[00:00.000 --> 00:05.000] This news brief brought to you by the International Newsnet. [00:05.000 --> 00:10.000] The Supreme Court announced Monday it will take up a dispute over an Arizona law requiring [00:10.000 --> 00:14.000] police to check the immigration status of anyone stopped or arrested. [00:14.000 --> 00:16.000] They suspect of being undocumented. [00:16.000 --> 00:22.000] Critics say the law, which was drafted by private prison corporations, legalizes racial profiling. [00:22.000 --> 00:29.000] Since Arizona Governor Jan Brewer signed the law in April 2010, several other states have copied it. [00:29.000 --> 00:36.000] Joseph Cabilla, the newly re-elected president of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, admitted Monday [00:36.000 --> 00:40.000] there were errors in the vote but rejected claims of fraud. [00:40.000 --> 00:46.000] The ballot, marred by deadly violence, was the second since the country's Civil War ended in 2003. [00:46.000 --> 00:51.000] The opposition rejected the result and observers with the Carter Center cited an impossibly high turnout [00:51.000 --> 00:56.000] and Cabilla strongholds and uncounted ballots in opposition areas. [00:56.000 --> 01:04.000] The emotionally firm, formerly known as Blackwater, then Z-Services has announced it's changing its name this time to Academy. [01:04.000 --> 01:09.000] The firm has been accused of numerous murders of civilians in Iraq and Afghanistan. [01:09.000 --> 01:14.000] Former Attorney General John Ashcroft is the corporation's ethics advisor. [01:14.000 --> 01:23.000] The Associated Press has obtained documents showing congressional negotiators have tentatively agreed to a $5 billion increase [01:23.000 --> 01:29.000] for the Pentagon's non-war budget as a mammoth spending bill takes shape behind closed doors. [01:29.000 --> 01:37.000] The increase gives the Pentagon a total of $518 billion to cover everything except direct war spending. [01:37.000 --> 01:48.000] Last year's military budget, not counting the cost of fighting in Iraq and Afghanistan, was about $140 billion higher in inflation-adjusted terms than 2001. [01:48.000 --> 01:58.000] The Pentagon's budget comprises the bulk of a $900 billion plus catch-all spending bill that's being negotiated before a stop-gap funding expires next weekend. [01:58.000 --> 02:04.000] At the same time, separate legislation setting Pentagon policy is also being negotiated. [02:04.000 --> 02:11.000] The broader legislation remains in dispute over attempts by Republicans to block numerous environmental protection agency rules, [02:11.000 --> 02:19.000] such as regulations on greenhouse gases and on protecting streams from the impact of mountaintop removal mining. [02:19.000 --> 02:29.000] An archipelago of federal prisons hidden away on back roads houses far more men convicted in terrorism cases than the shrunken population of Guantanamo. [02:29.000 --> 02:39.000] An aggressive prosecution strategy has sent away scores of people. They serve long sentences, often in restrictive Muslim-majority units, under intensive monitoring. [02:39.000 --> 02:48.000] Congress has recently reignited an old debate, with some arguing that only military justice is appropriate for terrorist suspects. [02:48.000 --> 03:00.000] But military tribunals have proved excruciatingly slow, and imprisonment at Guantanamo costs $800,000 per inmate a year, compared with $25,000 in federal prison. [03:18.000 --> 03:29.000] Bad boys, what you want, what you want, what you gonna do, when every son don't come for you? [03:29.000 --> 03:44.000] Tell me, what you gonna do, what you gonna do, check. Bad boys, bad boys, what you gonna do, what you gonna do when they come for you? [03:44.000 --> 03:52.000] Bad boys, bad boys, what you gonna do, what you gonna do when they come for you? [03:52.000 --> 04:00.000] Alright folks, this is Rule of Law Radio. This is the Monday Night Traffic Show. I am Eddie Craig with Debra Stevens, Randy Kelton. [04:00.000 --> 04:10.000] It is December 12th, 2011. Tonight we're gonna be talking a little bit about an incident that occurred yesterday on the way to class, and the things that are to follow. [04:10.000 --> 04:15.000] We're trying to answer a couple of questions out of some emails I got on the new Logos Radio Network site. [04:15.000 --> 04:21.000] And speaking of that site, Debra, there were some issues you said that you needed to address with the listeners. [04:21.000 --> 04:31.000] Yes, yes there is. Thanks, Eddie. I've gotten some emails, and also some people trying to post comments on the WordPress page. [04:31.000 --> 04:40.000] In other words, where the news section is, you can post comments there as well, and I've gotten some feedback. [04:40.000 --> 04:53.000] Some people are wondering why I want personal information from them when they go to register, and why are the comments moderated on the WordPress page, [04:53.000 --> 05:02.000] and things like that. And I've seen comments such as, I feel like the state is censoring me, and I wish I hadn't have joined, and things like this. [05:02.000 --> 05:13.000] Alright, well, I'm going to explain what's going on, and I am going to post that comment that listener tried to post that hasn't gone through yet. [05:13.000 --> 05:17.000] I haven't had a chance to moderate the comments. [05:17.000 --> 05:26.000] First off, when you go to register, as you will see, not all the information asked you for is required. [05:26.000 --> 05:38.000] However, some of it is, and the reason for that, and the reason that I'm mostly only taking registration via PayPal or credit card right now, [05:38.000 --> 05:51.000] is that I am responsible for all the content that is displayed on my website, and if I'm going to open up my website for people to make posts on it, [05:51.000 --> 05:57.000] on the forum, or on the comments of the news, or on the wall, or in the chat room, [05:57.000 --> 06:15.000] I am going to know who that person is, and how to contact them, because I don't have time to moderate a situation where I will allow anonymous posters to post whatever they want on my website. [06:15.000 --> 06:32.000] I'm not going to allow that, because what will end up happening, if I open up the website for anybody to, like, say, for example, I'm not going to let people just pay for their membership with silver or a money order [06:32.000 --> 06:34.000] and set up an anonymous account. [06:34.000 --> 06:47.000] I'm not going to do that, and I'm not going to leave the WordPress page open unmoderated for comments either, because what will end up happening, which happened to someone in the Patriot community, [06:47.000 --> 06:59.000] a Patriot talk show host, I'm not going to say who this person is, but he left his website unmoderated for comments to be posted on, [06:59.000 --> 07:09.000] and what ended up happening is a government shill came in and made a fake bomb threat and a fake threat on the president, [07:09.000 --> 07:20.000] and this person ended up getting in a lot of trouble and had to fight the feds in court and the FBI for years over the issue. [07:20.000 --> 07:23.000] Now, folks, I'm sorry, but I don't have time for that. [07:23.000 --> 07:26.000] I can't leave myself that vulnerable. [07:26.000 --> 07:37.000] I don't have time to moderate on a minute-by-minute basis anything that anybody may happen to want to throw up on my website, [07:37.000 --> 07:44.000] and I don't have the money to hire anybody to pay attention to it that often either. [07:44.000 --> 07:56.000] All right, so if I'm going to open my website, which I'm ultimately responsible for, to other people to post on, I'm going to know who they are and how to contact them. [07:56.000 --> 08:10.000] That is reasonable, because I need to be able to hold people accountable for what they post on my website in order to protect myself from criminal prosecution by the feds and to protect the network. [08:10.000 --> 08:20.000] All right, and the thing that happened before when I had the forum unmoderated because I didn't have time to moderate it, [08:20.000 --> 08:31.000] people started, spam bots started coming in and marketing and porn and all these kinds of things, and it ruined the forum, [08:31.000 --> 08:34.000] and I couldn't do anything about it. [08:34.000 --> 08:36.000] I don't have time to moderate. [08:36.000 --> 08:47.000] I can't pay anybody to do it, and there's nobody that has ever stepped up to the plate to volunteer to do it that I could trust would actually do a good job. [08:47.000 --> 08:48.000] So I'm sorry. [08:48.000 --> 09:08.000] For now, until we become a much more successful financial operation around here where I can actually hire a staff to be on top of the forums and the chat rooms and all that stuff all the time to allow for anonymous posters, [09:08.000 --> 09:12.000] people are going to have to give me the contact information. [09:12.000 --> 09:27.000] Now, if you don't have a credit card or if you don't have PayPal or if you don't participate in the banking system and you want to participate and sign up to be a member of the new website so that you can participate in the chats and the forum [09:27.000 --> 09:31.000] and post on the wall and network with the other listeners, that's fine. [09:31.000 --> 09:37.000] You can register with silver or with a money order, but I'm not going to let you do it anonymously. [09:37.000 --> 09:42.000] You're going to have to tell me who you are and I want your address and your phone number. [09:42.000 --> 09:45.000] And if that's not acceptable to you, then you can't be a member. [09:45.000 --> 09:46.000] I'm sorry. [09:46.000 --> 10:03.000] I have too much to lose, and I have too much of a responsibility to everyone to allow this network to go down or to allow myself to fight a criminal prosecution against the feds over a CIA shill who wants to come in and try to set me up. [10:03.000 --> 10:04.000] All right? [10:04.000 --> 10:05.000] So that's just the way it is. [10:05.000 --> 10:09.000] And the same thing goes for the comments on the WordPress page. [10:09.000 --> 10:14.000] Now, I'm not going to censor people's comments. [10:14.000 --> 10:28.000] If you want to, you know, say something negative about an article that one of the hosts post or something like that, or if you disagree with something, I'm not going to censor your comment just because you disagree. [10:28.000 --> 10:29.000] All right? [10:29.000 --> 10:41.000] So I really didn't appreciate the email and the comment, to be honest, saying that they felt like this is the state censoring them and that they wish they'd never joined. [10:41.000 --> 10:52.000] I wish that you people would give me a little bit more credit because I have given everything for this movement and for this network and to put the word of truth on the air. [10:52.000 --> 11:00.000] And sometimes there are reasons that I do things that people may not see right away, so don't just come out and accuse me automatically of censoring you. [11:00.000 --> 11:01.000] Okay? [11:01.000 --> 11:06.000] Because I'm not going to censor people's comments for content in that way. [11:06.000 --> 11:17.000] I'm just going to make sure that it's not a bomb threat or a threat on the president or that it's not porn or spam as far as like marketing spam. [11:17.000 --> 11:22.000] But anything else goes as far as even if you disagree, okay? [11:22.000 --> 11:37.000] So I hope I've made myself clear on this matter and I would appreciate for folks to respect this because it's the only way that I can operate this website and protect the network and protect what we're doing and protect myself. [11:37.000 --> 11:50.000] Later tonight when I have a chance to moderate the comments on the WordPress page for the articles, I will post that comment or comment even though I really didn't appreciate it and I'm going to respond to that comment also. [11:50.000 --> 11:53.000] So that's about all I have for that. [11:53.000 --> 12:02.000] Folks, again, if you want to register and pay with silver or cash or money order or something like that, you can do that. [12:02.000 --> 12:08.000] You can pay in advance for a year or six months or however long you want, but again, I'm not going to let people do it anonymously. [12:08.000 --> 12:14.000] Not until I can hire a staff to constantly, continually monitor all the posts. [12:14.000 --> 12:28.000] Because this way it's a controlled environment and if I know who people are, then I can, when the forum comes in, what I can do is I can allow the forum to go unmoderated because we'll know who people are. [12:28.000 --> 12:35.000] But as far as the WordPress page, all you have to do is be a member of WordPress and you can post a comment on any WordPress page. [12:35.000 --> 12:44.000] And that's why I require and that's why I'm moderating the comments on the WordPress page because that registration goes to WordPress, not me. [12:44.000 --> 12:55.000] But as far as being a member, I will let the forum and the chat room and the wall will be unmoderated as far as what people want to post. [12:55.000 --> 13:04.000] The only thing, the only comments that are moderated right now are for the WordPress page because you don't have to, you only have to be a member of WordPress in order to post on the WordPress page. [13:04.000 --> 13:07.000] So those comments will be moderated because I don't know who those people are. [13:07.000 --> 13:10.000] They could be anybody because they don't register with me. [13:10.000 --> 13:21.000] They register with WordPress, but the people who register with me will be able to make unmoderated posts on the wall and the forum and the chat room. [13:21.000 --> 13:25.000] But the only way I can do that is that I have to know who people are. [13:25.000 --> 13:32.000] So I hope that I've made myself clear on those issues regarding the WordPress page and the other comment sections. [13:32.000 --> 13:34.000] Okay, Eddie, that's all I have. [13:34.000 --> 13:36.000] Do you have any comments on that? [13:36.000 --> 13:42.000] No, and actually I would say that those are good reasons for having to do what we're doing. [13:42.000 --> 13:51.000] So please try to understand, folks, we don't work for anybody but you and ourselves to get this knowledge and information out. [13:51.000 --> 14:01.000] It would be a crying shame to finally get this kicked off in a direction where we can start being more capable of helping and reaching more people just to have it shut down [14:01.000 --> 14:08.000] because we let something happen on the website that could get us in the position Deborah's talking about. [14:08.000 --> 14:11.000] I mean, folks, really, I work about 18 hours a day. [14:11.000 --> 14:17.000] People don't have any idea how hard I work and just exactly what it takes to run a network like this. [14:17.000 --> 14:27.000] And I've given everything for you to get you this valuable information, not just on this network but also on the FM micros. [14:27.000 --> 14:42.000] And so please don't accuse me of censoring or data mining or I want to gather any personal information, what's wrong with me? [14:42.000 --> 14:43.000] No, there's a reason for that. [14:43.000 --> 14:49.000] I'm not gathering people's information so that I can sell it to marketing companies. [14:49.000 --> 14:55.000] I'm not just gathering information just to have it, just to build some database for myself. [14:55.000 --> 14:59.000] I'm doing it to protect myself and to protect the network. [14:59.000 --> 15:00.000] So I hope that's clear. [15:00.000 --> 15:03.000] Please try to cut me a little slack here. [15:03.000 --> 15:12.000] I've got a lot of responsibility and it all falls on my head because it's my website. [15:12.000 --> 15:14.000] So please try to understand. [15:14.000 --> 15:16.000] All right, that's all. [15:16.000 --> 15:19.000] So Eddie, what happened yesterday on the way to... [15:19.000 --> 15:22.000] Funny thing happened on the way to Eddie's class. [15:22.000 --> 15:23.000] What happened, Eddie? [15:23.000 --> 15:29.000] Yeah, I was on my way downtown to go to my regular Sunday class and brave new books. [15:29.000 --> 15:41.000] And I had this gung-ho Austin motorcycle cop come barreling down the highway behind me and attempt to pull over three cars at the same time with his motorcycle. [15:41.000 --> 15:49.000] He was waving cars this way, that way, just get off the road, follow me, do what I told you all this kind of stuff. [15:49.000 --> 15:53.000] This officer's name was Stearns. [15:53.000 --> 15:58.000] And folks, if you meet up with this gentleman, be careful. [15:58.000 --> 16:04.000] He is caffeine finicky and wound way too tight. [16:04.000 --> 16:08.000] This gentleman walks up to my car, starts demanding stuff. [16:08.000 --> 16:14.000] And then when I wouldn't get it out fast enough, I wanted to know why he pulled me over and so on and so forth. [16:14.000 --> 16:25.000] He gets real belligerent and real loud all of a sudden and starts screaming and waving at this patrol car that's a little ways off, saying he needs immediate backup. [16:25.000 --> 16:28.000] This guy's got a real attitude problem. [16:28.000 --> 16:34.000] So in any case, he issued me a speeding citation. [16:34.000 --> 16:41.000] Now, folks, if you listen to this show more than five minutes, you know how much fun I'm going to try to have with this. [16:41.000 --> 16:50.000] Me and this gentleman are going to be doing the dance of the Dumbo's in court because he's not going to like the outcome of this. [16:50.000 --> 17:00.000] The traffic notice that I have made available to anybody that wants it, both of these officers, even though they had it in their hands. [17:00.000 --> 17:20.000] It's the story of a lost city, lost opportunity, lost hope, a story of failed policies, failed leadership, a story of smooth talking politicians, games of he said, she said, rhetoric and division. [17:20.000 --> 17:33.000] One man has stood apart, stood strong and true, voting against every tax increase, every unbalanced budget, every time. [17:33.000 --> 17:50.000] Standing up to the Washington machine, guided by principal Ron Paul, the one who will stop the spending, save the dollar, free jobs, bring peace, the one who will restore liberty. [17:50.000 --> 17:57.000] Ron Paul, the one who can beat Obama and restore America now. [17:57.000 --> 18:00.000] I'm Ron Paul and I approve this message. [18:00.000 --> 18:05.000] Are you being harassed by debt collectors with phone calls, letters or even lawsuits? [19:00.000 --> 19:26.000] Alright folks, sorry about that. We are just a little bit of technical difficulty on the production in there with the sound card and that machine, but we will continue on, so to speak. [19:26.000 --> 19:45.000] Anyway, what I was saying was this officer wrote me a ticket for speeding. Now, just to prove how inept these guys are and how unqualified they are to do their job, I'm going to repeat something I overheard this officer say on his radio. [19:45.000 --> 20:00.000] He calls in to the dispatch to run my expired Kansas license. Now, just like every other state of the union, Kansas license has an expiration date on it, just like everything else. [20:00.000 --> 20:19.000] And after protesting that I am not engaging in commerce, I'm only producing this because you're demanding that I do so and you're carrying a gun, you're screaming at me, you obviously have an attitude hormonal and testosterone problem, so here you go. [20:19.000 --> 20:37.000] And since you have a like-minded buddy over here next to you, take it, but I am not in commerce and I'm only using it as a picture ID. So he gets on the radio and he calls it in and he's going like, I don't have anything on here that can help me verify whether or not this thing is valid. [20:37.000 --> 20:56.000] There's an expiration date right on the front of it, 2004, April 22nd, you blind moron. You didn't want to write that ticket because I'd already informed you that one, I taught a traffic law seminar on how to beat these tickets. [20:56.000 --> 21:12.000] Two, I informed you and your buddy that I was the next deputy sheriff and knew what I was talking about. And three, you guys were not going to be able to win in this situation doing what you're doing. [21:12.000 --> 21:29.000] And all of that was in the traffic notice that you guys were required to maintain as evidence of the investigation. Instead, you chose to destroy evidence and investigation. [21:29.000 --> 21:45.000] So we're going to have this argument and see how far it goes, but it's not going to be pretty. But this is a perfect example of how we can show these guys are inept and unqualified to do their job. [21:45.000 --> 22:02.000] I have had a couple of epiphanies as of late on a speeding citation issue. So integrating that into the document updates and folks, I know there are some of you out there listening that I have been promising updates to for a week. [22:02.000 --> 22:14.000] I apologize. There has been so many things going on with people trying to jump in here and ask for help and help and help. It's making getting the updates done virtually impossible. [22:14.000 --> 22:28.000] And I have tried to solicit help from the students in my class that are capable of using word at an efficient level and PowerPoint at an official efficient level so that I can offload some of what I'm having to do. [22:28.000 --> 22:43.000] Unfortunately, that expertise was not forthcoming, so I am still looking. The problem is going to come down to having to turn this stuff over into the hands of someone that does not understand the issue. [22:43.000 --> 22:56.000] I can't do that. So for the time being, this pretty much remains in my lap and in my hands, and I've only got two of them. So please, please bear with me. [22:56.000 --> 23:07.000] If you do have an upcoming court date on something, please send me an email and remind me that your court dates within X number of days, but please don't wait until it's within less than 10 days. [23:07.000 --> 23:17.000] Try to make sure you get me before then because most places, especially Texas, has a seven day window that requires seven days to trial. [23:17.000 --> 23:26.000] Now, this does not include your pre-trial, okay, your first appearance. You can follow all the way up to the day before first appearance. [23:26.000 --> 23:35.000] But if you've got an actual scheduled pre-trial hearing to go over motions and everything else, you cannot wait. [23:35.000 --> 23:44.000] You have to file that no less than seven days prior to that date. If you fail to do it, the court will ignore it. [23:44.000 --> 23:49.000] So please don't fall within that date if you can help it, all right? [23:49.000 --> 23:55.000] The only exception to that rule is going to be when you did not get proper notice on some issue. [23:55.000 --> 24:03.000] You didn't get your 10 days or seven days, kind of like what happened to John and Matt when they were directed to report three days later. [24:03.000 --> 24:08.000] They had no time and no notice to file anything within that seven day window. [24:08.000 --> 24:21.000] So please keep that in mind at the moment when it comes to these documents and these updates and all the other material that I have to work with in these seminar presentations and books and all that. [24:21.000 --> 24:23.000] It is a one man show. [24:23.000 --> 24:29.000] Whatever it does in producing the radio network falls on me to produce the traffic seminar stuff. [24:29.000 --> 24:41.000] On top of that, I am trying to work on the two volumes of the new book, the Texas ProSafe Training Manual, which basically takes everything that I do in the class. [24:41.000 --> 24:55.000] It takes it down to a boilerplate written form and we go through every single issue that the courts tend to just ignore and just gloss right over as if it's not important. [24:55.000 --> 25:00.000] It covers everything that's argued in the legal documents. [25:00.000 --> 25:02.000] It will be very comprehensive. [25:02.000 --> 25:06.000] It's going to be in two volumes because it's going to be so comprehensive. [25:06.000 --> 25:23.000] The problem with both of these, just so the folks out there understand this, is that in order for you to wrap your mind around what's being done, you're going to have to do a paradigm switch on your way of thinking. [25:23.000 --> 25:34.000] We have been indoctrinated into the system as they want us to perceive it, rather than the system that was supposed to exist. [25:34.000 --> 25:36.000] Now I need you to understand that. [25:36.000 --> 25:39.000] It is the blue and red peel. [25:39.000 --> 25:41.000] Okay? [25:41.000 --> 25:46.000] Here is what they're telling us and how they're treating us and what they're doing. [25:46.000 --> 25:55.000] And here's what the original concept, the structure, and the intended purpose was from the get-go. [25:55.000 --> 26:00.000] And believe me when I tell you, they are not the same thing. [26:00.000 --> 26:07.000] They are not even a close reflection of the same thing. [26:07.000 --> 26:18.000] In the one, we are a free people and government leaves us alone unless we hurt somebody or some property that isn't ours. [26:18.000 --> 26:33.000] On the other, the government's got his sticky fingers on and in every single thing we say, do, think, feel, buy, watch, sell, you name it. [26:33.000 --> 26:36.000] That is not the role of government. [26:36.000 --> 26:40.000] It has never been the role of government. [26:40.000 --> 26:54.000] And until we get you into that switched paradigm way of thinking, you're never going to be able to wrap your mind around the arguments about what the transportation code is and isn't. [26:54.000 --> 27:04.000] About what your due process writes in relation to that and so many other things actually are. [27:04.000 --> 27:33.000] If I walk down through the statutes just in the code of criminal procedure and the transportation code and all of the case law based on those two codes alone, it would take hundreds of pages to explain exactly how the Constitution has been violated by every last one of them. [27:33.000 --> 27:43.000] Why? Because it doesn't just violate it in one way, it finds the method of violating it in multiple ways. [27:43.000 --> 27:52.000] And what it really boils down to is we the people have forgotten that we are the people. [27:52.000 --> 27:55.000] They are the servant. [27:55.000 --> 28:02.000] Instead of the way they want it to be, we're the people dare the master, making us the servant. [28:02.000 --> 28:05.000] And that's not the way it's supposed to work. [28:05.000 --> 28:07.000] And I'm not going to cow down to that. [28:07.000 --> 28:11.000] That's the whole reason I do what I do. [28:11.000 --> 28:21.000] So that being said, when I start filing my documents on this, there are several things I'm going to do right up front. [28:21.000 --> 28:34.000] First thing of course is I'm going to go through the standard panacea of the paperwork that we normally deal with. We're going to file the not transportation or commerce affidavit, which some of this new information is going into. [28:34.000 --> 28:44.000] I'm going to file a motion to quash the citation because the citations is not statutorily compliant with 708.105 of the Texas Transportation Code. [28:44.000 --> 28:46.000] It's not even close. [28:46.000 --> 28:53.000] The city of Austin on the third issue has this paper ticket that they issue. [28:53.000 --> 28:59.000] Well, they give you this ticket and this ticket has five pages in it. [28:59.000 --> 29:01.000] Okay. [29:01.000 --> 29:10.000] They are affixed together at the top, glued together as a single piece of documentation. [29:10.000 --> 29:19.000] Therefore, I'm going to argue right off the bat that this entire five pages is the citation. [29:19.000 --> 29:33.000] And because it is the citation, there is print on here that far exceeds the print size of the statutorily required statement specified in 708.105 of the Transportation Code. [29:33.000 --> 29:37.000] Hey, we got bumper music this time. I can actually hear it. [29:37.000 --> 29:40.000] All right, folks, we're going to go to break. We're going to come back on the other side. [29:40.000 --> 29:44.000] I'm going to wrap this little charade up and then we're going to start taking your calls. [29:44.000 --> 29:50.000] Call in numbers 512-646-1984. We'll be right back after this break. [29:50.000 --> 30:08.000] This is Building 7, a 47-story skyscraper that fell on the afternoon of September 11. [30:08.000 --> 30:12.000] The government says that fire brought it down. However, 1,500 architects and engineers have concluded it was a controlled demolition. [30:12.000 --> 30:15.000] Over 6,000 of my fellow service members have given their lives. [30:15.000 --> 30:20.000] The thousands of my fellow force responders are dying. I'm not a conspiracy theorist. I'm a structural engineer. [30:20.000 --> 30:27.000] I'm a New York City correctional. I'm an Air Force pilot. I'm a father who lost his son. We're Americans and we deserve the truth. [30:27.000 --> 30:30.000] Go to RememberBuilding7.org today. [30:30.000 --> 30:37.000] Attention all parents, the cartoon character SpongeBob SquarePants is in hot water. [30:37.000 --> 30:42.000] A new study suggests that kids who watch him suffer from attention and learning issues. [30:42.000 --> 30:45.000] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht and I'll have details in a moment. [31:13.000 --> 31:19.000] If SpongeBob is part of your kids' TV diet, then tune into this. [31:19.000 --> 31:26.000] A new study finds watching just 9 minutes of the fast-paced cartoon reduces 4-year-olds' ability to learn and control themselves. [31:26.000 --> 31:32.000] 60 preschoolers watched either SpongeBob or a slower-paced cartoon, or they just sat down to draw. [31:32.000 --> 31:38.000] Later, the SpongeBob kids scored 12 points lower on mental function tests than their peers. [31:38.000 --> 31:44.000] When they measured impulsiveness, the SpongeBob kids could wait only half as long as the others to eat snacks. [31:44.000 --> 31:49.000] So parents, the next time your kids need to concentrate and learn, do them and the teacher a favor. [31:49.000 --> 31:52.000] Turn off the fast-paced cartoons. [31:52.000 --> 32:09.000] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht. More news and information at CatherineAlbrecht.com. [32:22.000 --> 32:35.000] Well, I know you're a prosecutor to come and help me. Prosecute them wickedly. [32:35.000 --> 32:37.000] They're my mother, a liar. [32:37.000 --> 32:39.000] Them tell me, them are liars. [32:39.000 --> 32:40.000] And I tell six stories. [32:40.000 --> 32:41.000] Me and a billy. [32:41.000 --> 32:42.000] Me and a billy. [32:42.000 --> 32:43.000] Me and a billy. [32:43.000 --> 32:44.000] Me and a billy. [32:44.000 --> 32:45.000] Me and a billy. [32:45.000 --> 32:46.000] Me and a billy. [32:46.000 --> 32:47.000] Me and a billy. [32:47.000 --> 32:48.000] Me and a billy. [32:48.000 --> 32:49.000] Me and a billy. [32:49.000 --> 32:54.000] Me and a billy. [32:54.000 --> 32:55.000] Me and a billy. [32:55.000 --> 32:56.000] Me and a billy. [32:56.000 --> 32:57.000] Me and a billy. [32:57.000 --> 32:58.000] Me and a billy. [32:58.000 --> 32:59.000] Me and a billy. [32:59.000 --> 33:00.000] Me and a billy. [33:00.000 --> 33:01.000] Me and a billy. [33:01.000 --> 33:02.000] Me and a billy. [33:02.000 --> 33:03.000] Me and a billy. [33:03.000 --> 33:04.000] Me and a billy. [33:04.000 --> 33:05.000] Me and a billy. [33:05.000 --> 33:06.000] Me and a billy. [33:06.000 --> 33:07.000] Me and a billy. [33:07.000 --> 33:08.000] Me and a billy. [33:08.000 --> 33:09.000] Me and a billy. [33:09.000 --> 33:10.000] Me and a billy. [33:10.000 --> 33:11.000] Me and a billy. [33:11.000 --> 33:12.000] Me and a billy. [33:12.000 --> 33:13.000] Easy. [33:13.000 --> 33:14.000] EASY. [33:14.000 --> 33:15.000] Easy. [33:15.000 --> 33:16.000] OK, here is the bill. [33:16.000 --> 33:23.040] knocked out real quick. I had an individual that's logged into the, or has joined the [33:23.040 --> 33:30.520] Logos Radio Network, user ID, M-I-N-D-R-D, and he sent me a couple emails regarding [33:30.520 --> 33:37.840] this municipal court magistrate that's doing a fill-in for the main judge, and this sitting [33:37.840 --> 33:44.720] magistrate's name is Cass Callaway. Well, right off the bat, I smelled jerk, and according [33:44.720 --> 33:51.360] to the information in this email, that is to be substantiated. Okay, here's the issue [33:51.360 --> 33:56.360] with what this magistrate is doing. The magistrate is trying to deny access to the records of [33:56.360 --> 34:02.000] the court, even though they're public court records and he can't deny access to them. [34:02.000 --> 34:11.040] He is attempting to shoehorn everything filed by a defendant into either a motion or a brief [34:11.040 --> 34:19.000] category, even if it's just an affidavit, and refuses to allow them to file anything that [34:19.000 --> 34:28.440] is not a brief or a motion. Again, that's completely illegal, so we'll continue on here [34:28.440 --> 34:36.080] with the illegality of what this idiot's doing. The idiot is also saying that 45.018B [34:36.080 --> 34:42.960] does not mean the defendant gets to have a copy of the complaint. In fact, this guy is [34:42.960 --> 34:51.640] saying that he has the discretion to determine whether or not anybody gets anything. Then [34:51.640 --> 34:58.440] he ordered this individual because he was objecting to what the judge was doing. The [34:58.440 --> 35:06.240] judge attempted to enter a totally illegal order that is way outside of his jurisdictional [35:06.240 --> 35:13.080] authority as a traffic court judge in a municipal court and ordered this individual to get a [35:13.080 --> 35:21.240] mental evaluation within 30 days or he would throw him in jail. Now, this folks is the [35:21.240 --> 35:30.840] absolute perfect example of a power mad death spot little bureaucratic minded moron with [35:30.840 --> 35:37.840] way too much authority under his belt and way too little brains to use it effectively. [35:37.840 --> 35:45.040] Okay, very first thing is, judicially conduct complain this judge for every single thing [35:45.040 --> 35:52.360] he did. Make sure you mention every law he broke in the process. Then if he's also an [35:52.360 --> 35:58.000] attorney, which if this is a municipal court of record he has to be, bar grieve him on [35:58.000 --> 36:05.040] exactly the same issues. Then you turn around and file criminal complaints for abuse of [36:05.040 --> 36:11.200] official capacity, official oppression, and anything else that you can think of that sounds [36:11.200 --> 36:18.520] reasonable under the penal code. This guy needs to be taken down. The next thing you [36:18.520 --> 36:26.720] need to file in your case is a motion to disqualify this magistrate. He is way outside of his [36:26.720 --> 36:35.960] realm of ability to act. Okay, that was the first issue to deal with. The other is I have [36:35.960 --> 36:43.440] a gentleman in Alabama that is writing to me saying that the county law enforcement [36:43.440 --> 36:49.520] is still arresting his son over some drug issues and so on and so forth. That's not [36:49.520 --> 36:56.880] something I deal with directly in every case is drug issues. However, I will be willing [36:56.880 --> 37:01.800] to try to talk to you a little bit. I am not familiar with Alabama law. I am not going [37:01.800 --> 37:06.680] to be a great help to you in this regard, but if you want to correspond with me over [37:06.680 --> 37:11.920] email or whatever, I will do my best to try to point you in the right direction and see [37:11.920 --> 37:17.200] what you can do about it. I cannot in any way, shape, or form recommend what or where [37:17.200 --> 37:21.960] to go or do because I don't know what the law is in that state on these issues. This [37:21.960 --> 37:26.200] is going to require some reading, research, and effort on your part if you are going [37:26.200 --> 37:33.200] to help him at all. But please send me another email. I will reply back to the one I have [37:33.200 --> 37:38.960] got, basically saying the same thing I have said right now if you are out there listening. [37:38.960 --> 37:44.920] So in any case, I will help where I can. That, folks, is one of the reasons why I have so [37:44.920 --> 37:50.600] little time to actually do everything I need to do. I understand people need help. I understand [37:50.600 --> 37:55.600] they don't know how to help themselves in most of these cases, which is the entire reason [37:55.600 --> 38:01.760] why I started the class down at Brave New Books, just so you know. My objective here is not [38:01.760 --> 38:08.600] to be your guru, not your go-to guy. My objective here is to give you the knowledge and the [38:08.600 --> 38:18.160] tools to clone myself onto you so that you can do this without me. That's what I want. [38:18.160 --> 38:24.320] I don't want to be the only guy in the kitchen cooking for everybody. I hate cooking when [38:24.320 --> 38:30.040] it hate for a fun thing, and I'm having to do it all the time. That's not really true. [38:30.040 --> 38:34.920] I like to cook, but you understand the degree of what I'm talking about here. The point [38:34.920 --> 38:40.680] is, is that all the other things I need to be doing so that I can keep this stuff going [38:40.680 --> 38:48.960] in the right direction, I am being detoured from way too regularly. I find it very hard [38:48.960 --> 38:54.000] to say no to somebody that is in desperate need of help. That's just the way I'm built. [38:54.000 --> 39:00.560] Can't help that. And for those that I have to say no to from time to time, it royally [39:00.560 --> 39:09.080] bothers me that I have to do that. But sometimes you wait too long, you put me in a point where [39:09.080 --> 39:14.680] I can't help you because you waited too long, you've done things that we cannot undo and [39:14.680 --> 39:22.080] there's nothing left for me to help you with, so on and so forth. Or I've given you every [39:22.080 --> 39:27.800] piece of information you need and you still have not done anything I've instructed you [39:27.800 --> 39:37.880] to do. This becomes a self-help issue at some point, so you know, I'm just out here in a [39:37.880 --> 39:46.000] recommendation capacity. Here's what I would do if it was my situation. Alright, after [39:46.000 --> 39:51.720] that the ball is in your court, it's in your hands. Do something with it. You can't just [39:51.720 --> 40:00.440] keep throwing it back to me, okay? I want you guys to be able to do this. Alright, I [40:00.440 --> 40:05.640] never started doing this so I could be the only guy in Texas that knew anything about [40:05.640 --> 40:14.320] it. That was never my intention or my goal. Hopefully things will pan out where I won't [40:14.320 --> 40:18.800] remain that way and we'll be able to do the same thing in other states. That would be [40:18.800 --> 40:27.280] exceptionally great in my book, okay? I wish everyone out there had experience on producing [40:27.280 --> 40:32.240] shows like this over the internet. Then it wouldn't be any problem for us to go, hey, [40:32.240 --> 40:35.760] can somebody out there run the board for us on such and such night? We got a show coming [40:35.760 --> 40:40.320] up and we're going to be too busy to try to run it ourselves. Deborah's off, I've got [40:40.320 --> 40:44.600] this to do and I'm having to deal with Randy at the same time. Who's getting rather volatile [40:44.600 --> 40:49.720] lately? God bless him, he's under so much pressure. But the point being, there are a [40:49.720 --> 40:58.000] lot of things going on on our side on a constant flow and we really, really need help where [40:58.000 --> 41:04.000] we can get it. We need your understanding where we can get it. We need you people to [41:04.000 --> 41:11.600] be willing to step up and take responsibility for the things that you're dealing with, okay? [41:11.600 --> 41:18.880] We can help you, but we cannot do it for you and that's really the way it works. [41:18.880 --> 41:25.640] Yeah, and speaking of help, folks, another email I got over the weekend, somebody was [41:25.640 --> 41:33.280] criticizing me that I don't post archive descriptions. Folks, like I said, I work about 18 hours [41:33.280 --> 41:39.040] a day, okay? I don't have time to post archive descriptions. I don't have time to sit here [41:39.040 --> 41:44.560] during the show and write down notes of all the callers and what the topics were discussed [41:44.560 --> 41:48.040] and things like this. I have to run the board and most of the time I have to screen the [41:48.040 --> 41:52.960] calls too, okay? I can hardly even follow the conversation on the air sometimes because [41:52.960 --> 41:56.880] I'm having to do so many other things during the show. There's no way that I can write [41:56.880 --> 42:01.400] down notes in order to post an archive description. Even if I had notes, even if somebody else [42:01.400 --> 42:06.040] had notes, I still wouldn't have time to write up an archive description. I just can't do [42:06.040 --> 42:14.840] it. I need to and I'm working on totally automating the whole archive system anyway so that the [42:14.840 --> 42:21.080] recording, editing, uploading, all of it, posting of links is completely automated. It's [42:21.080 --> 42:25.760] not right now. The recording is automated, but I still have to go in and edit the archives [42:25.760 --> 42:31.840] starting at end point and upload them and post links. I don't even have time to do that. [42:31.840 --> 42:37.240] And so what I've done is I've set up the archive page as a WordPress page so that folks can [42:37.240 --> 42:44.320] become a registered member and post archive descriptions. I have hundreds of registered [42:44.320 --> 42:51.920] members on the archive page and nobody is posting archive descriptions for me. So folks, [42:51.920 --> 42:56.120] if you guys want archive descriptions, you're going to have to step up and help me do it, [42:56.120 --> 43:00.040] all right? So I would appreciate some help in that matter as well just as a reminder [43:00.040 --> 43:07.440] to folks. And callers, right now, we've just got somebody calling in on the board. I don't [43:07.440 --> 43:11.760] have a call screener tonight, so I'm going to have to screen the call so I can't do that [43:11.760 --> 43:15.360] while I'm talking on the air. Obviously, caller, I will screen your call on the break. [43:15.360 --> 43:23.160] Folks, if you'd like to call in, the call in number is 512-646-1984. We are just about [43:23.160 --> 43:27.840] to go to break and we'd appreciate for you guys and gals to call in. And if you all have [43:27.840 --> 43:33.320] been to the new website, if you have any feedback, if you like it, things you'd like to see [43:33.320 --> 44:00.720] different, please let us know how you feel and we will be back right after this break. [44:00.720 --> 44:26.720] Thank you. [44:26.720 --> 44:56.560] Thank you. [44:56.720 --> 45:01.520] toll-free 866-LAW-EZ. [45:01.520 --> 45:06.160] The Oklahoma City Bombing, top 10 reasons to question the official story, reason number [45:06.160 --> 45:09.720] 1, John Doe number 2 and other accomplices. [45:09.720 --> 45:13.360] On the day of the bombing, nearly all of the witnesses that saw Tim McVeigh and the writer [45:13.360 --> 45:17.440] truck report that he was accompanied by other perpetrators. [45:17.440 --> 45:22.180] The FBI and federal prosecutors insist that Tim McVeigh alone delivered the writer truck [45:22.180 --> 45:25.040] bomb to the Murrah Building and detonated it. [45:25.040 --> 45:29.040] The only witness the government produced to place McVeigh at the building that morning, [45:29.040 --> 45:33.560] Dana Bradley, who lost her children and one of her legs in the bombing, testified that [45:33.560 --> 45:39.400] she saw McVeigh with another man, the fateful John Doe number 2, exiting the writer truck. [45:39.400 --> 45:43.160] While at least 15 other witnesses claim to have seen McVeigh with other perpetrators the [45:43.160 --> 45:49.640] day of the bombing, no less than 226 witnesses placed him with other men in the days before [45:49.640 --> 45:54.960] the bombing, including when he rented the writer truck and in some cases have positively [45:54.960 --> 45:55.960] identified the other perpetrators. [45:55.960 --> 46:24.960] For more information, please visit okcbombingtruth.com. [46:25.960 --> 46:46.960] I'm going to go ahead and take Ryan in Texas. [46:46.960 --> 46:48.960] Ryan, what can we do for you? [46:48.960 --> 46:49.960] Oh yes sir. [46:49.960 --> 46:55.960] I just had a couple of quick questions about property lines, boundaries and trespassing [46:55.960 --> 47:04.360] and people, you know, especially close neighbors out here in the country, where the line is [47:04.360 --> 47:06.160] not clearly marked. [47:06.160 --> 47:11.120] I think they tore down the fence some time ago and have been kind of using the back part [47:11.120 --> 47:16.720] of our property to park cars and dump trash and so on, and we've talked with them about [47:16.720 --> 47:22.200] it and they don't really seem to care, they have a snowbird from South Dakota who, I don't [47:22.200 --> 47:29.080] know, has helped purchase or build a bungalow down there at the end of the property and [47:29.080 --> 47:37.440] his house is 5 to 10 feet from the property line and they've dumped 10 yards of gravel [47:37.440 --> 47:42.600] on our property and I guess they're building a parking area or something and I've called [47:42.600 --> 47:48.880] the county and spoken with them and the best I've been able to figure out is if I can locate [47:48.880 --> 47:58.000] or uncover the pins that the surveyors installed, I can contact the, oh, what was his name? [47:58.000 --> 48:01.240] I can't think of his name or his position right now. [48:01.240 --> 48:08.720] He works with environmental sanitation here in the county and he said the best thing he [48:08.720 --> 48:14.000] could do was cite them for illegal dumping on our property but beyond that there wasn't [48:14.000 --> 48:19.400] much like the county sheriff's deputies or the JP or anybody else is willing to do about [48:19.400 --> 48:20.400] this. [48:20.400 --> 48:26.200] Right, they're going to tell you this is a civil matter and it is unless you can show [48:26.200 --> 48:31.480] that they're actually trespassing and in order to do that, here's what had to have occurred [48:31.480 --> 48:34.240] beforehand. [48:34.240 --> 48:39.560] The best thing is if your property lines are marked, then they have to be posted. [48:39.560 --> 48:45.560] If they're not posted, then you can only cite them for trespassing if you've warned them [48:45.560 --> 48:47.520] to stay off of the property. [48:47.520 --> 48:53.480] The problem is when the property is not clearly marked as to where yours begins and theirs [48:53.480 --> 48:57.280] ends and theirs begins, okay? [48:57.280 --> 49:02.480] So given that, do you have the original survey of the property? [49:02.480 --> 49:04.680] Yes, I do. [49:04.680 --> 49:11.200] Okay, if you have the original survey, then you can go down to the sheriff's office and [49:11.200 --> 49:16.160] you can show them, look, here's the survey, here's where what they're doing passes my [49:16.160 --> 49:17.880] property line. [49:17.880 --> 49:26.120] I am here to file a trespassing complaint and a destruction of property complaint. [49:26.120 --> 49:28.520] Now he can do something. [49:28.520 --> 49:29.520] Absolutely. [49:29.520 --> 49:36.200] And two weeks ago, they were running a tractor on our property to change the way the water [49:36.200 --> 49:42.000] ran up underneath this little bungalow that they built back there. [49:42.000 --> 49:48.560] And the problem is they didn't ask, they just went ahead and did. [49:48.560 --> 49:52.920] They didn't knock on our door, hey, we're going to do such and such, XYZ. [49:52.920 --> 49:58.400] All the while, all their trash is still, there's an old bathtub of engine block and whatever [49:58.400 --> 50:04.080] miscellaneous crap is back there, pardon me, and I said, well, you know, your property [50:04.080 --> 50:06.720] line stops about five or 10 foot from this house. [50:06.720 --> 50:11.640] Why is that guy on the tractor, you know, 30 foot inside my fence line and there's still [50:11.640 --> 50:12.640] trash everywhere. [50:12.640 --> 50:17.200] And the old snow bird that stays down there with these people says, well, I don't care. [50:17.200 --> 50:22.000] That ain't my problem and walk back in his house and turn his back on me while I was [50:22.000 --> 50:23.000] standing on his front porch. [50:23.000 --> 50:25.840] And I'm like, oh, well, you're a really nice guy. [50:25.840 --> 50:32.240] Hey, Ryan, according to the survey, is it real easy to tell just by looking back there [50:32.240 --> 50:36.800] that they're on your property or would you have to like, or do you think it's necessary [50:36.800 --> 50:42.600] to hire another surveyor to go out there and mark again to prove that they're really on [50:42.600 --> 50:45.880] your property? [50:45.880 --> 50:53.840] From the existing fence line, it's a straight line that divides these two properties between [50:53.840 --> 50:57.040] the neighbors I'm having issues with and ours. [50:57.040 --> 51:02.280] And they have just seemed to continually ignored that. [51:02.280 --> 51:07.760] Sometime ago, I understand they were the ones that actually pulled up the fence and discarded [51:07.760 --> 51:08.760] it. [51:08.760 --> 51:10.600] I don't even know where the half of it is. [51:10.600 --> 51:15.560] So, yes, you can tell where it once was. [51:15.560 --> 51:20.880] And yes, I have the surveyors information and it's spoken with him. [51:20.880 --> 51:27.280] I think he wanted $100 to come back out and find the pins and just string a lineup for [51:27.280 --> 51:29.880] us so where we could build a fence. [51:29.880 --> 51:33.120] If you can find the pins, you can string your own lineup. [51:33.120 --> 51:37.120] Now you've got a straight line that shows where what they're doing encroaches on your [51:37.120 --> 51:38.120] property. [51:38.120 --> 51:45.880] You have a clear demarcation for saying, this is on my property, it is taking away the use [51:45.880 --> 51:51.160] of my property, that's destruction of my property, I'm pressing charges. [51:51.160 --> 51:53.360] Yeah, and take pictures too. [51:53.360 --> 52:01.760] Well, I do have a camera and what charges would I instruct the sheriff to charge these [52:01.760 --> 52:02.760] people with? [52:02.760 --> 52:07.960] It's not a matter of what you instruct him, it's the charges you're going to file. [52:07.960 --> 52:15.000] Destruction of property, okay, they're dumping trash on your property. [52:15.000 --> 52:22.120] They have rearranged your property without your consent from its original condition. [52:22.120 --> 52:26.760] Okay, that's destruction of property. [52:26.760 --> 52:27.960] And trespassing. [52:27.960 --> 52:29.960] And trespass. [52:29.960 --> 52:38.200] Now, if I haven't seen any of them, actually trespassing, but yet there's... [52:38.200 --> 52:43.560] Get you a couple of game cameras, put them inside your property line, point it at the [52:43.560 --> 52:50.560] place where they go back and forth across the line you set, but close enough to trigger, [52:50.560 --> 52:56.680] you will get pictures of them committing the trespass. [52:56.680 --> 52:58.680] Got it. [52:58.680 --> 53:06.840] Well, like I said, it's been very frustrating on top of daily life, if you will. [53:06.840 --> 53:15.240] Now, if it turns out that they have actually removed the stakes from the surveyor, that's [53:15.240 --> 53:20.720] a whole nother parcel of problems for them, but I've got a gentleman here that's talking [53:20.720 --> 53:24.800] to me through Skype, if he's looked it up, I don't know if he's verified it or not, but [53:24.800 --> 53:29.880] if they did pull up those survey stakes and you've got criminal mischief too. [53:29.880 --> 53:35.400] Now, what if they've covered them in, I don't know, three foot of concrete? [53:35.400 --> 53:40.000] Well then you're going to have to take your original survey and hire the same surveyor [53:40.000 --> 53:43.640] or another one to put new stakes based on the original survey. [53:43.640 --> 53:44.640] Yeah. [53:44.640 --> 53:49.400] In which case you get to sue them for whatever the survey cost you and the restoration of [53:49.400 --> 53:50.400] your property. [53:50.400 --> 53:51.400] That's right. [53:51.400 --> 53:55.880] And now, would that be a suit I'd file with the DA at the camp? [53:55.880 --> 53:57.400] No, that's civil. [53:57.400 --> 53:59.400] You have to file that separate. [53:59.400 --> 54:00.400] Okay. [54:00.400 --> 54:06.520] So, in a civil court, are we talking about filing like at the JP or? [54:06.520 --> 54:07.520] Okay, wait a minute. [54:07.520 --> 54:09.800] We're talking two separate sets of issues here. [54:09.800 --> 54:10.800] Right, right. [54:10.800 --> 54:14.040] First, the criminal issues with the trespassing and... [54:14.040 --> 54:15.040] Right. [54:15.040 --> 54:16.520] File those with the sheriff. [54:16.520 --> 54:17.520] Right. [54:17.520 --> 54:22.120] And if the sheriff won't do anything, take them to the grand jury. [54:22.120 --> 54:24.200] Oh, really? [54:24.200 --> 54:25.200] Yes. [54:25.200 --> 54:26.720] You're in Texas, right? [54:26.720 --> 54:27.920] Oh, yes. [54:27.920 --> 54:28.920] Yeah. [54:28.920 --> 54:31.720] Take them to the grand jury in your county. [54:31.720 --> 54:35.720] What about trying the district attorney first? [54:35.720 --> 54:36.720] Eddie? [54:36.720 --> 54:42.560] Say, he can try him first, but he's wasting time. [54:42.560 --> 54:47.760] Well, I think in a situation like this, since he's not going after public servants, the [54:47.760 --> 54:49.560] district attorney may actually do something. [54:49.560 --> 54:53.760] I mean, generally the district attorney sure is going to run interference if you're trying [54:53.760 --> 54:54.760] to charge public servants. [54:54.760 --> 54:58.600] I'm assuming from the description of the property he's given, he's in a rural area. [54:58.600 --> 54:59.600] Yeah. [54:59.600 --> 55:05.600] In which case this would put it in the county, which he could go through the county or the [55:05.600 --> 55:13.760] district attorney, assuming that there's one of either, but I think he's just wasting [55:13.760 --> 55:20.000] more time and letting them do more stuff wrong to his property if he waits on a DA or a county [55:20.000 --> 55:21.000] attorney. [55:21.000 --> 55:22.000] Right. [55:22.000 --> 55:23.000] Right. [55:23.000 --> 55:26.800] And what I'm afraid that they're going to do is build a driveway or a parking area [55:26.800 --> 55:32.000] on our land with the amount of gravel that I'd seen back there today. [55:32.000 --> 55:33.520] I don't know when it showed up. [55:33.520 --> 55:38.280] I'd been out of town over the weekend and came home and I was seeing it. [55:38.280 --> 55:42.200] Seriously, it's got to be at least 10 to 20 yards of gravel back there. [55:42.200 --> 55:43.200] Oh, yeah. [55:43.200 --> 55:46.080] Then you're under a time constraint, big time. [55:46.080 --> 55:54.600] You need to definitely get to that sheriff immediately and try to get a stop to this. [55:54.600 --> 55:55.600] And if you end up filing... [55:55.600 --> 55:57.480] How long has this been going on? [55:57.480 --> 56:01.840] Well, as I said, about two weeks ago, they were back there... [56:01.840 --> 56:02.840] No, no, no. [56:02.840 --> 56:07.800] Total time, how long has all of this, including the dumping and everything else, been going [56:07.800 --> 56:08.800] on? [56:08.800 --> 56:12.720] A couple of years that I know of. [56:12.720 --> 56:15.400] Then you don't have a lot of time, okay? [56:15.400 --> 56:16.400] All right. [56:16.400 --> 56:20.840] If you acquiesce to them having this easement to do these things, then you could wind up [56:20.840 --> 56:24.280] with a different legal problem and you're not going to like the result. [56:24.280 --> 56:25.280] Right. [56:25.280 --> 56:26.280] Okay. [56:26.280 --> 56:27.280] Wow. [56:27.280 --> 56:28.280] Yeah. [56:28.280 --> 56:36.480] And Ryan, have you ever talked to the property owners to tell them, hey, guys, y'all are [56:36.480 --> 56:37.480] on my property? [56:37.480 --> 56:39.560] Have you ever actually talked to the owners? [56:39.560 --> 56:44.440] Yeah, I have and little to no response from them. [56:44.440 --> 56:45.440] What? [56:45.440 --> 56:48.520] Do they disagree that they're on your property or they just don't respond? [56:48.520 --> 56:51.760] No, they just walk away. [56:51.760 --> 56:53.280] Oh, well, no problem. [56:53.280 --> 56:54.280] Oh, boy. [56:54.280 --> 56:55.280] That's their attitude. [56:55.280 --> 56:58.480] Well, give them an attitude adjustment. [56:58.480 --> 56:59.480] Yeah. [56:59.480 --> 57:02.120] No conflict, no harsh words. [57:02.120 --> 57:06.960] They just kind of walk away when I walk back there and tell them, yeah, I'm fixing a fence [57:06.960 --> 57:12.160] this off so I can run some animals back here and that's their attitude. [57:12.160 --> 57:15.360] Oh, well, you know, so what? [57:15.360 --> 57:16.720] You don't want to do that anyway. [57:16.720 --> 57:17.720] They just get lost. [57:17.720 --> 57:20.320] That's what they tell me, like, so what are you going to do? [57:20.320 --> 57:24.600] You know, I mean, my thinking is you're prefacing that if I put animals back here, they're [57:24.600 --> 57:25.600] going to get lost. [57:25.600 --> 57:26.600] Why? [57:26.600 --> 57:27.600] It's a veiled threat. [57:27.600 --> 57:28.600] Yeah. [57:28.600 --> 57:33.000] Again, perfect reason for the game cameras. [57:33.000 --> 57:38.440] Yeah, you should be taking pictures and video of everything these guys are doing on your [57:38.440 --> 57:42.280] property for real and bring them to the sheriff. [57:42.280 --> 57:43.280] In the act, correct? [57:43.280 --> 57:44.280] Yeah, if you can. [57:44.280 --> 57:45.280] Yeah. [57:45.280 --> 57:51.040] And if they've got items on your property like the trash or if they parked cars or a [57:51.040 --> 57:56.800] dump truck or a bulldozer or whatever on your property, take photographs, take photographs [57:56.800 --> 57:57.800] of everything. [57:57.800 --> 58:01.400] Yeah, do some research on trespass to try a title. [58:01.400 --> 58:02.400] 10-4. [58:02.400 --> 58:03.400] Okay. [58:03.400 --> 58:04.400] Got it. [58:04.400 --> 58:05.400] All right. [58:05.400 --> 58:06.400] Thank you. [58:06.400 --> 58:07.400] Thanks, Roy. [58:07.400 --> 58:08.400] You're welcome. [58:08.400 --> 58:18.800] All right, folks, we are coming into the top of the hour break. [58:18.800 --> 58:22.200] We've got Hondo from Texas, Phil in Texas. [58:22.200 --> 58:30.760] Folks, if you'd like to call in, we've got another hour on the air, 512-646-1984 is the [58:30.760 --> 58:33.000] calling number. [59:28.560 --> 59:32.840] Chapter by chapter, Basic Elements of the Christian Life clearly presents God's plan [59:32.840 --> 59:37.760] of salvation, growing in Christ and how to build up the church. [59:58.560 --> 01:00:08.960] More soldiers killed themselves in 2010 than were killed in action. [01:00:08.960 --> 01:00:14.320] 468 committed suicide and 462 died in battle. [01:00:14.320 --> 01:00:19.320] General Peter Ciarrelli told the Army Times, if you know the one thing that causes people [01:00:19.320 --> 01:00:25.160] to commit suicide, please let us know because we don't know. [01:00:25.160 --> 01:00:29.840] Under a new pilot program at the U.S. Department of Agriculture, regulators are training the [01:00:29.840 --> 01:00:36.840] world's biggest biotech firms, including Monsanto, BASF and Singenta, to conduct environmental [01:00:36.840 --> 01:00:41.800] reviews on their own transgenic seed products as part of the government's deregulation [01:00:41.800 --> 01:00:48.880] process, eliminating a critical level of oversight for the production of GE crops. [01:00:48.880 --> 01:00:54.000] Republican presidential candidate Ron Paul says George Bush was delighted when 9-11 happened [01:00:54.000 --> 01:00:58.040] because it served as a pretext to send U.S. troops overseas. [01:00:58.040 --> 01:01:05.000] Paul told an audience in Ames, Iowa, that's exactly what they're doing now with Iran. [01:01:05.000 --> 01:01:09.880] In New York, anti-fracking activists Saturday crashed the secretive Pennsylvania Society's [01:01:09.880 --> 01:01:14.320] annual black-tie dinner, interrupting Governor Tom Corbett's speech. [01:01:14.320 --> 01:01:18.360] Critics say under Corbett, Pennsylvania's Department of Environmental Protection has [01:01:18.360 --> 01:01:23.720] become a tool of the gas industry, whose use of fracking has caused thermogenic methane [01:01:23.720 --> 01:01:27.240] and antifreeze to poison the town of Demick's drinking water. [01:01:27.240 --> 01:01:32.720] The governor is also under fire for approving a $3 million grant to the Second Mile Foundation, [01:01:32.720 --> 01:01:37.880] the charity run by Penn State football coach Jerry Sandusky, who was found to have molested [01:01:37.880 --> 01:01:40.800] over 40 children by a grand jury. [01:01:40.800 --> 01:01:45.480] Fracking was exempted from the Safe Drinking Water Act in 2005, paving the way for the [01:01:45.480 --> 01:01:48.440] largest gas-drilling boom in U.S. history. [01:01:48.440 --> 01:01:54.640] The exemption, known as the Halliburton Loophole, allows fracking companies to inject toxic chemicals [01:01:54.640 --> 01:02:01.120] underground in huge quantities and not reported to the EPA. [01:02:01.120 --> 01:02:04.800] Presensor drones are being used by domestic law enforcement agencies. [01:02:04.800 --> 01:02:09.920] The Los Angeles Times said a North Dakota county sheriff asked federal authorities to [01:02:09.920 --> 01:02:15.400] employ a drone for surveillance in a standoff with three men on a farm in June, resulting [01:02:15.400 --> 01:02:21.560] in the first known arrests of U.S. citizens involving a spy plane in a domestic dispute. [01:02:21.560 --> 01:02:26.120] Since then, predators have flown at least two dozen surveillance flights for local police. [01:02:26.120 --> 01:02:30.880] The FBI and the Drug Enforcement Administration have also used predators. [01:02:30.880 --> 01:02:34.680] Officials claim they have authority to perform touch missions through congressional budget [01:02:34.680 --> 01:02:38.160] requests that cite interior law enforcement support. [01:02:38.160 --> 01:02:43.200] But former California representative Jane Harmon, who sat on the House Homeland Security [01:02:43.200 --> 01:02:48.920] Intelligence Subcommittee when the drone program was authorized, told the Times no one discussed [01:02:48.920 --> 01:02:52.960] using drones to help local police in basic work. [01:02:52.960 --> 01:02:57.480] Customs and border protection officials have used predators since 2005. [01:02:57.480 --> 01:03:15.880] You are listening to the Rural Law Radio Network at RuralLawRadio.com, live free speech talk [01:03:15.880 --> 01:03:17.880] radio at its best. [01:03:17.880 --> 01:03:37.880] It's all according to the will of the Almighty, I read His book and it says to cast us over [01:03:37.880 --> 01:03:38.880] the unsightly. [01:03:38.880 --> 01:03:43.880] These warmongers come by that term Friday. [01:03:43.880 --> 01:03:57.880] I will pay for the war with my body, I ain't gonna pay for the car with my money, I won't [01:03:57.880 --> 01:04:04.880] pay for the fun with my body, the plans wicked and the logic shoddy, I ain't gonna pay for [01:04:04.880 --> 01:04:10.880] the war with my body, I won't pay for the boys with my money, I ain't gonna pay for [01:04:10.880 --> 01:04:18.360] the kids with my money, I ain't gonna pay for the drugs with my body, sound my money [01:04:18.360 --> 01:04:21.400] and golden, I ain't gon' pay for the papers. [01:04:21.400 --> 01:04:23.720] You don't even pay any right or wrongs. [01:04:23.720 --> 01:04:28.360] Listen to theunter says, we are back Rural Law Radio. [01:04:28.360 --> 01:04:30.320] Call it number is 512-646-1984. [01:04:30.320 --> 01:04:33.080] We don't start taking your calls here. [01:04:33.080 --> 01:04:38.880] We got Hondo on the line, Hondo before we get started, give me one second, I just got [01:04:38.880 --> 01:04:43.460] FDA out of his county and told them to stop doing [01:04:43.860 --> 01:04:48.740] unwarranted inspections, meaning get a warrant from a local judge based on [01:04:48.740 --> 01:04:55.620] probable cause or leave them alone for two raw milk producers in his county. [01:04:56.660 --> 01:05:01.420] The FDA was trying to subpoena these individuals on a fictitious claim that [01:05:01.420 --> 01:05:04.420] their raw milk had caused illnesses up in New York. [01:05:04.420 --> 01:05:09.900] This sheriff came to their assistance and said that you will no longer be [01:05:09.900 --> 01:05:18.020] attempting to perform these unwarranted and unauthorized inspections of these [01:05:18.020 --> 01:05:22.860] farms without a warrant from a local judge based on probable cause. [01:05:23.060 --> 01:05:26.980] If you do so, you will be arrested or removed. [01:05:27.820 --> 01:05:34.220] We need to get a hold of these sheriffs that are standing up on this project of [01:05:34.220 --> 01:05:36.740] Richard Max, which is the county sheriff project. [01:05:36.740 --> 01:05:40.580] This is this is sheriff Mac that's getting these guys in on this. [01:05:40.900 --> 01:05:46.100] We need to let them know that we support what they're doing, not just in their [01:05:46.100 --> 01:05:48.540] own state, but from every state. [01:05:49.900 --> 01:05:53.020] Let them know what they're doing is appreciated. [01:05:53.460 --> 01:05:56.100] That way they don't feel like it's for nothing. [01:05:57.300 --> 01:06:00.380] So please find out where to get in touch with them. [01:06:00.380 --> 01:06:06.140] Sheriff of Elkhart County, Indiana, Brad Rogers, and tell him how proud you are of [01:06:06.140 --> 01:06:09.660] him of him standing up to these FDA crooks. [01:06:10.020 --> 01:06:11.780] All right, Hondo, thanks for calling in. [01:06:11.780 --> 01:06:12.660] What can we do for you? [01:06:14.020 --> 01:06:16.380] Yeah, that's some good news there. [01:06:16.380 --> 01:06:17.340] I've heard about that. [01:06:18.380 --> 01:06:25.740] That sheriff, something else I want to say is, you know, I'm sorry, you guys have [01:06:25.740 --> 01:06:29.500] to put up with all the people that are complaining about this and that and the [01:06:29.500 --> 01:06:34.220] other, but you do have to respond to them and don't real worry. [01:06:35.340 --> 01:06:41.380] There's just a lot of people out there that don't understand, but the situation [01:06:41.900 --> 01:06:50.740] that I'm facing here locally, I had, I received a citation for driving with [01:06:50.740 --> 01:06:54.860] an invalid license and seatbelt. [01:06:54.860 --> 01:07:01.820] And when I went down, I just filed an affidavit or a notice of appearance. [01:07:01.820 --> 01:07:02.620] That's why I called it. [01:07:02.620 --> 01:07:07.780] I just, because if you just go down and appear and don't do anything, then they'll [01:07:07.780 --> 01:07:08.980] issue a warrant and arrest you. [01:07:08.980 --> 01:07:13.060] So I started doing an affidavit of appearance where I have proof that I did appear. [01:07:13.420 --> 01:07:20.780] When I did that, they sent me a notice in the mail of a judge bench trial. [01:07:21.460 --> 01:07:22.660] I didn't get it in time. [01:07:22.660 --> 01:07:29.940] I didn't get it in time, went down and, you know, tried to force the judge to look [01:07:29.940 --> 01:07:33.140] at my motion right away, because this was on a Friday, they were going to try to do [01:07:33.140 --> 01:07:34.340] my trial on Monday. [01:07:34.980 --> 01:07:39.500] And anyway, ended up making them mad, almost got arrested. [01:07:39.500 --> 01:07:45.580] But when it all came down to it, they found, they saw my motion and did postpone [01:07:45.580 --> 01:07:46.100] the trial. [01:07:47.260 --> 01:07:51.420] And they said, but you do have to come Monday because we're going to have a hearing [01:07:51.420 --> 01:07:52.900] on this continuance. [01:07:53.420 --> 01:08:00.100] I said, all right, so I show up on Monday for the continuance hearing. [01:08:00.820 --> 01:08:06.300] And when I got there, the judge wasn't in the courtroom. [01:08:06.660 --> 01:08:12.380] It was just me, the constable, the arresting officer, and the deputy constable, [01:08:12.900 --> 01:08:15.500] and the prosecuting attorney. [01:08:15.500 --> 01:08:20.980] And the prosecutor, one of my arguments in the continuance was that I hadn't [01:08:20.980 --> 01:08:22.580] received a notice of a complaint. [01:08:22.580 --> 01:08:25.620] So she walked over there and she said it on the table where I was. [01:08:25.620 --> 01:08:28.740] And she said, you're right, you are entitled to notice and here's your [01:08:28.740 --> 01:08:29.340] notice. [01:08:29.940 --> 01:08:31.940] And I said, okay. [01:08:31.940 --> 01:08:35.380] And she said, the judge is going to grant your motion for continuance. [01:08:35.940 --> 01:08:41.780] And she said, why are you, why do you want to try out for this? [01:08:41.780 --> 01:08:44.900] And I said, well, it's my right to have a trial. [01:08:44.900 --> 01:08:48.500] You know, why I didn't really understand the question. [01:08:48.500 --> 01:08:52.300] And she said, well, were you or weren't you driving with an invalid license? [01:08:52.700 --> 01:08:57.020] And I said, well, you know, I'm not, I'm not going to answer that question. [01:08:57.020 --> 01:09:00.980] You know, that's why we're going to have a trial and we're going to, you know, [01:09:00.980 --> 01:09:01.860] we'll find out. [01:09:02.180 --> 01:09:07.180] And she said, if you kept asking me questions, I said, look, I'm not going [01:09:07.180 --> 01:09:13.140] to convey to you any of my arguments that I'm going to bring up in court. [01:09:13.540 --> 01:09:16.980] That's what you're trying to do is find out what my argument is, then you're [01:09:16.980 --> 01:09:17.780] wasting your time. [01:09:18.300 --> 01:09:21.580] And I said, you just have to wait till the trial. [01:09:22.500 --> 01:09:25.180] Anyway, she said, how'd you get here today? [01:09:26.180 --> 01:09:32.540] And right then I thought, oh my gosh, you know, and I said, well, what do you [01:09:32.540 --> 01:09:33.060] mean? [01:09:33.060 --> 01:09:34.540] She said, well, how'd you get here? [01:09:34.540 --> 01:09:40.460] And I said, well, I travel and anyway, they, you know, I'm all around. [01:09:40.460 --> 01:09:43.660] And eventually I never did act tell them that I drove. [01:09:43.980 --> 01:09:46.260] They just arrested me and threw me in jail right there. [01:09:46.820 --> 01:09:51.260] And anyway, what did they arrest you for? [01:09:51.780 --> 01:09:55.500] For driving with an invalid license, but they never saw you do it. [01:09:56.220 --> 01:09:57.900] No, and I never admitted to it. [01:09:58.220 --> 01:10:02.820] And here's the thing when they, they, they spun me around and I said, well, [01:10:02.820 --> 01:10:06.860] they, they, they spun me around the gospel and the original arrest. [01:10:06.860 --> 01:10:08.940] Who, who filed the complaint? [01:10:10.420 --> 01:10:11.140] Which complaint? [01:10:11.540 --> 01:10:15.300] The one they just threw you in jail for, you said, who made the complaint that [01:10:15.300 --> 01:10:17.620] you were driving without a valid license? [01:10:18.060 --> 01:10:19.220] Oh, there was no complaint. [01:10:19.220 --> 01:10:22.380] They arrested me for driving up there to the pretrial without. [01:10:22.380 --> 01:10:23.620] Yeah, I understand that. [01:10:24.220 --> 01:10:27.940] But the thing is, is they were required to take you in front of a magistrate and [01:10:27.940 --> 01:10:30.180] somebody executed complaint. [01:10:30.420 --> 01:10:31.220] Who did that? [01:10:31.220 --> 01:10:31.780] Nobody. [01:10:32.260 --> 01:10:32.660] Congratulations. [01:10:32.660 --> 01:10:33.860] You have another lawsuit. [01:10:33.860 --> 01:10:38.900] Have you looked in, have you looked in the file for this arrest, for this new [01:10:38.900 --> 01:10:42.740] charge to see who, where it took it a copy of the complaint? [01:10:43.700 --> 01:10:49.540] No, I haven't gone back up there and, um, well, I would have told them when [01:10:49.540 --> 01:10:50.820] they asked me, how'd you get here? [01:10:50.820 --> 01:10:52.180] I'd say it's none of your business. [01:10:52.500 --> 01:10:54.020] I don't have to tell you anything. [01:10:54.020 --> 01:10:55.860] That's what I should have said. [01:10:55.860 --> 01:11:01.620] That's what I should have said and, you know, any evidence that they collected at [01:11:01.620 --> 01:11:06.980] that point from me, even if I had admitted to driving, it wouldn't be admissible [01:11:06.980 --> 01:11:08.660] and important because I read the rules of evidence. [01:11:09.300 --> 01:11:12.340] They have to provide warnings before they can ask me questions. [01:11:12.340 --> 01:11:14.100] Ask me, you know, this and this and that. [01:11:14.100 --> 01:11:19.380] But anyway, um, so yeah, that's what happened. [01:11:19.380 --> 01:11:25.860] They threw me in jail and they proceeded to haul me all over Texas, uh, to the different, [01:11:25.860 --> 01:11:30.660] uh, so-called warrants that I have anyway, but they only hauled me to one, but they [01:11:30.660 --> 01:11:34.420] wanted to haul me all over, but luckily the sheriff wouldn't let them. [01:11:34.420 --> 01:11:36.580] They said, the sheriff said, no, we don't have the time. [01:11:36.580 --> 01:11:37.620] We don't need to be doing that. [01:11:37.620 --> 01:11:41.220] Just take him to the next county and then let him go. [01:11:41.220 --> 01:11:42.980] You had warrants in other counties? [01:11:44.420 --> 01:11:48.500] Yes, ma'am, for failure to appear, which I... [01:11:48.500 --> 01:11:51.380] Well, are you sure that that's not the reason that they arrested you? [01:11:51.380 --> 01:11:52.900] Is because you already had warrants? [01:11:53.620 --> 01:11:54.580] No, they didn't. [01:11:54.580 --> 01:12:03.220] In fact, when we got to the jail, um, the officer, he was sitting down filling out [01:12:03.220 --> 01:12:07.780] some paperwork at the desk where they do fingerprints and stuff and he said, [01:12:08.900 --> 01:12:13.140] he said, did you know you have a warrant in this town? [01:12:13.140 --> 01:12:16.580] And I said, well, no, I don't know, but you know, it doesn't surprise me. [01:12:16.580 --> 01:12:20.980] It's a failure to appear to another bogus thing, and I won't get into that. [01:12:20.980 --> 01:12:26.340] But anyway, he said, I asked them four times this morning if you had any warrants, [01:12:26.340 --> 01:12:27.620] and they said you didn't. [01:12:27.620 --> 01:12:29.140] And I get you in here and you do. [01:12:30.020 --> 01:12:34.500] And, um, so, I mean, they were looking for a reason to arrest me from the get-go, [01:12:34.500 --> 01:12:37.940] but they didn't find any warrants for whatever reason. [01:12:37.940 --> 01:12:43.700] And so they specifically arrested me for driving up there with an involved license. [01:12:43.700 --> 01:12:48.660] And how do you know that that's what the charge is if you haven't seen the complaint? [01:12:48.660 --> 01:12:50.260] Because that's what told me. [01:12:50.260 --> 01:12:51.220] Okay, okay. [01:12:51.220 --> 01:12:58.340] Well, you need to get a copy of everything that's in the file over this arrest and get [01:12:58.340 --> 01:13:03.860] the cause number and get a copy of everything and see what it says on the complaint. [01:13:03.860 --> 01:13:10.180] See who filed the complaint, who signed it, who swore to it under penalty of perjury. [01:13:10.180 --> 01:13:17.700] Because nobody can file that complaint without committing perjury because nobody saw you do it. [01:13:18.740 --> 01:13:19.460] Right. [01:13:19.460 --> 01:13:19.940] Okay. [01:13:19.940 --> 01:13:24.660] And that's, those are, those are grounds for criminal charges in front of the grand jury [01:13:24.660 --> 01:13:25.940] and also a lawsuit. [01:13:26.820 --> 01:13:27.700] Go ahead, Eddie. [01:13:27.700 --> 01:13:30.100] But, but, but Hondo, you've got to get that file. [01:13:30.100 --> 01:13:31.380] You've got to get a copy of the file. [01:13:31.380 --> 01:13:31.940] Go ahead, Eddie. [01:13:32.580 --> 01:13:34.660] Yeah, I was going to say, I'm all this stuff. [01:13:34.660 --> 01:13:38.180] I'm pretty sure Hondo's from me because he's been fighting these now since the original [01:13:38.180 --> 01:13:41.060] seminar, he's been doing this on pretty much a weekly basis. [01:13:42.180 --> 01:13:49.220] But yeah, what she said and just, of course, you know all that as well, but I would start [01:13:49.220 --> 01:13:52.420] with filing criminal complaints against everybody that was in the courtroom that day. [01:13:54.180 --> 01:13:54.820] Everybody. [01:13:55.380 --> 01:14:01.460] Because whoever signs that complaint is committing aggravated perjury because no one [01:14:01.460 --> 01:14:05.060] complained of and no one had knowledge of any such act. [01:14:05.860 --> 01:14:06.500] Right. [01:14:06.500 --> 01:14:13.540] Whoever makes that complaint is a bald faced liar and you need to call them on it. [01:14:14.500 --> 01:14:15.220] Okay. [01:14:15.220 --> 01:14:18.980] And whenever they were marching me out of there, you know, I said, [01:14:19.780 --> 01:14:21.140] why aren't you taking me to magistrate? [01:14:21.140 --> 01:14:22.740] You're required to take me to magistrate. [01:14:22.740 --> 01:14:27.300] Oh, actually, I said, you know, you know, they always tell me I've been told this 100 [01:14:27.300 --> 01:14:31.940] times and it's, they said, the only thing we don't, we can't arrest you for is open [01:14:31.940 --> 01:14:33.300] container and speeding anything else. [01:14:33.300 --> 01:14:34.500] We can take you to jail. [01:14:34.500 --> 01:14:35.860] I'm like, okay, great. [01:14:35.860 --> 01:14:38.420] Well, no, again, they're wrong, but still. [01:14:39.460 --> 01:14:40.420] Well, yeah. [01:14:40.420 --> 01:14:42.020] And that's what he was telling me. [01:14:42.020 --> 01:14:43.300] I said, why are you taking me to jail? [01:14:43.300 --> 01:14:44.340] Take me to the magistrate. [01:14:44.340 --> 01:14:49.620] We left the courtroom where the magistrate was and they took me to jail rather. [01:14:49.620 --> 01:14:51.460] I mean, it's not like they had to go out of their way. [01:14:51.460 --> 01:14:55.860] Yeah, you got aggravated assault and aggravated kidnapping charges against these officers [01:14:55.860 --> 01:15:00.180] and you've got the county attorney for aiding and abetting and colluding to make it happen. [01:15:00.980 --> 01:15:04.260] That's criminal conspiracy and organized criminal activity right there. [01:15:04.260 --> 01:15:06.020] Okay. [01:15:08.020 --> 01:15:11.060] Now, the next thing is the surcharges. [01:15:11.060 --> 01:15:17.940] I've got convictions here and there for different things that I didn't have time [01:15:18.500 --> 01:15:22.420] or they were too far away or whatever to fight, so I just paid them. [01:15:22.420 --> 01:15:26.260] And well, I've since found out that now that comes with surcharges. [01:15:26.260 --> 01:15:26.980] Yeah, exactly. [01:15:27.620 --> 01:15:33.220] And my license, I just got a letter in the mail the other day that my license is suspended for [01:15:33.220 --> 01:15:34.820] a year and there's nothing I can do about it. [01:15:35.380 --> 01:15:37.940] And the only thing I can do is get an occupational license. [01:15:39.380 --> 01:15:44.180] And the reason is, is because I drove with an invalid license. [01:15:44.180 --> 01:15:53.060] If you have any traffic related conviction where your license was suspended during that time, [01:15:53.060 --> 01:15:55.700] it doesn't have to be specifically that charge. [01:15:55.700 --> 01:15:59.940] If you were driving with an invalid license, get a speeding ticket and you just pay the ticket [01:15:59.940 --> 01:16:04.180] to a conviction, then they suspend your license because that there is their proof [01:16:04.180 --> 01:16:07.620] that you were in fact driving with the invalid license. [01:16:07.620 --> 01:16:08.820] Anyway, so that's what happened. [01:16:08.820 --> 01:16:14.420] My license is now suspended for a year and I have to get an occupational. [01:16:15.140 --> 01:16:23.380] Now, I understand that the driver's license is something that we don't have to have or [01:16:23.380 --> 01:16:27.620] anything else, but in order for me to stay out of jail down here, I've got to have one. [01:16:27.620 --> 01:16:30.020] And well, that ain't necessarily true. [01:16:30.660 --> 01:16:35.460] If you want to stay out of jail down there, sue somebody so badly they'll never recover, [01:16:36.180 --> 01:16:40.580] then the rest of them will stay as far away from you as a 30-06 gunshot of people. [01:16:41.780 --> 01:16:46.180] Well, that's true in the process of that, though, in order to go to... [01:16:46.180 --> 01:16:48.020] Well, hang on just a second, Hondo, we're going to go to break. [01:16:48.020 --> 01:16:49.700] Just hold that thought and we'll pick it back up. [01:16:49.700 --> 01:16:51.620] All right, folks, this is rule of law radio. [01:19:11.700 --> 01:19:13.460] All right, folks, we are back. [01:19:13.460 --> 01:19:15.540] We're going to finish up now with Hondo. [01:19:17.140 --> 01:19:18.420] All right, Hondo, go ahead. [01:19:18.420 --> 01:19:30.420] Um, well, that's what I want to complete in this, uh, call that is how to, [01:19:30.420 --> 01:19:32.340] what's the best way to go about Zoom? [01:19:32.340 --> 01:19:33.860] Is it to find a good attorney? [01:19:34.420 --> 01:19:40.020] No, no, the best way to Zoom is a federal lawsuit deprivation of rights. [01:19:40.020 --> 01:19:42.580] But in order to make that stick, [01:19:42.580 --> 01:19:46.100] you have got to stand your ground on the transportation issue. [01:19:46.100 --> 01:19:48.660] You're not in transportation. [01:19:49.700 --> 01:19:54.980] If you stay on that and you don't act we as to what they do, [01:19:55.700 --> 01:20:00.660] then they are required to show that you're engaging in the activity the law applies to. [01:20:02.420 --> 01:20:06.260] What they are starting to do is they're trying to say transportation simply means [01:20:06.260 --> 01:20:07.940] any movement on the roads. [01:20:07.940 --> 01:20:08.900] That's not true. [01:20:11.140 --> 01:20:15.060] Transportation is defined by the United States Supreme Court [01:20:15.060 --> 01:20:20.020] as the movement of persons or property by a carrier. [01:20:22.100 --> 01:20:27.620] They also define carrier as either a public carrier or private carrier. [01:20:27.620 --> 01:20:31.380] The public carrier also being known as a common carrier, okay, [01:20:32.100 --> 01:20:41.940] as one engaged in the business of transporting persons or property for compensation or higher. [01:20:41.940 --> 01:20:45.540] None of these are activities you're engaging in. [01:20:48.820 --> 01:20:52.820] So that being the case, not in transportation. [01:20:53.460 --> 01:20:55.860] It's not the argument of the right to travel. [01:20:56.500 --> 01:20:57.860] It's none of that. [01:20:57.860 --> 01:21:01.220] It is, they are insisting I'm in transportation. [01:21:01.220 --> 01:21:04.020] I am insisting I'm not in transportation. [01:21:04.020 --> 01:21:08.500] They've never produced one shred of evidence I was engaging in transportation. [01:21:08.500 --> 01:21:12.980] Yet they're trying to use those laws against me as if I'm acting in a commercial capacity. [01:21:14.820 --> 01:21:19.380] And in doing that, they are depriving you of protected rights, [01:21:19.380 --> 01:21:22.740] the right to your liberty, the right to the use of your property, [01:21:22.740 --> 01:21:26.660] the right to locomotion and so on and so forth. [01:21:30.500 --> 01:21:30.740] Okay. [01:21:31.860 --> 01:21:34.100] But you're going to have to sue them in the Fed. [01:21:34.100 --> 01:21:35.780] You're not going to get them in the state. [01:21:35.780 --> 01:21:36.900] They protect each other. [01:21:36.900 --> 01:21:38.340] Okay. [01:21:40.340 --> 01:21:40.900] Sounds good. [01:21:40.900 --> 01:21:43.220] Well, that's about all I have. [01:21:43.860 --> 01:21:49.220] One thing I do want to say is that the constable is the one who transported me over to the next [01:21:49.220 --> 01:21:56.020] county and, you know, the warrant says to bring the person to me, the magistrate, [01:21:56.020 --> 01:21:57.540] and he did in fact do that. [01:21:57.540 --> 01:22:02.980] And I told him, I said, you know, I've been hauled around and arrested more than once. [01:22:02.980 --> 01:22:09.060] And no one ever does what the warrant says and takes me to the judge who issued the warrant. [01:22:09.060 --> 01:22:10.500] And he said, well, that's what it says. [01:22:10.500 --> 01:22:11.540] It's what we're supposed to do. [01:22:11.540 --> 01:22:14.340] And I said, well, I want to tell you that I appreciate you doing that. [01:22:15.140 --> 01:22:21.380] And his deputy said, well, most of the time, you know, he's not available. [01:22:21.380 --> 01:22:25.540] And I said, well, how do you know if he's available if you never even try to contact him? [01:22:25.540 --> 01:22:33.060] And, you know, so that's one good thing that came out of all that. [01:22:34.500 --> 01:22:34.820] Yeah. [01:22:34.820 --> 01:22:35.780] Well, good. [01:22:35.780 --> 01:22:38.740] It's nice when you get one that'll do something he's supposed to do. [01:22:40.420 --> 01:22:43.620] But regardless, that's not going to take him out of harm's way. [01:22:44.500 --> 01:22:44.740] No. [01:22:45.700 --> 01:22:46.500] Okay. [01:22:46.500 --> 01:22:47.460] That's the problem. [01:22:48.660 --> 01:22:49.220] Poor guy. [01:22:49.220 --> 01:22:59.940] I'll let y'all get down the road, appreciate all y'all's help, and we'll talk to y'all soon. [01:22:59.940 --> 01:23:00.260] Thanks. [01:23:00.260 --> 01:23:00.580] All right. [01:23:00.580 --> 01:23:01.700] Thanks for going in, Hondo. [01:23:03.060 --> 01:23:04.100] All right. [01:23:04.100 --> 01:23:06.820] Now we have Phil in Texas. [01:23:06.820 --> 01:23:08.100] Phil, what can we do for you? [01:23:08.980 --> 01:23:14.420] I got a ticket for a code violation on a piece of property that's not in my name, [01:23:14.420 --> 01:23:20.900] it's in a trust, it was sent to my personal house and not to the place where the tax records are. [01:23:21.780 --> 01:23:32.740] As far as I know, my name is not on the record anywhere that would show that I owned the property. [01:23:32.740 --> 01:23:37.780] I'll have a portion of ownership or whatever you would say. [01:23:37.780 --> 01:23:44.660] And they sent me the ticket to my house and I'm just curious how it came to this. [01:23:45.700 --> 01:23:48.820] You say that you have a portion of ownership in the property? [01:23:49.380 --> 01:23:49.700] Yes. [01:23:50.980 --> 01:23:51.220] Okay. [01:23:51.220 --> 01:23:53.540] How can you do that if it's in the name of a trust? [01:23:55.700 --> 01:24:00.660] Well, I'm just, well, I guess you could say I don't trust owners. [01:24:01.860 --> 01:24:02.340] Okay. [01:24:02.340 --> 01:24:10.260] If the trust owns it, are you a beneficiary of the trust or are you the person that manages it, trustee? [01:24:10.260 --> 01:24:11.460] I don't really manage it. [01:24:11.460 --> 01:24:12.020] No, I don't. [01:24:12.660 --> 01:24:15.700] Phil, can you get a more quick, to a more quiet location? [01:24:15.700 --> 01:24:18.420] There's a lot of noise and we can hardly understand what you're saying. [01:24:19.700 --> 01:24:21.460] Right at this time, no, I can. [01:24:22.340 --> 01:24:23.940] Just for right about now. [01:24:23.940 --> 01:24:24.660] Okay. [01:24:24.660 --> 01:24:29.940] Well, we're going to have to go back to your call because the background noise is so loud [01:24:29.940 --> 01:24:33.540] that it's to the point that even it's drowning out Eddie and myself. [01:24:34.100 --> 01:24:34.420] Okay. [01:24:35.220 --> 01:24:35.540] Okay. [01:24:35.540 --> 01:24:38.660] I'll just check back with you all later in the week. [01:24:38.660 --> 01:24:39.060] Okay. [01:24:39.060 --> 01:24:39.460] All right. [01:24:39.460 --> 01:24:39.940] Thank you. [01:24:40.500 --> 01:24:40.740] Thank you. [01:24:40.740 --> 01:24:41.300] Okay, bye. [01:24:42.020 --> 01:24:45.540] I'm sorry, folks, but it's just we can hardly understand what he's saying and there's just [01:24:45.540 --> 01:24:48.020] way too much noise to have an interactive conversation. [01:24:50.340 --> 01:24:52.580] Yeah, I'll just comment briefly on the trust issue. [01:24:53.300 --> 01:24:58.340] You can't, if a trust owns the property, then the trust owns the property. [01:24:58.340 --> 01:25:01.300] It's like, if I own a piece of property, nobody else owns it unless, [01:25:02.020 --> 01:25:09.060] the only way you can have partial ownership in a piece of property is, Eddie? [01:25:10.100 --> 01:25:10.900] Yeah, I'm here, sorry. [01:25:11.540 --> 01:25:12.100] Okay. [01:25:13.620 --> 01:25:14.100] All right. [01:25:14.100 --> 01:25:14.820] Sorry, folks. [01:25:14.820 --> 01:25:15.060] Yeah. [01:25:15.060 --> 01:25:20.580] The only way you can have partial ownership in a piece of property along with the trust is if [01:25:20.580 --> 01:25:23.380] your name is on the deed also along with the trust. [01:25:23.380 --> 01:25:26.980] But you just, so we need to find out more about this situation. [01:25:26.980 --> 01:25:31.860] But the only way you can co-own real estate or other property with somebody is if [01:25:32.660 --> 01:25:35.780] both entities, both parties have their name on the deed. [01:25:35.780 --> 01:25:36.100] Okay. [01:25:36.100 --> 01:25:38.660] We are going now to Lynn in Texas. [01:25:39.460 --> 01:25:40.820] Lynn, thank you for holding. [01:25:40.820 --> 01:25:42.820] What is your question or comment for us tonight? [01:25:43.780 --> 01:25:45.940] Hi, is my, am I coming through clear? [01:25:46.660 --> 01:25:47.540] Yes, you are. [01:25:47.540 --> 01:25:48.740] Are you on Skype, Lynn? [01:25:49.460 --> 01:25:50.100] Yes, I am. [01:25:50.100 --> 01:25:54.020] Can you please turn down your mic volume because you're really, really loud. [01:25:54.020 --> 01:25:57.220] I ask that folks please don't call in on Skype if possible. [01:25:58.340 --> 01:25:58.820] I'm sorry. [01:25:58.820 --> 01:26:00.020] My cell phone is dead. [01:26:00.020 --> 01:26:00.500] That's fine. [01:26:00.500 --> 01:26:00.900] Okay. [01:26:00.900 --> 01:26:01.140] Yeah. [01:26:01.140 --> 01:26:06.580] I do have a lot of compressors and multi-band processing going on on the phone channels. [01:26:06.580 --> 01:26:12.260] But when somebody calls in on Skype, it kind of, you know, I can't push the volume down as much. [01:26:12.260 --> 01:26:12.900] So. [01:26:12.900 --> 01:26:13.140] Okay. [01:26:13.140 --> 01:26:13.940] What about now? [01:26:13.940 --> 01:26:14.500] That's better. [01:26:14.500 --> 01:26:14.900] Thank you. [01:26:15.460 --> 01:26:16.900] Well, what is your question for us? [01:26:17.620 --> 01:26:18.260] A couple of them. [01:26:19.460 --> 01:26:21.700] Recently sent off for your course actually today. [01:26:22.340 --> 01:26:22.740] Thank you. [01:26:22.740 --> 01:26:25.460] I've just taken the jurisdictionary course. [01:26:25.460 --> 01:26:26.740] I'm still in the process of that. [01:26:28.900 --> 01:26:30.900] And I would like to see if I could offer help. [01:26:32.260 --> 01:26:34.660] I used to be a paralegal for eight years for my wife. [01:26:36.420 --> 01:26:42.180] So, and I heard saying earlier that you possibly needed someone to do some data entry. [01:26:44.260 --> 01:26:45.780] No, I don't need any data entry. [01:26:46.340 --> 01:26:48.100] Or, well, not data entry. [01:26:48.100 --> 01:26:49.380] It's not data entry. [01:26:49.380 --> 01:26:51.780] It's document rewrite and. [01:26:51.780 --> 01:26:54.340] Document the archives. [01:26:54.900 --> 01:27:00.260] If you want to listen to the shows and post archive descriptions as comments, [01:27:00.260 --> 01:27:04.260] that would be great because we don't know nobody is doing that right now. [01:27:04.260 --> 01:27:09.700] But and you can do that by going to the archive page on ruleoflawradio.com. [01:27:09.700 --> 01:27:13.540] There's not a link to the archives yet on the logos radio network site. [01:27:13.540 --> 01:27:17.140] But if you go to the archives page on ruleoflawradio.com, [01:27:17.140 --> 01:27:22.900] you can sign up to become a subscriber, a member of that WordPress page. [01:27:22.900 --> 01:27:26.660] And then you can post comments, post archive descriptions. [01:27:26.660 --> 01:27:30.260] Are you referring perhaps to the stuff that I was talking about earlier? [01:27:31.140 --> 01:27:32.020] Yes, yes, I am. [01:27:32.580 --> 01:27:33.940] Okay. Yeah. [01:27:33.940 --> 01:27:38.980] What is going on there is that the document templates that we use in the traffic seminar [01:27:38.980 --> 01:27:42.900] material, I just need somebody that is proficient in the use of word. [01:27:42.900 --> 01:27:46.660] I am trying to get all of the individual documents standardized [01:27:46.660 --> 01:27:51.060] so that they all have the same style header, certificates of service, [01:27:51.060 --> 01:27:55.460] the appropriate type of order, all of the matching text on those items, [01:27:56.500 --> 01:28:01.460] the revision box numbers that I've got set in the headers up in the top, [01:28:01.460 --> 01:28:05.620] and the proper names and page numbers on the bottom and so on and so forth. [01:28:05.620 --> 01:28:10.180] It's basically setting up a style template to put the actual documents in [01:28:10.980 --> 01:28:14.580] that is consistent with the document that's been generated. [01:28:14.580 --> 01:28:18.580] So, I'm going through and revamping all the documents to do that. [01:28:18.580 --> 01:28:24.740] Plus, we also have on the other side the requirements to make PowerPoint presentations and such, [01:28:24.740 --> 01:28:31.060] but again, unless you're intimately familiar with the legal presentation [01:28:31.060 --> 01:28:33.060] and arguments of the stuff that I'm doing, [01:28:33.700 --> 01:28:37.060] that's still probably going to sit squarely on my shoulders all the time. [01:28:37.940 --> 01:28:42.340] I'm not asking anyone else to try to write the legal documents themselves. [01:28:42.340 --> 01:28:46.660] I just need somebody that can get the template structure correct [01:28:46.660 --> 01:28:51.380] for each of the documents so that I don't have to worry about the little minute portions [01:28:51.380 --> 01:28:53.060] that I'm having to go back and revamp now. [01:28:55.300 --> 01:28:59.700] Well, I don't know if y'all can help, but I'm glad to do anything to help y'all. [01:29:00.900 --> 01:29:02.900] Okay, well, we appreciate the offer, Lynn. [01:29:02.900 --> 01:29:03.700] Thank you for calling in. [01:29:03.700 --> 01:29:06.180] Well, Lynn, I need help with screening calls. [01:29:06.820 --> 01:29:09.300] I've got two volunteer call screeners right now, [01:29:09.300 --> 01:29:12.500] but they are so busy with other things going on in their lives [01:29:12.500 --> 01:29:14.420] that they can't make it on a regular basis. [01:29:14.420 --> 01:29:19.540] And it's just about impossible for me to talk on the air and screen calls at the same time. [01:29:19.540 --> 01:29:22.900] It really, really is extremely difficult. [01:29:22.900 --> 01:29:26.900] And then people try to talk to me on the call screen or phone when I'm screening calls [01:29:26.900 --> 01:29:29.300] and I have to tell people, look, I'm sorry, I can't talk to you. [01:29:29.300 --> 01:29:30.420] I'm supposed to be on the air right now. [01:29:30.420 --> 01:29:31.780] I don't have time, you know? [01:29:31.780 --> 01:29:34.660] And so it's a real issue. [01:29:34.660 --> 01:29:38.180] So if you want to help me screen calls, send me an email [01:29:38.180 --> 01:29:39.540] and then we can have a discussion about that. [01:29:39.540 --> 01:29:40.020] Okay, Lynn? [01:29:40.740 --> 01:29:42.180] Okay, and what's your email? [01:29:43.060 --> 01:29:44.580] Go to the website for the contact. [01:29:44.580 --> 01:29:46.820] It's deborah at ruleoflawradio.com. [01:29:47.540 --> 01:29:49.620] Okay, so I also, go ahead. [01:29:49.620 --> 01:29:50.580] Okay, all right. [01:29:50.580 --> 01:29:51.780] Do you need anything? [01:29:51.780 --> 01:29:52.420] Have anything else? [01:29:52.420 --> 01:29:53.380] Because we're about to go to break. [01:29:54.660 --> 01:29:55.300] Okay, all right. [01:29:55.300 --> 01:30:21.300] We'll be right back, folks. [01:30:25.300 --> 01:30:26.420] What is being hidden from us? [01:30:26.420 --> 01:30:56.020] For more information, please go to okcbombingtruth.com. [01:30:56.020 --> 01:30:57.540] So protect your rights. [01:30:57.540 --> 01:31:01.300] Say no to surveillance and keep your information to yourself. [01:31:01.300 --> 01:31:03.780] Privacy, it's worth hanging on to. [01:31:03.780 --> 01:31:07.380] This public service announcement is brought to you by startpage.com, [01:31:07.380 --> 01:31:11.460] the private search engine alternative to Google, Yahoo, and Bing. [01:31:11.460 --> 01:31:13.380] Start over with Start Page. [01:31:14.820 --> 01:31:18.900] Believe it or not, kindergarten and first grade students are now required by law [01:31:18.900 --> 01:31:21.540] to participate in monthly terrorism drills, [01:31:21.540 --> 01:31:26.740] including active shooter lockdowns, bomb threats, and evacuation exercises. [01:31:26.740 --> 01:31:29.460] Active shooter lockdowns in kindergarten? [01:31:29.460 --> 01:31:33.700] Do we really need mock SWAT teams traumatizing a generation of youngsters? [01:31:33.700 --> 01:31:36.820] If anything, these drills will just give terrorists a blueprint [01:31:36.820 --> 01:31:39.460] to increase casualties and plot their escape. [01:31:39.460 --> 01:31:42.100] Scaring kids into seeing terrorists under every rock [01:31:42.100 --> 01:31:44.660] is a bad psychological move for our nation, [01:31:44.660 --> 01:31:48.820] but it doesn't share funding for the wasteful liberty stealing war on terror. [01:31:48.820 --> 01:31:53.940] It also guarantees that our kids will grow up into fear subdued, compliant adults. [01:31:53.940 --> 01:31:55.220] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht. [01:31:55.220 --> 01:32:20.020] More news and information at CatherineAlbrecht.com. [01:32:20.020 --> 01:32:25.620] Okay, folks, we are back. Yes, we are. [01:32:25.620 --> 01:32:33.460] We are back and we are taking your calls 512-646-1984. [01:32:33.460 --> 01:32:36.100] We are speaking with Lynn in Texas. [01:32:36.100 --> 01:32:38.100] Lynn has a traffic ticket issue. [01:32:38.100 --> 01:32:39.540] Okay, Lynn, please go ahead. [01:32:40.820 --> 01:32:45.300] Yes, it was a motorcycle cop and I got it a couple weeks ago [01:32:45.300 --> 01:32:50.820] and my scheduled date is 1228-2011. [01:32:50.820 --> 01:32:52.740] Okay. 765. [01:32:52.740 --> 01:32:55.940] And so I'd like to know what to do to proceed to represent myself. [01:32:58.340 --> 01:32:59.460] Where are you located at? [01:33:00.500 --> 01:33:01.220] Liberty Hill. [01:33:02.100 --> 01:33:04.020] Liberty Hill. So you're in the Austin area? [01:33:04.020 --> 01:33:04.980] Williamson County. [01:33:05.700 --> 01:33:06.740] Williamson County. [01:33:06.740 --> 01:33:09.620] Okay, first thing is you need to be coming to the Sunday classes. [01:33:09.620 --> 01:33:11.380] You're going to get a lot more information in there [01:33:11.380 --> 01:33:12.820] than I'm going to be able to give you here. [01:33:12.820 --> 01:33:15.700] Okay, I'll do that this Sunday. [01:33:15.700 --> 01:33:18.100] Okay, there. From two to five, it braved new books. [01:33:18.100 --> 01:33:20.900] And from five to six, we're going over individual issues [01:33:20.900 --> 01:33:23.620] on how to deal with whatever is up with you. [01:33:24.660 --> 01:33:28.180] However, did they issue you, who wrote the ticket? [01:33:30.340 --> 01:33:31.860] Berber, V-E-R-V-E-R. [01:33:32.900 --> 01:33:34.900] What department is he with? [01:33:34.900 --> 01:33:35.620] What agency? [01:33:35.620 --> 01:33:41.140] Is he municipal, DPS, or county? [01:33:43.700 --> 01:33:45.780] I'm looking, where do I find that on the ticket? [01:33:45.780 --> 01:33:47.220] Where do you have to report? [01:33:51.060 --> 01:33:52.100] Austin Citation. [01:33:54.180 --> 01:33:55.700] It's an Austin Citation? [01:33:56.500 --> 01:33:57.380] Correct. [01:33:57.380 --> 01:33:59.460] Okay, that's what's in the top left-hand corner? [01:34:00.340 --> 01:34:01.060] Correct. [01:34:01.060 --> 01:34:04.260] And then you have a TR slash CM there with it, right? [01:34:04.260 --> 01:34:06.180] I'll have a TR selected. [01:34:06.180 --> 01:34:09.620] Okay, that is the same citation I have, [01:34:09.620 --> 01:34:13.060] and yours is just as invalid as mine for the same exact reasons. [01:34:13.060 --> 01:34:15.540] It does not comply with the statutory requisite [01:34:15.540 --> 01:34:18.500] of the 708.105 transportation code. [01:34:20.740 --> 01:34:22.980] Okay, so do I have enough time though? [01:34:24.180 --> 01:34:26.820] You got enough time, but, I mean, [01:34:26.820 --> 01:34:28.340] as far as getting stuff filed, [01:34:28.340 --> 01:34:30.260] we need to start doing that right away, [01:34:30.260 --> 01:34:31.940] but we're going to have to do that off air. [01:34:31.940 --> 01:34:37.380] Now, just FYI, if you do not yet have the seminar material, [01:34:37.380 --> 01:34:39.540] then the documents are $25 apiece [01:34:39.540 --> 01:34:40.660] that you're going to have to file. [01:34:41.700 --> 01:34:43.540] If you do have the seminar material, [01:34:43.540 --> 01:34:45.220] then it's an ounce of silver per hour [01:34:45.220 --> 01:34:46.820] for me to help you get everything done. [01:34:49.140 --> 01:34:54.500] Okay, I sent in today for the seminar. [01:34:55.220 --> 01:34:55.700] Okay. [01:34:55.700 --> 01:34:58.740] Was that the correct thing to order? [01:34:58.740 --> 01:35:04.100] Yes. Now, if you ordered it from the website? [01:35:04.900 --> 01:35:05.540] That's correct. [01:35:05.540 --> 01:35:08.340] Did you order it online or did you mail a check? [01:35:09.140 --> 01:35:11.220] I ordered it online through Paypal. [01:35:11.220 --> 01:35:13.380] Okay, yes. Yeah, I saw that today, [01:35:13.380 --> 01:35:14.740] and I'm sorry I've been so busy. [01:35:14.740 --> 01:35:16.420] I haven't had a chance to send you a login yet. [01:35:16.420 --> 01:35:18.260] I'll be sending you a login tonight. [01:35:18.260 --> 01:35:20.500] As soon as she sends you that login page, [01:35:20.500 --> 01:35:22.420] forward it to me so that I can send you [01:35:22.420 --> 01:35:24.020] the current document revisions. [01:35:24.020 --> 01:35:28.900] Okay, yes. I'm currently revamping that one on the citation. [01:35:28.900 --> 01:35:31.220] I found some additional things to add to it [01:35:32.020 --> 01:35:33.300] from case law and such. [01:35:33.860 --> 01:35:35.940] So, Wednesday or so, [01:35:35.940 --> 01:35:38.020] I should be able to get you the updated documents [01:35:38.020 --> 01:35:39.060] out with that in it, okay? [01:35:40.260 --> 01:35:41.380] Okay, great. Thank you. [01:35:41.940 --> 01:35:42.420] You're welcome. [01:35:43.620 --> 01:35:45.300] But anything above and beyond that, [01:35:45.300 --> 01:35:48.660] like I say, consultation is an ounce of silver an hour [01:35:48.660 --> 01:35:49.860] if you need help with your stuff. [01:35:50.900 --> 01:35:52.740] I spent an awful lot of time on the phone [01:35:52.740 --> 01:35:55.220] with people asking me to help them and help them and help them. [01:35:55.220 --> 01:35:58.100] Folks, the seminar is separate from my time. [01:35:58.820 --> 01:36:02.020] I've put 17 years of my life into that seminar. [01:36:02.020 --> 01:36:05.220] Everything I'm doing from this point forward is separate. [01:36:06.260 --> 01:36:08.420] Okay, I got deals to pay too. [01:36:08.420 --> 01:36:12.260] Yeah, I mean, Eddie can't spend all day long on the phone [01:36:12.820 --> 01:36:14.500] helping people for free. [01:36:14.500 --> 01:36:15.780] How would he live? [01:36:15.780 --> 01:36:18.180] He has to go to the grocery store too. [01:36:18.180 --> 01:36:20.980] I mean, we can't spend all of our time [01:36:20.980 --> 01:36:22.820] helping people for free. [01:36:22.820 --> 01:36:24.900] We just can't afford to do that. [01:36:24.900 --> 01:36:26.900] We're not independently wealthy. [01:36:26.900 --> 01:36:29.620] We do a radio show eight hours a week. [01:36:29.620 --> 01:36:32.180] We have dedicated eight hours a week of our time [01:36:32.180 --> 01:36:33.700] to help people for free on the air. [01:36:33.700 --> 01:36:35.860] But folks, we have to charge for time. [01:36:35.860 --> 01:36:37.220] We just have to. We don't have a choice. [01:36:39.620 --> 01:36:40.100] That's great. [01:36:40.100 --> 01:36:41.460] Was there anything else, Lynn? [01:36:41.460 --> 01:36:43.060] I'd like to, no, that's it. [01:36:43.060 --> 01:36:44.820] I'd like to help you in any way possible. [01:36:44.820 --> 01:36:46.020] So, I'm sending an email to [01:36:46.980 --> 01:36:48.420] Deborah at Rural Wall Radio. [01:36:48.420 --> 01:36:51.060] Yeah, and as soon as you do that [01:36:51.060 --> 01:36:52.500] and she replies back to you, [01:36:52.500 --> 01:36:53.460] if you placed an order, [01:36:53.460 --> 01:36:55.140] she's already got your email address. [01:36:55.140 --> 01:36:56.180] I already see the order. [01:36:56.180 --> 01:36:57.460] I saw it earlier this afternoon. [01:36:57.460 --> 01:36:59.620] I just haven't had a chance to send them a login yet. [01:36:59.620 --> 01:37:03.300] So, when she says that, send me forward it to me. [01:37:03.300 --> 01:37:07.060] It's eddedie at RuralWallRadio.com. [01:37:07.620 --> 01:37:08.660] I'll get the email. [01:37:08.660 --> 01:37:11.300] And as soon as I get these changes done to this document, [01:37:11.300 --> 01:37:14.580] which since I have to produce the same document for me, [01:37:14.580 --> 01:37:16.180] then the changes will be integrated [01:37:16.180 --> 01:37:18.820] and everybody else will see the changes when they're shipped [01:37:18.820 --> 01:37:20.020] out to you on the updates. [01:37:21.460 --> 01:37:22.740] But the first thing you do, [01:37:22.740 --> 01:37:24.820] and I'll tell everybody this again, [01:37:24.820 --> 01:37:26.340] when you get these documents, [01:37:26.340 --> 01:37:29.060] if you already have the seminar material, [01:37:29.060 --> 01:37:32.580] delete what is currently called the remedies folder. [01:37:33.140 --> 01:37:35.300] When you download updates, [01:37:35.300 --> 01:37:37.380] always delete the existing folder [01:37:37.380 --> 01:37:39.300] and replace it with the new one. [01:37:39.300 --> 01:37:42.260] That way we do not have revised documents [01:37:42.260 --> 01:37:44.420] coexisting with old documents. [01:37:44.420 --> 01:37:46.420] Okay? Always delete that. [01:37:46.420 --> 01:37:48.420] Right now, there's two folders. [01:37:48.420 --> 01:37:50.420] I'm trying to get them integrated into one, [01:37:50.420 --> 01:37:52.420] but since I'm having to spend all my time [01:37:52.420 --> 01:37:54.420] doing the little nitty-gritty details, [01:37:54.420 --> 01:37:56.420] as well as the rewrites, [01:37:56.420 --> 01:37:58.420] it's taken me a whole lot longer than I wanted it to, [01:37:58.420 --> 01:38:00.420] amongst all the other issues [01:38:00.420 --> 01:38:02.420] that have come my way the past two weeks. [01:38:02.420 --> 01:38:05.420] So, that's the kind of stuff I'm needing help with, Lynn. [01:38:05.420 --> 01:38:07.420] So, I appreciate the offer. [01:38:07.420 --> 01:38:10.420] Send me that email as soon as Deborah gets it to you. [01:38:10.420 --> 01:38:13.420] And around Wednesday, I should at least be able to get [01:38:13.420 --> 01:38:17.420] the small handful of documents you need first out to you. [01:38:17.420 --> 01:38:19.420] Thank you very much. [01:38:19.420 --> 01:38:21.420] You're very welcome. Thank you for calling in [01:38:21.420 --> 01:38:23.420] and for getting the seminar. We greatly appreciate it. [01:38:23.420 --> 01:38:25.420] That is how this network is living at the moment. [01:38:25.420 --> 01:38:28.420] Absolutely. We do appreciate it, Lynn. [01:38:28.420 --> 01:38:30.420] You got it. Good day. [01:38:30.420 --> 01:38:31.420] I think. [01:38:31.420 --> 01:38:33.420] Yes, folks, we do appreciate your support. [01:38:33.420 --> 01:38:34.420] We need your support. [01:38:34.420 --> 01:38:37.420] Please go to LogosRadioNetwork.com. [01:38:37.420 --> 01:38:39.420] I want to big up the new website again. [01:38:39.420 --> 01:38:41.420] I explained the other night, [01:38:41.420 --> 01:38:43.420] this past Thursday, [01:38:43.420 --> 01:38:46.420] the transition to the new network, [01:38:46.420 --> 01:38:49.420] LogosRadioNetwork.com. [01:38:49.420 --> 01:38:51.420] Many folks have wanted, for a long time, [01:38:51.420 --> 01:38:53.420] to be able to network with each other. [01:38:53.420 --> 01:38:55.420] The listeners want to network with each other [01:38:55.420 --> 01:38:57.420] to be able to help each other [01:38:57.420 --> 01:39:00.420] and to be able to better communicate with each other. [01:39:00.420 --> 01:39:02.420] We've got a chat room. [01:39:02.420 --> 01:39:04.420] We've got a wall. [01:39:04.420 --> 01:39:07.420] People can register to get a profile. [01:39:07.420 --> 01:39:09.420] You won't have your own wall on your own page. [01:39:09.420 --> 01:39:11.420] It's not like Facebook. [01:39:11.420 --> 01:39:13.420] It's a little bit different. [01:39:13.420 --> 01:39:15.420] There will be one wall, like a bulletin board, [01:39:15.420 --> 01:39:17.420] where people can post things. [01:39:17.420 --> 01:39:19.420] There's a chat room where people can chat with each other. [01:39:19.420 --> 01:39:21.420] You'll be able to chat with a host on the air. [01:39:21.420 --> 01:39:23.420] I may not be able to participate in the chat room [01:39:23.420 --> 01:39:25.420] that much while I'm on the air, [01:39:25.420 --> 01:39:28.420] because I have to do too many other things at the same time. [01:39:28.420 --> 01:39:30.420] But some of the other hosts may be able to. [01:39:30.420 --> 01:39:33.420] Eddie may be more able to monitor the chat room than me. [01:39:33.420 --> 01:39:36.420] As far as the other hosts are concerned, [01:39:36.420 --> 01:39:38.420] they'll be on the chat room. [01:39:38.420 --> 01:39:40.420] They'll be able to communicate with the chat room. [01:39:40.420 --> 01:39:43.420] And also, we'll have the forum up and going again [01:39:43.420 --> 01:39:45.420] in order to have the categories, [01:39:45.420 --> 01:39:48.420] the federal, civil, criminal, [01:39:48.420 --> 01:39:50.420] all these different categories, traffic tickets. [01:39:50.420 --> 01:39:52.420] We'll break it down by state [01:39:52.420 --> 01:40:00.420] so folks can communicate on the forum concerning different issues. [01:40:00.420 --> 01:40:02.420] That will be back in place. [01:40:02.420 --> 01:40:05.420] And again, folks, for those of you who were not here [01:40:05.420 --> 01:40:07.420] earlier in the show, [01:40:07.420 --> 01:40:11.420] because the stream seems to increase during the show, [01:40:11.420 --> 01:40:13.420] not everyone gets on right at the beginning, [01:40:13.420 --> 01:40:16.420] I am going to say this one more time. [01:40:16.420 --> 01:40:19.420] Just briefly, folks can go back and listen to the archives [01:40:19.420 --> 01:40:25.420] concerning the issue of needing some of people's personal information [01:40:25.420 --> 01:40:30.420] like their name, phone number, address, these sorts of things. [01:40:30.420 --> 01:40:32.420] We're going to have all that information anyway [01:40:32.420 --> 01:40:33.420] if you pay with PayPal. [01:40:33.420 --> 01:40:35.420] But we have to have that kind of information [01:40:35.420 --> 01:40:41.420] in order for folks to register to make posts on the Web site. [01:40:41.420 --> 01:40:46.420] We cannot allow anonymous posters on the Web site [01:40:46.420 --> 01:40:50.420] because I am ultimately responsible for everything [01:40:50.420 --> 01:40:52.420] that gets displayed on that Web site. [01:40:52.420 --> 01:40:58.420] And I do not have time to monitor an anonymous forum, [01:40:58.420 --> 01:41:00.420] a forum full of anonymous posters [01:41:00.420 --> 01:41:03.420] or chat room full of anonymous posters [01:41:03.420 --> 01:41:05.420] or the wall or any of these things. [01:41:05.420 --> 01:41:09.420] I do not have time to go over that on a daily basis [01:41:09.420 --> 01:41:11.420] or even several times a day to make sure [01:41:11.420 --> 01:41:14.420] that a CIA agent hasn't come in [01:41:14.420 --> 01:41:16.420] and posted a fake bomb threat [01:41:16.420 --> 01:41:18.420] or a fake threat on the president [01:41:18.420 --> 01:41:20.420] in order to shut me down [01:41:20.420 --> 01:41:22.420] and try to prosecute me criminally. [01:41:22.420 --> 01:41:25.420] So if people are going to be posting on the Web site, [01:41:25.420 --> 01:41:28.420] I have to know who you are in order to protect myself [01:41:28.420 --> 01:41:30.420] and to protect the network [01:41:30.420 --> 01:41:32.420] because we've come this far [01:41:32.420 --> 01:41:36.420] and we're finally about to launch into a new era here [01:41:36.420 --> 01:41:38.420] and we're going to have a lot of stuff going on [01:41:38.420 --> 01:41:41.420] and we can't afford to get shut down by the government [01:41:41.420 --> 01:41:45.420] on a false flag forum post [01:41:45.420 --> 01:41:49.420] because I decided to allow anonymous posters. [01:41:49.420 --> 01:41:51.420] So that's not going to happen. [01:41:51.420 --> 01:41:54.420] And concerning the WordPress page, [01:41:54.420 --> 01:41:57.420] folks will register for that, [01:41:57.420 --> 01:41:59.420] but that is a registration with WordPress. [01:41:59.420 --> 01:42:02.420] That's not a registration with my Web site. [01:42:02.420 --> 01:42:05.420] And so concerning the WordPress page [01:42:05.420 --> 01:42:09.420] where you can make comments on the news articles that get posted, [01:42:09.420 --> 01:42:11.420] that is going to be moderated [01:42:11.420 --> 01:42:15.420] because, again, I can't allow anonymous postings. [01:42:15.420 --> 01:42:17.420] So when you register, [01:42:17.420 --> 01:42:19.420] I need to get your information [01:42:19.420 --> 01:42:21.420] and then once you register, [01:42:21.420 --> 01:42:26.420] you will be able to make unmoderated posts on the forum [01:42:26.420 --> 01:42:29.420] and in the chat room and all these kinds of things, [01:42:29.420 --> 01:42:32.420] but we can't just allow strictly anonymous posting. [01:42:32.420 --> 01:42:34.420] I'm sorry, I just can't do that [01:42:34.420 --> 01:42:38.420] because I have too big of a responsibility to uphold. [01:42:38.420 --> 01:42:41.420] I have to keep this network on the air [01:42:41.420 --> 01:42:43.420] and keep the FM micros on the air. [01:42:43.420 --> 01:42:45.420] There are hundreds of thousands of listeners [01:42:45.420 --> 01:42:47.420] that I am responsible for [01:42:47.420 --> 01:42:50.420] and I can't let that many people down [01:42:50.420 --> 01:42:53.420] just because some people want to be anonymous on the forum. [01:42:53.420 --> 01:42:56.420] I'm sorry, I can't take that risk. [01:42:56.420 --> 01:42:58.420] So that's the deal [01:42:58.420 --> 01:43:01.420] and I guess that's about all I have to say about that. [01:43:01.420 --> 01:43:03.420] I'm going to make a post on the Web site about it, too, [01:43:03.420 --> 01:43:06.420] for those who did not have a chance to hear this. [01:43:06.420 --> 01:43:08.420] Okay, we're just about to go to break, [01:43:08.420 --> 01:43:09.420] but we've got some callers. [01:43:09.420 --> 01:43:11.420] Brian from Minnesota. [01:43:11.420 --> 01:43:12.420] Brian, thank you for calling in. [01:43:12.420 --> 01:43:14.420] What is your question for us tonight? [01:43:14.420 --> 01:43:15.420] Hey, Eddie. [01:43:15.420 --> 01:43:17.420] Hey, Debra. [01:43:17.420 --> 01:43:18.420] Let's see here. [01:43:18.420 --> 01:43:19.420] I got a question. [01:43:19.420 --> 01:43:21.420] I had to go to traffic dark the other day [01:43:21.420 --> 01:43:26.420] and I went there knowing I was going to file a continuance, [01:43:26.420 --> 01:43:30.420] so I went there and I wasn't prepared. [01:43:30.420 --> 01:43:35.420] Originally, I had asked the clerk to move it way out anyway [01:43:35.420 --> 01:43:38.420] from the arraignment, so I had him move out. [01:43:38.420 --> 01:43:39.420] This was back in May. [01:43:39.420 --> 01:43:40.420] I got the tickets to something. [01:43:40.420 --> 01:43:41.420] All right, wait one second [01:43:41.420 --> 01:43:44.420] because we're just about to go to break, Brian, okay? [01:43:44.420 --> 01:43:46.420] So just hold your thought right there. [01:43:46.420 --> 01:43:47.420] File for the continuance. [01:43:47.420 --> 01:43:50.420] All right, folks, we've got Phil and Steph on the line. [01:43:50.420 --> 01:43:51.420] We've got one more segment. [01:43:51.420 --> 01:43:55.420] We're going to jam in your calls and finish off this final segment [01:43:55.420 --> 01:43:56.420] right on the other side of the break. [01:43:56.420 --> 01:43:59.420] We'll be right back. [01:43:59.420 --> 01:44:00.420] Hey, did you hear? [01:44:00.420 --> 01:44:02.420] Ron Paul has announced he's running for president in 2012. [01:44:02.420 --> 01:44:03.420] It is Ron Paul. [01:44:03.420 --> 01:44:04.420] Really? [01:44:04.420 --> 01:44:06.420] Okay, put down the cell phone for one minute. [01:44:06.420 --> 01:44:08.420] Your friends really don't care about your Twitter updates [01:44:08.420 --> 01:44:09.420] on what you had for breakfast. [01:44:09.420 --> 01:44:11.420] Oh, but I love to make those little smiley faces [01:44:11.420 --> 01:44:12.420] with punctuation marks. [01:44:12.420 --> 01:44:13.420] Of course you do. [01:44:13.420 --> 01:44:14.420] Now, listen closely. [01:44:14.420 --> 01:44:16.420] You need to go down to Brave New Books [01:44:16.420 --> 01:44:18.420] and learn as much as you can about Ron Paul and his message [01:44:18.420 --> 01:44:19.420] before it's too late. [01:44:19.420 --> 01:44:22.420] They have all of his books and many of the books he talks about. [01:44:22.420 --> 01:44:25.420] They also have t-shirts, bumper stickers, and yard signs [01:44:25.420 --> 01:44:27.420] so that you can show your support for him during the campaign. [01:44:27.420 --> 01:44:28.420] Brave New Books? [01:44:28.420 --> 01:44:30.420] Do they have Harry Potter and Twilight? [01:44:30.420 --> 01:44:33.420] No, but they do carry a large selection of survival [01:44:33.420 --> 01:44:35.420] and preparedness books to protect your family [01:44:35.420 --> 01:44:36.420] in time of emergency. [01:44:36.420 --> 01:44:39.420] Ugh, that sounds like that show on the Discovery Channel. [01:44:39.420 --> 01:44:41.420] Yeah, there's even a wilderness survival expert [01:44:41.420 --> 01:44:43.420] that teaches classes called Earth Skills School [01:44:43.420 --> 01:44:45.420] that you can sign up for on the website, [01:44:45.420 --> 01:44:46.420] bravenewbookstore.com. [01:44:46.420 --> 01:44:47.420] What are you doing? [01:44:47.420 --> 01:44:49.420] I'm tweeting all my friends that they should go [01:44:49.420 --> 01:44:52.420] to bravenewbookstore.com or down to the bookstore in person. [01:44:52.420 --> 01:44:53.420] Where's it located? [01:44:53.420 --> 01:44:55.420] 1904 Guadalupe Street. [01:44:55.420 --> 01:44:56.420] There, it's sent. [01:44:56.420 --> 01:44:57.420] I even made a smiley face. [01:44:57.420 --> 01:45:25.420] Great. [01:45:25.420 --> 01:45:51.420] Thank you. [01:45:51.420 --> 01:46:17.420] Okay, folks, we are back. [01:46:17.420 --> 01:46:22.420] All right, let me just finish up a little bit about the information [01:46:22.420 --> 01:46:27.420] for people to enter when they go to register to become a member. [01:46:27.420 --> 01:46:29.420] All right, you get set up with a profile. [01:46:29.420 --> 01:46:31.420] It's almost like a Facebook page. [01:46:31.420 --> 01:46:35.420] All right, and there are certain pieces of information there [01:46:35.420 --> 01:46:38.420] that you can put in if you want. [01:46:38.420 --> 01:46:43.420] They're optional if you want, like your age, your location, [01:46:43.420 --> 01:46:47.420] all right, marital status, all right. [01:46:47.420 --> 01:46:48.420] That's optional. [01:46:48.420 --> 01:46:54.420] That's if you want it to be displayed on your personal profile. [01:46:54.420 --> 01:46:56.420] All right, but when you go to register also, [01:46:56.420 --> 01:46:59.420] there's other information that we will have if you pay [01:46:59.420 --> 01:47:03.420] with a credit card or with PayPal, [01:47:03.420 --> 01:47:07.420] and that's like your address and mailing address [01:47:07.420 --> 01:47:09.420] and phone number and things like that. [01:47:09.420 --> 01:47:12.420] We'll have all that information anyway when you pay with PayPal [01:47:12.420 --> 01:47:13.420] or with a credit card. [01:47:13.420 --> 01:47:17.420] And as far as that other information that you enter, [01:47:17.420 --> 01:47:20.420] that's if you want it displayed on your profile page, [01:47:20.420 --> 01:47:22.420] all right, like for Facebook or something. [01:47:22.420 --> 01:47:24.420] So that's, I hope that clarifies it [01:47:24.420 --> 01:47:26.420] because Eddie had that question in an email. [01:47:26.420 --> 01:47:28.420] All right, we're going to go back to Brian now. [01:47:28.420 --> 01:47:30.420] Brian, okay, you filed a motion for continuance. [01:47:30.420 --> 01:47:31.420] Please continue. [01:47:31.420 --> 01:47:34.420] Okay, so we'll try to get to the top quickly. [01:47:34.420 --> 01:47:37.420] It involves a lot, but so I went in there with the mindset [01:47:37.420 --> 01:47:38.420] I'm asking for continuance. [01:47:38.420 --> 01:47:40.420] I knew it was going to, I told the judge and said, [01:47:40.420 --> 01:47:42.420] hey, listen, I'm this involved. [01:47:42.420 --> 01:47:44.420] I can't, I'm not prepared today. [01:47:44.420 --> 01:47:45.420] I can't do this. [01:47:45.420 --> 01:47:47.420] It's been a few, it's been like six, seven months, [01:47:47.420 --> 01:47:48.420] but I still can't. [01:47:48.420 --> 01:47:51.420] I'm not prepared because I'm involved in other litigation, [01:47:51.420 --> 01:47:53.420] two other litigations with the state. [01:47:53.420 --> 01:47:57.420] So she starts asking me why, you know, [01:47:57.420 --> 01:47:59.420] and I said, okay, these other, you know, [01:47:59.420 --> 01:48:01.420] I haven't had time to prepare this and that. [01:48:01.420 --> 01:48:04.420] Prosecutor says, we got these two officers here today. [01:48:04.420 --> 01:48:09.420] And so long and short, the judge says, [01:48:09.420 --> 01:48:12.420] well, I'm not going to give you a continuance unless [01:48:12.420 --> 01:48:15.420] you pay the $200 for the officers that were come here [01:48:15.420 --> 01:48:16.420] to come here today. [01:48:16.420 --> 01:48:22.420] Is that a bill of pains and penalties? [01:48:22.420 --> 01:48:26.420] No, you're paying the witness fees. [01:48:26.420 --> 01:48:27.420] Can they do that? [01:48:27.420 --> 01:48:29.420] Because I was like, you're citing me for, [01:48:29.420 --> 01:48:31.420] you know, you're basically penalizing me for asking [01:48:31.420 --> 01:48:32.420] for a continuance. [01:48:32.420 --> 01:48:35.420] And I said, listen, I haven't asked for a continuance yet. [01:48:35.420 --> 01:48:36.420] You know, this is, you know, I'm just asking. [01:48:36.420 --> 01:48:39.420] Well, I agree, but you're in Minnesota, [01:48:39.420 --> 01:48:42.420] where the judge gets to do whatever he wants. [01:48:42.420 --> 01:48:44.420] Well, and generally also, if you want to file things [01:48:44.420 --> 01:48:48.420] like motions for continuance, that has to get in a few days [01:48:48.420 --> 01:48:51.420] before the court hearing, sometimes a week before, [01:48:51.420 --> 01:48:56.420] in order to prevent having the state to pay for witness fees [01:48:56.420 --> 01:48:58.420] or for you to having to pay the witness fees. [01:48:58.420 --> 01:49:00.420] I mean, if you show up in court the day of the hearing [01:49:00.420 --> 01:49:04.420] and you want a continuance, then it's likely [01:49:04.420 --> 01:49:06.420] that something like that would happen, [01:49:06.420 --> 01:49:07.420] that you would have to pay a witness fee. [01:49:07.420 --> 01:49:10.420] But if you file the motion for continuance ahead of time, [01:49:10.420 --> 01:49:13.420] well then, if it gets granted, you don't have to pay a witness fee [01:49:13.420 --> 01:49:16.420] because the police know not to show up. [01:49:16.420 --> 01:49:18.420] Okay, so it'd be advisable to pay that and then go after him [01:49:18.420 --> 01:49:19.420] after that, right? [01:49:19.420 --> 01:49:21.420] Yeah, well, yes. [01:49:21.420 --> 01:49:24.420] But now also remember, the state you're in, [01:49:24.420 --> 01:49:28.420] your legislature advocated its authority to the judiciary. [01:49:28.420 --> 01:49:32.420] Your legislature actually passed a bill saying [01:49:32.420 --> 01:49:36.420] that the courts are not bound by the laws of the state [01:49:36.420 --> 01:49:41.420] and can make any interpretation they wish of those laws. [01:49:41.420 --> 01:49:43.420] Well, and Eddie, I'd like to get in touch with you [01:49:43.420 --> 01:49:45.420] with more about that because you seem to know more about it [01:49:45.420 --> 01:49:47.420] than anybody else in this state. [01:49:47.420 --> 01:49:49.420] And I've been trying to figure this out where this is, [01:49:49.420 --> 01:49:52.420] but that involves a lot of my federal complaint, [01:49:52.420 --> 01:49:53.420] which this case involves. [01:49:53.420 --> 01:49:55.420] And that's why I said, listen, I can't have this today. [01:49:55.420 --> 01:49:58.420] This involves a federal complaint for a lot of, [01:49:58.420 --> 01:50:00.420] you know, just straight up violations of due process [01:50:00.420 --> 01:50:03.420] and all that that I've had in the previous, you know, [01:50:03.420 --> 01:50:05.420] cases with the same system. [01:50:05.420 --> 01:50:08.420] And that's why I said, listen, I'm not prepared. [01:50:08.420 --> 01:50:09.420] I can't do this today. [01:50:09.420 --> 01:50:11.420] It involves a federal complaint. [01:50:11.420 --> 01:50:13.420] I don't want to add you as defendants on this complaint, [01:50:13.420 --> 01:50:15.420] but if you proceed against me today, [01:50:15.420 --> 01:50:16.420] that's what I'm going to do. [01:50:16.420 --> 01:50:20.420] I'm asking for, you know, a stay of the proceedings [01:50:20.420 --> 01:50:23.420] in the federal so that they wouldn't have to do that. [01:50:23.420 --> 01:50:25.420] But the judge said, well, I'm excited. [01:50:25.420 --> 01:50:26.420] That'd be great. [01:50:26.420 --> 01:50:29.420] Send me a, send me a summit. [01:50:29.420 --> 01:50:30.420] Okay. [01:50:30.420 --> 01:50:33.420] Well, the thing about it is, is they, [01:50:33.420 --> 01:50:37.420] you have to provide timely notice to them if you need something. [01:50:37.420 --> 01:50:38.420] Okay. [01:50:38.420 --> 01:50:41.420] You can't just like they have to provide notice to you. [01:50:41.420 --> 01:50:43.420] You have to provide notice to them. [01:50:43.420 --> 01:50:45.420] You don't get to show up the day of trial and say, [01:50:45.420 --> 01:50:47.420] okay, I can't be here because I'm not ready. [01:50:47.420 --> 01:50:48.420] Right. [01:50:48.420 --> 01:50:49.420] That makes sense. [01:50:49.420 --> 01:50:51.420] I can understand that. [01:50:51.420 --> 01:50:52.420] Okay. [01:50:52.420 --> 01:50:55.420] So in that he is within his proper purview to say, [01:50:55.420 --> 01:50:58.420] look, you caused undue expense on these people for being here. [01:50:58.420 --> 01:51:04.420] So, yeah, that's basically a separate issue, [01:51:04.420 --> 01:51:07.420] but it's one he can do nonetheless. [01:51:07.420 --> 01:51:08.420] Fun. [01:51:08.420 --> 01:51:14.420] It's just the prosecutor and stuff are involved in the other cases. [01:51:14.420 --> 01:51:16.420] So, in a way, it seemed like retaliation, [01:51:16.420 --> 01:51:19.420] but I didn't know if that was reasonable or not. [01:51:19.420 --> 01:51:21.420] So, I appreciate you. [01:51:21.420 --> 01:51:22.420] That's reasonable. [01:51:22.420 --> 01:51:23.420] Okay. [01:51:23.420 --> 01:51:24.420] Okay. [01:51:24.420 --> 01:51:25.420] Well, thank you. [01:51:25.420 --> 01:51:26.420] Yes, sir. [01:51:26.420 --> 01:51:27.420] Thanks for coming. [01:51:27.420 --> 01:51:28.420] Yes, sir. [01:51:28.420 --> 01:51:29.420] Thanks for calling in. [01:51:29.420 --> 01:51:30.420] All right. [01:51:30.420 --> 01:51:33.420] Phil has called back in, hopefully from a quieter location. [01:51:33.420 --> 01:51:35.420] Phil, what can we do for you? [01:51:35.420 --> 01:51:40.420] I got to check from Dallas on the code violation. [01:51:40.420 --> 01:51:42.420] It was sent to me, but the property is not in my name. [01:51:42.420 --> 01:51:43.420] It's in a trust. [01:51:43.420 --> 01:51:44.420] Yeah. [01:51:44.420 --> 01:51:45.420] We're back to the trust again. [01:51:45.420 --> 01:51:46.420] The part. [01:51:46.420 --> 01:51:47.420] Okay. [01:51:47.420 --> 01:51:51.420] I do receive benefits from that, [01:51:51.420 --> 01:51:53.420] but it shouldn't be public or anything like that. [01:51:53.420 --> 01:51:57.420] But I guess all this issue on what I was sent on or whatever, [01:51:57.420 --> 01:51:59.420] I thought that was handled or not. [01:51:59.420 --> 01:52:03.420] I think they sent notice or something about something was broke or something. [01:52:03.420 --> 01:52:08.420] And I thought it was handled by the person that managed the property. [01:52:08.420 --> 01:52:10.420] And then going the whole Friday night, [01:52:10.420 --> 01:52:13.420] I pick up my go in and pick my mail up at the mailbox. [01:52:13.420 --> 01:52:19.420] And it says that a Herrera sent me a signed a ticket Herrera and said, [01:52:19.420 --> 01:52:25.420] they sent in regular mail and they've scheduled me for tomorrow to go to a, [01:52:25.420 --> 01:52:31.420] I'm not sure, a setting judge that's different from. [01:52:31.420 --> 01:52:35.420] Just move to this visit for service on the improper party. [01:52:35.420 --> 01:52:36.420] Okay. [01:52:36.420 --> 01:52:39.420] In other words, just write that up and take that down there. [01:52:39.420 --> 01:52:40.420] Yeah. [01:52:40.420 --> 01:52:42.420] Look, I'm not the party that owns this property. [01:52:42.420 --> 01:52:44.420] You can't serve me to fix property. [01:52:44.420 --> 01:52:45.420] I don't own. [01:52:45.420 --> 01:52:47.420] Okay. [01:52:47.420 --> 01:52:50.420] I'll take care of that. [01:52:50.420 --> 01:52:51.420] Okay. [01:52:51.420 --> 01:52:52.420] Okay. [01:52:52.420 --> 01:52:53.420] Thank you. [01:52:53.420 --> 01:52:54.420] You're very welcome. [01:52:54.420 --> 01:52:55.420] Have a good evening. [01:52:55.420 --> 01:52:56.420] You too. [01:52:56.420 --> 01:52:57.420] All right. [01:52:57.420 --> 01:53:01.420] Now we have Steph and hopefully that'll wrap us up just in the nick of time. [01:53:01.420 --> 01:53:03.420] Steph, what can we do for you? [01:53:03.420 --> 01:53:05.420] I got a few things, so I'll make it quick. [01:53:05.420 --> 01:53:10.420] I spoke with you before about a ticket issue and we emailed back and forth a little bit on it. [01:53:10.420 --> 01:53:18.420] My question is I filed a motion to dismiss and I can email that to you what I ended up filing. [01:53:18.420 --> 01:53:22.420] Am I able to file more motions or does that have to happen before the, [01:53:22.420 --> 01:53:24.420] or before appearance date? [01:53:24.420 --> 01:53:29.420] No, you have separate points where the motions can be done. [01:53:29.420 --> 01:53:37.420] You can file anything up to the date of the first initial appearance. [01:53:37.420 --> 01:53:49.420] It's when you are within a pre-trial date or actual trial that you cannot file things within a certain period of days without leave of the court. [01:53:49.420 --> 01:53:57.420] Now, if this is a traffic ticket issue, almost guaranteed the court's never going to grant you leave to file anything no matter what it does. [01:53:57.420 --> 01:54:05.420] The only exception the court must make because it has no choice is a challenge to jurisdiction. [01:54:05.420 --> 01:54:13.420] That can be raised at any time and there isn't anything the judge can do about it. [01:54:13.420 --> 01:54:15.420] Okay. [01:54:15.420 --> 01:54:23.420] Otherwise, the window is anywhere from seven to ten days depending upon the local rules of court. [01:54:23.420 --> 01:54:34.420] Starting from, I mean, I was sent a letter by Rebecca Starr signing a cause number and a court date after I went to the clerk. [01:54:34.420 --> 01:54:37.420] I haven't received anything back on the motion. [01:54:37.420 --> 01:54:39.420] I doubt I will, I guess. [01:54:39.420 --> 01:54:47.420] Does the letter you have in your hand say it was sent out to set a hearing on the motion? [01:54:47.420 --> 01:54:52.420] This hasn't been scheduled for trial before, judge. [01:54:52.420 --> 01:54:56.420] So they scheduled a trial without a motions hearing? [01:54:56.420 --> 01:54:58.420] Evidently. [01:54:58.420 --> 01:55:00.420] And you've already filed the motion with the court? [01:55:00.420 --> 01:55:02.420] I did, but it was chaotic. [01:55:02.420 --> 01:55:11.420] It was very enlightening dealing with the clerk and almost suckered me into a plea. [01:55:11.420 --> 01:55:13.420] By signing the pad? [01:55:13.420 --> 01:55:14.420] What's that? [01:55:14.420 --> 01:55:15.420] Yeah. [01:55:15.420 --> 01:55:16.420] Yeah, don't do that. [01:55:16.420 --> 01:55:18.420] Yeah, I know not to do that and I got stuck at a point. [01:55:18.420 --> 01:55:27.420] I got it all recorded and we can get into that later, I guess, but she said it was a paper with court, that kind of thing. [01:55:27.420 --> 01:55:36.420] And after the pad got signed and my motion got filed, I saw the page on her desk that we're not rereading it, waiting my rights and playing. [01:55:36.420 --> 01:55:37.420] I said, hey, I didn't plead. [01:55:37.420 --> 01:55:45.420] So she took it all back out of the computer in the Huff Inn and put the paper under her desk. [01:55:45.420 --> 01:55:46.420] And I said, I want that back. [01:55:46.420 --> 01:55:47.420] My signature's on it. [01:55:47.420 --> 01:55:49.420] She wouldn't give it back to me. [01:55:49.420 --> 01:55:51.420] She wouldn't even let me read it. [01:55:51.420 --> 01:55:54.420] So I don't know what happened with that and I don't know if that's the thing. [01:55:54.420 --> 01:56:01.420] See, we need to be pressing charges against these clerks for falsifying government documents and identity theft. [01:56:01.420 --> 01:56:12.420] When they take your signature and stamp it on paperwork that you have no knowledge of and did not approve, that's identity theft when it's being used for illicit purposes. [01:56:12.420 --> 01:56:16.420] And a deprivation of rights is definitely an illicit purpose. [01:56:16.420 --> 01:56:19.420] Yes, that's basically what I told her up front before signing. [01:56:19.420 --> 01:56:24.420] I said, I don't know where my signature's going to go. She said it goes straight to the judge or paperless court. [01:56:24.420 --> 01:56:26.420] I told her I wanted to know where my signature was going. [01:56:26.420 --> 01:56:30.420] Well, if they're going to be paperless, they're also going to be signatureless. [01:56:30.420 --> 01:56:34.420] Right. The paper printed it out, whatever. [01:56:34.420 --> 01:56:39.420] I could have read it and then signed it, but that's what ended up happening. [01:56:39.420 --> 01:56:51.420] And it's kind of confusing when you look online what happened that day because it goes back and forth between pleading guilty, then no plea, I guess, and a motion was filed. [01:56:51.420 --> 01:56:55.420] So this is what I'm looking at in front of me. [01:56:55.420 --> 01:56:59.420] And again, my question was the motions that you suggested. [01:56:59.420 --> 01:57:00.420] Yes. [01:57:00.420 --> 01:57:02.420] I wasn't able to do just yet and I may be able to now. [01:57:02.420 --> 01:57:04.420] I didn't know if I could anymore. [01:57:04.420 --> 01:57:09.420] I know if we can flip the photo. What is the date on the notice you've gotten? [01:57:09.420 --> 01:57:14.420] It is 6th of January. [01:57:14.420 --> 01:57:16.420] You've got plenty of time. [01:57:16.420 --> 01:57:18.420] Okay. [01:57:18.420 --> 01:57:31.420] Okay, but you still need to file the motions and get them set for a hearing before they call a hearing date on the one you've already filed and don't give you any time left to have it done. [01:57:31.420 --> 01:57:36.420] And do copies need to go to the officer? [01:57:36.420 --> 01:57:37.420] No. [01:57:37.420 --> 01:57:40.420] What are you going to serve copies to the officer for? [01:57:40.420 --> 01:57:41.420] What does he have to do with this? [01:57:41.420 --> 01:57:42.420] He's just a witness. [01:57:42.420 --> 01:57:43.420] I don't know. [01:57:43.420 --> 01:57:46.420] I heard that once before and I can't remember. [01:57:46.420 --> 01:57:48.420] Well, whoever told you that, don't listen. [01:57:48.420 --> 01:57:56.420] The court opposing counsel and your own, that's it. [01:57:56.420 --> 01:58:03.420] The only thing the cop gets served with is a subpoena if you're going to subpoena them. [01:58:03.420 --> 01:58:04.420] Okay. [01:58:04.420 --> 01:58:06.420] We have time. [01:58:06.420 --> 01:58:09.420] Yes, we are. [01:58:09.420 --> 01:58:11.420] Okay. [01:58:11.420 --> 01:58:13.420] Send me an email if you've got any other questions. [01:58:13.420 --> 01:58:14.420] I'll do. [01:58:14.420 --> 01:58:15.420] Thanks. [01:58:15.420 --> 01:58:16.420] Okay. [01:58:16.420 --> 01:58:17.420] I'll put it on your tab. [01:58:17.420 --> 01:58:18.420] Appreciate it. [01:58:18.420 --> 01:58:19.420] All right.
