[00:00.000 --> 00:07.120] The following news flash is brought to you by the Lone Star Lowdown. [00:07.120 --> 00:13.520] Markets for Monday the 22nd of July 2019 open with precious metals, gold at $1,429 an ounce, [00:13.520 --> 00:21.760] silver $16.45 an ounce, copper $2.75 an ounce, oil Texas crude $55.63 a barrel, Brent crude [00:21.760 --> 00:29.960] $62.47 a barrel, and cryptos in order of market cap, Bitcoin Core $10,566.52, Ethereum [00:29.960 --> 00:41.720] $227.26, XRP Ripple $0.33, Litecoin $100.31, and Bitcoin Cash is at $324.10 a crypto coin. [00:46.200 --> 00:52.920] Today in history the year 1916 the preparedness day bombing a Thai suitcase bomb was detonated on [00:52.920 --> 00:59.000] Market Street in San Francisco during the World War I preparedness day parade killing 10 and entering [00:59.000 --> 01:09.400] 40 today in history. In recent news since Governor Greg Abbott signed House Bill 1325 legalizing [01:09.400 --> 01:14.040] hemp into taxes law back in June county prosecutors around the state including Houston, [01:14.040 --> 01:18.440] Austin, San Antonio have been dropping marijuana possession charges and even refusing to file [01:18.440 --> 01:23.160] new ones since they are stipulating that they do not have the time or the laboratory equipment to [01:23.160 --> 01:28.360] test the year for THC. Margaret Moore the Travis County District Attorney announced earlier this [01:28.360 --> 01:33.240] month that she was dismissing 32 felony possession and delivery of marijuana cases because of the [01:33.240 --> 01:37.720] law. Mr. Abbott and other state officials and including the Attorney General stipulated in a [01:37.720 --> 01:42.520] letter to county district attorneys back on Thursday that marijuana has not been decriminalized in [01:42.520 --> 01:48.680] Texas and that these actions demonstrate a misunderstanding of how HB 1325 works as well [01:48.680 --> 01:55.240] as other cities too like the District Attorney and El Paso, Kaima Esparza a Democrat who also [01:55.240 --> 02:00.040] stated earlier this month that the law quote will not have an effect on the prosecution of [02:00.040 --> 02:05.400] marijuana cases in El Paso. However the issue was succinctly summarized by Mr. Brandon Ball [02:05.400 --> 02:10.520] an assistant public defender in Harris County who stated that quote the law is constantly changing [02:10.520 --> 02:14.840] on what makes something illegal based on its chemical makeup. It's important that if someone [02:14.840 --> 02:24.440] is charged with something the test matches what they're charged with. A paper by Tulane University [02:24.440 --> 02:29.560] identified a five and a half inch American pocket shark as the first of its kind in the Gulf of [02:29.560 --> 02:35.560] Mexico the specimen being only the second pocket shark ever captured or recorded with the other [02:35.560 --> 02:40.840] one being found way back in 1979 in the East Pacific Ocean. According to the university paper [02:40.840 --> 02:47.800] the shark secretes a luminous fluid from a gland near its front fins for the purposes hypothesized [02:47.800 --> 02:58.200] to lure and prey who may be drawn into the glow. This is Wook Roadie with your lowdown for July 22nd, 2019. [03:17.800 --> 03:27.720] See my remedy today came in the box just like they say I accepted it for value right away. [03:30.040 --> 03:38.200] Not later we are originators and the time we seem to get straighter every day. [03:38.200 --> 03:48.680] Okay, we are back. Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain, rule of law radio here with our special guest, [03:48.680 --> 03:54.920] Pastor Massad and we're talking to Chris in Colorado. Okay, Chris, go ahead and kind of cut you off there. [03:55.880 --> 04:03.160] No, that's okay. I don't want to over scare people. This isn't something that people need to be overly [04:03.160 --> 04:08.680] overly over scared about, but they do need to be slightly on the edge in my opinion because things [04:08.680 --> 04:14.440] are obviously serious at this point in history. What does CenturyLink installer, and this is [04:14.440 --> 04:20.040] the cable installer, they finish the cables what he said for Verizon and AT&T at this point in this [04:20.040 --> 04:26.760] area of the country. AT&T Verizon does something with their technology and CenturyLink finishes [04:26.760 --> 04:35.560] the hard cable, but the hard cable is for what he quoted to me, the light posts and pretty much any [04:35.560 --> 04:40.760] mass and stoplights and things. He says where they're going to put each one of these units is every [04:40.760 --> 04:49.000] 1800 feet. You're talking about a 5G device. You're talking about a unit, a repeater? [04:49.000 --> 04:57.560] Repeater, amplifier and antenna. They're going to be hidden in the lights, your street lights. [04:59.560 --> 05:04.520] That's where they're putting these units in. Now, this was amazing that I was very coincidental [05:04.520 --> 05:08.840] in this line. He's telling me this, but he said, yeah, every 1800 feet and some of them 1200 feet, [05:08.840 --> 05:13.480] that's where that's how the network is going to be spread. So you don't need massive amounts of power [05:13.480 --> 05:20.360] because that's what I was thinking. 1800 feet, that power rating is so slight [05:22.200 --> 05:24.280] that it's not much more than a garage door opener. [05:28.200 --> 05:32.280] That's interesting, Randy. I never would have realized it was that low of an amount of power. [05:33.160 --> 05:37.800] Yeah, 1800 feet. If you get a little walkie talkie, reach that. [05:37.800 --> 05:43.960] Sure. So if that's the case, Chris, then how can that frequency be so destructive to ourselves [05:43.960 --> 05:47.640] or what exactly is it doing to quote-unquote activate the coronavirus? [05:49.160 --> 05:54.600] So it's the frequency and it's the waveform as Scott had said. It's that specifically. [05:55.880 --> 06:00.680] I don't know enough about this, Diane, the pastor, but I can only keep up with so much. [06:00.680 --> 06:04.520] This literally hit me like a brick on Sunday and I've been doing the best I can. I haven't [06:04.520 --> 06:12.360] stopped like I've mentioned. Wait, hold on just a second. Have you ever heard of a rife machine? [06:13.560 --> 06:17.880] Yes. Of course he has. He told you he's into natural medicine. [06:17.880 --> 06:25.000] Yes. Does this sound familiar? For those of you who don't know what a rife machine is about [06:25.000 --> 06:34.760] is they have found that different organisms tend to respond to specific frequencies. [06:36.200 --> 06:43.640] And the rife machine, it has a chart. If you think you have this particular infection, [06:43.640 --> 06:48.920] you turn it to this frequency and hold these electrodes and it'll pass that frequency through [06:48.920 --> 07:02.280] your body and it causes the organism to just disrupt. Are you saying that 5G may have some [07:02.280 --> 07:14.760] effect of that nature on the coronavirus or on, say, positive symbiotic viruses or bacteria in [07:14.760 --> 07:24.200] the human's body that they make? I'm trying to imagine how 5G specifically could be a particular [07:24.200 --> 07:28.680] problem. And Randy, that's a great question because I've had the exact same question myself [07:28.680 --> 07:36.840] and without having Chris's understanding and without having your electrical understanding, [07:36.840 --> 07:43.400] it just seems a bit far-fetched to me. So you just said from an electrician perspective, [07:43.400 --> 07:48.040] electrical perspective, it seems far-stretched to you. Chris, what's your response? Because I'm [07:48.040 --> 07:53.480] really curious about this. Okay. So these are very different spectrums of energy, [07:53.480 --> 07:58.120] very, very different spectrums of frequency. Royal Rife, the guy from San Diego, I think, [07:58.120 --> 08:03.320] who developed the rife machine, he was dealing with light and he was pushing it through a plasma. [08:04.200 --> 08:09.720] He would excite gas almost like a fluorescent tube and that made a plasma wave. That's his main [08:09.720 --> 08:15.960] energy transmission was through that type of wave, energy wave. He also used sound. So it's a little [08:15.960 --> 08:21.240] different from radio waves. He was using very, very data technology when this... No, wait, wait, [08:21.240 --> 08:30.440] wait, hold on. You can see that there are essentially two kinds of waves, electromagnetic [08:31.240 --> 08:37.720] and light photons. You could call a sound a wave but that's really a compression wave. [08:37.720 --> 08:44.360] That's somewhat different. If we're transmitting a wave, it's electromagnetic unless you can see it [08:45.480 --> 08:52.040] or if it's a light that's out of spectrum but essentially what I'm trying to keep from doing [08:52.040 --> 08:59.560] is getting into some questionable ethereal areas of science. This is all pretty straightforward. [08:59.560 --> 09:06.040] There aren't that many forms of energy out there and if he's passing something through a plasma, [09:06.040 --> 09:15.640] the plasma is going to emit an electromagnetic vibration or electromagnetic wave. That's not [09:15.640 --> 09:24.360] much different than a radio signal. The only difference is frequency. Whoever I hear this, [09:24.360 --> 09:34.360] I always am concerned with the fact that human beings have always lived in a soup of [09:34.360 --> 09:44.840] all sorts of microwaves, radio waves. Every frequency you could imagine we're being bombarded with [09:45.400 --> 09:54.520] constantly from outside. It's just we're in a soup of it. So to say that one frequency [09:55.400 --> 10:01.240] at a relatively low power is all of a sudden going to be extremely deadly to everybody, [10:01.240 --> 10:05.320] well we should have already been dead from that because we've got so much crap coming in from [10:05.320 --> 10:12.520] the end of the atmosphere from the universe around us. Do you know of anything specific [10:12.520 --> 10:20.280] about this 5G? Because there's been so many issues raised about it. I do have a concern [10:20.280 --> 10:26.600] that may be something we don't know about. I'm not an electrician and I'm not very, [10:26.600 --> 10:30.520] very knowledgeable of all the different frequencies and waves and how they all work. [10:30.520 --> 10:35.160] But I do have done research back in the day. Part of my business was a health education [10:35.160 --> 10:39.320] business and we just never got out off the floor. But some of the research I did before I even knew [10:39.320 --> 10:45.560] about 5G is that when you stress the cell through a certain amount of electromagnetic radiation or [10:45.560 --> 10:51.640] fields or whatever, what happens is the cell just doesn't rest. It can't turn off. And so it's [10:51.640 --> 10:55.880] kind of like keeping the lights on. And there's been a lot of research to prove that. So not [10:55.880 --> 11:01.240] in your right. There's a lot of beneficial and a lot of bad. We don't stand next to the microwave [11:01.240 --> 11:05.480] for a reason because that particular one isn't conducive for our cells. But it's great for [11:05.480 --> 11:11.480] heating up food, right? So that's what's happened with the 4G. From what I understand, [11:11.480 --> 11:17.000] it's a different type of wave length. And so it's less invasive. It's invasive if you have [11:17.000 --> 11:22.440] to work on the tower. That's why I spoke to an installer who would come and do maintenance on [11:22.440 --> 11:26.200] the one that was on top of our building two years ago. He said, we have to turn it off. Otherwise, [11:26.200 --> 11:30.120] we get fried. We'll end up in the hospital. It'll hurt us. So they turn it off to go do [11:30.120 --> 11:36.520] maintenance. They turn it back on. So close rain, that's, it's not healthy. It weighs the way. [11:36.520 --> 11:42.920] It's okay. 5G is another ball game. And so it's the tighter wave, which means it's a lot more [11:42.920 --> 11:49.480] invasive, but it doesn't penetrate. We won't go to distances. So that's why they have to [11:49.480 --> 11:53.880] put it every in a short, you know, distance testing much shorter where each tower is or each [11:53.880 --> 11:58.600] antenna. But it's a more invasive wave and it's a lot more power. And that's how they can get such a [11:58.600 --> 12:06.280] fast download speed. But here's the crazy thing. And I need to do the research to confirm this [12:06.280 --> 12:10.200] because there's so many people saying this that it's got to have some that validity [12:10.840 --> 12:15.560] that this particular 60 gigahertz and, and how they're, how they're [12:15.560 --> 12:23.640] broadcast or getting out there, it changes the atmospheric, be something to do with oxygen. [12:23.640 --> 12:30.840] And so oxygen becomes distorted and therefore not able to be utilized properly. And so [12:31.960 --> 12:39.720] how at what power rating does that happen and what relation to the human physiology that does [12:39.720 --> 12:46.600] that happen? Chris, that's a really heavy claim. And so my first question, my first question would be, [12:46.600 --> 12:53.560] does that even happen? A, B, how can you prove it, quantify it? And how can we, how can we know? [12:53.560 --> 13:02.760] So, so immediately I'm skeptical, not, I'm not in denial, but it would seem to me to be a slightly [13:02.760 --> 13:13.880] wild claim. Some less elemental compounds perhaps. But oxygen, you got O2. And that's pretty much [13:13.880 --> 13:23.080] all you got. Even if you just had O, most oxygen comes in O2. But even if you had O, as far as I [13:23.080 --> 13:34.840] know, that is so ambiguous, ambiguous that, you know, everything non-plant uses it. I'm, I'm, I [13:34.840 --> 13:42.680] have to talk to Ken, he's my chemist, but I'm thinking of the valence bonds for oxygen. They're [13:42.680 --> 13:49.240] so simple. There's not much you can do to oxygen. So the problem there may be. And, [13:49.240 --> 13:57.720] well, it might not be that it's changing the oxygen as much as just exciting it. And then, [13:58.520 --> 14:05.160] because they use that, that frequency range. The problem is, is you can't excite the atom. [14:06.680 --> 14:12.040] The molecule, you can't really. Well, there's some way that oxygen does absorb that particular [14:12.040 --> 14:18.120] frequency, right? Guys, if we really want to seem crazy, go out and tell people that the coronavirus [14:18.120 --> 14:25.880] was caused by excited oxygen. Yeah, I need to talk to Ken about this. So I'll talk to him before the [14:25.880 --> 14:33.000] next show. And I'll stop interrupting you now, Chris. I was just thinking out loud. I'll stop [14:33.000 --> 14:40.520] thinking out loud. Go ahead, Chris. It's crazy that you guys also got the same video of a doctor [14:40.520 --> 14:48.360] saying we cannot explain why these people's lungs are starved for oxygen. And they are definitely [14:48.360 --> 14:56.440] in dire, in dire states. And I don't think it's from a virus, he says. He says, this has never [14:56.440 --> 15:01.480] been anything that I can validate from my experience with a doctor as the condition of their lungs. [15:01.480 --> 15:07.560] They look like they were dropped off on Mount Everest. That got my attention, seriously, [15:07.560 --> 15:13.080] because, and then literally, literally the same day, all the videos that are making a correlation [15:13.080 --> 15:20.680] to any relationship between 5G and the virus, they're being banned and deleted. So I definitely [15:20.680 --> 15:25.400] want to start digging. All I'm doing is asking people to start, you know, with their own discernments, [15:25.400 --> 15:31.000] start to do the research. Just look it up on wherever they can find it. What is the relationship [15:31.000 --> 15:36.440] to that frequency and oxygen? It's a problem with that as the average guy would not really be able [15:36.440 --> 15:45.400] to decipher that. But oxygen, oxygen will bind to lots of things. So if this is causing you [15:45.400 --> 15:51.960] can't do much to the oxygen atom, but you can bind it to other things. This is, Randy, you're [15:51.960 --> 15:58.360] making my point here. And Chris, I'm not attacking. I just want to do this intelligently here. [15:58.360 --> 16:06.360] This is not a new science. Randy's point is I might not be up to all the facts of the textbooks, [16:06.360 --> 16:12.280] but this is well vetted science. And so this should be pretty easy to get someone who can [16:12.280 --> 16:22.200] really help decipher this for us. Okay. I'll talk to Ken. He's my chemist. And I'll examine this [16:22.200 --> 16:33.240] with him. What could a super high frequency like 60 gigahertz, how could it affect the valence of [16:33.240 --> 16:41.880] an oxygen atom to cause it to bind with something else like carbon? Carbon is CO. You've got a lot [16:41.880 --> 16:47.800] of things that'll bind with it. So if you have, if this is causing something to bind to the oxygen, [16:47.800 --> 16:54.520] and then it's not available anymore, and that would account for the seeming altitude sickness. [16:54.520 --> 16:58.840] Hang on. Go into our sponsors for Andy Kelton Brett Fountain. We'll be right back. Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain, Rule of Law Radio, here with our special guest, [19:45.720 --> 19:52.600] Pastor Massad, and I apologize, Chris. You really got my interest. You got me, the engineer side of [19:52.600 --> 19:59.560] me, looking for the possibilities and actually the more we talked about it, the more possibilities [19:59.560 --> 20:03.560] I'm beginning to see and it's getting disturbing. And, Chris, Brett and I need you to know that [20:03.560 --> 20:07.720] you have to knock this off. You have no idea what the brakes are like for us. It's just horrible [20:07.720 --> 20:15.320] when you get the engineer firing. We're talking about gaseous absorption and all that stuff that [20:15.320 --> 20:20.200] give you headache. Okay, go ahead, Chris. I'm going to shut up now and let you speak and [20:20.200 --> 20:27.320] we're up to you. Well, I think I've hit the highlights. I think Pastor Randy Scott, Brett, [20:27.320 --> 20:32.760] I think the idea of getting the heads together and really teaming up to get to the source and [20:32.760 --> 20:38.040] verify it as legitimate because there's a lot of doctors, high-head doctors, especially from [20:38.040 --> 20:42.920] Germany for some reason, that have been speaking out about, especially the coronavirus being [20:42.920 --> 20:46.360] blown out of proportion, but there's a lot of people who have the science knowledge that are [20:46.360 --> 20:52.200] trying to get this into our hands. They're trying to get the actual paperwork and the testing to [20:52.200 --> 21:00.680] our hands so we can have what we need in a nice folder to be self-confident with the information. [21:01.400 --> 21:05.640] And that's important coming from multiple doctors. You talk about the particular doctor [21:05.640 --> 21:10.280] who was talking about the lungs reacting differently and my very first thing is, [21:11.000 --> 21:14.360] what other doctors are willing to go on camera saying that, willing to go on record saying [21:14.360 --> 21:17.960] that because if it's such a big thing, then all the doctors are seeing that. [21:19.240 --> 21:25.320] And if you've seen the video, he's clearly concerned and he's clearly not talking to us. [21:25.960 --> 21:31.880] He's talking to other doctors. So that's why I gave that so much credibility. [21:32.360 --> 21:38.680] Okay. Again, again, it has to be quantifiable and it has to be repeatable, duplicatable, [21:39.400 --> 21:44.280] and then we know we've got something. We have it credibly so we can go forward with [21:44.280 --> 21:51.240] it. Right. I think the easy path right now is it's going to be pretty easy to figure out the [21:51.240 --> 21:55.640] testing that they're doing for the exosomes and the antibodies and the stress test because that's [21:55.640 --> 22:00.200] a universal thing going around. I think that'll be very verifiable and there are people can ask [22:00.200 --> 22:09.240] their own doctors that question. But 5G, that's a big topic. That's getting quiet. They're trying [22:09.240 --> 22:15.880] to make that very quiet. Absolutely. Because it goes to technology. A lot of money invested in it. [22:15.880 --> 22:20.680] If it turns out it hurts us, they're not going to like that. But now let's look at the 5G thing [22:20.680 --> 22:26.600] for a second because my understanding, Chris, is that a lot of what is happening in the United [22:26.600 --> 22:31.480] States right now that's being called 5G really isn't 5G because they haven't turned that network [22:31.480 --> 22:37.720] on yet. And so if that's the case, then how do you relate that to this coronavirus? [22:37.720 --> 22:43.560] Well, they have turned it on in some places. They've turned it on and if you look at it, [22:43.560 --> 22:49.080] there's a map of where they were just playing with a block of one city and it wasn't the major ones. [22:49.080 --> 22:54.520] It was in Miami, Denver, New York, San Francisco. It was in these major, it was like downtown in [22:54.520 --> 22:57.880] the most concentrated areas. And so they had it there. There were people talking about how [22:57.880 --> 23:02.920] they were playing around with it. It was amazing that they could download a video that quickly. [23:02.920 --> 23:08.040] But this past year though, and I didn't know this, I thought they were just doing it now. [23:08.040 --> 23:13.000] They've been, you know, this guy confirmed it. They've been implementing it at high rates back [23:13.000 --> 23:16.120] in the fall. So this past year, I didn't know they were installing. I thought they were doing [23:16.120 --> 23:20.440] it while we were on lockdown. They are doing it while we're on lockdown. And there's a lot of [23:20.440 --> 23:24.440] videos of people walking up to these installers all over the world saying, what are you doing? [23:25.160 --> 23:27.960] And some of them will say this is what we're doing because they're innocent. They don't know [23:27.960 --> 23:32.760] what they're doing. And some are complete denial. They're just like hiding it. So it has been [23:32.760 --> 23:37.160] turned on in certain places. And apparently, this is now, this is the other interesting thing. [23:38.040 --> 23:43.240] Hawaii is a big and this big Chinese telecommunications company. And they're, [23:43.240 --> 23:48.520] they're now here. They're in Hawaii. They're, they're, they're pushing for this around the [23:48.520 --> 23:53.160] world. Apparently the, the first place they turned it on, their big 5G network was [23:53.960 --> 23:57.800] none other where the virus broke out. So... [23:57.800 --> 24:04.520] China? Yes. And who got to China? So two things are possible there. [24:05.480 --> 24:11.560] Yes, the virus. I'm also kind of leaning that it, that it came out, but I also think 5G got [24:11.560 --> 24:17.480] turned on and it's no coincidence that those things are somehow related. So people are getting [24:17.480 --> 24:21.240] sick. It's no doubt. I mean, the flu is going around like it normally does. You can see it. [24:21.240 --> 24:27.160] I mean, I see sick people, but... Yeah. But what you're indicating is what they're calling the [24:27.160 --> 24:33.400] flu may not be the flu at all. I think, I think it compromises the human, the body. I think it, [24:33.400 --> 24:39.000] it, it weakens the system. Just like if you're in, if you're next to a cell phone tower, [24:39.000 --> 24:43.160] you're not going to be a healthy guy if you're up there all day, you know? So I think [24:43.800 --> 24:47.640] there's a possibility and this has been, this is why the videos are getting shut down is that [24:47.640 --> 24:52.040] it's compromising people's health. And so if you're already weak, you're not going to get better, [24:52.040 --> 24:56.200] you know? So I think there's a combination to be honest with you. I don't want to be [24:56.200 --> 24:59.880] conspiracy and say, yeah, they're now, they got weapons against us or no, they came out with a [24:59.880 --> 25:06.120] virus, they bioengineered. I think it's a little bit lighter than that, but I think the combination [25:06.120 --> 25:13.480] is, is not, not healthy. And still, despite that, the Georgia guide stones are real. They really [25:13.480 --> 25:21.000] exist and they really talk about eliminating 7.5 billion people. So how do we balance all of that [25:21.000 --> 25:27.640] and not look like we're tinfoil hat wearing wacko conspiracy theorists when in fact we have real, [25:27.640 --> 25:36.120] legitimate, quantifiable, verifiable facts? Yeah. I've never, I look just, there's a lot of people [25:36.120 --> 25:45.560] that are raising a lot of issues about EMF. If you do a search for EMF conspiracy, EMF harm, [25:45.560 --> 25:54.360] I had a guy out of Texas who was a jail guard and his tower was underneath the [25:55.000 --> 26:02.440] quarter of a million volt power lines. And he documented all sorts of issues from the EMF. [26:02.440 --> 26:11.960] I get a lot of information about that. And this is all electromagnetic fields. So the, [26:11.960 --> 26:18.760] the, I haven't heard them speak to the 5G yet. Mostly they're talking about very strong fields. [26:20.360 --> 26:27.320] One guy we talked to years ago got prosecuted because they put the power lines over his barn [26:28.520 --> 26:35.880] and he came up with a transformer. The power, you know, when you apply power to a [26:35.880 --> 26:42.840] conductor, it builds an electromagnetic field around it and proportion it to the size, [26:42.840 --> 26:47.800] to the, to the amount of the voltage. And this quarter of a million volts through a field up [26:47.800 --> 26:53.160] big enough that it passed his transformer and he was sucking power right out of the line. [26:53.800 --> 26:57.240] Wow. They finally shut him down with that. Technically, that's legal. [26:58.440 --> 27:03.400] If you transmit it, I can receive it. Wow. But they finally, they took them years, [27:03.400 --> 27:10.040] but they got him shut down anyway. But if it's powerful enough that he could power his house [27:10.760 --> 27:15.560] with the field that's passing this transformer, as an electrical engineer, that would make me [27:15.560 --> 27:23.240] uncomfortable. Right. That's enough power to heat you from the inside. And no telling what else it [27:23.240 --> 27:34.040] would do. That's to the question about the deployment of 5G. The first phase of 5G supports [27:34.760 --> 27:39.320] the lower frequencies that we're, you've been using already below the 6 gigahertz range, [27:39.320 --> 27:45.960] 6 gigahertz, and it supports the higher frequencies. So it's a, it's not an either or, [27:46.600 --> 27:51.160] but they've been deploying it and they're only using the lower frequencies. That's [27:51.160 --> 27:58.040] totally possible. I don't know where all it's being deployed and everything, but the, if you read [27:58.040 --> 28:05.640] what the IEEE says in the ITU and the 3GPP that are deploying people for these frequencies, [28:07.080 --> 28:14.360] it does support the current ranges plus the higher ranges. Right. That makes sense. [28:14.360 --> 28:23.320] And if they use the higher frequencies in their transmission lines, and then from [28:24.280 --> 28:30.440] the broadcast source use the lower frequencies, they would mitigate a lot of the problem with [28:31.560 --> 28:39.560] 5G. But I'm more concerned with this soup that's in the air. Can it either be [28:39.560 --> 28:50.680] attenuating our ability to resist a specific kind of viral attack, or does it affect the virus [28:50.680 --> 28:59.800] itself and cause it to act differently? Chris, you gave me a headache. I'm sorry. I've had a headache [28:59.800 --> 29:14.600] all week. So now you're being a carrier. Okay. I'm concerned. I am concerned. Go ahead. [29:17.000 --> 29:23.560] Well, we've got 40 seconds to sponsor this. We'll pick this up on the other side. [29:23.560 --> 29:31.640] We do have a, okay. We've got another caller from California. I think that might be Tina. [29:32.600 --> 29:35.800] We'll pick that up on the other side. Randy Kelton. Brett Fountain. [29:37.080 --> 29:46.200] Call in number 512-646-1984. We've got another hour and a half. So if you have a question or [29:46.200 --> 29:59.800] comment, give us a call. We'll be right back. What happened? My screen just... [30:01.080 --> 30:05.960] Everyone knows that walking is great exercise, but you might not know that the way you walk [30:05.960 --> 30:10.200] could predict how long you're going to live. I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht, and I'll be back [30:10.200 --> 30:16.360] to tell you more about walking prognostication in just a moment. Privacy is under attack. [30:16.360 --> 30:21.080] When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again. And once your privacy [30:21.080 --> 30:27.000] is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too. So protect your rights. Say no to [30:27.000 --> 30:32.520] surveillance and keep your information to yourself. Privacy, it's worth hanging on to. [30:32.520 --> 30:37.400] This public service announcement is brought to you by startpage.com, the private search engine [30:37.400 --> 30:42.120] alternative to Google, Yahoo, and Bing. Start over with start page. [30:43.720 --> 30:48.200] New research shows how fast you walk could predict how long you're going to live. The [30:48.200 --> 30:53.480] Journal of the American Medical Association reports that older adults who walk one meter per second [30:53.480 --> 30:58.680] or faster live longer than expected. In case you're wondering, one meter per second is about [30:58.680 --> 31:03.560] two and a quarter miles per hour. A senior's age, gender, and walking speed were as good at [31:03.560 --> 31:08.520] predicting life expectancy as more traditional statistical measures. Generally speaking, [31:08.520 --> 31:13.880] faster walkers live longer. Measuring walking speed is quick and inexpensive. It only takes a [31:13.880 --> 31:19.160] stopwatch, some space to walk, and a few minutes. Researchers say it could help doctors identify [31:19.160 --> 31:24.360] older patients who need special care. I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht. Live Free Speech Radio LogosRadioNetwork.com. [33:28.120 --> 33:50.600] I won't let you put the world over my eyes. [33:50.600 --> 34:20.440] Okay, we are back. Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain with our radio here [34:20.440 --> 34:25.960] with our special guest, Pastor Massad and we're talking to Chris in Colorado. Chris, have we [34:25.960 --> 34:33.000] kind of beat that subject up? Yeah, I think we've made a nice blender [34:33.000 --> 34:36.360] mixed amount. We didn't mess it up too bad. I think people are going to start thinking. [34:36.360 --> 34:40.920] I just wanted to say, Randy, for you when you talk to your friend, here's the statement, [34:40.920 --> 34:46.120] 60 gigahertz, the oxygen molecule becomes highly absorbent and the electromagnetic energy which [34:46.120 --> 34:50.520] weakens the 60 gigahertz signals over distance, which is why I can't travel very far. When [34:50.520 --> 35:00.520] you talk to your friend, ask him how that might affect the atmosphere. So it happened, [35:00.520 --> 35:09.800] okay, Brett spoke to harmonics on the break. So this is a frequency that happens to resonate [35:09.800 --> 35:20.120] with a carbon molecule. Oxygen. I'm sorry, carbon, oxygen molecule. So and that's what's [35:20.120 --> 35:28.440] attenuating the signal. That gets scary. That means it interferes with the oxygen in the [35:28.440 --> 35:36.360] atmosphere. And if I'm in a building that's passing this frequency and it's changing the [35:36.360 --> 35:42.840] nature of the oxygen, there's a good chance I could have more trouble extracting that oxygen [35:42.840 --> 35:53.560] from the air through the lungs. Correct. Disconcerting. I'm going to take an aspirin [35:53.560 --> 36:00.200] because that can't take an ibupropeant. So there is good news because I didn't put this [36:00.200 --> 36:04.760] together until recently, but I got some information last, I don't know if it was the end of the [36:04.760 --> 36:10.120] summer or something. There's some people in Hawaii that have been following this, especially [36:10.120 --> 36:15.160] the legislation. They've been following it all along the way. And apparently the telecommunication [36:15.160 --> 36:19.320] company shot themselves in the foot because what they did is they asked for zero oversight from [36:19.320 --> 36:28.120] the government, meaning they were no longer really regulated. But it backfired and what it did is it [36:28.120 --> 36:34.360] also meant the people had a say. So apparently what's in play now is the average town, [36:34.360 --> 36:41.000] small town, anybody can go up to their public official and say we only want this power in our [36:41.000 --> 36:48.040] town. We only want this power in our town. We want minimal. We only want emergency number access. [36:48.040 --> 36:55.320] Oh, okay. So you're saying they took it out of the fed's hands and since the feds didn't have [36:55.320 --> 37:03.000] dominant control, now the state can take control? I think that's the wording. I just pulled up the [37:03.000 --> 37:06.040] video again, it's been several months, but I'm going to get in touch with the guy because I want to [37:06.040 --> 37:09.880] put together a package where people can walk up and say this is the legislation, these are our [37:09.880 --> 37:15.960] rights and this is what we can do even in our little county town here. We don't want this stuff here. [37:16.520 --> 37:23.080] Yeah, and that fits because anything that the fed does not control, it's left to the state. [37:23.080 --> 37:33.400] So if these companies ask the FCC to step out of controlling and overseeing this application, [37:33.400 --> 37:39.960] then they left it to a much more arbitrary and capricious authority. That may be a good thing. [37:41.320 --> 37:46.600] Yes. So I'll leave it there. I'll let you guys get to everybody because this is heavy. [37:46.600 --> 37:52.840] This is heavy stuff. Pastor, I'm fully willing to talk and see what we can do to learn more [37:52.840 --> 37:56.280] and do more research and just let me know what I need to do to be of assistance. [37:57.880 --> 38:04.440] Send Randy an email and it'll go from there. We'll connect. Okay. Anybody else who wants [38:04.440 --> 38:09.400] access to the information we're accumulating, just send me an email and ask for it and [38:10.120 --> 38:16.040] I'll put together a folder where I'll maintain all of this information. I can just send it to you. [38:16.040 --> 38:21.800] Okay. Scott, did you have anything else for us? [38:23.080 --> 38:28.760] Yeah, I had a whole lot. In fact, just touching on what Chris just said just a minute ago [38:29.320 --> 38:37.160] about there's been people in Australia that have actually started doing their local [38:37.160 --> 38:44.760] county officials for putting these 5G powers up saying that this causes radiation poisoning [38:44.760 --> 38:50.040] and if you can prove differently because we can prove statistically that it can be done, [38:50.040 --> 38:55.960] we're going to hold you liable. And so last I heard they were going to jerk the powers down. [38:55.960 --> 39:01.160] Now, we don't know if it actually went through because probably the big corporations come in [39:01.160 --> 39:06.680] and poly repeal it, do all kinds of other stuff. But that was one legal aspect to go [39:06.680 --> 39:17.000] in after these guys and using their own data against them. Did they have evidence to indicate [39:18.360 --> 39:25.640] radiation poisoning? Well, it's a, you're actually getting, whenever you cook meat [39:25.640 --> 39:31.160] in a microwave, you're denaturing the proteins. I have an electrical engineering degree too and [39:31.160 --> 39:40.840] I studied, I went to college for pre-med for two years in biology, studied biology for majors [39:41.640 --> 39:47.880] and anatomy and physiology. So this is some incredible stuff just that people have to [39:47.880 --> 39:53.480] dig into it to get the information. You can't just hear it on a radio show and think it's [39:53.480 --> 39:58.840] going to pop into your head. You have to do some research on this stuff. But it will actually [39:58.840 --> 40:05.080] a microwave denatures the proteins of meat when you actually cook it. That's provable. [40:05.640 --> 40:10.760] And they're transmitting this stuff. If they're transmitting it in a square wave, [40:10.760 --> 40:17.320] it actually rips the cells apart more than a sinusoidal wave, which is supposed to be more [40:17.320 --> 40:23.400] coherent to your actual body being able to accept it. And talking about transmitting it [40:23.400 --> 40:30.680] at a low powered frequency, kind of odd that they took lead out of paint. So because they figured [40:30.680 --> 40:36.840] lead could probably block the signal penetrating the walls and stuff like that. No, that's not [40:36.840 --> 40:45.960] why they took lead out of paint. Lead is the, there's conjecture that the fall of Rome was [40:45.960 --> 40:51.320] directly related to their plumbing because they had lead pipes and everybody [40:51.320 --> 40:57.720] wound up with lead poisoning. Lead poisoning is really bad news because they're drinking [40:57.720 --> 41:02.440] through the lead pops. I get that like eating lead. You can die of lead poison getting shot. [41:03.800 --> 41:10.040] But still, these are just some things that are out there that people have been throwing out, [41:10.040 --> 41:16.200] saying, why is this occurring? There's too many things that are occurring that just don't make [41:16.200 --> 41:24.840] sense. The whole shutdown of the entire earth, there's obviously, there's something else going [41:24.840 --> 41:31.160] on. And a lot of people, you know, there's, I don't know if you ever heard of, I know I've [41:31.160 --> 41:38.760] called it to you, but have you ever heard of a QAnon pastor? Of course. Of course. Have you [41:38.760 --> 41:48.040] heard of Adrena Chrome? What was it word? Adrena Chrome. No. All right. Well, that's [41:48.040 --> 41:53.800] something you could really look into. But there's definitely some, there's some things going on, [41:53.800 --> 41:59.960] because if you listen to President Trump, he's talking about this as the invisible enemy. [41:59.960 --> 42:07.160] It's almost like he's speaking in code on some of this stuff. I mean, if the actual numbers are [42:07.160 --> 42:12.360] flattening the curve and the numbers aren't as bad as what they're saying, we don't shut the [42:12.360 --> 42:18.360] planet down when it comes to the flu season. But yet, we're shutting everything down over [42:18.360 --> 42:24.520] this coronavirus. And it's just, there's a lot of things not making sense on all this. [42:25.240 --> 42:31.080] And there's reason is, is because there's probably something else going on that people don't know [42:31.080 --> 42:37.880] about. And the people that are studying this stuff are putting these things together, but [42:37.880 --> 42:42.040] everybody gets labeled, oh, well, you don't have all the facts. Well, of course we don't have all [42:42.040 --> 42:47.400] the facts. We're still trying to figure it all out. And not only that, they hide this information [42:47.400 --> 42:54.360] quite well. So you have to really be, you have to study and study and study just to try to get, [42:54.360 --> 42:59.960] and they're deleting everything off the internet. They deleted me back in January of 2018 just for [42:59.960 --> 43:07.480] getting information out. They've been doing this for over two years now. This is not something new. [43:09.640 --> 43:16.280] So I don't know. I'll probably just blow up on this. But there's a lot of things going on. [43:16.840 --> 43:25.720] And I really think that what is occurring here, there's going to be more things that are happening. [43:25.720 --> 43:30.600] There's already, because they've been talking about field indictments, we know we've heard all [43:30.600 --> 43:35.720] of these astronomical numbers, and then John Germ just came out today. And it's even [43:35.720 --> 43:41.400] converging, even though we all expected it. John. Hang on. Hang on. We're about to go to our sponsors. [43:41.400 --> 43:57.320] Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain, Realiva Radio, our call in number 512-646-1984. We'll be right back. When I'm hungry, I like to know just what I'm fishing for. [46:35.560 --> 46:44.600] I ain't asking for much, I ain't trying to be no glutton. I'm just here making my living pushing [46:44.600 --> 46:55.480] button. I get my message out doing one inch out in distance. I vote for bravery and against [46:55.480 --> 47:03.560] slavery showing resistance. First I'm crawling, then I'm walking, then I start strutting. [47:03.560 --> 47:17.240] I'm just so glad to make my living pushing button. Whoa, whoa, whoa. [47:17.240 --> 47:26.680] Whoa, whoa, whoa. Yeah, we shot down to play monopoly. We all wanted to win the game. We gave [47:26.680 --> 47:33.400] some guy and this money supply. We must have not been thinking the brain. After some time, [47:33.400 --> 47:39.560] worth of my time, got beat down to death. There's nothing I might have been doing all right. Still, [47:39.560 --> 47:54.760] I make my living pushing button. Yeah, whoa, whoa. Whoa, whoa, whoa. [47:54.760 --> 48:02.520] There's a man over there with ammunition looking for a brand new chance to profit from my fear. [48:05.240 --> 48:14.040] Okay, we are back. Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain with LaRidio and Scott, you're kind of getting [48:14.040 --> 48:21.960] into rant mode. You're getting cranked up on us. Yeah. Well, you know me. Yeah, I do. [48:21.960 --> 48:27.160] Passion. Your passion is showing. Do you have anything else? [48:29.480 --> 48:31.720] Do you want me to finish or do you want me to just hang up? [48:32.520 --> 48:39.320] Well, if you got more than just being upset, I know there's a lot. We all understand [48:39.880 --> 48:44.920] there's a lot going on and we're all here struggling trying to sort it out. [48:44.920 --> 48:50.840] And you're giving us an admonition to pay attention. And yes, we are paying attention. [48:53.000 --> 48:55.000] Something specifically we should look for. [48:56.680 --> 49:01.800] Oh, well, yeah, there's some, Adrena Chrome is definitely something very [49:03.400 --> 49:10.440] specific to look for. And just like what Pastor was saying there, talking about your thoughts [49:10.440 --> 49:15.320] being transmitted in the air, they've been playing with V2K, voice to skull, [49:16.760 --> 49:22.360] carrier wave transmissions for a long time. They developed the technology back in the 60s [49:22.360 --> 49:27.960] along the carrier waves. And now the carrier wave. You're talking about Super Adre Dean. [49:27.960 --> 49:34.280] They did that back in the 20s. Okay. But you're talking about when you say V2K, [49:34.280 --> 49:41.720] there's a misconception that it's two-way. And they, it never has been, I mean, [49:41.720 --> 49:43.800] all the experiments and everything is only one way. [49:45.480 --> 49:50.440] There's only one way that we know about. You got to remember the technology in the plan. [49:50.440 --> 49:57.800] This is way ahead of what we even know about. But what you would have to have for that to work [49:57.800 --> 50:04.360] would be some way to decode thoughts. The brain waves would have to be somehow [50:04.360 --> 50:11.800] translated into English or something. And our brains don't work like that. [50:11.800 --> 50:19.480] We're actually getting close to that. There are some texts. I get an email from, [50:19.480 --> 50:28.280] it's called Futurism. And it's just the latest technologies. And just recently I've got some [50:28.120 --> 50:35.080] articles on tech that could read your thoughts to a limited degree. [50:37.080 --> 50:45.400] Point was is they were sensitive enough to read the electromagnetic pulses in the brain. [50:45.400 --> 50:51.320] And they're beginning to get them to the point that they can organize and begin to make sense of [50:51.320 --> 50:57.320] them. We're getting close. Yeah. Well, now you're just proving my point, thanks. [50:58.040 --> 51:01.400] But this is not something that can transcend that. The brain produces such [51:02.440 --> 51:06.440] slight signals that you have to be in direct contact with the skull. [51:06.440 --> 51:11.560] They have to use electrodes and they have to have training and they have to have very focused [51:11.560 --> 51:16.680] thing like the person. It's a binary thing. You either you're supposed to be thinking of [51:16.680 --> 51:24.360] left or right. And then you can mentally navigate, maneuver something with left and right. But you [51:24.360 --> 51:31.800] can't think about what you want to think about and have it just transmit that. Oh, he's thinking [51:31.800 --> 51:38.280] about running behind that building. There's no way to translate that. Yeah, they are. That's [51:38.280 --> 51:47.800] what they're finding. There are regularities. And it's been a problem previously because we didn't [51:47.800 --> 51:56.840] have instrumentation sensitive enough to detect the signals. And now we're able to crunch a lot [51:56.840 --> 52:05.560] more numbers and look at a lot more possibilities. They're beginning to find consistencies that they [52:05.560 --> 52:13.000] can use the consistencies to establish a structure to build more specifics on top of. They're getting [52:13.000 --> 52:19.400] better at it. Technology is moving very quickly. You're just proving my point. And if they have [52:19.400 --> 52:26.200] these little tower things, 1800 feet apart, and you got that cell phone stuck down near, [52:27.160 --> 52:33.080] well, you got the cell phone right by you. How about that? So there's plenty of these [52:33.080 --> 52:38.040] little devices that's going to be around to start picking up these brain patterns. And just [52:38.040 --> 52:45.800] like you're saying, Randy, they're getting better at it. I'll let y'all go. Bye. Okay. Thank you, [52:45.800 --> 52:55.960] Scott. Okay. I think this is a first time caller. I have someone from California, Eric code 949. [52:55.960 --> 53:01.160] If you're under, if I'm California, talk to me. [53:06.120 --> 53:07.720] Okay. I can hear you in the background. [53:11.000 --> 53:14.680] If you're online waiting for a call, speak up. [53:14.680 --> 53:27.720] Okay. No speak up. Okay. Now we're going to go to, we still have Chris on. Let's go to Scott in [53:27.720 --> 53:33.400] New York. Hello, Scott. Oh, that's me. I didn't know if I should unmute. I was saying hello to [53:33.400 --> 53:38.200] the California. How you doing? I never called them before. I could add a couple of things to [53:38.200 --> 53:43.160] clarify and support a lot of the things covered tonight by a lot of videos. [53:43.160 --> 53:47.400] But if they've been taken them all down, that would kind of be proof that that would make it kind [53:47.400 --> 53:55.720] of real. No, not necessarily, but it is suspicious. Well, I was going to mention something about the [53:55.720 --> 53:59.560] Second Amendment because they took down something that my friend posted the other day, but that's [53:59.560 --> 54:04.680] heavy content. How many things are set tonight? I could provide maybe about a half dozen videos [54:04.680 --> 54:10.520] that I've watched personally that confirm the 5g thing that you're saying with the oxygen and confirm [54:10.520 --> 54:16.760] some of the other things. And then there's John Rappaport. He's been covering this for decades, [54:16.760 --> 54:22.600] very well researched, very amazing and talented writer, and he uses their own research and their [54:22.600 --> 54:27.560] own writings and reports against them. And he has just a great way of saying it. Some of his, [54:27.560 --> 54:32.840] he just released something a few days ago, a website for the world. It's called the creation [54:32.840 --> 54:40.840] of a false epidemic with John Rappaport. And it's three recordings on a website called the [54:40.840 --> 54:46.840] Solary Report. It's just audio recording. But he's even better on some videos. There was a video [54:46.840 --> 54:51.800] that was, let me see, would you like me to read the videos about a half dozen of things that confirm [54:51.800 --> 54:57.160] and verify things discussed this evening? Or would you like to send an email? Yeah, I could read [54:57.160 --> 55:03.400] it or read it and then send it to me in an email in case someone wants it. Yeah, and then I can [55:03.400 --> 55:09.400] even verify some of my things. Okay, number one, John Rappaport, very, very well researched and [55:09.400 --> 55:15.240] well written and really cuts to the point and backs up everything he says. Check out any of his [55:15.240 --> 55:20.920] readings. He's at nomorefakenews.com. I get a mailing in his email every time he writes something, [55:20.920 --> 55:26.440] in my email every time he writes something, lately three, four a week. Some of them amazing. One of [55:26.440 --> 55:37.480] them about three weeks ago recommended a video on YouTube by Dana Ashley, D-A-N-A, it's felt like [55:37.480 --> 55:47.960] Ash Ly, L-I-E. And the title of that video is called, let's see, the best news, R-E coronavirus, [55:47.960 --> 55:55.320] you've heard all month, kind of. And that's published February 22nd, 2020, a little bit in code so [55:55.320 --> 55:59.800] she doesn't get taken down. I've heard other videos by her in the past, very enlightening [56:00.600 --> 56:06.520] and trustworthy. And that was recommended to me from John Rappaport in a writing that I got like [56:06.520 --> 56:12.520] one in the morning and it was a really long piece. I couldn't share it in one piece on Facebook, [56:12.520 --> 56:18.040] how to share it in two. And he recommended at the end that Dana Ashley video and she provides [56:18.040 --> 56:23.720] evidence and verifies exactly how it's these signals. And then there's two other things that are [56:23.720 --> 56:28.040] really even better proof than some videos. I'll get back to the videos in a second. There's the [56:28.040 --> 56:37.640] 107th Congress back in 2001, I think it was, the guy from Ohio, the congressman from Ohio, [56:37.640 --> 56:45.000] I can't think of his name. Search for that and read that. It's not very long, but it really [56:45.000 --> 56:50.120] explains a lot of what's going on now and it's really kind of proof right in your face. It's [56:50.120 --> 56:57.080] the 107th Congress House Resolution back in 2001. Just search for a dog, whatever, you know, and [56:57.080 --> 57:03.960] read that and then there's no more confirmation, a lawsuit going on in California right now [57:03.960 --> 57:10.600] against Google, all the ABC agencies, against Facebook, against necessarily, I don't even know [57:10.600 --> 57:20.840] what that is. It's about misuse of this AI technology and nanotechnology that is incorporated [57:20.840 --> 57:26.680] with all these fields and the frequencies and stuff. And that's two things that are out there [57:26.680 --> 57:31.160] that you could search and find for it. If you can, I'll share that link with you. [57:31.160 --> 57:35.720] And then he just amended that lawsuit. It's current, it's going on now. And boy, [57:35.720 --> 57:41.240] you eat the first three paragraphs and it's right in your face again. I discovered that on [57:41.240 --> 57:50.840] Facebook from just one sentence in a meme of paragraph 42 in that lawsuit. So I suggest that [57:50.840 --> 57:57.320] also more evidence and proof in your face about these technologies and how they can work with [57:57.320 --> 58:01.960] the signals with, you know, and they become weaponized. And then there's another one that really [58:01.960 --> 58:11.880] blew me away. It's about the street lights being weaponized and how they can, even with a little [58:11.880 --> 58:17.320] bit of voltage, they don't need the voltage that's required for the towers, but they are close by [58:17.320 --> 58:21.640] and by using coils and capacitors like super capacitors, does it do? [58:21.640 --> 58:28.680] Wait, wait, wait. Hang on. About to go to our sponsors, Brandy Kelton, Brett Fountain, [58:28.680 --> 58:36.120] Root of La Radio, a call in number 512-646-1984. We've still got another hour, [58:36.120 --> 58:39.800] so we'll be taking your calls all night. We'll be right back. [59:58.600 --> 01:00:04.680] The following news flash is brought to you by The Lowest Star Lowdown. [01:00:06.520 --> 01:00:14.840] Markets for Monday the 22nd of July 2019 open with precious metals, gold $1,429 an ounce, silver $16.45 [01:00:14.840 --> 01:00:23.640] an ounce, copper $2.75 an ounce, oil Texas crude $55.63 a barrel, Brent crude $62.47 a barrel, [01:00:23.640 --> 01:00:33.320] and cryptos in order of market cap, Bitcoin Core $10,566.52, Ethereum $227.26, XRP Ripple [01:00:33.320 --> 01:00:41.640] $0.33, Litecoin $100.31, and Bitcoin Cash is at $324.10 a crypto coin. [01:00:46.120 --> 01:00:52.680] Today in history, the year 1916, the preparedness day bombing, a time suitcase bomb was detonated [01:00:52.680 --> 01:00:57.640] on Market Street in San Francisco during the World War I preparedness day parade, [01:00:57.640 --> 01:01:00.520] killing 10 and entering 40. Today in history. [01:01:04.760 --> 01:01:09.320] And recent news, since the Governor Greg Abbott signed House Bill 1325 legalizing [01:01:09.320 --> 01:01:13.960] heaven attacks his law back in June, county prosecutors around the state including Houston, [01:01:13.960 --> 01:01:17.960] Austin, and San Antonio have been dropping marijuana possession charges and even refusing [01:01:17.960 --> 01:01:22.600] to file new ones since they are stipulating that they do not have the time or the laboratory [01:01:22.600 --> 01:01:27.400] equipment to test the earth for THC. Margaret Moore, the Travis County District Attorney [01:01:27.400 --> 01:01:31.400] announced earlier this month that she was dismissing 32 felony possession and delivery [01:01:31.400 --> 01:01:36.040] of marijuana cases because of the law. Mr. Abbott and other state officials including [01:01:36.040 --> 01:01:40.120] the Attorney General stipulated in a letter to county district attorneys back on Thursday [01:01:40.120 --> 01:01:44.680] that marijuana has not been decriminalized in Texas and that these actions demonstrate [01:01:44.680 --> 01:01:50.600] a misunderstanding of how HB 1325 works as well as other cities too like the District [01:01:50.600 --> 01:01:57.240] Attorney in El Paso. Kyma Esparza, a Democrat who also stated earlier this month that the law [01:01:57.240 --> 01:02:02.680] quote will not have an effect on the prosecution of marijuana cases in El Paso. However, the [01:02:02.680 --> 01:02:07.720] issue was succinctly summarized by Mr. Brandon Ball, an assistant public defender in Harris County [01:02:07.720 --> 01:02:12.120] who stated that quote, the law is constantly changing on what makes something illegal based [01:02:12.120 --> 01:02:16.120] on its chemical makeup. It's important that if someone is charged with something, [01:02:16.120 --> 01:02:25.240] the test matches what they're charged with. A paper by Tulane University identified a five [01:02:25.240 --> 01:02:30.840] and a half inch American pocket shark as the first of its kind in the Gulf of Mexico, the specimen [01:02:30.840 --> 01:02:36.440] being only the second pocket shark ever captured or recorded with the other one being found way [01:02:36.440 --> 01:02:42.040] back in 1979 in the East Pacific Ocean. According to the university paper, the shark secretes a [01:02:42.040 --> 01:02:49.080] lumus fluid from a gland near its front fins for the purposes hypothesized to lure and pray [01:02:49.080 --> 01:03:12.120] who may be drawn into the glow. This was Wolf Rody with a lowdown for July 22nd, 2019. [01:03:19.080 --> 01:03:45.160] Okay, we are back. Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain, [01:03:45.160 --> 01:03:50.120] Willow Blower Radio, Pastor Massive Winter Bed. He's in New York, so he's an hour later than we [01:03:50.120 --> 01:03:59.480] are. And he's an early riser. I really appreciate him. And I do a show every Monday night on his [01:04:00.200 --> 01:04:11.000] network. Okay, now we're talking to Scott in New York. Okay, Scott, you were going through some [01:04:11.000 --> 01:04:16.600] of those. There's a lot of stuff you're going through. What I'm not finding is enough coherence [01:04:16.600 --> 01:04:23.560] to make it a good show. So can you send us a list of all of those? And can you kind of make notes [01:04:23.560 --> 01:04:31.800] on what each of those, what the context of each one is? And I will make this available. I've already [01:04:31.800 --> 01:04:38.520] got a bunch of emails of people wanting the documentation we're producing here. So if you'll [01:04:38.520 --> 01:04:46.200] send that to me, we will make it available to everybody. So can I finish reading the other [01:04:46.200 --> 01:04:51.640] four videos I had and one more source, or do you want to cut it? Yes, yes, yes. I was, I had left [01:04:51.640 --> 01:04:56.840] off when it came. I don't know how much I got. I'm on the music ended. The man is Anthony Steele, [01:04:56.840 --> 01:05:05.240] is the YouTuber in the UK. And he has many videos about the 5G LED weapon system deployed on the [01:05:05.240 --> 01:05:09.800] streets of the UK, which is a streetlight. Another video, that's the title of the video. [01:05:09.800 --> 01:05:16.680] Another video titled 5G antenna deployed. This is an urban radar weapon system. And I think that's [01:05:16.680 --> 01:05:21.800] one where he takes it apart and shows you how simply the electronics are and that it's not [01:05:21.800 --> 01:05:27.400] a sensor for the light to go on when it's dark. That is indeed a weaponized function to the, [01:05:27.400 --> 01:05:32.680] you know, piece of whatever it is. So he has a bunch of videos, very short, very simple, [01:05:32.680 --> 01:05:37.720] explaining some of the electronics and what it does and what a supercapacity could do with a [01:05:37.720 --> 01:05:45.480] coil, if you close by. So back to, Kucinovich was the Congressman, I couldn't think of the name [01:05:45.480 --> 01:05:51.400] that did that, Bill. Then there's, I really highly suggest some of John Rappaport stuff, [01:05:51.400 --> 01:05:57.560] because he's so well spoken that he reveals how we give false credibility to the medical [01:05:57.560 --> 01:06:03.000] industry, industry like they're neutral. Like it's not like the left or the right, [01:06:03.000 --> 01:06:08.280] like they're in the middle. And he is as well spoken about it. In particular, there's one video, [01:06:08.840 --> 01:06:16.440] it was published February 12, 2020. It's called, is there a connection between coronavirus and 5G [01:06:18.040 --> 01:06:23.560] and Josh Talom? Wait, wait, that's a different one. I'm sorry. That, that's a, is there a connection [01:06:23.560 --> 01:06:31.560] between coronavirus and 5G is the title of the video. Josh Tali is the YouTube or the radio [01:06:31.560 --> 01:06:42.440] host, whatever, J-O-M-H-H-O-N-O-M-I, Ella's and Larry, Ella's and Larry, he is in Ernie, Y is in [01:06:42.440 --> 01:06:50.360] Yuhu. And that is Janice Barcello. She's from Long Island. She also has a website, [01:06:50.360 --> 01:06:56.520] birthofanewearth.com. She's very well researched and all her research and everything has been banned [01:06:56.520 --> 01:07:03.800] and censored. She's not on Facebook. She goes into a lot about the mystery of radiation and stuff. [01:07:03.800 --> 01:07:08.280] I can't find that video. I've been looking for that for five weeks to try and share it and I [01:07:08.280 --> 01:07:13.800] haven't done unsuccessful finding it, but it was a great interview and she was from Long Island and [01:07:13.800 --> 01:07:20.360] so am I, so I wanted to contact it. Then I'll just give you a couple of bonus. Let's see. [01:07:21.960 --> 01:07:28.040] Here's a really good one. Now, I can't find that either. They disappeared. It's an EMFR app, [01:07:28.040 --> 01:07:33.720] electromagnetic frequency app. You download it into your phone, your smart device and I found [01:07:33.720 --> 01:07:39.560] that on Facebook. Somebody had posted it. I don't use smart devices, but I read it and boy, it was [01:07:39.560 --> 01:07:45.400] very interesting. You download the app and then instantly your phone on a scale of one to 100 [01:07:45.400 --> 01:07:51.320] becomes a sensor, like a gauge, to tell the magnitude of the RF signals coming out of your [01:07:51.320 --> 01:07:58.520] Wi-Fi boxes, your neighbor's Wi-Fi box, your smart meter and boy, it was only after about three days [01:07:58.520 --> 01:08:03.240] when I found it on Facebook and somebody had shared it and I shared it in a few places with [01:08:03.240 --> 01:08:09.880] my friends with smartphones to use it and before I got to do that, I did read like hundreds of [01:08:09.880 --> 01:08:15.080] comments that were there in a few days. All the comments were positive. How great the app is, [01:08:15.080 --> 01:08:20.600] how it showed me the danger in my house and this and that. A lot of a couple of the complaints were [01:08:20.600 --> 01:08:25.800] that they had to give so much personal information to download the app, but the smartphone has all [01:08:25.800 --> 01:08:31.480] that anyway. It's already tracking you, so that just disappeared from Facebook. I can't find that [01:08:31.480 --> 01:08:38.040] app and in the comments of that particular app that was new in my search of it and lots of other [01:08:38.040 --> 01:08:43.400] apps from years ago, this was new. This was only a few weeks ago when I saw it on Facebook. It was [01:08:43.400 --> 01:08:50.200] only three days old with hundreds of comments saying how great the app was. If anyone could help [01:08:50.200 --> 01:08:54.920] find that, I don't know how to do it. I researched it. I'm sure it's only removed from Facebook and [01:08:54.920 --> 01:09:02.280] it's still out there. Whoever is the company to put it out, but in the comments of that website, [01:09:02.280 --> 01:09:06.920] there's a lot to be learned about how dangerous the wife on the boxes are. They're actually [01:09:06.920 --> 01:09:12.360] five and six G because it's dual band. If anybody could find that, there's some serious information [01:09:12.360 --> 01:09:16.840] in the comments and then I'll just give you two more YouTube videos and I'll call it a night [01:09:16.840 --> 01:09:23.080] and I'll do the rest of your email. Another good source that says the same thing as John [01:09:23.080 --> 01:09:31.240] Rappaport says the same thing as Janice Buscello a little bit. The same thing as several others [01:09:31.240 --> 01:09:42.760] is Kate Schemmer-Raney. S is in Sam, H is in Harry, E is in Ernie, M is in Mary, I is in IOU, [01:09:42.760 --> 01:09:52.360] R is in Randy, A is in Anne, N is in Nancy, I is in Income. Natural nurse in a toxic world [01:09:52.360 --> 01:09:57.960] as a YouTube. I remember her pretty much saying about the same thing that Dana Ashley said [01:09:57.960 --> 01:10:03.880] in the video recommended by John Rappaport and things said by other people. So there I gave [01:10:03.880 --> 01:10:08.520] you a handful of a couple of things. Oh, and then there's two doctor videos. These are new. [01:10:08.520 --> 01:10:14.040] These just came Monday with this was a really good one. This is real doctor speaks the truth [01:10:14.040 --> 01:10:20.600] about COVID-19. I believe this is the video that was on the call tonight, watch. He also reveals [01:10:20.600 --> 01:10:31.240] a solution which is tonic water and quinine water mixed with zinc. Wayne Morris must be his name. [01:10:31.240 --> 01:10:37.640] I believe he's actually a chiropractor not a MB, but that's published on April 8th, 2020. [01:10:39.240 --> 01:10:44.600] Be careful with quinine water. Some people respond very badly to it. [01:10:44.600 --> 01:10:52.760] Some people we spoke to. Oh, you've seen that video? No, I didn't see. I saw some reports on [01:10:52.760 --> 01:11:00.040] quinine water that before you take quinine water, you need to check because some people respond very [01:11:00.040 --> 01:11:05.880] badly to it. Oh, I don't know anything about the credibility of that, but I'm talking about the [01:11:05.880 --> 01:11:10.760] credibility of some of the things presented on the call. Oh, I'm not challenging credibility. [01:11:10.760 --> 01:11:18.040] I'm saying that this is used for, quinine water is used to treat malaria, but some people can't [01:11:18.040 --> 01:11:23.560] tolerate it. They react very badly to it. So you have to be a little careful with quinine water. [01:11:23.560 --> 01:11:27.240] You might want to try a little bit first and see if you respond badly to it. [01:11:28.360 --> 01:11:31.880] You better be even more careful with top water because that has medicine in it. [01:11:34.280 --> 01:11:37.560] Yeah, but it won't cause an immediate catastrophic event. [01:11:37.560 --> 01:11:45.640] You know, there's mess of runs or something, but apparently there are people who are sensitive to [01:11:46.280 --> 01:11:51.960] quinine that they can have a life-threatening event. Just be a little careful with it. [01:11:54.280 --> 01:12:01.160] Yes. So anyway, I gave enough information there to back up some of them tonight. I want to make [01:12:01.160 --> 01:12:07.560] it too complex and I'll do a little precision focus and email to you. Nice speaking with you. First [01:12:07.560 --> 01:12:13.960] time I ever called in PR shell. Okay. Thank you, Scott. Thank you. And it was really great hearing [01:12:13.960 --> 01:12:17.640] Deborah on the call a few weeks ago. That was the first time I ever hear anyone say [01:12:18.440 --> 01:12:22.520] that it was in the same boat as me because I was laughing at all the people with the mask too [01:12:22.520 --> 01:12:29.080] and to that show last Thursday and I totally 180. And now I'm realizing, wow, I was being foolish. [01:12:29.080 --> 01:12:39.080] Yeah. And the thing I look at with someone has a mask is I take that as a sign of respect. [01:12:40.120 --> 01:12:46.920] They want to keep social distance and they're telling me they want to keep social distance. [01:12:48.280 --> 01:12:54.840] So I know not to get too close to them. I was in Walmart and I went to check out and I'm putting [01:12:54.840 --> 01:13:00.920] my stuff on the conveyor belt and a guy, I'm talking to the woman behind the counter and a guy [01:13:00.920 --> 01:13:08.680] who's paying out turned to me and said, you need to back up. Say what? You interrupt to be what I [01:13:08.680 --> 01:13:13.880] was talking to this woman behind the counter. I said, what did you say? You need to back up. [01:13:15.720 --> 01:13:21.320] Whoa. You need to shut your mouth, finish your business and get the heck out of here. [01:13:21.320 --> 01:13:28.920] Well, he did. He got out of there, but that was very disrespectful. If he had a problem with that, [01:13:28.920 --> 01:13:34.280] he should have had a mask on. If he had had a mask on, I would have made sure I'd given plenty of [01:13:34.280 --> 01:13:42.120] distance. So I can give a solution to that. So whether the mask was effective or not, [01:13:43.000 --> 01:13:48.520] it shows respect to the people around you. These are my expectations. And by wearing this mask, [01:13:48.520 --> 01:13:51.560] you can see I have this expectation. And I give them plenty of room. [01:13:53.000 --> 01:13:58.760] Well, as I said, I did a 180 on that and I learned from my mistakes. And you always have to realize, [01:13:58.760 --> 01:14:01.960] I look at it differently now. I don't look at it out of bars. I look at it like from the [01:14:01.960 --> 01:14:07.480] dramatist's train. It's something there. It might be alien. It might be Chinese. It doesn't matter. [01:14:07.480 --> 01:14:12.120] It's something there and you can't see it, taste it, smell it, and just present it. [01:14:12.120 --> 01:14:16.680] Anyway, it's very similar to what I learned in my six hour class back in the day when I took it. [01:14:16.680 --> 01:14:22.840] I never could understand how other drivers were. I never understood they don't know how to drive. [01:14:24.200 --> 01:14:28.600] And what you just said is the same thing. I didn't have the respect back when I was a kid [01:14:28.600 --> 01:14:35.720] for drivers that couldn't drive. I wanted to pass them. And then after the six hour class, 180, [01:14:35.720 --> 01:14:41.400] I was like, oh, that's just an old lady. She can't see. She doesn't know the street. [01:14:41.400 --> 01:14:47.080] And everything I took, the same way you have to have the respect for someone else's way to live. [01:14:47.080 --> 01:14:50.840] Same thing when I go to a house, they come to you to have your shoes on. [01:14:50.840 --> 01:14:58.440] But I need my shoes on. I was driving once and had a kid that worked for me. And somebody [01:14:58.440 --> 01:15:04.760] ran it behind us about six feet from my bumper, swerved around me, [01:15:04.760 --> 01:15:11.560] and blasted past. And he rolled down the window and started to say something. I said, hold on, hold on. [01:15:11.560 --> 01:15:17.640] That guy may have his wife in the back seat having a baby. Or maybe he just found out one of his [01:15:17.640 --> 01:15:26.840] kids were in an accident. And he said, oh, I hadn't thought of that. Yeah, let's give these other [01:15:26.840 --> 01:15:36.040] people room. And we try to do this on the show. We have people with all kinds of different [01:15:37.160 --> 01:15:46.680] ideas and perspectives and places. And I'm real reluctant about condemning someone else [01:15:46.680 --> 01:15:52.760] for what they accept or what they believe. I want to listen to them first and figure out [01:15:52.760 --> 01:16:00.280] where they're coming from. Because a lot of times, my mind gets changed. Chris from Colorado, [01:16:03.400 --> 01:16:08.440] he was disturbing, but I needed to hear that. So yeah, I like to listen to people. [01:16:09.480 --> 01:16:15.240] Okay, Scott, do you have anything else for us? I finished actually two things with one more video. [01:16:15.240 --> 01:16:23.800] This one, even my mom liked, which means it must be good. Jesus. This is called the Agenda behind [01:16:23.800 --> 01:16:35.000] the Theodemic. That's a John Bergman. It's from Immortal to Zee, is the YouTuber. Immortal, [01:16:35.000 --> 01:16:41.720] one word. And then true with Zee on the end of it. That's the YouTuber. It's a really great video, [01:16:41.720 --> 01:16:47.560] really well spoken. And he's a doctor also. And that I just found on Monday from an R&D group [01:16:47.560 --> 01:16:51.960] that I belong to that there's more technology and more solutions. I can get into it later [01:16:51.960 --> 01:16:56.440] today, but it's a little over the head of most anyway. I'm okay. Wait, wait, wait. Hang on. I'd love to volunteer as a show producer [01:18:15.240 --> 01:18:19.640] but I'm a bit of a bloodite and I really don't have any money to give because I spent it all [01:18:19.640 --> 01:18:25.400] on supplements. How can I help logos? Well, I'm glad you asked. Whenever you order anything from [01:18:25.400 --> 01:18:30.520] Amazon, you can help logos with ordering your supplies or holiday gifts. First thing you do [01:18:30.520 --> 01:18:37.400] is clear your cookies. Now, go to logosradio network.com. Click on the Amazon logo and book [01:18:37.400 --> 01:18:43.640] market. Now, when you order anything from Amazon, you use that link and logos gets a few pesos. [01:18:43.640 --> 01:18:49.000] Do I pay extra? No. Do you have to do anything different when I order? No. Can I use my Amazon [01:18:49.000 --> 01:18:56.040] Prime? No. I mean yes. Wow. Giving without doing anything or spending any money. This is perfect. [01:18:56.040 --> 01:19:00.360] Thank you so much. We are logos. Happy holidays, logos. [01:19:00.360 --> 01:19:06.920] What? This is the Logos Logos Radio Network. [01:19:06.920 --> 01:19:25.480] Oh, come on. [01:19:25.480 --> 01:19:48.520] Okay, we are back. Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain, Google Radio and Brett had a link he wanted to [01:19:48.520 --> 01:19:56.760] notify you of shame. Scott, not Shane. Hold on. Scott's got unmute, Scott. Okay, there we go. [01:19:57.960 --> 01:20:06.280] Go ahead, Brett. Yeah, Scott, New York. So there's a stuff you might be interested to know about a [01:20:06.280 --> 01:20:17.000] doctor who has been treating hundreds of patients in New York there and he's been experiencing almost [01:20:17.000 --> 01:20:24.760] 100% success rate and he was sharing with other doctors. His name is Dr. Zev Vladimir Zelenko. [01:20:30.760 --> 01:20:40.280] And he's now just helping train other doctors and a very simple approach that's very successful in [01:20:40.280 --> 01:20:49.560] getting people completely cleared up and not even need to be intubated. And so yeah, it's [01:20:49.560 --> 01:20:55.320] very, it's also cheap, which I'm sure Big Pharma is not going to like, but he says it's only about [01:20:55.320 --> 01:21:06.280] 20 bucks for a treatment. So if you will, when you send me the email, Shane, I will forward this to [01:21:06.280 --> 01:21:15.720] you. Scott, I got Shane and Scott together. Thank you so much. And I guess I did everything there [01:21:15.720 --> 01:21:20.680] and I'll hook up with that guy I like tonight on the phone too, the pastor that sounded interesting [01:21:20.680 --> 01:21:27.560] and he's in New York like me. Very good. I hope those videos help. Yeah, he's in upstate, he's in [01:21:27.560 --> 01:21:37.240] Middleville, New York. And last time it got 20 below up there, I called him and I said, [01:21:37.240 --> 01:21:47.000] pastor, I was mowing the yard this morning and thought of you. And he said, that's why nobody [01:21:47.000 --> 01:21:58.920] likes you. Okay, thank you, Scott. Thank you. Now we're going to go to, well, I had Shane there, [01:21:58.920 --> 01:22:07.880] but he just dropped off. Okay, going to Taylor in Texas. Hello, Taylor. Hey, how's it going? [01:22:07.880 --> 01:22:16.760] It's going good. What do you have for us today? Hey, I have a little bit of a little off topic here. [01:22:17.480 --> 01:22:25.320] I am wondering if there's any avenue for me to go after, well, I guess it would be the Air Force. [01:22:25.880 --> 01:22:37.080] So I was discharged in 2018 and it was, so I had disobeyed in order to take vaccinations for religious [01:22:37.080 --> 01:22:47.480] reasons. And it took two years in total. And in 2018, I was discharged. And I've been thinking [01:22:47.480 --> 01:22:55.560] about whether or not I can pursue the whole thing, because the whole thing seemed... I read your email [01:22:57.080 --> 01:23:03.560] and the short answer is no. Oh, okay. You were under contract with the government. [01:23:03.560 --> 01:23:11.800] And you agreed to this when you signed up. They were training you to be a pilot. [01:23:13.080 --> 01:23:19.320] Right. And you're under contract. It has nothing to do with constitution or rights or [01:23:19.320 --> 01:23:24.680] any of that stuff. That's all contract. And you will have no standing whatsoever. [01:23:26.840 --> 01:23:32.920] Okay. Okay, well, I wish I could have told you something better, but I was in the military [01:23:32.920 --> 01:23:44.680] myself and I just kind of got released from one of the contracts. One time we used to fly all over [01:23:44.680 --> 01:23:53.960] the Southeast Asia fixing weapons. We went into one place where we had to go in civilian clothes. [01:23:53.960 --> 01:24:03.000] We had to sign a contract before we went in. And that was the only time I nearly got killed. [01:24:03.000 --> 01:24:09.800] It got really, really ugly. And Air America got us out. But we couldn't talk about it. [01:24:11.000 --> 01:24:18.680] And I'm still under that contract that I can't talk about it. But I was watching a program, [01:24:18.680 --> 01:24:30.920] a Medal of Honor program on Netflix. That was the place. That was the day one of the guys with [01:24:30.920 --> 01:24:35.880] this America brought out got killed on the way out. They shot through the bottom of the airplane, [01:24:36.440 --> 01:24:42.760] hit him in the femur. And we didn't even know he was hit. When we landed, he didn't get out. [01:24:42.760 --> 01:24:50.840] And he bled out and sucked the blood through the bullet hole. And we didn't see any blood around [01:24:50.840 --> 01:24:55.560] it. He just bled out while we were flying back. And they gave him a Medal of Honor. [01:24:56.840 --> 01:25:04.520] But that didn't happen. I'm still under contract. It's 40 years down the road. I'm still under [01:25:04.520 --> 01:25:15.400] contract. So you sign these contracts, you're bound to them. All right. Well, and just for [01:25:15.400 --> 01:25:20.120] the record, I was in combat, but I never shot anybody. Most of the time, I didn't have any [01:25:20.120 --> 01:25:25.000] weapons. They were always shooting at me. But that's the only time they really got close. [01:25:26.120 --> 01:25:31.640] Gotcha. I don't have I come back from combat with no medals. [01:25:31.640 --> 01:25:41.320] That was not my mistake. So, Randy, I have a question for you about contracts. And maybe [01:25:41.320 --> 01:25:47.720] this one or just in general, but what about when the contract is unconscionable? What draws that line? [01:25:47.720 --> 01:26:01.720] The line is drawn to where one party gains a value where there's not a corresponding value [01:26:01.720 --> 01:26:11.720] to the other party. Okay. And in this case, in Taylor's case, the military agreed to train [01:26:11.720 --> 01:26:18.760] him as a pilot. And in order to get that, he had to sign a contract that he would do certain [01:26:18.760 --> 01:26:26.600] things. So it was not unconscionable. They gave him something as a result of the contract. [01:26:29.160 --> 01:26:35.800] Right. You could say that when you're sworn into the military, that that's an unconscionable contract. [01:26:35.800 --> 01:26:43.720] Because when I joined the military, I had to swear on my oath, I'd do certain things. [01:26:45.720 --> 01:26:48.920] And it didn't get anything in return. [01:26:52.520 --> 01:27:01.320] But then I knew that when I went in, I knew the conditions of the contract. There was nothing [01:27:01.320 --> 01:27:13.480] that was hidden from me. And neither was I in a adhesion contract. I did not have to sign this [01:27:13.480 --> 01:27:21.480] contract. Now, draft would be different. Right. The draft you forced to sign it, you could claim [01:27:21.480 --> 01:27:31.480] it's unconscionable. But the legislature has passed laws authorizing this unconscionable contract. So [01:27:31.480 --> 01:27:43.080] it would be an extremely high hurdle to get over. Because this is not just like I signed up to work [01:27:43.080 --> 01:27:49.560] for this organization. And they want us to all wear red shirts when they come to work. This is, [01:27:49.560 --> 01:27:55.560] we want to put weird chemicals in you that we don't know if it's going to work or not. Oh, and you [01:27:55.560 --> 01:28:03.560] have religious objections to this. It seems like it's kind of a different thing than what you would [01:28:03.560 --> 01:28:08.040] say is normal. So I was curious about where you draw that line. But yeah, it makes sense that if he [01:28:08.040 --> 01:28:16.040] knew about it up front and still voluntarily went into that contract, then that makes sense. [01:28:16.040 --> 01:28:24.040] And even if they didn't say you would have to take these inoculations, it is standard. You can't, [01:28:24.040 --> 01:28:34.520] in the military, you can't go to a foreign theater without being immunized for two reasons. One, [01:28:34.520 --> 01:28:40.440] so you don't catch their pathogens. And two, so you don't take your pathogens to them. So it would [01:28:40.440 --> 01:28:48.760] be unreasonable for someone to presume that this would not be a requirement. Well, I do have an [01:28:48.760 --> 01:28:57.400] exception there. So part of this case, there was one of my buddies, he was injured by vaccines and [01:28:57.400 --> 01:29:05.480] he was medically exempt from them from then on. However, he could still continue his duties. [01:29:05.480 --> 01:29:14.200] And so I used that as an example saying, well, they basically said, well, we can't have you exempt [01:29:14.200 --> 01:29:19.080] from it because then you wouldn't be able to fulfill your duties. And I said, well, Captain [01:29:19.080 --> 01:29:27.480] Axe here is he was injured by them, but he still performs his duties. So what do you think about? [01:29:27.480 --> 01:29:36.920] What is there any? Well, no grounds. Because they made an exception for one person does not [01:29:38.440 --> 01:29:44.600] give you a right to that exception. He was under a different contract than you. [01:29:46.680 --> 01:29:55.560] You signed the contract with the government and had you had this condition, hang on, we'll be right [01:29:55.560 --> 01:30:07.640] back. A top cybersecurity expert has a warning for America. If you build an electrical smart grid, [01:30:07.640 --> 01:30:13.240] the hackers will come and they could cause a catastrophic blackout. I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht [01:30:13.240 --> 01:30:19.320] back with the shocking details in a moment. Privacy is under attack. When you give up data [01:30:19.320 --> 01:30:24.360] about yourself, you'll never get it back again. And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your [01:30:24.360 --> 01:30:30.280] freedoms will start to vanish too. So protect your rights. Say no to surveillance and keep [01:30:30.280 --> 01:30:35.960] your information to yourself. Privacy, it's worth hanging on to. This message is brought to you [01:30:35.960 --> 01:30:42.680] by StartPage.com, the private search engine alternative to Google, Yahoo, and Bing. Start over [01:30:42.680 --> 01:30:49.720] with StartPage. Governments love power, so it's only natural they'd want to control the power [01:30:49.720 --> 01:30:54.600] going into your home too with a smart grid. So they're installing a national network of [01:30:54.600 --> 01:30:59.880] smart meters to remotely monitor electric use for efficiency and avoid grid failure. [01:30:59.880 --> 01:31:05.160] But cybersecurity expert David Chox says not so fast if we make the national power grid [01:31:05.160 --> 01:31:10.680] controllable through the web, hackers will have a field day. Working remotely, they could tap in [01:31:10.680 --> 01:31:16.280] and black out the entire nation, leaving us vulnerable to our enemies. I've long opposed [01:31:16.280 --> 01:31:22.040] smart meters for privacy and health reasons. The catastrophic failures caused by hackers? [01:31:22.040 --> 01:31:27.080] There's nothing smart about that. I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht for StartPage.com, [01:31:27.080 --> 01:31:35.400] the world's most private search engine. This is Building 7, a 47-story skyscraper that fell [01:31:35.400 --> 01:31:39.480] on the afternoon of September 11. The government says that fire brought it down. However, [01:31:39.480 --> 01:31:44.840] 1,500 architects and engineers have concluded it was a controlled demolition. Over 6,000 [01:31:44.840 --> 01:31:49.080] my fellow service members have given their lives. Thousands of my fellow first responders [01:31:49.080 --> 01:31:53.160] are dying. [01:33:29.320 --> 01:33:38.600] Okay, we are back. Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain, Rule of Law Radio on this, the 10th day of April, [01:33:38.600 --> 01:33:47.000] 2020. And we're talking to Taylor in New York. And I did have a, I'm sorry, Taylor in Texas, [01:33:47.000 --> 01:33:56.040] I did have a thought. I was talking to Brett on the break. Taylor, when you signed that contract, [01:33:56.040 --> 01:34:08.520] did you have these religious convictions? No, I filled out that paperwork after the [01:34:08.520 --> 01:34:15.880] fact. Okay. What I was going to say is, if you had these religious convictions, [01:34:17.320 --> 01:34:25.320] when you signed the contract, that was fraud. And if you subsequently sued them, [01:34:25.320 --> 01:34:32.200] they could counter sue you for all they paid for your trading. If you develop these [01:34:34.040 --> 01:34:41.960] convictions after the fact, then you are not in liberty to do that under the contract. [01:34:43.640 --> 01:34:47.400] So if you tried to sue them, they could still come back after you for fraud. [01:34:47.400 --> 01:34:52.760] You might open a, that would open a can of worms. [01:34:58.440 --> 01:34:59.880] Okay. Anything else? [01:35:03.480 --> 01:35:10.600] I think, I think that'll cover it for tonight. I appreciate it. Thanks, Brett. [01:35:10.600 --> 01:35:20.200] Thank you. Okay. Thank you. All right. Thank you, Taylor. Now we're going to go to Shane in New [01:35:20.200 --> 01:35:29.000] York. Shane, what kind of trouble have you been starting? No trouble right now, Randy. Everything's [01:35:29.000 --> 01:35:38.360] at home. Okay. So wait, you're giving them a, giving everybody a break just because they're [01:35:38.360 --> 01:35:48.680] talking about a virus? Well, I will tell you, I'll just give you a quick update. The appellate [01:35:48.680 --> 01:35:55.800] court for the bankruptcy regarding the two stays, filed an issue in order that the brief [01:35:55.800 --> 01:36:02.280] is supposed to be filed in this court no later than May the 8th. Now, remember, Randy, I'm not [01:36:02.280 --> 01:36:07.880] going to argue the issue of the no bien laws or the robo signing or the fraudulent assignments. [01:36:07.880 --> 01:36:15.960] My only one question is, does the bankruptcy court have jurisdiction to hear a proof of [01:36:15.960 --> 01:36:22.360] claim regarding a mortgage? That's the only question because once that door opens and they [01:36:22.360 --> 01:36:27.880] do have jurisdiction, then I can go ahead and have my, my day in court back in bankruptcy court [01:36:27.880 --> 01:36:31.880] because the proof of claims were filed by Key Bank and Nations started stating I have a loan [01:36:31.880 --> 01:36:37.800] with them, which I don't, and I owe them X amount of dollars and they're the holder and owner of the [01:36:37.800 --> 01:36:42.440] note, which they're not, but that can't be argued into. That's a remanded fact on the bankruptcy [01:36:42.440 --> 01:36:49.160] court to go ahead and have that hearing that I want regarding to reinstate the stay on the property. [01:36:49.960 --> 01:36:52.760] So that's where we're at right now. So that's what I'm going to be working on in the next [01:36:52.760 --> 01:37:00.040] couple of weeks and getting that brief done. And it's one question, does the bankruptcy court, [01:37:00.040 --> 01:37:03.800] all bankruptcy courts in the United States, do they have a jurisdiction to hear [01:37:04.520 --> 01:37:09.160] a proof of claim that was filed against your own property? And I believe it does. [01:37:10.440 --> 01:37:19.400] That's the whole point of a bankruptcy court is where it's a court where claimants can come [01:37:20.120 --> 01:37:24.120] to state their claim on the property subject to the bankruptcy. [01:37:24.120 --> 01:37:31.720] Correct. So if the court doesn't have jurisdiction to hear a proof of claim, [01:37:32.920 --> 01:37:39.000] then you'll throw out a whole bunch of bankruptcy laws. So this should be pretty simple. [01:37:40.280 --> 01:37:45.400] Yeah, that's what I was going to focus on. It's one question to the district court [01:37:46.040 --> 01:37:52.920] and that is an identified motion for extension of time to file the brief based on the pandemic [01:37:52.920 --> 01:38:01.080] going on today. And the court on Monday denied it without prejudice. He says I can renew it [01:38:01.080 --> 01:38:05.720] once he receives the record. Well, once that was issued very next day, the entire record from the [01:38:05.720 --> 01:38:12.040] bankruptcy court was transferred over to the district court within 24 hours. So I got to go [01:38:12.040 --> 01:38:21.160] back and read that kind of got him off the dime. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. So this is a brand new district [01:38:21.160 --> 01:38:27.000] judge show. He's a young guy probably around the late forties. He was just appointed by President [01:38:27.000 --> 01:38:36.040] Trump. And his name is John Sinatra, just like Frank Sinatra. So he's touching all the bases? [01:38:37.560 --> 01:38:43.640] Yes. And yeah, he he pointed even quoted the rule and law and everything. And I believe I [01:38:43.640 --> 01:38:51.160] mailed that to you or emailed you the TRO I filed. And he came back with a nine page order. But what [01:38:51.160 --> 01:38:56.520] was interesting about this judge I've never seen before ever, the day I filed a TRO, this is going [01:38:56.520 --> 01:39:03.080] back three weeks ago, was the same day he issued a scheduling order. And I, you know, I had to [01:39:03.080 --> 01:39:08.600] file the response back to the key bank. And he actually made a ruling the very following day I [01:39:08.600 --> 01:39:16.040] filed the response back. So he's very prompt and straight to the point. And so I thought that was [01:39:16.040 --> 01:39:22.840] kind of nice, you know, good, good. He's getting he's he's he's new with the job, but he's trying [01:39:22.840 --> 01:39:26.680] to make sure he does everything right. That's probably the best thing you could have. [01:39:28.360 --> 01:39:34.200] Right. Yeah. And, you know, so we're going to see I'm going to put it together. I'm going to keep [01:39:34.200 --> 01:39:39.880] it short, sweet to the point. And, you know, a lot of people too, Randy, don't read the local rules [01:39:40.600 --> 01:39:44.920] of that particular judge. So if you're doing this by yourself, and you have an attorney, [01:39:44.920 --> 01:39:49.880] you want to go to the local rules of that federal courthouse and find out what that local rule is [01:39:49.880 --> 01:39:55.160] because this particular judge, he wants you to file it into the case. And he wants a hard copy for [01:39:55.160 --> 01:40:03.960] himself and bind. And some a lot of the judges don't require that. Oh, another thing is as of [01:40:03.960 --> 01:40:09.080] yesterday, the federal courthouses in New York are completely shut down, and they're requiring [01:40:09.080 --> 01:40:14.920] everybody not to mail their their pleadings in. No, they're not accepting anything at the door [01:40:14.920 --> 01:40:23.960] anymore. Good, good. You don't want them to see you. Yeah, the judge wants to be able to sit in [01:40:23.960 --> 01:40:30.280] his office in his shorts and do his business. He don't want to have to deal with people in court. [01:40:30.280 --> 01:40:37.080] So good. For us, that works well. Well, you're I'm not sure. Have you ever been to Buffalo before? [01:40:38.520 --> 01:40:41.880] No, I haven't been to Buffalo. Okay, Buffalo is [01:40:44.680 --> 01:40:49.880] about an hour from Toronto, Canada. And they have been to Toronto. [01:40:51.080 --> 01:40:56.280] Okay, yeah. Toronto is pretty, pretty neat place. They don't get to snow Buffalo does [01:40:56.280 --> 01:41:01.320] because they're, you know, they're north of the lake. Yeah, you're Buffalo's south of it. [01:41:02.680 --> 01:41:08.680] Right. And we got to get a downwind. And when it snows here, which it didn't this year, a very, [01:41:08.680 --> 01:41:11.640] very, very strange winter. I've never seen a winter like this my entire life. [01:41:12.680 --> 01:41:17.960] But when it snows, it comes down. It comes down heavy. But they have one in the federal [01:41:17.960 --> 01:41:22.600] courthouse. They just built about seven years ago is the biggest, beautiful building in the [01:41:22.600 --> 01:41:29.240] city of Buffalo. It looks like a Marriott. And it stands a roughly, I think 10 stories high, [01:41:29.240 --> 01:41:34.600] which is a big building for a small city, by the way. And it overlooks the whole, you know, [01:41:34.600 --> 01:41:41.560] city hall and all downtown. And if you can actually see Lake Erie and Lake Ontario from the top part [01:41:41.560 --> 01:41:48.840] of the building, you can actually see the lakes and the mountains and stuff in the distance. [01:41:48.840 --> 01:41:53.000] It's a beautiful, beautiful courthouse. You think you're walking into a Marriott and amazing [01:41:53.000 --> 01:42:00.760] where they get this money from. So I got one question for you. You get to the next caller is [01:42:02.440 --> 01:42:09.160] court was inside a docket sheet. And you know, this is state court, county court, any court, [01:42:09.160 --> 01:42:14.600] they go into a docket sheet, they delete a motion you filed. Can they can they do that? This is a [01:42:14.600 --> 01:42:19.000] different matter. I'm not going to get too deep into it, but it can they go inside of a electric [01:42:19.000 --> 01:42:28.200] filing system and delete something without a court order? No, there's no court order. There's [01:42:29.080 --> 01:42:35.560] another issue I'm working on and wait, wait, wait, wait, you said they deleted it. Who is [01:42:35.560 --> 01:42:46.120] today's court? They is the court. Okay, no, no, no, the clerk keeps the record. If the court did [01:42:46.120 --> 01:42:50.520] not issue an order, the court didn't delete it. The clerk did. Okay. [01:42:53.960 --> 01:42:59.160] And how would you handle something like that? You filed tamper with government document against [01:42:59.160 --> 01:43:08.840] the clerk. Okay, we don't know who the clerk is. It doesn't matter. Okay. You filed tamper [01:43:08.840 --> 01:43:15.320] with government document against unknown clerk. And yes, special agent charge FBI to figure out [01:43:15.320 --> 01:43:27.080] who that unknown clerk is. That's right. That makes sense. Yeah, makes sense. And Randy, [01:43:27.080 --> 01:43:32.600] how long do you think this is going to last for this, you know, courts being shut down and [01:43:33.640 --> 01:43:41.400] what do you what do you see? I don't think it's going to last too much longer. You know, maybe [01:43:41.400 --> 01:43:51.480] through April. But I think that'll be an overkill. We're already seem to be topping out on this thing. [01:43:51.480 --> 01:43:59.400] And so you heard the rest of the show. There's so much information coming down that [01:44:00.680 --> 01:44:06.600] through advances in technology, our lives have greatly improved, except in the area of nutrition. Ready to count, count, root of our radio on this the 10th day of March, [01:46:51.960 --> 01:47:00.520] the 10th day of April, 2020, and we're talking to Shane in New York. Okay, go ahead Shane. [01:47:01.960 --> 01:47:09.880] Okay, I just want to finish up really quick. I did look that up during the break regarding [01:47:09.880 --> 01:47:22.440] tampering with the record, and it's in there. It's 8 USC section 132. Wait a minute. You said [01:47:22.440 --> 01:47:31.160] eight? It should be 18. Okay. Maybe I got the wrong one up, Randy. It says penalties for document [01:47:31.160 --> 01:47:38.520] fraud. That might be the wrong one. Okay, then that might work. But generally, all your crimes are [01:47:38.520 --> 01:47:45.400] in Title 18. That's the criminal code, federal criminal code. So, yeah, you might have the [01:47:45.400 --> 01:47:52.200] wrong one. There might be another one in Title 18, because this sounds like a civil penalty. [01:47:53.400 --> 01:48:01.080] Well, there's 18 US code 1519. That might be it as well. [01:48:01.080 --> 01:48:12.040] If you're looking at 1324C in 8, Title 8, there's a section 1324C. There's also take a look at 18. [01:48:12.040 --> 01:48:20.120] Title 18 has a section 1519. It says destruction, alteration, or falsification of records. [01:48:20.760 --> 01:48:24.840] This is, this one's in investigations and bankruptcy. [01:48:24.840 --> 01:48:33.320] Would that count for state crimes, too? If it's a New York, if it's a state court? [01:48:34.360 --> 01:48:34.840] No. [01:48:34.840 --> 01:48:39.400] Don't they have to follow? They don't have to follow. So, if it was a state court, [01:48:39.400 --> 01:48:43.160] then you'd have to file in the state, and every state's going to have a [01:48:44.760 --> 01:48:46.840] statute for tampering with the government document. [01:48:46.840 --> 01:48:57.560] Okay. So, I was assuming that this was in the bankruptcy court that had [01:48:59.400 --> 01:49:04.440] destroyed the record. But if this is a state court, then it would be strictly a state crime. [01:49:04.440 --> 01:49:05.640] It wouldn't go to a federal. [01:49:06.920 --> 01:49:10.680] It looks like, right, there might be two of them you would look at in New York. [01:49:10.680 --> 01:49:20.680] There's a section, an article 175 says section 175.25. That one may be interesting to you, [01:49:20.680 --> 01:49:27.560] and then also destroying evidence. There's a section 215.40, subsection two. [01:49:28.760 --> 01:49:33.880] Take a look at both of those and see how those line up with the facts of your situation. [01:49:35.480 --> 01:49:38.920] Yeah, I just, it's funny, Tom, you just pulled it up as you were talking about it. [01:49:38.920 --> 01:49:43.240] You have section 215.40, it's called tampering with physical evidence. [01:49:44.280 --> 01:49:49.480] A person is guilty of tampering with physical evidence when, and it just reads the whole thing, [01:49:49.480 --> 01:49:53.880] everything you're just talking about. And did you know this is tampering with physical evidence [01:49:53.880 --> 01:49:59.720] as a class E felony? Well, generally, tampering the government document is felony. [01:49:59.720 --> 01:50:08.360] I don't know what he's intact. I think it isn't. I think it is 3710. I think it is in Texas. [01:50:09.240 --> 01:50:16.760] So, it's pretty serious. So, you filed a felony charges against the clerk, [01:50:19.240 --> 01:50:24.200] and the clerk, everybody wants to take care of the clerk. If somebody told the clerk to do this, [01:50:24.200 --> 01:50:32.680] the clerk is going to throw him under the bus. So, that should get real interesting. [01:50:34.440 --> 01:50:40.440] Yes. Yeah, it's something I've never talked about on a radio show, but I am a plaintiff [01:50:40.440 --> 01:50:45.640] in a case that happened five years ago. I'm not going to even get into that because it's not really, [01:50:46.520 --> 01:50:50.680] you know, it's kind of private. I want to keep it private until the conclusion of it. [01:50:50.680 --> 01:50:59.000] Oh, wait a minute. This sounds juicy. Just kidding. Just kidding. I don't want to get [01:50:59.000 --> 01:51:05.080] into it. It sounds pretty amazing. So, he dangles this carrot out here in front of us, [01:51:05.080 --> 01:51:09.640] and he jerks it back just when we were getting to the good part. [01:51:09.640 --> 01:51:21.240] Yeah, that's exactly what he did. No, no, no, no. Don't go into it. We're just teasing. [01:51:22.440 --> 01:51:26.840] Yeah, thank you. I just wanted to, Randy, I'm not sure how much time we have, [01:51:26.840 --> 01:51:30.520] but I do want to mention one more thing. We still have, is this the last segment of your show? [01:51:31.160 --> 01:51:36.120] Yeah, we got seven minutes. A few minutes. All right. I'll keep it real real quick. There's a [01:51:36.120 --> 01:51:43.240] fellow that's been sitting in a Hawaiian federal court or federal jail, and he was on a show, [01:51:45.320 --> 01:51:48.520] William Wagner, it's called Second Thought TV out in California, [01:51:49.320 --> 01:51:53.640] and he's been sitting in there for a couple of years now, maybe three or four years. [01:51:54.520 --> 01:52:01.160] His name is Anthony Williams, and there's a judge out there that locked him up because he was [01:52:01.160 --> 01:52:08.360] practicing law without a license, and he was winning for closure cases. I'm not sure if you [01:52:08.360 --> 01:52:15.240] know who he is, but his name is... He's familiar. I've heard of him. Yeah, and the judge that [01:52:16.120 --> 01:52:24.520] incarcerated him, her name is Leslie E., and her last name is K-O-B-A-Y-A-S-H-I, [01:52:24.520 --> 01:52:32.280] and she's out of the Hololulu, Hawaii, United States District Court, and... Wait a minute, [01:52:32.280 --> 01:52:38.520] United States. I don't think there is any legal practice of law in the United States Code. [01:52:41.080 --> 01:52:48.280] Well, anyways, he's locked up, and he's a pretty decent guy. He's a younger black fellow. I think [01:52:48.280 --> 01:52:55.240] he's in his mid-30s, but his story is pretty amazing. He was actually winning for closure cases, [01:52:55.960 --> 01:53:03.960] and he was on the second thought TV out in California, and they got him one day, [01:53:03.960 --> 01:53:11.000] and he's been down for a while. It's on Pacers, but I just wanted to tell everybody about that, [01:53:11.000 --> 01:53:16.440] and maybe write letters to the judge or something, because the coronavirus and that, [01:53:16.440 --> 01:53:21.240] and you've got an innocent person sitting in a federal prison, but the judges have the authority [01:53:21.240 --> 01:53:26.920] to, you know, release them if they choose to. So, I just wanted to mention that, too, and [01:53:29.720 --> 01:53:33.480] I think it's kind of cruel to put somebody in there when they're doing something good. [01:53:35.160 --> 01:53:41.480] Well, it's got to be more to it than this, because while the states have illegal practice of law [01:53:41.480 --> 01:53:49.560] statutes, I've never seen one in the fed. You know, the judges will refuse to give you standing [01:53:49.560 --> 01:53:57.480] sometimes, but as far as I know, there's no federal restriction. So, there's going to be [01:53:57.480 --> 01:54:05.240] something else. Maybe he's in for contempt, but he's been in two years. That's a long time for [01:54:05.240 --> 01:54:12.600] contempt. We want to see more. I hear these stories, I have people calling about these things, [01:54:13.160 --> 01:54:17.880] and then when I go look, it turns out there's more to the story than we heard. [01:54:19.400 --> 01:54:26.520] I have not found the courts to be as heavy-handed in these kinds of [01:54:26.520 --> 01:54:33.960] of matters as I've had people tell me they are. So, good chance there's more. [01:54:35.640 --> 01:54:41.560] Good chance he was given warning, and he did something. [01:54:43.640 --> 01:54:49.640] He was following the same process that Rod Class was teaching many, many years ago [01:54:50.920 --> 01:54:55.400] about the private attorney general, and that really pissed off the court. [01:54:55.400 --> 01:55:02.840] He's been in there for a few years now, if not more. I don't know exactly how long, [01:55:02.840 --> 01:55:07.000] but it's on Pacers, but I just, I just throw it out there. I think that's wrong when people [01:55:07.000 --> 01:55:13.880] are just trying to help other people out, and I didn't know what he was doing in private attorney [01:55:13.880 --> 01:55:19.000] general, but you know, that's the story. Yeah, if he was doing this private attorney general thing, [01:55:19.000 --> 01:55:27.800] but I don't know that, I don't know, I don't know, maybe they charged him with impersonating a public [01:55:27.800 --> 01:55:36.680] official. They almost certainly got him on something else. We're not hearing the whole story, and [01:55:37.480 --> 01:55:43.720] the private attorney general thing was, they just misunderstood. Some guy read about a private [01:55:43.720 --> 01:55:52.600] attorney general and jumped to a bunch of unsupported conclusions. There is such a thing as private [01:55:52.600 --> 01:55:59.880] attorney general, but that is a name that the federal courts gave to a kind of a suit, [01:56:02.600 --> 01:56:11.480] where you can sue for yourself and all others similarly situated. That's called a private [01:56:11.480 --> 01:56:18.280] attorney general suit, but it doesn't mean you're a private attorney general. It's just a name they [01:56:18.280 --> 01:56:25.800] gave to that suit, and somebody picked this up, distorted it. You know, people, a lot of times [01:56:25.800 --> 01:56:34.120] they mean well, they read a little bit of law and a little bit of code, they misunderstand what they [01:56:34.120 --> 01:56:41.080] read, then they jump to conclusions, and then they go advise other people to act on their [01:56:41.080 --> 01:56:50.920] conclusions. Correct. As far as I know, nobody's ever went to jail doing what I suggested they do, [01:56:51.640 --> 01:56:58.840] because I'm real careful. You hear me talk about these rules that I have and never make a proactive [01:56:58.840 --> 01:57:04.120] statement of a lot of your own mouth. That will protect you from this kind of problem. [01:57:04.120 --> 01:57:11.800] Randy, don't you agree that pro per and pro say when you start bringing that stuff in the [01:57:11.800 --> 01:57:15.240] federal court or even the state court that just pisses off a judge when you start talking like [01:57:15.240 --> 01:57:23.080] that? That's exactly what I tell people. I had one guy in Missouri, man on the land, [01:57:25.000 --> 01:57:29.880] singular sovereign, excuse me, man on the land, whole bunch of stuff. I said, [01:57:29.880 --> 01:57:35.720] why would you put that stuff in there for? He said, well, it's true. I said, yeah, [01:57:35.720 --> 01:57:41.720] but you're fat, bald, and old. You didn't put that in there. He said, well, that wasn't relevant. [01:57:42.280 --> 01:57:47.160] Right. Neither was this stuff. And I hear his son in the background. I told you, dad, I told you, [01:57:47.160 --> 01:57:52.040] dad, but you're sending, you just saying to the judge, you know, I'm a pro say, I don't know what [01:57:52.040 --> 01:58:00.280] I'm doing. Even if the judge doesn't want to be prejudiced against you, that will tend to prejudice. [01:58:00.840 --> 01:58:05.720] Randy, what I wanted to say, lastly, is that you don't bring a hockey stick to a football game. [01:58:07.480 --> 01:58:15.480] Exactly. You use the correct tools. The only way the judge should be able to tell that your [01:58:15.480 --> 01:58:22.360] document was not written by a lawyer is he doesn't have a lawyer's signature on the bottom. There [01:58:22.360 --> 01:58:29.400] should be nothing else to give you away. If you want your document taken serious, your document [01:58:29.400 --> 01:58:35.880] should actually be better constructed than the lawyer gives it. Okay, we are out of time. [01:58:36.600 --> 01:58:43.880] Thank you, Shane. Thank you all for listening. Been a great show. Be back next week. Same time, [01:58:43.880 --> 01:58:46.120] same station. Goodnight.
