[00:00.000 --> 00:07.800] The Chicago Marathon is no tip-toe through the tulips, but a pregnant woman overdue with [00:07.800 --> 00:11.800] her second child ran the whole race before going into labor. [00:11.800 --> 00:17.600] I'm Dr. Cameron Albright, back with the amazing story of the Marathon Mom, next. [00:17.600 --> 00:19.360] Privacy is under attack. [00:19.360 --> 00:22.960] When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again. [00:22.960 --> 00:27.960] And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too. [00:27.960 --> 00:29.480] So protect your rights. [00:29.480 --> 00:33.200] Only know to surveillance and keep your information to yourself. [00:33.200 --> 00:35.720] Privacy, it's worth hanging on to. [00:35.720 --> 00:41.320] This message is brought to you by StartPage.com, the private search engine alternative to Google, [00:41.320 --> 00:43.040] Yahoo, and Bing. [00:43.040 --> 00:46.760] Start over with StartPage. [00:46.760 --> 00:52.920] Amber Miller, a 27-year-old mom from suburban Chicago, gives new meaning to the word endurance. [00:52.920 --> 00:57.600] Miller was pregnant and three weeks overdue at the start of the city's marathon. [00:57.600 --> 01:01.840] She'd run seven times before, including once while pregnant with her first child, so she [01:01.840 --> 01:05.360] figured, what the heck, and planned to run only half the course. [01:05.360 --> 01:10.920] But when she got started, she just kept going, finishing the entire 26 miles in just over [01:10.920 --> 01:11.920] six hours. [01:11.920 --> 01:16.320] Then at the finish line, she had a more urgent race to run to the hospital, where she gave [01:16.320 --> 01:19.040] birth to a healthy seven-pound baby girl. [01:19.040 --> 01:21.320] Phew, I bet that was a relief. [01:21.320 --> 01:29.120] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht for StartPage.com, the world's most private search engine. [01:29.120 --> 01:37.680] If you were hiding from the law, would you answer an ad promising a free TV to anyone [01:37.680 --> 01:40.440] who tested home electronic equipment? [01:40.440 --> 01:43.920] Some Chicago crooks did, and police gave them quite a prize. [01:43.920 --> 01:48.400] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht, back with details after this. [01:48.400 --> 01:50.120] Privacy is under attack. [01:50.120 --> 01:53.720] When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again. [01:53.720 --> 01:58.720] And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too. [01:58.720 --> 02:03.840] So protect your rights, say no to surveillance, and keep your information to yourself. [02:03.840 --> 02:06.480] Privacy, it's worth hanging onto. [02:06.480 --> 02:12.080] This message is brought to you by StartPage.com, the private search engine alternative to Google, [02:12.080 --> 02:13.800] Yahoo, and Bing. [02:13.800 --> 02:17.440] Start over with StartPage. [02:17.440 --> 02:22.560] Non-artists love scamming people with bogus offers, but in Chicago, police turn the tables [02:22.560 --> 02:25.280] and reel in dozens of arrests. [02:25.280 --> 02:30.520] Police mailed invitations to the last known addresses of 10,000 violent felons, drug dealers, [02:30.520 --> 02:36.400] and burglars, offering 75 bucks and a free plasma TV to anyone who came down to a warehouse [02:36.400 --> 02:39.760] to test out TVs and video games. [02:39.760 --> 02:45.080] Inside the warehouse, decorated with party balloons and posters, officers in bright T-shirts [02:45.080 --> 02:51.040] had those gullible fugitives posed for pictures before arresting them, 102 in all. [02:51.040 --> 02:54.880] I'd say even Paul Newman would have gotten a chuckle out of that stig. [02:54.880 --> 03:24.840] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht for StartPage.com, the world's most private search engine. [03:24.880 --> 03:54.760] Okay, this is Randy Kelton, Debra Steele, and I'm Dr. Steele, and I'm Dr. Steele, [03:54.760 --> 03:56.460] Dr. Steele of the Craig Group on Radio. [03:56.460 --> 04:01.620] This is our five-four-hour Friday night info marathon. [04:01.620 --> 04:06.860] It is Friday, the 7th, 2012. [04:06.860 --> 04:08.120] Exactly two more weeks. [04:08.120 --> 04:15.400] Oh my goodness, we're gonna have a show on the last day of the world! [04:15.400 --> 04:24.200] The world will end on December 21st, the Winter Solstice 2012, and we will be here. [04:24.200 --> 04:26.400] Lucky you, lucky us. [04:26.400 --> 04:28.600] Well, we've still got two weeks left, so. [04:31.120 --> 04:32.840] Tonight we're gonna have a special guest [04:32.840 --> 04:34.320] for having a little bit of trouble [04:34.320 --> 04:37.160] getting him up on the bridge, Don Milton. [04:38.800 --> 04:43.800] And what he does is a real time, [04:48.840 --> 04:51.480] well, how to say this, [04:51.480 --> 04:53.800] I've had a philosophy for quite a while. [04:57.320 --> 04:59.560] I've had a philosophy for quite a while [05:00.760 --> 05:05.760] that the mind is kind of like a computer, [05:08.760 --> 05:10.040] the way it works. [05:11.000 --> 05:15.200] It's a little complex without the metaphor structures, [05:15.200 --> 05:22.200] but essentially we human beings do one thing that's special. [05:22.520 --> 05:27.160] And that is humans deal with patterns. [05:27.160 --> 05:32.080] The human mind is primarily pattern oriented. [05:32.080 --> 05:35.280] I was watching a program on the mind recently [05:35.280 --> 05:38.560] and they said that the human mind [05:38.560 --> 05:41.840] is best at recognizing patterns. [05:41.840 --> 05:45.960] It's not, I don't think it's so much that it's good [05:45.960 --> 05:48.720] at recognizing patterns, [05:48.720 --> 05:53.720] but it's good at cataloging and categorizing patterns. [05:56.560 --> 05:59.080] It's good at recognizing patterns [05:59.080 --> 06:04.080] and then laying them down in a coherent [06:04.080 --> 06:11.080] and organized manner in what we call referential index. [06:11.080 --> 06:15.560] The mind is constantly generating referential index. [06:15.560 --> 06:19.600] It's recognizing patterns and putting those patterns [06:19.600 --> 06:24.600] into place in the mind so they can be referenced [06:25.600 --> 06:30.080] when certain sets of criteria are encountered. [06:30.080 --> 06:33.840] Now, that sounds kind of esoteric, [06:33.840 --> 06:36.160] but it's really important where we're going. [06:37.800 --> 06:42.800] The key thing about the mind is we have two aspects of mind. [06:46.480 --> 06:47.880] One is the conscious aspect [06:47.880 --> 06:51.840] or the direct conscious aspect. [06:53.000 --> 06:55.920] And then there's another aspect. [06:55.920 --> 06:58.560] It's often referred to as subliminal. [06:58.560 --> 07:01.120] Or subconscious. [07:02.120 --> 07:04.000] I've never liked those terms [07:04.000 --> 07:07.240] because they give a false indication [07:07.240 --> 07:10.760] of what that other part of the mind is. [07:10.760 --> 07:15.760] It makes it sound somehow really vague and esoteric. [07:16.480 --> 07:17.800] Well, it's not. [07:17.800 --> 07:21.840] It's really straightforward and it's not subconscious. [07:23.440 --> 07:25.600] It's very much conscious. [07:25.600 --> 07:30.600] It's just that having the experience of life [07:31.720 --> 07:36.560] and having that life experienced in the conscious awareness [07:36.560 --> 07:39.280] gives us the impression that the conscious aspect [07:39.280 --> 07:42.720] of the living mind is the dominant aspect. [07:44.240 --> 07:46.920] And I suggest it is no such thing. [07:48.360 --> 07:50.240] That there is another aspect [07:50.240 --> 07:55.240] that is much more powerful and functional [07:55.240 --> 07:57.320] than the conscious aspect. [07:58.320 --> 08:02.880] Einstein said that people only use about 10% of their capacity. [08:02.880 --> 08:04.680] I don't think that is true. [08:05.760 --> 08:09.480] I think we use all of our capacity all of the time. [08:10.640 --> 08:13.240] It's just that we're only consciously aware [08:13.240 --> 08:15.920] of about 10% of what's going on. [08:17.600 --> 08:22.600] And the rest of it goes on at a level that's not subconscious. [08:22.600 --> 08:27.600] It's just a level we've been taught not to pay attention to. [08:33.320 --> 08:36.720] And our guest tonight, if we can get him on, [08:39.360 --> 08:44.360] is going to demonstrate some procedures [08:44.360 --> 08:49.360] that have the effect of allowing us to access [08:55.440 --> 08:57.440] that other aspect of mind. [08:59.000 --> 09:02.440] That other aspect is the aspect that houses [09:02.440 --> 09:04.880] all of the things we know, [09:04.880 --> 09:07.120] all of the things that we have learned. [09:09.120 --> 09:12.760] We have experience in life, we learn things, [09:12.760 --> 09:16.760] and we make internal connections. [09:20.040 --> 09:23.280] And in terms of learnings and understandings [09:23.280 --> 09:25.280] and realizations. [09:25.280 --> 09:28.120] I'd like to call this other aspect of mine [09:28.120 --> 09:31.440] for want of a better term, our internal librarian. [09:32.800 --> 09:36.920] It categorizes all of the things that we have known [09:36.920 --> 09:40.840] and holds them in our memory [09:40.840 --> 09:43.280] so that when we need it, we can access it. [09:45.080 --> 09:48.120] And the problem is in our culture, [09:48.120 --> 09:52.120] we've been taught to think about that part of the mind [09:52.120 --> 09:54.920] as something that just happens all by itself [09:54.920 --> 09:57.360] and over which we have no control. [09:58.280 --> 10:03.160] And that goes to the emotions. [10:03.160 --> 10:08.160] Emotions really is the indication of that other aspect, [10:08.160 --> 10:11.840] but we're taught not to pay attention to them. [10:11.840 --> 10:14.720] We're taught to think that emotions are nouns, [10:14.720 --> 10:17.160] that emotions are things that actually happen to us [10:17.160 --> 10:19.080] or no such thing. [10:19.080 --> 10:23.360] Emotions are communications from this other aspect of mind. [10:23.360 --> 10:27.000] It's the communications from the aspect [10:27.000 --> 10:32.000] that houses what we know and when a circumstance occurs [10:33.800 --> 10:37.520] and it demonstrates a set of patterns. [10:37.520 --> 10:39.600] And the inner mind looks at these patterns and says, [10:39.600 --> 10:44.440] well, this was, in this kind of circumstance, [10:44.440 --> 10:49.440] we normally act or react from this mental context [10:50.240 --> 10:55.000] and it drags up or drags open one of those [10:55.000 --> 10:56.600] internal mental drawers. [10:56.600 --> 10:59.440] And in that drawer, you have all of the things [10:59.440 --> 11:01.160] you've learned to do in this context. [11:01.160 --> 11:03.120] For instance, anger. [11:03.120 --> 11:08.120] If circumstances occur and your inner mind says, [11:09.480 --> 11:12.600] okay, in this kind of situation, [11:12.600 --> 11:14.840] in these kinds of circumstances, [11:15.800 --> 11:20.800] we normally act or react from this mental context [11:21.520 --> 11:22.920] and it opens this mental drawer. [11:22.920 --> 11:24.640] And in that context, you have all the things [11:24.640 --> 11:26.960] you've learned how to do when you're angry. [11:28.040 --> 11:31.760] If your parents were empathetic and understanding [11:31.760 --> 11:36.400] when they were angry, you may have that in there. [11:37.400 --> 11:42.080] But if they weren't, and you are not aware [11:42.080 --> 11:44.560] of the limitations of the mental context, [11:44.560 --> 11:47.000] your inner mind has just presented to you [11:48.680 --> 11:51.920] to the degree that you're not aware of the context, [11:51.920 --> 11:56.480] consciously aware of the context that was just elicited. [11:57.400 --> 11:59.720] You don't know what you're doing. [11:59.720 --> 12:03.280] You're just kind of dancing around, [12:03.280 --> 12:06.680] following an internal impulse. [12:07.640 --> 12:12.200] Who of us has not had a circumstance occur? [12:13.160 --> 12:16.200] And we react or respond to that circumstance [12:18.080 --> 12:22.360] in a way that we look back on it and think, [12:23.280 --> 12:24.880] what I do that for? [12:26.480 --> 12:29.120] Or what was I thinking? [12:29.120 --> 12:30.720] We've all had those experiences. [12:30.720 --> 12:35.080] And that goes to things that we have learned. [12:35.080 --> 12:38.360] We've put responses, response patterns [12:38.360 --> 12:42.280] that we have learned and put away in our inner mind. [12:43.560 --> 12:46.480] Circumstances elicit those. [12:46.480 --> 12:50.000] And we're not consciously aware [12:50.000 --> 12:52.320] that we're responding to an internal pattern. [12:53.440 --> 12:56.400] So we just think what we're doing is natural. [12:56.400 --> 13:01.400] Well, it may be natural to us, [13:02.320 --> 13:05.680] but it's not necessarily natural to humans. [13:05.680 --> 13:09.800] Somebody else, their reactions are maybe totally different [13:09.800 --> 13:12.080] because of what they've learned growing up. [13:13.280 --> 13:16.920] And what our guests will be talking about today [13:16.920 --> 13:21.920] is a tool, a technique that will allow you [13:21.920 --> 13:26.920] to very directly reprogram those internal patterns [13:29.200 --> 13:31.720] that we carry around with us. [13:31.720 --> 13:35.800] Those automatic actions and reactions [13:35.800 --> 13:37.640] that we have to experience. [13:39.360 --> 13:44.120] And we have them as if they were automatic [13:44.120 --> 13:46.520] and outside of awareness. [13:47.600 --> 13:49.120] They are outside of awareness, [13:49.120 --> 13:51.880] only to the degree that we don't know how to [13:51.880 --> 13:53.960] pay attention to them. [13:53.960 --> 13:57.040] And I'm hoping that by the next break, [13:57.040 --> 13:59.560] we will have Don up, [13:59.560 --> 14:03.600] we're having a little trouble bringing him up on the network. [14:05.120 --> 14:08.320] We'll have him up and he'll tell it, [14:08.320 --> 14:12.440] he'll demonstrate to us a very specific technique [14:12.440 --> 14:20.440] for dialectically changing the way that we think about it, [14:21.880 --> 14:23.280] things we think about. [14:25.120 --> 14:27.880] Now, I guess more appropriately things we don't think about. [14:27.880 --> 14:31.480] If I sound a little bit disconnected, [14:31.480 --> 14:35.120] I wasn't expecting to have to do this long of promo [14:35.120 --> 14:39.760] because we're having a little network difficulty [14:39.760 --> 14:41.240] which we should have done up already. [14:41.240 --> 14:45.800] So let me apologize if I sound like I'm trying not [14:45.800 --> 14:48.640] to give too much of it away [14:50.160 --> 14:54.600] and still bring in a decent introduction. [14:56.200 --> 15:01.360] Sometimes the radio show gives us more work [15:01.360 --> 15:02.400] than we anticipate. [15:02.400 --> 15:10.520] I'm not even sure if I'm on the air at this point. [15:12.280 --> 15:13.800] Do I sound confused? [15:16.200 --> 15:21.840] Okay, I'm looking at my call screen and it shows [15:21.840 --> 15:23.880] that we should be on break right now. [15:23.880 --> 15:41.840] Okay, well, I did have something, there's something I was going [15:41.840 --> 15:42.840] to get to later. [15:42.840 --> 15:49.320] I'll go ahead and go to that earlier since we had a little [15:49.320 --> 15:50.520] more time than I expected. [15:50.520 --> 15:53.920] I went to Justice of the Peace today. [15:53.920 --> 16:01.760] I was going to pick up some records on the foreclosure issue [16:01.760 --> 16:02.760] that I'm working on. [16:02.760 --> 16:07.360] I went to Justice of the Peace 1 here in Austin [16:07.360 --> 16:11.280] and was going through the little metal detector thingy [16:11.280 --> 16:15.680] and they said that I could not bring my cell phone [16:15.680 --> 16:21.920] into the building and I said, no, no, I'm going [16:21.920 --> 16:23.120] to take my cell phone in. [16:23.120 --> 16:26.640] They said, no, you can't take the cell phone in and we had a [16:26.640 --> 16:30.720] little bit of a back and forth and finally I needed the [16:30.720 --> 16:32.440] records more and I needed the argument. [16:33.920 --> 16:37.560] So hold on, we're going to break. [16:37.560 --> 16:42.160] I will, if we can get our guests up, we'll come back to him. [16:42.160 --> 16:44.280] If not, I'll go on with the story when we come back. [16:44.280 --> 16:46.280] This is Randy Kelton, Denver Stephen, [16:46.280 --> 17:15.280] Eddie Craig, we'll be right back. [17:16.280 --> 17:20.280] There's a better way of seeing. [17:20.280 --> 17:24.280] It's called Tangy Tangerine. [17:24.280 --> 17:29.280] And we're all drinking Tangy Tangerine. [17:29.280 --> 17:31.280] Tangy Tangerine. [17:31.280 --> 17:33.280] Tangy Tangerine. [17:33.280 --> 17:37.280] We're all drinking Tangy Tangerine. [17:37.280 --> 17:39.280] Tangy Tangerine. [17:39.280 --> 17:41.280] Tangy Tangerine. [19:40.280 --> 19:52.280] So I sit back and I watch the evidence unfold, and I see justice is the goal. [19:52.280 --> 19:58.280] Yeah, justice is the goal. [19:58.280 --> 20:00.280] Well, okay, we are back. [20:00.280 --> 20:03.280] I'm Michael Debra Stephens, Eddie Craig with ruleoflawradio. [20:03.280 --> 20:07.280] And we have our guest up, Don Milton. [20:07.280 --> 20:13.280] And as I was saying in the last segment, [20:13.280 --> 20:19.280] the mind is made up of, at least from my metaphor, this story I have for it, [20:19.280 --> 20:22.280] is it has two primary aspects, and that one is the conscious, [20:22.280 --> 20:30.280] and the other is that mental librarian that holds all of the things we know how to do. [20:30.280 --> 20:33.280] And for the most part, through most of our lives, [20:33.280 --> 20:37.280] we've not been taught how to pay attention to that part. [20:37.280 --> 20:43.280] We've been taught that that other aspect of mind is something that just happens. [20:43.280 --> 20:49.280] And we just use the conscious mind to go along with whatever comes to us. [20:49.280 --> 20:59.280] Well, what Don is going to help us deal with is a method of paying attention [20:59.280 --> 21:07.280] to that aspect of mind that tends to motivate our behaviors [21:07.280 --> 21:16.280] and give us a set of tools that we can go in and directly reprogram the inner mind [21:16.280 --> 21:24.280] so that it begins to deliver up more deliberate and more functional responses [21:24.280 --> 21:28.280] than the ones in a lot of areas that we may be used to. [21:28.280 --> 21:34.280] Don, does that sound like what you do or have I missed the mark? [21:34.280 --> 21:40.280] I think you're kind of on it, although you're way more brilliant than I am [21:40.280 --> 21:42.280] about understanding all this. [21:42.280 --> 21:49.280] I do have some tools that I think can do what you say we're doing. [21:49.280 --> 21:55.280] Will you kind of give us an overview of what it is that you do? [21:55.280 --> 22:00.280] And if somebody's listening and would like to participate, [22:00.280 --> 22:07.280] Don is going to want some volunteers as we move on into the show. [22:07.280 --> 22:09.280] Go ahead, Don. [22:09.280 --> 22:14.280] Yeah, I'll just give you what I was wanting to talk about tonight, Randy, [22:14.280 --> 22:19.280] is a technique that's been around for about 20 years under this name. [22:19.280 --> 22:23.280] And I've been using it for almost 10 years myself. [22:23.280 --> 22:29.280] It's called Emotional Freedom Technique, EFT for short. [22:29.280 --> 22:36.280] And I have other tools in my kit, but for purposes of what we're doing on the radio, [22:36.280 --> 22:42.280] EFT is really a pretty cool thing to do. [22:42.280 --> 22:45.280] And if we have some folks that want to participate tonight, [22:45.280 --> 22:49.280] people can actually see how this works. [22:49.280 --> 22:57.280] The concept behind EFT is that all negative emotions are caused by an imbalance [22:57.280 --> 22:59.280] in our energy field. [22:59.280 --> 23:05.280] Now, first of all, I've found sometimes when I talk to people about working [23:05.280 --> 23:10.280] with your energy field in your body, you know, they get kind of freaked out [23:10.280 --> 23:12.280] and they think that's weird. [23:12.280 --> 23:16.280] But then on the other hand, they're using a cell phone every day. [23:16.280 --> 23:21.280] They're using radio, they're driving cars, they're using microwaves, [23:21.280 --> 23:27.280] they're watching TV in New York and they're watching a live soccer game in Japan [23:27.280 --> 23:29.280] on their TV. [23:29.280 --> 23:31.280] So that's all energy. [23:31.280 --> 23:39.280] So, you know, we have, within our being, physical, mental, emotional, spiritual being, [23:39.280 --> 23:44.280] we have energy that affects us in various ways. [23:44.280 --> 23:50.280] And we really don't have to believe this works or really understand it [23:50.280 --> 23:55.280] because if I just use things like right now, we're on the computer here [23:55.280 --> 23:59.280] and you got to show people all over the world that can be listening to you, [23:59.280 --> 24:01.280] I don't have a clue how that works. [24:01.280 --> 24:03.280] To me, it's kind of magic. [24:03.280 --> 24:09.280] So, I don't really get into, there are people with emotional freedom techniques. [24:09.280 --> 24:12.280] There's a lot of science behind it and research and all that. [24:12.280 --> 24:17.280] That's something I have not delved into deeply because for most of my life, [24:17.280 --> 24:24.280] I spent too much time in my head and I found that the real miracles of life for me [24:24.280 --> 24:31.280] are in that realm of the heart, the intuition, the connection with the divine. [24:31.280 --> 24:38.280] So, with EFT and some of the other things that I've been practicing for about 10 years [24:38.280 --> 24:43.280] as an emotional freedom coach, I really just focus on utilizing the tools [24:43.280 --> 24:47.280] and getting results with people. [24:47.280 --> 24:52.280] So, with EFT, what we can really do, which is kind of neat, [24:52.280 --> 24:56.280] and I hope a few folks would like to participate, [24:56.280 --> 25:03.280] I can have someone come on and they can think of an event that happened in the past [25:03.280 --> 25:08.280] and it could be earlier today or it could be 20 years ago, doesn't really matter. [25:08.280 --> 25:14.280] As everybody knows, and I'm sure with each person or you know people, [25:14.280 --> 25:19.280] that they can literally think about something that happened 20 or 30 years ago. [25:19.280 --> 25:24.280] And it's not that they think about it every day, they might not even thought about it in a long time. [25:24.280 --> 25:30.280] But when they tune into it, if you're looking at them, [25:30.280 --> 25:35.280] you can see by the way they talk and by the way their body language is, [25:35.280 --> 25:38.280] that they're right back in it. [25:38.280 --> 25:42.280] So, that's always intrigued me, how can things happen long ago [25:42.280 --> 25:50.280] and thinking about them 10, 20 years later, you still have those emotions. [25:50.280 --> 25:57.280] Now, the way I understand it, Randy, is that those emotions are there all the time. [25:57.280 --> 26:02.280] In this part of what you call this aspect other than the conscious mind, [26:02.280 --> 26:07.280] some people call it subconscious, other people call it different things. [26:07.280 --> 26:12.280] But I think we all know that there is a part of us, a part of our being, [26:12.280 --> 26:18.280] that we're not aware of and maybe that part of our being, of our mind, [26:18.280 --> 26:23.280] may contain most of the stuff that we know and we have access to a lot of it, [26:23.280 --> 26:25.280] but a lot of it we don't know. [26:25.280 --> 26:30.280] So, these things that are hanging in there, what I call emotional distresses, [26:30.280 --> 26:38.280] anger, grief, fear, anxiety, sadness, loneliness, betrayal, [26:38.280 --> 26:45.280] all these things drain our energy and they cause us to function less optimally [26:45.280 --> 26:48.280] than we could if we didn't have them. [26:48.280 --> 26:54.280] So, just because we're not aware of them is kind of like having dirt under your carpet. [26:54.280 --> 26:58.280] You may not see it, but if it's under there, it's there. [26:58.280 --> 27:05.280] And so, with EFT, we can kind of pretty effectively and quickly clear out that dirt. [27:05.280 --> 27:10.280] So, really someone could tell me about something, and here's another neat thing [27:10.280 --> 27:16.280] that I did on the radio, even though somebody on there could be very anonymous [27:16.280 --> 27:21.280] and they could go into details about the event, really don't have to. [27:21.280 --> 27:27.280] Somebody can just pick an event and then I'll ask them, it has to be a specific event [27:27.280 --> 27:31.280] that happened at a specific time and when they think about it, [27:31.280 --> 27:36.280] they can still today feel some different negative emotions. [27:36.280 --> 27:42.280] So, if I'll ask them to tell me what emotions they're feeling and then rate the intensity [27:42.280 --> 27:48.280] of each one from zero to ten, with ten being the worst and zero being none. [27:48.280 --> 27:53.280] And without even knowing what the event was, or really talking about it or analyzing it, [27:53.280 --> 28:00.280] by guiding them through light tapping, then using their fingertips to do some light tapping [28:00.280 --> 28:06.280] on various meridian points or centers of energy on their body, [28:06.280 --> 28:11.280] it's amazing how quickly those negative emotions dissipate. [28:11.280 --> 28:15.280] And we could also do that with physical pain. [28:15.280 --> 28:20.280] Now, this is not a hundred percent, happens a hundred percent. [28:20.280 --> 28:26.280] I mean, I'm taking a little risk when I do this on the radio because it doesn't work all the time. [28:26.280 --> 28:33.280] My experience with emotional issues is I get results about 90 to 95 percent of the time [28:33.280 --> 28:41.280] and with chronic physical pain or even sometimes acute pain that just came up from an injury [28:41.280 --> 28:45.280] or something, maybe 60, 70 percent of the time. [28:45.280 --> 28:53.280] So, it's pretty amazingly effective percentage-wise, but I'm saying it could happen [28:53.280 --> 28:57.280] that if we do some things tonight, there may not be any results. [28:57.280 --> 29:00.280] And that's okay, that happens occasionally. [29:00.280 --> 29:04.280] So, any particular questions, Randy, of what I've said so far? [29:04.280 --> 29:07.280] Well, there is a comment I would like to make. [29:07.280 --> 29:12.280] I did address this issue in a somewhat esoteric term, [29:12.280 --> 29:18.280] and I did want to make the comment that there are those who talk about things [29:18.280 --> 29:22.280] and then there are those who do things. [29:22.280 --> 29:28.280] And I do a lot of talking about these things, but Don actually does these. [29:28.280 --> 29:36.280] And I've told people on here that I've done a lot of research in psychology and that. [29:36.280 --> 29:42.280] And everything about what Don does sits with everything that I know to be correct and accurate [29:42.280 --> 29:44.280] and something that works. [29:44.280 --> 29:46.280] Hang on, we're about to go to break. [29:46.280 --> 29:50.280] This is Randy Kelton, Deborah Stevens, Eddie Craig with Wheel of Law Radio. [29:50.280 --> 29:54.280] Call in number 512-646-1984. [29:54.280 --> 29:58.280] If you're willing to be a volunteer, give us a call, let us know. [29:58.280 --> 30:00.280] We've got some spirit. [30:00.280 --> 30:05.280] This is Building 7, a 47-story skyscraper that fell on the afternoon of September 11th. [30:05.280 --> 30:07.280] The government says that fire brought it down. [30:07.280 --> 30:12.280] However, 1,500 architects and engineers have concluded it was a controlled demolition. [30:12.280 --> 30:15.280] Over 6,000 of my fellow service members have given their lives. [30:15.280 --> 30:18.280] Thousands of my fellow first responders have died. [30:18.280 --> 30:19.280] I'm not a conspiracy theorist. [30:19.280 --> 30:20.280] I'm a structural engineer. [30:20.280 --> 30:21.280] I'm a New York City correction officer. [30:21.280 --> 30:22.280] I'm an Air Force pilot. [30:22.280 --> 30:24.280] I'm a father who lost his son. [30:24.280 --> 30:27.280] We're Americans, and we deserve the truth. [30:27.280 --> 30:30.280] Go to RememberBuilding7.org today. [30:30.280 --> 30:36.280] HempUSA.org has moved and expanded its operations for faster worldwide shipping. [30:36.280 --> 30:42.280] Our product line has grown from 5 to nearly 100 items in less than 5 years. [31:00.280 --> 31:06.280] It is so enlightening to listen to 90.1 FM, but finding things on the Internet isn't so easy. [31:06.280 --> 31:09.280] And neither is finding like-minded people to share it with. [31:09.280 --> 31:12.280] Oh, well, I guess you haven't heard of Brave New Books then. [31:12.280 --> 31:13.280] Brave New Books? [31:13.280 --> 31:14.280] Yes. [31:14.280 --> 31:18.280] Brave New Books has all the books and DVDs you're looking for by authors like Alex Jones, [31:18.280 --> 31:20.280] Ron Paul, and G. Albert Griffin. [31:20.280 --> 31:24.280] They even stock inner food, Berkey products, and Calvin Soaps. [31:24.280 --> 31:27.280] There's no way a place like that exists. [31:27.280 --> 31:28.280] Go check it out for yourself. [31:28.280 --> 31:32.280] It's downtown at 1904 Guadalupe Street, just south of UT. [31:32.280 --> 31:36.280] Oh, by UT? There's never anywhere to park down there. [31:36.280 --> 31:42.280] Actually, they now offer a free hour of parking for paying customers at the 500 MLK parking facility, [31:42.280 --> 31:44.280] just behind the bookstore. [31:44.280 --> 31:47.280] It does exist, but when are they open? [31:47.280 --> 31:52.280] Monday through Saturday, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., and 1 to 6 p.m. on Sundays. [31:52.280 --> 31:56.280] So give them a call at 512-480-2503, [31:56.280 --> 32:01.280] or check out their events page at bravenewbookstore.com. [32:01.280 --> 32:06.280] Yeah, I got the warrant. [32:06.280 --> 32:14.280] And I'm gonna send them to the head of government, then prosecute them. [32:14.280 --> 32:17.280] Okay. [32:33.280 --> 32:35.280] Okay, we are back. [32:35.280 --> 32:44.280] We are talking to our special guest, Don Melton. [32:44.280 --> 32:46.280] And go ahead, Don. [32:46.280 --> 32:52.280] We have a caller who wants to address this issue, so let me bring up Garrett. [32:52.280 --> 32:54.280] Okay. [32:54.280 --> 32:56.280] Little Garrett, are you there? [32:56.280 --> 32:58.280] Yes, sir. [32:58.280 --> 33:01.280] You had a question or comment on this subject? [33:01.280 --> 33:09.280] Well, sure, he'd be familiar with mind and body coordination. [33:09.280 --> 33:12.280] That should be... [33:12.280 --> 33:15.280] Yeah, what's the question? [33:15.280 --> 33:21.280] Well, you know, mind and body coordination, this is the little thing I want to read off. [33:21.280 --> 33:29.280] Is your natural state, it is simply a matter of learning and not to interfere with the state of allowing stress, [33:29.280 --> 33:40.280] interactions, and bad postural and movement habits to affect your awareness of yourself and your surroundings. [33:40.280 --> 33:44.280] This is an excerpt from Koichi Tohi Sensei. [33:44.280 --> 33:55.280] There is a martial arts society called Key Society, which I've dealt with in Seattle for a while. [33:55.280 --> 34:01.280] And it was very positive thinking. [34:01.280 --> 34:12.280] But anyway, the main thing is they like to produce key development, they call it key development. [34:12.280 --> 34:18.280] And it's Japanese, it started by Koichi Tohi in Japan. [34:18.280 --> 34:20.280] Excuse me, Garrett, may I ask you a question? [34:20.280 --> 34:25.280] It started, now it started beyond that. This is a natural thing that people have. [34:25.280 --> 34:27.280] Wait a minute, Garrett. [34:27.280 --> 34:29.280] Okay. [34:29.280 --> 34:32.280] Yeah, I was going to ask you a question. [34:32.280 --> 34:37.280] Would you like to, what I'd like to do right now is demonstrate this technique. [34:37.280 --> 34:42.280] Would you like to participate in the demonstration? [34:42.280 --> 34:44.280] Go ahead. [34:44.280 --> 34:53.280] Okay. Well, the point is, do you have something, do you either have a, do you have any physical pain in your body at the moment? [34:53.280 --> 34:57.280] No, sir. Yes, slightly. [34:57.280 --> 35:07.280] Okay. Do you have something, when you think about it from the past, causes you any emotional distress? [35:07.280 --> 35:18.280] No, not right now, fortunately. But I do have some problems, but right now I've been able to not worry about that and focus on what I'm doing at the moment. [35:18.280 --> 35:24.280] Okay. So what I'd like to do right now, I think what you were sharing is very interesting. [35:24.280 --> 35:32.280] But what I'd really like to do is get somebody on where we can kind of demonstrate how this EFT works. Would that be okay with you? [35:32.280 --> 35:34.280] How the IT works? [35:34.280 --> 35:43.280] The EFT, the emotional freedom technique that I practiced, I was wanting to do some demonstrations for people on the show. [35:43.280 --> 35:46.280] Would that be okay if we got on to that? [35:46.280 --> 35:57.280] Well, yes. Reiterator, I'm willing to be your subject. I'll be the O.K.M.E. and please give it to me. [35:57.280 --> 36:00.280] Well, Garrett, let me ask a question. [36:00.280 --> 36:15.280] Sure. Do you have, is anything circumstances in your life where you react or respond in a way that leaves you feeling uncomfortable? [36:15.280 --> 36:20.280] Or do you have what I like to call a petty tyrant? [36:20.280 --> 36:33.280] Someone in your life who can, has a way of getting you to respond negatively when you may prefer to react in a more positive way. [36:33.280 --> 36:38.280] I guess a nice way to say this, do you have somebody who can really piss you off? [36:38.280 --> 36:51.280] Yes, yes. And I've deviated from trying to be a better, more positive person. Yes, I have. [36:51.280 --> 37:03.280] Okay. I think where we're going here is what Don is going to demonstrate is not something where you try to do better or you try to be more positive. [37:03.280 --> 37:08.280] But this is something a little bit more mechanical, more direct. [37:08.280 --> 37:23.280] It's a tool that will allow you to directly go in and adjust your internal reactions and responses in a way that you prefer so that when these influences occur later, [37:23.280 --> 37:35.280] instead of reacting in the old negative ways, you react in a more positive way and it happens so on such an internal level consciousness where you don't even notice. [37:35.280 --> 37:37.280] Does that sound right, Don? [37:37.280 --> 37:38.280] Yes. [37:38.280 --> 37:44.280] So do you have, I don't, Don, does it even need to tell you what it is? [37:44.280 --> 37:56.280] No, it doesn't. All I need here is, let me tell you, this is very different than positive thinking or affirmations or, you know, thinking. [37:56.280 --> 38:07.280] It's just about if you think of something, you know, if you think of somebody that when there's something they did in the past and you think about it today, [38:07.280 --> 38:15.280] it makes you feel angry or frustrated or resentful or something like that, then I can show you something. [38:15.280 --> 38:21.280] If not, then I probably need to get somebody else to come on the line. [38:21.280 --> 38:26.280] Okay. Yeah, yeah, okay. [38:26.280 --> 38:39.280] Well, that's, you know, that's a level, you know, how serious is it? And usually those cases are somewhat kind of serious, like, you know, they've had a bad childhood and something bad happened. [38:39.280 --> 38:41.280] Something like that, you're saying? [38:41.280 --> 38:53.280] No, I'm talking, no, it doesn't have to be any particular bad. I mean, I know for myself, you know, there's things I can think about that make me feel angry or sad or lonely still. [38:53.280 --> 39:04.280] And that's just the human nature. So I'm just saying it doesn't have to be anything horrible. Is there anything that when you think about it, it makes you feel bad today? [39:04.280 --> 39:11.280] And we don't have to, we're not going to analyze it. I just want to know a specific thing from your past. [39:11.280 --> 39:18.280] It could be last week or two months ago or 10 years ago, that when you think about it, you have some negative feelings. [39:18.280 --> 39:26.280] Right. Well, I'll repent. No, I'm just, you know, sister, you know, my sister, and this is not... [39:26.280 --> 39:36.280] Oh, stop, stop, stop. Yeah, wait, wait, wait. Don't tell us what it is. If you tell us what it is, we'll hallucinate and think we know something about it. [39:36.280 --> 39:48.280] The point of the technique is, is this is a tool and the tool doesn't care what it is. All Don is saying, pick something, pick something and hold on to it. [39:48.280 --> 40:04.280] And Garrett, if it's with your sister, what I would like you to do is pick a very specific event where she did something or said something and it makes you feel a certain emotional discomfort today. [40:04.280 --> 40:11.280] So can you pick an event and I don't want to know what the event is. I just want to know how long ago it occurred. [40:11.280 --> 40:13.280] A month ago. [40:13.280 --> 40:16.280] A month ago? Yes. [40:16.280 --> 40:27.280] Okay. And when you think about this specific event, I would like to tell me the different negative feelings that you have and rate each one on a scale from zero to 10. [40:27.280 --> 40:40.280] Being the most distressful and zero being no issue. And don't try to analyze it. Just whatever number comes to you, say the emotion and give me a number. [40:40.280 --> 40:49.280] Okay. Well, this could be affected by a little bit of alcohol use. Not a lot, but some. Is that... [40:49.280 --> 40:52.280] Are you talking about your drinking tonight or what? [40:52.280 --> 40:55.280] No, tomorrow. No, her drinking. [40:55.280 --> 40:59.280] Okay. Well, I'm not... No, I don't want to know anything about her. All I want to know is... [40:59.280 --> 41:01.280] The event. [41:01.280 --> 41:02.280] Go ahead. [41:02.280 --> 41:05.280] During the event that you're asking me about. [41:05.280 --> 41:20.280] I don't even want to know the event and I don't want to know anything related to the event. All I want to know is when you think of the event, how does it make you feel? That's all I want to know. [41:20.280 --> 41:25.280] It makes me feel to avoid her. I'm avoiding her. [41:25.280 --> 41:30.280] Avoiding is not an emotion. Does it make you feel angry? [41:30.280 --> 41:39.280] It makes me feel distressed. Would you like some more words? [41:39.280 --> 41:47.280] Distressed? Give me a number on that from zero to ten. How distressed does it make you feel? [41:47.280 --> 41:52.280] I would say at nine. It is being quite bad. [41:52.280 --> 41:57.280] Okay. And what else? Give me some other... Any motions? [41:57.280 --> 42:11.280] Let's see. I can't trust her. I feel I cannot trust her and the level of that would be like a five, which is not good. [42:11.280 --> 42:14.280] Okay. And what else? [42:14.280 --> 42:23.280] Betrayal. Do you feel any frustration or betrayal or resentment? [42:23.280 --> 42:29.280] Betrayal would be also a five because she'll paddle till... [42:29.280 --> 42:38.280] Okay. I don't want you to go into any reasons. I just want fillings right now. So betrayal's at a five. What else? [42:38.280 --> 42:42.280] Okay. That's three, I guess I gave you, right? [42:42.280 --> 42:44.280] What else do you have? [42:44.280 --> 42:58.280] Okay. Well, another word to describe... [42:58.280 --> 43:03.280] Let's see. I can't trust her. [43:03.280 --> 43:10.280] Okay. I tell you what, let's go with what we've got. I just want to check again before we get into it. [43:10.280 --> 43:20.280] You feel distressed, you feel lack of trust, you feel betrayed, do you feel any frustration or confusion or resentment? [43:20.280 --> 43:22.280] Any of those? [43:22.280 --> 43:24.280] What's that? [43:24.280 --> 43:26.280] No confusion. [43:26.280 --> 43:28.280] No confusion, no frustration? [43:28.280 --> 43:32.280] There is some frustration because... [43:32.280 --> 43:35.280] I don't want to know the reason. Just give me the number. [43:35.280 --> 43:42.280] Okay. And there's some frustration. I would give that a three or a four. [43:42.280 --> 43:49.280] Okay. Hang on, guys. We're about to go to break. This is Randy Kelton, Deborah Stevens, Eddie Craig, rule of law radio. [43:49.280 --> 43:55.280] I'll call in number 512-646-1984. We'll be right back. [43:55.280 --> 44:02.280] The Oakland City Bombay. Top ten reasons to question the official story. [44:02.280 --> 44:06.280] Reason number two, why was the ATF AWOL? [44:06.280 --> 44:16.280] Paramedic Tiffany Bible, who's on the scene within five minutes, has stated in an affidavit that agents of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms told her that they were not in the office that morning. [44:16.280 --> 44:26.280] EMT Catherine Mallant also overheard one agent say to another, close, is that why we got the page to not come in today? [44:26.280 --> 44:27.280] A quote. [44:27.280 --> 44:34.280] Drew Shaw, as interviewed on KFOR TV, was also told by ATF agents that they had been paid to not come into work. [44:34.280 --> 44:45.280] The ATF initially denied these claims, and now variously claim that one of their agents was in a free falling elevator, which has been disproven, or that they had been in an all night stick out, or that they had been at a golf tournament. [44:45.280 --> 44:55.280] As they try to sort out their lives, all we want to know is, did the ATF receive a warning, and if so, why did they not pass it on to others in the mobile? [44:55.280 --> 45:22.280] For more information, go to okcfoundandtruth.com. [45:26.280 --> 45:28.280] And now you can too. [45:28.280 --> 45:34.280] Jurisdictionary was created by a licensed attorney with 22 years of case winning experience. [45:34.280 --> 45:43.280] Even if you're not in a lawsuit, you can learn what everyone should understand about the principles and practices that control our American courts. [45:43.280 --> 45:52.280] You'll receive our audio classroom, video seminar, tutorials, forms for civil cases, pro se tactics, and much more. [46:32.280 --> 46:38.280] And we are talking to Garrett in Oklahoma. [46:38.280 --> 46:51.280] And Garrett, I know this is kind of difficult because we're asking the kinds of questions you seldom have people ask you about what we feel and what we respond to. [46:51.280 --> 46:58.280] And really what we're really trying to isolate is, what are you really experiencing? [46:58.280 --> 47:02.280] I know when we have experiences, we tend not to think about them. [47:02.280 --> 47:08.280] We just have them and feel them, and now somebody's asking you to think about it. [47:08.280 --> 47:19.280] And if we're going to be able to change it, that's one of the first things we have to do is figure out exactly what is it that's happening here. [47:19.280 --> 47:23.280] What is it that's happening that I don't like? [47:23.280 --> 47:29.280] And then we can go about using a very simple tool to make an internal change. [47:29.280 --> 47:31.280] Does that sound accurate, Don? [47:31.280 --> 47:33.280] Yes, that is accurate. [47:33.280 --> 47:48.280] Now, one point I will make here, Randy, is that with EFTD, it can very quickly and effectively and permanently change an emotional distress from something that happened in the past. [47:48.280 --> 47:51.280] It does not immunize you going forward. [47:51.280 --> 47:54.280] Okay, I've got other methods for that. [47:54.280 --> 48:07.280] But just so Garrett will be clear here, you know, we could take, he's probably got to be a lot of different events with his sister that when he would think about him, he would experience different emotions. [48:07.280 --> 48:10.280] You know, he might have hundreds of them. [48:10.280 --> 48:12.280] We wouldn't have to deal with hundreds of them. [48:12.280 --> 48:15.280] We might deal with 10 or 15 or 20. [48:15.280 --> 48:23.280] And after we clear off all that, he probably wouldn't be able to think of anything negative about his sister anymore from the past. [48:23.280 --> 48:32.280] But then if he hadn't experienced with her tomorrow without, you know, changing the way he thinks going forward, he could re-create some of that. [48:32.280 --> 48:40.280] So I just want to be real clear that EFT is not the piece that will necessarily change it going forward. [48:40.280 --> 48:44.280] It's more for clearing out the back stuff. [48:44.280 --> 48:45.280] Okay. [48:45.280 --> 48:50.280] So Garrett, so anything else before I get into this, Randy? [48:50.280 --> 48:51.280] No, go ahead. [48:51.280 --> 48:56.280] All right, so Garrett, let's focus back on this event with your sister from a month ago. [48:56.280 --> 48:58.280] Let me just review where we are. [48:58.280 --> 49:06.280] Then we're going to get into you feel distressed at a nine, lack of trust at a five, betrayed at a five, frustration at a four. [49:06.280 --> 49:10.280] Is that correct? [49:10.280 --> 49:13.280] Um, yes. [49:13.280 --> 49:14.280] All right. [49:14.280 --> 49:17.280] So what I'd like to do right now, are you wearing glasses? [49:17.280 --> 49:18.280] No, sir. [49:18.280 --> 49:19.280] All right. [49:19.280 --> 49:21.280] Are you right handed or left handed? [49:21.280 --> 49:22.280] Right. [49:22.280 --> 49:23.280] All right. [49:23.280 --> 49:28.280] Well, what I'm going to do sometimes EFT is called acupuncture without the needles. [49:28.280 --> 49:31.280] Are you familiar with acupuncture? [49:31.280 --> 49:34.280] I've never experienced acupuncture. [49:34.280 --> 49:38.280] I've viewed it on an NHK world. [49:38.280 --> 49:39.280] Okay. [49:39.280 --> 49:45.280] Well, basically, are you familiar with the concepts of the meridian points on the body being energy centers? [49:45.280 --> 49:48.280] Yes, I am slightly familiar with that. [49:48.280 --> 49:49.280] Yes. [49:49.280 --> 49:50.280] Okay. [49:50.280 --> 50:00.280] And you don't have to know a lot about it, but what you're going to be doing, you're going to be using the fingertips on your right hand to tap on various points on your upper body and your hand. [50:00.280 --> 50:04.280] And while we're saying certain phrases, and we'll just see what happens. [50:04.280 --> 50:08.280] Now, I want to take you through the points first of all. [50:08.280 --> 50:12.280] So the first, so you're going to be tapping with your fingertips of your right hand. [50:12.280 --> 50:19.280] And the first point you're going to tap on is going to be the side of your left hand where you would do a karate chop. [50:19.280 --> 50:22.280] That's called the side of the hand point. [50:22.280 --> 50:24.280] And you're just tapping hard enough. [50:24.280 --> 50:25.280] Kind of crossing up. [50:25.280 --> 50:28.280] You're talking blade or punch? [50:28.280 --> 50:29.280] Blade. [50:29.280 --> 50:30.280] Blade. [50:30.280 --> 50:35.280] Like on the side of your hand, that fatty part along the side of your little finger. [50:35.280 --> 50:39.280] Underneath the knuckle? [50:39.280 --> 50:40.280] Yes. [50:40.280 --> 50:47.280] On that fatty part, like if you were doing a chopping the board in half, not a punch, but like a chop. [50:47.280 --> 50:48.280] Okay. [50:48.280 --> 50:50.280] So that's the side of the hand point. [50:50.280 --> 50:53.280] The wrist. [50:53.280 --> 50:54.280] All right. [50:54.280 --> 50:57.280] Now, not the wrist, the hand. [50:57.280 --> 51:00.280] Up further, closer towards the knuckle on the blade. [51:00.280 --> 51:01.280] Yes. [51:01.280 --> 51:02.280] Yes. [51:02.280 --> 51:04.280] Between the knuckle and your wrist. [51:04.280 --> 51:05.280] Up. [51:05.280 --> 51:06.280] All right. [51:06.280 --> 51:09.280] Now, the next point is drop between your eyes. [51:09.280 --> 51:11.280] At the same time? [51:11.280 --> 51:12.280] No, no. [51:12.280 --> 51:14.280] You're going from one point to another. [51:14.280 --> 51:16.280] I'm taking you from one point to another. [51:16.280 --> 51:22.280] The first point, the side of your hand, the next point, go between your eyes. [51:22.280 --> 51:32.280] The next point is to the side of your right eye, then under your eye, under your nose. [51:32.280 --> 51:37.280] And you're just tapping at a medium of, you know, hardness. [51:37.280 --> 51:39.280] You don't want to bruise yourself. [51:39.280 --> 51:42.280] Under your lower lip. [51:42.280 --> 51:45.280] The next point is what I call the collarbone point. [51:45.280 --> 51:51.280] And that's going to be where you would knock your tie down an inch and over to the left an inch. [51:51.280 --> 51:53.280] You can call that the collarbone point. [51:53.280 --> 52:03.280] Your next point is going to be under your left armpit on the side of your body about four inches below your armpit. [52:03.280 --> 52:06.280] And then the next point is the top of your head. [52:06.280 --> 52:09.280] Just tap, tap around on the top of your head. [52:09.280 --> 52:10.280] All right. [52:10.280 --> 52:12.280] So those are the points that we're going to use. [52:12.280 --> 52:16.280] And as we're doing this, I'm going to guide you through the whole thing. [52:16.280 --> 52:20.280] And I want you just to say the words that I say after me. [52:20.280 --> 52:21.280] Okay. [52:21.280 --> 52:23.280] You ready to go? [52:23.280 --> 52:24.280] You ready to go? [52:24.280 --> 52:25.280] Let's do it. [52:25.280 --> 52:26.280] Okay. [52:26.280 --> 52:33.280] So first of all, I want you to tune in to this distress that you feel about this situation with your sister. [52:33.280 --> 52:34.280] Wait a minute. [52:34.280 --> 52:35.280] Let me clear. [52:35.280 --> 52:36.280] Okay. [52:36.280 --> 52:37.280] Okay. [52:37.280 --> 52:41.280] Are you kind of tuned into that distress feeling? [52:41.280 --> 52:42.280] Yeah. [52:42.280 --> 52:43.280] I know what it's about. [52:43.280 --> 52:44.280] Okay. [52:44.280 --> 52:47.280] I don't know what it's about, but I want the feeling. [52:47.280 --> 52:49.280] Do you feel it anywhere in your body? [52:49.280 --> 52:51.280] You say it's a nine. [52:51.280 --> 52:52.280] How do you know it's a nine? [52:52.280 --> 52:55.280] I haven't gained the feeling yet. [52:55.280 --> 53:04.280] I mean, I'm not stressed right now about it, but I do understand it. [53:04.280 --> 53:08.280] It's in my, I'm thinking about it right now. [53:08.280 --> 53:10.280] But you got to feel it. [53:10.280 --> 53:14.280] Thinking is not, so you're telling me that you don't feel. [53:14.280 --> 53:15.280] I need some emotion. [53:15.280 --> 53:20.280] I need to understand that, that my, my upsetness with her. [53:20.280 --> 53:21.280] Okay. [53:21.280 --> 53:22.280] We'll see. [53:22.280 --> 53:23.280] I get it. [53:23.280 --> 53:28.280] I think that you may not be a good subject for this because really you have to be tuned into your feelings. [53:28.280 --> 53:31.280] It's not about just thinking about it. [53:31.280 --> 53:37.280] And so if you're not feeling at the moment, are you telling me that you're not feeling any distress? [53:37.280 --> 53:40.280] I don't, I don't have enough emotion about it right now. [53:40.280 --> 53:43.280] I'm kind of tough and cold. [53:43.280 --> 53:46.280] But I do have that. [53:46.280 --> 53:48.280] I mean, and I really, really do. [53:48.280 --> 53:52.280] And it comes out one, you know, here and there. [53:52.280 --> 54:09.280] But Garrett, can you think back to the last time you mentioned an incident where, where you had an experience and it caused you some of these reactions. [54:09.280 --> 54:11.280] Yeah. [54:11.280 --> 54:20.280] Can you picture your, bring into your mind an image of your sister at that moment? [54:20.280 --> 54:22.280] Yeah. [54:22.280 --> 54:37.280] Now, look at that image and if you can focus your mind into yourself, what do you feel when you look at that image and where do you feel it at? [54:37.280 --> 54:42.280] She's, that she's already hurt and it hurts me. [54:42.280 --> 54:44.280] Where does it hurt you at? [54:44.280 --> 54:46.280] Get out of your stomach. [54:46.280 --> 54:51.280] After my actions, it hurts her, but she's already hurt. [54:51.280 --> 54:54.280] Now, when I'm talking about her, what are you feeling? [54:54.280 --> 55:02.280] What are you experiencing when you see her in this situation? [55:02.280 --> 55:06.280] What do you feel when you see her? [55:06.280 --> 55:15.280] We need to, we need some work on. [55:15.280 --> 55:20.280] I don't, I feel a flea. [55:20.280 --> 55:23.280] I want to leave immediately and flee. [55:23.280 --> 55:26.280] I want to get out away out of the situation. [55:26.280 --> 55:32.280] My feeling is of anger. [55:32.280 --> 55:36.280] How much, how much anger do you feel right at the moment, Garrett? [55:36.280 --> 55:38.280] I, I can't show that anger. [55:38.280 --> 55:41.280] I can't, I don't want to put out that anger. [55:41.280 --> 55:49.280] I need to flee so that doesn't happen. [55:49.280 --> 55:51.280] Okay, can we work with that, Don? [55:51.280 --> 55:53.280] Not really. [55:53.280 --> 55:54.280] Not really. [55:54.280 --> 56:03.280] I think, I think, I feel like Garrett is, is maybe has a lot of repressed emotions and is, and is in the head a lot. [56:03.280 --> 56:09.280] And if you can't, you know, I could deal with that with a different technique with matrix re-imprinting. [56:09.280 --> 56:15.280] But I really, that's a little more complicated to get in right now. [56:15.280 --> 56:19.280] Revoke me or whatever from this whole deal. [56:19.280 --> 56:25.280] And let me just go ahead and tell you what it's about and then go ahead and you can move on to the next caller. [56:25.280 --> 56:27.280] No, no, no, let me, let me try this. [56:27.280 --> 56:29.280] Let me try this, Garrett. [56:29.280 --> 56:30.280] Let me try one thing here. [56:30.280 --> 56:36.280] Tell me how much you feel like you want to run away from it. [56:36.280 --> 56:40.280] Give me a number on how strongly you feel like you want to run away from it. [56:40.280 --> 56:43.280] From a one to ten, I don't want to run up. [56:43.280 --> 56:46.280] I don't need to and I don't want to run away from it. [56:46.280 --> 56:47.280] No, not at all. [56:47.280 --> 56:52.280] I live nearby and I'm not going to run away. [56:52.280 --> 56:53.280] Okay. [56:53.280 --> 56:58.280] So Randy, I don't really think I can do anything here with this. [56:58.280 --> 57:00.280] Okay. [57:00.280 --> 57:08.280] Then Garrett, I would suspect that you keep your house very neat. [57:08.280 --> 57:11.280] Is that correct? [57:11.280 --> 57:14.280] I really, really like to do that. [57:14.280 --> 57:23.280] I haven't put them in to do it because of my bad schedule, my unbalanced schedule. [57:23.280 --> 57:33.280] The reason I said that is if you listen to your language and your presentation, I get the impression that you are very visually oriented. [57:33.280 --> 57:42.280] And this is why we're having difficulty using this particular technique because you're a visual connective disassociation. [57:42.280 --> 57:43.280] Correct. [57:43.280 --> 57:52.280] It's hard for you to get, you see things and you tend to pay attention to things based on how they appear to you. [57:52.280 --> 57:59.280] And that doesn't, you don't, you have feelings about it, but you don't have those connected together tightly. [57:59.280 --> 58:07.280] So the feelings give you distress, but you don't really have a tool for tying the feeling to the distress. [58:07.280 --> 58:16.280] And Don has other tools, but the one we're using now isn't the right one for that particular issue. [58:16.280 --> 58:23.280] If you'd like, we can talk off the air about this. [58:23.280 --> 58:24.280] Okay. [58:24.280 --> 58:25.280] Hang on. [58:25.280 --> 58:26.280] We're going to go to break. [58:26.280 --> 58:28.280] This is Randy Kelton, Debbie Stephens, Eddie Craig. [58:28.280 --> 58:34.280] We have a radio, a call in number 512-646-1984. [58:34.280 --> 58:41.280] When we come back on the other side, we'll see if we can get another subject and I'm sorry, Garrett, this one didn't work. [58:41.280 --> 58:48.280] But that's the chance we take on the radio when we can't vet someone out first and talk to them beforehand. [58:48.280 --> 58:50.280] We'll be right back. [58:50.280 --> 58:54.280] Would you like to make more definite progress in your walk with God? [58:54.280 --> 59:01.280] Bibles for America is offering a free study Bible and a set of free Christian books that can really help. [59:40.280 --> 59:44.280] That's 888-551-0102. [59:44.280 --> 01:00:00.280] Or visit us online at bfa.org. [01:00:00.280 --> 01:00:05.280] Social media sites and marketers say you don't care about privacy, [01:00:05.280 --> 01:00:11.280] but a new study shows that protecting personal information is actually high on Americans' wish lists. [01:00:11.280 --> 01:00:15.280] Look at your account for an Albright and I'll have details in a moment. [01:00:42.280 --> 01:00:52.280] As a privacy advocate, my blood boils when I hear marketers claim the public doesn't care that much about personal privacy. [01:00:52.280 --> 01:00:55.280] That's flat out false and a new study proves it. [01:00:55.280 --> 01:01:03.280] A nationwide survey of 1,000 consumers found 9 out of 10 Americans dislike giving even a trusted company their social security number. [01:01:03.280 --> 01:01:11.280] Just 15% would willingly release their smartphone location data. Less than 3 in 10, like sharing their web browsing history, [01:01:11.280 --> 01:01:14.280] and only half would share their religious affiliation. [01:01:14.280 --> 01:01:17.280] Sounds like we could all use some practice sticking up for ourselves. [01:01:17.280 --> 01:01:22.280] So repeat after me. No, you can't have my personal data. [01:01:22.280 --> 01:01:34.280] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht for startpage.com, the world's most private search engine. [01:01:34.280 --> 01:01:41.280] A cup of Joe may keep your eyes open during late night study sessions, but that's not all it may be doing to your exhausted eyes. [01:01:41.280 --> 01:01:47.280] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht. Back with some bad news about coffee and the health of your vision after this. [01:01:47.280 --> 01:01:53.280] Privacy is under attack. When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again. [01:01:53.280 --> 01:01:58.280] And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too. [01:01:58.280 --> 01:02:03.280] So protect your rights. Say no to surveillance and keep your information to yourself. [01:02:03.280 --> 01:02:06.280] Privacy. It's worth hanging on to. [01:02:06.280 --> 01:02:13.280] This message is brought to you by startpage.com, the private search engine alternative to Google, Yahoo, and Bing. [01:02:13.280 --> 01:02:16.280] Start over with Start Page. [01:02:16.280 --> 01:02:23.280] Coffee's got lots of perks. It lowers the risk of type 2 diabetes, colon cancer, gallstones, and Parkinson's disease. [01:02:23.280 --> 01:02:32.280] But a new study shows drinking too much can increase your chances for something else, glaucoma, the second leading cause of blindness. [01:02:32.280 --> 01:02:39.280] Harvard researchers looked at decades of data from tens of thousands of people and found that adults who drank three or more cups of coffee a day [01:02:39.280 --> 01:02:45.280] were a third more likely to develop glaucoma, a crippling disease that damages the optic nerve. [01:02:45.280 --> 01:02:52.280] It's apparently not the caffeine. The study found no link at all between glaucoma and other caffeinated beverages. [01:02:52.280 --> 01:02:55.280] So in that case, how about a spot of tea? [01:02:55.280 --> 01:03:19.280] I'm Dr. Cameron Albrecht for startpage.com, the world's most private search engine. [01:03:26.280 --> 01:03:32.280] I won't pay for the war with my body. [01:03:32.280 --> 01:03:36.280] Ain't gonna pay for the car with my money. [01:03:36.280 --> 01:03:39.280] I won't pay for the fun with my body. [01:03:39.280 --> 01:03:43.280] Okay, we are back. [01:03:43.280 --> 01:03:45.280] Randy, Calvin, David, Stephen, David, Craig. [01:03:45.280 --> 01:03:51.280] We're live on radio, and we're talking to our special guest, Don Melton. [01:03:51.280 --> 01:03:55.280] And we've lost my caller page again. [01:03:55.280 --> 01:03:59.280] I'm not having a great technical day today. [01:03:59.280 --> 01:04:03.280] Okay, Don, you want to go ahead? [01:04:03.280 --> 01:04:09.280] We've got someone coming up, and I can't bring him up quite yet because my caller page is heavy. [01:04:09.280 --> 01:04:11.280] Ah, there we go. Got it back. [01:04:11.280 --> 01:04:13.280] Okay, sorry about that. [01:04:13.280 --> 01:04:17.280] You guys aren't supposed to know we're having technical annoyances. [01:04:17.280 --> 01:04:23.280] Okay, we are back, and I have Chris from Texas. [01:04:23.280 --> 01:04:25.280] Chris, you there? [01:04:25.280 --> 01:04:27.280] Yes, I am. [01:04:27.280 --> 01:04:30.280] Okay, Chris, you wanted to work with Don? [01:04:30.280 --> 01:04:32.280] Yes, sir. [01:04:32.280 --> 01:04:36.280] And Chris, were you listening to what we did just a few minutes ago? [01:04:36.280 --> 01:04:38.280] Yes, sir. [01:04:38.280 --> 01:04:47.280] You're familiar with the process of the tapping points, and I'm going to walk you through it, but I don't want to take the time to go through the whole thing again. [01:04:47.280 --> 01:04:53.280] But when I tell you to tap on the side of your hand, you know where that is? [01:04:53.280 --> 01:04:54.280] Yes. [01:04:54.280 --> 01:04:59.280] Okay, and if you got any glasses, take your glasses off because you're going to be tapping around your face. [01:04:59.280 --> 01:05:07.280] So, Chris, pick out a specific event that when you think about it, it causes you some emotional distress. [01:05:07.280 --> 01:05:08.280] Okay. [01:05:08.280 --> 01:05:14.280] And it could be something going on today or right now or last week. [01:05:14.280 --> 01:05:17.280] So tell me when you got something. [01:05:17.280 --> 01:05:19.280] I got something. [01:05:19.280 --> 01:05:28.280] All right, and tell me what emotions are there, and give me a number from zero to ten on each one of those emotions. [01:05:28.280 --> 01:05:31.280] Tell you the emotion and tell you the... [01:05:31.280 --> 01:05:37.280] And the number, the ten would be the highest you can imagine in zero is no problem. [01:05:37.280 --> 01:05:49.280] So just give me the emotion, and this is a specific event, and then just tell me the emotions related to that and the numbers. [01:05:49.280 --> 01:05:50.280] Sure. [01:05:50.280 --> 01:05:52.280] It'd be around the ten. [01:05:52.280 --> 01:05:53.280] Okay. [01:05:53.280 --> 01:06:05.280] And different emotions. [01:06:05.280 --> 01:06:11.280] Unhappy, be around the seven. [01:06:11.280 --> 01:06:16.280] Okay. [01:06:16.280 --> 01:06:17.280] Anxiety. [01:06:17.280 --> 01:06:21.280] I mean, I don't know if you want to call anxiety an emotion, but... [01:06:21.280 --> 01:06:24.280] Yeah, if it's an emotion, give me a number on that one. [01:06:24.280 --> 01:06:27.280] Probably around the seven or so. [01:06:27.280 --> 01:06:28.280] Okay. [01:06:28.280 --> 01:06:30.280] What else? [01:06:30.280 --> 01:06:39.280] And depressed, be around the... [01:06:39.280 --> 01:06:42.280] Okay, depressed itself is not really an emotion. [01:06:42.280 --> 01:06:51.280] A depressed is usually, there's some underlying anger, love, self-esteem, guilt, that type of thing. [01:06:51.280 --> 01:06:55.280] So are you feeling any anger about this event? [01:06:55.280 --> 01:06:57.280] Anger, yes. [01:06:57.280 --> 01:06:59.280] Give me a number. [01:06:59.280 --> 01:07:01.280] It'd be the ten. [01:07:01.280 --> 01:07:05.280] Any guilt? [01:07:05.280 --> 01:07:09.280] Yeah, I said probably around the seven or so. [01:07:09.280 --> 01:07:11.280] Okay, any sadness? [01:07:11.280 --> 01:07:13.280] Yes. [01:07:13.280 --> 01:07:14.280] I'm in number. [01:07:14.280 --> 01:07:16.280] Around the ten. [01:07:16.280 --> 01:07:17.280] Okay. [01:07:17.280 --> 01:07:23.280] And that's why I say depression itself, this feeling of anger, guilt, and sadness probably goes towards that. [01:07:23.280 --> 01:07:25.280] Okay, let's go with what we've got. [01:07:25.280 --> 01:07:31.280] So in this situation, we've got stress, unhappy, anxiety, anger, guilt, and sadness. [01:07:31.280 --> 01:07:36.280] You've got stress at a ten, anger at a ten, sadness at a ten. [01:07:36.280 --> 01:07:40.280] Out of those three, which one you want to go with first? [01:07:40.280 --> 01:07:44.280] Stress, anger, or sadness? [01:07:44.280 --> 01:07:46.280] Anger down. [01:07:46.280 --> 01:07:50.280] All right, use the tips of your right-handed. [01:07:50.280 --> 01:07:52.280] Yes, I'm right-handed. [01:07:52.280 --> 01:07:56.280] All right, so you're going to be tapping with the tips of your right-handed fingertips. [01:07:56.280 --> 01:08:01.280] So start tapping on the side of your hand and say the words after me. [01:08:01.280 --> 01:08:03.280] Even though I feel this anger. [01:08:03.280 --> 01:08:05.280] Even though I feel this anger. [01:08:05.280 --> 01:08:06.280] I'm okay. [01:08:06.280 --> 01:08:08.280] I'm okay. [01:08:08.280 --> 01:08:10.280] Even though I feel this anger. [01:08:10.280 --> 01:08:12.280] Even though I feel this anger. [01:08:12.280 --> 01:08:15.280] I deeply and completely accept myself. [01:08:15.280 --> 01:08:18.280] I deeply and completely accept myself. [01:08:18.280 --> 01:08:22.280] Even though I feel this anger. [01:08:22.280 --> 01:08:24.280] Even though I feel this anger. [01:08:24.280 --> 01:08:26.280] I forgive myself. [01:08:26.280 --> 01:08:28.280] I forgive myself. [01:08:28.280 --> 01:08:31.280] All right, now go between your eyebrows. [01:08:31.280 --> 01:08:33.280] This anger. [01:08:33.280 --> 01:08:35.280] This anger. [01:08:35.280 --> 01:08:38.280] Side of your eye, this anger. [01:08:38.280 --> 01:08:40.280] This anger. [01:08:40.280 --> 01:08:42.280] Under your eye, this anger. [01:08:42.280 --> 01:08:44.280] This anger. [01:08:44.280 --> 01:08:47.280] Under your nose, this anger. [01:08:47.280 --> 01:08:49.280] This anger. [01:08:49.280 --> 01:08:52.280] Under your lip, this anger. [01:08:52.280 --> 01:08:54.280] This anger. [01:08:54.280 --> 01:08:59.280] Collarbone point right around you where you would notch your tie down an inch and over an inch. [01:08:59.280 --> 01:09:03.280] This anger. [01:09:03.280 --> 01:09:05.280] This anger. [01:09:05.280 --> 01:09:08.280] This anger. [01:09:08.280 --> 01:09:12.280] Under your left armpit about four inches under on the side of your body. [01:09:12.280 --> 01:09:14.280] This anger. [01:09:14.280 --> 01:09:16.280] This anger. [01:09:16.280 --> 01:09:18.280] Top of your head around the top of your head. [01:09:18.280 --> 01:09:20.280] This anger. [01:09:20.280 --> 01:09:22.280] This anger. [01:09:22.280 --> 01:09:27.280] All right, now let's just check back in and tell me where are you on the anger now. [01:09:27.280 --> 01:09:32.280] Did you get a drop in that filling or? [01:09:32.280 --> 01:09:36.280] You feel any different in your body? [01:09:36.280 --> 01:09:42.280] I may feel a little different in my body now, but I don't. [01:09:42.280 --> 01:09:46.280] I don't know that my anger level about. [01:09:46.280 --> 01:09:50.280] We don't have to just think about it in it, you know, the anger level goes through the roof. [01:09:50.280 --> 01:09:54.280] Okay, well, what I want you to do is turn it so that the anger is still at a 10. [01:09:54.280 --> 01:09:56.280] Is that correct? [01:09:56.280 --> 01:09:58.280] Yes, sir. [01:09:58.280 --> 01:10:01.280] All right, give me a number on the stress. [01:10:01.280 --> 01:10:03.280] I might not feel as stressed right now. [01:10:03.280 --> 01:10:05.280] Just give me a number. [01:10:05.280 --> 01:10:07.280] A number will just pop into your head. [01:10:07.280 --> 01:10:14.280] I would say it's still like the stress came down to about six. [01:10:14.280 --> 01:10:19.280] Okay, give me a level on the unhappy. [01:10:19.280 --> 01:10:22.280] I still say that one's pretty high. [01:10:22.280 --> 01:10:24.280] Give me a number. [01:10:24.280 --> 01:10:28.280] Right at about seven. [01:10:28.280 --> 01:10:32.280] Okay, anxiety. [01:10:32.280 --> 01:10:35.280] I'd say that one's probably about six now. [01:10:35.280 --> 01:10:39.280] Guilt. [01:10:39.280 --> 01:10:42.280] Probably at an eight. [01:10:42.280 --> 01:10:45.280] Sadness. [01:10:45.280 --> 01:10:49.280] And that's probably still right at about an eight right now. [01:10:49.280 --> 01:10:51.280] All right, let's go another round. [01:10:51.280 --> 01:10:57.280] Buckets on the anger, tap on the side of your hand, even though I'm enraged about what happened. [01:10:57.280 --> 01:10:59.280] Even though what I'm finding? [01:10:59.280 --> 01:11:01.280] Even though I'm enraged about what happened? [01:11:01.280 --> 01:11:04.280] Even though I'm enraged about what happened. [01:11:04.280 --> 01:11:06.280] And I can't really believe it? [01:11:06.280 --> 01:11:08.280] I can't really believe it. [01:11:08.280 --> 01:11:10.280] I'm okay. [01:11:10.280 --> 01:11:12.280] I'm okay. [01:11:12.280 --> 01:11:14.280] Even though I'm enraged about this? [01:11:14.280 --> 01:11:16.280] Even though I'm enraged about this? [01:11:16.280 --> 01:11:19.280] I love and forgive myself. [01:11:19.280 --> 01:11:22.280] I love it. [01:11:22.280 --> 01:11:26.280] Even though the cause of this anger is not what happened? [01:11:26.280 --> 01:11:29.560] Even, though, I'm sorry. [01:11:29.560 --> 01:11:32.060] Yeah, keep tapping on the side of your head. [01:11:32.060 --> 01:11:35.760] Even, though what happened is not the cause of this anger. [01:11:35.760 --> 01:11:40.060] Even, though what happened is not the cause of this anger. [01:11:40.060 --> 01:11:43.780] The cause of this anger is how I think about what happened. [01:11:43.780 --> 01:11:47.020] The cause of this anger is how I think about what happened. [01:11:47.020 --> 01:11:51.300] So, my thinking is really creating this feeling of anger. [01:11:51.300 --> 01:11:53.700] My thinking is really creating this anger. [01:11:53.700 --> 01:12:07.460] I've got some thoughts about what happened that are different than the reality of what [01:12:07.460 --> 01:12:12.220] happened that are different from what really happened. [01:12:12.220 --> 01:12:14.420] I think it should have been different. [01:12:14.420 --> 01:12:16.580] I think it should have been different. [01:12:16.580 --> 01:12:21.460] So this feeling of anger is just caused by me shooting on myself. [01:12:21.460 --> 01:12:29.700] The feeling of anger is just caused by me shooting, shooting, shooting, yes, shooting [01:12:29.700 --> 01:12:34.060] on myself, like should, okay. [01:12:34.060 --> 01:12:42.220] Go between your eyebrow points, this anger, this anger, side of the eye, this anger, this [01:12:42.220 --> 01:12:48.980] anger, under the eye, this anger, this anger, under the nose. [01:12:48.980 --> 01:12:53.180] This is like drinking poison and expecting the other person to die. [01:12:53.180 --> 01:12:58.460] This is like drinking poison and expecting the other person to die. [01:12:58.460 --> 01:13:01.380] Under the lip, this anger is my choice. [01:13:01.380 --> 01:13:03.620] This anger is my choice. [01:13:03.620 --> 01:13:08.740] Power bone point, I can let go of it if I want to. [01:13:08.740 --> 01:13:11.940] I can let go of it too. [01:13:11.940 --> 01:13:16.620] Under your arm, this anger is caused by how I think about what happened. [01:13:16.620 --> 01:13:21.260] This anger is caused by how I feel about what happened. [01:13:21.260 --> 01:13:23.300] How I think about what happened. [01:13:23.300 --> 01:13:25.900] How I feel about what happened. [01:13:25.900 --> 01:13:31.220] Know how I think that the anger is the feeling, the thought is what's the cause of it. [01:13:31.220 --> 01:13:35.140] Okay, this anger is caused by how I think about what happened. [01:13:35.140 --> 01:13:38.420] All right, go to the top of your head. [01:13:38.420 --> 01:13:41.540] I'm the only one that controls my thinking. [01:13:41.540 --> 01:13:44.900] I'm the only one that controls my thinking. [01:13:44.900 --> 01:13:46.260] Go between your eyebrow points. [01:13:46.260 --> 01:13:48.260] I choose peace. [01:13:48.260 --> 01:13:49.260] I choose peace. [01:13:49.260 --> 01:13:52.440] Side of your eye, I choose love. [01:13:52.440 --> 01:13:54.940] I choose love. [01:13:54.940 --> 01:13:57.540] Under your eye, I choose serenity. [01:13:57.540 --> 01:14:00.940] I choose serenity. [01:14:00.940 --> 01:14:04.340] Under the nose, this anger is only harming me. [01:14:04.340 --> 01:14:07.220] This anger is only harming me. [01:14:07.220 --> 01:14:09.220] Under the lip. [01:14:09.220 --> 01:14:12.220] Hopefully I learned something from what happened. [01:14:12.220 --> 01:14:15.020] Hopefully I learned something from what happened. [01:14:15.020 --> 01:14:19.500] Our bone point, by releasing this anger, it's not going to make me forget what happened. [01:14:19.500 --> 01:14:24.620] By releasing this anger, it's not going to make me forget what happened. [01:14:24.620 --> 01:14:28.060] Under the arm, it'll just make me feel better. [01:14:28.060 --> 01:14:30.740] It'll just make me feel better. [01:14:30.740 --> 01:14:33.980] Top of the head, I choose peace. [01:14:33.980 --> 01:14:34.980] I choose peace. [01:14:34.980 --> 01:14:40.260] All right, now let's check back in and give me a number on your anger at the moment. [01:14:40.260 --> 01:14:45.260] When you think about this event... [01:14:45.260 --> 01:14:51.460] I would say that context, the number around a 30 or a full, not really feeling it right [01:14:51.460 --> 01:14:52.460] now. [01:14:52.460 --> 01:14:57.700] All right, let's say, where at a four, how about your stress? [01:14:57.700 --> 01:14:59.700] Not really feeling stress right now. [01:14:59.700 --> 01:15:01.700] Okay, would that be a zero? [01:15:01.700 --> 01:15:03.700] Yeah, I mean that. [01:15:03.700 --> 01:15:04.700] All right. [01:15:04.700 --> 01:15:05.700] All right. [01:15:05.700 --> 01:15:07.700] How unhappy are you feeling? [01:15:07.700 --> 01:15:15.700] Probably at around a three or four, because I'm just, I don't know, you made me feel a [01:15:15.700 --> 01:15:16.700] little different. [01:15:16.700 --> 01:15:19.700] How anxious do you feel? [01:15:19.700 --> 01:15:25.700] I'd say that's at a zero right now, because I don't feel that in me right now either. [01:15:25.700 --> 01:15:27.700] And how about you guilt? [01:15:27.700 --> 01:15:32.700] I might still be stuck at around a five. [01:15:32.700 --> 01:15:35.700] Okay, and your sadness? [01:15:35.700 --> 01:15:41.700] And that could still, there will be the five or six. [01:15:41.700 --> 01:15:43.700] All right, let's go one more round. [01:15:43.700 --> 01:15:49.020] And just, Randy, so that you guys will know and your listeners would know, if I was actually [01:15:49.020 --> 01:15:54.940] working with Chris on this one-on-one, there's some other techniques I would be using to [01:15:54.940 --> 01:15:59.700] help me go faster, but I just want to demonstrate EFT right now. [01:15:59.700 --> 01:16:06.700] So let me ask you this, Chris, overall, that we've been doing this for less than 10 minutes, [01:16:06.700 --> 01:16:10.700] do you think you feel significantly better than you did 10 minutes ago? [01:16:10.700 --> 01:16:17.700] Yes, because I can tell you, I was stressed with through the roof. [01:16:17.700 --> 01:16:23.700] Okay, now, would you have believed that you could feel this much better in 10 minutes? [01:16:23.700 --> 01:16:25.700] No, I would have never thought it. [01:16:25.700 --> 01:16:29.700] I thought it would take me the rest of the night to feel better about it. [01:16:29.700 --> 01:16:34.700] All right, I want to try one more thing, and then we're going to close with this piece right here. [01:16:34.700 --> 01:16:38.700] Randy, do we have five more minutes here? [01:16:38.700 --> 01:16:39.700] That sounds like a... [01:16:39.700 --> 01:16:41.700] Yeah, yeah, we're about to go to break. [01:16:41.700 --> 01:16:44.700] We'll pick that up on the other side. [01:16:44.700 --> 01:16:45.700] Okay. [01:16:45.700 --> 01:16:50.700] And, okay, this is Randy Kelton, Debbie Stevens, Eddie Craig, Ruebler Radio. [01:16:50.700 --> 01:16:58.700] Our call in number 512-646-1984, and when we're done here, we'll open up the phone lines for questions. [01:16:58.700 --> 01:17:27.700] We'll be right back. [01:17:28.700 --> 01:17:57.700] Thank you. [01:17:58.700 --> 01:18:07.700] Hey, tangy tangerine, see what you've done to me. [01:18:07.700 --> 01:18:13.700] I'm losing weight and I'm not half the man I used to be. [01:18:13.700 --> 01:18:19.700] Hey, tangy tangerine, you make me feel so good. [01:18:19.700 --> 01:18:28.700] I don't eat so much food, ain't I a sight compared to what I used to be? [01:18:28.700 --> 01:18:34.700] Calcium, magnesium, selenium, and zinc. [01:18:34.700 --> 01:18:40.700] Take a moment now and think, if you have a little thing, [01:18:40.700 --> 01:18:46.700] every day will bring the life that you've been looking for. [01:18:46.700 --> 01:18:52.700] Beyond Tangy Tangerine is available at Brave New Books, located at 1904 Guadalupe Street. [01:18:52.700 --> 01:18:56.700] The bookstore also carries the works of Dr. Joel Wallach, [01:18:56.700 --> 01:19:00.700] founder of Young Jevity, and creator of Beyond Tangy Tangerine. [01:19:00.700 --> 01:19:27.700] Okay, we are back. [01:19:27.700 --> 01:19:30.700] Randy Kelton, Deborah Stevens, Eddie Craig, Google Law Radio, [01:19:30.700 --> 01:19:35.700] and I want to remind everybody that we have a fundraiser going, [01:19:35.700 --> 01:19:43.700] and we sure could use some help getting a little more funds in so we can upgrade this equipment, [01:19:43.700 --> 01:19:47.700] and maybe I'll stop having so many hiccups on the front of the show. [01:19:47.700 --> 01:19:52.700] Okay, we're going back to Don and Chris. Go ahead, Don. [01:19:52.700 --> 01:19:57.700] Okay, so Chris, let me just ask you, from when we started, [01:19:57.700 --> 01:20:05.700] let's say all the fillings that you had, you know, were 100% distress level. [01:20:05.700 --> 01:20:10.700] How much relief do you feel like you've gotten in the last 10 minutes? [01:20:10.700 --> 01:20:16.700] Quite a bit, actually, because I don't feel like, I mean, I had a knot in my stomach [01:20:16.700 --> 01:20:27.700] before we started this conversation that just felt like, you know, I was, that stressed out. [01:20:27.700 --> 01:20:33.700] Okay, so you feel like you got, what, 50% relief, 60%, 70%, what would you say? [01:20:33.700 --> 01:20:38.700] I'd probably say right now I'm about 60%, 65% right in that neighborhood, [01:20:38.700 --> 01:20:43.700] because I don't feel what I was feeling just 10 minutes ago. [01:20:43.700 --> 01:20:47.700] Okay, and let's try one more little piece and see what we can do. [01:20:47.700 --> 01:20:52.700] Let's focus on the sadness and the guilt for just a moment, [01:20:52.700 --> 01:20:55.700] and I think you're at about a five, six on both of those. [01:20:55.700 --> 01:20:57.700] Yes, sir. [01:20:57.700 --> 01:21:04.700] Do you feel that anywhere in your body when you think about the sadness and the guilt related to this event? [01:21:04.700 --> 01:21:15.700] Other than, you know, in my head, you know, that's where I could say I feel the most is, you know, just like, [01:21:15.700 --> 01:21:22.700] it feels like it's sitting like right in the back of my throat right now. [01:21:22.700 --> 01:21:26.700] Okay, so let's just try something a little different for this. [01:21:26.700 --> 01:21:30.700] So just start tapping on the side of your hand again. [01:21:30.700 --> 01:21:36.700] Now, even though this is sitting in the back of my throat right now... [01:21:36.700 --> 01:21:41.700] Even though this is sitting in the back of my throat right now... [01:21:41.700 --> 01:21:44.700] even though this is sitting in the back of my throat right now... [01:21:44.700 --> 01:21:45.700] I'm okay. [01:21:45.700 --> 01:21:46.700] I'm okay. [01:21:46.700 --> 01:21:51.700] Even though this has been living in my head for many years... [01:21:51.700 --> 01:21:55.700] even though this has been sitting in the back of my head for many years... [01:21:55.700 --> 01:21:57.700] I love and accept myself. [01:21:57.700 --> 01:21:59.700] I love and accept myself. [01:21:59.700 --> 01:22:09.700] Even though this has been sitting in the back of my head for a long time, I forgive myself. [01:22:09.700 --> 01:22:11.700] Forgive myself. [01:22:11.700 --> 01:22:14.700] Alright, go between the dial and the voice. [01:22:14.700 --> 01:22:27.700] This thing in the back of my neck, inside of that, this thing in the back of my neck, [01:22:27.700 --> 01:22:33.700] under that, it just won't leave me alone. [01:22:33.700 --> 01:22:36.700] Under the nose, it just sits there. [01:22:36.700 --> 01:22:37.700] It just sits there. [01:22:37.700 --> 01:22:40.700] Under the lip, sometimes it feels real heavy. [01:22:40.700 --> 01:22:43.700] Sometimes it feels real heavy. [01:22:43.700 --> 01:22:48.700] Colourbone points, sometimes I feel like my head's going to explode. [01:22:48.700 --> 01:22:51.700] Sometimes I feel like my head is going to explode. [01:22:51.700 --> 01:22:55.700] Under the arm, I just hadn't figured out what to do with it yet. [01:22:55.700 --> 01:22:59.700] I just haven't figured out what to do with it yet. [01:22:59.700 --> 01:23:02.700] Top of the head, I just can't quit thinking about it. [01:23:02.700 --> 01:23:05.700] I just can't quit thinking about it. [01:23:05.700 --> 01:23:08.700] Between my eyes, and the thinking is what's doing it to me. [01:23:08.700 --> 01:23:11.700] And the thinking is what's doing it to me. [01:23:11.700 --> 01:23:17.700] Inside of the eye, I really am sorry about what happened. [01:23:17.700 --> 01:23:20.700] I really am sorry about what happened. [01:23:20.700 --> 01:23:24.700] Under the eye, and it happened just one time, many years ago. [01:23:24.700 --> 01:23:30.700] But my thinking has been causing all these emotional distresses, [01:23:30.700 --> 01:23:36.700] thousands, and thousands of times since then. [01:23:36.700 --> 01:23:41.700] But my thinking has been causing thousands, and thousands of times. [01:23:41.700 --> 01:23:44.700] Sis, under the lip, it's my thinking, [01:23:44.700 --> 01:23:46.700] that is causing all these emotional distresses. [01:23:46.700 --> 01:23:51.700] It's my thinking that is causing all these emotional distresses. [01:23:51.700 --> 01:23:54.180] causing all these emotional distresses. [01:23:54.180 --> 01:23:58.300] Collarbone point, I can't change what happened. [01:23:58.300 --> 01:24:00.740] I can't change what happened. [01:24:00.740 --> 01:24:05.060] Under the arm, I can change how I think about it. [01:24:05.060 --> 01:24:08.220] I can change what I think about it. [01:24:08.220 --> 01:24:09.940] Top of the head. [01:24:09.940 --> 01:24:12.020] And that, by changing those thoughts [01:24:12.020 --> 01:24:15.300] and releasing these emotional feelings. [01:24:15.300 --> 01:24:18.860] By changing those thoughts and these emotional feelings. [01:24:18.860 --> 01:24:22.660] Will not dishonor my feelings about what happened. [01:24:22.660 --> 01:24:26.660] Will not dishonor my feelings about what happened. [01:24:26.660 --> 01:24:32.140] Side of the eye, whenever we lose someone we love. [01:24:32.140 --> 01:24:34.700] Whenever we lose someone we love. [01:24:34.700 --> 01:24:37.740] Under the eye, there's a part of us that thinks [01:24:37.740 --> 01:24:40.340] we need to suffer to show our love. [01:24:40.340 --> 01:24:43.580] We need, there's a part of us that thinks we need to suffer [01:24:43.580 --> 01:24:47.860] to show the one we love. [01:24:47.860 --> 01:24:49.900] Under the nose, and this is not really true, [01:24:49.900 --> 01:24:52.460] we can love someone deeply. [01:24:52.460 --> 01:24:56.620] And this is not really true, we can love someone deeply. [01:24:56.620 --> 01:24:59.460] Under the lip and lose them. [01:24:59.460 --> 01:25:01.140] And lose them. [01:25:01.140 --> 01:25:04.820] Collarbone point, and not have to feel bad about it. [01:25:04.820 --> 01:25:07.420] And not have to feel bad about it. [01:25:07.420 --> 01:25:11.700] Under the arm, when we let go of all those bad feelings. [01:25:11.700 --> 01:25:14.780] When we let go of all those bad feelings. [01:25:14.780 --> 01:25:19.900] Then we can be tuned in to the nostalgic sweet memories. [01:25:19.900 --> 01:25:25.380] Then we can be tuned in to the nostalgic memories. [01:25:25.380 --> 01:25:26.540] Between your eyes. [01:25:26.540 --> 01:25:29.500] So letting go of this sadness and guilt is not going, [01:25:29.500 --> 01:25:32.780] I'm not going to lose anything other than emotional toxins. [01:25:36.220 --> 01:25:39.380] When I let go of all this sadness and guilt, [01:25:39.380 --> 01:25:42.740] I'm not going to lose the love that I have. [01:25:42.740 --> 01:25:45.100] When I let go of all this sadness and guilt, [01:25:45.100 --> 01:25:49.460] I'm not going to lose the love that I have. [01:25:49.460 --> 01:25:51.140] The love that I have. [01:25:51.140 --> 01:25:54.740] Side of that, I'm really going to be able to feel that a lot more. [01:25:54.740 --> 01:25:58.060] I'm really going to be able to feel about it a lot more. [01:25:58.060 --> 01:26:01.940] Under the nose, and I'll be able to smile about those sweet memories. [01:26:01.940 --> 01:26:04.980] And I'll be able to smile about those sweet memories. [01:26:04.980 --> 01:26:07.900] Under the lip, I choose peace. [01:26:07.900 --> 01:26:09.580] I choose peace. [01:26:09.580 --> 01:26:13.740] Collarbone, I choose love. [01:26:13.740 --> 01:26:16.740] I choose love. [01:26:16.740 --> 01:26:20.860] I choose peace under the arm. [01:26:20.860 --> 01:26:23.340] I choose peace. [01:26:23.340 --> 01:26:27.620] Top of the head, I choose love and forgiveness. [01:26:27.620 --> 01:26:30.940] I choose love and forgiveness. [01:26:30.940 --> 01:26:37.020] Okay, let's check in again and tell me where you are on the anger at the moment. [01:26:37.020 --> 01:26:39.060] But I'm still angry right now. [01:26:39.060 --> 01:26:42.660] I'd say that's probably a zero, because I mean, I'm just not done. [01:26:42.660 --> 01:26:48.660] And how about the guilt? [01:26:48.660 --> 01:26:52.660] Not... [01:26:52.660 --> 01:26:54.700] I mean, I can't say it's gone. [01:26:54.700 --> 01:27:01.660] It's probably still at around a three or so, but... [01:27:01.660 --> 01:27:03.420] I mean, I'm not... [01:27:03.420 --> 01:27:05.180] I'm not going to say it's gone. [01:27:05.180 --> 01:27:06.420] No, how about the sadness? [01:27:06.420 --> 01:27:08.420] No, I don't think it's gone. [01:27:08.420 --> 01:27:13.020] How about the sadness? [01:27:13.020 --> 01:27:14.700] Three or four still. [01:27:14.700 --> 01:27:19.860] Yeah, and all we want today, just so you'll know, is when you're clearing these emotional [01:27:19.860 --> 01:27:24.300] distresses, you just want to get rid of the excess pain. [01:27:24.300 --> 01:27:28.020] I mean, there always may be a three or a four. [01:27:28.020 --> 01:27:29.020] I mean, it doesn't have to be. [01:27:29.020 --> 01:27:33.260] I've got other techniques that, you know, someone wants to completely clear them. [01:27:33.260 --> 01:27:35.020] We could do that pretty quickly. [01:27:35.020 --> 01:27:41.140] But what we've done here in 15 or 20 minutes, I believe, Chris, has given you some huge [01:27:41.140 --> 01:27:43.140] relief, hadn't it? [01:27:43.140 --> 01:27:44.140] Oh, yeah. [01:27:44.140 --> 01:27:45.140] Because... [01:27:45.140 --> 01:27:46.140] Okay. [01:27:46.140 --> 01:27:47.140] I mean, I know... [01:27:47.140 --> 01:27:55.980] You don't know me and I don't know you, but as I can tell you that 15, 20 minutes ago, [01:27:55.980 --> 01:27:58.420] I wouldn't have... [01:27:58.420 --> 01:28:03.220] I would have wanted to stay away from people because I wouldn't have wanted to take it out [01:28:03.220 --> 01:28:04.220] on somebody. [01:28:04.220 --> 01:28:05.220] Yeah. [01:28:05.220 --> 01:28:06.220] Okay. [01:28:06.220 --> 01:28:07.220] Well, thank you for participating. [01:28:07.220 --> 01:28:08.220] Oh, thank you. [01:28:08.220 --> 01:28:09.220] I mean, you made me feel a lot better right now. [01:28:09.220 --> 01:28:10.220] Okay. [01:28:10.220 --> 01:28:11.220] Okay. [01:28:11.220 --> 01:28:12.220] So, Randy, do you have any comments? [01:28:12.220 --> 01:28:13.220] Thank you. [01:28:13.220 --> 01:28:14.220] Thank you. [01:28:14.220 --> 01:28:15.220] Questions? [01:28:15.220 --> 01:28:31.420] Well, yeah, I studied psychology and hypnosis and NLP and all these other things. [01:28:31.420 --> 01:28:37.780] And I get to think about it and talk about it a lot, but Don actually doesn't. [01:28:37.780 --> 01:28:43.260] These meridian points, you know, over the last two or three thousand years, human beings [01:28:43.260 --> 01:28:50.780] have learned some really interesting things about the nature of the human anatomy. [01:28:50.780 --> 01:28:56.700] And, you know, when people look at something like this because it's not what they do every [01:28:56.700 --> 01:29:04.860] day, it looks strange and unusual, but the human body is strange and unusual. [01:29:04.860 --> 01:29:06.720] And it doesn't always... [01:29:06.720 --> 01:29:12.460] Things don't always work exactly like you'd expect them to, and it's most interesting [01:29:12.460 --> 01:29:19.820] at how techniques like this can focus the mind in a way that we were normally unable [01:29:19.820 --> 01:29:22.340] to do and it's able to give us peace. [01:29:22.340 --> 01:29:28.420] I'm really impressed with what you're able to do with this. [01:29:28.420 --> 01:29:33.140] We are about to go to break, and when we come back on the other side, we will have the phone [01:29:33.140 --> 01:29:39.500] lines open if you would like, initially take some questions for Don, but we've got a four [01:29:39.500 --> 01:29:44.540] hour show, so we will get to your other questions later on. [01:29:44.540 --> 01:29:48.620] This is Randy Kelton, Deborah Stevens, Eddie Craig, the rule of law radio, our call in [01:29:48.620 --> 01:29:53.580] number 512-646-1984. [01:29:53.580 --> 01:30:00.580] We'll be right back on the other side. [01:30:00.580 --> 01:30:05.860] A noble lie, Oklahoma City, 1995 will change forever the way you look at the true nature [01:30:05.860 --> 01:30:06.860] of terrorism. [01:30:06.860 --> 01:30:10.780] Based on the damage patting to the building, but the government sends impossible. [01:30:10.780 --> 01:30:14.500] The grand jury did not want to hear anything I had to say. [01:30:14.500 --> 01:30:18.300] The decision was made not to pursue any more of those individuals. [01:30:18.300 --> 01:30:22.980] Some of these columns were ripped up, shredded, tossed around. [01:30:22.980 --> 01:30:27.100] The people that did the things they did knew doggone well what they were doing. [01:30:27.100 --> 01:30:30.420] Expose the cover up now at anoblelie.com. [01:30:30.420 --> 01:30:35.740] The rule of law radio network is proud to present a due process of law seminar hosted [01:30:35.740 --> 01:30:37.580] by our own Eddie Craig. [01:32:25.460 --> 01:32:47.060] Okay, we are back, Randy Kelton, Deborah Stevens, Eddie Craig and we are on radio and we have [01:32:47.060 --> 01:32:52.980] Don Milfin demonstrating some interesting techniques for changing the way you think [01:32:52.980 --> 01:32:53.980] about the intake. [01:32:53.980 --> 01:32:54.980] Okay. [01:32:54.980 --> 01:32:55.980] Go ahead, Don. [01:32:55.980 --> 01:33:01.020] We are waiting, we may have to see if we have got a couple of calls that I think will be [01:33:01.020 --> 01:33:04.420] on topic and we will go to those series and get screened. [01:33:04.420 --> 01:33:10.900] Okay, and let me mention a couple of things, offers for your listeners while I am thinking [01:33:10.900 --> 01:33:11.900] about it. [01:33:11.900 --> 01:33:19.500] One is that any listener, whether they listen to archives or whatever, I am going to give [01:33:19.500 --> 01:33:26.980] them a 20% discount off of any private sessions before January the fifth day. [01:33:26.980 --> 01:33:33.060] So if any of them want to do that, they just need to go to my website, DonMilfin.net and [01:33:33.060 --> 01:33:39.340] there is a little survey that they need to fill out and submit and then I will schedule [01:33:39.340 --> 01:33:45.140] an appointment with them, I think 90 minute appointments and we can get a lot done in [01:33:45.140 --> 01:33:46.140] 90 minutes. [01:33:46.140 --> 01:33:55.980] Now the other thing that I have done to make it easier for people to have a very inexperienced, [01:33:55.980 --> 01:34:04.140] inexpensive experience with what is possible, just like what we did with Chris here in 20 [01:34:04.140 --> 01:34:05.140] minutes. [01:34:05.140 --> 01:34:11.460] I mean we did not clear off all his issues around the topic he was dealing with, he had [01:34:11.460 --> 01:34:18.180] a pretty big topic he was dealing with, but I think as a result of what we did, he had [01:34:18.180 --> 01:34:24.140] an amazing experience of how quickly you can feel better without talking about it or analyzing [01:34:24.140 --> 01:34:25.140] it. [01:34:25.140 --> 01:34:33.140] So what I have done, Randy, is I have created 12 different videos about how to use basic [01:34:33.140 --> 01:34:42.020] EFT with different specific issues and I expect that page to be up on my website by next [01:34:42.020 --> 01:34:49.780] Wednesday, December the 12th and those are mostly 20 minute videos and I just guide people [01:34:49.780 --> 01:34:59.860] through like anxiety, food cravings, tobacco cravings, depression, fibromyalgia, different [01:34:59.860 --> 01:35:07.140] topics that people have and then 10, those videos are going to sell for $19.95 and I [01:35:07.140 --> 01:35:13.580] don't expect just by using the video, anybody is going to completely cure an issue, but [01:35:13.580 --> 01:35:18.820] what I do expect is that if they will work with that video for just a week or two, that [01:35:18.820 --> 01:35:24.700] they will have some amazing experiences and get hope of what is possible and then if they [01:35:24.700 --> 01:35:29.500] want to do some work with me, all they have to do is call me. [01:35:29.500 --> 01:35:34.540] So that's one thing I wanted to mention and then secondly, if anybody has got any questions, [01:35:34.540 --> 01:35:38.340] I'm totally open to answer them to the best of my knowledge. [01:35:38.340 --> 01:35:46.020] Okay, and that website is Don Milton, D-O-N-M-I-L-T-O-N dot net. [01:35:46.020 --> 01:35:47.020] Correct. [01:35:47.020 --> 01:35:49.860] Okay, we have a caller. [01:35:49.860 --> 01:35:55.180] I did want to mention that your technique works so good. [01:35:55.180 --> 01:36:04.260] We have Ryan from Texas, that it calmed him down so much that he's snoring on the line. [01:36:04.260 --> 01:36:08.900] I thought maybe he had just left the place and gone out to have a beer. [01:36:08.900 --> 01:36:16.700] No, he just, we put him to sleep, we relaxed him so much, so rather than go to Ryan and [01:36:16.700 --> 01:36:23.380] listen to him snoring and I hope he listened to the archive, we're going to go to Kathy [01:36:23.380 --> 01:36:26.860] in Austin and she has a question for you Don. [01:36:26.860 --> 01:36:27.860] Kathy. [01:36:27.860 --> 01:36:34.940] Yes, good evening and thank you so much Don, this is really fascinating and really has [01:36:34.940 --> 01:36:42.220] a way of kind of reading my mind and picking on things but it's the very strangest thing. [01:36:42.220 --> 01:36:48.060] Yesterday afternoon I was at the chiropractor and she has been working on my injured shoulder [01:36:48.060 --> 01:36:50.580] for several weeks now. [01:36:50.580 --> 01:36:55.740] And she told me yesterday, she said, what is it about this shoulder? [01:36:55.740 --> 01:36:59.780] What emotional problem do you have that's keeping this from healing? [01:36:59.780 --> 01:37:03.460] She said, you have to find that emotional thing and get rid of it. [01:37:03.460 --> 01:37:08.340] And she started tapping on my head and jerking on my shoulder and tapping on my neck and [01:37:08.340 --> 01:37:14.340] tapping on the stuff at the same time and she said, you have to find out what it is [01:37:14.340 --> 01:37:19.980] and deal with this emotional thing because that's what's keeping your shoulder from healing. [01:37:19.980 --> 01:37:27.060] So the question is, how do you figure out when I can't, I don't feel any bad emotions [01:37:27.060 --> 01:37:33.620] or strange things, I don't have, you know, I know exactly when I injured my shoulder [01:37:33.620 --> 01:37:38.660] but I don't have any bad feelings about it or anything, how do you find what it is, [01:37:38.660 --> 01:37:39.660] what's the problem? [01:37:39.660 --> 01:37:44.180] Well, here's the neat thing about this work, Kathy, is why it works so well is because [01:37:44.180 --> 01:37:49.980] of most of the things that are really the cause of the problems, whether they're physical [01:37:49.980 --> 01:37:53.700] or mental emotional, we're never going to figure them out. [01:37:53.700 --> 01:37:58.020] You know, that's why top therapy, that's why people are in therapy for years and taking [01:37:58.020 --> 01:37:59.180] medications. [01:37:59.180 --> 01:38:02.260] So let's just, I'm glad that you called in with this. [01:38:02.260 --> 01:38:03.980] So let's try something here. [01:38:03.980 --> 01:38:05.700] What shoulder is it? [01:38:05.700 --> 01:38:06.700] Right. [01:38:06.700 --> 01:38:10.180] And how much pain do you have right now? [01:38:10.180 --> 01:38:13.060] From zero to ten, how would you rate the pain right now? [01:38:13.060 --> 01:38:15.860] Well, the pain is zero when I'm not using it. [01:38:15.860 --> 01:38:19.500] All right, well, move it around a little bit and see if you can make it hurt. [01:38:19.500 --> 01:38:25.740] Yeah, when I lift laterally, right now it's probably about five. [01:38:25.740 --> 01:38:31.420] Okay, move it around, move it around different ways and tell me the position it brings up [01:38:31.420 --> 01:38:34.420] the most pain. [01:38:34.420 --> 01:38:41.900] Um, yeah, lateral, just lateral straight out. [01:38:41.900 --> 01:38:44.620] Okay, and that's about a five. [01:38:44.620 --> 01:38:45.620] Yeah, right. [01:38:45.620 --> 01:38:48.940] All right, let's do, all right, let's just, let's just play with something. [01:38:48.940 --> 01:38:50.340] Are you wearing glasses? [01:38:50.340 --> 01:38:51.340] Yes. [01:38:51.340 --> 01:38:52.340] Take your glasses off. [01:38:52.340 --> 01:38:53.340] Okay. [01:38:53.340 --> 01:38:55.940] And were you listening to the tapping process? [01:38:55.940 --> 01:38:57.540] Do you know how to do that? [01:38:57.540 --> 01:38:58.540] And I was tapping. [01:38:58.540 --> 01:38:59.540] Okay, well good. [01:38:59.540 --> 01:39:00.540] Are you right-handed or left-handed? [01:39:00.540 --> 01:39:01.540] Yes, right-handed. [01:39:01.540 --> 01:39:07.620] All right, so tap with your right fingertips and just say the words after me and focus [01:39:07.620 --> 01:39:13.000] on that pain in your shoulder that when you move it laterally, start tapping on the side [01:39:13.000 --> 01:39:14.360] of your left hand. [01:39:14.360 --> 01:39:17.100] Even though I've got this pain in my right shoulder. [01:39:17.100 --> 01:39:21.340] Even though I have this pain in my right shoulder. [01:39:21.340 --> 01:39:22.340] I'm okay. [01:39:22.340 --> 01:39:23.900] I'm okay. [01:39:23.900 --> 01:39:26.260] Even though I have this pain in my right shoulder. [01:39:26.260 --> 01:39:29.500] Even though I have this pain in my right shoulder. [01:39:29.500 --> 01:39:30.940] I love and accept myself. [01:39:30.940 --> 01:39:33.580] I love and accept myself. [01:39:33.580 --> 01:39:35.620] Even though I have this pain in my right shoulder. [01:39:35.620 --> 01:39:38.620] Even though I have this pain in my right shoulder. [01:39:38.620 --> 01:39:42.620] And I don't know what emotional causes might be underneath. [01:39:42.620 --> 01:39:46.620] And I don't know what the emotional causes might be underneath. [01:39:46.620 --> 01:39:48.620] And I really don't need to know. [01:39:48.620 --> 01:39:50.620] I'm afraid I don't need to know. [01:39:50.620 --> 01:39:53.620] Because all we're doing here is balancing some energy. [01:39:53.620 --> 01:39:55.620] Oh, balancing the energy. [01:39:55.620 --> 01:39:59.620] So even though I've got this right shoulder pain, I forgive myself. [01:39:59.620 --> 01:40:03.620] Even though I have the right shoulder pain, I forgive myself. [01:40:03.620 --> 01:40:07.620] All right now go between your eyes. This right shoulder pain. [01:40:07.620 --> 01:40:10.620] Right shoulder pain. [01:40:10.620 --> 01:40:13.620] Sadder your eye up this right shoulder pain. [01:40:13.620 --> 01:40:16.620] Under your eye, right shoulder pain. [01:40:16.620 --> 01:40:19.620] Right shoulder pain. [01:40:19.620 --> 01:40:21.620] And you know it's right shoulder pain. [01:40:21.620 --> 01:40:24.620] Right shoulder pain. [01:40:24.620 --> 01:40:26.620] Under your lip, I don't know what's causing it. [01:40:26.620 --> 01:40:28.620] I don't know what's causing it. [01:40:28.620 --> 01:40:30.540] Call it bone point. [01:40:30.540 --> 01:40:36.060] therapy and it still hurts. I've done lots and lots of physical therapy and it [01:40:36.060 --> 01:40:41.820] still hurts. Under the arm. I don't know what's causing it. I don't know what's [01:40:41.820 --> 01:40:48.460] causing it. Top of the head. I just know it hurts. I know it hurts. Between the [01:40:48.460 --> 01:40:53.020] eyebrows. I don't want to have to figure out the emotional part of this. I don't [01:40:53.020 --> 01:40:59.420] want to figure out the emotional part of this. That might be too hard. That is too [01:40:59.420 --> 01:41:05.460] hard. Under the eye. They may not even be an emotional part to this. They may not [01:41:05.460 --> 01:41:10.300] be an emotional part to this. Under the nose. I just want this pain to go away. I [01:41:10.300 --> 01:41:17.100] want this pain to go away. Under the lip. I'm tired of fooling with it. I'm very [01:41:17.100 --> 01:41:21.380] tired of fooling with it. Collar bone point. I spent all this time and money. I [01:41:21.380 --> 01:41:26.380] spent all this time and money. And I got people telling me it might be an [01:41:26.380 --> 01:41:29.860] emotional problem. And I have people telling me it might be an emotional [01:41:29.860 --> 01:41:33.580] problem. But they're not the top of the head. But they're not telling me what [01:41:33.580 --> 01:41:38.020] emotion or what to do about it. They're not telling me what emotion or what to do [01:41:38.020 --> 01:41:43.060] about it. Okay. Now just check in and move your arm again and tell me if you [01:41:43.060 --> 01:41:55.620] got any change in that five level of pain. About a two. That surprise you? Not [01:41:55.620 --> 01:42:01.860] really. I'm pleased. Okay. So let's go again and start tapping. So it didn't [01:42:01.860 --> 01:42:07.380] move or is it in the same place? Did it move anywhere? It's pretty much in the [01:42:07.380 --> 01:42:12.340] same place right now but it's not making the crunching noise. Okay. So let's go [01:42:12.340 --> 01:42:15.860] again and start tapping on the side of your head. Even though I have this two in [01:42:15.860 --> 01:42:20.940] my shoulder. Even though I have this two in my shoulder. And I'm wondering if this [01:42:20.940 --> 01:42:30.340] is going to last. Because this seems too simple to solve the problem. I spent all [01:42:30.340 --> 01:42:36.340] kind of money on this. I can't believe I'm gonna get rid of it just on a radio [01:42:36.340 --> 01:42:44.660] show. Particularly on Randy's show. Absolutely on Randy's show. He had a [01:42:44.660 --> 01:42:52.140] whack at it already. So even though I still got this two in my shoulder. Even though I still got this two in my [01:42:52.140 --> 01:42:57.700] shoulder. I'm open to letting it go. I'm open to letting it go. And I don't care if I [01:42:57.700 --> 01:43:01.700] figure out any emotional cause of this. And I don't care if I figure out an [01:43:01.700 --> 01:43:07.100] emotional cause for it. I'm tired of fooling with it. I am very tired of fooling with it. [01:43:07.100 --> 01:43:12.660] Alright go to your eyebrow point. Remaining two in my shoulder. Remaining two in my [01:43:12.660 --> 01:43:18.660] shoulder. So out of your eye. Two in my shoulder. Two in my shoulder. Under the eye. I'm [01:43:18.660 --> 01:43:24.660] willing to let this two go. I'm willing to let this two go. Under the nose. It's [01:43:24.660 --> 01:43:30.300] become sort of an old friend. It's become a very old friend. Under the lip. There's a [01:43:30.300 --> 01:43:34.780] part of me that might miss it. There's a part of me that might miss it. Call a [01:43:34.780 --> 01:43:39.060] bum but I'm willing to let it go. I'm willing to let it go. Under the arm. [01:43:39.060 --> 01:43:44.460] Cause I have bigger fish to fry. I have a lot bigger fish to fry. Alright make it again [01:43:44.460 --> 01:43:53.940] and tell me what's going on. It's still slight but very slight. Okay, okay, hang on. Randy Kelton, Deborah Stevens, Eddie Craig, Rule of Law Radio and we are [01:46:54.700 --> 01:47:03.020] talking to Kathy in Texas. Go ahead, Don. Yeah, so Kathy, tell me where you are on [01:47:03.020 --> 01:47:12.220] that shoulder pain right at the moment. Okay, the lateral lift is still there because I'm [01:47:12.220 --> 01:47:19.820] going to hang on to it like it is, like shit. It's an old friend, but it's very, very small, [01:47:19.820 --> 01:47:26.900] very slight. Okay, so one thing also, you got any questions or comments about what we [01:47:26.900 --> 01:47:33.220] just did? I think I have a kind of an idea of what's going on here just because I do [01:47:33.220 --> 01:47:41.460] have an excellent chiropractor who does acupuncture and does acupressure and she's into the energy [01:47:41.460 --> 01:47:50.060] types of manipulations and things. She understands a lot of this stuff for me that I just simply [01:47:50.060 --> 01:48:02.900] trust her intuition and her skill. So I feel like it's the right direction to complete healing, [01:48:02.900 --> 01:48:12.060] and I do have a physical injury, and it has come and gone for well over 15 years. Well, [01:48:12.060 --> 01:48:18.300] and there might be some deeper pieces. Like I say on the show here, I can only do just [01:48:18.300 --> 01:48:24.940] a little bit, but I have worked with people that had torn rotator cuffs or injured knees [01:48:24.940 --> 01:48:32.380] or what appeared to be just strictly physical injuries that have gotten complete relief, [01:48:32.380 --> 01:48:37.460] but it takes a little deeper work. And sometimes when you're done, when I'm doing one-on-one [01:48:37.460 --> 01:48:42.260] with somebody, I can just go a lot faster and a lot deeper and use everything. The whole [01:48:42.260 --> 01:48:47.580] purpose of what we're doing on the show is just to give people an experience of what's [01:48:47.580 --> 01:48:52.980] possible because my guess is you would not have thought it was possible to go from a [01:48:52.980 --> 01:49:03.580] 5 to 1 in 5 or 10 minutes. And I have experienced some really special healing in times past, [01:49:03.580 --> 01:49:14.180] but not like this. This is different. That led me to a comment. You stated that it felt [01:49:14.180 --> 01:49:25.260] much better, but I do have a physical injury. That pointed to an unstated presupposition [01:49:25.260 --> 01:49:33.220] that the Lord who made us did not give us the capacity to heal ourselves. [01:49:33.220 --> 01:49:40.500] It gave our body the capacity to heal itself. It's given the right nutrients. [01:49:40.500 --> 01:49:54.500] All through our lives, we hear about miraculous healings that seem spontaneous. I read a book [01:49:54.500 --> 01:50:03.820] once by a guy named Carl O. Simonton. He was an oncologist. It turned out he was out [01:50:03.820 --> 01:50:11.340] of Fort Worth. He lived 10 miles away from me. He treated cancer as if it were a conscious [01:50:11.340 --> 01:50:18.700] volitional decision. It was written up in the New England Journal of Medicine, which [01:50:18.700 --> 01:50:27.820] had phenomenal results. My point is the mind can do some really incredible things in what [01:50:27.820 --> 01:50:34.500] Don is demonstrating, or techniques of how to engage the mind to do some of these incredible [01:50:34.500 --> 01:50:43.220] things. And the fact that you have a physical injury doesn't mean that the mind can't get [01:50:43.220 --> 01:50:51.420] rid of that as well as the outward signs of physical pain. Does that make sense? [01:50:51.420 --> 01:50:59.340] Yes, it does, because the same chiropractor has told me on one occasion, has scolded me [01:50:59.340 --> 01:51:05.100] actually for saying that I have an injury. He said, don't call it your bad shoulder. [01:51:05.100 --> 01:51:14.260] Don't say it's weak shoulder. Tell it it's strong. Tell it to behave. I struggle with [01:51:14.260 --> 01:51:22.740] that. When the words go out of your mouth, they come back in your ears, and since you [01:51:22.740 --> 01:51:28.340] said them, your inner mind believes them. That's self-programming. [01:51:28.340 --> 01:51:37.860] That's right. I struggle with that. I have worked on it. So this is proving to me that [01:51:37.860 --> 01:51:47.900] I need to refocus on that strategy as well, to allow the good Lord to heal the shoulder [01:51:47.900 --> 01:51:54.940] that I'm holding his back from. You might consider what benefits you get from having [01:51:54.940 --> 01:52:01.860] a bad shoulder. I have tried that, and I can't quite figure [01:52:01.860 --> 01:52:08.020] it out. I can't tell it to my wife, I can't mow the yard, I've got a hangnail. [01:52:08.020 --> 01:52:19.140] She never comes back to it by doing more things and ignoring it. I played the game, ignore [01:52:19.140 --> 01:52:24.380] the hurt, do it anyway, and it just hurts worse. Anyway, I really, really appreciate [01:52:24.380 --> 01:52:32.180] tonight's effort and show, and thank you for a bunch, Dar. I want to go on and talk some [01:52:32.180 --> 01:52:37.780] more to other people, but you've given me a new direction, and I appreciate that. [01:52:37.780 --> 01:52:41.700] You're welcome. All right. See you tomorrow, Randy. [01:52:41.700 --> 01:52:42.700] Thank you, Kathy. Thanks. [01:52:42.700 --> 01:52:49.300] I'll be looking forward to seeing you tomorrow. I want to hear a little unusual music, and [01:52:49.300 --> 01:52:56.540] you've got just the one to play me the good unusual music. Okay. See you tomorrow, Kathy. [01:52:56.540 --> 01:52:57.540] Thanks a lot. Okay. [01:52:57.540 --> 01:53:03.100] Okay, bye-bye. Okay, bye-bye. It doesn't appear we have any [01:53:03.100 --> 01:53:09.380] more questions on point. Yeah, I know you have some other things [01:53:09.380 --> 01:53:15.700] to do from 10 to midnight. I appreciate the time you allowed for me tonight, and totally [01:53:15.700 --> 01:53:19.180] enjoyed it. Thank you for being here, and I'd like [01:53:19.180 --> 01:53:26.860] to bring you on again in a month or so. Yeah, I'd love to do that, Randy. [01:53:26.860 --> 01:53:32.380] Will you give out your website again? Yeah, that website is DonMilton.net, [01:53:32.380 --> 01:53:41.700] and like I say, by next Wednesday, there should be a page with some 12 different videos, and [01:53:41.700 --> 01:53:46.980] actually one of them is dealing with physical pain, but there's 12 different videos showing [01:53:46.980 --> 01:53:54.900] me showing you how to use EFT for specific issues, and the point of this is to give people [01:53:54.900 --> 01:54:02.220] an inexpensive experience with what's possible. There's a few testimonies on there of people [01:54:02.220 --> 01:54:07.260] that I actually just made some videos for, and they didn't know much about EFT and told [01:54:07.260 --> 01:54:11.380] them to do it, and they all got some pretty interesting, actually sort of like what happened [01:54:11.380 --> 01:54:19.700] to Kathy tonight. They paid 20 bucks for a little video, and got some amazing relief, [01:54:19.700 --> 01:54:26.940] plus a new tool that they could use. And I think that is the most important part [01:54:26.940 --> 01:54:32.020] is a new tool that they can use. Yeah. [01:54:32.020 --> 01:54:39.580] Most of what we have that gives us difficulty has to do with the strategies and the tools [01:54:39.580 --> 01:54:46.020] that we're able to use, the tools that we're able to bring to bear on different circumstances, [01:54:46.020 --> 01:54:54.260] and this one is a especially useful tool. Yeah, and you know, Randy, I think I may have [01:54:54.260 --> 01:55:01.860] mentioned that when I work with people, I can teach them to do some EFT and a few other [01:55:01.860 --> 01:55:07.740] techniques for themselves, and once people get the basic hang of it, I mean, they can [01:55:07.740 --> 01:55:14.340] deal with 60 to 70% of their issues on their own. So I'm really about empowering people [01:55:14.340 --> 01:55:19.380] and not having a client come to me for months and years. I mean, if somebody would have [01:55:19.380 --> 01:55:25.700] to come to me to me that long, I would feel like I was a failure. [01:55:25.700 --> 01:55:33.180] That I like to hear, and I've done a lot of research on psychology, and the most interesting [01:55:33.180 --> 01:55:40.580] psychologist were the brief therapies, where the purpose was to heal the client and not [01:55:40.580 --> 01:55:46.220] use the client as a source of dollar flow. Exactly. [01:55:46.220 --> 01:55:59.700] And all of these talk techniques, I started out reading Freud, Piaget, Gestalt, transactional [01:55:59.700 --> 01:56:07.620] analysis, they were just a whole slew of them. And it became clear that figuring out what [01:56:07.620 --> 01:56:13.860] your problem is, what the cause of your problem is, is just really not important. [01:56:13.860 --> 01:56:19.660] Exactly. I think you can stay stuck forever trying to figure out the why. [01:56:19.660 --> 01:56:28.140] Yeah, if my car breaks down, or even a better example, if my dog craps in the floor, I don't [01:56:28.140 --> 01:56:36.300] sit back and say, well, gee, as I wonder what all the deep-sea, the psychological associations [01:56:36.300 --> 01:56:42.540] are responsible for that, I say, he's a dog. If you take the dog, and you rub his nose [01:56:42.540 --> 01:56:46.820] in the poop, and you make loud sounds with your mouth, don't make any difference what [01:56:46.820 --> 01:56:51.380] you say, they can understand it anyway. But they do understand that you're upset, and [01:56:51.380 --> 01:56:58.300] you chuck him out in the yard, they'll get the idea. Now, if a cow craps in the floor, [01:56:58.300 --> 01:57:04.820] get him out of the house, he's a cow. So the point is, figure out how things work, do it [01:57:04.820 --> 01:57:12.300] that way. If something is not working right, do something to make it work right. And once [01:57:12.300 --> 01:57:15.700] you get it working right, if you want to, go back and figure out why it got working wrong [01:57:15.700 --> 01:57:22.100] in the first place, but for the most part, you won't even care about it. All of this [01:57:22.100 --> 01:57:30.420] Freudian techniques have pretty well been done away with, or discredited, because they [01:57:30.420 --> 01:57:38.140] just don't work. And when I was studying psychology, when I got to Grinden Bandelier on neurolinguistic [01:57:38.140 --> 01:57:45.460] programming, it wasn't neurolinguistic programming, I found so important about what they did. [01:57:45.460 --> 01:57:56.060] But what they did was treat the human mind as if it was understandable, it was predictable, [01:57:56.060 --> 01:58:03.740] and you could do things to affect change. And that's exactly what this is. And thank [01:58:03.740 --> 01:58:09.780] you, Don, for being here, and we'll be looking forward to having you back.
