:54.540] of this thing, the very first person who took this, a woman died. Okay? And so they're gearing [12:54.540 --> 12:59.820] everybody towards- They want people social distancing so that people can't talk to each [12:59.820 --> 13:05.980] other and all the masks and everything like this. Everybody's scared. They're trying to [13:05.980 --> 13:10.820] control people by fear so that everyone can take this dangerous vaccine, which is going [13:10.820 --> 13:17.700] to have sterility agents in it and probably kill a lot of people. And you have to have [13:17.700 --> 13:23.220] the medical immunity ID card. Okay? We saw this from the beginning and now they're rolling [13:23.220 --> 13:29.940] it out. They're talking about it. And I have a feeling they're going to try to do things [13:29.940 --> 13:36.500] like, well, you don't have to have the medical ID card. We're not going to throw you in jail [13:36.500 --> 13:42.300] if you don't get it, but you won't be able to do things like get on a plane. Okay? Or [13:42.300 --> 13:49.060] maybe have a manicurist license or if you want to be a bartender or have any kind of [13:49.060 --> 13:55.540] business license unless you have this medical immunity ID card or maybe a passport or things [13:55.540 --> 14:00.680] like this. And they're rolling out the social credit system like they have in China and [14:00.680 --> 14:04.700] all these things. That's what they want to push off on us. That's where the whole thing [14:04.700 --> 14:12.820] is going. And now it's at the point where it's like they're laying off hospital workers. [14:12.820 --> 14:21.460] It's time to like, can everybody be normal again? All right? This is ridiculous now. [14:21.460 --> 14:28.500] And two months ago, it was March, April, May. Okay. Two months ago, I said, let's give this [14:28.500 --> 14:34.460] a couple of weeks. Let's see what happens. Because I had firsthand reports about hospitals [14:34.460 --> 14:40.300] in certain areas of Texas being set up in the park, tents being set up in the parking [14:40.300 --> 14:48.620] lots of the hospitals for overflow of patients. Okay. You know what? This is over now. Okay. [14:48.620 --> 14:53.060] It's turning out it's not as serious as they initially thought. It is very serious for [14:53.060 --> 14:59.180] some people, even young people, depending on what pharmaceuticals they've had, depending [14:59.180 --> 15:07.820] on how many vaccines they've had. As it turns out, if somebody's had a lot of vaccines, [15:07.820 --> 15:16.900] this is in laboratory studies. It's shown that this virus will make you even sicker, [15:16.900 --> 15:24.020] like exponentially. Okay. It overactivates your immune response. [15:24.020 --> 15:28.820] Totally overactivates it. The infection is not the problem. The immune [15:28.820 --> 15:34.180] response becomes the problem. And if you've had a lot of vaccines, then [15:34.180 --> 15:43.380] it's going to cause great immune system overreaction to the point of death. Fauci was even talking [15:43.380 --> 15:48.740] about this, even admitted it. Okay. So when people say, oh, a perfectly healthy young [15:48.740 --> 15:55.580] person died of this. Really? Were they perfectly healthy? Did they have asthma? How many prescription [15:55.580 --> 16:01.460] meds were they on? Were they on psychotropics? How many immunizations have they had? [16:01.460 --> 16:07.700] Yeah. How many vaccines did they have? Things like how much sleep did they have the night [16:07.700 --> 16:12.180] before they were exposed? Did they have a zinc deficiency? Did they have a vitamin D [16:12.180 --> 16:20.620] deficiency in all of these things? Okay. So I think it's time to start taking [16:20.620 --> 16:27.580] a closer look at these boss hog rogue public servants, specifically Sarah Eckhardt here [16:27.580 --> 16:34.540] in Travis County, who, as it turns out, is acting under color of law. She is running [16:34.540 --> 16:40.860] for Senate, for a state Senate office. She can't run for state Senate and be a county [16:40.860 --> 16:47.220] judge at the same time. She was supposed to resign several months ago. Okay. So it's like [16:47.220 --> 16:55.300] nothing she's ordering is even legit anyway. We're going to talk about that with our guests [16:55.300 --> 17:04.140] next week. In the meantime, we'll be right back with Tom Kiley. [17:04.140 --> 17:10.060] It's the 2019 Logos Radio Network annual fundraiser and gun giveaway sponsored by Central Texas [17:10.060 --> 17:16.500] Gunworks. [19:24.500 --> 19:31.500] We ask the question, don't wonder what they're hiding, they don't have the answer, open [19:33.260 --> 19:40.260] up the door. We ask the question, look what we get, and they don't have the answer, on [19:42.500 --> 19:47.500] slope and slippery slides. They might want both tissues passing, Lord, how they want [19:47.500 --> 19:54.500] to take it easy. They might want way too politically and them getting mad and angry. But them not [19:54.500 --> 20:00.500] standing up and fighting, fight for their freedom and be free. And they like them love [20:00.500 --> 20:07.500] slavery and get hand out from the government. We ask the question, don't wonder what they're [20:07.500 --> 20:17.500] hiding, they don't have the answer, open up the door. We ask the question, look what we [20:18.500 --> 20:25.500] get, and they don't have the answer, on slope and slippery slides. They might tear you, [20:25.500 --> 20:30.500] they might tear me, Lord, they might tear up the country. They might tear me, they might [20:30.500 --> 20:35.500] tear you, and they might tear up the country. They might tear up the constitution, they [20:35.500 --> 20:41.500] might rip it in three, then give a damn bout me. You know, see how this country, how them [20:41.500 --> 20:48.500] a lead we, them a lead we see. Like we blind and we crazy, them leading with destruction, [20:48.500 --> 20:53.500] you see. Nuclear weapon and big gun, them a point on the country island. [20:53.500 --> 20:58.500] Okay, we are back. This is the Rule of Law. Randy Kelton, Debra Stevens. We've got Brett [20:58.500 --> 21:04.500] Fountain. It is Thursday, May 14th, and we also have our special guest, Tom Kiley, who's [21:04.500 --> 21:11.500] also a host on this network. He does his show from 68 Central Time right before our show [21:11.500 --> 21:17.500] on Thursdays. And again, Randy and I were on his show for about an hour, and it was [21:17.500 --> 21:24.500] just fantastic. So now he's agreed to stay and be on our show. And we're going to do [21:24.500 --> 21:29.500] a recap of the Michael Flynn case and some of the ramifications, political and otherwise, [21:29.500 --> 21:35.500] and people standing up for the truth. And Randy, why don't you go ahead and introduce [21:35.500 --> 21:41.500] our guest and lead into kind of where we left off. And if you all want to recap the Michael [21:41.500 --> 21:43.500] Flynn stuff, that'd be great too. [21:43.500 --> 21:51.500] Okay. If you listen to my show and you find that I have a level of professionalism, I [21:51.500 --> 22:01.500] got that from Tom. I'm the legal guy. I'm an engineer and kind of a mechanic and I'm [22:01.500 --> 22:12.500] mechanical. I am not an artist. I'm just a slug. I listen to Tom and Tom is an artist [22:12.500 --> 22:21.500] and I've listened to his show and I take a lot from his show. When we were going out [22:21.500 --> 22:31.500] of his show, he referenced to the rape of truth. He has a way of structuring things [22:31.500 --> 22:37.500] that resonate in the mind of people. And we went on his show to talk about, they asked [22:37.500 --> 22:46.500] me to come on to talk about the legal part. But Tom, would you kind of give us synopsis [22:46.500 --> 22:51.500] of where we were? I want to keep going about Michael Flynn. [22:51.500 --> 22:57.500] Well, first of all, thank you very much. It's an honor to be on your great show. I used [22:57.500 --> 23:02.500] to listen to your show sometimes when I was through with mine and I just would marvel [23:02.500 --> 23:08.500] on your professionalism, both of you, and your repartee and your knowledge and how you [23:08.500 --> 23:13.500] brought the best out in each other and Randy's velvet tones. I mean, come on, we all have [23:13.500 --> 23:19.500] to acknowledge that. So thank you. And as far as my professionalism goes, I'll share [23:19.500 --> 23:24.500] with you a professional remark that I was feeling when you were saying that about me [23:24.500 --> 23:33.500] and it goes like this, I don't know how I could hear, that's from my professional when [23:33.500 --> 23:36.500] I hear something like that. So thank you very much. [23:36.500 --> 23:41.500] I asked Deborah and then Deborah spoke that maybe Randy could have a point of view on [23:41.500 --> 23:51.500] this. We've been so laden down with this coronavirus situation and the, I believe hoax response [23:51.500 --> 23:59.500] to it and it's just been blinding, glaring. And in the meanwhile, the Roman candle of [23:59.500 --> 24:04.500] the Michael Flynn case has been burning brightly and now finally the corona thing's dying [24:04.500 --> 24:10.500] down a little bit and we're back to Flynn and it's, in my opinion, huge in the news [24:10.500 --> 24:15.500] this last week. So I wanted to talk about it and it involves the law and it involves [24:15.500 --> 24:21.500] this crazy judge in Washington, Emmett Sullivan. And I thought I'd ask Deborah to come on [24:21.500 --> 24:27.500] and then that led to us having Randy come on and we were talking about the ramifications [24:27.500 --> 24:35.500] of what's going on. And I've been following this case for years. The mainstream media [24:35.500 --> 24:41.500] doesn't want to touch this even now with a 10 foot pole. There have been exceptions. [24:41.500 --> 24:46.500] The Sean Hannity show, as much as I've never really cared for him in the past, he has been [24:46.500 --> 24:53.500] spot on this for years now and a couple of his guests that he has on. And then he's introduced [24:53.500 --> 25:00.500] me to Flynn's new lawyer, a woman named Sidney Powell, who's just amazing. And she's turning [25:00.500 --> 25:09.500] this whole thing around because the FBI and the justice department set Flynn up to fail [25:09.500 --> 25:13.500] and they did everything they could. They knew the answers to all the questions they were [25:13.500 --> 25:17.500] asking him, pretended that they were trying to find out. He did nothing wrong and they [25:17.500 --> 25:24.500] tripped him up and they needed to start dragging down the Trump administration. And I think [25:24.500 --> 25:31.500] that in particular, they wanted to drag Flynn down really fast because Trump ran on getting [25:31.500 --> 25:35.500] us out of Syria and ending the wars in the Middle East and so forth. And Flynn knows [25:35.500 --> 25:40.500] how to do that. So they had to get rid of the globalists who want those wars and they [25:40.500 --> 25:44.500] had to get Flynn out of there right away. And plus, it looks bad for Trump. Look, there's [25:44.500 --> 25:49.500] this top guy and they didn't even last a week or whatever. And now it's all coming out. [25:49.500 --> 25:56.500] There was the exculpatory evidence was that the FBI themselves knew Flynn wasn't guilty [25:56.500 --> 26:04.500] and there's memos, there's texts, there's handwritten notes to this effect. And apparently [26:04.500 --> 26:10.740] it got out. Some people knew it. Flynn's original defense team seems to maybe have been rooting [26:10.740 --> 26:18.500] more for the crooked justice department that preceded the more straight one of Barr right [26:18.500 --> 26:25.980] now. And they ill-served him. So his new lawyer got this stuff to start coming out. And with [26:25.980 --> 26:34.100] the new justice department, after the compromise, in my opinion, Jeff Sessions, they're cleaning [26:34.100 --> 26:40.060] house and they recognize, the current justice department recognizes that there's no legitimate [26:40.060 --> 26:50.660] case against Flynn. And Flynn had been coerced by a crooked set of prosecutors to plead guilty. [26:50.660 --> 26:56.500] I believe he was coerced because his son was going to be punished with things, one of his [26:56.500 --> 27:03.300] partners. Plus, they were not truthful with Flynn about what they really had on him, which [27:03.300 --> 27:07.580] was nothing and they discussed that they had nothing and they were turning it into a case. [27:07.580 --> 27:12.900] So he pleaded guilty to protect his son. He didn't know everything that they had, which [27:12.900 --> 27:17.860] is another problem with his plea. You're supposed to know everything that's against you. And [27:17.860 --> 27:22.180] he got a new legal team that said, this is garbage. And they've been pressing to withdraw [27:22.180 --> 27:27.060] the plea. And now that the truth is coming out in spades, the justice department, in [27:27.060 --> 27:30.740] my opinion, did the right thing and has stepped back and said, we're not gonna run this case [27:30.740 --> 27:36.940] anymore. We're gonna drop this case. And this crazy judge doesn't want them to do it. He's [27:36.940 --> 27:41.860] acting very politically and that's how we came in. I'm sorry to be so long winded. Is [27:41.860 --> 27:42.860] that about it? [27:42.860 --> 27:51.900] That's about it. It goes to the thing we talk about a lot on this show. You will never win [27:51.900 --> 27:57.660] your case simply because you have the law and the facts on your side. To think so is [27:57.660 --> 28:04.620] naive. You'll win your case if you have the politics on your side. And that's what the [28:04.620 --> 28:11.180] Flynn case is all about. It has nothing to do with the law and the facts. It has to do [28:11.180 --> 28:17.580] with politics. And that's what Tom is especially good at. [28:17.580 --> 28:21.880] Well, the political sands are shifting too, right in the middle of the case, which I think [28:21.880 --> 28:24.900] is to your point. [28:24.900 --> 28:32.860] It's always the problem that the bad guys have. The winds of politics shift and change [28:32.860 --> 28:44.060] constantly. So if you think you are in a great political position and you can pull all these [28:44.060 --> 28:54.060] shyster shenanigans, you have to look six months a year in front of you. Are these shenanigans [28:54.060 --> 29:02.500] going to stand up six months or a year down the road? It is my opinion that Trump is a [29:02.500 --> 29:09.700] lot smarter than I gave him credit for. He knew most of this information a couple of [29:09.700 --> 29:18.300] years ago, but he wasn't actively defending himself. And we have a rule, never interfere [29:18.300 --> 29:25.220] with someone who is screwing up. And Trump didn't interfere with the Democrats when they [29:25.220 --> 29:30.420] were screwed up. He let them screw up all they wanted to. And I did a show on Pastor [29:30.420 --> 29:37.700] Message Network and said that just before the election, Trump's going to start trickling [29:37.700 --> 29:45.220] out all this information that he already knew. That I see is exactly what's happening. [29:45.220 --> 29:50.580] Hang on, we're going to our sponsors, Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain, Debra Stevens, Wheel [29:50.580 --> 29:58.180] of Law Radio. I'll call in number 512-646-1984. I'm not going to open up the phones just yet. [29:58.180 --> 30:02.140] Just hang on. We'll be right back. [30:02.140 --> 30:06.620] Businesses ask you for a lot of personal information and you may trust them to keep it safe. But [30:06.620 --> 30:11.380] it turns out that even the most trusted companies may be unwittingly revealing your secrets. [30:11.380 --> 30:16.180] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht and I'll be right back with details. [30:16.180 --> 30:20.540] Privacy is under attack. When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back [30:20.540 --> 30:26.140] again. And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too. [30:26.140 --> 30:32.300] So protect your rights, say no to surveillance and keep your information to yourself. Privacy, [30:32.300 --> 30:37.460] it's worth hanging on to. This public service announcement is brought to you by StartPage.com, [30:37.460 --> 30:44.460] your private search engine alternative to Google, Yahoo and Bing. Start over with StartPage. [30:45.420 --> 30:50.180] Data privacy is a big deal, so nearly every company has a policy explaining how they handle [30:50.180 --> 30:55.740] your personal information. But what happens if it escapes their control? It's not an idle [30:55.740 --> 31:00.680] question. According to a recent survey, a shocking 90% of U.S. companies admit their [31:00.680 --> 31:05.660] security was breached by hackers in the last year. That's one more reason you should trust [31:05.660 --> 31:11.260] your searches to StartPage.com. Unlike other search engines, StartPage doesn't store any [31:11.260 --> 31:15.180] data on you. They've never been hacked, but even if they were, there would be nothing [31:15.180 --> 31:19.900] for criminals to see. The cupboard would be bare. Too bad other companies don't treat [31:19.900 --> 31:26.900] your data the same way. I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht. More news and information at CatherineAlbrecht.com. [31:26.900 --> 31:33.900] I lost my son. My nephew. My uncle. My son. On September 11, 2001. Most people don't know [31:36.540 --> 31:42.260] that a third tower fell on September 11. World Trade Center 7, a 47-story skyscraper, was [31:42.260 --> 31:46.980] not hit by a plane. Although the official explanation is that fire brought down Building [31:46.980 --> 31:51.720] 7. Over 1,200 architects and engineers have looked into the evidence and believe there [31:51.720 --> 31:58.380] is more to the story. Bring justice to my son. My uncle. My nephew. My son. Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain, Debra Stevens, Real Law Radio [34:49.700 --> 34:52.700] Here with our very special guest, Tom Kiley [34:52.700 --> 34:56.700] And we were talking about the Michael Flynn case [34:56.700 --> 35:01.700] And Tom, you want to address that? [35:01.700 --> 35:05.700] Yeah, Randy, I was listening to your commentary before [35:05.700 --> 35:09.700] And you made a very good point about the political aspects of a case [35:09.700 --> 35:12.700] Often are what wins or loses the day [35:12.700 --> 35:20.700] And I'll agree, however, the political aspects in this case are very interesting [35:20.700 --> 35:23.700] Because they were from the get-go based on a lie [35:23.700 --> 35:29.700] Okay, I think it's one thing to have your politics based on the truth [35:29.700 --> 35:33.700] And something that people believe in and can get behind [35:33.700 --> 35:41.700] It's another thing entirely when you've fabricated a case to impersonate that [35:41.700 --> 35:48.700] You fabricated a case that would under normal circumstances raise people's righteous indignation [35:48.700 --> 35:50.700] But it's not true [35:50.700 --> 35:55.700] And then when the people start to find out what you've done to them [35:55.700 --> 35:58.700] The sands of politics can shift greatly [35:58.700 --> 36:01.700] And I think that's what we see happening for years [36:01.700 --> 36:03.700] We've been told there was Russia collusion [36:03.700 --> 36:05.700] People like Flynn were involved [36:05.700 --> 36:08.700] And in the end, there's no there there [36:08.700 --> 36:13.700] Not only that, I mean, you know, people couldn't bring prosecution against anybody [36:13.700 --> 36:15.700] Or I shouldn't say against Trump anyway [36:15.700 --> 36:18.700] And then now the back papers start to come out [36:18.700 --> 36:20.700] Where you see where they were laughing about it [36:20.700 --> 36:22.700] They knew it was a lie [36:22.700 --> 36:25.700] And they could get away with it primarily because of the media [36:25.700 --> 36:30.700] So to that point you made before about the political aspects of the case [36:30.700 --> 36:32.700] We're seeing a real flip-flop now [36:32.700 --> 36:38.700] The balance is, I think as you rightly point out, heavily shifting now towards Donald Trump [36:38.700 --> 36:42.700] When this started, I looked at this and said [36:42.700 --> 36:50.700] Trump has to know about all of this collusion and all of these shenanigans [36:50.700 --> 36:53.700] But he's not raising an issue [36:53.700 --> 37:01.700] And it is my opinion that he didn't go to these issues originally [37:01.700 --> 37:08.700] Because he knew he had a Republican Senate who would never impeach him [37:08.700 --> 37:13.700] And I do a show with Pastor Massad on Mondays [37:13.700 --> 37:18.700] And on that show I said, Trump's setting these guys up [37:18.700 --> 37:20.700] He said, they're not getting it [37:20.700 --> 37:24.700] He has a lot of arguments he could bring and he's not bringing them [37:24.700 --> 37:28.700] And I have this rule, never interfere with someone when they're screwing up [37:28.700 --> 37:31.700] And I saw Trump doing exactly that [37:31.700 --> 37:34.700] And I told the pastor, he's setting these guys up [37:34.700 --> 37:38.700] And I guarantee you, just before the election [37:38.700 --> 37:41.700] All this stuff will start coming out [37:41.700 --> 37:48.700] And lo and behold, they didn't get their impeachment [37:48.700 --> 37:53.700] And when they didn't get their impeachment, the tide started turning [37:53.700 --> 37:59.700] And Trump started bringing out pieces of what he knew was going on [37:59.700 --> 38:01.700] He brought out the Flynn issue [38:01.700 --> 38:04.700] The Flynn issue is now in the news [38:04.700 --> 38:07.700] He's got a lot more [38:07.700 --> 38:11.700] And he's feeding it out a little at a time [38:11.700 --> 38:17.700] I think they got an adversary they grossly underestimated [38:17.700 --> 38:23.700] And I just saw a reference to a prediction that the next election [38:23.700 --> 38:27.700] Would be the biggest landslide in the history of the United States [38:27.700 --> 38:33.700] And there's precedent for this as well [38:33.700 --> 38:35.700] Now, I didn't like Ronald Reagan [38:35.700 --> 38:37.700] I voted against him, I didn't like that he won [38:37.700 --> 38:38.700] But you know what? [38:38.700 --> 38:40.700] Okay, I stepped back [38:40.700 --> 38:42.700] I didn't interfere [38:42.700 --> 38:46.700] Shame on me, we should have a better candidate next time [38:46.700 --> 38:49.700] And the press was vicious against Ronald Reagan [38:49.700 --> 38:51.700] And he won in a landslide [38:51.700 --> 38:52.700] Okay, which wasn't supposed to happen [38:52.700 --> 38:54.700] And I think that the same thing could happen here [38:54.700 --> 38:56.700] To your point about Trump [38:56.700 --> 39:00.700] First of all, they like to say Trump doesn't have any [39:00.700 --> 39:03.700] They like to say that Trump doesn't have any restraint [39:03.700 --> 39:05.700] You know, he just doesn't have a filter [39:05.700 --> 39:06.700] He says whatever he thinks [39:06.700 --> 39:08.700] I think Trump, to your point Randy [39:08.700 --> 39:11.700] Has exercised great restraint during this [39:11.700 --> 39:13.700] By holding back [39:13.700 --> 39:17.700] Like you say, don't get in the way when your enemy is shooting himself in the head [39:17.700 --> 39:18.700] Or the foot or whatever [39:18.700 --> 39:20.700] You know, just let him do it [39:20.700 --> 39:23.700] It is so routine as far as I'm concerned [39:23.700 --> 39:24.700] And certain people I know [39:24.700 --> 39:27.700] That we describe it as the roadrunner and the coyote [39:27.700 --> 39:29.700] Alright? [39:29.700 --> 39:31.700] The coyote gets Acme Anvil [39:31.700 --> 39:33.700] And he sets it up on the rope [39:33.700 --> 39:34.700] And the roadrunner runs by [39:34.700 --> 39:36.700] And he looks up to see what happened [39:36.700 --> 39:38.700] And there it is coming down on his own head [39:38.700 --> 39:40.700] He gets Acme rocket roller skates [39:40.700 --> 39:42.700] And the roadrunner comes by [39:42.700 --> 39:43.700] And he lights him up [39:43.700 --> 39:44.700] And he goes [39:44.700 --> 39:45.700] And he's catching up to the roadrunner [39:45.700 --> 39:46.700] Catching up to the roadrunner [39:46.700 --> 39:47.700] And then he goes shooting over the cliff [39:47.700 --> 39:50.700] I mean, the Democrats seem to be doing this all the time [39:50.700 --> 39:53.700] And Trump just does it ole at the end [39:53.700 --> 39:57.700] And this has been going on since Mueller [39:57.700 --> 40:03.700] Let me express my dismay [40:03.700 --> 40:06.700] You know, I'm not a Democrat or a Republican [40:06.700 --> 40:08.700] I've always been an independent [40:08.700 --> 40:12.700] And I hate ad hominem attacks [40:12.700 --> 40:14.700] I don't pay any attention to those [40:14.700 --> 40:16.700] I'm looking at the Democrats [40:16.700 --> 40:18.700] And I'm thinking [40:18.700 --> 40:21.700] What are you thinking? [40:21.700 --> 40:25.700] How can you be following this path [40:25.700 --> 40:29.700] When it's so outrageous? [40:29.700 --> 40:34.700] Can you imagine that the American public [40:34.700 --> 40:38.700] Is so dim-witted [40:38.700 --> 40:40.700] That they won't recognize [40:40.700 --> 40:43.700] That what you're doing is outrageous [40:43.700 --> 40:47.700] That they're running Biden for president [40:47.700 --> 40:49.700] You know, I've had people [40:49.700 --> 40:51.700] Send me stuff and say, [40:51.700 --> 40:54.700] Oh, Biden, he's not competent [40:54.700 --> 40:58.700] He's got dementia [40:58.700 --> 41:01.700] And I was insulted by that [41:01.700 --> 41:04.700] I don't like ad hominem attacks [41:04.700 --> 41:08.700] Even if they're against someone that I don't agree with [41:08.700 --> 41:10.700] And then you watch Biden [41:10.700 --> 41:11.700] I'm insulted by that [41:11.700 --> 41:13.700] And then I watched Biden [41:13.700 --> 41:16.700] And I said, Holy crap [41:16.700 --> 41:19.700] What is wrong with the Democrats? [41:19.700 --> 41:20.700] Are you crazy? [41:20.700 --> 41:22.700] You're gonna kill this guy [41:22.700 --> 41:24.700] He really does have dementia [41:24.700 --> 41:26.700] He is not healthy [41:26.700 --> 41:29.700] How can you put this guy up for president? [41:29.700 --> 41:32.700] Randy, we think he's a stand-in [41:32.700 --> 41:35.700] That's what I'm afraid of [41:35.700 --> 41:38.700] They're gonna roll out Cuomo [41:38.700 --> 41:41.700] Or Clinton or somebody at the last minute [41:41.700 --> 41:43.700] When Clinton got into the presidency [41:43.700 --> 41:45.700] He had dark brown hair [41:45.700 --> 41:47.700] He got out, it was white [41:47.700 --> 41:49.700] Look at every president [41:49.700 --> 41:51.700] They get out, their hair's white [41:51.700 --> 41:54.700] This is a hard job [41:54.700 --> 41:56.700] And the Democrats [41:56.700 --> 41:59.700] Of all the people they have [41:59.700 --> 42:03.700] Is the only guy they can put in front of the Democrats [42:03.700 --> 42:08.700] Someone who is clearly suffering from dementia [42:08.700 --> 42:10.700] This will kill him [42:10.700 --> 42:14.700] You're assuming that he's the intended nominee [42:14.700 --> 42:16.700] There's two things I'd like to say if I may [42:16.700 --> 42:17.700] Number one [42:17.700 --> 42:20.700] The Democratic process is not to be trusted right now [42:20.700 --> 42:22.700] It produced Sanders [42:22.700 --> 42:23.700] It produced Trump [42:23.700 --> 42:25.700] It produced Brexit [42:25.700 --> 42:29.700] It almost produced Le Pen in France [42:29.700 --> 42:32.700] So we can't let the people vote anymore [42:32.700 --> 42:34.700] So the people we want are being shot down [42:34.700 --> 42:36.700] So let's find a stand-in [42:36.700 --> 42:38.700] Who's gonna crush all the other people [42:38.700 --> 42:40.700] And at the very end [42:40.700 --> 42:42.700] We can show he's demented or whatever [42:42.700 --> 42:44.700] And then after the Democratic process is over [42:44.700 --> 42:46.700] We insert the person that we really want [42:46.700 --> 42:48.700] Without ever having to have that person [42:48.700 --> 42:50.700] Be voted upon in a primary [42:50.700 --> 42:53.700] I think that's the goal with Biden [42:53.700 --> 42:56.700] That was exactly my concern [42:56.700 --> 42:59.700] I'm not a genius [42:59.700 --> 43:01.700] But I'm an older guy [43:01.700 --> 43:03.700] I've been around a while [43:03.700 --> 43:07.700] And I look at Biden and I see something is terribly wrong [43:07.700 --> 43:10.700] Someone sent me a video of Biden [43:10.700 --> 43:13.700] And they show him putting his arm around [43:13.700 --> 43:15.700] Eight or nine year old children [43:15.700 --> 43:18.700] And it looks inappropriate [43:18.700 --> 43:22.700] And he touches their face in an odd way [43:22.700 --> 43:24.700] And I looked at that and I said [43:24.700 --> 43:26.700] This is not sexual [43:26.700 --> 43:35.700] This is someone who is losing contact with situational awareness [43:35.700 --> 43:39.700] Randy, he's been doing that for decades [43:39.700 --> 43:41.700] It may be, but this is [43:41.700 --> 43:43.700] I didn't see anything sexual [43:43.700 --> 43:45.700] Dude, he's a pedo [43:45.700 --> 43:47.700] They all are [43:47.700 --> 43:49.700] No, hold on, that's not what I saw [43:49.700 --> 43:51.700] All those bad guys are pedos, come on [43:51.700 --> 43:53.700] He wasn't touching them [43:53.700 --> 43:56.700] Okay, look, we're about to fall off the cliff again [43:56.700 --> 44:21.700] We're going off the cliff [44:21.700 --> 44:37.700] Well, I'm glad you asked [44:37.700 --> 44:39.700] Now, when you order anything from Amazon [44:39.700 --> 44:43.700] You use that link and Logos gets a few pesos [44:43.700 --> 44:44.700] Do I pay extra? [44:44.700 --> 44:45.700] No [44:45.700 --> 44:47.700] Do I have to do anything different when I order? [44:47.700 --> 44:48.700] No [44:48.700 --> 44:49.700] Can I use my Amazon Prime? [44:49.700 --> 44:50.700] No [44:50.700 --> 44:53.700] Wow, giving without doing anything or spending any money [44:53.700 --> 44:55.700] This is perfect [44:55.700 --> 44:56.700] Thank you so much [44:56.700 --> 44:57.700] You're welcome [44:57.700 --> 45:00.700] Happy holidays, Logos [45:00.700 --> 45:03.700] Are you the plaintiff or defendant in a lawsuit? [48:09.700 --> 48:12.700] Yeah, not everybody agrees with me [48:12.700 --> 48:14.700] And Deborah is one of them [48:14.700 --> 48:18.700] It's not just that he is suffering from dementia [48:18.700 --> 48:23.700] And losing his focus on situational awareness [48:23.700 --> 48:28.700] He's touching an 8-year-old the way he would touch a 2-year-old [48:28.700 --> 48:34.700] No, he's touching an 8-year-old the way he would touch an 18-year-old, okay? [48:34.700 --> 48:36.700] Listen, listen, listen [48:36.700 --> 48:38.700] No, when he puts his hand on their face [48:38.700 --> 48:41.700] You do that to a 1 or 2-year-old [48:41.700 --> 48:42.700] You don't do that to an 8-year-old [48:42.700 --> 48:43.700] You do that to a lover [48:43.700 --> 48:47.700] Randy, listen, can we not spend the whole rest of the show about Biden [48:47.700 --> 48:49.700] No, I was going to go to you [48:49.700 --> 48:50.700] You don't agree with me [48:50.700 --> 48:52.700] You think something else is going on here [48:52.700 --> 48:54.700] Listen, listen, listen [48:54.700 --> 48:57.700] The guy's clearly losing his mind, dementia, whatever [48:57.700 --> 48:59.700] He can hardly string two words together [48:59.700 --> 49:04.700] He forgot the name of the virus is coronavirus or COVID or whatever [49:04.700 --> 49:06.700] He's losing it, obviously [49:06.700 --> 49:11.700] But this business about him being all over young girls [49:11.700 --> 49:17.700] Anywhere from 2 to 32 to 52 sniffing their hair [49:17.700 --> 49:21.700] Running his hands sensually down their backs [49:21.700 --> 49:26.700] And grabbing butts of young children and 14-year-olds and stuff [49:26.700 --> 49:29.700] I'm sorry, this has been going on for decades and decades and decades [49:29.700 --> 49:30.700] Before he ever got dementia [49:30.700 --> 49:35.700] No one can tell me the guy is not a total pedo perv, okay? [49:35.700 --> 49:37.700] They call him Sloppy Joe [49:37.700 --> 49:38.700] They call him Creepy Uncle Joe [49:38.700 --> 49:40.700] I've had enough with this guy, okay? [49:40.700 --> 49:45.700] And furthermore, like we were saying before the break [49:45.700 --> 49:48.700] They're putting him out there as a stand-in [49:48.700 --> 49:54.700] To make all the Democrats, most of them that I know, are totally disgusted with the guy [49:54.700 --> 49:57.700] How could he ever, ever beat Trump? [49:57.700 --> 49:59.700] You know what, part of I think this whole coronavirus hoax [49:59.700 --> 50:01.700] And all the lockdowns [50:01.700 --> 50:04.700] They had to stop all of Trump's rallies [50:04.700 --> 50:07.700] We would have like 50, 60, 70 thousand people packing a stadium [50:07.700 --> 50:11.700] And they could never put this idiot Biden [50:11.700 --> 50:15.700] Well, you know, maybe used to not be an idiot [50:15.700 --> 50:18.700] But he's a totally, his mind is mush now [50:18.700 --> 50:22.700] On stage, Trump would absolutely obliterate this guy [50:22.700 --> 50:24.700] And mop the floor with him in any kind of debate [50:24.700 --> 50:28.700] He wouldn't even be able to answer the question or keep track of the conversation, okay? [50:28.700 --> 50:30.700] He's obviously a stand-in, alright? [50:30.700 --> 50:33.700] And furthermore, regarding the pedo stuff [50:33.700 --> 50:40.700] It is well known that all of the secret society and the shadow government cabal [50:40.700 --> 50:43.700] They're all into pedophilia [50:43.700 --> 50:48.700] And the sex trafficking ring, human trafficking of children [50:48.700 --> 50:51.700] That's what the whole Epstein thing was about, okay? [50:51.700 --> 50:57.700] Epstein was the guy who had the blackmail goods on all of them, okay? [50:57.700 --> 51:00.700] And furthermore, I want to put a cap on this [51:00.700 --> 51:02.700] And then we're going to go back to Tom [51:02.700 --> 51:06.700] The reason I'm talking about this is because one of the reasons [51:06.700 --> 51:11.700] That they are so hardcore against getting rid of Trump [51:11.700 --> 51:16.700] Under any circumstances is because when he got into office [51:16.700 --> 51:21.700] He started giving the green light to state and local [51:21.700 --> 51:25.700] Municipal and county law enforcement all over the country [51:25.700 --> 51:29.700] To bust these pedo rings everywhere, okay? [51:29.700 --> 51:33.700] It used to be for decades and decades under the Clintons and the Bushes [51:33.700 --> 51:35.700] And the Obamas and everything [51:35.700 --> 51:40.700] Whenever state and local law enforcement would try to bust these pedophilia rings [51:40.700 --> 51:43.700] The feds would come in and tell them [51:43.700 --> 51:49.700] No, these are our guys, look the other way or you'll never see your kids again [51:49.700 --> 51:53.700] We'll take them and all the CPS services are all part of it [51:53.700 --> 51:57.700] I'm not saying every single person that works for CPS is in on it, okay? [51:57.700 --> 51:59.700] It's compartmentalization [51:59.700 --> 52:03.700] Only the ones in certain positions that need to know are part of it [52:03.700 --> 52:09.700] The whole thing about taking all the kids to get them into human trafficking [52:09.700 --> 52:12.700] The pedo trafficking rings worldwide [52:12.700 --> 52:16.700] And Trump is busting the pedo rings [52:16.700 --> 52:20.700] Or he's given the green light for the state and local law enforcement [52:20.700 --> 52:22.700] To bust these pedo rings [52:22.700 --> 52:28.700] And they don't like that because it's working its way up the chain [52:28.700 --> 52:30.700] It got all the way to Epstein [52:30.700 --> 52:33.700] And I'm not totally convinced that he's dead either [52:33.700 --> 52:36.700] And Tom has a lot of really good reasons for that too [52:36.700 --> 52:39.700] He's a known CIA and Mossad asset [52:39.700 --> 52:44.700] And just like Timothy McVeigh, who I personally know someone who attended [52:44.700 --> 52:48.700] His so-called execution said they don't believe that he was executed [52:48.700 --> 52:51.700] They just put a hood over his head and said, okay, the guy's dead [52:51.700 --> 52:55.700] There he had plastic surgery, cosmetic plastic surgery [52:55.700 --> 52:58.700] Cosmetic dental surgery, removing moles, removing tattoos [52:58.700 --> 53:00.700] Changing the appearance of his face [53:00.700 --> 53:04.700] You don't do that to a standard army person, okay? [53:04.700 --> 53:06.700] He was clearly an asset [53:06.700 --> 53:10.700] And the reason that they have to fake people's deaths like that [53:10.700 --> 53:13.700] I mean, because the question is, why not just do away with them? [53:13.700 --> 53:16.700] Wouldn't it be easier just to off them? No [53:16.700 --> 53:17.700] And I'll tell you why [53:17.700 --> 53:20.700] Because if word gets around in the intelligence communities [53:20.700 --> 53:24.700] That they're going to turn on their assets and throw them under the bus [53:24.700 --> 53:26.700] Then no one will work for them anymore [53:26.700 --> 53:31.700] Okay, so all these bustings of these pitot rings made it all the way up to Epstein [53:31.700 --> 53:33.700] Somehow he got secreted away [53:33.700 --> 53:34.700] That's what Tom and I think [53:34.700 --> 53:36.700] But that, I'm just making a point [53:36.700 --> 53:43.700] Yes, multiple, going through multiple international witness protection identity change programs [53:43.700 --> 53:45.700] And who knows where they are now [53:45.700 --> 53:47.700] But the bottom [53:47.700 --> 53:49.700] On an island drinking Corona [53:49.700 --> 53:50.700] Yes, yes [53:50.700 --> 53:52.700] And so the bottom line is [53:52.700 --> 53:56.700] The reason that I'm putting a cap on this Biden thing [53:56.700 --> 53:57.700] And this pitot thing [53:57.700 --> 54:02.700] Is because that is a primary reason why they're going after Trump [54:02.700 --> 54:04.700] Because it all boils down [54:04.700 --> 54:08.700] That is like their sacrament, okay? [54:08.700 --> 54:11.700] Is this children trafficking [54:11.700 --> 54:14.700] So on that note [54:14.700 --> 54:16.700] I'm going to leave this Biden thing [54:16.700 --> 54:19.700] Because the guy's not even worth talking about anymore [54:19.700 --> 54:24.700] Tom, you had some things that you wanted to [54:24.700 --> 54:28.700] Sure, if I may not necessarily speak of Biden directly [54:28.700 --> 54:29.700] No, that's fine [54:29.700 --> 54:31.700] The Biden mechanism, okay [54:31.700 --> 54:33.700] Again, they need [54:33.700 --> 54:36.700] The people can't be trusted [54:36.700 --> 54:39.700] They'll elect Bernie, they'll elect Trump [54:39.700 --> 54:41.700] That has to be broken [54:41.700 --> 54:48.700] So you throw somebody in there who can defeat the people in the primaries [54:48.700 --> 54:50.700] Not necessarily who could defeat Trump [54:50.700 --> 54:53.700] And then at the end, you try to switcheroo at the very end, okay? [54:53.700 --> 54:56.700] Now, why Biden? [54:56.700 --> 54:59.700] Because all the propaganda is Trump's an idiot [54:59.700 --> 55:00.700] Trump's a buffoon [55:00.700 --> 55:01.700] Trump's not stately [55:01.700 --> 55:03.700] Trump's not presidential [55:03.700 --> 55:05.700] Trump doesn't have experience [55:05.700 --> 55:08.700] Neither does Kamala Harris or Cory Booker [55:08.700 --> 55:09.700] They're young people, right? [55:09.700 --> 55:12.700] Who? Ah, Joe Biden is stately [55:12.700 --> 55:14.700] He's an old timer [55:14.700 --> 55:17.700] So that was the whole reason why [55:17.700 --> 55:21.700] The reason behind Biden is that he was what Trump was not [55:21.700 --> 55:23.700] Okay, that he had all this experience in the White House [55:23.700 --> 55:25.700] In the Senate [55:25.700 --> 55:26.700] Like that [55:26.700 --> 55:29.700] And then he opens his mouth and everybody sees what's going on [55:29.700 --> 55:30.700] So number one [55:30.700 --> 55:31.700] Number two [55:31.700 --> 55:34.700] To the point about pedophilia, okay [55:34.700 --> 55:37.700] It's the gold standard [55:37.700 --> 55:40.700] When you want to own people, okay? [55:40.700 --> 55:42.700] And when you want to own politicians [55:42.700 --> 55:45.700] When you want to own the heads of corporations [55:45.700 --> 55:51.700] When you want to own music or movie stars [55:51.700 --> 55:55.700] Who can bring in tons and tons of money, okay? [55:55.700 --> 55:57.700] That's the gold standard [55:57.700 --> 56:00.700] It used to be homosexuality [56:00.700 --> 56:02.700] Infidelity [56:02.700 --> 56:04.700] A drinking problem [56:04.700 --> 56:06.700] A gambling problem [56:06.700 --> 56:08.700] All that stuff's passe now [56:08.700 --> 56:11.700] In the world of relative morality [56:11.700 --> 56:12.700] Okay, who cares? [56:12.700 --> 56:16.700] You know, politicians have been buried two, three, four times, okay? [56:16.700 --> 56:18.700] It's no big deal that they get caught now [56:18.700 --> 56:20.700] That used to back in the 50s [56:20.700 --> 56:23.700] Oh my god, they got the pictures of an affair [56:23.700 --> 56:24.700] What? [56:24.700 --> 56:26.700] Not with pedophilia [56:26.700 --> 56:27.700] Uh-uh [56:27.700 --> 56:30.700] That's still where you draw the line, okay? [56:30.700 --> 56:33.700] You're talking to a grandpa here [56:33.700 --> 56:34.700] Well, I'm telling you [56:34.700 --> 56:36.700] It's never going to be acceptable [56:36.700 --> 56:37.700] That's correct [56:37.700 --> 56:39.700] It is the gold standard [56:39.700 --> 56:42.700] Thank goodness at least we still hold that line, okay? [56:42.700 --> 56:44.700] They're trying to get rid of it, you know [56:44.700 --> 56:48.700] But even Justice Ginsburg once said, you know [56:48.700 --> 56:53.700] Maybe we should consider lowering the age of consent to 14 or 12 or something [56:53.700 --> 56:55.700] But that's a whole other story [56:55.700 --> 56:58.700] All right, so that's what pedophilia is about [56:58.700 --> 57:00.700] It's the only thing they got left, okay? [57:00.700 --> 57:02.700] And they get these people at parties [57:02.700 --> 57:05.700] And they get them drunk, drugged up [57:05.700 --> 57:07.700] And they have, you know, they have prostitutes [57:07.700 --> 57:09.700] You know, then they get younger and younger [57:09.700 --> 57:10.700] And they got it all on tape [57:10.700 --> 57:12.700] And now you own somebody for the rest of their life [57:12.700 --> 57:13.700] And that's what Epstein was all about [57:13.700 --> 57:15.700] And Debra's absolutely right [57:15.700 --> 57:17.700] You can't just take a guy like that out [57:17.700 --> 57:19.700] Your top agent [57:19.700 --> 57:22.700] You can't take out 007 in front of everybody [57:22.700 --> 57:25.700] 008 and 009 are going to say, hey, I'm going to be next [57:25.700 --> 57:26.700] Why should I work for you people? [57:26.700 --> 57:33.700] Notice how nothing has been discussed about Epstein since [57:33.700 --> 57:37.700] Nothing has come out in the so-called lame stream media [57:37.700 --> 57:40.700] About any of the tapes he's confiscated [57:40.700 --> 57:42.700] Tapes that have been confiscated [57:42.700 --> 57:50.700] Or records of which politicians and corporate leaders were in on all of this [57:50.700 --> 57:53.700] Okay, very, very few, all right [57:53.700 --> 57:55.700] Because it's still usable [57:55.700 --> 58:00.700] Because it's because, yes, of course, of course [58:00.700 --> 58:05.700] So if I can also speak to a question that Randy raised in the previous segment [58:05.700 --> 58:07.700] Actually, we don't have that much time in this one [58:07.700 --> 58:10.700] If I could answer the question maybe next segment, Randy [58:10.700 --> 58:12.700] What are the Democrats thinking? [58:12.700 --> 58:14.700] How could they go along with this? [58:14.700 --> 58:15.700] How could they believe this stuff? [58:15.700 --> 58:19.700] I have an answer, but I don't want you all to go off the cliff [58:19.700 --> 58:22.700] Okay, I'll pick that up on the other side [58:22.700 --> 58:28.700] Because I don't like ad hominem arguments, arguments off topic [58:28.700 --> 58:35.700] I like to look at what the parties are claiming [58:35.700 --> 58:41.700] And when I look at the Democrats, I'm, this question is, what are you thinking? [58:41.700 --> 58:42.700] Is this the best you've got? [58:42.700 --> 58:43.700] I can tell you that in the next segment [58:43.700 --> 58:47.700] And when we come back on the other side, I will go to that with Tom [58:47.700 --> 58:49.700] Randy Cohen, Brett Fountain, we'll be right back [58:49.700 --> 58:53.700] The Bible remains the most popular book in the world [58:53.700 --> 58:57.700] Yet countless readers are frustrated because they struggle War I Preparedness Day parade [01:00:57.700 --> 01:00:59.700] Killing 10 and injuring 40 [01:00:59.700 --> 01:01:00.700] Today in history [01:01:00.700 --> 01:01:05.700] In recent news [01:01:05.700 --> 01:01:08.700] Since Governor Greg Abbott signed House Bill 1325 [01:01:08.700 --> 01:01:10.700] Legalizing hemp into Texas law back in June [01:01:10.700 --> 01:01:12.700] County prosecutors around the state [01:01:12.700 --> 01:01:14.700] Including Houston, Austin and San Antonio [01:01:14.700 --> 01:01:16.700] Have been dropping marijuana possession charges [01:01:16.700 --> 01:01:18.700] And even refusing to file new ones [01:01:18.700 --> 01:01:21.700] Since they are stipulating that they do not have the time [01:01:21.700 --> 01:01:24.700] Or the laboratory equipment to test the herb for THC [01:01:24.700 --> 01:01:26.700] Margaret Moore, the Travis County District Attorney [01:01:26.700 --> 01:01:28.700] Announced earlier this month [01:01:28.700 --> 01:01:30.700] That she was dismissing 32 felony possession [01:01:30.700 --> 01:01:32.700] And delivery of marijuana cases [01:01:32.700 --> 01:01:33.700] Because of the law [01:01:33.700 --> 01:01:35.700] Mr. Abbott and other state officials [01:01:35.700 --> 01:01:37.700] Including the Attorney General stipulated in a letter [01:01:37.700 --> 01:01:39.700] To county district attorneys back on Thursday [01:01:39.700 --> 01:01:42.700] That marijuana has not been decriminalized in Texas [01:01:42.700 --> 01:01:45.700] And that these actions demonstrate a misunderstanding [01:01:45.700 --> 01:01:47.700] Of how HB 1325 works [01:01:47.700 --> 01:01:49.700] As well as other cities too [01:01:49.700 --> 01:01:51.700] Like the district attorney in El Paso [01:01:51.700 --> 01:01:54.700] Jaime Esparza, a Democrat [01:01:54.700 --> 01:01:56.700] Who also stated earlier this month that [01:01:56.700 --> 01:01:58.700] The law, quote, will not have an effect [01:01:58.700 --> 01:02:01.700] On the prosecution of marijuana cases in El Paso [01:02:01.700 --> 01:02:03.700] However, the issue was succinctly summarized [01:02:03.700 --> 01:02:06.700] By Mr. Brandon Ball, an assistant public defender [01:02:06.700 --> 01:02:08.700] In Harris County who stated that, quote [01:02:08.700 --> 01:02:11.700] The law is constantly changing on what makes something illegal [01:02:11.700 --> 01:02:13.700] Based on its chemical makeup [01:02:13.700 --> 01:02:15.700] It's important that if someone is charged with something [01:02:15.700 --> 01:02:18.700] The test matches what they're charged with [01:02:22.700 --> 01:02:24.700] A paper by Tulane University identified [01:02:24.700 --> 01:02:26.700] A five and a half inch American pocket shark [01:02:26.700 --> 01:02:29.700] As the first of its kind in the Gulf of Mexico [01:02:29.700 --> 01:02:32.700] The specimen being only the second pocket shark [01:02:32.700 --> 01:02:34.700] Ever captured or recorded [01:02:34.700 --> 01:02:37.700] With the other one being found way back in 1979 [01:02:37.700 --> 01:02:38.700] In the East Pacific Ocean [01:02:38.700 --> 01:02:40.700] According to the university paper [01:02:40.700 --> 01:02:42.700] The shark secretes a luminous fluid [01:02:42.700 --> 01:02:45.700] From a gland near its front fins [01:02:45.700 --> 01:02:48.700] For the purpose it is hypothesized to lure and prey [01:02:48.700 --> 01:02:50.700] Who may be drawn into the glow [01:02:50.700 --> 01:02:54.700] This is Rook Roadie with your Lowdown for July 22nd, 2019 [01:03:20.700 --> 01:03:24.700] Rook Roadie with your Lowdown for July 22nd, 2019 [01:03:50.700 --> 01:03:54.700] Rook Roadie with your Lowdown for July 22nd, 2019 [01:04:20.700 --> 01:04:24.700] Rook Roadie with your Lowdown for July 22nd, 2019 [01:04:24.700 --> 01:04:28.700] Rook Roadie with your Lowdown for July 22nd, 2019 [01:04:48.700 --> 01:04:50.700] OK we are back [01:04:50.700 --> 01:04:52.700] Randy Carroll and Brett Fountain, Debra Stevens [01:04:52.700 --> 01:04:59.160] mountain, Debra Stevens, Rudolfo Radio, here with our very special guest, Tom Kiely. [01:04:59.160 --> 01:05:04.560] And when we went out, I was asking the question, you know, as a reasonable person, I hope I'm [01:05:04.560 --> 01:05:11.140] a reasonable person of ordinary prudence, I'm looking at what's going on. [01:05:11.140 --> 01:05:16.940] And the Democrats seem to be taking a position, and let me qualify that by saying I'm not [01:05:16.940 --> 01:05:19.700] a Republican, I'm not a Democrat. [01:05:19.700 --> 01:05:24.260] I've always considered myself as an independent. [01:05:24.260 --> 01:05:33.960] I look at the two parties and the individuals running, and I try to evaluate them based [01:05:33.960 --> 01:05:37.780] on their position and credentials. [01:05:37.780 --> 01:05:43.460] And I look at Biden, and I think, are you kidding me? [01:05:43.460 --> 01:05:49.740] Is this the best the Democrats can bring to the table? [01:05:49.740 --> 01:05:54.620] Tom, what in the world is going on? [01:05:54.620 --> 01:06:00.020] Well, Randy, I think it's an even broader question. [01:06:00.020 --> 01:06:03.140] Biden is just sort of the tip of the iceberg. [01:06:03.140 --> 01:06:09.340] What are they thinking with all these crazy ideas about, like right now, illegal immigrants [01:06:09.340 --> 01:06:15.180] should be given $1200 each, and amnesty, and you know, right when we have the greatest [01:06:15.180 --> 01:06:20.600] unemployment since the Great Depression, they're talking about bringing people in for jobs [01:06:20.600 --> 01:06:21.600] and all that. [01:06:21.600 --> 01:06:22.820] What are they thinking about? [01:06:22.820 --> 01:06:24.020] Transgenderism. [01:06:24.020 --> 01:06:26.500] What are they thinking about, okay? [01:06:26.500 --> 01:06:32.060] All these, I call them Frankfurt School, you know, initiatives. [01:06:32.060 --> 01:06:36.380] These are things that are, I think, very destabilizing to society. [01:06:36.380 --> 01:06:38.480] What are they thinking about? [01:06:38.480 --> 01:06:47.860] And I can, my opinion, okay, when oligarchy, a small group of people, wants to control [01:06:47.860 --> 01:06:54.340] such a large group of people, okay, you have to, and when I say control them, in such a [01:06:54.340 --> 01:06:59.500] way that all things accrue back to them, and the benefits go to them rather than to the [01:06:59.500 --> 01:07:00.500] people. [01:07:00.500 --> 01:07:05.660] And if you're in a democratic system, you have to fool the people, and you have to get [01:07:05.660 --> 01:07:10.980] them to vote against their better interests without them realizing that that's what they're [01:07:10.980 --> 01:07:11.980] doing. [01:07:11.980 --> 01:07:18.380] And the way that this is being accomplished is, there's all this phony science and sociology [01:07:18.380 --> 01:07:22.980] and everything else, and there's just a bunch of lies out there that people have been, and [01:07:22.980 --> 01:07:27.480] you take a kernel of truth, yes, we should be good to each other, we should be nice to [01:07:27.480 --> 01:07:32.460] each other and everything else, but that doesn't mean that we should, being nice to a heroin [01:07:32.460 --> 01:07:36.100] addict doesn't mean giving them an overdose because they asked you for some drugs. [01:07:36.100 --> 01:07:40.420] I mean, you know, the common sense has gone out the window. [01:07:40.420 --> 01:07:46.340] The lies, the propaganda, to get everybody to believe that the emperor's wearing new [01:07:46.340 --> 01:07:50.880] clothes when he isn't, is really, really strong. [01:07:50.880 --> 01:07:52.540] They own the media. [01:07:52.540 --> 01:07:55.620] They own, at this point, the universities. [01:07:55.620 --> 01:07:57.260] You know, they own Hollywood. [01:07:57.260 --> 01:08:08.940] Okay, all of these centers are messaging people to make them feel that, hey, if you're uncomfortable [01:08:08.940 --> 01:08:14.100] with transgender bathrooms in your kid's school, you know, you're the only one on the block [01:08:14.100 --> 01:08:15.100] who feels that way. [01:08:15.100 --> 01:08:16.380] Get with the program. [01:08:16.380 --> 01:08:18.420] Everybody's on board with that. [01:08:18.420 --> 01:08:28.220] Don't be a fuddy-duddy, and on and on and on, to the point where regular people are [01:08:28.220 --> 01:08:32.220] going, well, geez, I guess I'm the only one, you know, I better go along with it, right? [01:08:32.220 --> 01:08:34.740] Trump destroyed that. [01:08:34.740 --> 01:08:36.660] Trump popped that bubble. [01:08:36.660 --> 01:08:43.180] Trump should not be able to have won if the media's propaganda was correct, that this [01:08:43.180 --> 01:08:50.100] country was so evolved and so, you know, smooth and intelligent and cosmopolitan that a brute [01:08:50.100 --> 01:08:55.060] like Trump could never have won, and yet he did, and they've been scrambling. [01:08:55.060 --> 01:08:59.900] All the investment and the propaganda and the media is now threatened. [01:08:59.900 --> 01:09:05.420] All those talking heads whose job it was to talk the pants off of everybody and get them [01:09:05.420 --> 01:09:07.500] to slit their own throats, they're scrambling. [01:09:07.500 --> 01:09:08.500] I might lose my job. [01:09:08.500 --> 01:09:09.500] I lost. [01:09:09.500 --> 01:09:10.500] Trump won. [01:09:10.500 --> 01:09:11.700] I can't convince people not to vote. [01:09:11.700 --> 01:09:15.420] So now they're doubling down and tripling down, okay? [01:09:15.420 --> 01:09:16.460] They're in a panic mode. [01:09:16.460 --> 01:09:20.860] They're throwing everything but the kitchen sink at Trump to try to stop, and as you pointed [01:09:20.860 --> 01:09:25.980] out, Randy, it gets more and more ludicrous to the point where even regular folks who [01:09:25.980 --> 01:09:31.340] maybe were hypnotized by all this stuff are saying, wait a minute, come on now, you know? [01:09:31.340 --> 01:09:37.460] This is getting a bit much, and we're sort of at that tipping point, you know, when two [01:09:37.460 --> 01:09:43.380] and a half years of the Mueller report lies about all this Russia collusion ended up with [01:09:43.380 --> 01:09:45.140] nothing there. [01:09:45.140 --> 01:09:52.260] I think Rachel Maddow lost something like 500,000 viewers in a few days, you know? [01:09:52.260 --> 01:09:59.380] The fake news, you know, Trump, INN started 20 years ago because of fighting fake news, [01:09:59.380 --> 01:10:00.380] okay? [01:10:00.380 --> 01:10:04.820] All of a sudden Donald Trump comes along and it's a household term now. [01:10:04.820 --> 01:10:07.300] We've been fighting the deep state for 20 years. [01:10:07.300 --> 01:10:09.780] Donald Trump comes along as a household term now. [01:10:09.780 --> 01:10:12.360] This scares the pants off of them. [01:10:12.360 --> 01:10:19.420] So it's all propaganda and, you know, the emperor's not wearing any new clothes. [01:10:19.420 --> 01:10:22.940] Trump is the kid who pointed it out and now everyone is getting the courage to say, and [01:10:22.940 --> 01:10:25.780] the whole thing could fall apart on them. [01:10:25.780 --> 01:10:28.220] And I'll leave you with the last thought. [01:10:28.220 --> 01:10:35.880] To show how propagandized they are, how screwed up they are, turned around, there's nobody [01:10:35.880 --> 01:10:40.740] smoother talking than Barack Obama, okay? [01:10:40.740 --> 01:10:46.860] William Jefferson Clinton, one of the smoothest talkers out there, okay? [01:10:46.860 --> 01:10:52.760] They've been conditioned, remember the cowardly lion and the wizard of, oh, come on, tell [01:10:52.760 --> 01:10:55.960] me again, tell me again, you know? [01:10:55.960 --> 01:11:02.220] That's what the public, sweet talking politicians who give them ear candy while they're slitting [01:11:02.220 --> 01:11:05.020] their throats, that's fine. [01:11:05.020 --> 01:11:10.420] Trump comes along, he's not sweet talking, but he's trying to help them out. [01:11:10.420 --> 01:11:15.180] They would rather be sweet talked and have their throat slit than to have somebody who [01:11:15.180 --> 01:11:21.140] doesn't follow that game and talks, he's not presidential, he's a brute, who cares? [01:11:21.140 --> 01:11:23.820] What are the results? [01:11:23.820 --> 01:11:27.720] You got the sweet talkers who ruined this country. [01:11:27.720 --> 01:11:38.940] I'm beginning to see that this middle of the road, ordinary reasonable person of ordinary [01:11:38.940 --> 01:11:44.540] prudence like me, I've been around a while, I've heard all this garbage for years and [01:11:44.540 --> 01:11:51.100] years and years, and I'm beginning to realize that most of what I'm hearing is trash. [01:11:51.100 --> 01:11:57.060] And when I listen to Trump, I'm annoyed that he gets on Twitter and says stuff that sounds [01:11:57.060 --> 01:12:07.460] provocative, but at the end of the day, he's talking a truth that I can understand. [01:12:07.460 --> 01:12:13.140] I was born dead sinner, baby boom. [01:12:13.140 --> 01:12:22.900] I stand in the middle of the largest political group in the country, and I am concerned. [01:12:22.900 --> 01:12:28.780] I am frustrated with the rhetoric of the Democratic Party. [01:12:28.780 --> 01:12:36.020] I'm not always happy with the rhetoric of the Republican Party, but at the end of the [01:12:36.020 --> 01:12:42.380] day, I'm much more aligned with the rhetoric of the Democratic Party because they go more [01:12:42.380 --> 01:12:53.580] to the rational and reasonable consideration of the way things are than I find the Democrats. [01:12:53.580 --> 01:12:55.060] I look at the Democrats and I'm thinking- [01:12:55.060 --> 01:12:58.580] Wait a minute, you said that you're going with the Democrats being rational, but then [01:12:58.580 --> 01:13:00.140] you look at the Democrats. [01:13:00.140 --> 01:13:01.740] Did you mean that or did you mean the Republicans? [01:13:01.740 --> 01:13:02.740] No, I'm sorry. [01:13:02.740 --> 01:13:04.740] I meant the Republicans. [01:13:04.740 --> 01:13:09.300] I look at the Democrats and I think, what are you thinking? [01:13:09.300 --> 01:13:22.780] Can you imagine that the ordinary individual, the middle of the road can be this ignorant [01:13:22.780 --> 01:13:25.620] in this day and time? [01:13:25.620 --> 01:13:37.500] I was raised in Chicago on the mean streets of the inner city, but I was born in the South [01:13:37.500 --> 01:13:44.180] in the country, and when I was 16, I went back to the country and worked on a dairy [01:13:44.180 --> 01:13:46.860] farm for a couple of years. [01:13:46.860 --> 01:13:53.860] Coming from the inner city to the country, to these country bumpkin hay seeds, I was [01:13:53.860 --> 01:13:56.780] amazed. [01:13:56.780 --> 01:14:02.500] These guys can do anything. [01:14:02.500 --> 01:14:10.260] They're the most well-rounded group of human beings I ever come across. [01:14:10.260 --> 01:14:15.740] It doesn't matter what you're dealing with, they can handle it. [01:14:15.740 --> 01:14:19.540] And this is the primary group. [01:14:19.540 --> 01:14:25.900] This is the largest group of the public that exists right now. [01:14:25.900 --> 01:14:30.580] The Democrats don't recognize this, we're not morons. [01:14:30.580 --> 01:14:39.300] We're not stupid, we are not some hay seed, but we actually understand what's going on. [01:14:39.300 --> 01:14:46.260] The Republican Party seems to recognize that this baby boomer group that's reaching retirement [01:14:46.260 --> 01:14:52.380] age has been around for a long time and seen all the garbage that's going on, we recognize [01:14:52.380 --> 01:14:57.780] the difference between truth and nonsense. [01:14:57.780 --> 01:15:06.740] And I'm actually disappointed. [01:15:06.740 --> 01:15:24.060] It frustrates me that the Democrats are preaching stuff that only college students can follow. [01:15:24.060 --> 01:15:28.540] I would like to comment to that. [01:15:28.540 --> 01:15:35.620] Harmon Taylor, we've had discussions about this exact thing before, and he says they [01:15:35.620 --> 01:15:42.340] are a small number of people with a big microphone. [01:15:42.340 --> 01:15:43.660] They have worked them. [01:15:43.660 --> 01:15:52.620] G. Edward Griffin talked about this, how the eugenicists and these hardcore socialists [01:15:52.620 --> 01:15:58.900] have gone underground for decades and decades since the 50s and slowly worked themselves [01:15:58.900 --> 01:16:04.660] into positions where they control power centers, primarily the media. [01:16:04.660 --> 01:16:13.060] And so everywhere you look, it seems like they're the majority because that's what's [01:16:13.060 --> 01:16:18.460] all over the lamestream media, but they're just really a small group of people with a [01:16:18.460 --> 01:16:29.180] big microphone, and yeah, in places like the West Coast and in New York, it may be primarily [01:16:29.180 --> 01:16:36.860] the people are buying into it, but we're about to go to break, I have some comments on that. [01:16:36.860 --> 01:16:44.540] This is one of the reasons why the Electoral College is so important because it keeps the [01:16:44.540 --> 01:16:52.780] big cities, the politics of the big cities from controlling the rest of the country. [01:16:52.780 --> 01:16:56.620] And I have some more things to say about this on the other side. [01:16:56.620 --> 01:16:57.620] We'll be right back. [01:16:57.620 --> 01:17:00.780] This is the Rule of Law. [01:17:00.780 --> 01:17:05.420] Logos Radio Network welcomes a new show to our lineup for the new year. [01:17:05.420 --> 01:17:11.660] Scripture Talk with Nana will begin Wednesday, January 8th from 8 to 10 p.m. Central Time. [01:17:11.660 --> 01:17:14.740] Our goal is in accord with Matthew 5 16. [01:17:14.740 --> 01:17:19.760] Let your light so shine before men that they may see your good works and glorify your Father [01:17:19.760 --> 01:17:21.300] which is in heaven. [01:17:21.300 --> 01:17:26.420] We wish to reflect God's light and be a blessing to all those with a hearing ear. [01:17:26.420 --> 01:17:31.660] Join Nana and guests for both verse by verse Bible studies and topical Bible studies designed [01:17:31.660 --> 01:17:34.800] to provoke unto love and good works. [01:17:34.800 --> 01:17:39.180] Our verse by verse Bible studies will begin in the book of Matthew where we will discuss [01:17:39.180 --> 01:17:40.940] one chapter per week. [01:19:47.300 --> 01:19:55.940] Ain't gonna fool me with that same old trick again. [01:19:55.940 --> 01:20:16.860] Ain't gonna fool me with that same old sucka punch. [01:20:16.860 --> 01:20:22.100] I get it now, but then I must have been down too much. [01:20:22.100 --> 01:20:27.060] And then you had room to move, but now you're feelin' the chrome. [01:20:27.060 --> 01:20:32.700] The rule of law, we are so happy here on this Thursday, May 14th. [01:20:32.700 --> 01:20:37.980] Tom, I really appreciate you spending your entire evening with us and please tell your [01:20:37.980 --> 01:20:42.140] wife, Faith, thank her for us, for your time. [01:20:42.140 --> 01:20:44.640] Oh yes, oh yes, yes. [01:20:44.640 --> 01:20:48.060] Give Faith a hug and tell her she deserves better. [01:20:48.060 --> 01:20:49.980] Oh, just stop it. [01:20:49.980 --> 01:20:51.980] Oh, Randy, behave yourself. [01:20:51.980 --> 01:20:56.740] I did tell her that I was not gonna be with her because you had so graciously invited [01:20:56.740 --> 01:20:59.340] me onto your show and you know what she said? [01:20:59.340 --> 01:21:01.620] I so loved our time out there. [01:21:01.620 --> 01:21:03.140] I wanna go back out and visit everybody. [01:21:03.140 --> 01:21:05.580] Yes, we wanna have you guys back out again too. [01:21:05.580 --> 01:21:08.020] We would love to see her here again. [01:21:08.020 --> 01:21:09.780] And my brother Dan had a great time out there. [01:21:09.780 --> 01:21:11.540] Oh yes, that's right, Dan. [01:21:11.540 --> 01:21:12.540] That's right, he came here. [01:21:12.540 --> 01:21:13.540] It was awesome. [01:21:13.540 --> 01:21:16.980] And Faith is a lot prettier than you. [01:21:16.980 --> 01:21:19.100] I'm sorry, I know I hurt your feelings. [01:21:19.100 --> 01:21:20.100] Okay, listen, listen. [01:21:20.100 --> 01:21:22.140] I should hope so. [01:21:22.140 --> 01:21:29.620] Alright, listen, okay, I wanted to make some comments here just to follow up about how [01:21:29.620 --> 01:21:33.820] is this happening and I was talking about I think they're really a minority with a big [01:21:33.820 --> 01:21:44.220] mic and Randy's right, they seem to appeal and I would even say hoodwink the young people, [01:21:44.220 --> 01:21:51.260] the college students and this goes back to what I was saying last segment about the hardcore [01:21:51.260 --> 01:22:00.300] socialist eugenicists that have slowly taken over the power structures of this country [01:22:00.300 --> 01:22:05.900] including the media, the universities, corporations, all of these things. [01:22:05.900 --> 01:22:11.380] G. Edward Griffin lays this whole thing out in some of his documentaries. [01:22:11.380 --> 01:22:13.220] It's really quite amazing. [01:22:13.220 --> 01:22:17.540] They had to go underground in the 40s and 50s because people couldn't tolerate it but [01:22:17.540 --> 01:22:21.220] then they surfaced in their ugly heads again. [01:22:21.220 --> 01:22:28.800] But as far as Randy, to answer your question about is the ordinary individual this ignorant [01:22:28.800 --> 01:22:39.500] and I would say the answer actually is no but in some situations, in some sectors, people [01:22:39.500 --> 01:22:49.220] are being bombarded with – it's a chemical assault and it's a mind control assault. [01:22:49.220 --> 01:22:57.020] They're being propagandized and with the 5G and all these other things, I mean it's [01:22:57.020 --> 01:23:03.300] well known that they do these experiments with microwaves to control people's brain [01:23:03.300 --> 01:23:09.340] waves and these sorts of things and it primarily is coming through the universities and see [01:23:09.340 --> 01:23:16.380] what happens with a lot of times with young people when they're presented with these [01:23:16.380 --> 01:23:19.880] utopian ideologies. [01:23:19.880 --> 01:23:28.380] They buy into it and they're, oh bad, bad capitalism and so they're led into this [01:23:28.380 --> 01:23:37.820] to buy into an idealistic situation that just can't exist and then what ends up happening [01:23:37.820 --> 01:23:43.980] is they buy into this leftist philosophy and Randy, we talked about this before going to [01:23:43.980 --> 01:23:51.820] the psychology of the virtue signaling and it's like it makes them feel good and I'm [01:23:51.820 --> 01:23:58.460] important and I'm special because I am doing something about global warming or I'm doing [01:23:58.460 --> 01:24:05.700] something about this and that and so they buy into all of this but the key here is when [01:24:05.700 --> 01:24:11.420] you're young in that situation and you're living either your parents are paying your [01:24:11.420 --> 01:24:16.820] way through college or you're living on student loans and you don't really have [01:24:16.820 --> 01:24:25.340] that highfalutin of a lifestyle anyway or if you're middle aged and rich and in Hollywood [01:24:25.340 --> 01:24:31.480] or some of these other places in these big cities that are very liberal, you know what? [01:24:31.480 --> 01:24:42.140] You can afford to buy into this virtue signaling and this race baiting and all this stuff and [01:24:42.140 --> 01:24:49.500] cultural appropriation and we have to have transgender bathrooms and all of these kinds [01:24:49.500 --> 01:24:55.580] of crazy politically so-called correct ideologies. [01:24:55.580 --> 01:25:05.940] When you have money or when somebody's supporting you or when you're young and too much idealistic [01:25:05.940 --> 01:25:07.160] and naive, you know what? [01:25:07.160 --> 01:25:09.660] You can afford to buy into stuff like that. [01:25:09.660 --> 01:25:13.180] That's why Austin is so much like this. [01:25:13.180 --> 01:25:17.780] I wish I almost didn't even live here because the people around here make me sick but I'll [01:25:17.780 --> 01:25:19.420] tell you what, in the mid- [01:25:19.420 --> 01:25:21.180] Try living in downtown Brooklyn. [01:25:21.180 --> 01:25:22.260] Yeah, exactly. [01:25:22.260 --> 01:25:29.020] But you know what, in the midwest and up in the northern midwest, the factory workers [01:25:29.020 --> 01:25:35.940] who are unemployed because of all the outsourcing and there's no more car manufacturing in Detroit [01:25:35.940 --> 01:25:42.380] and all of these things and the midwest farmers who are struggling and have to be subsidized [01:25:42.380 --> 01:25:47.940] and all the jobs have been taken away and the mom and pop shops have closed because [01:25:47.940 --> 01:25:53.860] the Walmarts have moved in with all the cheap Chinese goods and people have to live in the [01:25:53.860 --> 01:26:00.380] company towns and buy from the company stores and the coal mines and you know what, people [01:26:00.380 --> 01:26:09.760] like that in the heartland of this country, they can't afford to buy into this BS political [01:26:09.760 --> 01:26:11.400] correct stuff. [01:26:11.400 --> 01:26:14.160] What they care about is feeding their families. [01:26:14.160 --> 01:26:20.580] They care about having a job and having a community and Trump has already been bringing [01:26:20.580 --> 01:26:25.780] back the manufacturing and he completely turned this economy around. [01:26:25.780 --> 01:26:28.040] Lowest unemployment rate ever. [01:26:28.040 --> 01:26:30.460] Lowest unemployment rate for blacks ever. [01:26:30.460 --> 01:26:37.740] The guy was instrumental all throughout his business building of all these real estates, [01:26:37.740 --> 01:26:42.940] all his real estate transactions and all the country clubs of taking the lead to hire blacks [01:26:42.940 --> 01:26:44.780] and Mexicans and all these people. [01:26:44.780 --> 01:26:47.140] How are you going to say the guy is a racist? [01:26:47.140 --> 01:26:53.700] Tiger Woods probably couldn't have gotten where he was in the PGA if it wasn't for somebody [01:26:53.700 --> 01:27:04.900] like Donald Trump taking the lead to open the door to break the race barrier in situations [01:27:04.900 --> 01:27:06.900] like that. [01:27:06.900 --> 01:27:15.740] The thing is these people just want to feel special and so they can afford to feel special [01:27:15.740 --> 01:27:22.460] and they have to have a big bad boogeyman and it's kind of like the flat earth thing. [01:27:22.460 --> 01:27:30.460] People who don't understand high school chemistry or high school trigonometry, basic stuff like [01:27:30.460 --> 01:27:36.140] that, they get bamboozled by the flat earth movement because you know what, they lied [01:27:36.140 --> 01:27:37.660] to you anyway. [01:27:37.660 --> 01:27:43.320] The earth really is flat so it's okay that you didn't understand algebra in high school [01:27:43.320 --> 01:27:49.620] and I'm sorry listeners if I'm patronizing anyone but this is the mindset of these people. [01:27:49.620 --> 01:27:55.900] It's okay that you can't understand math or that you never did take high school chemistry [01:27:55.900 --> 01:27:58.740] because they lied to you anyway. [01:27:58.740 --> 01:28:00.300] Now you're one of us. [01:28:00.300 --> 01:28:04.140] You're one of the special people and you know what? [01:28:04.140 --> 01:28:08.860] It's like I have debated with these people and they're like, it's just ridiculous. [01:28:08.860 --> 01:28:16.500] Like well how come the water if there's so much gravity, why doesn't it just pull into [01:28:16.500 --> 01:28:20.620] the earth and become like this thick gooey gelatin consistency? [01:28:20.620 --> 01:28:23.580] And I'm like, what are you talking about? [01:28:23.580 --> 01:28:26.140] Because there's a chemical structure. [01:28:26.140 --> 01:28:30.420] There's electron shells that bond and it makes a structure. [01:28:30.420 --> 01:28:32.580] Like well why don't the clouds fall out of the sky? [01:28:32.580 --> 01:28:34.540] I'm like well you know what, sometimes they do. [01:28:34.540 --> 01:28:35.540] It's called fog. [01:28:35.540 --> 01:28:36.540] Okay? [01:28:36.540 --> 01:28:43.580] I mean it's just like it's ridiculous but the average individual, I think it's a willful [01:28:43.580 --> 01:28:47.140] ignorant but the average individual, you know what Randy? [01:28:47.140 --> 01:28:49.660] I don't think they really are that ignorant. [01:28:49.660 --> 01:28:57.660] I think that only the people who can afford to be ignorant and who are in social structures [01:28:57.660 --> 01:29:02.660] No, no, I've talked to somebody, he really, really, truly is that ignorant. [01:29:02.660 --> 01:29:10.140] He's the nicest guy, he's a sweet, you would just think he's just an amazing, kind person. [01:29:10.140 --> 01:29:11.980] Some people really are that ignorant. [01:29:11.980 --> 01:29:12.980] I agree. [01:29:12.980 --> 01:29:14.940] The brain is just not working. [01:29:14.940 --> 01:29:21.540] Well again, we're under a chemical assault from the GMOs and the glutens and all of these [01:29:21.540 --> 01:29:27.160] things but as far as the big difference between Trump and these other politicians, Trump is [01:29:27.160 --> 01:29:29.340] not a career politician. [01:29:29.340 --> 01:29:35.820] These career politicians are in the pockets of the ones who are funding them like George [01:29:35.820 --> 01:29:41.820] Soros and the international bankers and all these people, the globalist oligarchs. [01:29:41.820 --> 01:29:43.140] Well guess what? [01:29:43.140 --> 01:29:46.320] Trump is not in any of their pockets. [01:29:46.320 --> 01:29:48.820] Trump is a self-made man, okay? [01:29:48.820 --> 01:29:53.840] He's not in their pockets and that's why they are so scared of him and why they hate him [01:29:53.840 --> 01:29:57.100] and have to get him out because he's not in their pockets. [01:29:57.100 --> 01:29:58.100] He doesn't need it. [01:29:58.100 --> 01:29:59.100] It's always been my- [01:29:59.100 --> 01:30:09.060] Reality TV, sugar, obesity, jet lag, the list of things that makes us dumber just keeps [01:30:09.060 --> 01:30:13.340] on growing but now researchers say we can add stress to the list. [01:30:13.340 --> 01:30:17.340] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht, back with details in a moment. [01:30:17.340 --> 01:30:19.060] Privacy is under attack. [01:30:19.060 --> 01:30:23.460] When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again and once your privacy [01:30:23.460 --> 01:30:27.640] is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too. [01:30:27.640 --> 01:30:32.780] So protect your rights, say no to surveillance and keep your information to yourself. [01:30:32.780 --> 01:30:35.420] Privacy, it's worth hanging on to. [01:30:35.420 --> 01:30:41.060] This message is brought to you by Startpage.com, the private search engine alternative to Google, [01:30:41.060 --> 01:30:42.780] Yahoo and Bing. [01:30:42.780 --> 01:30:44.460] Start over with Startpage. [01:30:44.460 --> 01:30:48.980] Are you always on the go and juggling multiple projects? [01:30:48.980 --> 01:30:54.580] If so, you might think that multitasking proves you're smart but think again, all that stress [01:30:54.580 --> 01:30:56.820] might be eating your brain. [01:30:56.820 --> 01:31:01.420] A new study finds stress reduces the number of connections between neurons which actually [01:31:01.420 --> 01:31:04.980] makes it harder for people to manage problems. [01:31:04.980 --> 01:31:08.940] Researchers at Yale University found that stressed out people have less gray matter [01:31:08.940 --> 01:31:11.180] in their prefrontal cortex. [01:31:11.180 --> 01:31:16.380] That's the part of the brain that helps us weigh conflicting ideas and regulate our emotions. [01:31:16.380 --> 01:31:18.620] So take a deep breath and chill out. [01:31:18.620 --> 01:31:21.780] It'll help keep your mind as sharp as a tack. [01:31:21.780 --> 01:31:31.660] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht for Startpage.com, the world's most private search engine. [01:31:31.660 --> 01:31:37.040] This is Building 7, a 47-story skyscraper that fell on the afternoon of September 11th. [01:31:37.040 --> 01:31:39.300] The government says that fire brought it down. [01:31:39.300 --> 01:31:44.100] However, 1,500 architects and engineers concluded it was a controlled demolition. [01:31:44.100 --> 01:31:46.980] Over 6,000 of my fellow service members have given their lives. [01:31:46.980 --> 01:31:49.540] Thousands of my fellow first responders are dying. [01:31:49.540 --> 01:31:50.940] I'm not a conspiracy theorist. [01:31:50.940 --> 01:31:51.940] I'm a structural engineer. [01:31:51.940 --> 01:31:53.380] I'm a New York City correction officer. [01:31:53.380 --> 01:31:54.380] I'm an Air Force pilot. [01:31:54.380 --> 01:31:56.060] I'm a father who lost his son. [01:31:56.060 --> 01:31:58.660] We're Americans and we deserve the truth. [01:31:58.660 --> 01:32:03.260] Go to RememberBuilding7.org today. [01:32:03.260 --> 01:32:06.060] Rule of Law Radio is proud to offer the Rule of Law traffic seminar. [01:32:06.060 --> 01:32:09.620] In today's America, we live in an us against them society and if we the people are ever [01:32:09.620 --> 01:32:13.860] going to have a free society, then we're going to have to stand and defend our own rights. [01:32:13.860 --> 01:32:16.860] Among those rights are the right to travel freely from place to place, the right to act [01:32:16.860 --> 01:32:20.860] in our own private capacity, and most importantly, the right to due process of law. [01:34:13.740 --> 01:34:18.580] Okay we are back, this is the rule of law, Randy Kelton, Deborah Stevens, Brett Fountain, [01:34:18.580 --> 01:34:24.560] and we have a very special guest here tonight, Thursday May 14th, Tom Kiley, and I sure do [01:34:24.560 --> 01:34:31.740] hope we get to do this more often, this has just been on fire, we've been on fire the [01:34:31.740 --> 01:34:37.280] last several hours, but I want to finish up my thoughts here and then go back to Tom, [01:34:37.280 --> 01:34:43.300] talking about Trump not being in their pockets, okay, the difference between Trump and these [01:34:43.300 --> 01:34:49.540] other politicians, Trump is not a career politician, most of these politicians, the reason they're [01:34:49.540 --> 01:34:55.100] millionaires or even billionaires is because they're bought and paid for, they're in the [01:34:55.100 --> 01:35:03.700] pockets of big pharma, big agra, the big petro, whatever, okay, they're in the pockets of [01:35:03.700 --> 01:35:12.180] the bankers and they get paid to basically do their bidding, alright, that's how they [01:35:12.180 --> 01:35:19.140] get their money, Trump is not in their pockets, he doesn't need it, he's a self-made man, [01:35:19.140 --> 01:35:23.700] now some people might want to argue with me saying, oh, he was born rich, okay, yeah, [01:35:23.700 --> 01:35:30.980] the guy started off in a fairly wealthy family, he got a few hundred thousand dollars or a [01:35:30.980 --> 01:35:36.580] couple million bucks, I can't remember what it was, you know, a modest amount of money [01:35:36.580 --> 01:35:43.020] and he turned a couple million bucks into a multi-billion dollar empire, okay, real [01:35:43.020 --> 01:35:47.780] estate, wheeling and dealing, listen, you don't take a few million dollars and turn [01:35:47.780 --> 01:35:54.580] it into a multi-billion dollar empire by being a freaking idiot, okay, and for… [01:35:54.580 --> 01:36:04.820] And just a second, just a second, Donald Trump took a slum and turned it into Time Square. [01:36:04.820 --> 01:36:12.260] That's right, okay, and he's given so many people jobs in all of his companies and like [01:36:12.260 --> 01:36:21.380] I said before, he took the lead to make sure that there were a lot of blacks, Mexicans, [01:36:21.380 --> 01:36:27.700] Chinese, wasn't all white in his country clubs, would give young people jobs, everything, [01:36:27.700 --> 01:36:30.660] he would take care of people, okay, and so… [01:36:30.660 --> 01:36:35.220] He grew up shoulder to shoulder with construction workers. [01:36:35.220 --> 01:36:40.460] Yes, he grew up shoulder to shoulder with construction workers and that's why even [01:36:40.460 --> 01:36:45.500] Alex Jones says at the end of the day, the guy's blue collar, okay, because he came [01:36:45.500 --> 01:36:54.380] from those roots and the thing is, anybody that wants to say that Trump ran for office, [01:36:54.380 --> 01:37:02.700] ran for president as some kind of a money-making scheme, you know, to try to promote his businesses [01:37:02.700 --> 01:37:06.380] or whatever, it's like, are you kidding me? [01:37:06.380 --> 01:37:11.980] The guy is a multi-billionaire, he had everything he wanted, he has given… [01:37:11.980 --> 01:37:17.060] Wait a minute, wait a minute, he makes 200 grand a year as president. [01:37:17.060 --> 01:37:23.340] That he donates back by the way, okay, he doesn't accept his salary and the point [01:37:23.340 --> 01:37:29.340] that I'm trying to make is, he has given up his golden years and probably another four, [01:37:29.340 --> 01:37:37.340] giving up his golden years with his very classy, sophisticated wife and his children… [01:37:37.340 --> 01:37:38.740] Who's an amazing mother. [01:37:38.740 --> 01:37:44.820] Who's an amazing mother, giving up his golden years with his wife and his family to live [01:37:44.820 --> 01:37:52.180] a very well-off lifestyle where he could travel and do whatever he wants and enjoy playing [01:37:52.180 --> 01:37:55.300] golf at all his resorts and whatever. [01:37:55.300 --> 01:38:04.940] He gave all of that up to serve as president and to go toe-to-toe, nose-to-nose with these [01:38:04.940 --> 01:38:13.320] just vile serpent scorpions in the media and the deep swamp, man, this swamp is deeper [01:38:13.320 --> 01:38:15.060] than you could ever imagine. [01:38:15.060 --> 01:38:16.660] You think it's fun for him? [01:38:16.660 --> 01:38:21.860] Man, it's like I've watched some of these press conferences and I'm like, this guy's… [01:38:21.860 --> 01:38:25.700] I would not have the patience for this, he handles them so well. [01:38:25.700 --> 01:38:29.300] So he really is serving, he doesn't need this, okay? [01:38:29.300 --> 01:38:33.340] He really does want to give people jobs and he's already brought back the factories [01:38:33.340 --> 01:38:37.660] and that's why China hates him, okay? [01:38:37.660 --> 01:38:40.500] He acts the TPP, okay? [01:38:40.500 --> 01:38:47.660] He refused to sign the Paris Agreement because it wasn't fair to the American people. [01:38:47.660 --> 01:38:50.740] He didn't even get into the fact that global warming is a hoax. [01:38:50.740 --> 01:38:59.020] He just said, look, how come the United States is the only country in the world that has [01:38:59.020 --> 01:39:05.340] to abide by all these crazy regulations that's going to be bad for the American people but [01:39:05.340 --> 01:39:08.060] nobody else has to? [01:39:08.060 --> 01:39:09.220] Sorry. [01:39:09.220 --> 01:39:14.020] And so, oh gosh, he doesn't want to take care of the environment. [01:39:14.020 --> 01:39:15.820] Give me a break, okay? [01:39:15.820 --> 01:39:21.100] And so, that's what I have to say about that, that's why they hate him, okay? [01:39:21.100 --> 01:39:23.620] Because he's not in their pocket. [01:39:23.620 --> 01:39:25.180] Now, is the guy perfect? [01:39:25.180 --> 01:39:26.580] No, of course not. [01:39:26.580 --> 01:39:34.220] I'm not too happy about the way he has his views on civil liberties and forfeitures, [01:39:34.220 --> 01:39:38.180] civil asset forfeitures and stuff like that but still, about as good as we're going [01:39:38.180 --> 01:39:39.620] to get. [01:39:39.620 --> 01:39:40.620] And as far as… [01:39:40.620 --> 01:39:45.340] Last I checked, Deborah, he wasn't responsible for the death of a million innocent Iraqis. [01:39:45.340 --> 01:39:47.540] Yeah, I don't think so. [01:39:47.540 --> 01:39:52.900] And he's also bringing the troops home from Afghanistan too. [01:39:52.900 --> 01:39:57.780] The longest war ever. [01:39:57.780 --> 01:39:59.820] Can I chime in a couple of things here? [01:39:59.820 --> 01:40:00.820] Sure, go ahead. [01:40:00.820 --> 01:40:01.820] If you don't mind. [01:40:01.820 --> 01:40:04.460] I'm going to do a little rapid fire here. [01:40:04.460 --> 01:40:10.380] First of all, the kids have a right to be angry with capitalism because without ethics, [01:40:10.380 --> 01:40:13.740] okay, capitalism runs amok, okay? [01:40:13.740 --> 01:40:19.100] Without promoting the greater good for everybody, instead we have something where there's [01:40:19.100 --> 01:40:23.580] a thin slice at the top that's got more money than anyone ever has in the past. [01:40:23.580 --> 01:40:26.340] When did we become a society where that was okay? [01:40:26.340 --> 01:40:27.420] It slipped in. [01:40:27.420 --> 01:40:32.200] Another point, you're talking about Trump, they can't control him. [01:40:32.200 --> 01:40:39.700] They fear, the people with the money fear populism the most because populists won't [01:40:39.700 --> 01:40:41.220] be bought off. [01:40:41.220 --> 01:40:46.020] And if they can't use their money to buy people off their loss, you know what comes [01:40:46.020 --> 01:40:47.020] after that? [01:40:47.020 --> 01:40:49.020] The bayonets, okay? [01:40:49.020 --> 01:40:53.220] And if it gets to that point where their money doesn't work anymore and they don't change [01:40:53.220 --> 01:41:01.260] their tune, like what happened for instance in the 1940s and 50s, you know what happened? [01:41:01.260 --> 01:41:04.660] They created the American middle class. [01:41:04.660 --> 01:41:08.740] They didn't take the bayonets out, they said, you know what? [01:41:08.740 --> 01:41:11.600] Let's give a better slice of the pie to people. [01:41:11.600 --> 01:41:17.980] My parents could buy a house on one paycheck, okay? [01:41:17.980 --> 01:41:20.800] My mother could stay home and raise the kids. [01:41:20.800 --> 01:41:25.460] The house I grew up in on Long Island, they bought for $11,000 in 1953. [01:41:25.460 --> 01:41:29.340] Today the taxes on that house are $12,000 and they're asking almost a half a million [01:41:29.340 --> 01:41:31.100] dollars for it, okay? [01:41:31.100 --> 01:41:34.860] That's when America was much greater in many respects than it is today. [01:41:34.860 --> 01:41:37.940] However, populists are patriotic. [01:41:37.940 --> 01:41:41.300] They believe in their society and the money doesn't work. [01:41:41.300 --> 01:41:44.140] And that's what scares the money power the most. [01:41:44.140 --> 01:41:49.620] And Trump is right now the champion of this populist movement and that's why people flock [01:41:49.620 --> 01:41:50.620] to him. [01:41:50.620 --> 01:41:54.380] To your point, he can't be bought, the whole, and once that happens, if the leaders of the [01:41:54.380 --> 01:41:56.780] movement can't be bought off, it's all over. [01:41:56.780 --> 01:42:00.340] The only thing you got next is all these things they're experimenting with right now, you [01:42:00.340 --> 01:42:03.380] know, lockdown and then the guns come out, okay? [01:42:03.380 --> 01:42:04.380] Like that. [01:42:04.380 --> 01:42:11.300] The kids are angry but they're being sold a bill of goods on how to satisfy that anger. [01:42:11.300 --> 01:42:16.100] No, the answer is not more government and big brother to control everything. [01:42:16.100 --> 01:42:19.260] No, you know what the answer is? [01:42:19.260 --> 01:42:26.260] The answer is to go back to the spirituality that has been flushed down the toilet because [01:42:26.260 --> 01:42:30.140] when that happens, then it's dog eat dog, okay? [01:42:30.140 --> 01:42:33.540] And the big boys at the top are the biggest dogs and they do more eating than anybody [01:42:33.540 --> 01:42:34.540] else. [01:42:34.540 --> 01:42:39.120] So when ethics comes back into the picture, when even wealthy people feel responsible, [01:42:39.120 --> 01:42:42.620] you know, just because you're a billionaire doesn't mean you're a jerk. [01:42:42.620 --> 01:42:46.980] Franklin Roosevelt was an aristocrat and he's one of the best presidents the country ever [01:42:46.980 --> 01:42:47.980] had, okay? [01:42:47.980 --> 01:42:51.140] He was a rich guy from New York, just like Donald Trump. [01:42:51.140 --> 01:42:56.780] You know, look at how Donald Trump can relate to farmers in Iowa, how he can relate to people [01:42:56.780 --> 01:42:59.420] in the Midwest, the South. [01:42:59.420 --> 01:43:00.420] They love him down there. [01:43:00.420 --> 01:43:01.820] You ever see him at these? [01:43:01.820 --> 01:43:02.820] He's a New Yorker. [01:43:02.820 --> 01:43:03.820] Why? [01:43:03.820 --> 01:43:04.820] He cuts through. [01:43:04.820 --> 01:43:07.980] He's connecting on a human level with people. [01:43:07.980 --> 01:43:10.100] We're going back to humanity and so forth. [01:43:10.100 --> 01:43:14.260] Now, the other thing you were talking about, it's very important propaganda, okay? [01:43:14.260 --> 01:43:16.100] We're talking about propaganda. [01:43:16.100 --> 01:43:26.140] Not only that, but the propaganda machinery that is available now has never been seen [01:43:26.140 --> 01:43:28.460] in known human history before. [01:43:28.460 --> 01:43:30.700] It's been perfected, okay? [01:43:30.700 --> 01:43:35.280] And these poor kids today that we were talking about have grown up with it. [01:43:35.280 --> 01:43:38.540] When I was a kid, television was brand new, it was like a tiny little black and white [01:43:38.540 --> 01:43:41.040] pie plate you could watch the Yankees on. [01:43:41.040 --> 01:43:47.460] Now it's big screen surround sound, you know, and not only that, there was this wonderful [01:43:47.460 --> 01:43:54.700] article I read years ago, and I can't seem to find it anymore, where they employ psychologists. [01:43:54.700 --> 01:44:00.500] And there was a group of psychologists that got together and said, this is like a... [01:46:22.780 --> 01:46:30.780] Some things in this world I will never understand, some things I realize fully. [01:46:30.780 --> 01:46:35.780] Somebody's on a police, a policeman. [01:46:35.780 --> 01:46:39.780] Somebody's on a bully, bully. [01:46:39.780 --> 01:46:44.780] There's always room at the top of the hill. [01:46:44.780 --> 01:46:48.780] I hear through the grave finding his lonely love still. [01:46:48.780 --> 01:46:52.780] They're wishing it was more than opposition to fill. [01:46:52.780 --> 01:46:56.780] They know that if they don't do it, somebody will. [01:46:56.780 --> 01:47:05.780] Some things in this world I will never understand, some things I realize fully. [01:47:05.780 --> 01:47:09.780] Somebody's on a police, a policeman. [01:47:09.780 --> 01:47:13.780] Somebody's on a bully, bully. [01:47:13.780 --> 01:47:16.780] I know they will. [01:47:16.780 --> 01:47:22.780] They're going to put the fill because I see so much injustice still. [01:47:22.780 --> 01:47:29.780] RuleOfLaw, Randy Kelton, Deborah Stevens, Brett Fountain, with our very special guest, [01:47:29.780 --> 01:47:30.780] Tom Kiley. [01:47:30.780 --> 01:47:33.780] This has just been so much fun, the last several hours. [01:47:33.780 --> 01:47:38.780] Tom, I want to go back to you, but I just wanted to make just two quick comments about [01:47:38.780 --> 01:47:44.780] what you were talking about, the kids being young people and everyone being rightfully [01:47:44.780 --> 01:47:53.780] angry about what's happened in the decades past concerning economics and what I would [01:47:53.780 --> 01:47:58.780] call the appearance of capitalism, which really isn't capitalism. [01:47:58.780 --> 01:48:00.780] It's crony capitalism. [01:48:00.780 --> 01:48:06.780] It's payoffs of the government, the private-public partnerships. [01:48:06.780 --> 01:48:08.780] That's not capitalism. [01:48:08.780 --> 01:48:15.780] It's government working with the corporations where they're in each other's pockets and [01:48:15.780 --> 01:48:17.780] scratching each other's backs. [01:48:17.780 --> 01:48:24.780] That's not true free market. [01:48:24.780 --> 01:48:27.780] I'm into the free market. [01:48:27.780 --> 01:48:32.780] Whatever your capitalism definition is, I'm into the free market where it's like government [01:48:32.780 --> 01:48:42.780] mostly needs to be hands off except for maybe a certain few circumstances of extreme corruption [01:48:42.780 --> 01:48:47.780] and crime, but what's happening now is we don't have capitalism. [01:48:47.780 --> 01:48:48.780] We have crony capitalism. [01:48:48.780 --> 01:48:50.780] We actually have neo-fascism. [01:48:50.780 --> 01:48:55.780] Traditional fascism is when the government nationalizes the corporations and controls [01:48:55.780 --> 01:48:56.780] the corporations. [01:48:56.780 --> 01:49:01.780] What we have now is the corporations controlling the government, controlling the politicians, [01:49:01.780 --> 01:49:05.780] and that's what I was talking about last segment of all the politicians being in big pharma, [01:49:05.780 --> 01:49:11.780] big agora, Monsanto's pockets, all of these people, Bill Gates, all of this stuff, and [01:49:11.780 --> 01:49:13.780] that's why they hate Trump. [01:49:13.780 --> 01:49:22.780] And he's in tight with Robert Kennedy Jr., who is continually bashing Fauci about the [01:49:22.780 --> 01:49:23.780] vaccine. [01:49:23.780 --> 01:49:29.780] So yeah, anyways, I just wanted to make those comments that everyone's being sold a bill [01:49:29.780 --> 01:49:34.780] of goods on both sides, but anyway, please continue, Tom. [01:49:34.780 --> 01:49:40.780] Before you do, Tom, I'm an old guy and I'm 70 now. [01:49:40.780 --> 01:49:41.780] I have children. [01:49:41.780 --> 01:49:42.780] I have grandchildren. [01:49:42.780 --> 01:49:46.780] I resemble that remark. [01:49:46.780 --> 01:49:50.780] And I am impressed with my children and my grandchildren. [01:49:50.780 --> 01:49:59.780] I am, to a degree, embarrassed that I discounted my children and my grandchildren. [01:49:59.780 --> 01:50:06.780] They are far more knowledgeable and astute than I give them credit for. [01:50:06.780 --> 01:50:13.780] All these things we're talking about, they are immersed in. [01:50:13.780 --> 01:50:15.780] They understand. [01:50:15.780 --> 01:50:25.740] I trust them to look at and observe the errors that we made and make things better. [01:50:25.740 --> 01:50:28.620] We need to trust them more than we do. [01:50:28.620 --> 01:50:30.080] That's my story and I'm sticking to it. [01:50:30.080 --> 01:50:31.780] Just don't follow Greta Thunberg, please. [01:50:31.780 --> 01:50:39.040] I'll tell you what, if you want to get your mind blown, go to YouTube and watch the reaction [01:50:39.040 --> 01:50:44.260] videos of young people listening to Led Zeppelin for the very first time. [01:50:44.260 --> 01:50:45.260] Oh, God, that was funny. [01:50:45.260 --> 01:50:47.140] Oh, my goodness. [01:50:47.140 --> 01:50:52.980] It's amazing and they're all discovering this amazing music and they're comparing it to [01:50:52.980 --> 01:50:57.740] what they have today and it's blowing their minds. [01:50:57.740 --> 01:51:01.300] And I'm like, yeah, that was what I grew up with. [01:51:01.300 --> 01:51:07.020] And Tom, you were right about the populism and the populist movement or just the ideology [01:51:07.020 --> 01:51:14.020] is very popular with the young people and Paul Joseph Watson has his t-shirts and the [01:51:14.020 --> 01:51:19.060] meme that conservatism is the new counterculture. [01:51:19.060 --> 01:51:25.380] And the thing is, no matter what the ideology is, the shadow government, the international [01:51:25.380 --> 01:51:31.260] banking community, the oligarchs that you're talking about, Tom, whatever the political [01:51:31.260 --> 01:51:34.340] ideology is, it doesn't really matter to them. [01:51:34.340 --> 01:51:40.740] They just want the one in place that has centralized control because that's how they come in and [01:51:40.740 --> 01:51:42.220] control everything. [01:51:42.220 --> 01:51:47.260] But you were mentioning, Tom, on the break that you were talking about the war on spiritualism. [01:51:47.260 --> 01:51:51.260] Spirituality. [01:51:51.260 --> 01:51:53.820] But let me say, you're absolutely right. [01:51:53.820 --> 01:51:59.940] To those of us down on the bottom, it looks like, you know, capitalism versus communism [01:51:59.940 --> 01:52:01.900] is this big struggle at the top. [01:52:01.900 --> 01:52:05.220] It's the same people who run both shows, of course. [01:52:05.220 --> 01:52:11.020] And if they lose control of capitalism, then they'll bring communism in to break that team [01:52:11.020 --> 01:52:13.420] down and regain control. [01:52:13.420 --> 01:52:17.820] And if they lose control of communism like they did in Russia, then they'll bring the [01:52:17.820 --> 01:52:20.180] other team in to break it down like that. [01:52:20.180 --> 01:52:21.180] They don't really care. [01:52:21.180 --> 01:52:23.060] They're going to be rich no matter what. [01:52:23.060 --> 01:52:25.180] They're going to be at the top no matter what. [01:52:25.180 --> 01:52:31.100] It's how you can control people better and that sort of thing. [01:52:31.100 --> 01:52:39.460] Look, the whole thing, I tell everybody, all right, look. [01:52:39.460 --> 01:52:45.020] If everybody was ethical, you wouldn't need a government, would you? [01:52:45.020 --> 01:52:47.180] You wouldn't need cops. [01:52:47.180 --> 01:52:50.100] You wouldn't need to keep your money in a bank. [01:52:50.100 --> 01:52:58.180] So on that spectrum that we exist upon, we've got physical bodies, gross material, dense. [01:52:58.180 --> 01:53:01.380] But at the same time, we're spirit as well. [01:53:01.380 --> 01:53:08.220] And when the focus toward the gross material end of the spectrum, it's dog eat dog. [01:53:08.220 --> 01:53:14.580] For the spiritual end of the spectrum, it's the common good. [01:53:14.580 --> 01:53:16.340] That's the way it goes. [01:53:16.340 --> 01:53:23.780] And the psychopaths at the top, they are so infatuated with the gross material. [01:53:23.780 --> 01:53:24.780] That's what they want to do. [01:53:24.780 --> 01:53:28.220] They want to accumulate more and more and more power. [01:53:28.220 --> 01:53:35.580] And people who want to share and want to help thy neighbor and spread the good around, those [01:53:35.580 --> 01:53:37.100] people are a threat to them. [01:53:37.100 --> 01:53:40.220] So they have to get rid of spirituality. [01:53:40.220 --> 01:53:41.860] It's almost biblical. [01:53:41.860 --> 01:53:43.780] It's almost like Adam and Eve. [01:53:43.780 --> 01:53:50.460] They have to sell that shiny apple to everybody and say, forget about that stupid, I'm your [01:53:50.460 --> 01:53:52.060] brother's keeper stuff. [01:53:52.060 --> 01:53:55.060] Look, we got iPhones now. [01:53:55.060 --> 01:53:57.900] We got video games. [01:53:57.900 --> 01:54:00.500] Nobody's been so advanced. [01:54:00.500 --> 01:54:01.620] And they sell people on that. [01:54:01.620 --> 01:54:02.620] And what do you got? [01:54:02.620 --> 01:54:05.100] You got Madonna and you got all this gross material. [01:54:05.100 --> 01:54:07.100] It's the religion of gross material. [01:54:07.100 --> 01:54:08.700] It's supplanted now. [01:54:08.700 --> 01:54:14.220] And science, the religion of science too, which is very, very corrupted as we see, especially [01:54:14.220 --> 01:54:16.460] like with this refinement. [01:54:16.460 --> 01:54:21.580] So there's a whole war on spirituality. [01:54:21.580 --> 01:54:25.980] The further you get away from spirit, the more you need jails and cops and guns and [01:54:25.980 --> 01:54:26.980] everything else. [01:54:26.980 --> 01:54:30.200] If everybody was a spiritual person, nobody would need locks on their door. [01:54:30.200 --> 01:54:31.200] So it's a balance. [01:54:31.200 --> 01:54:37.060] But what's going on is I think it's a natural, you look at the yin yang, the Asians had a [01:54:37.060 --> 01:54:42.860] very great way of putting it, the black and white yin yang, the circle, the right, the [01:54:42.860 --> 01:54:47.100] left, the back, the fourth, the conservative, the liberal. [01:54:47.100 --> 01:54:56.620] And what people fail to realize is there's evil at both extremes, not just the communist [01:54:56.620 --> 01:55:01.140] one or not just the fascist one. [01:55:01.140 --> 01:55:04.260] But the extremes is where the totalitarianism is. [01:55:04.260 --> 01:55:11.580] So when Randy and I grew up in the 50s and the 60s, economically, this country was doing [01:55:11.580 --> 01:55:16.780] great, not for quite everybody yet, but all boats were rising. [01:55:16.780 --> 01:55:25.060] But we still had a lot of residual bad stuff when it came to racism and that sort of thing. [01:55:25.060 --> 01:55:28.260] So what happened? [01:55:28.260 --> 01:55:31.180] Those ideas were way far too off to the right. [01:55:31.180 --> 01:55:37.900] So a movement arose to push the pendulum to the middle, to the center where we could exist [01:55:37.900 --> 01:55:45.660] as a society without these extremes of racism and sexism and what have you. [01:55:45.660 --> 01:55:47.180] And what happened was I got behind it. [01:55:47.180 --> 01:55:52.020] A lot of good people got by and were pushing to the left and I've been pushing to the left [01:55:52.020 --> 01:55:56.020] all my life and now it's like I shot right past the middle and now we're way the hell [01:55:56.020 --> 01:55:59.140] out in La La Land on the left. [01:55:59.140 --> 01:56:02.880] Now we're in the totalitarianism of the left. [01:56:02.880 --> 01:56:07.700] Now we're into forced acceptance of transgenderism and stuff like that. [01:56:07.700 --> 01:56:14.020] So now what's going to happen is to get back to the center, the pendulum has to swing to [01:56:14.020 --> 01:56:15.020] the right. [01:56:15.020 --> 01:56:18.060] Who would have thunk it? [01:56:18.060 --> 01:56:23.880] Lifelong leftists are finding out, you know what, I was never really a leftist. [01:56:23.880 --> 01:56:28.420] I was just pushing the pendulum to the left and we got there but then we kept going and [01:56:28.420 --> 01:56:29.420] that was okay. [01:56:29.420 --> 01:56:32.940] Then we kept going further and said, wait a minute, now I got to get behind it and push [01:56:32.940 --> 01:56:36.640] it back to the center and the only way to get to the center is the right and that's [01:56:36.640 --> 01:56:39.100] what you're seeing right now. [01:56:39.100 --> 01:56:44.740] We're going to drop the bad stuff of the left now just like in the 50s and the 60s we dropped [01:56:44.740 --> 01:56:51.780] the bad stuff of the right and we're going to get back to families and spirituality and [01:56:51.780 --> 01:56:56.860] ethics and inevitably we're going to go past the middle again and it's going to go to the [01:56:56.860 --> 01:56:59.300] extreme and then it's going to happen all over again. [01:56:59.300 --> 01:57:03.380] Shame on us if we can't keep it tight but that's the way I see things. [01:57:03.380 --> 01:57:05.660] That's what I see is going on. [01:57:05.660 --> 01:57:14.300] You are the epitome of what I hope to see the majority of the public understand. [01:57:14.300 --> 01:57:20.700] Well the populist movement, I mean what Tom's talking about, coming back to the center are [01:57:20.700 --> 01:57:26.180] just of normalcy is the heart of the populist movement. [01:57:26.180 --> 01:57:31.100] That's why everyone loved Ron, the populists loved Ron Paul, the people that had some sense [01:57:31.100 --> 01:57:37.460] loved him, the ultimate populist can't be bought off and it comes down to decentralization. [01:57:37.460 --> 01:57:47.460] It's like that's why Trump basically put the kibosh on the CDC's recommendations of total [01:57:47.460 --> 01:57:50.420] tyrannical medical control over the whole country. [01:57:50.420 --> 01:57:52.340] Trump said no. [01:57:52.340 --> 01:57:57.700] He said we're not going to do that, we're going to let the individual municipalities [01:57:57.700 --> 01:58:00.580] and counties decide what's best for them. [01:58:00.580 --> 01:58:04.940] And governors and then let them stand or fall if they go too far, not him. [01:58:04.940 --> 01:58:05.940] Yes. [01:58:05.940 --> 01:58:13.020] And if you're looking for nirvana, if you're looking for ultimate peace, forget that noise, [01:58:13.020 --> 01:58:20.780] it is intended that there should always be a push and pull from the left to the right [01:58:20.780 --> 01:58:24.080] so that we can find center. [01:58:24.080 --> 01:58:30.120] If you think that it's hard to change law, it should be hard to change law. [01:58:30.120 --> 01:58:32.400] It should be a struggle. [01:58:32.400 --> 01:58:35.100] That's how we keep things balanced. [01:58:35.100 --> 01:58:41.060] It will always be push and pull and that's how it should be. [01:58:41.060 --> 01:58:48.500] Randy Kelton, Deborah Stevens, Brett Fountain, Rood Law Radio, thank you all for listening [01:58:48.500 --> 01:58:50.500] and good night.
