[00:00.000 --> 00:04.500] This news brief brought to you by the International Newsnet. [00:04.500 --> 00:14.000] Six Pakistani civilians were killed Thursday after 250 militants staged a cross-border raid from Afghanistan into a pro-government Pakistani village. [00:14.000 --> 00:16.000] An intelligence official said, [00:16.000 --> 00:22.500] They came from mountains where we don't have any security posts and used rocket-propelled grenades to target houses. [00:22.500 --> 00:28.500] The Pakistani Taliban have warned they would avenge the killing of Osama bin Laden by the U.S. on May 2. [00:28.500 --> 00:37.500] Two actors who appeared in an anti-union video for mega-retail or target, which made waves after its Internet release this week, [00:37.500 --> 00:42.000] are in fact members of the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists. [00:42.000 --> 00:49.500] Rick Wright, who appears as Doug in the film, and will be playing the president in the upcoming movie The Green Lantern, said, [00:49.500 --> 00:54.000] If someone hires me to play a rapist, does it make me a rapist? [00:54.000 --> 01:01.000] The hacker group Lowell Security claimed Wednesday to have briefly knocked the public website for the CIA offline. [01:01.000 --> 01:09.000] In recent weeks, Lowell Sec Hackers claimed they've cracked Sony, Nintendo, the U.S. Senate, the public broadcasting system, [01:09.000 --> 01:12.500] and an infra-guard company that works with the FBI. [01:12.500 --> 01:18.000] The group has a telephone hotline for people to call with suggestions for further cyber attacks. [01:18.000 --> 01:25.000] Almost six years to the day since she said she was drugged and raped by coworkers while working in Iraq, [01:25.000 --> 01:28.500] Jamie Lee Jones is finally having her day in court. [01:28.500 --> 01:34.500] Jones is one of several female contract workers for KBR and its former parent, Halliburton, [01:34.500 --> 01:39.500] who claim they were sexually assaulted or harassed while working for the companies in Iraq. [01:39.500 --> 01:42.000] Jones said she was violently raped. [01:42.000 --> 01:48.500] When she reported the rape to KBR officials, they placed her under armed guard and wouldn't allow her to make a phone call. [01:48.500 --> 01:54.500] She is suing KBR, Halliburton, and a former KBR firefighter, she says, was one of her rapists. [01:54.500 --> 02:03.500] Her attorney, Lanny Todd Kelly, said Tuesday KBR created a hostile working environment in which employees who were sexually assaulted or harassed [02:03.500 --> 02:09.500] were scared into not reporting what happened or were fired while harassers were protected by the company. [02:09.500 --> 02:16.500] Two Greek government lawmakers quit Thursday in protest at their party's austerity policies [02:16.500 --> 02:20.500] as unity government talks with Prime Minister George Papandreou collapsed. [02:20.500 --> 02:26.500] The parliamentarian's part of Greece's ruling socialist party had criticized the government's wage cuts and tax hikes, [02:26.500 --> 02:33.500] which were mandated by the EU and International Monetary Fund in return for a massive loan rescue last year. [02:33.500 --> 02:42.500] Papandreou will have to double previous austerity measures to $40 billion and intensify privatization schemes in exchange for yet another loan. [02:42.500 --> 02:46.500] Greece was rocked by a general strike and mass demonstration Wednesday, [02:46.500 --> 03:04.500] calling themselves the indignant citizens movement, a name borrowed from Spanish demonstrators who've been protesting their government's austerity program. [03:46.500 --> 03:51.500] Bad Boys, Bad Boys Whatcha Gonna Do, Whatcha Gonna Do When They Come For You [03:51.500 --> 03:57.500] Bad Boys, Bad Boys Whatcha Gonna Do, Whatcha Gonna Do When They Come For You [03:57.500 --> 04:02.500] When you were eight and you had bad treats, you'd go to school and learn to gold and lose. [04:02.500 --> 04:09.500] So why are you acting like you're bloody fools? If you get hot, sing a must as true Bad Boys, Bad Boys [04:09.500 --> 04:38.840] All right, bad boys, bad boys and bad girls, what are you gonna do? [04:38.840 --> 04:45.460] What are you gonna do when we come for you here on the rule of law, ruleoflawradio.com [04:45.460 --> 04:53.700] tonight is Thursday, June 16th, 2011, the anniversary of the Watergate break-in and folks, I gotta [04:53.700 --> 04:59.780] tell ya, if you weren't listening to the show just before this one, Iron and World [04:59.780 --> 05:07.260] Report Radio, never, never underestimate Iron and World Report Radio and never, never underestimate [05:07.260 --> 05:13.780] it, I can hardly talk, it's like the last show was so incredible, never underestimate [05:13.780 --> 05:20.060] ruleoflawradio.com, rule of law radio network, Tom Kiley had on the most incredible guest [05:20.060 --> 05:25.380] just now for an hour and a half, he's gonna have him back again on Tuesday, Butch Merit, [05:25.380 --> 05:36.600] Robert Butch Merit, former CIA and FBI operative from the 70s, Watergate Insider tells all [05:36.600 --> 05:41.140] about what really happened concerning the Watergate break-in and who was really behind [05:41.140 --> 05:47.380] it and I mean, folks, you've just gotta listen to this, we got the scoop of the century, [05:47.380 --> 05:53.140] this is a total exclusive, this man, he just released a book concerning his experience [05:53.140 --> 05:58.780] with Watergate but he told all on the show just now, information that's not even in [05:58.780 --> 06:03.960] the book, information he's never told on any interview ever, so folks, that's how well [06:03.960 --> 06:11.460] respected Tom Kiley is in the journalism community here, so I am going to be fervently, feverishly [06:11.460 --> 06:16.380] getting that archive up as soon as possible tonight, so you've got to go back and listen [06:16.380 --> 06:22.100] to the archive from tonight's show, Iron and World Report Radio and hear how Butch Merit, [06:22.100 --> 06:28.540] Robert Butch Merit, former CIA, FBI operative tells all about the Watergate setup. [06:28.540 --> 06:34.860] Excuse me, alright, in the meantime, right now, however, we have our own guest, we've [06:34.860 --> 06:41.620] got Stephen Rogers from Shintrition, who is going to be discussing this ongoing radiation [06:41.620 --> 06:48.140] disaster at Fukushima, complete and total meltdown of three of the reactors and more [06:48.140 --> 06:55.220] on the way, I'm sure, this is, you know, something that is unprecedented on the face [06:55.220 --> 07:00.940] of this planet ever, I mean, this makes Chernobyl look like, you know, chump change, folks, [07:00.940 --> 07:07.620] so we all need to be on some kind of chelation therapy, basically on an ongoing basis for [07:07.620 --> 07:12.740] the rest of our lives and I've been doing research concerning nuclear radiation and [07:12.740 --> 07:18.700] all the testing and the nuclear bomb testing, et cetera, et cetera, there have been numerous [07:18.700 --> 07:24.140] nuclear disasters all over the world, all over the country that have gone unreported [07:24.140 --> 07:30.860] mostly in the media, there was a place in Washington State, a plutonium plant where [07:30.860 --> 07:37.100] there was an incredible disaster, been dumping plutonium into the Columbia River, a Hanford [07:37.100 --> 07:43.140] Washington that is, has been going on for like 20 years, they're still trying to clean [07:43.140 --> 07:48.300] it up, it just, it never ends, folks, and when you look at the statistics of the rate [07:48.300 --> 07:55.100] of cancer and when people started to get cancer, it happened right about the time when all [07:55.100 --> 07:59.620] this nuclear testing started taking place and when all these facilities started to be [07:59.620 --> 08:07.660] built, that manufacture plutonium and all these nuclear facilities started having problems, [08:07.660 --> 08:13.500] when the whole nuclear atomic energy started to kick into gear, that's when everyone started [08:13.500 --> 08:17.940] to get cancer, so it's pretty obvious what the reason is, and you know, folks, before [08:17.940 --> 08:22.660] I bring Stephen on, I just want to make one more comment about this plutonium stuff, plutonium [08:22.660 --> 08:30.020] is not a natural element, okay, it's technically not even an element at all, it's a product [08:30.020 --> 08:36.460] that's made from a combination of elements from a very dangerous way to make this unstable, [08:36.460 --> 08:41.900] quasi-man-made element that's very dangerous and then it breaks down and radiation gets [08:41.900 --> 08:49.460] released everywhere as it is basically decomposing, and you know, God made the periodic table [08:49.460 --> 08:55.660] of elements the way he did for a reason, okay, God's a really smart guy, that's what a friend [08:55.660 --> 09:02.620] of mine told me when we were discussing this, God is a really smart guy, okay, and he didn't [09:02.620 --> 09:08.500] put plutonium on the periodic table of charts for a reason, but man had to go and do it [09:08.500 --> 09:15.020] and now this is the result, and Stephen Rogers is here to tell us how we can rid our bodies [09:15.020 --> 09:19.940] of this horrible radiation, so Stephen, thank you and welcome to the show. [09:19.940 --> 09:25.380] Thanks for having me, I enjoy being on your show and I enjoy some of the responses I get [09:25.380 --> 09:30.660] from your listeners, they're very engaging, yeah, you're right, plutonium is a mess, all [09:30.660 --> 09:35.220] of this stuff is a mess, you know, when I got back over 20 years ago into, or back over [09:35.220 --> 09:40.460] 20 years ago into alternative or holistic medicine, my mentor, one of the first things [09:40.460 --> 09:47.220] that he suggested that I do was to get on a regular chelating program every day, and [09:47.220 --> 09:53.500] that consisted of fermented soy miso paste in the sheet of nori, but since I've been [09:53.500 --> 10:00.180] in this field for over 20 years I've realized that's just not enough, of course you were [10:00.180 --> 10:05.820] talking about chelation therapy, all sorts of things are chelating, we'll chelate heavy [10:05.820 --> 10:10.260] metals out of the body, most of the time we think it's chelation therapy, we think of [10:10.260 --> 10:18.180] the IVD drip that we would get at a nature pass office, but anything that, for there [10:18.180 --> 10:22.060] are many things that chelate heavy metals out of the body and we need to take a full [10:22.060 --> 10:25.780] spectrum approach, I hear a lot of people I hear saying we need to take the iodine [10:25.780 --> 10:31.780] samples, you need to make sure you're getting the right nori and seaweed in your body so [10:31.780 --> 10:37.780] you can get that radioactive iodine, so it doesn't replace that iodine in your throat, [10:37.780 --> 10:42.340] but what they don't realize is there's a lot of radioactive isotopes, may attack different [10:42.340 --> 10:47.660] areas in the body, for instance plutonium goes right after the sex plant, and why does [10:47.660 --> 10:48.660] it do that? [10:48.660 --> 10:52.180] Well different areas of the body vibrated at different frequency and each of these [10:52.180 --> 10:58.180] radioactive isotopes vibrated at certain frequency that match certain vertebrae organisms [10:58.180 --> 11:03.740] that run off of that vertebrae in the body, so by taking a full spectrum approach we [11:03.740 --> 11:08.940] need to think about using adaptogenic herbs which are really good at removing some radioactive [11:08.940 --> 11:15.020] isotopes at the same time repairing the damage, we need to think about using fungi, mushrooms, [11:15.020 --> 11:20.500] some mushrooms take out certain radioactive isotopes better than others, seaweed certainly, [11:20.500 --> 11:27.180] especially for radioactive iodine and many, many more, I mean greens, the natural core [11:27.180 --> 11:34.940] fill we get out of those, broccoli, kale, collard, and we can use some of the other natural [11:34.940 --> 11:39.740] clays and stuff or move it out of the pot, but there are other ways we can do it that [11:39.740 --> 11:44.500] we don't have to actually ingest food products or food stuff to do it and that's what I really [11:44.500 --> 11:49.660] want to focus on, and then we'll get into the gentrition product that we have that [11:49.660 --> 11:57.420] probably has more natural chelating herbal and nutritional stuff than any other product [11:57.420 --> 12:07.380] that I found out there, but what I would start off telling everyone to do is to understand [12:07.380 --> 12:13.420] how these radioactive isotopes, they sit in the body and they sit there a long time and [12:13.420 --> 12:14.420] they create problems. [12:14.420 --> 12:19.740] The first to think about what an x-ray machine does, you know, it's actually, when you go [12:19.740 --> 12:25.260] in to get an x-ray, well a radioactive isotope, it sits in your cell and it's like an x-ray [12:25.260 --> 12:31.580] machine going off 24-7, so there has to be a full spectrum approach to get it out because [12:31.580 --> 12:37.860] it sits in all different cells in the body as I just described, so what we need to start [12:37.860 --> 12:43.220] thinking about doing is taking a holistic approach, that is we need to, the first one [12:43.220 --> 12:48.580] in the sense is learn how to breathe feet, now as simple as that sounds, it's very effective [12:48.580 --> 12:54.220] because we inhale and we exhale and exhale as expiration and that removes and eliminates [12:54.220 --> 12:58.900] a lot of toxins, so we take it for granted, if you look at your breathing right now and [12:58.900 --> 13:03.540] all of the listeners out there, I'll guarantee that most of them are only using about 50% [13:03.540 --> 13:09.300] of their lung capacity, so what's happening with that other 50% is not being used, so [13:09.300 --> 13:13.740] the body's not getting all the necessary oxygen that would go out through the cells and feed [13:13.740 --> 13:18.580] it and they would help to remove all of the waste and some of those radioactive isotopes, [13:18.580 --> 13:24.540] so a real easy way to correct the breathing process and practice this while you're driving [13:24.540 --> 13:30.700] is just to place the palm of your hand over your navel, over your umbilical and place your [13:30.700 --> 13:34.700] tongue to the roof of your mouth, that will force you to breathe through your nose and [13:34.700 --> 13:40.740] also it will connect an internal acupuncture meridian that helps to also detox the body [13:40.740 --> 13:43.180] and regulate the functions of the body. [13:43.180 --> 13:47.980] When you inhale your abdomen should expand and your chest should descend, now if you're [13:47.980 --> 13:52.820] a shallow breather it's doing the opposite and then when you exhale your abdomen should [13:52.820 --> 13:59.620] relax, back to its normal position and then the chest should slightly upset, so when you [13:59.620 --> 14:06.020] inhale into the belly we call it belly breathing and if you pay attention to a child, a young [14:06.020 --> 14:10.500] child, three to six months, they already do this naturally, that's why the Dallas call [14:10.500 --> 14:15.860] it baby breathing, what it's actually will do is not only oxygenate the cells but help [14:15.860 --> 14:22.300] the cells and their eliminated function to push out toxins and namely radioactive isotopes [14:22.300 --> 14:24.900] better. [14:24.900 --> 14:29.500] There are other ways too that we can do this, another way is through mindful movement. [14:29.500 --> 14:36.220] Now the acupuncture meridian is a network of bioenergetics in the body that actually [14:36.220 --> 14:40.820] is the power behind all the functioning of the organ system, especially the detoxing [14:40.820 --> 14:46.860] organ like the liver and the kidneys and the bowel and when these acupuncture meridians [14:46.860 --> 14:54.740] are not open and operating an optimum way, then those eliminated organs are also inhibited, [14:54.740 --> 14:55.740] their function. [14:55.740 --> 14:59.740] So we want to make sure these bioenergetics meridians are opening and one of the best [14:59.740 --> 15:08.060] ways that we can stem open is through doing mindful types of exercises like yoga or Pilates [15:08.060 --> 15:13.100] or simply just walking and I'm not talking about a really brisk walk, just getting out [15:13.100 --> 15:20.940] about two to three miles per hour and practicing the deep breathing while we are walking and [15:20.940 --> 15:27.180] this will help to flush toxins and such things like radioactive isotopes out through the [15:27.180 --> 15:28.180] sweat glands. [15:28.180 --> 15:34.180] You'd be surprised at these simple things, how far they will go in getting these out [15:34.180 --> 15:38.540] and so we don't have to think about just taking seaweed and stuff like that, we can do these [15:38.540 --> 15:41.780] things every day and they don't cost us a single dime. [15:41.780 --> 15:47.540] Now another thing that really helps is getting a good night's sleep. [15:47.540 --> 15:51.060] You know, most of the time we take sleep for granted but if we're not getting to that [15:51.060 --> 15:56.620] fifth stage of sleep, that's REM sleep, rapid eye movement, our body is not going into that [15:56.620 --> 16:01.620] regenerative or healing state that it needs to get to to flush out toxins. [16:01.620 --> 16:06.860] If I will wake up in the morning and we wonder why we stink, well a lot of times our body [16:06.860 --> 16:11.860] is working to heal all of the damage that's been done during the day, so it's in a repairing [16:11.860 --> 16:17.220] mode and a detoxing mode so if we're not getting a good night's sleep then we're [16:17.220 --> 16:23.140] missing out on that time that our body needs to flush toxins out, so again one of the things [16:23.140 --> 16:27.220] that we can do to make sure that we're getting a good night's sleep is to make sure that [16:27.220 --> 16:35.500] we're getting regular mindful exercise and breathing deep every day. [16:35.500 --> 16:42.100] Great words there, great words, alright Stephen, stay there, Stephen will be right back, Stephen [16:42.100 --> 16:49.380] Rogers from Shintrition and folks if you have questions for Stephen concerning his product [16:49.380 --> 16:56.180] or other ways to get the radiation particles out of your body, you can call in 512-646-1984, [16:56.180 --> 17:00.980] we'll be right back. [19:36.260 --> 19:38.260] I'll ask you for a second. [19:38.260 --> 19:39.260] Okay. [19:39.260 --> 19:40.260] Do you know what happened? [19:40.260 --> 19:41.260] All right. [19:41.260 --> 19:42.260] All right. [19:42.260 --> 19:43.260] Great. [19:43.260 --> 19:44.260] All right. [19:44.260 --> 19:47.180] So we are back with Stephen, and he is talking about natural ways of chelating, so Stephen, [19:47.180 --> 19:48.180] please continue. [19:48.180 --> 19:49.180] Okay. [19:49.180 --> 19:52.620] Well, we went through breathing, we went through mindful movement, we went through getting [19:52.620 --> 19:57.620] a good night's sleep, and I guess we have to get into drinking, and what we need to drink [19:57.620 --> 20:03.060] on a regular basis to help not only flush regular toxins out of body good, radioactive [20:03.060 --> 20:12.900] ice, so water, and what kind of water we need, highly charged mineral water. [20:12.900 --> 20:16.540] What I do with my water, a lot of people say, what kind of water do you drink? [20:16.540 --> 20:19.260] Well, my water runs through a filtering system. [20:19.260 --> 20:24.860] It runs through a regular ceramic filter, and then it goes through carbon or charcoal, [20:24.860 --> 20:29.660] the activated charcoal, and then VOI, that empties down to the top and the bottom, and [20:29.660 --> 20:34.260] then I take liquid folvic and humic acid, and I put in it. [20:34.260 --> 20:39.260] And folvic and humic acid, they're pulled from Earth, just like they sound humic or [20:39.260 --> 20:45.220] humus, and these are full of trace minerals, and now why are trace minerals important? [20:45.220 --> 20:50.300] Well, that's what we're, that's the big keylators that we get out of seaweed, and we get out [20:50.300 --> 20:53.580] all these foodstuffs, are the trace minerals. [20:53.580 --> 21:00.300] So folvic and humic acids have over 84, I think, trace minerals, and about seven macro [21:00.300 --> 21:01.300] minerals. [21:01.300 --> 21:06.980] So when you make sure we take these in our water, the water is actually doing some flushing, [21:06.980 --> 21:11.340] but at the same time, the trace minerals are bonding or keylating with the heavy metals [21:11.340 --> 21:13.460] and helping to pull them out. [21:13.460 --> 21:15.540] So water is always going to be the best. [21:15.540 --> 21:19.420] The second thing I would think about drinking is adding some green juices. [21:19.420 --> 21:24.300] Now I'm not big on fruit juice, it's simply because of the sugar content, and I think [21:24.300 --> 21:25.300] it's a wash. [21:25.300 --> 21:30.700] You might get some nutrients out of the juice, the fruit juice, but at the same time, the [21:30.700 --> 21:33.260] sugar is just damaging the body. [21:33.260 --> 21:36.180] It's just too much, raising the blood sugar. [21:36.180 --> 21:41.220] So I would stay with the greens juices, and you could use the greens, the kale, the collard. [21:41.220 --> 21:45.900] I always like the big leafy greens when I'm doing any kind of greens juicing. [21:45.900 --> 21:50.820] And that works not only in helping toxins to kelate them out of the body, but it's also [21:50.820 --> 21:55.620] really good for just balancing pH, because we tend to run a little bit hot or acidic, [21:55.620 --> 22:02.220] so it'll help to bring the pH down to a more alkaline state. [22:02.220 --> 22:06.740] Now getting into gentrition and why I think this is one of the most well-rounded products [22:06.740 --> 22:11.300] that one could use on a daily basis, and I use it as my daily routine because it is my [22:11.300 --> 22:13.300] product. [22:13.300 --> 22:18.540] Why I believe it's one of the most well-rounded for removing any kind of toxin is because [22:18.540 --> 22:21.140] of the different ingredients that we have in it. [22:21.140 --> 22:27.060] We have 39 ingredients, and in the beginning I was talking about the types of herbs, the [22:27.060 --> 22:33.460] daffodils that we would need to ingest, the fungi and the mushrooms that we would need [22:33.460 --> 22:40.340] to ingest to get these radioactive isotopes out, the greens and also some fruits and berries [22:40.340 --> 22:43.980] that happen to be a select few of the daffodils. [22:43.980 --> 22:47.180] Another thing that's really good in our product has is hemp seed protein. [22:47.180 --> 22:52.980] Hemp seed protein is neutral and synergetic, and it helps to balance the body, plus the [22:52.980 --> 22:58.900] amino acids that are necessary for repair, and repair is going to be a necessity in the [22:58.900 --> 23:05.500] body for our tissue repair if we could expose any kind of radioactive material just because [23:05.500 --> 23:07.580] it's the damage that's going to be done. [23:07.580 --> 23:12.820] It's my personal belief that we're being exposed to it right now, just like you said. [23:12.820 --> 23:17.700] All the testing that's been going on in the 1940s is part of belief that we walk around [23:17.700 --> 23:21.860] every day and we're not being exposed to this stuff, and the stories that we hear about [23:21.860 --> 23:25.060] people dumping it into the water like in Washington. [23:25.060 --> 23:31.300] I also know that our immune system is our primary defense against this, and if we keep [23:31.300 --> 23:36.580] our immune system strong, then we don't have to succumb to the sickness of radiation poisoning [23:36.580 --> 23:39.500] that our immune system will do the work of getting it out. [23:39.500 --> 23:43.340] I don't want to make it sound like just my product is all people have to take. [23:43.340 --> 23:49.100] That's why I wanted to outline some things that they can do in their daily life that [23:49.100 --> 23:55.220] will enhance the immune system, such as breathing and drinking lots of fluids, bright fluids, [23:55.220 --> 24:00.940] and moving, and getting good sleep, because without that it doesn't matter what you take. [24:00.940 --> 24:06.540] You can take all of the plants and mushrooms and adaptogens and natural key letters that [24:06.540 --> 24:11.940] are available out there, but if your body is run down and you're not taking care of yourself, [24:11.940 --> 24:17.180] then if there's something else that doesn't get you, the radioactive material will. [24:17.180 --> 24:19.180] Absolutely. [24:19.180 --> 24:23.980] Now, Stephen, I wanted you to go back when you were talking about the water, and you [24:23.980 --> 24:28.540] were talking about the highly charged water and the minerals, and you were saying something [24:28.540 --> 24:32.620] about that causes the heavy metals to bond with the metals in the water. [24:32.620 --> 24:37.500] Can you go over that again, and what you were saying right after that? [24:37.500 --> 24:43.380] Well, the trace, we need to get all of the necessary trace minerals. [24:43.380 --> 24:49.660] What happens in the thyroid gland is we can reason why radioactive iodine is such a problem [24:49.660 --> 24:55.580] and why we need to take in things like seaweed, because it's high in natural iodine. [24:55.580 --> 25:03.340] When we put the natural iodine in there, that mineral, the thyroid is already full of that [25:03.340 --> 25:09.180] mineral, so it won't accept the radioactive iodine. [25:09.180 --> 25:14.780] When we have the right amount of trace minerals in our bodies already, then that sort of sends [25:14.780 --> 25:16.940] a signal to the body it doesn't need anymore. [25:16.940 --> 25:22.460] It doesn't mean that we still won't get infected with radioactive isotides, I suppose there's [25:22.460 --> 25:27.380] just a less, kind of bigger chance that it will affect us. [25:27.380 --> 25:31.380] When people you actually hear about them, yes, sir. [25:31.380 --> 25:39.420] Yes, after you spoke to the carbon filter and the zeolite, then you mentioned two or [25:39.420 --> 25:46.140] three mineral substances I didn't recognize and certainly wouldn't know where to find. [25:46.140 --> 25:48.140] Will you touch on those again? [25:48.140 --> 25:53.060] Well, I said folvic acid and cumic acid. [25:53.060 --> 25:58.900] Now these are pooled up plant material, ingredients in our product. [25:58.900 --> 26:07.260] It's called shellagy, and shellagy is a substance that oozes from the rocks and plant matter [26:07.260 --> 26:13.300] at about 14,000 feet in parts of India and Nepal and Tibet. [26:13.300 --> 26:18.260] What they found is that the rocks over thousands of years have broken down with plant matter [26:18.260 --> 26:24.660] to create this humic substance, earth substance, very similar to zeolite that we've talked [26:24.660 --> 26:25.660] about before. [26:25.660 --> 26:31.780] And it's full of all of your trace minerals and certainly your macro minerals. [26:31.780 --> 26:36.820] Your macro minerals are anything over 100 milligrams a day that you need in trace minerals [26:36.820 --> 26:40.020] or everything below that. [26:40.020 --> 26:45.980] And what happens is these break down into the humic acid. [26:45.980 --> 26:52.060] Now you can find in liquid form and there's some really great liquid forms out there. [26:52.060 --> 27:00.820] I'm trying to think of a brand right now, ADIYA, A-D-Y-A, ADIYAWATER.COM is a really [27:00.820 --> 27:01.820] great product. [27:01.820 --> 27:05.700] And I don't sell that product, I have nothing to invest in that product, but I do use it [27:05.700 --> 27:10.020] and I put it in my water and all you need is a tablespoon per gallon. [27:10.020 --> 27:14.580] And the minerals actually have an extra oxygen charge in them. [27:14.580 --> 27:21.260] So what happens is that extra oxygen charge breaks off and not only does it mineralize [27:21.260 --> 27:26.740] the water, the rest of the particles in there, but the extra oxygen charge will bond to any [27:26.740 --> 27:30.900] other contaminants in your water and pretty much render them harmless. [27:30.900 --> 27:37.060] And that's what's great about using ionic charge, humic and folic acid. [27:37.060 --> 27:41.380] But shall I use a natural agasic acid that I use in my product that already has humic [27:41.380 --> 27:44.060] and folic acid in it? [27:44.060 --> 27:45.940] So I use both, I do both. [27:45.940 --> 27:48.900] I'm a little overkill. [27:48.900 --> 27:54.700] I see people coming in all the time with these issues and cancer is such a real thing. [27:54.700 --> 27:59.820] I'm dealing with it confidently, I just got a call, I'm in North Carolina right now treating [27:59.820 --> 28:06.540] a patient for on a seven day stretch and then I leave here, I just got another call on my [28:06.540 --> 28:07.540] way back. [28:07.540 --> 28:08.540] I'm stopping in Missouri. [28:08.540 --> 28:14.740] This gentleman there is 38 years old and they stay at home after the medics were finished [28:14.740 --> 28:15.740] with him. [28:15.740 --> 28:19.780] He has bladder cancer and it's spread to his bones and there's nothing they can do for [28:19.780 --> 28:20.780] him. [28:20.780 --> 28:26.060] Now, 38 year old man who has bone cancer, it's just, and it's constant, I'm seeing hearing [28:26.060 --> 28:33.060] and seeing things like that all the time, so what is the thing that's happened and it's [28:33.060 --> 28:39.660] widespread more than any other thing in the last 50 to 60 years when cancer spied? [28:39.660 --> 28:44.700] And I believe it's radioactive poisoning and it's just kind of, it's all over the world [28:44.700 --> 28:45.700] with pandemic. [28:45.700 --> 28:49.420] If there's no way to run from it anymore, you're not going to move to the mountains [28:49.420 --> 28:53.140] and hide from it and you're certainly not going to go to the North Pole and hide from [28:53.140 --> 28:54.140] it. [28:54.140 --> 28:55.140] It's everywhere. [28:55.140 --> 28:56.140] Absolutely. [28:56.140 --> 29:04.020] We've got to, we've got to take some kind of measures here to try to protect ourselves [29:04.020 --> 29:08.420] because it's certainly not going away and it looks to me like the problem is only getting [29:08.420 --> 29:09.420] worse. [29:09.420 --> 29:10.420] Oh, definitely. [29:10.420 --> 29:16.300] Definitely, I mean, I didn't even know about all the stuff you were talking about and I [29:16.300 --> 29:22.220] had no idea, I was reading an article today about the issue over in Nebraska with the [29:22.220 --> 29:28.100] pools of the storage of the nuclear waste, our radioactive waste, and issues of having [29:28.100 --> 29:31.100] that with, having with that and the flooding. [29:31.100 --> 29:34.140] We have a real problem with this stuff. [29:34.140 --> 29:35.140] Absolutely. [29:35.140 --> 29:36.140] All right. [29:36.140 --> 29:37.140] Well, folks, we're going to break. [29:37.140 --> 29:43.780] If you have a question for Stephen Rogers, please call in 512-646-1984. [29:43.780 --> 29:59.980] We will be right back. [29:59.980 --> 30:00.980] I lost my son. [30:00.980 --> 30:01.980] My nephew. [30:01.980 --> 30:02.980] My uncle. [30:02.980 --> 30:03.980] My son. [30:03.980 --> 30:04.980] On September 11, 2001. [30:04.980 --> 30:08.220] People don't know that a third tower fell on September 11. [30:08.220 --> 30:12.340] World Trade Center 7, a 47-story skyscraper, was not hit by a plane. [30:12.340 --> 30:16.220] What will be the official explanation is that fire brought down Building 7. [30:16.220 --> 30:21.060] Over 1,200 architects and engineers looked into the evidence and believed there is more [30:21.060 --> 30:22.060] to the story. [30:22.060 --> 30:23.420] Bring justice to my son. [30:23.420 --> 30:24.420] My uncle. [30:24.420 --> 30:25.420] My nephew. [30:25.420 --> 30:26.420] My son. [30:26.420 --> 30:27.420] Go to building what.org. [30:27.420 --> 30:28.420] Why it fell. [30:28.420 --> 30:29.420] Why it matters. [30:29.420 --> 30:30.420] And what you can do. [30:30.420 --> 30:36.980] The key to better sports performance might be sitting on a shelf in your kitchen cabinet. [30:36.980 --> 30:41.180] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht and I'll be right back to explain how a common baking ingredient [30:41.180 --> 30:44.820] could help improve your accuracy and endurance. [30:44.820 --> 30:46.420] Privacy is under attack. [30:46.420 --> 30:50.020] When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again. [30:50.020 --> 30:54.780] And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too. [30:54.780 --> 30:56.220] So protect your rights. [30:56.220 --> 31:00.380] Say no to surveillance and keep your information to yourself. [31:00.380 --> 31:02.580] Privacy is worth hanging on to. [31:02.580 --> 31:06.900] This public service announcement is brought to you by StartPage.com, the private search [31:06.900 --> 31:10.380] engine alternative to Google, Yahoo, and Bing. [31:10.380 --> 31:13.980] Start over with StartPage. [31:13.980 --> 31:16.180] Baking soda isn't just for biscuits anymore. [31:16.180 --> 31:20.660] This common baking ingredient also called sodium bicarbonate helps put the rise in things [31:20.660 --> 31:22.340] like cakes and cookies. [31:22.340 --> 31:25.700] Turns out it can also pump up your sports performance. [31:25.700 --> 31:29.180] Researchers found that athletes who consume to drink with a small amount of baking soda [31:29.180 --> 31:32.860] before a tennis game maintain their accuracy and consistency. [31:32.860 --> 31:37.500] While those given a placebo slow down faster, scientists concluded that baking soda works [31:37.500 --> 31:41.220] by lowering lactic acid levels that can cause fatigue. [31:41.220 --> 31:44.980] Baking soda can have side effects ranging from diarrhea to heart problems. [31:44.980 --> 31:48.700] So check with your doctor before trading in sports drinks for the performance enhancing [31:48.700 --> 31:51.580] properties of a baking soda brew. [31:51.580 --> 31:52.580] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht. [31:52.580 --> 31:59.580] For more news and information at CatherineAlbrecht.com. [32:22.580 --> 32:31.940] Okay folks, we are back. [32:31.940 --> 32:33.460] We are here with Stephen Rogers. [32:33.460 --> 32:40.900] We're talking about concentration and chelation and how to deal with the current situation [32:40.900 --> 32:45.780] state of our environment concerning these radioactive particles that are everywhere [32:45.780 --> 32:52.020] and the situation is only going to get worse because of Fukushima and I don't know when [32:52.020 --> 32:57.780] people are going to start realizing that nuclear power is not the way to go because it's not [32:57.780 --> 33:04.060] so much the reactors that are the dangerous part of it even though that is highly dangerous. [33:04.060 --> 33:05.700] It's the waste. [33:05.700 --> 33:08.700] I mean this stuff doesn't go away. [33:08.700 --> 33:17.540] It just doesn't go away and when Fukushima blew a mile high in the sky, all the waste [33:17.540 --> 33:19.260] was just flown. [33:19.260 --> 33:22.580] It was just expelled everywhere. [33:22.580 --> 33:29.100] All those radioactive rods, all those spit rods, they just got blown all over the area. [33:29.100 --> 33:34.140] So this is a problem that's not going away so we need to know how to protect ourselves [33:34.140 --> 33:39.420] from it so that we don't get cancer when we're 38 years old like Stephen Rogers. [33:39.420 --> 33:41.460] The person that Stephen Rogers was talking about earlier. [33:41.460 --> 33:46.140] All right, we've got a caller, Ben from Texas that wants to talk about liquid zeolite. [33:46.140 --> 33:47.620] Ben, thank you for calling in. [33:47.620 --> 33:49.340] What do you have for us tonight? [33:49.340 --> 33:50.500] Hello, Ben. [33:50.500 --> 33:55.620] I noticed that he mentioned zeolite but I've used like this liquid zeolite and it actually [33:55.620 --> 33:57.860] cleanses it in the cellular level. [33:57.860 --> 34:02.900] It's actually really good stuff and I want to talk about what's the name of it? [34:02.900 --> 34:03.900] Liquid zeolite? [34:03.900 --> 34:05.380] Yeah, I've heard of liquid zeolite. [34:05.380 --> 34:09.740] We were talking about that on the break and I've done a little research into it and it [34:09.740 --> 34:15.700] is definitely a different thing than taking a cheap bag of kitty litter that doesn't have [34:15.700 --> 34:18.820] a perfume in it and dissolving it in water. [34:18.820 --> 34:22.740] Like what Randy was discussing the last time we had Stephen on the show, yeah, there is [34:22.740 --> 34:24.540] this liquid zeolite. [34:24.540 --> 34:30.340] Now Ben, I have seen, there is a plethora on the internet of different liquid zeolite [34:30.340 --> 34:37.820] products and a varying range of price where some of them are so expensive that it's basically [34:37.820 --> 34:44.500] prohibitively expensive and we would be talking like $200, $300 a month for a couple to use [34:44.500 --> 34:45.940] not to mention the whole family. [34:45.940 --> 34:50.580] So Ben, can you give us your experience of liquid zeolite and what kind do you recommend [34:50.580 --> 34:52.420] and what kind works for you? [34:52.420 --> 34:55.180] Well, actually I've tried a couple kinds. [34:55.180 --> 34:58.980] First I tried one of the really expensive ones like you're talking about natural cellular [34:58.980 --> 35:06.500] defense as it was called in NPD and that one's really good but I actually found this place [35:06.500 --> 35:08.980] it was like zeolitedepo.com that sold it. [35:08.980 --> 35:13.900] It wasn't quite the same product but it had like the humic acid and stuff like that and [35:13.900 --> 35:17.460] it had the humic and pulic acid like you was talking about. [35:17.460 --> 35:19.460] This is zeolitedepo.com? [35:19.460 --> 35:24.700] You know, I don't know if that's still their thing because it was actually a couple years [35:24.700 --> 35:27.860] ago but I'd have to find a bottle. [35:27.860 --> 35:33.260] The bottle has their information on it and I don't have it available but actually one [35:33.260 --> 35:38.180] of the place I learned of this stuff I wanted to mention this to you is this website it's [35:38.180 --> 35:42.860] called juicefesting.com and it has to do with like that juice cleansing like he's talking [35:42.860 --> 35:47.500] about except like this is like an all-encompassing program like they have all these different [35:47.500 --> 35:54.140] supplements, you know, green foods and you mix the zeolite in and you drink basically [35:54.140 --> 36:00.700] like four quarts of green juice a day or like three quarts of green juice or one quarter [36:00.700 --> 36:05.380] fruit juice and you know you get basically like the way they have it you get every single [36:05.380 --> 36:09.540] nutrient your body needs but it's like a huge mega clam that will get everything out of [36:09.540 --> 36:10.540] you all at once. [36:10.540 --> 36:14.060] And they actually have all you can do it for up to 92 days. [36:14.060 --> 36:17.780] I did it for three days and like all the stuff that came out of me I was just so glad to [36:17.780 --> 36:18.780] be rid of that stuff. [36:18.780 --> 36:22.420] I mean, it was amazing. [36:22.420 --> 36:24.420] That's great, Ben. [36:24.420 --> 36:26.100] So are you doing the zeolite right now? [36:26.100 --> 36:28.740] Do you do the liquid zeolite on a regular basis? [36:28.740 --> 36:32.660] Yeah, I do like not on not necessarily a regular basis. [36:32.660 --> 36:33.660] I do it. [36:33.660 --> 36:36.260] I switch back and forth between a lot of different products you know there's only so much stuff [36:36.260 --> 36:38.380] that you can afford to do on a regular basis. [36:38.380 --> 36:45.260] And I also I think I use green food a lot too because that's you know that really helps [36:45.260 --> 36:47.900] for the daily energy. [36:47.900 --> 36:52.020] But yeah, whatever I can I try and I try and make my own green juice. [36:52.020 --> 36:55.740] It's really easy to make at your house actually the best way to do it is with a blender. [36:55.740 --> 37:00.100] You can take the leaves and just like the leafy greens and put them in the blender [37:00.100 --> 37:05.020] just took this one maybe an eighth of a cup of water in there and then blend it all up [37:05.020 --> 37:09.140] you can take you can strain it in a cloth bag you just dump the mixture in a cloth bag [37:09.140 --> 37:15.300] and you strain it into a bowl and it's like really fast and easy way to make to make green [37:15.300 --> 37:16.300] juice. [37:16.300 --> 37:17.300] Nice. [37:17.300 --> 37:18.300] That's great. [37:18.300 --> 37:23.580] I also wanted to mention skin brushing too skin brushing in hot and cold showers because [37:23.580 --> 37:28.500] your skin actually eliminates a lot of toxins as well. [37:28.500 --> 37:34.780] So yeah sauna those help too of course on sweating you know sweat will eliminate a lot of toxins [37:34.780 --> 37:39.860] but the idea of the skin brushing is you use the skin brush before you get into the shower [37:39.860 --> 37:42.700] because dry skin brushing a lot of people get confused and they think it's for when [37:42.700 --> 37:47.420] you're in the shower it's actually for before you go in the shower you just use skin brush [37:47.420 --> 37:52.020] and it gets all the dead skin cells off and then you wash it off and you do the alternating [37:52.020 --> 37:56.940] like hot and cold showers and like make your pores expand and contract and it gets even [37:56.940 --> 37:59.940] more dunk out. [37:59.940 --> 38:06.580] Yeah it's very good for relaxing the nervous system once the nervous system is relaxed [38:06.580 --> 38:11.940] and died for easy so sweating will help to expel things even better. [38:11.940 --> 38:12.940] Yes. [38:12.940 --> 38:16.900] Yes that juice feeding program I'm talking about incorporates like all this stuff at [38:16.900 --> 38:22.860] the same time plus it does it has other stuff too like for your like you take MSM every [38:22.860 --> 38:28.660] morning you mix it with water and lemon juice and do rebounding on the trampoline and that [38:28.660 --> 38:33.740] actually like you have joint problems that fixes your joints MSM dissolves the scar tissue [38:33.740 --> 38:39.180] and the rebounding is actually like really good for your joints. [38:39.180 --> 38:45.940] That's great Ben good pieces of advice and also taking baths with salt like Dead Sea [38:45.940 --> 38:53.580] Salt from Israel to pull the toxins out of your body and there are some places that will [38:53.580 --> 39:00.300] do the ionic foot chelation therapy which it pulls the toxins out from the bottoms of [39:00.300 --> 39:04.780] your feet and it really does work I've done it before and it's I can feel the difference [39:04.780 --> 39:09.780] immediately and afterwards for several days but you have to be careful if you're going [39:09.780 --> 39:16.260] to buy these these so-called ionic foot chelators because not all of them are really that good [39:16.260 --> 39:20.220] and some of them can even be dangerous that the really good machines that actually work [39:20.220 --> 39:25.500] can cost like 2,500 bucks so it's best to like go to a place go to some kind of a clinic [39:25.500 --> 39:30.260] that actually has the proper machine and if you don't have the money to buy one but you [39:30.260 --> 39:35.180] try to get one of the cheaper models I would be very cautious about that. [39:35.180 --> 39:42.620] Yeah be careful with these machines, steam fritz tried to electrocute me without a rife [39:42.620 --> 39:43.620] machine once. [39:43.620 --> 39:48.020] Right but that wasn't an ionic foot chelator that was that was the rife machine and those [39:48.020 --> 39:54.980] things actually that's been around for I believe since the late 1800s and that's been proven [39:54.980 --> 40:03.740] that the Raymond Rife he was able to come up with specific frequencies that would destroy [40:03.740 --> 40:09.980] specific pathogens and that's like that is scientifically proven that those things work [40:09.980 --> 40:16.060] but I was talking about the ionic foot chelators which is a water it's like a water bath foot [40:16.060 --> 40:21.500] bath and it and it pulls the toxin the ionic it ionizes the water and it pulls the toxins [40:21.500 --> 40:23.420] out through your feet and it really does work. [40:23.420 --> 40:28.580] I want to reiterate what we were discussing in the beginning and I know it's great if [40:28.580 --> 40:33.940] we can afford to take all these different supplements and do all these different things but even [40:33.940 --> 40:39.540] if we do all of those if our body's natural process of elimination and the body does it [40:39.540 --> 40:44.740] eliminates many ways through diapheresis or sweating it does it through coughing it does [40:44.740 --> 40:48.540] it through vomiting it does it through the mucous membranes and the nasal passages and [40:48.540 --> 40:55.180] eyes I mean the body urinates, defecates, all of these are natural processes of the body [40:55.180 --> 41:01.460] that go on from moment to moment and it's simply doing a detox for three days or doing [41:01.460 --> 41:09.220] it once every season or once a year or even taking these keelating materials on a ongoing [41:09.220 --> 41:18.340] basis simply is not enough the body is constantly exposed to pesticides, herbicides, insecticides, [41:18.340 --> 41:23.860] radioactive elements and it goes on and on and on, you know estrogen so from moment to [41:23.860 --> 41:29.940] moment the bodies naturally are already organically getting this stuff out so what we have to [41:29.940 --> 41:36.340] really start thinking about is how do I get my body in the best possible condition so [41:36.340 --> 41:42.060] the natural process of elimination will do its job if your body was operating in the [41:42.060 --> 41:47.060] optimal level right now you wouldn't need to do any of that stuff it would just continuously [41:47.060 --> 41:52.500] flush it out it's only because we don't take care of ourselves properly that we need to [41:52.500 --> 41:58.140] take all these extra things now I'm not saying don't take them we should I take a scuby [41:58.140 --> 42:02.420] concentration every day because it has half of the best keelators that you can find on [42:02.420 --> 42:07.100] the planet in it in the form of adaptogens I mean these are great and they are great [42:07.100 --> 42:12.780] for tissue regeneration they're great for balancing the body and keeping it a homeostasis [42:12.780 --> 42:19.740] and I take a spoonful of miso paste every day and a sheet of nori seaweed but I may [42:19.740 --> 42:24.900] absolutely sure every day that I go through an entire rope yoga routine that incorporates [42:24.900 --> 42:30.580] all the mindful breathing I spend quite a bit of time in meditation and thinning myself [42:30.580 --> 42:35.660] I get out and I walk about 30 minutes to an hour every day and I practice deep breathing [42:35.660 --> 42:40.020] when I'm doing all of that I make sure that I get eight hours of sleep every night and [42:40.020 --> 42:44.940] I get to bed when the sun goes down and I just kind of wake up close to just before [42:44.940 --> 42:49.380] when the sun comes up in the morning so I'm not taxing my granules by staying up late [42:49.380 --> 42:53.980] at night so these are all the things that we can do that don't cost us a dime and they [42:53.980 --> 43:00.540] are the most important things that we should do to help the natural eliminating system [43:00.540 --> 43:07.060] of the body do what it already knows how to do which is save our lives every moment by [43:07.060 --> 43:13.020] removing toxication or toxicity from the cell so we don't suffer from auto intoxication [43:13.020 --> 43:14.020] or self-poisoning. [43:14.020 --> 43:15.020] Excellent. [43:15.020 --> 43:16.020] Excellent. [43:16.020 --> 43:17.020] Good words. [43:17.020 --> 43:18.020] All right. [43:18.020 --> 43:19.020] We're about to go to break. [43:19.020 --> 43:21.020] Ben, did you have anything else for us? [43:21.020 --> 43:22.020] No. [43:22.020 --> 43:23.020] That's pretty good. [43:23.020 --> 43:24.020] All right. [43:24.020 --> 43:25.020] Thank you for calling in. [43:25.020 --> 43:26.020] All right. [43:26.020 --> 43:27.020] No problem. [43:27.020 --> 43:28.020] All right. [43:28.020 --> 43:29.020] Wonderful. [43:29.020 --> 43:30.020] All right. [43:30.020 --> 43:33.580] Thank you, Stephen, for one more segment and he's going to talk about the ingredients [43:33.580 --> 43:38.420] and shintrition, how they can help killate and keep you healthy, keep your system in [43:38.420 --> 43:43.020] balance so that you can naturally detox like what he was just talking about and Stephen [43:43.020 --> 43:45.660] also has some specials for our listeners. [43:45.660 --> 43:48.060] We'll be talking about that on the other side. [43:48.060 --> 43:51.460] This is the Rule of Law, Rule of Law, radio.com. [43:51.460 --> 44:00.380] We'll be right back, folks. [44:00.380 --> 44:05.220] It is so enlightening to listen to 90.1 FM but finding things on the Internet isn't [44:05.220 --> 44:09.020] so easy and neither is finding like-minded people to share it with. [44:09.020 --> 44:12.180] Oh, well, I guess you haven't heard of Brave New Books then. [44:12.180 --> 44:13.180] Brave New Books? [44:13.180 --> 44:14.180] Yes. [44:14.180 --> 44:18.340] Brave New Books has all the books and DVDs you're looking for by authors like Alex Jones, [44:18.340 --> 44:23.100] Ron Paul, Angie Everett Griffin, They Even Stock Inner Food, Berkey Products and Calvin [44:23.100 --> 44:24.100] Soaps. [44:24.100 --> 44:26.660] There's no way a place like that exists. [44:26.660 --> 44:28.100] Go check it out for yourself. [44:28.100 --> 44:32.460] It's downtown at 1904 Guadalupe Street just south of UT. [44:32.460 --> 44:33.460] By UT? [44:33.460 --> 44:35.700] There's never anywhere to park down there. [44:35.700 --> 44:41.140] Actually, they now offer a free hour of parking for paying customers at the 500 MLK parking [44:41.140 --> 44:44.100] facility just behind the bookstore. [44:44.100 --> 44:47.060] It does exist, but when are they open? [44:47.060 --> 44:51.900] Monday through Saturday, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and 1 to 6 p.m. on Sundays. [45:54.620 --> 46:21.460] See what our powder, seeds and oil can do for you at hempusa.org. [46:24.620 --> 46:53.020] All right folks, we are back. [46:53.020 --> 46:56.220] This is the rule of law. [46:56.220 --> 47:01.780] We are here with one more segment with Stephen Rogers and Stephen. [47:01.780 --> 47:06.100] You're going to tell us about your product, Shintrition, how the ingredients in Shintrition [47:06.100 --> 47:10.540] can help with this radiation situation, how it can help our bodies get rid of it, how [47:10.540 --> 47:19.260] it can help our bodies stay healthy to basically do its own detox and give our listeners some [47:19.260 --> 47:22.020] information on how they can get it and some specials. [47:22.020 --> 47:27.780] Well, we need to take a full spectrum approach, a broad approach when we're dealing with [47:27.780 --> 47:33.940] any kind of toxins because toxins have unique hiding places in the body. [47:33.940 --> 47:39.140] For instance, plutonium loves the sex glands and radioactive iodine goes to the thyroid [47:39.140 --> 47:44.860] gland and then certain dinoestrogens will get in different parts of the body. [47:44.860 --> 47:51.860] So when we're dealing with toxins, we want a full spectrum approach plus we want something [47:51.860 --> 47:56.820] that we can take in addition to the chelation and removing the toxins that's going to help [47:56.820 --> 48:03.420] regenerate and heal and repair the tissue damage that we've experienced from these toxins. [48:03.420 --> 48:09.300] Shintrition, when we built this product many years ago, we took all of that into consideration. [48:09.300 --> 48:16.980] So we used a unique group of superfoods, adaptogenic herbs and hemp seed proteins to accomplish [48:16.980 --> 48:17.980] this. [48:17.980 --> 48:25.140] Now, the great part about this product are the adaptogens and adaptogens not only help [48:25.140 --> 48:30.180] to remove toxins out of the body but they're unique and they help the body to adapt to [48:30.180 --> 48:35.940] all kinds of stress whether it's psychological, physical or environmental stress and they [48:35.940 --> 48:39.460] do so by helping the body to maintain homeostasis. [48:39.460 --> 48:45.180] Remember I said the body has a natural function called elimination and when the body maintains [48:45.180 --> 48:51.420] homeostasis with relative ease, it uses all its extra life force or what Hans Staley called [48:51.420 --> 48:56.260] adaptive energy to help in all the other functions of the body. [48:56.260 --> 49:01.020] So if you have extra life force or extra adaptive energy, you're going to adapt better even [49:01.020 --> 49:07.380] and adapt to environmental toxins, environmental stressors such as radioactive isotopes. [49:07.380 --> 49:11.260] So that extra adaptive energy will help the eliminated function move out. [49:11.260 --> 49:17.100] We have the widest array of adaptogens, adaptogens are unique, they grow like I said before, [49:17.100 --> 49:23.100] they grow in extreme environment and by growing in extreme environments, they learn to survive [49:23.100 --> 49:27.300] and thrive in these environments and they develop certain phytochemicals that allow [49:27.300 --> 49:28.300] them to do that. [49:28.300 --> 49:34.740] So it's those phytochemicals that are in there that allow us to also maintain homeostasis [49:34.740 --> 49:35.740] with relative ease. [49:35.740 --> 49:41.460] For instance, I talked to a lot of folks about chelagic which is a human substance that is [49:41.460 --> 49:45.660] an adaptogen that helps us maintain homeostasis and it's full of trace minerals. [49:45.660 --> 49:50.340] And then there's purple dullsweed that's in our product which is an seaweed and it's [49:50.340 --> 49:56.340] the highest concentration of trace minerals out of any seafood plant or seaweed that's [49:56.340 --> 49:57.780] on the planet. [49:57.780 --> 50:05.060] We use other superfoods like organic hemp seed powder, spirulina, asari berry, falafagrass, [50:05.060 --> 50:10.620] and all of these are natural or full of chlorophyll which are natural key lighters to remove stuff [50:10.620 --> 50:11.620] out of the body. [50:11.620 --> 50:23.060] Then we use superfood veggies like broccoli, beet, collard, kale, flaxseed, radish, spinach, [50:23.060 --> 50:27.540] wheatgrass and asterola cherry fruit powder. [50:27.540 --> 50:32.260] Just going through some of the mushroom complex and mushrooms are great immunomodulators and [50:32.260 --> 50:36.300] immunosimulators, but guess what? [50:36.300 --> 50:40.740] Mushrooms are also really good at curating radioactive isotopes out of the body or they [50:40.740 --> 50:41.900] have been shown to that. [50:41.900 --> 50:47.220] I can't actually make claims but if people want to go to pubmed.org and that's all the [50:47.220 --> 50:51.460] steps that the government studies, you can key in any one of these ingredients and you [50:51.460 --> 50:56.580] can find out lots of double blind studies that have been done on these ingredients. [50:56.580 --> 51:06.540] The product we carry, mataki, we carry reishi mushroom, we carry shiitake mushroom, shishandra [51:06.540 --> 51:11.900] berries and other great tonic herbs along with jujube or Chinese dates that helps the [51:11.900 --> 51:17.340] body tonify the body and helps repair all of the tissue damage that we experience from [51:17.340 --> 51:19.380] toxins in the body. [51:19.380 --> 51:24.460] Holy basil which is a number one chief herb that's used in Ayurveda, the science of life, [51:24.460 --> 51:27.140] an old East Indian medicine. [51:27.140 --> 51:32.380] It's used to treat almost everything because it's an adaptogen and either takes the body [51:32.380 --> 51:36.460] and creates excessive conditions or deficient conditions, it's always bringing the body [51:36.460 --> 51:37.460] back to homeostasis. [51:37.460 --> 51:45.540] And there's poti, poti or polygonal multi-plurum which is also called khushu wu which is a [51:45.540 --> 51:46.540] blood tonic. [51:46.540 --> 51:51.140] It helps to strengthen the blood so the blood can filter out a lot of the toxins in the [51:51.140 --> 51:52.140] body. [51:52.140 --> 51:56.700] Christian fruit or we know as wolfberry or goji fruit is really good for stimulating [51:56.700 --> 52:01.860] what we call kidney young or vital energy in the kidney, the more warming energy that [52:01.860 --> 52:07.300] we need to help diapheresis in the body, to help sweat and push out toxins. [52:07.300 --> 52:11.980] So there's a lot of ingredients, there's 39 ingredients in this formula and they've [52:11.980 --> 52:17.500] all been synergistically good to do several things in the body as I just stated. [52:17.500 --> 52:22.460] If people are interested in our product, they can go to Shandtrition.com or they can go [52:22.460 --> 52:28.860] to rule of law radio and hit the enter there and we are offering a special for three days. [52:28.860 --> 52:33.900] Again you need to stay on a product like this or something on a daily basis along with taking [52:33.900 --> 52:37.140] care of yourself to keep all the toxins out. [52:37.140 --> 52:41.860] So I realize that money is tied for people so we want to extend an offer out there for [52:41.860 --> 52:42.860] everyone. [52:42.860 --> 52:50.820] It's 20% off if you go on our site so you just see down on getshand.com and you'll see [52:50.820 --> 52:55.060] the bottle of Shandtrition there and you can get as many as you want for 20% off and that [52:55.060 --> 52:56.660] will last for three days. [52:56.660 --> 53:02.980] We will pull that down on Sunday and we'll go back after it's right here, price of $50. [53:02.980 --> 53:08.380] Well that sounds awesome and folks I have been taking the Shandtrition product for I don't [53:08.380 --> 53:15.500] know how long now, six months at least and I love it and it's made me feel better and [53:15.500 --> 53:21.980] more balanced and I would highly recommend the product to everyone and I actually used [53:21.980 --> 53:30.780] to buy these individual herbs separately and take them as part of my regular routine but [53:30.780 --> 53:34.900] it's much cheaper just to get the Shandtrition because then you don't have to buy all the [53:34.900 --> 53:35.900] herbs separately. [53:35.900 --> 53:41.060] So it really is a screaming deal I will say that for the price. [53:41.060 --> 53:48.660] Yes it is and we usually are both deals you have to buy 12 to get the price from $50 to [53:48.660 --> 53:54.300] $43 a unit and all you have to do is buy one and get a $40 a unit so we don't extend [53:54.300 --> 54:00.020] these kinds of sales very often so grab it while you can and if we will keep it up until [54:00.020 --> 54:03.820] Sunday 6 p.m. Eastern time. [54:03.820 --> 54:09.300] Okay we have a caller on the line we've got Tom from Florida that wants to make a comment [54:09.300 --> 54:10.300] about Shandtrition. [54:10.300 --> 54:13.820] Tom thank you for calling in you have something to say to Steven? [54:13.820 --> 54:17.020] Yes I do thank you for taking my call. [54:17.020 --> 54:20.260] I just want to thank Steve for creating an amazing product. [54:20.260 --> 54:23.220] I take two servings of Shandtrition every day. [54:23.220 --> 54:30.660] I mix it with two ounces of hemp milk along with two ounces of highly charged water and [54:30.660 --> 54:38.540] it's fantastic it fills all the nutritional gaps in my diet that I'm missing daily. [54:38.540 --> 54:45.900] My question is I heard you talk about other things besides Shandtrition that can protect [54:45.900 --> 54:49.260] you against the radioactive isotopes in the air. [54:49.260 --> 54:53.740] You mentioned something called Nori and Miso. [54:53.740 --> 54:57.340] How much should I be taking daily along with Shandtrition? [54:57.340 --> 55:02.140] A teaspoon of Miso paste is sufficient. [55:02.140 --> 55:08.780] There's an enzyme inside the Miso paste it's a permanent soy that actually is a key later. [55:08.780 --> 55:14.020] A teaspoon a day should be enough and then I eat Nori usually comes in a little square [55:14.020 --> 55:20.260] sheets and I'll nibble on a sheet throughout the day that should be enough seaweed. [55:20.260 --> 55:26.340] Again it's not a full spectrum protective agent the Nori but it will help with things [55:26.340 --> 55:28.500] like radioactive iodide. [55:28.500 --> 55:32.980] There's plenty of other seaweed, Nori's seaweed, there's guacamole, there's combu, purple [55:32.980 --> 55:37.260] dulls which is in our product and I use purple dulls because it has the highest concentration [55:37.260 --> 55:42.900] of pre-trace minerals out of all the seaweed so I just didn't want to waste a lot of space [55:42.900 --> 55:47.900] with ingredients and I use the best seaweed I could find. [55:47.900 --> 55:53.780] I've heard you both talk about radioactive isotopes in the air and the question I have [55:53.780 --> 56:01.620] is I know in July of 1945 they set off the first nuclear detonation. [56:01.620 --> 56:07.860] My question is how many nuclear detonations have taken place since July of 1945? [56:07.860 --> 56:13.140] Two to three thousand, there's an actual site that you can go to. [56:13.140 --> 56:20.140] I forgot the site maybe Deborah has it but you can go to there and it will show year [56:20.140 --> 56:24.620] by year where all of the detonations that happened around the world either above ground, [56:24.620 --> 56:31.260] below ground, underwater or in some containment, some facility somewhere but there was somewhere [56:31.260 --> 56:38.420] between two to three thousand of them that went off and that's just testing for bombs. [56:38.420 --> 56:44.380] Like Deborah was talking about earlier that's not any of the nuclear meltdowns or the nuclear [56:44.380 --> 56:46.940] waste that we're having to deal with all the time. [56:46.940 --> 56:52.500] I mean this stuff is real, we're coming in contact with it every day, the reason why [56:52.500 --> 56:56.900] we don't get sick a lot of the time is because it takes years to show up in a lot of cases [56:56.900 --> 57:03.420] but our immune systems are amazing, the creator put these things in to protect us from stuff [57:03.420 --> 57:04.420] like this. [57:04.420 --> 57:07.260] You have to take care of our bodies. [57:07.260 --> 57:11.980] Yeah and those two to three thousand that's just what they're telling us about and I had [57:11.980 --> 57:14.980] a question about the Nori also. [57:14.980 --> 57:20.140] We all want to know, do you know where we can get Nori that is not from the Pacific? [57:20.140 --> 57:26.660] Yes you can get it up around Maine, there's an actual company and I'm beginning to use [57:26.660 --> 57:29.100] some of these companies to source my ingredients. [57:29.100 --> 57:34.780] Most of the stuff now you have about a year supply and most of the big suppliers and things [57:34.780 --> 57:40.260] like Clarella and Combo and Purple Dulls but you can get it up around Maine and there's [57:40.260 --> 57:44.180] a company, well I'll tell you what I'm really promoting another company tonight, it's called [57:44.180 --> 57:52.460] SteveEdge.com and they have everything from, I think, Irish Seamoth to Purple Dulls and [57:52.460 --> 57:58.620] they have quite an array of seaweed, that's probably the cleanest seaweed that you're [57:58.620 --> 58:00.260] going to find right now. [58:00.260 --> 58:03.460] Alright Tom we're about to go to break, do you have anything else quickly? [58:03.460 --> 58:08.860] Thanks a lot Steve, I really appreciate your product and I'm going to keep on taking it. [58:08.860 --> 58:10.340] Hey thanks a lot. [58:10.340 --> 58:11.340] Alright thanks Tom. [58:11.340 --> 58:14.340] Alright, any last words Steven? [58:14.340 --> 58:19.580] No just take care, yeah just take care of yourself folks, I mean your best line of defense [58:19.580 --> 58:24.580] is your immune system and best you have that in your hand, you can do that yourself without [58:24.580 --> 58:25.580] taking anything. [58:25.580 --> 58:31.060] Alright folks and you can get Steven's product at ruleoflawradio.com, you scroll down and [58:31.060 --> 58:37.020] you'll see a picture of a lady with a glass that says less stress, more energy, click [58:37.020 --> 58:41.300] on that and you'll get the special from Steven Rogers, Shintrish and Steven thank you for [58:41.300 --> 58:43.220] joining us tonight. [58:43.220 --> 58:44.220] Thank you for having me. [58:44.220 --> 58:48.780] Alright folks we'll be back on the other side of the top of the hour news, I&M World Report [58:48.780 --> 58:53.220] and we'll be taking your calls in the next hour, you can call about any subject you like [58:53.220 --> 59:00.180] 512-646-1984, we will be right back. [59:00.180 --> 59:05.580] The Bible remains the most popular book in the world, yet countless readers are frustrated [59:05.580 --> 59:08.380] because they struggle to understand it. [59:08.380 --> 59:13.780] Some new translations try to help by simplifying the text, but in the process can compromise [59:13.780 --> 59:17.020] the profound meaning of the Scripture. [59:17.020 --> 59:18.860] Enter the recovery version. [59:18.860 --> 59:24.740] First, this new translation is extremely faithful and accurate, but the real story is the more [59:24.740 --> 59:28.460] than 9000 explanatory footnotes. [59:28.460 --> 59:33.460] Difficult and profound passages are opened up in a marvelous way, providing an entrance [59:33.460 --> 59:38.180] into the riches of the word beyond which you've ever experienced before. [59:38.180 --> 59:43.340] People from America would like to give you a free recovery version simply for the asking. [59:43.340 --> 59:53.740] This comprehensive yet compact study Bible is yours just by calling us toll free at 1-888-551-0102 [59:53.740 --> 59:57.820] or by ordering online at freestudybible.com. [59:57.820 --> 59:59.820] That's freestudybible.com. [59:59.820 --> 01:00:04.180] This news brief brought to you by the International News Network. [01:00:04.180 --> 01:00:09.140] Christopher Drotler, a contractor in Afghanistan for the former Blackwater Security firm, was [01:00:09.140 --> 01:00:13.500] sentenced Tuesday to more than three years in prison for shooting an Afghan civilian [01:00:13.500 --> 01:00:15.860] in Kabul in 2009. [01:00:15.860 --> 01:00:20.980] The decision was hailed by US Attorney Neil McBride for showing no one is above the law, [01:00:20.980 --> 01:00:27.060] even in a combat zone, and the reckless use of force would be punished. [01:00:27.060 --> 01:00:32.260] Ten House members led by Representative Dennis Kucinich Wednesday filed a complaint in federal [01:00:32.260 --> 01:00:38.380] court against Barack Obama for taking military action in Libya without first seeking congressional [01:00:38.380 --> 01:00:39.380] approval. [01:00:39.380 --> 01:00:43.620] Kucinich said, we have asked the courts to move to protect the American people from [01:00:43.620 --> 01:00:47.700] the results of these illegal policies. [01:00:47.700 --> 01:00:52.180] Once known as a booming industrial city and a model of economic progress in Mexico, the [01:00:52.180 --> 01:00:56.660] border city of Juarez has become infamous as the murder capital of the world. [01:00:56.660 --> 01:01:00.260] More than 8,000 people have been killed there since 2008. [01:01:00.260 --> 01:01:05.900] The official story is the Sinaloa and Juarez cartels are fighting for access the city provides [01:01:05.900 --> 01:01:11.860] to the multi-billion dollar US drug market just a few hundred yards away. [01:01:11.860 --> 01:01:17.060] Former nuclear industry leader Arnold Gunderson said Thursday Fukushima is the biggest industrial [01:01:17.060 --> 01:01:19.940] catastrophe in the history of mankind. [01:01:19.940 --> 01:01:25.260] The March 11 quake and tsunami crippled the cooling systems at the nuclear plant and caused [01:01:25.260 --> 01:01:31.380] hydrogen explosions and reactor meltdowns that forced the evacuation of 90,000 people. [01:01:31.380 --> 01:01:36.340] Gunderson said Fukushima has three nuclear reactors and four fuel cores exposed, making [01:01:36.340 --> 01:01:40.500] it the equivalent of 20 nuclear reactor cores and they are all in desperate need of being [01:01:40.500 --> 01:01:42.000] cooled. [01:01:42.000 --> 01:01:46.940] Tokyo Electric has been spraying water on several reactors and fuel cores, but this has caused [01:01:46.940 --> 01:01:52.820] radiation to steam into the air and has generated hundreds of thousands of tons of highly radioactive [01:01:52.820 --> 01:01:55.500] seawater that has to be disposed of. [01:01:55.500 --> 01:02:00.100] Gunderson said radiation had spread much farther than was the case in Chernobyl in amounts [01:02:00.100 --> 01:02:03.820] that caused areas in Chernobyl to be declared no man's land. [01:02:03.820 --> 01:02:10.500] In spite of the catastrophe at Japan's Fukushima nuclear reactors, the Tennessee Valley Authority [01:02:10.500 --> 01:02:16.300] plans to breathe new life into a half-built nuclear plant in Alabama that was shelved 23 [01:02:16.300 --> 01:02:17.820] years ago. [01:02:17.820 --> 01:02:22.460] Construction on the Balafanty-1 was halted in 1988 when the authority concluded there [01:02:22.460 --> 01:02:24.540] was no demand for its electricity. [01:02:24.540 --> 01:02:29.180] In 1997, the authority tried to make a deal with the energy department, which needed a [01:02:29.180 --> 01:02:32.860] reactor to make nuclear weapons, but the deal fell through. [01:02:32.860 --> 01:02:37.820] Spiderwebs lie in Balafanty's 50-story cooling towers, parts have been removed for the scrap [01:02:37.820 --> 01:02:43.420] value of their nickel or copper, and the control room still has analog dials, but with pressure [01:02:43.420 --> 01:02:48.180] from the Environmental Protection Agency to reduce fossil fuel emissions, the authority [01:02:48.180 --> 01:02:52.860] plans to spend at least $8 billion to revive the zombie reactor. [01:02:52.860 --> 01:03:22.140] Critics point out the reactor is too expensive and antiquated and lies in an earthquake zone. [01:03:22.860 --> 01:03:32.660] They want a job, don't bother land, I'm going to win the world reaction, what's the [01:03:32.660 --> 01:03:36.500] demand for me in the land around me, I'm going to sell me public land and they must [01:03:36.500 --> 01:03:37.500] scratch me. [01:03:37.500 --> 01:03:41.980] They might want to buy the area, then sell me back to the people that are doing it, don't [01:03:41.980 --> 01:03:42.980] grab my wife. [01:03:42.980 --> 01:03:43.980] Child love is sad. [01:03:43.980 --> 01:03:44.980] Child love is sad. [01:03:44.980 --> 01:03:45.980] Child love is sad. [01:03:45.980 --> 01:03:46.980] Child love is sad. [01:03:46.980 --> 01:03:53.980] Child love is sad. [01:03:53.980 --> 01:04:02.980] Child love is sad. [01:04:02.980 --> 01:04:12.980] Child love is sad. [01:04:12.980 --> 01:04:19.980] Child love is sad. [01:04:19.980 --> 01:04:28.980] Child love is sad. [01:04:28.980 --> 01:04:38.980] Child love is sad. [01:04:38.980 --> 01:04:45.980] Child love is sad. [01:04:45.980 --> 01:04:54.980] Child love is sad. [01:04:54.980 --> 01:05:03.980] Child love is sad. [01:05:03.980 --> 01:05:14.700] Alright folks, we are back at ruleoflawradio.com. [01:05:14.700 --> 01:05:24.580] We are going to be taking your calls for the rest of the hour, 512-646-1984 and definitely [01:05:24.580 --> 01:05:26.980] check in with Shantrishon. [01:05:26.980 --> 01:05:28.980] Got the 20% special. [01:05:28.980 --> 01:05:36.220] Go to ruleoflawradio.com, click on the banner where it says, feel less stress, more energy [01:05:36.220 --> 01:05:38.140] in the section where the banners are. [01:05:38.140 --> 01:05:43.700] Get 20% off for the next three days as many as you want and then the special is over. [01:05:43.700 --> 01:05:49.400] And definitely keep a watch for when I post the archive from earlier tonight for Tom [01:05:49.400 --> 01:05:52.420] Kiley, I and Will Report Radio. [01:05:52.420 --> 01:05:57.100] Robert Butch Merritt tells all the scoop of the scoop. [01:05:57.100 --> 01:06:00.780] He's done 40 interviews since he's released his book. [01:06:00.780 --> 01:06:06.100] The insider CIA, FBI informant tells all about the Watergate scandal. [01:06:06.100 --> 01:06:11.820] He was working on the inside back in the day and he dropped bombs on Tom Kiley's show tonight [01:06:11.820 --> 01:06:17.140] that he hasn't released on any other radio show ever, not even in the book. [01:06:17.140 --> 01:06:24.580] And he even gave out his personal information on the air, his real name, his real name and [01:06:24.580 --> 01:06:31.380] his real date of birth and his social security number for the purpose so that the listeners [01:06:31.380 --> 01:06:40.020] can blizzard the FBI and CIA with FOIAs on his personnel file to get the full file on [01:06:40.020 --> 01:06:44.820] this man because they will not release his personal file to him. [01:06:44.820 --> 01:06:51.100] And so he is in a position now, he is not holding anything back and he wants everybody [01:06:51.100 --> 01:06:58.260] to FOIA his file from the FBI and CIA so make sure you check that interview and let's start [01:06:58.260 --> 01:07:02.940] hitting them up with FOIAs so that we can get the truth out about what really happened [01:07:02.940 --> 01:07:04.340] with Watergate. [01:07:04.340 --> 01:07:12.900] Folks, you can call in 512-646-1984 and Randy, you had something for us tonight. [01:07:12.900 --> 01:07:17.580] Randy Yes, I've been working on finally getting the [01:07:17.580 --> 01:07:18.980] litigation into instruction. [01:07:18.980 --> 01:07:26.860] I've worked out exactly how to do it and I was going to ask for some help but I'm getting [01:07:26.860 --> 01:07:31.140] some feedback so I'm just going to explain what I'm going to do. [01:07:31.140 --> 01:07:41.820] When I was in Australia, I looked at the Australian code and the code was relatively complex, [01:07:41.820 --> 01:07:45.300] very much so than ours. [01:07:45.300 --> 01:07:54.460] And I worked out a way to convert the code into questionnaires, that's really relatively [01:07:54.460 --> 01:07:55.460] simple. [01:07:55.460 --> 01:08:03.260] You just walk down through the code and everywhere the code says for instance, this is a criminal [01:08:03.260 --> 01:08:07.820] act and then it goes through all of the elements of the criminal act. [01:08:07.820 --> 01:08:14.460] So if you're trying to figure out what someone did wrong, then we make up the code so it [01:08:14.460 --> 01:08:24.260] goes down and asks, did they commit assault and if you say yes, then it will act. [01:08:24.260 --> 01:08:30.060] Did the accused touch you in an offensive manner? [01:08:30.060 --> 01:08:33.100] Did the accused use offensive language? [01:08:33.100 --> 01:08:36.980] Was the accused prominently displaying a deadly weapon? [01:08:36.980 --> 01:08:39.140] Was there personal injury involved? [01:08:39.140 --> 01:08:45.420] We walk down through questions on all of the elements of the criminal act. [01:08:45.420 --> 01:08:48.780] Doing the code this way will do a couple of things. [01:08:48.780 --> 01:09:00.380] One, it will let someone go down this questionnaire and mine the code for those issues that are [01:09:00.380 --> 01:09:04.380] relevant to their current situation. [01:09:04.380 --> 01:09:10.820] I was going through the Australian code and early on in the code, surprisingly enough, [01:09:10.820 --> 01:09:17.220] or maybe it's just Australians drink a lot, but there was a very large section on alcohol [01:09:17.220 --> 01:09:18.620] related offenses. [01:09:18.620 --> 01:09:29.620] They had about 10 or 15 pages on self-induced intoxication and had another 10 or 15 pages [01:09:29.620 --> 01:09:33.220] on non-self-induced intoxication. [01:09:33.220 --> 01:09:39.860] Our code will just have the offense and you have to imply all of the technical issues [01:09:39.860 --> 01:09:43.220] concerning it for the most part. [01:09:43.220 --> 01:09:48.580] Australian code is very detailed, so simply enough just to turn each one of those into [01:09:48.580 --> 01:09:50.100] a set of questions. [01:09:50.100 --> 01:09:56.060] When you come to the first question, was alcohol involved in the offense? [01:09:56.060 --> 01:10:01.300] If you don't check yes, it will completely jump over that entire section, so you don't [01:10:01.300 --> 01:10:02.940] have to mess with it. [01:10:02.940 --> 01:10:03.940] Was conspiracy involved? [01:10:03.940 --> 01:10:11.500] If you don't check yes, then it jumps over conspiracy, so you will only go to the issue [01:10:11.500 --> 01:10:13.460] that matters to you. [01:10:13.460 --> 01:10:21.980] Once we get the penal code in questions, then we'll go to the code of criminal procedure. [01:10:21.980 --> 01:10:31.700] For each item you check in the penal code, there will be a way to adjudicate that particular [01:10:31.700 --> 01:10:32.700] issue. [01:10:32.700 --> 01:10:40.460] Most of it will be pretty much the same, but then for each issue there will be some peculiarities. [01:10:40.460 --> 01:10:47.420] So then we turn the code of criminal procedure into a questionnaire and when you select a [01:10:47.420 --> 01:10:53.540] particular criminal act that you're making an accusation on, then it will also draw from [01:10:53.540 --> 01:11:02.820] the code of criminal procedure that part of the code that's needed to adjudicate this [01:11:02.820 --> 01:11:10.820] particular accusation and also it will go and pull from the rule of the civil procedure [01:11:10.820 --> 01:11:18.860] or whatever other codes are implicated depending on the questions that you ask. [01:11:18.860 --> 01:11:25.420] So it won't take too long before we'll have a set of questionnaires that are totally [01:11:25.420 --> 01:11:33.660] interactive and then you can go down through the questions and only pull those codes that [01:11:33.660 --> 01:11:41.700] are relative to what you're doing, but you can also be relatively certain that you pulled [01:11:41.700 --> 01:11:45.940] all the code that's relative to what you're doing. [01:11:45.940 --> 01:11:52.420] And the hardest thing, especially for us procenters, when we're addressing the issue is knowing [01:11:52.420 --> 01:12:00.620] what we've missed because we're getting in the car and the attorney comes in and there [01:12:00.620 --> 01:12:07.020] was something we never thought of, never heard of, catches us flat footed. [01:12:07.020 --> 01:12:15.740] Well, with a good interactive questionnaire we can eliminate 90% of that kind of stuff. [01:12:15.740 --> 01:12:23.100] We can eliminate 90% of the research we'd have to do to address any given issue. [01:12:23.100 --> 01:12:32.780] And we'll also put one of these together for in the questionnaires themselves, if a public [01:12:32.780 --> 01:12:40.620] official is involved and you select that they committed a certain act, then it'll also [01:12:40.620 --> 01:12:51.260] go to the Code of Professional Conduct, the bar standard, what is it, the American Bar [01:12:51.260 --> 01:12:57.820] Association Standards, and it'll walk right down those to do this, to do this, to do this. [01:12:57.820 --> 01:13:05.820] And the system will produce at the same time, through the same questionnaire, the appropriate [01:13:05.820 --> 01:13:09.740] professional conduct complaints and judicial conduct complaints as well. [01:13:09.740 --> 01:13:13.460] We can tie all of these species together. [01:13:13.460 --> 01:13:22.980] The Internet has put in front of us an opportunity to change everything. [01:13:22.980 --> 01:13:29.700] We can create through a set of well-structured questionnaires, essentially our electronic [01:13:29.700 --> 01:13:30.700] lawyer. [01:13:30.700 --> 01:13:39.780] And the good thing about a computer is it never forgets to ask the question. [01:13:39.780 --> 01:13:44.940] So it will be as effective as we are. [01:13:44.940 --> 01:13:50.620] It will be as effective as we have made it by well-placed questions. [01:13:50.620 --> 01:13:53.300] It will start out somewhat sparse. [01:13:53.300 --> 01:14:02.140] I intend to put up a questionnaire first modeled on the federal code. [01:14:02.140 --> 01:14:10.660] And then a questionnaire initially on the model federal code, the feds have put out [01:14:10.660 --> 01:14:18.260] a model penal code and a model code criminal procedure, and they've asked all the states [01:14:18.260 --> 01:14:22.660] to adopt this code, and most of them have. [01:14:22.660 --> 01:14:27.820] That's why when you're in Colorado and you read a code, it reads exactly like it does [01:14:27.820 --> 01:14:33.740] in Texas or in California, sometimes with minor changes. [01:14:33.740 --> 01:14:40.420] And that's because basically they've all developed the same basic code so that no matter where [01:14:40.420 --> 01:14:46.380] you go in the country, you can pretty well tell when you're in violation law and when [01:14:46.380 --> 01:14:48.620] you're not, because the code's very consistent. [01:14:48.620 --> 01:14:51.820] So that will make it easier for us. [01:14:51.820 --> 01:14:58.300] First we'll get the basic down, and then we'll start adjusting it for each of the states. [01:14:58.300 --> 01:15:06.340] So if anyone is willing to help contribute to the process, I would appreciate if you [01:15:06.340 --> 01:15:13.020] have, if you're in a state that I haven't addressed, if you pull out the criminal code [01:15:13.020 --> 01:15:21.900] and just walk down it, I'd need the code in a word format, either word or HTML, but word [01:15:21.900 --> 01:15:25.580] is okay, I can convert word to HTML. [01:15:25.580 --> 01:15:31.620] And just everywhere there's a question, where you can ask a question, and as you read the [01:15:31.620 --> 01:15:36.740] code, it'll become real clear what you can ask questions about. [01:15:36.740 --> 01:15:42.900] Like I was reading the Australian code, the very first thing it talked about was physical [01:15:42.900 --> 01:15:43.900] elements. [01:15:43.900 --> 01:15:50.780] A physical element of a crime are those things the person did or failed to do. [01:15:50.780 --> 01:15:55.140] So the first thing we'd ask is what are the physical elements of the crime? [01:15:55.140 --> 01:16:01.260] So I put that question above the statute that defines it. [01:16:01.260 --> 01:16:07.780] And then when I get it, I'll cut that statute out and put it in a pop-up box. [01:16:07.780 --> 01:16:12.220] So if you do a mouse roll over, it'll pop up the statute that you got the question [01:16:12.220 --> 01:16:13.880] from. [01:16:13.880 --> 01:16:21.260] So we're trying to structure the question in as near the verbiage of the statute as [01:16:21.260 --> 01:16:23.700] we can. [01:16:23.700 --> 01:16:25.540] This will serve two purposes. [01:16:25.540 --> 01:16:31.940] One, it will help people mine through the code and find what they need. [01:16:31.940 --> 01:16:39.220] The other is, is when they read the code, because you read the question first, and then you [01:16:39.220 --> 01:16:44.260] read the code, you got the question from, it will stick in the mind in a way that just [01:16:44.260 --> 01:16:47.020] trying to read the code would not. [01:16:47.020 --> 01:16:50.980] So when I come back, I'll finish up quickly and then we'll go to callers. [01:16:50.980 --> 01:16:55.980] This is Randy Kelton, David Stevenson and Craig, we'll move on to radio, we'll be right [01:16:55.980 --> 01:17:00.740] back. [01:21:32.620 --> 01:21:49.980] My question is, is what she had to give that all to them or was it an illegal ground that [01:21:49.980 --> 01:21:50.980] she could have stood on? [01:21:50.980 --> 01:21:51.980] I'm not sure. [01:21:51.980 --> 01:21:52.980] Randy? [01:21:52.980 --> 01:21:53.980] Eddie, are y'all there? [01:21:53.980 --> 01:21:54.980] Yeah, give me just a second. [01:21:54.980 --> 01:21:55.980] I have to plug in. [01:21:55.980 --> 01:21:56.980] Absolutely. [01:21:56.980 --> 01:22:05.780] Any time you hold something, you have legal grounds to hold it, what was their claim on [01:22:05.780 --> 01:22:06.780] the merchandise? [01:22:06.780 --> 01:22:12.540] That wasn't real Tiffany Jewelry, it was knockoff Jewelry. [01:22:12.540 --> 01:22:14.660] Was it advertised as knockoff? [01:22:14.660 --> 01:22:15.660] No. [01:22:15.660 --> 01:22:16.660] No. [01:22:16.660 --> 01:22:20.700] She tells them all the time that it's not real Tiffany, she doesn't advertise it as [01:22:20.700 --> 01:22:22.700] knockoff Jewelry ever. [01:22:22.700 --> 01:22:24.700] Wait a minute. [01:22:24.700 --> 01:22:29.780] Well, if she's telling them it's not real Tiffany, she is advertising it as knockoff, [01:22:29.780 --> 01:22:34.220] that it's not real Tiffany, that's what I'm asking, she's not telling them it is. [01:22:34.220 --> 01:22:35.220] Right. [01:22:35.220 --> 01:22:37.340] Wait a minute, does she know who these people are? [01:22:37.340 --> 01:22:41.300] No, they just gave her a business card as all they gave her, just a business card, they [01:22:41.300 --> 01:22:44.420] wouldn't give her any identification whatsoever. [01:22:44.420 --> 01:22:57.620] And she needs to call the police, did she steal this Jewelry or did she buy it somewhere? [01:22:57.620 --> 01:23:01.020] She purchased the Jewelry, she said to resell it. [01:23:01.020 --> 01:23:03.860] Okay, then call the police. [01:23:03.860 --> 01:23:09.020] So they had really no legal ground to stand on, they didn't even take it? [01:23:09.020 --> 01:23:10.020] Not to take it. [01:23:10.020 --> 01:23:17.740] So they, I don't know what their claim against, did you have a brand name on it? [01:23:17.740 --> 01:23:18.740] Right. [01:23:18.740 --> 01:23:20.740] No, no, that was a question. [01:23:20.740 --> 01:23:25.420] Oh yeah, there's a brand name like Tiffany and Company, but it's not Tiffany and Company, [01:23:25.420 --> 01:23:28.460] it's actually a replica of Tiffany and Company. [01:23:28.460 --> 01:23:34.260] Well, they can be right if you're selling it under their name. [01:23:34.260 --> 01:23:38.380] Even if you're telling people that it's not really from them, if you're selling it under [01:23:38.380 --> 01:23:41.380] their name, they could have a claim. [01:23:41.380 --> 01:23:42.380] Okay. [01:23:42.380 --> 01:23:45.580] And that she should have been aware of. [01:23:45.580 --> 01:23:48.380] Yeah, that could be a pretty big problem right there. [01:23:48.380 --> 01:23:52.620] If it says Tiffany and Company on the Jewelry, but then you're saying it's not really Tiffany [01:23:52.620 --> 01:23:56.580] and Company, that's not a good thing. [01:23:56.580 --> 01:24:03.780] Yeah, the real Tiffany and Company could have a legitimate claim, because they're using [01:24:03.780 --> 01:24:04.780] their name. [01:24:04.780 --> 01:24:07.380] But what about the people that came and took it though? [01:24:07.380 --> 01:24:09.620] What about the people that came and took it? [01:24:09.620 --> 01:24:12.180] Have you found out who the Company is? [01:24:12.180 --> 01:24:15.180] It's just an answering service. [01:24:15.180 --> 01:24:18.980] Oh, that's a pretty neat scam. [01:24:18.980 --> 01:24:24.620] That's kind of the way I was starting to think that she got scammed out of all of her stuff. [01:24:24.620 --> 01:24:32.380] I suggest she hire a private investigator and see if they can track these folks down. [01:24:32.380 --> 01:24:33.380] Right. [01:24:33.380 --> 01:24:34.380] Okay. [01:24:34.380 --> 01:24:40.380] I just thought I would call to see if you guys knew of anything else I could do. [01:24:40.380 --> 01:24:41.380] Yeah. [01:24:41.380 --> 01:24:48.380] If it was really Tiffany and Company, very unlikely they would have handled things that [01:24:48.380 --> 01:24:49.380] way. [01:24:49.380 --> 01:24:50.380] Right. [01:24:50.380 --> 01:24:55.380] If they felt like they had a real criminal issue, they would have come with the police. [01:24:55.380 --> 01:24:56.380] Exactly. [01:24:56.380 --> 01:24:58.380] Actually, I've seen it done before. [01:24:58.380 --> 01:25:01.500] I mean, I've actually seen it done before where they come with police and the people [01:25:01.500 --> 01:25:07.380] that have the fake coach or whatever, I actually are arrested, and it wasn't done the same [01:25:07.380 --> 01:25:08.380] way. [01:25:08.380 --> 01:25:13.340] So that's what made me wonder, is there someone just running around with this kind of scam? [01:25:13.340 --> 01:25:16.140] It may be the people who sold it to them in the first place. [01:25:16.140 --> 01:25:17.740] That'd be a nice scam. [01:25:17.740 --> 01:25:19.740] You know who's got it. [01:25:19.740 --> 01:25:20.740] Right. [01:25:20.740 --> 01:25:21.740] That's possible. [01:25:21.740 --> 01:25:22.740] That's pretty neat. [01:25:22.740 --> 01:25:24.740] That's a pretty neat trick. [01:25:24.740 --> 01:25:25.740] Right. [01:25:25.740 --> 01:25:26.740] Okay. [01:25:26.740 --> 01:25:28.140] That's all I needed to know. [01:25:28.140 --> 01:25:29.140] Appreciate your time. [01:25:29.140 --> 01:25:30.140] All right. [01:25:30.140 --> 01:25:31.140] Thanks, Becky. [01:25:31.140 --> 01:25:32.140] Bye-bye. [01:25:32.140 --> 01:25:33.140] Bye-bye. [01:25:33.140 --> 01:25:34.140] All right. [01:25:34.140 --> 01:25:35.140] We've got more callers on the line. [01:25:35.140 --> 01:25:36.140] They're coming in fast and furious. [01:25:36.140 --> 01:25:38.140] We've got Ben from Texas. [01:25:38.140 --> 01:25:39.740] Ben, thank you. [01:25:39.740 --> 01:25:41.140] What is on your mind tonight? [01:25:41.140 --> 01:25:42.140] Yeah. [01:25:42.140 --> 01:25:49.140] I wanted to volunteer to help Randy with that litigation engine project. [01:25:49.140 --> 01:25:55.140] I think that's a good way to learn the codes in, to do something useful at the same time. [01:25:55.140 --> 01:25:59.860] I already read the codes quite a bit, but also I think that would just help me focus [01:25:59.860 --> 01:26:03.980] on issues too, you know, if I've written a section of that litigation engine in my mind [01:26:03.980 --> 01:26:04.980] pretty well. [01:26:04.980 --> 01:26:14.300] This was, this was exactly what I wanted, primarily for people who want to learn the [01:26:14.300 --> 01:26:15.300] code. [01:26:15.300 --> 01:26:22.500] When I was in Australia, they had a lot of codes and the first thing I did was I got [01:26:22.500 --> 01:26:27.700] in front of a room with 30 researchers and I told them that I was just a bloody yank [01:26:27.700 --> 01:26:31.740] and I wasn't going to come there and pretend I knew more about their law than they did [01:26:31.740 --> 01:26:36.620] then I asked them what's the physical element of the crime and nobody knew. [01:26:36.620 --> 01:26:42.020] They had not read the entire codes because there's so many, there's so much to keep [01:26:42.020 --> 01:26:43.020] up with. [01:26:43.020 --> 01:26:51.500] So I sat back and said, how can we do this so people can actually get an understanding? [01:26:51.500 --> 01:27:00.420] Well, if you read a code for a purpose other than to gather its direct meaning, if you [01:27:00.420 --> 01:27:07.260] read it so you can convert it into a question, it will focus the attention of the mind in [01:27:07.260 --> 01:27:11.180] a way just reading down through the code won't. [01:27:11.180 --> 01:27:19.260] If you go through the Texas penal code and convert it into questions, when you go back [01:27:19.260 --> 01:27:28.980] into court, you will be bad news because when someone mentions a code or someone does something, [01:27:28.980 --> 01:27:33.220] your mind will say, wait a minute, I know something about that and take you right back [01:27:33.220 --> 01:27:40.140] to the code and at the same time we're producing a product everybody can use. [01:27:40.140 --> 01:27:48.780] I'm going to put up a website and on this site I will put to pay people back for helping [01:27:48.780 --> 01:27:51.060] me get this together. [01:27:51.060 --> 01:27:58.500] I'll put up a site that will produce criminal complaints, bark grievances, and judicial [01:27:58.500 --> 01:28:00.860] conduct complaints. [01:28:00.860 --> 01:28:04.220] You just fill out the questionnaire and it will spit the document out. [01:28:04.220 --> 01:28:06.620] There's a couple reasons for that. [01:28:06.620 --> 01:28:09.620] We want to get as many of those out there as possible. [01:28:09.620 --> 01:28:15.060] Now we will also be using the site to produce more sophisticated documentation. [01:28:15.060 --> 01:28:18.780] It's going to take a lot of work and we're going to want to be paid for those. [01:28:18.780 --> 01:28:24.780] We're going to keep the price way down because we want people to be able to go into court [01:28:24.780 --> 01:28:28.900] and adjudicate their cases. [01:28:28.900 --> 01:28:32.620] This will be less than a paralegal. [01:28:32.620 --> 01:28:36.300] As we build these things, it will become more and more sophisticated. [01:28:36.300 --> 01:28:40.980] More people we can get to help, the quicker we're going to have it up and cook it. [01:28:40.980 --> 01:28:47.820] Right now, I have my bark grievance site up, I went through all of the grievances, forms [01:28:47.820 --> 01:28:55.940] for all 50 states, and 45 of them were, who are you, who's the other guy, what did they [01:28:55.940 --> 01:28:59.940] do, site and send, really simplistic. [01:28:59.940 --> 01:29:02.460] About four or five had more details. [01:29:02.460 --> 01:29:11.580] I'm making up one basic form that will send to all the states and it will have everything [01:29:11.580 --> 01:29:13.580] in there. [01:29:13.580 --> 01:29:20.300] As you go through filling it out, we will list all of the things that we can find that [01:29:20.300 --> 01:29:28.820] an attorney has been sanctioned for and we'll put them under groups under what American [01:29:28.820 --> 01:29:36.220] bar standard does this fall under, and then you click the standard and then you go down [01:29:36.220 --> 01:29:44.180] and you'll find stuff you didn't know attorneys could get in trouble for doing, so it'll give [01:29:44.180 --> 01:29:50.340] you a really complete product, a complaint when you get it filled out. [01:29:50.340 --> 01:29:55.500] Okay, we'll be right back on the other side and we'll go back to being, I appreciate you. [01:29:55.500 --> 01:29:59.940] Thanks Randy Kelton, Deborah Stevens, Eddie Craig, and the radio, we'll be right back. [01:29:59.940 --> 01:30:04.340] Top 10 reasons to question the official story of the Oklahoma City bombing, number nine, [01:30:04.340 --> 01:30:05.340] the extra leg. [01:30:05.340 --> 01:30:09.460] Former Oklahoma State medical examiner Dr. Fred Jordan had stated, we had eight people [01:30:09.460 --> 01:30:12.820] with amputated left legs and nine left legs to account for. [01:30:12.820 --> 01:30:17.300] Chief pathologist for Northern Ireland, T. K. Marshall, who performed over 2,500 autopsies [01:30:17.300 --> 01:30:20.420] in his time, stated, there's never been an unknown victim. [01:30:20.420 --> 01:30:24.540] This leg belongs to a perpetrator close enough to the bomb or his body to be damaged, leaving [01:30:24.540 --> 01:30:26.300] only a left leg behind. [01:30:26.300 --> 01:30:27.300] Who was this person? [01:30:27.300 --> 01:30:29.300] Please go to okcbombingtruth.com. [01:30:29.300 --> 01:30:37.740] Radio frequency identification or RFID is a technology that silently tracks objects using [01:30:37.740 --> 01:30:38.740] radio waves. [01:30:38.740 --> 01:30:40.740] But what if the object is you? [01:30:40.740 --> 01:30:45.140] I'm Dr. Katherine Albrecht and I'll be back with a buzz on just how invasive this stealthy [01:30:45.140 --> 01:30:47.580] technology can be. [01:30:47.580 --> 01:30:49.140] Privacy is under attack. [01:30:49.140 --> 01:30:52.740] When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again. [01:30:52.740 --> 01:30:57.540] And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too. [01:30:57.540 --> 01:31:02.660] So protect your rights, say no to surveillance and keep your information to yourself. [01:31:02.660 --> 01:31:05.300] Privacy, it's worth hanging on to. [01:31:05.300 --> 01:31:09.620] This public service announcement is brought to you by StartPage.com, the private search [01:31:09.620 --> 01:31:13.100] engine alternative to Google, Yahoo and Bing. [01:31:13.100 --> 01:31:15.300] Start over with StartPage. [01:31:15.300 --> 01:31:21.380] RFID microchips were used for a recent study on the habits of honeybeats. [01:31:21.380 --> 01:31:26.140] Others tracked each bee individually through an RFID tag glued to its back that beamed [01:31:26.140 --> 01:31:28.420] back a unique identification number. [01:31:28.420 --> 01:31:33.300] When tagged bees flew through an antenna probe in fake flowers, the scientists instantly [01:31:33.300 --> 01:31:34.300] knew. [01:31:34.300 --> 01:31:37.820] But the bees didn't since RFID waves are silent and invisible. [01:31:37.820 --> 01:31:42.820] Major corporations want to put similar RFID tags in all consumer items, making people [01:31:42.820 --> 01:31:46.500] who wear and carry those items trackable, just like the bees. [01:31:46.500 --> 01:31:50.980] Bee studies clearly demonstrate how RFID could deliver a stinging blow to our freedom and [01:31:50.980 --> 01:31:51.980] privacy. [01:31:51.980 --> 01:31:54.700] Join me in opposing this invasive technology. [01:31:54.700 --> 01:31:56.580] I'm Dr. Catherine Albright. [01:31:56.580 --> 01:32:24.380] More news and information at CatherineAlbright.com. [01:32:24.380 --> 01:32:28.820] Hi folks, we are back and Ben, we really appreciate the offer for help. [01:32:28.820 --> 01:32:30.980] I'm sure it will be well taken. [01:32:30.980 --> 01:32:34.500] We've got five more callers on the line and only two segments left, so we're going to [01:32:34.500 --> 01:32:35.500] move on. [01:32:35.500 --> 01:32:36.660] We've got Ken from New York. [01:32:36.660 --> 01:32:38.420] Ken, thank you for calling in. [01:32:38.420 --> 01:32:39.900] What is your question for us tonight? [01:32:39.900 --> 01:32:40.900] Hi. [01:32:40.900 --> 01:32:42.700] Thank you for taking my call. [01:32:42.700 --> 01:32:49.700] I have three letters from a personal injury attorney basically for an accident that happened [01:32:49.700 --> 01:32:55.500] two years ago that I had nothing to do with and there was a police report which mistakenly [01:32:55.500 --> 01:32:58.180] had my address on it. [01:32:58.180 --> 01:33:05.300] The letter asked me to please pass the letter under my insurance carrier and that there are [01:33:05.300 --> 01:33:08.180] a claimant gun injured on my property. [01:33:08.180 --> 01:33:13.740] I ignored the first letter, I went down and I pulled a report and the report had my address [01:33:13.740 --> 01:33:14.740] on it. [01:33:14.740 --> 01:33:15.740] I call Central Records. [01:33:15.740 --> 01:33:18.540] I started a dialogue with them. [01:33:18.540 --> 01:33:23.980] Two months later they corrected the place where the incident occurred. [01:33:23.980 --> 01:33:29.820] In fact, I was the person that called 911 for medical injury, I mean to help the person [01:33:29.820 --> 01:33:33.580] across the street to get medical attention. [01:33:33.580 --> 01:33:35.260] The second letter was the same thing. [01:33:35.260 --> 01:33:38.580] That comes about a month later. [01:33:38.580 --> 01:33:43.940] The third letter is saying you have failed to reply to our previous letters regarding [01:33:43.940 --> 01:33:45.820] Mr. X. [01:33:45.820 --> 01:33:50.700] Unless we receive a reply from your insurance company, we intend to commence litigation [01:33:50.700 --> 01:33:53.580] and then they will go after my assets if they get a judgment. [01:33:53.580 --> 01:33:56.820] That sounds a little more threatening. [01:33:56.820 --> 01:34:07.660] The question is just by passing this letter onto my insurance carrier, I will be getting [01:34:07.660 --> 01:34:11.100] an incident recorded on my insurance record. [01:34:11.100 --> 01:34:16.780] They will try to file a claim against your insurance company once you provide them with [01:34:16.780 --> 01:34:18.900] that letter as well. [01:34:18.900 --> 01:34:23.140] You need to make your insurance company aware of what is going on and let them know that [01:34:23.140 --> 01:34:29.140] this accident has nothing to do with you whatsoever. [01:34:29.140 --> 01:34:33.900] The only reason you are notifying them is just to let them know that you are going to [01:34:33.900 --> 01:34:38.380] get the sue and attorney real soon but your insurance is not to pay out anything to him [01:34:38.380 --> 01:34:40.380] if he contacts. [01:34:40.380 --> 01:34:49.860] I suggest you send a letter to the attorneys directing them to cease and desist and file [01:34:49.860 --> 01:34:51.860] a bar grievance against them. [01:34:51.860 --> 01:34:55.700] Yes, that was going to be the ultimate question. [01:34:55.700 --> 01:35:00.500] I was looking at various codes and I was trying to figure out what are they doing to me. [01:35:00.500 --> 01:35:03.660] I feel like they are extorting money from me. [01:35:03.660 --> 01:35:04.660] Yes, you got it right. [01:35:04.660 --> 01:35:08.180] That is exactly the word that was about to come out of my mouth, extortion. [01:35:08.180 --> 01:35:17.340] You are right but as I read the code I am seeing that perhaps all the elements are not there. [01:35:17.340 --> 01:35:23.020] I am not sure that they are intending to commit a crime but aside from that for the moment [01:35:23.020 --> 01:35:24.260] I did the next thing. [01:35:24.260 --> 01:35:31.860] I went to my insurance agent, not the carrier and he looked at it and he said he was surprised [01:35:31.860 --> 01:35:33.980] that I was able to get a police report changed. [01:35:33.980 --> 01:35:35.980] It did take a while. [01:35:35.980 --> 01:35:38.420] He says maybe I can settle this for you. [01:35:38.420 --> 01:35:46.500] He called up the lawyer and he faxed over the police reports that I had. [01:35:46.500 --> 01:35:52.260] In fact, this was a dog biting incident and the next door neighbor was known for dog biting [01:35:52.260 --> 01:35:53.260] incidents. [01:35:53.260 --> 01:35:56.060] In fact, I had gotten a couple of the police reports. [01:35:56.060 --> 01:35:57.060] That was a week ago. [01:35:57.060 --> 01:35:58.500] I haven't heard anything yet. [01:35:58.500 --> 01:36:02.620] The agent said he would not contact the homeowner's insurance carrier. [01:36:02.620 --> 01:36:05.180] He also handled my car insurance. [01:36:05.180 --> 01:36:11.620] I got him to intervene for me for the moment so that's where I thought to call up and see [01:36:11.620 --> 01:36:12.620] what my options were. [01:36:12.620 --> 01:36:17.180] I was thinking of bar grievances but the question is do you file them before they take you to [01:36:17.180 --> 01:36:20.180] court or does this matter? [01:36:20.180 --> 01:36:23.980] Yes, file them for annoying you. [01:36:23.980 --> 01:36:28.060] They had a duty to make sure their facts were right. [01:36:28.060 --> 01:36:34.980] If he contacts you again with another threatening letter after having been notified of the erroneous [01:36:34.980 --> 01:36:40.460] data in the police report, now he's really in trouble. [01:36:40.460 --> 01:36:46.540] You can go directly after him for that because that becomes threatening and harassment on [01:36:46.540 --> 01:36:48.340] the part of the attorney. [01:36:48.340 --> 01:36:49.340] Yes. [01:36:49.340 --> 01:36:55.700] I had talked to my councilman about possibly I was trying to get somebody to intervene for [01:36:55.700 --> 01:37:01.220] me and basically all they said was that you need an attorney and I said no, too wrong [01:37:01.220 --> 01:37:05.140] things will not make a right here. [01:37:05.140 --> 01:37:06.140] Well put. [01:37:06.140 --> 01:37:07.700] Thank you. [01:37:07.700 --> 01:37:14.100] For now, I think I have all of my facts straight. [01:37:14.100 --> 01:37:20.780] I'm pretty sure that they have all of the information so I should go look to construct [01:37:20.780 --> 01:37:26.060] some kind of a threatening letter back to them. [01:37:26.060 --> 01:37:28.660] You don't even necessarily have to make a threatening back. [01:37:28.660 --> 01:37:33.300] You can just simply state you were provided copies of the police report to show that your [01:37:33.300 --> 01:37:35.140] claim and data was erroneous. [01:37:35.140 --> 01:37:36.140] Okay. [01:37:36.140 --> 01:37:41.780] Please do not contact me regarding this matter again or litigation will follow from my end. [01:37:41.780 --> 01:37:42.780] Okay. [01:37:42.780 --> 01:37:47.180] It's not necessary to threaten them even with litigation. [01:37:47.180 --> 01:37:49.980] Yeah, but it's so much fun. [01:37:49.980 --> 01:37:52.380] I think a tort letter is always a good idea. [01:37:52.380 --> 01:37:55.620] That's a lot more fun to send them. [01:37:55.620 --> 01:38:00.460] If you send them a well-worded letter saying... [01:38:00.460 --> 01:38:03.100] Well, that's what Eddie was saying. [01:38:03.100 --> 01:38:06.860] I realize you could have made a mistake here. [01:38:06.860 --> 01:38:08.340] You are mistaken. [01:38:08.340 --> 01:38:09.500] Your address is wrong. [01:38:09.500 --> 01:38:10.700] Please correct it. [01:38:10.700 --> 01:38:16.140] If they send another one after that, that's malicious on their part. [01:38:16.140 --> 01:38:17.500] Now you grieve them. [01:38:17.500 --> 01:38:19.340] Now you give them the tort letter. [01:38:19.340 --> 01:38:20.900] Make me wholly be sued. [01:38:20.900 --> 01:38:25.940] We ask them for $500,000 for all of this grief. [01:38:25.940 --> 01:38:27.100] Make me wholly be sued. [01:38:27.100 --> 01:38:30.180] I guarantee you that will get their attention. [01:38:30.180 --> 01:38:36.100] Well, they are interfering with my ability to do business with my insurance, my homeowner's [01:38:36.100 --> 01:38:37.100] insurance. [01:38:37.100 --> 01:38:41.060] I have very well-priced homeowner's insurance. [01:38:41.060 --> 01:38:46.180] My agent did say that if a mark was put on my record, it would affect me sad but true. [01:38:46.180 --> 01:38:48.220] I said, I don't want that to happen. [01:38:48.220 --> 01:38:50.420] I mean, it can't happen that way. [01:38:50.420 --> 01:38:52.500] This was all sent by regular mail. [01:38:52.500 --> 01:38:59.980] There was no return receipt, so he has no idea whether I got the first two letters. [01:38:59.980 --> 01:39:01.580] He doesn't really care either. [01:39:01.580 --> 01:39:02.580] He doesn't really care. [01:39:02.580 --> 01:39:03.580] Okay. [01:39:03.580 --> 01:39:07.100] No, they're trying to see if you would actually submit it to your insurance company and give [01:39:07.100 --> 01:39:10.220] them a way to go in without having to go to court. [01:39:10.220 --> 01:39:11.220] Right. [01:39:11.220 --> 01:39:13.300] Well, Kenny don't play that game. [01:39:13.300 --> 01:39:17.780] Kenny's doing good by not playing that game. [01:39:17.780 --> 01:39:20.940] Thank you for everything and have a wonderful evening. [01:39:20.940 --> 01:39:21.940] All right. [01:39:21.940 --> 01:39:22.940] You have a great night, Ken. [01:39:22.940 --> 01:39:23.940] Thank you for calling. [01:39:23.940 --> 01:39:24.940] Bye. [01:39:24.940 --> 01:39:25.940] Okay. [01:39:25.940 --> 01:39:26.940] All right. [01:39:26.940 --> 01:39:27.940] We're going now to Rob in Mississippi. [01:39:27.940 --> 01:39:28.940] Rob, thank you for calling in. [01:39:28.940 --> 01:39:29.940] What is your question for us tonight? [01:39:29.940 --> 01:39:30.940] Hey, y'all. [01:39:30.940 --> 01:39:39.780] I'm the guy I think a couple of times I got arrested on the 30th traveling in my personal [01:39:39.780 --> 01:39:45.460] automobile with expired New Mexican tags here in Mississippi. [01:39:45.460 --> 01:39:53.900] I went and got copies again, got a signed file, copies of everything in my file. [01:39:53.900 --> 01:39:57.060] On the 14th, there were two citations. [01:39:57.060 --> 01:40:04.740] There was also a claim of disorderly conduct, which was not in there when I went in to get [01:40:04.740 --> 01:40:07.100] everything in my file on 3rd. [01:40:07.100 --> 01:40:12.900] I don't have a signed receipt from that, but I do have a reported conversation that disorderly [01:40:12.900 --> 01:40:21.780] conduct complaint was filed and submitted dated the 30th of May. [01:40:21.780 --> 01:40:25.660] What was the basis for the disorderly conduct? [01:40:25.660 --> 01:40:33.020] Well, according to the statute, I assisted someone else in creating a disorderly conduct [01:40:33.020 --> 01:40:37.220] act that couldn't cause a disturbance of the peace, which is basically impossible because [01:40:37.220 --> 01:40:40.980] I was the only one on the scene who said deputies. [01:40:40.980 --> 01:40:47.220] But I think all of that is probably irrelevant because I went ahead, today was my parent's [01:40:47.220 --> 01:40:53.700] date, which was an arraignment, was kind of the probable cause here. [01:40:53.700 --> 01:41:01.100] I had tried to file so you have a day of its emotions on the 14th Tuesday. [01:41:01.100 --> 01:41:02.620] The clerk did not allow me to. [01:41:02.620 --> 01:41:07.220] It wasn't the regular clerk, it was temporary clerk, if she didn't know what it was, she [01:41:07.220 --> 01:41:08.220] would file it. [01:41:08.220 --> 01:41:16.660] Okay, that gives you a good cause for outlawry. [01:41:16.660 --> 01:41:19.300] Make a claim against this clerk. [01:41:19.300 --> 01:41:26.140] It doesn't matter if the clerk was nice, it doesn't matter if the clerk didn't mean [01:41:26.140 --> 01:41:34.380] to harm you, it's better if she didn't mean to harm you, and it's better if she was nice. [01:41:34.380 --> 01:41:40.820] That'll make the complaint all that much more difficult for these guys. [01:41:40.820 --> 01:41:49.580] They're going to want to protect this clerk from the no good rotten ruthless pro se. [01:41:49.580 --> 01:41:55.900] Where I grew it up, and I don't know if it just grew up or not, my wife doesn't think [01:41:55.900 --> 01:42:04.340] it just grew up, but today was my court's appearance, date, and I went ahead and argued [01:42:04.340 --> 01:42:12.100] with the judge a little bit, but then I entered a plea of no contest because I had been told [01:42:12.100 --> 01:42:22.460] by a source whose reliability I cannot confirm that if I took this to trial, it could possibly [01:42:22.460 --> 01:42:25.180] put my family at risk. [01:42:25.180 --> 01:42:31.780] Wait a minute, what does that mean? [01:42:31.780 --> 01:42:37.060] That action might be taken against my family if I went ahead and tried to take this to [01:42:37.060 --> 01:42:38.060] trial. [01:42:38.060 --> 01:42:40.900] What are you going to do about that? [01:42:40.900 --> 01:42:42.060] I'm sorry? [01:42:42.060 --> 01:42:46.060] What are you going to do about that? [01:42:46.060 --> 01:42:50.060] I hit it already, he entered a plea of no contest. [01:42:50.060 --> 01:42:58.220] No, no, are you going to stand by and let this happen? [01:42:58.220 --> 01:43:04.220] I'm going a lot on the truck driver, I can't protect him when I'm not here. [01:43:04.220 --> 01:43:11.100] We're in the process of trying to get the hell out of here, if that's what you're going [01:43:11.100 --> 01:43:12.100] to do. [01:43:12.100 --> 01:43:15.580] Okay, I'll just save him everywhere. [01:43:15.580 --> 01:43:19.220] I've never heard of that before. [01:43:19.220 --> 01:43:26.300] I've never heard of people's families being threatened to fight a ticket like this. [01:43:26.300 --> 01:43:28.540] That seems pretty extreme. [01:43:28.540 --> 01:43:35.540] We had a situation a few years back where there was a sheriff running against a different [01:43:35.540 --> 01:43:41.460] sheriff who ended up dead and the feds were brought in to try and clean things up. [01:43:41.460 --> 01:43:43.340] Maybe they didn't do their good thing. [01:43:43.340 --> 01:43:46.740] Yeah, especially where there's rural areas, it's not the same everywhere. [01:43:46.740 --> 01:43:50.980] I'll tell you Cherokee County is not the same as Travis County in Austin, Texas. [01:43:50.980 --> 01:43:54.900] They had to get the feds involved in Cherokee County because it's rural area and it can [01:43:54.900 --> 01:43:56.780] be way more corrupt. [01:43:56.780 --> 01:43:58.900] We'll be right back, stay there Rob. [01:43:58.900 --> 01:44:05.020] It is so enlightening to listen to 90.1 FM, but finding things on the internet isn't [01:44:05.020 --> 01:44:08.740] so easy and neither is finding like-minded people to share it with. [01:44:08.740 --> 01:44:11.980] Oh, well I guess you haven't heard of Brave New Books then. [01:44:11.980 --> 01:44:12.980] Brave New Books? [01:44:12.980 --> 01:44:17.580] Yes, Brave New Books has all the books and DVDs you're looking for by authors like Alex [01:44:17.580 --> 01:44:20.140] Jones, Ron Paul and G. Edward Griffin. [01:44:20.140 --> 01:44:23.620] They even stock inner food, Burkey products and Calvin Soaps. [01:44:23.620 --> 01:44:26.460] There's no way a place like that exists. [01:44:26.460 --> 01:44:27.900] Go check it out for yourself. [01:44:27.900 --> 01:44:31.780] It's downtown at 1904 Guadalupe Street just south of UT. [01:44:31.780 --> 01:44:35.540] Aw, by UT, there's never anywhere to park down there. [01:44:35.540 --> 01:44:40.900] Actually, they now offer a free hour of parking for paying customers at the 500 MLK parking [01:44:40.900 --> 01:44:43.900] facility just behind the bookstore. [01:44:43.900 --> 01:44:46.900] It does exist, but when are they open? [01:44:46.900 --> 01:44:51.660] Monday through Saturday, 11am to 9pm and 1-6pm on Sundays. [01:46:43.980 --> 01:46:45.980] No, I'll let you pass through. [01:46:45.980 --> 01:46:48.220] I'll try and get back to you tomorrow or Monday. [01:46:48.220 --> 01:46:49.220] Okay, great. [01:46:49.220 --> 01:46:50.220] All right. [01:46:50.220 --> 01:46:51.220] Thanks, Rob. [01:46:51.220 --> 01:46:52.220] All right. [01:46:52.220 --> 01:46:53.220] Thank you. [01:46:53.220 --> 01:46:54.220] Okay. [01:46:54.220 --> 01:46:55.220] Bye-bye. [01:46:55.220 --> 01:46:56.220] All right. [01:46:56.220 --> 01:46:57.220] We are going to go now to Danny in Texas. [01:46:57.220 --> 01:46:58.820] Danny, thank you for calling in. [01:46:58.820 --> 01:47:01.300] What is your question for us tonight? [01:47:01.300 --> 01:47:12.420] In Travis County, Texas, some properties are zoned historic and the government taxing agencies [01:47:12.420 --> 01:47:19.980] with people tax breaks so that, I don't know, so that they can preserve the properties for [01:47:19.980 --> 01:47:22.980] the public benefit. [01:47:22.980 --> 01:47:30.660] In the last couple of years, they've just stopped paying, but they still reserve the [01:47:30.660 --> 01:47:35.780] rights for themselves, like you can't tear the house down, you can't paint the house [01:47:35.780 --> 01:47:43.540] color, even the same color, without paying $100 to get permission, and all these things [01:47:43.540 --> 01:47:49.020] that you just can't do with your property, I look at it like a basket of property rights. [01:47:49.020 --> 01:47:54.460] Your owner owns 100% of them, and then you own, I mean, your neighbor owns 100% of the [01:47:54.460 --> 01:48:00.300] property rights, and you own, say, 80%, you know, you can't do certain things to the property. [01:48:00.300 --> 01:48:06.020] And I thought that those tax breaks that they were given were to pay for those property [01:48:06.020 --> 01:48:09.780] rights, but they just stopped doing it. [01:48:09.780 --> 01:48:16.780] And I believe that they're taking property without just compensation, or at least paying [01:48:16.780 --> 01:48:28.900] for it arbitrarily or something like that, and does that make sense to any of you all? [01:48:28.900 --> 01:48:31.980] Not to me, do you have a question? [01:48:31.980 --> 01:48:40.180] I'm not sure where you're going, if you want to argue this point of them not giving you [01:48:40.180 --> 01:48:47.020] the tax breaks, and still trying to maintain control over your property, you might sue [01:48:47.020 --> 01:48:49.180] them for breach of contract. [01:48:49.180 --> 01:48:56.580] Yeah, if there was a contract, I think there somebody might say there is. [01:48:56.580 --> 01:49:04.220] So, are you supposed to get specific property tax breaks if your property is declared a historical [01:49:04.220 --> 01:49:05.220] site? [01:49:05.220 --> 01:49:06.220] Yes. [01:49:06.220 --> 01:49:09.580] Well, where is that, is that in the code somewhere? [01:49:09.580 --> 01:49:13.540] In the tax code, I think it's 11.24. [01:49:13.540 --> 01:49:16.180] Well, so what's happening on your property tax bill? [01:49:16.180 --> 01:49:20.660] Are they not invoking the historical site exemption or whatever? [01:49:20.660 --> 01:49:26.420] No, you still have the exemption, and you still have the responsibility to maintain the [01:49:26.420 --> 01:49:31.940] property the way they tell you to, and you still don't have the right to do a lot of [01:49:31.940 --> 01:49:35.060] things that other people have the right to do with their property. [01:49:35.060 --> 01:49:37.780] You just don't get the tax break anymore. [01:49:37.780 --> 01:49:40.700] Oh, so they change the law is what you're saying? [01:49:40.700 --> 01:49:42.340] No, they didn't change the law. [01:49:42.340 --> 01:49:46.660] Oh, so then this may be, then this is a breach of contract? [01:49:46.660 --> 01:49:48.660] Well, maybe it is. [01:49:48.660 --> 01:49:49.660] Yeah, it is. [01:49:49.660 --> 01:49:53.540] If it's still in the law that you're supposed to get a tax break, and they're not giving [01:49:53.540 --> 01:49:58.420] you the tax break, and it's on your property tax bill, but it's a historical site, and [01:49:58.420 --> 01:50:03.540] they're not subtracting the exemption amount, then that's breach of contract. [01:50:03.540 --> 01:50:06.220] Well, maybe it is. [01:50:06.220 --> 01:50:12.820] The funny thing is there's a lawsuit against the city of Austin right now in this county, [01:50:12.820 --> 01:50:22.620] Travis County, because the tax code 11.24 says that a taxing authority may give a tax [01:50:22.620 --> 01:50:32.340] break to historical sites that are in need of rehabilitation, or they need extra money [01:50:32.340 --> 01:50:36.220] to help take care of the place. [01:50:36.220 --> 01:50:41.220] The city of Austin has all these rules and regulations that are not in the tax code. [01:50:41.220 --> 01:50:47.900] They even got this huge bureaucracy with all these people that should come out and inspect [01:50:47.900 --> 01:50:51.580] your property once a year and tell you, hey, you got some flake and paint right here. [01:50:51.580 --> 01:51:00.580] You need to paint that, and okay, we're running out of time. [01:51:00.580 --> 01:51:01.580] What is your point? [01:51:01.580 --> 01:51:05.060] Well, I can't believe you don't hear my point. [01:51:05.060 --> 01:51:06.060] Let me just tell you. [01:51:06.060 --> 01:51:12.860] Well, I hear that you don't like the fact that they're telling you how to maintain your [01:51:12.860 --> 01:51:13.860] historical property. [01:51:13.860 --> 01:51:15.900] You asked me a question one day. [01:51:15.900 --> 01:51:22.660] My point is this, I believe, and I wonder what you believe, that when a government agency [01:51:22.660 --> 01:51:27.860] says, we're taking some of your property rights and we're going to pay for them a little bit [01:51:27.860 --> 01:51:33.340] every year through a tax extension, and then they just stop and start doing it, I believe [01:51:33.340 --> 01:51:35.620] they're taking property without the... [01:51:35.620 --> 01:51:38.620] I believe that's a contractual violation. [01:51:38.620 --> 01:51:39.620] Yeah. [01:51:39.620 --> 01:51:40.620] That's a breach of contract. [01:51:40.620 --> 01:51:42.700] You need to sue them for breach of contract. [01:51:42.700 --> 01:51:43.700] All right. [01:51:43.700 --> 01:51:46.060] Well, thanks a lot. [01:51:46.060 --> 01:51:47.060] Okay, thanks, Danny. [01:51:47.060 --> 01:51:48.060] Hi. [01:51:48.060 --> 01:51:49.060] Okay, bye-bye. [01:51:49.060 --> 01:51:52.380] Okay, we're going now to Cardis in Texas. [01:51:52.380 --> 01:51:54.300] Cardis, thank you for calling. [01:51:54.300 --> 01:51:55.300] What is your question tonight? [01:51:55.300 --> 01:52:02.220] Well, I got a bunch of questions, but I know we're on the last break, so first of all, [01:52:02.220 --> 01:52:10.260] okay, I want to help out as well, and I'm more than apparently go as far as that goes. [01:52:10.260 --> 01:52:19.740] Yeah, but okay, so I've never paid taxes with the IRS, and in my mind, I'm almost 40, and [01:52:19.740 --> 01:52:26.740] I haven't had an ID for years because I think it's a contractual thing. [01:52:26.740 --> 01:52:37.820] So, I'm just wondering, when Randy came back from Australia, my major sort of question [01:52:37.820 --> 01:52:45.300] is, is it common law, is it Magna Carta, it's like, I mean, we go into the bar acts and [01:52:45.300 --> 01:52:48.660] the bar grievances, and the code of prevention. [01:52:48.660 --> 01:52:52.380] You're talking about Australia, Australia's statutory law, just like us. [01:52:52.380 --> 01:52:58.580] Well, in Texas, I can't have, I'm illegal right now, I'm basically a fair old human [01:52:58.580 --> 01:53:05.100] because I don't have an identification, and I'm never filed with the IRS, but I'm almost [01:53:05.100 --> 01:53:09.100] 40 years old, and, but I, you know. [01:53:09.100 --> 01:53:12.100] What do you mean you're illegal? [01:53:12.100 --> 01:53:17.100] Yeah, funnily, where does it come down to, and where is the jurisdiction? [01:53:17.100 --> 01:53:21.420] Well, wait a minute, you can still file bar grievances, you don't need an ID to do that, [01:53:21.420 --> 01:53:22.420] not as far as I know. [01:53:22.420 --> 01:53:29.420] No, no, no, every time I go into courts and file stuff, I've been to prison, and I've [01:53:29.420 --> 01:53:35.420] gone on the way to the Supreme Court, and the courts have never published my opinion, [01:53:35.420 --> 01:53:41.580] but I assume that's going to happen, but what I'm saying is, like, right now, I was just [01:53:41.580 --> 01:53:46.900] like a human being on the air, and I don't have a contract with anybody, the security [01:53:46.900 --> 01:53:55.300] number, the ID, or anything like that, but what are you getting to, what is your point? [01:53:55.300 --> 01:54:19.740] No, it's not a law, you don't know a law anywhere in any state requires any human being to have [01:54:19.740 --> 01:54:26.740] a government-issued ID unless they're inimical. [01:54:26.740 --> 01:54:32.620] Well, your ID, two ID does not mean produce a plastic card with a picture on it, it means [01:54:32.620 --> 01:54:35.740] give them your name, address, and date of birth. [01:54:35.740 --> 01:54:38.740] Yeah, I've done that, still gotta arrest it. [01:54:38.740 --> 01:54:41.860] Okay, wait a minute, wait a minute, hold on, stop. [01:54:41.860 --> 01:54:49.180] Failure to ID only applies if you have already been arrested, the police can't just walk [01:54:49.180 --> 01:54:54.260] up to you and ask you for ID, whether it's a piece of plastic or to ask you to give them [01:54:54.260 --> 01:54:56.700] your name, address, and date of birth. [01:54:56.700 --> 01:55:02.340] Failure to ID only applies once you have already been arrested because there's probable cause, [01:55:02.340 --> 01:55:06.700] you've committed a crime, and then after you've been arrested, if you will not tell them who [01:55:06.700 --> 01:55:10.140] you are, that's what failure to ID is. [01:55:10.140 --> 01:55:15.780] Okay, so if you have been arrested because you failed to produce a piece of plastic with [01:55:15.780 --> 01:55:19.300] your picture on it, then they broke the law. [01:55:19.300 --> 01:55:22.100] Well, I know that, they broke the law. [01:55:22.100 --> 01:55:23.700] Okay, so what is your question? [01:55:23.700 --> 01:55:24.700] What is your question? [01:55:24.700 --> 01:55:27.220] Were you asking about the failure to ID law? [01:55:27.220 --> 01:55:32.620] You know, the jurisdiction, like, he just came back, maybe he's saying all these codes [01:55:32.620 --> 01:55:35.220] about Australia, and I was like, what's his point? [01:55:35.220 --> 01:55:39.780] Like, I was curious too, so at first I called and I was like, why is he talking about Australia [01:55:39.780 --> 01:55:40.780] all the time? [01:55:40.780 --> 01:55:44.500] So I'm thinking it kind of comes down from the crown, like Canadian, English. [01:55:44.500 --> 01:55:51.740] No, no, no, Randy went to Australia, no, this has nothing to do, Australia and the crown [01:55:51.740 --> 01:55:53.380] have nothing to do with our law. [01:55:53.380 --> 01:55:58.180] Well, I know, well, yeah, they do actually, well, with the Magna Carta and all that stuff, [01:55:58.180 --> 01:56:01.260] that's our heaviest progress and whatnot comes from. [01:56:01.260 --> 01:56:08.020] Okay, historically, there's a historical past, but right now we're not under common [01:56:08.020 --> 01:56:13.220] law, we're not under British law, we're under US law. [01:56:13.220 --> 01:56:16.980] Okay, listen, the law that applies here is US law. [01:56:16.980 --> 01:56:17.980] That's right. [01:56:17.980 --> 01:56:18.980] We don't know what your point is. [01:56:18.980 --> 01:56:19.980] Okay, we're running out of time. [01:56:19.980 --> 01:56:22.060] We need to take Susan, she's been waiting the whole show. [01:56:22.060 --> 01:56:23.820] Susan, thank you for calling in. [01:56:23.820 --> 01:56:25.060] We've got a couple minutes left. [01:56:25.060 --> 01:56:26.060] What is your question tonight? [01:56:26.060 --> 01:56:27.060] Thanks very much. [01:56:27.060 --> 01:56:30.580] I'd like to address this to Eddie Craig, please. [01:56:30.580 --> 01:56:39.140] I asked for a court-appointed counsel or legal counsel for my case on my traffic tickets. [01:56:39.140 --> 01:56:44.420] I got a letter written back from the docket clerk of the city of Amarillo, the municipal [01:56:44.420 --> 01:56:45.580] court. [01:56:45.580 --> 01:56:51.020] She told me that, please be advised that your motion for a court-appointed attorney [01:56:51.020 --> 01:56:52.180] is pending tonight. [01:56:52.180 --> 01:57:02.380] You're not entitled to appointed counsel under Texas Code of Criminal Procedure Article 1.051C. [01:57:02.380 --> 01:57:04.780] And I was under... [01:57:04.780 --> 01:57:07.980] Well, here's the problem with what they're saying. [01:57:07.980 --> 01:57:12.940] The lower courts cannot directly assign you counsel, okay? [01:57:12.940 --> 01:57:14.820] That part is true. [01:57:14.820 --> 01:57:18.980] 26.04 Code of Criminal Procedure prevents that. [01:57:18.980 --> 01:57:24.940] But what they must do in accordance with the Code of Criminal Procedure, according to 1517, [01:57:24.940 --> 01:57:30.420] is to take the paperwork after you fill it out requesting assistance of counsel and send [01:57:30.420 --> 01:57:36.020] it to a county or district judge that can assign legal counsel. [01:57:36.020 --> 01:57:37.020] Okay. [01:57:37.020 --> 01:57:40.780] The law does not allow them to arbitrarily deny it. [01:57:40.780 --> 01:57:41.780] Okay. [01:57:41.780 --> 01:57:48.260] And whoever is writing that letter didn't bother to read 1.05, which is right above 1.051. [01:57:48.260 --> 01:57:49.260] Okay. [01:57:49.260 --> 01:57:50.260] All right. [01:57:50.260 --> 01:57:55.860] I didn't understand why the docket clerk would even be responding to that when I addressed [01:57:55.860 --> 01:57:56.860] it to the judge. [01:57:56.860 --> 01:57:59.140] Because the judge told her to or him to? [01:57:59.140 --> 01:58:00.140] Okay. [01:58:00.140 --> 01:58:05.620] And then the judge came back and said, your court-appointed attorney has been denied. [01:58:05.620 --> 01:58:08.420] He denied it to you, so not your letter. [01:58:08.420 --> 01:58:09.420] All right. [01:58:09.420 --> 01:58:10.900] But you filed everything in writing, correct? [01:58:10.900 --> 01:58:11.900] Yes, I did. [01:58:11.900 --> 01:58:12.900] Okay. [01:58:12.900 --> 01:58:16.860] Then you're making your case for the Nile of the Rotted Duke Process and Assistance [01:58:16.860 --> 01:58:17.860] of Counsel. [01:58:17.860 --> 01:58:18.860] That's what we're after. [01:58:18.860 --> 01:58:19.860] Okay. [01:58:19.860 --> 01:58:20.860] Great. [01:58:20.860 --> 01:58:21.860] Thank you, Eddie. [01:58:21.860 --> 01:58:22.860] You're welcome. [01:58:22.860 --> 01:58:23.860] Thanks for being here. [01:58:23.860 --> 01:58:24.860] I appreciate your help. [01:58:24.860 --> 01:58:25.860] Have a good night. [01:58:25.860 --> 01:58:26.860] Thanks, Susan. [01:58:26.860 --> 01:58:27.860] Bye-bye. [01:58:27.860 --> 01:58:28.860] Bye-bye. [01:58:28.860 --> 01:58:29.860] Okay. [01:58:29.860 --> 01:58:30.860] We're at the end of the show. [01:58:30.860 --> 01:58:31.860] Tomorrow is our Friday four-hour info marathon.
