[00:00.000 --> 00:04.400] This news brief brought to you by the International News Net. [00:04.400 --> 00:10.440] The US says it will probe the death of a Turkish-American killed in Monday's Gaza-bound aid flotilla. [00:10.440 --> 00:15.680] For Khan Dorgan, a 19-year-old born in Troy, New York, who moved to Turkey when he was [00:15.680 --> 00:20.560] four, was one of the nine activists killed during the Israeli attack. [00:20.560 --> 00:27.000] The Obama administration has sent BP a $69 million preliminary bill for cleanup operations. [00:27.000 --> 00:32.560] The White House has also said BP will be responsible for all costs associated with the worst oil [00:32.560 --> 00:35.320] spill in US history. [00:35.320 --> 00:40.720] France has agreed to let the US-identified US-bound travelers at Charles de Gaulle Airport, [00:40.720 --> 00:44.640] considered to be high risk, and stop them flying to the US. [00:44.640 --> 00:49.820] Under the Immigration Advisory Program, US Customs and Border Protection personnel based [00:49.820 --> 00:55.240] in foreign airports make no board recommendations to carriers and host governments. [00:55.240 --> 01:00.560] The US already has similar arrangements with seven other countries. [01:00.560 --> 01:05.400] Anthony Cordsman, one of Washington's most highly respected Middle East analysts, writes [01:05.400 --> 01:11.600] in an essay entitled, Israel as a Strategic Liability, quote, it is time Israel realized [01:11.600 --> 01:16.640] it has obligations to the United States and that it has to become far more careful about [01:16.640 --> 01:19.840] the extent to which it tests the limits of US patients. [01:19.840 --> 01:24.800] Cordsman added the Israeli government, quote, should be sensitive to the fact that its actions [01:24.800 --> 01:29.800] directly affect US strategic interests in the Arab and Muslim worlds. [01:29.800 --> 01:33.960] Cordsman went on, Israel's government should act on the understanding that the long-term [01:33.960 --> 01:39.560] nature of the US-Israel strategic relationship will depend on Israel clearly and actively [01:39.560 --> 01:42.200] seeking peace with the Palestinians. [01:42.200 --> 01:46.960] Analysts say the fact that Cordsman, a former national security advisor to the staunchly [01:46.960 --> 01:53.040] pro-Israel Senator John McCain, wrote so bluntly, suggests the tide of elite opinion regarding [01:53.040 --> 01:58.320] the value of virtually unconditional support for Israel is turning. [01:58.320 --> 02:02.200] British military commanders returning from Afghanistan have warned corruption and the [02:02.200 --> 02:09.280] abuse of power among Afghan police have alienated local people and driven some to join the Taliban. [02:09.280 --> 02:15.480] Brigadier James Cohen, the last head of UK troops in Helmand province, said, quote, we've [02:15.480 --> 02:21.000] had cases so often when captured Taliban mentioned the police, were why they joined the insurgency [02:21.000 --> 02:22.320] in the first place. [02:22.320 --> 02:28.840] Lieutenant Colonel Royley Walker of the Grenadier Guards said, quote, we've had reports of the [02:28.840 --> 02:33.040] Taliban putting on police uniforms, setting up checkpoints, and then stealing money, phones, [02:33.040 --> 02:34.040] and watches. [02:34.040 --> 02:38.360] Obviously, people would have no way of knowing whether these people were genuine police or [02:38.360 --> 02:39.360] the Taliban. [02:39.360 --> 02:44.680] Walker says, quote, but we've also seen that when properly trained police are introduced, [02:44.680 --> 02:46.240] the people welcome them. [02:46.240 --> 02:51.360] The Afghans are embarrassed about having outside forces defending them against the Taliban. [02:51.360 --> 02:53.600] They would rather have their own police do it. [02:53.600 --> 02:58.360] This news brief brought to you by the International News Net. [03:47.680 --> 03:50.680] Bad boys, bad boys, whatcha gonna do? [03:50.680 --> 03:53.680] Whatcha gonna do when they come for you? [03:53.680 --> 03:55.680] When you were eight and you had bad traits [03:55.680 --> 03:58.680] You'd go to school and learn the golden rules [03:58.680 --> 04:01.680] So why are you acting like a bloody fool? [04:01.680 --> 04:04.680] And if you get dropped in your master coup [04:04.680 --> 04:06.680] Bad boys, bad boys, whatcha gonna do? [04:06.680 --> 04:09.680] Whatcha gonna do when they come for you? [04:09.680 --> 04:12.680] Bad boys, bad boys, whatcha gonna do? [04:12.680 --> 04:39.680] Bad boys, bad boys, what are you going to do when they come for you? [04:39.680 --> 04:40.680] Bad boys, bad boys. [04:40.680 --> 04:47.680] What are you going to do when we come for you here on The Rule of Law? [04:47.680 --> 04:52.680] Randy Kelton, Eddie Craig, Deborah Stevens. [04:52.680 --> 05:00.680] We are here on our Friday night info marathon, four hours, so callers. [05:00.680 --> 05:04.680] Got plenty of time for you all tonight, and we got a lot of stuff for you all tonight. [05:04.680 --> 05:14.680] First, I just wanted to open up talking about this article that I read today on Infowars, written by Michael Wayne, [05:14.680 --> 05:19.680] talking about this law of the sea treaty, which I have ranted about before. [05:19.680 --> 05:28.680] And it turns out, once again, ooh, big surprise, the mainstream media is hosing the public. [05:28.680 --> 05:36.680] Once again, concerning, and this time it's concerning, this Gulf oil crisis, this BP Gulf oil crisis. [05:36.680 --> 05:39.680] And yes, we know it is a serious crisis. [05:39.680 --> 05:47.680] They haven't been able to stop the gusher at the bottom of the ocean floor. [05:47.680 --> 05:54.680] However, it would seem, and I followed the math in this article, and it's accurate, [05:54.680 --> 05:58.680] it would seem that once again the mainstream media is hosing the public. [05:58.680 --> 06:03.680] They are making this disaster out to be way bigger than it really is. [06:03.680 --> 06:11.680] In mainstream media, they're claiming there are all these gigantic plumes of oil that are eminent, okay, [06:11.680 --> 06:14.680] of hitting the beaches 10 miles long and these sorts of things. [06:14.680 --> 06:23.680] Well, Michael went through the map of just how much oil would it really take to comprise these plumes. [06:23.680 --> 06:34.680] And just one plume, it would take 7.4 billion barrels of crude oil to make one of these plumes [06:34.680 --> 06:43.680] that they claim is like 10 miles long, 3 miles wide, 50 feet in depth. [06:43.680 --> 06:49.680] Okay, 7.4 billion gallons of oil it would take just to make one of these plumes. [06:49.680 --> 06:56.680] And so Michael calculated how fast would the oil have to be coming out of the bottom of the ocean [06:56.680 --> 06:59.680] in order to even make one of these plumes. [06:59.680 --> 07:12.680] And it turns out it would have to be blasting out 16,000 feet per second, 16,000 cubic feet per second. [07:12.680 --> 07:17.680] That's a velocity of Mach 15. [07:17.680 --> 07:22.680] Okay, I don't think so, people. [07:22.680 --> 07:23.680] There is no way. [07:23.680 --> 07:33.680] I mean, they've been estimating, you know, a million or so gallons per day, roughly 43 million, not 7.4 billion. [07:33.680 --> 07:35.680] And that's just to make one plume. [07:35.680 --> 07:46.680] And you can see video of this activity and it's not blasting out at a rate of Mach 15, 16,000 feet per second. [07:46.680 --> 07:49.680] So we're trying to figure out here, well, what is the point? [07:49.680 --> 07:55.680] I mean, obviously they always make things out to be worse than they really are when it's not really all that bad. [07:55.680 --> 07:58.680] And then they make things out to be not really that bad when it really is bad. [07:58.680 --> 08:02.680] That's just the nature of their art of war. [08:02.680 --> 08:06.680] You know, appear weak when you're strong, appear strong when you're weak and these sorts of things. [08:06.680 --> 08:08.680] It's all about the deception. [08:08.680 --> 08:20.680] Well, it looks like it's a big setup for carbon taxes and global taxes and selling the public on the Law of the Sea Treaty, [08:20.680 --> 08:27.680] which I have ranted about before and now Obama is talking about how we're going to have to jack up [08:27.680 --> 08:36.680] and hike up gas taxes in order to set up some kind of a fund to pay for future oil disasters such as these. [08:36.680 --> 08:43.680] And I'm like, oh, okay, so we're supposed to pay for other people's mistakes. [08:43.680 --> 08:46.680] Shouldn't they be paying to clean up? [08:46.680 --> 08:48.680] Why should we have to be paying to clean up? [08:48.680 --> 08:55.680] So anyway, it's just another big hosing strategy on the public, [08:55.680 --> 09:01.680] sell the public on the carbon tax and the environmental tax and more gas taxes and the Law of the Sea Treaty [09:01.680 --> 09:07.680] to give up our sovereignty over our borders, which border the ocean. [09:07.680 --> 09:15.680] So that's my little rant for tonight and folks out there, you can go to Infowars.com and check out this article. [09:15.680 --> 09:16.680] You've got to read it. [09:16.680 --> 09:19.680] I mean, it's just absolutely outrageous. [09:19.680 --> 09:26.680] The title of the article is Lost at Sea, Enormous Exaggeration of Oil Plume Set to Enrich the World Bankers. [09:26.680 --> 09:31.680] And it talks about which banks will be benefiting the most from this, [09:31.680 --> 09:35.680] namely the World Bank, the Bank for International Settlements, [09:35.680 --> 09:41.680] and of course the infamous IMF, International Monetary Fund, in the news. [09:41.680 --> 09:49.680] Quite a bit lately, I might say, they're rioting all over the world over the austerity measures. [09:49.680 --> 09:55.680] And one situation I was going to mention last week and I didn't have a chance, [09:55.680 --> 09:59.680] we didn't have time, was in Jamaica, they're rioting. [09:59.680 --> 10:03.680] There's practically a national emergency in Jamaica right now [10:03.680 --> 10:10.680] because Obama is insisting on bringing this drug kingpin, Dudis Coke, [10:10.680 --> 10:14.680] that really is his last name, folks, to justice. [10:14.680 --> 10:20.680] And as it turns out, what's really going on is, well, of course it's been proven over and over again [10:20.680 --> 10:25.680] that most of the drug trafficking money goes straight to Wall Street, [10:25.680 --> 10:28.680] and of course it's protected by the government and everything. [10:28.680 --> 10:32.680] Well, occasionally you get a rogue drug dealer that doesn't work for the CIA [10:32.680 --> 10:38.680] or doesn't happen to work for some aspect of our federal government or the World Bankers. [10:38.680 --> 10:42.680] And of course, oh, they can't have that because then that means competition. [10:42.680 --> 10:47.680] And so what's going on is this guy Dudis, they call him in Jamaica, [10:47.680 --> 10:56.680] he takes pretty much most of the funds, the proceeds from the runnings of drugs and arms, [10:56.680 --> 11:01.680] and he gives it to the people in Jamaica because they are poverty stricken [11:01.680 --> 11:04.680] because of the World Banks, because of the austerity measures [11:04.680 --> 11:06.680] and the corrupt government in Jamaica. [11:06.680 --> 11:13.680] And so he sets up scholarships and he buys food for the people and he builds them houses. [11:13.680 --> 11:19.680] So basically he gives them a handout, he gives them incentive to, you know, he funds, you know, [11:19.680 --> 11:23.680] he gives them capital to set up small businesses and stuff like this. [11:23.680 --> 11:25.680] You know, he gives the money back to the people. [11:25.680 --> 11:30.680] All the kinds of things that the government should be doing if it was a, you know, [11:30.680 --> 11:35.680] less leaning type of government, and since the Jamaican government isn't doing their job [11:35.680 --> 11:40.680] and since the World Bankers are, you know, squeezing the people of Jamaica for every dime, [11:40.680 --> 11:45.680] I mean now they want to impose a 50% tax. [11:45.680 --> 11:49.680] Fifty percent of the GMP of Jamaica is going to be going to the World Banks now, [11:49.680 --> 11:52.680] and so these people are just absolutely poverty stricken, [11:52.680 --> 11:55.680] and if it wasn't for Dudis they wouldn't have anything. [11:55.680 --> 12:00.680] And so people in Jamaica are riding in the streets now to protect Dudis [12:00.680 --> 12:08.680] because he's like their savior, you know, he's the one that's getting these people their property back [12:08.680 --> 12:13.680] and helping them set up businesses and giving their kids scholarships to go to college [12:13.680 --> 12:20.680] and all these kinds of things, and so again we've just got more rioting in the streets [12:20.680 --> 12:25.680] over the bankers, you know, just totally raking the people over the coals, [12:25.680 --> 12:30.680] and it looks like it, you know, here it comes our way now over this law of the city, [12:30.680 --> 12:38.680] law of the sea treaty, excuse me, over these fake plumes [12:38.680 --> 12:41.680] that they're trying to sell us on in the mainstream media. [12:41.680 --> 12:47.680] So anyway, that's my little opening rant for the evening, and now I'm going to turn it over to Eddie. [12:47.680 --> 12:50.680] Eddie, you had some stuff. [12:50.680 --> 12:52.680] Oh, well I'm just completely depressed after all that, Debra. [12:52.680 --> 12:54.680] I don't know if I can carry on. [12:54.680 --> 12:56.680] Well actually I think it's a good thing. [12:56.680 --> 12:58.680] It's a good thing that people are revolting. [12:58.680 --> 13:02.680] It's a good thing that people are rioting and they're fighting back [13:02.680 --> 13:07.680] and they're starting to figure out and point the finger at who the real criminals are, [13:07.680 --> 13:10.680] which is the banksters, so I think... [13:10.680 --> 13:15.680] Well, I'm actually willing to agree in a lot of ways that most people are simply revolting, [13:15.680 --> 13:18.680] and that's simply because they're not willing to stand up for themselves [13:18.680 --> 13:23.680] and do what's needed to be done to make things right, but that's a whole other issue. [13:23.680 --> 13:27.680] Yeah, a couple of things that I want to deal with tonight, if we've got time and I may do so, [13:27.680 --> 13:32.680] is I've got a couple of sections of law here that I want to go over and get some input from Randy on, [13:32.680 --> 13:37.680] and then I would like to cover a particular case that I'm helping somebody with [13:37.680 --> 13:42.680] and an email that I received from them today about what occurred in court. [13:42.680 --> 13:46.680] So with that, I'll jump into this one part of this. [13:46.680 --> 13:52.680] Now Randy, you know that we've been discussing the possibility of going after public officials [13:52.680 --> 13:55.680] for lack of the federal oath. [13:55.680 --> 13:57.680] Remember us talking about that before? [13:57.680 --> 13:58.680] Yes. [13:58.680 --> 14:00.680] Okay. [14:00.680 --> 14:04.680] The Constitution of the United States of America in Article 4, Section 3, [14:04.680 --> 14:12.680] specifically requires that a federal oath, a constitutional federal oath be taken by every government official, [14:12.680 --> 14:17.680] whether elected or appointed, whether federal or within the states, [14:17.680 --> 14:31.680] and that is codified in the United States Code, Title 5, Part 3, Subpart B, Chapter 33, Subchapter 2, Section 33, 31. [14:31.680 --> 14:41.680] Now, given that that oath is required, I was perusing the local government code today and came across Chapter 22. [14:41.680 --> 14:47.680] And specifically what I want to read to you here is Section 22.007. [14:47.680 --> 14:49.680] That section is very short. [14:49.680 --> 14:56.680] In fact, it's one sentence and it reads thusly, vacancy created on failure to qualify. [14:56.680 --> 15:04.680] If a municipal officer-elect fails to qualify for office within 30 days after the date of the officer's election, [15:04.680 --> 15:09.680] the office is considered vacant. [15:09.680 --> 15:17.680] Now, what are the implications under that statute for lack of a federal oath? [15:17.680 --> 15:33.680] Well, that seems pretty clear, except that I haven't found any municipal officials that pay any attention to law that affects them whatsoever. [15:33.680 --> 15:39.680] I reckon they'll pay attention to it when it's in the form of a lawsuit, both state and federal. [15:39.680 --> 15:45.680] Or a court warrant or removal proceeding. [15:45.680 --> 15:51.680] And followed up swiftly and decisively by RICO. [15:51.680 --> 15:53.680] Well, I'm looking at it. [15:53.680 --> 15:54.680] I'm concerned about Austin. [15:54.680 --> 15:59.680] I've never heard of a municipal judge being up for election in Austin. [15:59.680 --> 16:01.680] Well, that's because they're not elected. [16:01.680 --> 16:04.680] Municipal judges are appointed. [16:04.680 --> 16:10.680] If it's a court of record, they're required to be elected. [16:10.680 --> 16:11.680] Maybe. [16:11.680 --> 16:13.680] I don't know that that's true in every case. [16:13.680 --> 16:14.680] Remember I brought that issue. [16:14.680 --> 16:20.680] We were talking about the government code. [16:20.680 --> 16:26.680] And it specifically stated that the municipal judges had to be elected. [16:26.680 --> 16:31.680] And you pointed out that that only applied to a court of record, and I checked and sure enough that's the section. [16:31.680 --> 16:34.680] Yeah, that's the section on court of record. [16:34.680 --> 16:36.680] Yes, in fact, I do recall that. [16:36.680 --> 16:44.680] But you will see, and I do hear the music, Debra, but you will see in this section that this specifically deals with municipal officer elect. [16:44.680 --> 16:48.680] In other words, this is any elected officer. [16:48.680 --> 16:50.680] But we'll pick up on this on the other side. [16:50.680 --> 16:54.680] This is Eddie Craig, Debra Stevens, Randy Kelton, Rule of Law Radio. [16:54.680 --> 16:55.680] Hang in there, folks. [16:55.680 --> 17:01.680] We will be right back. [17:26.680 --> 17:28.680] We offer daily specials on coins and bullion. [17:28.680 --> 17:38.680] We're located at 5448 Burnett Road, Suite 3, and we're open Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturdays, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. [17:38.680 --> 17:47.680] You are welcome to stop in our shop during regular business hours or call 512-646-6440 with any questions. [17:47.680 --> 17:52.680] Ask for Chad and say you heard about us on Rule of Law Radio or 90.1 FM. [17:52.680 --> 17:58.680] That's Capital Coin and Bullion, 512-646-6440. [18:23.680 --> 18:26.680] All right, folks, we are back. [18:26.680 --> 18:32.680] Okay, we were discussing Section 22.007 of the local government code [18:32.680 --> 18:38.680] and the federal oath that's required for a public official, whether elected or appointed. [18:38.680 --> 18:44.680] Now, even though, Randy, this particular section of Texas statute deals only with municipal officer elect, [18:44.680 --> 18:52.680] the lack of that federal oath would still fall upon the head of any municipal or state officer, would it not, [18:52.680 --> 18:57.680] since it specifically says it's required of any elected or appointed official? [18:57.680 --> 19:00.680] Sure seems that way. [19:00.680 --> 19:07.680] And it's certainly an argument I want to frame for the Sea of Austin. [19:07.680 --> 19:10.680] And I want to look more closely at the elected issue. [19:10.680 --> 19:20.680] That seems like as important an issue or as potentially effective an issue. [19:20.680 --> 19:23.680] We put the City of Austin where they have to elect their municipal judges. [19:23.680 --> 19:25.680] We'll change their attitudes. [19:25.680 --> 19:26.680] Yeah. [19:26.680 --> 19:35.680] And my endeavor here, I spent, like I said last week, I spent two and a half hours [19:35.680 --> 19:42.680] discussing some of these issues with the assistant to Wayne Christian, which is a state representative from my district. [19:42.680 --> 19:46.680] And, of course, Representative Christian was unavailable at the time, [19:46.680 --> 19:50.680] but I'm hoping for that meeting to still take place where he and I can have a face-to-face on this issue. [19:50.680 --> 19:55.680] And, Randy, I have been told straight up by his assistant that if we wish to see any change take place, [19:55.680 --> 20:02.680] then we need to go through the motions of submitting proposed legislation to do exactly that. [20:02.680 --> 20:05.680] So let's do that. [20:05.680 --> 20:08.680] That'll work for me. [20:08.680 --> 20:14.680] Now, what I'm about to do now is I'm going to read you an email I received from one of the folks that I'm helping. [20:14.680 --> 20:17.680] I'm going to omit names. [20:17.680 --> 20:22.680] I'm just going to read the circumstances and the information in the email minus the names [20:22.680 --> 20:27.680] and my response to them regarding what occurred. [20:27.680 --> 20:32.680] The individual in question motioned to dismiss for lack of subject matter jurisdiction [20:32.680 --> 20:35.680] because there was no verified complaint in his file, [20:35.680 --> 20:41.680] and the judge said that no one has ever complained before about having a verified complaint. [20:41.680 --> 20:48.680] And the city attorney stated that he had his witness, Officer Padilla, to testify against the individual [20:48.680 --> 20:51.680] because the individual did break the law. [20:51.680 --> 20:55.680] So what we have here, and I'm going to break reading and discuss for a second, [20:55.680 --> 21:00.680] the city attorney is telling the municipal judge that it doesn't matter if I have a complaint. [21:00.680 --> 21:03.680] I have the officer. [21:03.680 --> 21:09.680] So right there the city attorney is trying to convince the judge a complaint is not even required, [21:09.680 --> 21:12.680] a written complaint is not required. [21:12.680 --> 21:15.680] Now, it goes on. [21:15.680 --> 21:23.680] The city attorney, Cedro Arismendez, or however you want to pronounce this, [21:23.680 --> 21:28.680] I pronounce it moron, did state that he does not work with the police officers [21:28.680 --> 21:31.680] and that he works for the state of Texas. [21:31.680 --> 21:39.680] Well, then he follows this up with he also stated that he also has a personal business, [21:39.680 --> 21:43.680] a private practice law firm in Beeville, Texas. [21:43.680 --> 21:45.680] Well, then he doesn't work for the state. [21:45.680 --> 21:54.680] He is a hired gun contract attorney to the municipality, which in my motion challenging the authority [21:54.680 --> 22:01.680] of the prosecutor, it specifically shows that a hired gun attorney is forbidden in Texas law. [22:01.680 --> 22:04.680] They cannot prosecute in the name of the state. [22:04.680 --> 22:07.680] They just can't do it, just like the city attorney. [22:07.680 --> 22:12.680] They're attempting to act on behalf of the city attorney, but they are not the city attorney. [22:12.680 --> 22:18.680] The law specifically says the city attorney is the only prosecutor allowed to prosecute in a municipal court, [22:18.680 --> 22:25.680] while at the same time stating the municipal court has concurrent jurisdiction with state law [22:25.680 --> 22:31.680] regarding cases punishable by fine only, but the two are contradictions in terms. [22:31.680 --> 22:37.680] The municipal attorney, the city attorney, cannot prosecute in the name of the state, [22:37.680 --> 22:42.680] and since they are the only prosecutor allowed in a municipal court, [22:42.680 --> 22:49.680] that automatically removes the authority of the municipal court to prosecute state law violations, [22:49.680 --> 22:53.680] because the two will not mesh. [22:53.680 --> 22:58.680] So it's just a whole quandary of issues with the way they've written the law. [22:58.680 --> 23:03.680] Now, we go after this at the end of the examining trial, [23:03.680 --> 23:08.680] so they're admitting or at least pretending that they held an examining trial for this gentleman. [23:08.680 --> 23:13.680] The judge asked the individual if he wanted a bench trial or a jury trial. [23:13.680 --> 23:17.680] However, the individual did not enter in a plea. [23:17.680 --> 23:20.680] So as of right now, they're going to a jury trial in August, [23:20.680 --> 23:29.680] and the city has not given them any of the documents that I told them to go and request for this examining trial. [23:29.680 --> 23:36.680] The city still did not give them a copy of an information, a copy of a written complaint, none of those things. [23:36.680 --> 23:39.680] So now we're having to work on what to do next. [23:39.680 --> 23:43.680] Okay, then he needs to file felony charges against the judge. [23:43.680 --> 23:48.680] Right. Now we're going to get to what my reply is, which covers that, [23:48.680 --> 23:52.680] and I don't mean to interrupt you, Randy, but we'll interject after I get this part in. [23:52.680 --> 23:54.680] Okay, so I'm stepping ahead of myself. [23:54.680 --> 23:55.680] Right. [23:55.680 --> 23:57.680] I'll shut up. [23:57.680 --> 24:00.680] Basically, this was my response. [24:00.680 --> 24:03.680] Mr. Eris Mendez is a liar. [24:03.680 --> 24:05.680] He does not work for the state of Texas. [24:05.680 --> 24:10.680] He works for the municipality as a contract prosecutor, which Texas law specifically forbids. [24:10.680 --> 24:16.680] You guys did file the petition for prosecutor to show authority document, did you not? [24:16.680 --> 24:20.680] Did the judge make the prosecutor produce the documents required by law? [24:20.680 --> 24:24.680] If not, then file a judicial conduct complaint against the judge [24:24.680 --> 24:30.680] and a bar grievance against the attorney for failure to prove authority as required by law under a Rule 12 challenge. [24:30.680 --> 24:37.680] Then file another bar grievance against the attorney for impersonating a public servant along with a criminal complaint for same. [24:37.680 --> 24:42.680] Finally, file a third bar grievance against the liar for perpetrating fraud upon the court [24:42.680 --> 24:47.680] by lying to the judge and the court about his qualifications and duties of office [24:47.680 --> 24:50.680] and another criminal complaint for official misconduct. [24:50.680 --> 24:56.680] You can then file criminal complaints against both the judge and the prosecutor for abuse of official capacity, [24:56.680 --> 24:59.680] official oppression, and organized criminal activity. [24:59.680 --> 25:03.680] I have example complaints for each of these that you can use. [25:03.680 --> 25:07.680] Finally, you will need to file criminal complaints against the officers for false imprisonment, [25:07.680 --> 25:14.680] aggravated assault, abuse of official capacity, official oppression, official misconduct, and organized criminal activity. [25:14.680 --> 25:18.680] Again, I have example complaints for each of these as well. [25:18.680 --> 25:25.680] I am working on a lawsuit for going after all of these criminal actors, which anyone should be able to use to go after them. [25:25.680 --> 25:30.680] Mr. Ayers-Mendez is proving that he is incompetent and incapable to prosecute [25:30.680 --> 25:35.680] as the law specifically requires both a signed and verified complaint [25:35.680 --> 25:40.680] and an information signed and filed by the prosecutor. [25:40.680 --> 25:47.680] Texas law also very clearly requires that an information be signed by either the district attorney or the county attorney. [25:47.680 --> 25:56.680] No other attorney may sign this document according to both the Texas Constitution, Article 5, Sections 12B and 21, [25:56.680 --> 26:01.680] and Code of Criminal Procedure, Articles 20.21 and 20.22. [26:01.680 --> 26:04.680] And in the Code of Criminal Procedure, they both read thusly. [26:04.680 --> 26:07.680] Article 21.20, Information. [26:07.680 --> 26:14.680] An information is a written statement filed and presented in behalf of the state by the district or county attorney, [26:14.680 --> 26:20.680] charging the defendant with an offense which may by law be so prosecuted. [26:20.680 --> 26:25.680] Article 21.21, Requestance of an Information. [26:25.680 --> 26:30.680] An information is sufficient if it has the following requisites. [26:30.680 --> 26:33.680] And you skip all the way down to the bottom, and number 9 says, [26:33.680 --> 26:39.680] it must be signed by the district or county attorney officially. [26:39.680 --> 26:43.680] So no one else can sign an information. [26:43.680 --> 26:46.680] Now, the lawsuit is to be multifaceted. [26:46.680 --> 26:50.680] We are naming the attorney, the magistrate, judge, and the police officers, [26:50.680 --> 26:57.680] as well as the municipality, county, or state agency on whose behalf they work and operate this criminal enterprise. [26:57.680 --> 27:01.680] If you have not filed a petition to show authority, then please do so ASAP [27:01.680 --> 27:07.680] and insist that the magistrate require the prosecutor produce their authority as required by law. [27:07.680 --> 27:13.680] The magistrate will either fail or refuse to do so, and we can then go forward from there. [27:13.680 --> 27:14.680] Okay? [27:14.680 --> 27:19.680] That's the gist of what my reply was on what their actions need to be. [27:19.680 --> 27:22.680] Now, Randy, now is the time for you to interject. [27:22.680 --> 27:29.680] Oh, I thought you were asking a question for an answer and you were making a rhetorical statement. [27:29.680 --> 27:40.680] If there is not a complaint in the court record and the person is being prosecuted, [27:40.680 --> 27:48.680] and in order to prosecute, there must be an examining trial by law, [27:48.680 --> 27:56.680] that creates the inference that an examining trial was actually held. [27:56.680 --> 28:07.680] And if an examining trial was actually held, the magistrate who held the examining trial [28:07.680 --> 28:10.680] was required by Article 13, seal all documents added in the hearing, [28:10.680 --> 28:15.680] cause his name to be written across seal and interlope, and forward them to the clerk of the court of jurisdiction. [28:15.680 --> 28:18.680] The court of jurisdiction doesn't have them. [28:18.680 --> 28:27.680] So that creates the inference that the magistrate failed to seal all those documents and forward them to the clerk as required by statute, [28:27.680 --> 28:33.680] and that comes under secreting a document from the person or department it's directed to, [28:33.680 --> 28:42.680] and that's a felony under 3710 Penal Code, the way I read it. [28:42.680 --> 28:48.680] Now, the interesting thing about this, at least from our perspective, [28:48.680 --> 28:56.680] is that I've also got a letter that someone sent in, and somehow I don't remember how I got my hands on it. [28:56.680 --> 28:58.680] I think it was emailed to me by somebody. [28:58.680 --> 29:04.680] It is an attorney general's opinion regarding the DIMS system in El Paso County, Texas. [29:04.680 --> 29:15.680] And in this letter, the El Paso County District Attorney is telling the attorney general [29:15.680 --> 29:21.680] specifically how they operate their process for a warrantless arrest. [29:21.680 --> 29:29.680] And it shows very clearly in this letter that they are absolutely ignoring the requirements of law. [29:29.680 --> 29:38.680] They are doing what they want, how they want, and ignoring all the statutes that bind them in the process. [29:38.680 --> 29:41.680] Okay, I hear the music. We're about to go to break again. [29:41.680 --> 29:46.680] This is Deborah Stevens, Randy Kelton, Eddie Craig, Rule of Law Radio. [29:46.680 --> 30:00.680] And y'all hang in there, folks. [31:21.680 --> 31:25.680] The test is a risk for Mr. Bush. [31:25.680 --> 31:30.680] The test is a risk for the teen. [31:30.680 --> 31:35.680] Well, I need a prosecutor to come and help me prosecute them wicked leaders. [31:35.680 --> 31:37.680] You see, the murderers are liars. [31:37.680 --> 31:39.680] Them tell me, them are liars. [31:39.680 --> 31:40.680] They tell me stories. [31:40.680 --> 31:41.680] You don't believe me. [31:41.680 --> 31:42.680] Say what them tell me. [31:42.680 --> 31:45.680] 3% of Americans vote for Bush. [31:45.680 --> 31:48.680] So how the hell you get the president? [31:48.680 --> 31:50.680] That's why we have a warrant for him. [31:50.680 --> 31:52.680] Everybody listen carefully. [31:52.680 --> 31:54.680] Listen to the words of the issues. [31:54.680 --> 31:59.680] The test is a risk for Mr. Bush. [31:59.680 --> 32:02.680] The test is a risk for Mr. Bush. [32:02.680 --> 32:05.680] The test is a risk for Mr. Bush. [32:05.680 --> 32:08.680] The test is a risk for Mr. Bush. [32:08.680 --> 32:11.680] The test is a risk for Mr. Bush. [32:11.680 --> 32:14.680] The test is a risk for Mr. Bush. [32:14.680 --> 32:17.680] Well, we now feel the room is filled with warrant for him. [32:17.680 --> 32:19.680] All the cheney warrants for him. [32:19.680 --> 32:21.680] Fight about the citizens in the country. [32:21.680 --> 32:24.680] Them getting so mad and them getting angry. [32:24.680 --> 32:26.680] We have some warrant we need to solve. [32:26.680 --> 32:29.680] We need a prosecutor to come and help. [32:29.680 --> 32:31.680] Prosecutors from any state will do. [32:31.680 --> 32:33.680] Come over and let me show them too. [32:33.680 --> 32:35.680] Hear them tell you what me tell you. [32:35.680 --> 32:36.680] Three issues. [32:36.680 --> 32:37.680] That's the speaking truth. [32:37.680 --> 32:38.680] That is truth. [32:38.680 --> 32:40.680] There is Silverstein though. [32:40.680 --> 32:43.680] You get the citizens arrest too. [32:43.680 --> 32:45.680] Silverstein and Hamilton clean. [32:45.680 --> 32:48.680] You know them and they let them clean. [32:48.680 --> 32:50.680] Everybody bring them in. [32:50.680 --> 32:53.680] So we could solve them with warranting. [32:53.680 --> 32:55.680] They know my need to quarantine. [32:55.680 --> 32:57.680] They know them lie me say with them skin. [32:57.680 --> 33:02.680] The test is a risk for Mr. Bush. [33:02.680 --> 33:06.680] The test is a risk for Dick Cheney. [33:06.680 --> 33:11.680] The test is a risk for Mr. Bush. [33:11.680 --> 33:16.680] The test is a risk for Dick Cheney. [33:16.680 --> 33:18.680] All these guys in the three shoe suit. [33:18.680 --> 33:19.680] All them a do. [33:19.680 --> 33:21.680] Them a tell I to eat. [33:21.680 --> 33:23.680] In them three suit and tie. [33:23.680 --> 33:25.680] And them a walk and a turn a fly. [33:25.680 --> 33:28.680] That's why we have to prosecute them. [33:28.680 --> 33:30.680] And we have to let them know we not play. [33:30.680 --> 33:31.680] Point the finger. [33:31.680 --> 33:33.680] Go and feel the way. [33:33.680 --> 33:35.680] Tell the truth here in America me say. [33:35.680 --> 33:37.680] Only 3% vote for Mr. Bush. [33:37.680 --> 33:40.680] How the hell the man become presidency. [33:40.680 --> 33:42.680] But you know I want to come arrest he. [33:42.680 --> 33:45.680] So I have a citizens arrest for Mr. Bush. [33:45.680 --> 33:54.680] I have a warrant for Dick Cheney. [33:54.680 --> 33:59.680] I have another warrant from space. [33:59.680 --> 34:04.680] I have another warrant for Candy Rice. [34:04.680 --> 34:08.680] I have another warrant for everybody. [34:08.680 --> 34:10.680] Listen me and listen me carefully. [34:10.680 --> 34:12.680] Them a big man them need no seat. [34:12.680 --> 34:15.680] Don't have no mercy on them. [34:15.680 --> 34:17.680] Because they never have no mercy on the country. [34:17.680 --> 34:20.680] You see how them a treat me badly. [34:20.680 --> 34:22.680] The citizens of the country is angry. [34:22.680 --> 34:24.680] That's why me have a warrant to see. [34:24.680 --> 34:27.680] To arrest them big man the wrong way. [34:27.680 --> 34:29.680] The citizens everybody come and listen me. [34:29.680 --> 34:32.680] The citizens are one way to Bush. [34:32.680 --> 34:34.680] All right folks we are back. [34:34.680 --> 34:37.680] Working out a couple technical difficulties. [34:37.680 --> 34:40.680] We are here now. [34:40.680 --> 34:41.680] Okay Randy. [34:41.680 --> 34:45.680] If you got anything you would like to add to this or comment on it or listen to it I would love to hear it. [34:45.680 --> 34:53.680] But it would appear at this point we have got complete and total runaway judiciary. [34:53.680 --> 34:56.680] Dead at the wheel legislation. [34:56.680 --> 34:59.680] And we need to do something about it. [34:59.680 --> 35:02.680] That's been pretty clear for quite a while. [35:02.680 --> 35:12.680] That the courts just simply pay absolutely no attention to law that affects them. [35:12.680 --> 35:14.680] In enforcing law that affects us. [35:14.680 --> 35:17.680] That's become abundantly clear. [35:17.680 --> 35:20.680] And the only way we are going to put an end to this. [35:20.680 --> 35:23.680] Is to start going after them. [35:23.680 --> 35:26.680] And that does have an effect. [35:26.680 --> 35:33.680] Judges and prosecutors and officials really hate it when you sue them. [35:33.680 --> 35:35.680] Most of the times they win in the end. [35:35.680 --> 35:38.680] But they still really hate it. [35:38.680 --> 35:42.680] Because they never know if they are going to win or not. [35:42.680 --> 35:46.680] It's not like when they bring you in to crucify you. [35:46.680 --> 35:48.680] That's a piece of cake. [35:48.680 --> 35:52.680] But all of a sudden when it looks like they may actually be called to account. [35:52.680 --> 35:55.680] It really gets their attention. [35:55.680 --> 35:57.680] So this is my purpose. [35:57.680 --> 35:58.680] This is what I'm after. [35:58.680 --> 36:01.680] To get people to go after these judges. [36:01.680 --> 36:07.680] And from my perspective just suing them is not enough. [36:07.680 --> 36:09.680] We need to bring more than a suit. [36:09.680 --> 36:12.680] We need to go after them personally. [36:12.680 --> 36:16.680] Because what they are doing is criminal. [36:16.680 --> 36:23.680] And I'm mad as heck and I'm not going to take it anymore. [36:23.680 --> 36:25.680] I would have to go along with that. [36:25.680 --> 36:29.680] That's exactly why I decided to take the bull by the horns so to speak. [36:29.680 --> 36:33.680] And get in the face of him and kick him in the teeth. [36:33.680 --> 36:38.680] I've had personal one-on-one discussions with my state rep before. [36:38.680 --> 36:41.680] I've addressed him at town hall meetings. [36:41.680 --> 36:46.680] I've even gone out to eat with him afterwards to continue the discussion. [36:46.680 --> 36:48.680] And he talks a good game. [36:48.680 --> 36:53.680] But I have yet to see any results which is typical of politicians in general. [36:53.680 --> 36:54.680] Now, I told his assistant that. [36:54.680 --> 36:56.680] I said, yes, I've talked to him. [36:56.680 --> 37:00.680] He has some great ideas and I respect him as a man. [37:00.680 --> 37:05.680] And I'm aware that he's not the only one that sits in Austin having to make these decisions. [37:05.680 --> 37:12.680] But if you're going to try to convince me that he does everything humanly possible to make what's right right, he doesn't. [37:12.680 --> 37:16.680] He's admitted to me he doesn't just by what he says. [37:16.680 --> 37:24.680] Because when you're willing to negotiate a lesser evil for another evil, it's all still evil. [37:24.680 --> 37:30.680] And so to me that's no way to run a government. [37:30.680 --> 37:38.680] Unfortunately, our legislators are saddled with a number of other legislators. [37:38.680 --> 37:47.680] And everybody seems to be patting one another on the back each to get their own personal petty issues through. [37:47.680 --> 37:53.680] And the real failure, we really can't put in the lap of the politician. [37:53.680 --> 37:56.680] We have to put in our own laps. [37:56.680 --> 38:02.680] But this seems to be the year that that sort of thing is changing. [38:02.680 --> 38:07.680] I got an email the other day or I'm sorry, not an email. [38:07.680 --> 38:12.680] I was looking on my email site and the front page has some news articles. [38:12.680 --> 38:16.680] One of them caught my eye. [38:16.680 --> 38:21.680] And what it went to was some incumbent that got voted out. [38:21.680 --> 38:30.680] And the news media was calling it the anti-incumbency movement. [38:30.680 --> 38:35.680] It's become such a problem that they've even given it a name. [38:35.680 --> 38:37.680] Well, it's about time. [38:37.680 --> 38:40.680] Yes, and they see the writing on the wall. [38:40.680 --> 38:43.680] So this may be the opportunity. [38:43.680 --> 38:51.680] This is the point at which the pendulum has swung out too far and the public is waking up and they're really unhappy. [38:51.680 --> 38:55.680] And I'm looking forward to November. [38:55.680 --> 38:59.680] I don't know if we'll get a positive change or a negative change, [38:59.680 --> 39:03.680] but we're certainly going to get a major change in this next legislature. [39:03.680 --> 39:07.680] Well, just getting the incumbents out is a major, major win [39:07.680 --> 39:12.680] because the reason we're in such a problem right now is because of the ones who are in office. [39:12.680 --> 39:19.680] So hence it stands to reason that step number one is throw out all the incumbents. [39:19.680 --> 39:23.680] And we all know about the black box voting and all that kind of stuff [39:23.680 --> 39:27.680] and how they control and manipulate the elections, especially the general elections. [39:27.680 --> 39:36.680] But they apparently are not controlling and manipulating every single tiny election at the precinct level, [39:36.680 --> 39:46.680] especially in these primaries or else we wouldn't be seeing this massive wave of incumbents being kicked to the curb. [39:46.680 --> 39:53.680] Yes, and we're looking at the entire House of Representatives coming up for election this year. [39:53.680 --> 39:58.680] And they're coming into election with a 12 percent approval rating. [39:58.680 --> 40:00.680] Good luck, guys. [40:00.680 --> 40:03.680] Well, again, we have to overcome the black box voting. [40:03.680 --> 40:09.680] And so in the general elections, that's when they do the most manipulation. [40:09.680 --> 40:13.680] And we hope that we'll get our way. [40:13.680 --> 40:15.680] You know, but I've seen it time and time again. [40:15.680 --> 40:24.680] You'll have races where in the quote unquote polls, it'll show somebody's winning by, you know, 10, 20, 30 percent. [40:24.680 --> 40:31.680] And then all of a sudden, the loser incumbent guy comes back and wins the election. [40:31.680 --> 40:35.680] Yeah, well, it's kind of hard to believe, but we'll see. [40:35.680 --> 40:44.680] Well, I think they all are getting more concerned and careful because the public is not happy at all. [40:44.680 --> 40:46.680] They're being watched very closely. [40:46.680 --> 40:56.680] And if they're too outrageous with this and they get the public really up in arms about it, they'll lose all of their leverage altogether. [40:56.680 --> 41:00.680] So if ever there was an opportunity, we're looking at it. [41:00.680 --> 41:10.680] Absolutely, because generally when they manipulate the elections the most is when it's a close race or when they make it out to be a close race with these faked polls. [41:10.680 --> 41:15.680] But there definitely is a change in the air. [41:15.680 --> 41:21.680] And guys, I wanted to bring something up while we were on the topic of municipal issues. [41:21.680 --> 41:42.680] On May 27th, Austin City Council at the urging of our Police Chief Acevedo decided to pass the Amendment Number 4 to the Interlocal Agreement for Booking and Related Services between Travis County and City of Austin [41:42.680 --> 41:53.680] to add a contracted phlebotomist to be hired to be within the Travis County Central Booking Facility. [41:53.680 --> 41:57.680] And they funded this for $24,000. [41:57.680 --> 42:02.680] And it doesn't say, I'm reading right off the minute to the City Council website, [42:02.680 --> 42:13.680] it doesn't say from City Council's point of view that the express purpose is for forced blood withdrawals, but that's what it's for. [42:13.680 --> 42:19.680] That's what all the news media is saying it's for and that's what the police is saying it's for. [42:19.680 --> 42:27.680] The purpose is for people who refuse breathalyzers to be taken and forced to give blood. [42:27.680 --> 42:35.680] This is what they call their no refusal weekends or their no refusal nights or whatever where you can't refuse. [42:35.680 --> 42:40.680] It's like if you refuse the breathalyzer, well, then they're just going to strap you down and just stick a needle in you. [42:40.680 --> 42:51.680] And the reason that they're wanting to do this, and City Council approved it unanimously apparently because it's a lot cheaper than the way they have been doing it, [42:51.680 --> 42:58.680] they've been contracting a phlebotomist at Brackenridge and they don't want to do that anymore because of several reasons. [42:58.680 --> 43:00.680] Number one, it's more expensive. [43:00.680 --> 43:03.680] And number two, the hospital doesn't want to do it anymore. [43:03.680 --> 43:06.680] The sheriff's department won't do it anymore. [43:06.680 --> 43:08.680] The hospitals won't do it anymore. [43:08.680 --> 43:09.680] And there's a reason. [43:09.680 --> 43:11.680] It's because it's illegal. [43:11.680 --> 43:18.680] And so now they've talked City Council into funding a phlebotomist at the booking facility. [43:18.680 --> 43:30.680] But again, I don't know how much we can hold City Council responsible because it doesn't say in this document on the City Council website that from City Council's point of view, [43:30.680 --> 43:32.680] the purpose is for force. [43:32.680 --> 43:34.680] It's just to have it there. [43:34.680 --> 43:40.680] And so at any rate, I'm trying to figure out, I want to pose a question to you guys, who's breaking the law here? [43:40.680 --> 43:42.680] Is it City Council? [43:42.680 --> 43:43.680] Is it the police? [43:43.680 --> 43:44.680] Is it both? [43:44.680 --> 43:46.680] And what can we do about this? [43:46.680 --> 43:50.680] So we'll discuss this some more when we get back on the other side. [43:50.680 --> 43:54.680] This is the rule of law with Randy Kelton, Eddie Craig, Deborah Stevens. [43:54.680 --> 44:17.680] We will be right back. [44:24.680 --> 44:49.680] We'll be right back. [44:49.680 --> 45:01.680] We'll be right back. [45:01.680 --> 45:23.680] We'll be right back. [45:23.680 --> 45:45.680] We'll be right back. [45:45.680 --> 46:05.680] Okay. [46:05.680 --> 46:13.680] We're pushing buttons on the computer, getting the information, getting the information out to you listeners. [46:13.680 --> 46:15.680] All right, so guys, what do you think about this? [46:15.680 --> 46:29.680] So now City Council has approved $24,000 in funding per year for phlebotomists to actually be stationed at the central booking facility in Travis County. [46:29.680 --> 46:36.680] And it doesn't say from City Council's perspective that the purpose is for the forced blood withdrawals, [46:36.680 --> 46:43.680] even though that's what the police are obviously saying that it's for the purpose of these no-refusal weekends. [46:43.680 --> 46:49.680] So who needs to have criminal charges and lawsuits slapped on them here? [46:49.680 --> 46:51.680] Well, go ahead, Randy. [46:51.680 --> 46:53.680] Yeah, I was thinking lawsuits. [46:53.680 --> 47:02.680] And with what I'm doing with the foreclosure issue, I have this thing set where the people fill out the questionnaire, [47:02.680 --> 47:06.680] and I merge it in, and bam, it spits out the lawsuit. [47:06.680 --> 47:16.680] This blood withdrawal issue would be much, much easier because there aren't anywhere near as many parameters. [47:16.680 --> 47:20.680] We could put on a website a simple questionnaire. [47:20.680 --> 47:26.680] They fill out the questionnaire, and it will spit them out a lawsuit. [47:26.680 --> 47:40.680] Okay, but my question is, who's breaking the law here? Is it City Council? Is it the police? Is it both? Who is at fault here? [47:40.680 --> 47:54.680] Well, as I understand under the Constitution, we don't have a right to privacy of our person. [47:54.680 --> 48:03.680] But we do, but we are protected again. By that, I mean we have a right to a property of our papers, [48:03.680 --> 48:07.680] but not of our – what they say is our person, ourself, we don't have a right to privacy. [48:07.680 --> 48:12.680] Oh, okay, so anybody can just come and stick a needle in our arm any time they want. [48:12.680 --> 48:13.680] There's a separate provision. [48:13.680 --> 48:17.680] I don't think so. I call that assault. [48:17.680 --> 48:26.680] Let me finish. There is a provision against corruption of blood. [48:26.680 --> 48:32.680] That means they don't get to break the skin, not by force. [48:32.680 --> 48:40.680] So it would seem that sticking a needle in me against my will goes directly to corruption of blood. [48:40.680 --> 48:41.680] And what about – [48:41.680 --> 48:44.680] That's not what it's referring to, a corruption of blood, though, Randy. [48:44.680 --> 48:50.680] And what about biometric data? I thought that they can't forcefully withdraw biometric data from you. [48:50.680 --> 48:55.680] Well, here's the problem. At least from my perspective, here's the problem. [48:55.680 --> 49:05.680] First off, you are secured the right to be secure in your persons and papers and effects. [49:05.680 --> 49:10.680] No, that's not what it says. It says in your property and your papers. [49:10.680 --> 49:17.680] It doesn't say your person. And I've come across that issue before, that it says your property and papers and not your person. [49:17.680 --> 49:23.680] And the courts have held that it didn't intend that you have a right to – [49:23.680 --> 49:32.680] That's how they get around this search issue, that you don't have a right to privacy of your person so they can search your person. [49:32.680 --> 49:37.680] Well, that may be true, but then it goes to corruption of blood. [49:37.680 --> 49:46.680] And I understand what – I think I know where you were going about corruption of blood. They're not allowed to beat you. [49:46.680 --> 49:47.680] But – [49:47.680 --> 49:51.680] Well, no. That's not my understanding of what corruption of blood is. [49:51.680 --> 49:54.680] Oh, okay. What is your understanding? [49:54.680 --> 50:00.680] Corruption of blood is basically very similar to the outlawry that we talked about with Pat last night. [50:00.680 --> 50:16.680] Basically, what it means is you cannot have your lineage corrupted and their rights destroyed because of their relationship with you as a ancestor or hereditary child or anything of that nature. [50:16.680 --> 50:18.680] That's corruption of blood. [50:18.680 --> 50:24.680] No, no, no. Corruption of blood went to cat of nine tails and public beatings. [50:24.680 --> 50:27.680] Okay. I'm going to read the Fourth Amendment. [50:27.680 --> 50:54.680] The Fourth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution in the Bill of Rights says the right of people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects against unreasonable searches and seizures shall not be violated and no warrant shall issue but upon probable cause supported by oath or affirmation and particularly describing the place to be searched and the persons or things to be seized. [50:54.680 --> 50:57.680] I see the word persons here twice. [50:57.680 --> 50:58.680] Yeah, okay. [50:58.680 --> 51:01.680] Section 9 of the – now, you're reading from the Federal Constitution, right, Deborah? [51:01.680 --> 51:04.680] Yes, I am, and that protects everyone. [51:04.680 --> 51:09.680] This is Article 1, Section 9 of the Texas Constitution, searches and seizures. [51:09.680 --> 51:32.680] The people shall be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and possessions from all unreasonable seizures or searches and no warrant to search any place or to seize any person or thing shall issue without describing them as near as may be nor without probable cause supported by oath or affirmation. [51:32.680 --> 51:43.680] Yeah, the notion that we have a right to be secure in our property but not our own body is just absolutely preposterous and illogical on its face. [51:43.680 --> 51:51.680] If we don't own – if we do not have ownership of our own bodies, then we don't have ownership of anything else around us. [51:51.680 --> 51:54.680] So that's just a ridiculous concept. [51:54.680 --> 51:55.680] I agree. [51:55.680 --> 51:59.680] We have to – we are secure in our persons. [51:59.680 --> 52:02.680] So now I'm concerned. [52:02.680 --> 52:07.680] Where did I come up with the argument that we – I must be brain dead? [52:07.680 --> 52:08.680] Well, if you seem to – [52:08.680 --> 52:12.680] No, you're probably just listening to the court opinions because that's the way they have seen it. [52:12.680 --> 52:19.680] I'm trying to remember where I came – I read that opinion because I was real upset when I read it. [52:19.680 --> 52:22.680] It may have had something to do with something else. [52:22.680 --> 52:29.680] But I'll tell you – and Bill, V just sent me a Skype chat. [52:29.680 --> 52:33.680] Your body is your most personal property. [52:33.680 --> 52:34.680] Absolutely. [52:34.680 --> 52:35.680] So there you go. [52:35.680 --> 52:42.680] So even if the court wanted to say you're only secure in your property, well, my body is my property. [52:42.680 --> 52:43.680] So there you go. [52:43.680 --> 52:49.680] Even if they want to throw out the word person, it doesn't matter because our bodies are our property anyway, our most personal property. [52:49.680 --> 52:50.680] Good. [52:50.680 --> 52:54.680] It pleases me greatly to find out what's mistaken. [52:54.680 --> 53:06.680] Well, at any rate, the point is I want to know who's at fault here, who's on first, what's on second, what kind of lawsuits would we file, what kind of criminal charges would we file. [53:06.680 --> 53:32.680] I'd like to hold City Council responsible for this, but if it doesn't expressly say in the City Council documents that the purpose is for these no refusals, then I don't know how much we can hold City Council responsible, rather if we would be holding the police responsible instead for misusing City Council funding, you know, misappropriation of funds or something. [53:32.680 --> 53:37.680] It's clearly the intent of the City Council to increase revenue. [53:37.680 --> 53:39.680] Sorry folks, my little kitty here. [53:39.680 --> 53:43.680] So much trying to jump on the mic here. [53:43.680 --> 53:48.680] So let's sue the crap out of them and take away the revenue. [53:48.680 --> 53:57.680] As much as it costs to be prosecuted for one of these issues, it doesn't cost that much more to sue. [53:57.680 --> 54:04.680] Yeah, but I think we should be suing them in their personal capacity for attempting an exercise in authority over an individual they do not have. [54:04.680 --> 54:06.680] Oh, I like that the best. [54:06.680 --> 54:10.680] I always want to go after the individual himself. [54:10.680 --> 54:20.680] Okay, but I want to find out is there a way to sue them without them assaulting you first, you know, going to the standing issue. [54:20.680 --> 54:31.680] I mean, can I say that I've been harmed already because they're taking my tax dollars to fund an illegal enterprise? [54:31.680 --> 54:35.680] If you can show that tax dollars are being used for that purpose, I would say yes. [54:35.680 --> 54:36.680] Well, absolutely. [54:36.680 --> 54:43.680] This is the City Council funding this, and it's not being funded by like a government grant, a federal government grant. [54:43.680 --> 54:51.680] Right. So what I'm getting at is you and I use logic and reason to make some of these determinations about what things are or should be. [54:51.680 --> 54:54.680] The black road morons don't do that. [54:54.680 --> 54:55.680] Yeah. [54:55.680 --> 55:05.680] They want to use esoteric argument to cast the government in a light where their rights or powers, of which I'm very aware, folks, they do not have rights, [55:05.680 --> 55:16.680] but where the government has authority over everything predominantly to the people, and that's completely backwards from the way it was set up. [55:16.680 --> 55:20.680] But that's exactly how these judges are doing it. [55:20.680 --> 55:27.680] So in Randy's idea of going after the judges, that, in my opinion, is the supreme way of doing it. [55:27.680 --> 55:33.680] And personally, I would like to see a hunting season established with no bag limit. [55:33.680 --> 55:43.680] Right. But in this particular situation, somebody will have had to have already been damaged and been arrested and assaulted and had needles stuck in their arm, [55:43.680 --> 55:50.680] and now their blood is in the gigantic biometric database and all of that kind of stuff. [55:50.680 --> 55:53.680] And once they take your blood, folks, it's too late. [55:53.680 --> 56:03.680] All of your DNA is in the database, the ultimate database that they are establishing. [56:03.680 --> 56:05.680] And so at that point, you can't get back. [56:05.680 --> 56:07.680] It's not like you can get your blood back. [56:07.680 --> 56:08.680] It's over by then. [56:08.680 --> 56:16.680] And so I'm trying to figure out a way that we can sue them or press criminal charges against them preemptively ahead of time. [56:16.680 --> 56:25.680] What kind of damage can we show has been caused already before anybody has to be assaulted with a needle? [56:25.680 --> 56:29.680] And I mean, one thing that I can think of is that, well, they're using my money. [56:29.680 --> 56:32.680] They're using my taxpayer money to fund an illegal enterprise. [56:32.680 --> 56:37.680] So I've been damaged because they've extracted taxes from me to pay for something that's illegal. [56:37.680 --> 56:42.680] So shouldn't we be able to form some kind of a class action lawsuit or something? [56:42.680 --> 56:46.680] The people, all the residents, all the citizens of the city of Austin? [56:46.680 --> 56:48.680] That goes to QATAM. [56:48.680 --> 56:51.680] Is the city council elected? [56:51.680 --> 56:52.680] Yes, it is. [56:52.680 --> 57:02.680] Then we have 22.007 and the lack of a federal oath to go after them under QAWRTO and add QATAM to that. [57:02.680 --> 57:04.680] That is misappropriation of funds. [57:04.680 --> 57:07.680] They're acting in a capacity and authority they do not have. [57:07.680 --> 57:13.680] Well, see, like I said, it doesn't specifically say on the city council documents that from the city council's point of view, [57:13.680 --> 57:18.680] the purpose is for the forced blood withdrawals, that the police are just going to be using it for that. [57:18.680 --> 57:22.680] So I think they're trying to leave themselves an out. [57:22.680 --> 57:32.680] If they, in fact, do one forced blood withdrawal, that's sufficient to establish misappropriation of funds. [57:32.680 --> 57:36.680] Well, they have to know that that's what it's for because that's what all the testimonies are about. [57:36.680 --> 57:41.680] That's the whole point of the whole thing is for these quote unquote no refusal weekends [57:41.680 --> 57:45.680] and no refusal nights and stuff that they have around here. [57:45.680 --> 57:52.680] So it's not like city council doesn't know that that's why they were approving this funding, [57:52.680 --> 57:54.680] even if it doesn't state it specifically on the documents. [57:54.680 --> 57:56.680] It's all over the news. [57:56.680 --> 57:58.680] It's all over mainstream media. [57:58.680 --> 58:01.680] It was in testimony at the city council meeting. [58:01.680 --> 58:09.680] Well, personally, I want to know how the judges came up with the idea that this is not forcing an individual to testify against themselves. [58:09.680 --> 58:11.680] Absolutely. That's what I was thinking, too. [58:11.680 --> 58:16.680] I want to know how these morons made that argument feasible in their own minds. [58:16.680 --> 58:22.680] It's a violation of the Fifth Amendment. That's what I was thinking earlier myself. [58:22.680 --> 58:27.680] Yeah, I was just going to say that. [58:27.680 --> 58:30.680] It absolutely is a violation of the Fifth Amendment. [58:30.680 --> 58:36.680] It's a violation of the Fourth Amendment, too, because they don't have a warrant. [58:36.680 --> 58:40.680] All right, folks, check out the law, the satire, and the feathers. Let's get busy. [58:40.680 --> 58:48.680] And it's also against some statute regarding the forced withdrawal of biometric data. [58:48.680 --> 58:50.680] We've talked about that before, too. [58:50.680 --> 58:51.680] All right, folks, we're going to break. [58:51.680 --> 58:54.680] We've got Rodney and Dominic from Texas on the line. [58:54.680 --> 58:56.680] We'll go to your calls and we'll get back on the other side. [58:56.680 --> 59:00.680] This is the rule of law. [59:00.680 --> 59:06.680] It is so enlightening to listen to 90.1 FM, but finding things on the Internet isn't so easy. [59:06.680 --> 59:09.680] And neither is finding like-minded people to share it with. [59:09.680 --> 59:12.680] Oh, well, I guess you haven't heard of Brave New Books, then. [59:12.680 --> 59:13.680] Brave New Books? [59:13.680 --> 59:20.680] Yes. Brave New Books has all the books and DVDs you're looking for by authors like Alex Jones, Ron Paul, and G. Edward Griffin. [59:20.680 --> 59:24.680] They even stock inner food, Berkey products, and Calvin Soaps. [59:24.680 --> 59:26.680] There's no way a place like that exists. [59:26.680 --> 59:32.680] Go check it out for yourself. It's downtown at 1904 Guadalupe Street, just south of UT. [59:32.680 --> 59:35.680] By UT, there's never anywhere to park down there. [59:35.680 --> 59:43.680] Actually, they now offer a free hour of parking for paying customers at the 500 MLK parking facility, just behind the bookstore. [59:43.680 --> 59:46.680] It does exist, but when are they open? [59:46.680 --> 59:55.680] Monday through Saturday, 11 AM to 9 PM, and 1 to 6 PM on Sundays. So give them a call at 512-480-2503. [59:55.680 --> 59:58.680] Or check out their events page at bravenewbookstore.com. [59:58.680 --> 01:00:03.680] This news brief is brought to you by the International News Network. [01:00:03.680 --> 01:00:12.680] Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu says he is willing to consider easing Israel's siege of the Gaza Strip by loosening the naval blockade. [01:00:12.680 --> 01:00:23.680] Israel's Channel 2 television says Netanyahu is prepared to allow international inspectors to examine each ship carrying goods for the Strip to make sure weapons are not smuggled in. [01:00:23.680 --> 01:00:31.680] Taliban suicide bombers disguised in burkas have attacked Afghanistan's National Peace Conference in Kabul. [01:00:31.680 --> 01:00:39.680] A Taliban attack, including rocket fire, started minutes after President Karzai appealed for militants to stop fighting at the three-day peace jirga. [01:00:39.680 --> 01:00:45.680] At least two fighters were killed in a gun battle, while another was reported to have blown himself up. [01:00:45.680 --> 01:00:53.680] U.S. Defense Secretary Robert Gates has ordered the Pentagon to find tens of billions of dollars in annual savings to pay for the country's two wars. [01:00:53.680 --> 01:00:59.680] Gates' goal is $7 billion in spending cuts and efficiencies by 2012. [01:00:59.680 --> 01:01:10.680] Some CIA officers involved in the agency's drone strike program in Pakistan are privately expressing their opposition to the program because it helps Al Qaeda and its allies get recruits. [01:01:10.680 --> 01:01:15.680] According to Jeffrey Atticott, former legal adviser to U.S. Special Forces, [01:01:15.680 --> 01:01:22.680] quote, some CIA operators are concerned that because of its blowback effect, drones are doing more harm than good. [01:01:22.680 --> 01:01:31.680] Atticott said CIA officers, quote, are very upset with the drone strike policy, adding, they'll do what the boss says, but they view it as a harmful exercise. [01:01:31.680 --> 01:01:39.680] Atticott added, they say we're largely killing rank-and-file Pakistani Taliban, and they are the ones who are agitated by the campaign. [01:01:39.680 --> 01:01:49.680] Atticott said because drone strikes kill innocent civilians and bystanders from far away, they infuriate the Muslim male, making them more willing to join the movement. [01:01:49.680 --> 01:01:56.680] Atticott said, quote, the men in Pakistan's tribal region view Americans as cowards and weasels. [01:01:56.680 --> 01:02:08.680] Oil from the BP Echo disaster will hit over 1,000 miles of East Coast beaches as early as this summer, according to a computer model by the National Center for Atmospheric Research. [01:02:08.680 --> 01:02:15.680] NCAR scientist Sint Peacock said, quote, this environmental disaster has impacts that have yet to be understood. [01:02:15.680 --> 01:02:24.680] The computer simulations indicate that once the oil gets caught in the Gulf of Mexico's loop current, it is likely to reach Florida's Atlantic coast within weeks. [01:02:24.680 --> 01:02:30.680] It would then move north to Cape Hatteras, North Carolina before turning east to the open ocean. [01:02:30.680 --> 01:02:35.680] More studies are underway to determine what might happen to the oil in the Atlantic. [01:02:35.680 --> 01:02:44.680] The models show the spilled oil moves slowly at first until it gets caught up in the loop current, at which point speeds pick up to 40 miles a day. [01:02:44.680 --> 01:02:49.680] Once it reaches the Atlantic Gulf Stream, it travels up to 100 miles a day. [01:03:14.680 --> 01:03:25.680] It's all according to the will of the Almighty. [01:03:25.680 --> 01:03:33.680] I read his book and it says he cares not for the unsightly. [01:03:33.680 --> 01:03:38.680] These warmongers come by that term rightly. [01:03:38.680 --> 01:03:44.680] We're not going to pay for it anymore. [01:03:44.680 --> 01:03:46.680] They sure are trying to make us pay, though. [01:03:46.680 --> 01:03:47.680] The revenuers. [01:03:47.680 --> 01:03:50.680] That's why the old timers called them the revenuers. [01:03:50.680 --> 01:03:51.680] All right. [01:03:51.680 --> 01:03:53.680] We're going to your calls now. [01:03:53.680 --> 01:03:56.680] We've got Rodney from Texas is up first. [01:03:56.680 --> 01:03:57.680] Rodney, thanks for calling in. [01:03:57.680 --> 01:03:58.680] We hadn't heard from you for a while. [01:03:58.680 --> 01:03:59.680] How's it going? [01:03:59.680 --> 01:04:00.680] Oh, man. [01:04:00.680 --> 01:04:02.680] This is a great subject this evening. [01:04:02.680 --> 01:04:11.680] I was actually sitting here thinking, how do they circumvent the Fifth Amendment with this drawing of the blood? [01:04:11.680 --> 01:04:27.680] And, you know, did I hear you say, Deborah, that the City Council passed this unconstitutional, I don't know, grant to fund this phlebotomist at the DHS? [01:04:27.680 --> 01:04:28.680] Right. [01:04:28.680 --> 01:04:32.680] Of the police chief Art Oslovedo? [01:04:32.680 --> 01:04:33.680] Did I hear you say that? [01:04:33.680 --> 01:04:47.680] Apparently so, because there's such a public outcry concerning the fact that Oslovedo is trying to get a federal grant to have the police themselves trained to just be, you know, like the vampire cops pulling blood out of you on the side of the road. [01:04:47.680 --> 01:04:54.680] And apparently that didn't fly, so now they want to have one at the cop shop at the booking station. [01:04:54.680 --> 01:05:15.680] You know, I don't, I try not to get too emotional with this type of stuff, but it really makes me angry and it tells me what type of person, you know, I suspected Art Oslovedo was, but now the City Council is allowing this band, you know, to do this. [01:05:15.680 --> 01:05:19.680] Doesn't any of those people on the council know the laws? [01:05:19.680 --> 01:05:21.680] Apparently not. [01:05:21.680 --> 01:05:22.680] Well. [01:05:22.680 --> 01:05:33.680] And they think it's a great idea because it's going to save the city money because now the city won't have to pay for the hospital trip, so they think it's a great idea. [01:05:33.680 --> 01:05:35.680] So no, they don't know the law. [01:05:35.680 --> 01:05:37.680] They're revenuers, okay? [01:05:37.680 --> 01:05:40.680] It's all about the revenue. [01:05:40.680 --> 01:06:04.680] You're just going to let somebody take and rape you, you know, sodomize you with a needle and then turn around and use that evidence that they got from you forcefully because I'm not going to consent to someone, you know, forcing me to give them my blood. [01:06:04.680 --> 01:06:12.680] Did the Attorney General allow them to use that as evidence against me? Absolutely not. It's a violation of the Fifth Amendment. That's what we were just talking about before the break. [01:06:12.680 --> 01:06:41.680] Well, let me tell you my situation. I'm in federal court and I've already had to file an appeal on a couple items, you know, that are on the record, but I'm fighting tooth and nail with the federal magistrate because I'm trying to haul in some pretty high-profile public officials at the very top of the list, Greg Abbott, the Attorney General. [01:06:41.680 --> 01:06:50.680] And it looks like this guy is going out of his way to guard these people or, you know, protect them from what I don't know. [01:06:50.680 --> 01:06:59.680] But, you know, he asked me to comply with a more definite statement on my initial grievance that I filed with the court. [01:06:59.680 --> 01:07:22.680] And I complied with that. He refused to issue any summons just for these people. And so I'm now waiting on him to, since he denied me some other items that I requested to give me his 14-page document, and I'm trying to figure out how do you deal with these people [01:07:22.680 --> 01:07:37.680] when you comply with all their orders, their court orders, and then it just seems like this federal magistrate is just, like I said, there's something going on behind the scenes that I'm not aware of. [01:07:37.680 --> 01:07:57.680] I can't really prove it right now, but for a magistrate to go out of his way like this to protect these people, you know, and we haven't even gotten to a stage where we can query the facts, you know, let them defend themselves against any allegations, [01:07:57.680 --> 01:08:14.680] which makes me wonder if there's some type of conflict of interest here. Have you guys ran into anything like that, and do you have any suggestions on how I would, you know, deal with this magistrate and maybe even, you know, file some, [01:08:14.680 --> 01:08:30.680] you know, I'm going to appeal his decision anyway, but help me out here, guys. You know, I'm not being real specific, but that's what I'm dealing with right now in this federal court. [01:08:30.680 --> 01:08:38.680] Okay. How many judicial conduct complaints have you filed against this magistrate? [01:08:38.680 --> 01:08:51.680] I'm in the process of doing that. I looked at the parameters for filing just judicial misconduct against this federal magistrate, and boy, they're very narrow. [01:08:51.680 --> 01:09:01.680] I mean, it looks like one of the things that I've noticed there, if he's senile or, you know, there were some other things. I can't remember all. [01:09:01.680 --> 01:09:22.680] No, no, you're not moving to have him removed from office. You file a judicial conduct complaint. The magistrate has a duty to apply the law to the facts, and he developed the facts in accordance with the rules of evidence and apply the law as it comes to him to those facts. [01:09:22.680 --> 01:09:31.680] If he fails to properly apply the facts, the law to the facts, he violates the ministerial duty, file a judicial conduct complaint against him. [01:09:31.680 --> 01:09:37.680] Right. Well, I mean, he's throwing my case out just because, I mean... [01:09:37.680 --> 01:09:47.680] What are you doing to kick him in his teeth? Why not? Why doesn't he just do anything he wants to do? You're just a pro se. You don't mean anything. [01:09:47.680 --> 01:10:00.680] So I don't think he got that impression. I've got this report from him where he came down on me pretty hard for some stuff that I don't think he appreciates me going after some of his buddies. [01:10:00.680 --> 01:10:02.680] Have you gone after him? [01:10:02.680 --> 01:10:04.680] No, I haven't done that yet. [01:10:04.680 --> 01:10:10.680] Go after him. He wants to make it personal. He wants to cheat. Make it personal for him. [01:10:10.680 --> 01:10:18.680] Where do you file a judicial misconduct grievance against the federal magistrate? [01:10:18.680 --> 01:10:28.680] There has to be a... I haven't looked up the Commission on Judicial Conduct for the feds, but they're going to have a commission that hears these complaints. [01:10:28.680 --> 01:10:33.680] It's sort of like the bar, the American Bar Association, for the attorneys. [01:10:33.680 --> 01:10:45.680] You file a complaint against the magistrate. The magistrate can't even mention it to you. Can't defend himself, can't do anything. [01:10:45.680 --> 01:11:07.680] I really would like to get this magistrate out of this because he has made it personal. I can't even go into the diatribe. This guy went into his court order when he requested a more definite statement from me. [01:11:07.680 --> 01:11:20.680] I mean, it was six pages long of nothing but criticisms. He said some of my arguments were very unintelligible, just on and on and on and on. [01:11:20.680 --> 01:11:33.680] I ignored most of that, but I will go after the guy, but it's a matter of finding what commission or what agency. [01:11:33.680 --> 01:11:38.680] Yeah, that shouldn't be hard to do. Once you start after him, it's going to change his attitude. [01:11:38.680 --> 01:11:44.680] They're just like a high school bully. When it begins to hurt them, all of a sudden their attitudes change. [01:11:44.680 --> 01:11:50.680] And if we don't start going after these guys, they're just going to keep rolling over us. [01:11:50.680 --> 01:12:04.680] Well, you're talking to somebody that – I'm not afraid of this magistrate by any means. I'm just wanting to know where, because I want to go after this guy right now. [01:12:04.680 --> 01:12:10.680] What commission or agency would I contact? Is there anybody out there that could point me in the right direction? [01:12:10.680 --> 01:12:17.680] Let me look. Federal conduct. [01:12:17.680 --> 01:12:32.680] I mean, this guy is on my back. Sorry to have to do this to you guys. [01:12:32.680 --> 01:12:39.680] We've got a stack of callers. I'll look that up, and as soon as I find it, I will tell you where it's at on the air. [01:12:39.680 --> 01:12:52.680] Okay. Well, I'll stay tuned, and thank you for helping me out, Randy. Debra, I really appreciate you reading that article about the – you know, from – what was the guy's name? Wayne from Infowars? [01:12:52.680 --> 01:12:59.680] It was – let me go back to it. It was – I believe his name was Michael Wayne. Yes. [01:12:59.680 --> 01:13:13.680] Yeah. Yeah, you really get me fired up when I hear – I mean, I'm just – I have to stay away from the TVs and any breakables, because I – like I said, I try to keep myself composed, but when I hear stories like that, it just – it makes me angry. [01:13:13.680 --> 01:13:24.680] Well, yeah, it is ridiculous. I mean, these guys, they won't let any good catastrophe go to waste. Believe me, they're going to capitalize on it as most as possible. [01:13:24.680 --> 01:13:38.680] I mean, at worst, they're doing it on purpose and not shutting it down on purpose. I mean, at best, they're opportunistic on it, but for sure, they're making the whole thing out to be worse than what it really is. [01:13:38.680 --> 01:13:42.680] I mean, there's no question about it. You just use simple mathematics, simple arithmetic. [01:13:42.680 --> 01:13:54.680] And the good thing about it – the reason why I appreciate it is I suspected this all along when I heard them say that this whole disaster could have been – it was 100 percent preventable. [01:13:54.680 --> 01:14:02.680] But then I was listening to the numbers, you know, that they were putting out there about the amount of oil gushing out. [01:14:02.680 --> 01:14:13.680] To my God, if they keep going, the amount of oil coming out of that is probably going to be equal to some of the oil that they, you know, get from Saudi Arabia. [01:14:13.680 --> 01:14:22.680] Well, I mean, realistically, I mean, they're saying it's around a million gallons a day, but then they talk about these plumes. [01:14:22.680 --> 01:14:31.680] And when you calculate the cubic feet and the number of gallons that are required to comprise these plumes and the rate at which you would have to be spewing out, [01:14:31.680 --> 01:14:38.680] I mean, it's just – it doesn't add up, no pun intended, but it really, seriously, just using simple arithmetic, it does not add up. [01:14:38.680 --> 01:14:49.680] It's fear-mongering. I mean, now, obviously, it is very bad because they're not letting the – they're not letting the mainstream media take photographs or video of the beaches. [01:14:49.680 --> 01:14:54.680] I mean, the entire coast of Louisiana is already trashed, people. It's already trashed. [01:14:54.680 --> 01:15:00.680] And the beaches of Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia are getting trashed, and it's about to hit Florida. [01:15:00.680 --> 01:15:08.680] I mean, that part is true, but these gigantic plumes, I mean, they're – it's just fear-mongering to try to hose the public [01:15:08.680 --> 01:15:16.680] and schmooze us into accepting carbon taxes and environment taxes and the hiked-up gas taxes and the law of the sea treaty and all this crap. [01:15:16.680 --> 01:15:25.680] Well, I hope that you continue to press this story with this phlebotomist because, you know, that really hits home. [01:15:25.680 --> 01:15:27.680] We need to have some lawsuits. [01:15:27.680 --> 01:15:35.680] I can tell you right now there are some people who have threatened me that worked indirectly and directly with Art Oslovedo [01:15:35.680 --> 01:15:48.680] about some things that I said about him on another local radio station, but I'm not backing down because, you know, this is – this man is dangerous. [01:15:48.680 --> 01:15:58.680] I'm trying to be nice about it, but he's dangerous, and I'll just leave it at that, but I'm going to stay tuned. [01:15:58.680 --> 01:16:03.680] Hopefully, somebody can give me that information, but thank you guys and keep up the good work. [01:16:03.680 --> 01:16:04.680] All right, thank you. [01:16:04.680 --> 01:16:08.680] He is what's referred to as megalomaniacal. [01:16:08.680 --> 01:16:13.680] Yeah, yeah. The guy's a hazard. He's very dangerous. [01:16:13.680 --> 01:16:19.680] Yeah, there is another aspect of this non-consensual blood withdrawal. [01:16:19.680 --> 01:16:23.680] Today, they want to use it for evidence in DUI cases. [01:16:23.680 --> 01:16:26.680] What happens tomorrow when they want to use it for drug cases? [01:16:26.680 --> 01:16:36.680] What happens to the day after that when they want to use it for communicable disease investigations against your will and so on and so forth? [01:16:36.680 --> 01:16:41.680] Where are they going to stop and draw the line to say, oh, well, you can't do it for that? [01:16:41.680 --> 01:16:51.680] Because once you open that bottle and the genie's out, you're not putting it back in without doing something totally unreasonable. [01:16:51.680 --> 01:17:01.680] In any case, we're about to go break, folks. Hang on. We will be right back. [01:18:00.680 --> 01:18:25.680] Ain't gonna blind me, don't fool me. Well, ain't gonna fool me with that same old trick again. [01:18:25.680 --> 01:18:35.680] I was blindsided, but now I can see your plan. You put the fear in my pocket, took the money from my hand. [01:18:35.680 --> 01:19:00.680] Ain't gonna fool me with that same old trick again. [01:19:00.680 --> 01:19:06.680] Now, when you read down through this section, you get down to a section here that talks about how a person commits an offense [01:19:06.680 --> 01:19:12.680] if the person with the intent to harm or defraud another obtains, possesses, transfers, or uses an item of. [01:19:12.680 --> 01:19:15.680] And then it gives you the specific things. [01:19:15.680 --> 01:19:22.680] And it tells you here that one, identifying information of another person without the other person's consent. [01:19:22.680 --> 01:19:29.680] Two, information concerning a deceased natural person, including a stillborn infant or fetus, and blah, blah, blah. [01:19:29.680 --> 01:19:39.680] And let's see, it also talks about the biographical information or biological information of the person. [01:19:39.680 --> 01:19:45.680] And then it comes down here and says, an offense under this section is, one, a state jail felony if the number of items [01:19:45.680 --> 01:19:49.680] obtained, possessed, transferred, or used is less than five. [01:19:49.680 --> 01:19:57.680] And then it goes down, a felony of the first degree if the number of items obtained, possessed, transferred, or used is 50 or more. [01:19:57.680 --> 01:20:04.680] Well, officer, just how many strands of my DNA did you take with this blood withdrawal? [01:20:04.680 --> 01:20:09.680] When you consider that that's going to number in the billions, shouldn't that constitute the death penalty? [01:20:09.680 --> 01:20:15.680] If 50 is a first degree felony, several billions should be the death penalty. [01:20:15.680 --> 01:20:19.680] I didn't consent, it's my property, and you took it, and it identifies me. [01:20:19.680 --> 01:20:21.680] That's in accordance with the law, isn't it? [01:20:21.680 --> 01:20:23.680] How's a judge going to interpret that? [01:20:23.680 --> 01:20:29.680] What exception is a judge going to make to that rule to once again empower the government to do something [01:20:29.680 --> 01:20:35.680] that is absolutely outside any authority granted by the people in the Constitution? [01:20:35.680 --> 01:20:45.680] It just irks me more and more every day, the absolute utter social incompetence that these government officials have [01:20:45.680 --> 01:20:48.680] for understanding that they work for us. [01:20:48.680 --> 01:20:55.680] We did not empower them to exercise this type of authority over us in any way, shape, or form. [01:20:55.680 --> 01:21:04.680] And they are just presumptively acting like they could do anything they want as long as the Constitution does not specifically prohibit it. [01:21:04.680 --> 01:21:06.680] And even then, they still do it. [01:21:06.680 --> 01:21:14.680] Yeah, you retards, you morons, you inbreds, you infinitesimally small-minded individuals. [01:21:14.680 --> 01:21:22.680] The Constitution forbids anything that we did not specifically grant you. [01:21:22.680 --> 01:21:25.680] How hard a concept is that to understand? [01:21:25.680 --> 01:21:26.680] You tell him, Eddie. [01:21:26.680 --> 01:21:31.680] If we didn't say you can do it, you cannot do it. [01:21:31.680 --> 01:21:32.680] That's right. [01:21:32.680 --> 01:21:37.680] And the Constitution does not give the people any rights. [01:21:37.680 --> 01:21:40.680] It does not grant us any rights. [01:21:40.680 --> 01:21:45.680] The rights are ours where the Constitution admits them or not. [01:21:45.680 --> 01:21:51.680] That also is a concept that any reasonable person would understand. [01:21:51.680 --> 01:21:56.680] The Constitution doesn't have to say that we have an explicit right. [01:21:56.680 --> 01:21:57.680] Why? [01:21:57.680 --> 01:22:00.680] Because it doesn't grant any. [01:22:00.680 --> 01:22:09.680] It specifically says that these rights that we do mention are specifically protected from your intrusion, [01:22:09.680 --> 01:22:10.680] you doofus. [01:22:10.680 --> 01:22:13.680] And it's not limited to those either. [01:22:13.680 --> 01:22:20.680] No, and the enumeration of certain rights does not disparage other rights not enumerated. [01:22:20.680 --> 01:22:21.680] That's right. [01:22:21.680 --> 01:22:24.680] Again, how hard a concept is that for you to encompass? [01:22:24.680 --> 01:22:25.680] I take that back. [01:22:25.680 --> 01:22:26.680] Well, maybe it's... [01:22:26.680 --> 01:22:30.680] From the size of your mind, it's obviously beyond your reach. [01:22:30.680 --> 01:22:38.680] So pardon my indelicacy here, but this is a concept that... [01:22:38.680 --> 01:22:45.680] I don't see how you could say you've got a working brain cell and conceptualize that any of this is possible. [01:22:45.680 --> 01:22:46.680] Well, they don't. [01:22:46.680 --> 01:22:47.680] It just isn't. [01:22:47.680 --> 01:22:48.680] They don't. [01:22:48.680 --> 01:22:49.680] The average IQ is 70. [01:22:49.680 --> 01:22:50.680] Remember, Eddie? [01:22:50.680 --> 01:22:51.680] Well, that's law enforcement. [01:22:51.680 --> 01:22:58.680] I'm talking about these black-robed child molesters that sit on a bench and pass judgment on everybody else [01:22:58.680 --> 01:23:05.680] as if they're somehow omnipotently intelligent above and beyond all other human capability [01:23:05.680 --> 01:23:09.680] because they wear a black dress and sit on a high stool. [01:23:09.680 --> 01:23:10.680] You tell them, Eddie. [01:23:10.680 --> 01:23:14.680] Because they sit on a dais, they think there's something to be worshiped. [01:23:14.680 --> 01:23:16.680] You're not, okay? [01:23:16.680 --> 01:23:18.680] You simply aren't. [01:23:18.680 --> 01:23:21.680] Get that through your skulls. [01:23:21.680 --> 01:23:22.680] All men are created equal. [01:23:22.680 --> 01:23:28.680] No matter what you're wearing, no matter what your education, all men are created equal. [01:23:28.680 --> 01:23:33.680] Each person is allowed to do with that what they may or may not to their own ability. [01:23:33.680 --> 01:23:38.680] But that makes you no better than me in any way, shape, or form. [01:23:38.680 --> 01:23:44.680] And the moment you begin to understand that, the more you're liable to come down and take our point of view on something. [01:23:44.680 --> 01:23:51.680] But as long as you believe you're superior in every way, the only thing I'm ever going to hold for you is utter contempt. [01:23:51.680 --> 01:23:53.680] That's it. [01:23:53.680 --> 01:23:56.680] Because to me, respect is something you're going to earn. [01:23:56.680 --> 01:24:00.680] It's not going to be given to you automatically just because you think you're deserving of it, [01:24:00.680 --> 01:24:02.680] not when you work as a public servant. [01:24:02.680 --> 01:24:06.680] Prove to me you deserve the job you've got. [01:24:06.680 --> 01:24:13.680] Now, let me give you one other idea about exactly where our government has gone so far astray. [01:24:13.680 --> 01:24:20.680] If we look at the federal Constitution in Article 1, Section 8, down in the very middle of that, you have this section. [01:24:20.680 --> 01:24:23.680] Now, Randy, before I read this, I want to ask you a question. [01:24:23.680 --> 01:24:30.680] How many years have we been at war since 9-11? [01:24:30.680 --> 01:24:33.680] Wait a minute, how many years have we been at war? [01:24:33.680 --> 01:24:34.680] Yes. [01:24:34.680 --> 01:24:35.680] How many years? [01:24:35.680 --> 01:24:37.680] Every year since 9-11. [01:24:37.680 --> 01:24:38.680] We've been at war. [01:24:38.680 --> 01:24:39.680] Exactly. [01:24:39.680 --> 01:24:40.680] We're just going on 10 years. [01:24:40.680 --> 01:24:45.680] This coming September or October, it'll be 10 years. [01:24:45.680 --> 01:24:47.680] Okay? [01:24:47.680 --> 01:24:50.680] Now, listen to what this says. [01:24:50.680 --> 01:24:55.680] The Congress, this section deals with the Congress shall have the power to. [01:24:55.680 --> 01:25:01.680] Part of these powers is to declare war, grant letters of mark and reprisal, [01:25:01.680 --> 01:25:09.680] and make rules concerning captures on land and water to raise and support armies. [01:25:09.680 --> 01:25:20.680] But no appropriation of money to that use shall be for a longer term than two years. [01:25:20.680 --> 01:25:25.680] We were never meant to have perpetual wars in this country. [01:25:25.680 --> 01:25:32.680] Congress is forbidden to fund a war for greater than two years. [01:25:32.680 --> 01:25:38.680] Or at least no bill of appropriation for that purpose can exceed two years at a time. [01:25:38.680 --> 01:25:43.680] That would even be a generous way of arguing that clause. [01:25:43.680 --> 01:25:46.680] But I don't see that it says that. [01:25:46.680 --> 01:25:50.680] It says if you can't win the war in two years, don't be allocating money for it [01:25:50.680 --> 01:25:57.680] because you're not allowed to do it, not unless it's to defend the home soil. [01:25:57.680 --> 01:26:02.680] So it really helps that Congress never officially declared that we're in a war, [01:26:02.680 --> 01:26:04.680] doesn't it? [01:26:04.680 --> 01:26:06.680] Which again, they're the only ones that have that power. [01:26:06.680 --> 01:26:10.680] The President doesn't have it. [01:26:10.680 --> 01:26:13.680] Only Congress does. [01:26:13.680 --> 01:26:19.680] So by abdicating their official responsibility to the people of this country, [01:26:19.680 --> 01:26:23.680] these people have committed treason. [01:26:23.680 --> 01:26:25.680] I mean, there's no other way to look at this. [01:26:25.680 --> 01:26:27.680] There's no other way to put it. [01:26:27.680 --> 01:26:31.680] You took a sodomoath and you broke it. [01:26:31.680 --> 01:26:36.680] And because you broke it, American soldiers died. [01:26:36.680 --> 01:26:40.680] Foreign citizens died. [01:26:40.680 --> 01:26:44.680] It's murder, people. [01:26:44.680 --> 01:26:46.680] I'm not saying we shouldn't defend our country. [01:26:46.680 --> 01:26:49.680] We very well should defend our country. [01:26:49.680 --> 01:26:53.680] And anyone that attacks us should be sought out and dealt with. [01:26:53.680 --> 01:27:00.680] But we all know very well this is not about seeking justice for those from 9-11. [01:27:00.680 --> 01:27:03.680] The soldiers coming back from over there tell us plain and simple, [01:27:03.680 --> 01:27:07.680] it's not about seeking justice for 9-11. [01:27:07.680 --> 01:27:10.680] Wake up, America. [01:27:10.680 --> 01:27:13.680] The coffee's on, breakfast is served. [01:27:13.680 --> 01:27:14.680] Get up and eat. [01:27:14.680 --> 01:27:17.680] Open your eyes. [01:27:17.680 --> 01:27:19.680] Yeah, and all these police state measures, [01:27:19.680 --> 01:27:24.680] the forced blood withdrawals and the biometric scanners at the airports [01:27:24.680 --> 01:27:28.680] and the naked body scanners and everything else, [01:27:28.680 --> 01:27:32.680] and all the RFID chips and the driver's licenses and everything else, [01:27:32.680 --> 01:27:37.680] it has nothing to do with justice and safety and security for 9-11 [01:27:37.680 --> 01:27:39.680] as a result of 9-11 either. [01:27:39.680 --> 01:27:41.680] It's all about control. [01:27:41.680 --> 01:27:43.680] It's all about enslavement. [01:27:43.680 --> 01:27:47.680] It's all about implementing the military industrial complex police state. [01:27:47.680 --> 01:27:51.680] And it's all about revenueing, the revenuers, [01:27:51.680 --> 01:27:55.680] extracting all our money and all our property and enslaving us [01:27:55.680 --> 01:27:56.680] and ultimately killing us all. [01:27:56.680 --> 01:27:58.680] It's all about population control too. [01:27:58.680 --> 01:27:59.680] So that's where it's at. [01:27:59.680 --> 01:28:03.680] If they had their way, they'd throw us all in a big hole, seriously. [01:28:03.680 --> 01:28:06.680] And 10 years ago, if anybody had said that to me, [01:28:06.680 --> 01:28:07.680] I would have thought they were crazy, [01:28:07.680 --> 01:28:10.680] but after the research that I've done, it's obvious. [01:28:10.680 --> 01:28:13.680] These people go around and they give seminars on this. [01:28:13.680 --> 01:28:16.680] They teach classes on it. [01:28:16.680 --> 01:28:19.680] Professors at universities, even here at UT, [01:28:19.680 --> 01:28:22.680] they teach seminars on this population control stuff [01:28:22.680 --> 01:28:26.680] to audiences of 3,000 people standing ovations. [01:28:26.680 --> 01:28:35.680] Well, if you guys think it's such a good idea, go first. [01:28:35.680 --> 01:28:39.680] Maybe get them to stand in line. [01:28:39.680 --> 01:28:42.680] Their callers are really stacking up. [01:28:42.680 --> 01:28:44.680] Well, me and Eddie had to rant. [01:28:44.680 --> 01:28:46.680] I've been getting all kinds of Skype chats saying, [01:28:46.680 --> 01:28:47.680] go, Eddie, go, Eddie. [01:28:47.680 --> 01:28:49.680] Yeah, Eddie. [01:28:49.680 --> 01:28:51.680] Okay, we're going to go to some calls now. [01:28:51.680 --> 01:28:53.680] We've got Dominic in Texas. [01:28:53.680 --> 01:28:55.680] Dominic, thanks for calling in. [01:28:55.680 --> 01:28:57.680] We're just about to go to break, but we'll hold you over. [01:28:57.680 --> 01:28:58.680] What's on your mind? [01:28:58.680 --> 01:29:00.680] All right, well, first of all, how are you all doing tonight? [01:29:00.680 --> 01:29:01.680] Pretty good. [01:29:01.680 --> 01:29:03.680] We're on fire. [01:29:03.680 --> 01:29:06.680] Yeah, because Eddie needs to stop sugarcoating stuff. [01:29:06.680 --> 01:29:10.680] If he's going to say something, he just needs to go ahead on and say it. [01:29:10.680 --> 01:29:11.680] I'm sorry. [01:29:11.680 --> 01:29:14.680] I've repressed myself far too often. [01:29:14.680 --> 01:29:16.680] That's exactly what I was thinking. [01:29:16.680 --> 01:29:18.680] Quit mincing words. [01:29:18.680 --> 01:29:20.680] I wanted to go ahead and also comment. [01:29:20.680 --> 01:29:25.680] We're on the Web site here for the federal judge conduct complaint, [01:29:25.680 --> 01:29:36.680] www.ajs.org forward slash ethics, forward slash ETH underscore fed [01:29:36.680 --> 01:29:44.680] dot dash jud dash conduct dot asp. [01:29:44.680 --> 01:29:45.680] That'll give me a headache. [01:29:45.680 --> 01:29:49.680] All right, Dominic, why don't you stay on the line to the other side, [01:29:49.680 --> 01:29:51.680] and we'll talk about that URL again. [01:29:51.680 --> 01:29:52.680] All right. [01:29:52.680 --> 01:29:56.680] Okay, we've got Meta, Jim, Ken, Ramon. [01:29:56.680 --> 01:29:57.680] Everybody stay on the line. [01:31:26.680 --> 01:31:48.680] They want to poison the whole nation, folks. [01:31:48.680 --> 01:31:53.680] We will not drink from that cup. [01:31:53.680 --> 01:31:58.680] These wicked, wicked, wicked people trying to kill us, trying to poison us, [01:31:58.680 --> 01:32:01.680] fluoride in the water, you name it. [01:32:01.680 --> 01:32:06.680] The vaccinations with the live viruses meant to kill and cause cancers, [01:32:06.680 --> 01:32:09.680] it's admitted, we've got to put an end to it. [01:32:09.680 --> 01:32:11.680] People have to stop. [01:32:11.680 --> 01:32:14.680] Anybody within the sound of my voice, do not ever take another vaccination in your life. [01:32:14.680 --> 01:32:17.680] Please do not shoot your kids up with that poison. [01:32:17.680 --> 01:32:22.680] Very, very dangerous if not deadly in many cases. [01:32:22.680 --> 01:32:24.680] We're going back to Dominic. [01:32:24.680 --> 01:32:27.680] Dominic, okay, so give out that URL one more time. [01:32:27.680 --> 01:32:33.680] Well, it's also coming up under the Judicial Conduct and Disability Act of 1980. [01:32:33.680 --> 01:32:36.680] That should be a lot easier. [01:32:36.680 --> 01:32:37.680] All right. [01:32:37.680 --> 01:32:38.680] I was going to bring that up. [01:32:38.680 --> 01:32:39.680] That's what I had to do. [01:32:39.680 --> 01:32:42.680] Just do a start page for that. [01:32:42.680 --> 01:32:44.680] All right, Dominic, what else you got for us tonight? [01:32:44.680 --> 01:32:49.680] Yeah, I was going to call in about this funding that you all were talking about earlier. [01:32:49.680 --> 01:32:56.680] It seems that yes, probably we can go after the police because of fraud by nondisclosure, [01:32:56.680 --> 01:32:58.680] if that would be a reason. [01:32:58.680 --> 01:33:00.680] And the other one, for the City Council, [01:33:00.680 --> 01:33:04.680] it's their duty and obligation to find out what's being funded. [01:33:04.680 --> 01:33:09.680] And as much as everything like you were talking about earlier, Deborah, [01:33:09.680 --> 01:33:16.680] as much as it's been on the news and on TV that they are holding weekend on non-refusal, [01:33:16.680 --> 01:33:21.680] there is no way for anybody to say that they have no idea that's what it was for, [01:33:21.680 --> 01:33:27.680] especially an ordinary person of reasonable prudence, as Randy says. [01:33:27.680 --> 01:33:29.680] Yeah, that's what I was thinking too, [01:33:29.680 --> 01:33:33.680] especially since there was testimony at the City Council meeting, [01:33:33.680 --> 01:33:36.680] and it's all over the news, that that's what it's for. [01:33:36.680 --> 01:33:42.680] It's not for, well, if somebody, you know, decides they want to voluntarily give blood. [01:33:42.680 --> 01:33:43.680] I mean, give me a break. [01:33:43.680 --> 01:33:47.680] Now, they can arrest you if you refuse the breathalyzer, [01:33:47.680 --> 01:33:52.680] but it's against the law for them to forcefully take blood from you [01:33:52.680 --> 01:33:56.680] or any other biometric data after the fact. [01:33:56.680 --> 01:33:57.680] We just can't do it. [01:33:57.680 --> 01:33:59.680] If you refuse, how can they even use that in court? [01:33:59.680 --> 01:34:00.680] That's the whole thing. [01:34:00.680 --> 01:34:02.680] It's a violation of Fifth Amendment. [01:34:02.680 --> 01:34:04.680] And also, like we discussed, well, [01:34:04.680 --> 01:34:09.680] where I discussed previous shows that if you give consent and you're inebriated, [01:34:09.680 --> 01:34:11.680] well, your consent doesn't count. [01:34:11.680 --> 01:34:12.680] Yeah, good point. [01:34:12.680 --> 01:34:13.680] So they can't use it anyway. [01:34:13.680 --> 01:34:18.680] So they're just leaving themselves open for lawsuits for nothing. [01:34:18.680 --> 01:34:27.680] And not only that, it has to do with, well, [01:34:27.680 --> 01:34:31.680] Jenna just sent me a Skype chat about is the breathalyzer biometric data? [01:34:31.680 --> 01:34:35.680] But yeah, how could they use it in court if you were inebriated? [01:34:35.680 --> 01:34:36.680] It's all about the revenue, people. [01:34:36.680 --> 01:34:37.680] It's all about the money. [01:34:37.680 --> 01:34:41.680] And not only that, if you're not engaged in commerce on the roadways, [01:34:41.680 --> 01:34:44.680] then the transportation code doesn't apply to you anyway. [01:34:44.680 --> 01:34:50.680] And so, you know, as much as mothers against drunk driving might hate this, [01:34:50.680 --> 01:34:51.680] it's too bad. [01:34:51.680 --> 01:34:55.680] But the DUI laws in Texas don't apply to travelers. [01:34:55.680 --> 01:35:00.680] They only apply to people who are engaged in commerce. [01:35:00.680 --> 01:35:03.680] And so there's that aspect of it too. [01:35:03.680 --> 01:35:04.680] Yeah. [01:35:04.680 --> 01:35:05.680] Go ahead, Dominic. [01:35:05.680 --> 01:35:07.680] Yeah, because also originally I was going to call in [01:35:07.680 --> 01:35:10.680] because I always call in and disagree with Randy. [01:35:10.680 --> 01:35:11.680] And today I said, nope. [01:35:11.680 --> 01:35:12.680] You know what? [01:35:12.680 --> 01:35:13.680] I'm going to agree with Randy. [01:35:13.680 --> 01:35:17.680] And then he came out of left field and said that we're not securing our persons. [01:35:17.680 --> 01:35:19.680] And I don't know how you spell that. [01:35:19.680 --> 01:35:23.680] And I blew it. [01:35:23.680 --> 01:35:24.680] No, that's about all I have. [01:35:24.680 --> 01:35:28.680] I know there's a lot more callers, so I just wanted to put my two cents in. [01:35:28.680 --> 01:35:29.680] And you all have a great evening. [01:35:29.680 --> 01:35:30.680] All right. [01:35:30.680 --> 01:35:31.680] Thanks, Dominic. [01:35:31.680 --> 01:35:32.680] Bye-bye. [01:35:32.680 --> 01:35:33.680] All right. [01:35:33.680 --> 01:35:34.680] One of our longtime supporters, Dominic. [01:35:34.680 --> 01:35:35.680] Okay. [01:35:35.680 --> 01:35:39.680] We're going to go to Meta in San Antonio now. [01:35:39.680 --> 01:35:40.680] Hi, Meta. [01:35:40.680 --> 01:35:41.680] Thanks for calling in. [01:35:41.680 --> 01:35:42.680] What's on your mind tonight? [01:35:42.680 --> 01:35:47.680] Well, there was a caller yesterday talking about being classified as an outlaw. [01:35:47.680 --> 01:35:54.680] And I wanted to tell a real quick story, if I can, of a true incident that happened in Germany. [01:35:54.680 --> 01:36:00.680] There was an American soldier stationed on a British base in Germany. [01:36:00.680 --> 01:36:02.680] And I have to clarify one thing. [01:36:02.680 --> 01:36:06.680] We gave up our occupational status back in the 50s. [01:36:06.680 --> 01:36:11.680] The Brits did not give up theirs until after the Berlin Wall went down. [01:36:11.680 --> 01:36:18.680] This soldier, he was a cook, started dating a German girl that one of the British soldiers liked, [01:36:18.680 --> 01:36:21.680] but she wouldn't give him the time of day. [01:36:21.680 --> 01:36:28.680] So they, three of his buddies and him, took a baseball bat to a guy who had never met them in his life [01:36:28.680 --> 01:36:31.680] and broke every bone in his body. [01:36:31.680 --> 01:36:35.680] He went to Landstuhl, where he was for a long time. [01:36:35.680 --> 01:36:42.680] Of course, the commander, the American commander and the German Chief Polizzi, [01:36:42.680 --> 01:36:47.680] went to the British commander demanding that he turn over to soldiers. [01:36:47.680 --> 01:36:54.680] He refused, pointing out that he was outside their laws. [01:36:54.680 --> 01:37:01.680] The young soldier had a P-4 profile and, as Eddie would tell you, as a permanent profile. [01:37:01.680 --> 01:37:04.680] He should have been medically boarded out of the military. [01:37:04.680 --> 01:37:05.680] He did not. [01:37:05.680 --> 01:37:09.680] He convinced somebody to let him go back to his unit. [01:37:09.680 --> 01:37:14.680] Of course, the Brits didn't want him in the men's hall cooking, so he worked in the orderly room. [01:37:14.680 --> 01:37:19.680] And during this time, there was a lot of hard feelings between the Brits and Americans. [01:37:19.680 --> 01:37:22.680] The Brits can't cook, so the Americans used to do all the cooking, [01:37:22.680 --> 01:37:26.680] and the British cooks would just serve at the serving line. [01:37:26.680 --> 01:37:31.680] After that incident, the Americans refused to cook for the British. [01:37:31.680 --> 01:37:38.680] The American commander refused to allow them in RPXs because theirs are pretty sorry, so they would use RPXs. [01:37:38.680 --> 01:37:41.680] I mean, there was a lot of hard feelings. [01:37:41.680 --> 01:37:46.680] The young soldier, who worked like the young cook, took a baseball bat [01:37:46.680 --> 01:37:54.680] and in front of a street light with a camera pounded one of those four people [01:37:54.680 --> 01:37:57.680] and, of course, put him in the hospital. [01:37:57.680 --> 01:38:03.680] And he put up his finger for the camera to take a picture showing number one. [01:38:03.680 --> 01:38:05.680] This went on four times. [01:38:05.680 --> 01:38:12.680] After the first incident, the British commander came running down, yelling to the police side, [01:38:12.680 --> 01:38:16.680] I want you to arrest him, and the German police side pointed out, [01:38:16.680 --> 01:38:21.680] if you are outside the protection of the law as far as for punishment, [01:38:21.680 --> 01:38:24.680] you are also outside of the law for protection. [01:38:24.680 --> 01:38:27.680] Justice is a double-edged sword. [01:38:27.680 --> 01:38:33.680] In order to be protected by the law, you must also be accountable to the law. [01:38:33.680 --> 01:38:35.680] They had JAG. [01:38:35.680 --> 01:38:38.680] They had international lawyers. [01:38:38.680 --> 01:38:39.680] They had German lawyers. [01:38:39.680 --> 01:38:46.680] They had the ACLU all investigating it, and that young soldier was never punished. [01:38:46.680 --> 01:38:51.680] And one of those four British soldiers became a paraplegic. [01:38:51.680 --> 01:38:55.680] And my husband, because of his clearance, because this face, [01:38:55.680 --> 01:38:59.680] you had to have a certain clearance, and because he spoke fluent German, [01:38:59.680 --> 01:39:02.680] had to go do the report after each incident. [01:39:02.680 --> 01:39:05.680] And, yes, they did put loudspeakers on the NCO club [01:39:05.680 --> 01:39:10.680] and play another one bites the dust every time one got hurt. [01:39:10.680 --> 01:39:16.680] And Pat said he was at the bar at the hotel he was staying at, [01:39:16.680 --> 01:39:20.680] and a news thing came on showing the incident and everything, [01:39:20.680 --> 01:39:23.680] and the German bartender turned to Pat and said, [01:39:23.680 --> 01:39:24.680] that's one of your people. [01:39:24.680 --> 01:39:27.680] And Pat said, yeah, that's why I'm here to do a report. [01:39:27.680 --> 01:39:31.680] And the German looked at him and said, make him a hero. [01:39:31.680 --> 01:39:34.680] They all were so tired of the British, the way they acted, [01:39:34.680 --> 01:39:39.680] because these soldiers were coming from Ireland to decompress [01:39:39.680 --> 01:39:42.680] before going back to civilization. [01:39:42.680 --> 01:39:45.680] And they had been doing this kind of stuff with no retaliation [01:39:45.680 --> 01:39:48.680] because they were outside the law. [01:39:48.680 --> 01:39:54.680] And that was my comment on the outlaw. [01:39:54.680 --> 01:39:56.680] All right, well, thank you, Metta. [01:39:56.680 --> 01:40:00.680] That's a real good point about outlawry. [01:40:00.680 --> 01:40:02.680] When you start outlawing someone, [01:40:02.680 --> 01:40:08.680] you run the risk of having it turned back on yourself. [01:40:08.680 --> 01:40:12.680] And from my position, [01:40:12.680 --> 01:40:20.680] any official who would attempt to outlaw anyone belongs in prison. [01:40:20.680 --> 01:40:23.680] And I want to do my best to put them there. [01:40:23.680 --> 01:40:26.680] Well, then we have some border patrol agents that need to go to prison [01:40:26.680 --> 01:40:30.680] because Rush Carter, I'll even use his name, [01:40:30.680 --> 01:40:35.680] stood at my fence and told my husband that border patrol considers us the enemy, [01:40:35.680 --> 01:40:37.680] referring to my husband and I. [01:40:37.680 --> 01:40:39.680] So they just made us outlaws. [01:40:39.680 --> 01:40:41.680] How long ago did they do that? [01:40:41.680 --> 01:40:43.680] I don't know how they can do it, but they did. [01:40:43.680 --> 01:40:48.680] And then there's the incident where I got, I call 911 because I had the red light. [01:40:48.680 --> 01:40:53.680] Those two border patrol agents kept telling me that they do not have to obey state law, [01:40:53.680 --> 01:40:55.680] which means they're outlaws. [01:40:55.680 --> 01:40:59.680] Does that mean when we have an incident and someone shoots them or anything [01:40:59.680 --> 01:41:04.680] that we can't prosecute the guy because if they're outside the law for punishment, [01:41:04.680 --> 01:41:08.680] then they're outside the law for protection? [01:41:08.680 --> 01:41:09.680] True? [01:41:09.680 --> 01:41:11.680] I like it. [01:41:11.680 --> 01:41:12.680] Okay. [01:41:12.680 --> 01:41:13.680] Well, take care. [01:41:13.680 --> 01:41:14.680] Thank you. [01:41:14.680 --> 01:41:15.680] All right. [01:41:15.680 --> 01:41:16.680] Thanks, Meta. [01:41:16.680 --> 01:41:17.680] All right. [01:41:17.680 --> 01:41:18.680] We're continuing to take your calls. [01:41:18.680 --> 01:41:20.680] And we've had a few calls drop off the board. [01:41:20.680 --> 01:41:26.680] Listen, folks, don't expect a call screener because I'm producing [01:41:26.680 --> 01:41:29.680] and screening the calls all by myself here. [01:41:29.680 --> 01:41:31.680] I don't have any help running the show. [01:41:31.680 --> 01:41:34.680] And so if your name is already entered into the database, [01:41:34.680 --> 01:41:36.680] I'm probably not going to screen the call. [01:41:36.680 --> 01:41:40.680] So folks, if you're dropping off the line because you're not being screened, [01:41:40.680 --> 01:41:43.680] then just call back in because you're not going to be screened [01:41:43.680 --> 01:41:45.680] unless you're a brand new caller. [01:41:45.680 --> 01:41:46.680] All right. [01:41:46.680 --> 01:41:49.680] We're going to go now to Jim in New Hampshire. [01:41:49.680 --> 01:41:50.680] Jim, thanks for calling in. [01:41:50.680 --> 01:41:53.680] What's on your mind tonight? [01:41:53.680 --> 01:41:59.680] I have some questions concerning traffic tickets. [01:41:59.680 --> 01:42:05.680] In particular, I was wondering if there's any way that I could help my daughter [01:42:05.680 --> 01:42:09.680] because she doesn't have, you know, any experience really in court [01:42:09.680 --> 01:42:12.680] and she's facing the possibility of losing her license [01:42:12.680 --> 01:42:16.680] for about 90 days for speeding. [01:42:16.680 --> 01:42:18.680] Okay. [01:42:18.680 --> 01:42:19.680] And how old is she? [01:42:19.680 --> 01:42:22.680] 19. [01:42:22.680 --> 01:42:26.680] And exactly how are they coming across that she needs to lose her license [01:42:26.680 --> 01:42:29.680] for speeding? [01:42:29.680 --> 01:42:34.680] She got a speeding ticket in New Hampshire if you're under age 20. [01:42:34.680 --> 01:42:38.680] And if you get a speeding ticket prior to age 20, [01:42:38.680 --> 01:42:44.680] you have to go to an administrative hearing at the Department of Motor Vehicles, [01:42:44.680 --> 01:42:47.680] and they determine whether you're going to lose your license or not. [01:42:47.680 --> 01:42:49.680] She went to the hearing, [01:42:49.680 --> 01:42:53.680] and they decided that they weren't going to take her license [01:42:53.680 --> 01:42:56.680] as long as she didn't get a ticket within a year. [01:42:56.680 --> 01:43:02.680] And if she did, she was going to lose it for 20 days. [01:43:02.680 --> 01:43:06.680] So as it turned out, she got a ticket in Massachusetts. [01:43:06.680 --> 01:43:08.680] We live in New Hampshire. [01:43:08.680 --> 01:43:12.680] And then she got a ticket up here in New Hampshire. [01:43:12.680 --> 01:43:18.680] So now they're saying that that ticket in Massachusetts counts towards [01:43:18.680 --> 01:43:21.680] just as if she got a ticket up here in New Hampshire, [01:43:21.680 --> 01:43:23.680] plus she's going to be charged with the, [01:43:23.680 --> 01:43:30.680] she has a court date in July for the ticket that she just recently got up here. [01:43:30.680 --> 01:43:33.680] Okay. [01:43:33.680 --> 01:43:35.680] All right, Jim, you want to hang on the line? [01:43:35.680 --> 01:43:36.680] Sure. [01:43:36.680 --> 01:43:37.680] Okay, yeah. [01:43:37.680 --> 01:43:41.680] When I lived in New Hampshire, we used to call Massachusetts tax-a-tucis. [01:43:41.680 --> 01:43:44.680] Sorry, no offense to folks in Massachusetts, [01:43:44.680 --> 01:43:47.680] but yeah, it is totally tax-a-tucis place. [01:43:47.680 --> 01:43:50.680] All right, callers, please call back in. [01:43:50.680 --> 01:43:53.680] We had Ramon and Bad Bob from Austin. [01:43:53.680 --> 01:43:55.680] 512-646-1984. [01:43:55.680 --> 01:44:06.680] We'll be right back. [01:44:06.680 --> 01:44:11.680] Aerial spray, chemtrails, the modified atmosphere, [01:44:11.680 --> 01:44:18.680] heavy metals and pesticides, carcinogens and chemical fibers all falling from the sky. [01:44:18.680 --> 01:44:21.680] You have a choice to keep your body clean. [01:44:21.680 --> 01:44:30.680] Detoxify with micro-plant powder from hempusa.org or call 908-691-2608. [01:44:30.680 --> 01:44:35.680] It's odorless and tasteless and used in any liquid or food. [01:44:35.680 --> 01:44:39.680] Protect your family now with micro-plant powder. [01:44:39.680 --> 01:44:43.680] Cleaning out heavy metals, parasites and toxins, [01:44:43.680 --> 01:44:48.680] order it now for daily intake and stock it now for long-term storage. [01:44:48.680 --> 01:45:03.680] Visit hempusa.org or call 908-691-2608 today. [01:45:03.680 --> 01:45:18.680] Thank you. [01:45:18.680 --> 01:45:40.680] All right, folks, we are back. [01:45:40.680 --> 01:45:42.680] Rule of Law Radio. [01:45:42.680 --> 01:45:47.680] Jim, this is going to get into a little bit of technical area here regarding this. [01:45:47.680 --> 01:45:52.680] If you would please, if you will send me an email with a phone number from the Rule of Law website, [01:45:52.680 --> 01:45:55.680] I will call you and speak with you directly about this [01:45:55.680 --> 01:45:59.680] because I have not researched New Hampshire statutes directly on this. [01:45:59.680 --> 01:46:04.680] But any references you have to that, if you would please send them to me in the email so I can get them looked up, [01:46:04.680 --> 01:46:15.680] then I will be able to speak with you directly and intelligently about what we need to be doing. [01:46:15.680 --> 01:46:18.680] I am at the site. I do not see a place for an email. [01:46:18.680 --> 01:46:20.680] Which is contact. [01:46:20.680 --> 01:46:23.680] Oh, okay. All right. I will do that. [01:46:23.680 --> 01:46:30.680] All right. So if you will send that to me, then I will get in touch with you tomorrow and do what we can do. [01:46:30.680 --> 01:46:32.680] Okay. And this is Eddie? [01:46:32.680 --> 01:46:33.680] Yes. [01:46:33.680 --> 01:46:36.680] Okay. All right. Very good. Thank you. I appreciate that. [01:46:36.680 --> 01:46:37.680] All right. Thanks, Jim. [01:46:37.680 --> 01:46:39.680] Yes, sir. [01:46:39.680 --> 01:46:41.680] All right. The call board is emptying out. Come on, folks. [01:46:41.680 --> 01:46:44.680] It was full a little while ago and then everyone dropped off the line. [01:46:44.680 --> 01:46:48.680] We had Ramon and Bad Bob and some others. [01:46:48.680 --> 01:46:52.680] So call back in. We have got Ken from Texas is up next. [01:46:52.680 --> 01:46:55.680] Ken, thanks for calling in. What is on your mind tonight? [01:46:55.680 --> 01:46:57.680] Well, hi there. [01:46:57.680 --> 01:47:03.680] This is, I guess, directly directed to Eddie about the traffic code. [01:47:03.680 --> 01:47:12.680] And as you pointed out that there are requirements for any municipality to be able to enforce the traffic code. [01:47:12.680 --> 01:47:14.680] Isn't that right? [01:47:14.680 --> 01:47:16.680] In Texas, that's true. [01:47:16.680 --> 01:47:19.680] Right. Specifically, I mean Texas, where I am. [01:47:19.680 --> 01:47:20.680] Yes. [01:47:20.680 --> 01:47:28.680] Well, the code section is 37 Texas Administrative Code 4.13. [01:47:28.680 --> 01:47:40.680] I recently sent in a public information request and asked them exactly what is the list of municipalities that meet those requirements. [01:47:40.680 --> 01:47:44.680] Yes. You are the one that sent me the spreadsheet and everything that they sent to you. [01:47:44.680 --> 01:47:45.680] Yes, I did. [01:47:45.680 --> 01:47:51.680] Yes. I actually mentioned that on the air last week that I had received that and I sent a copy of it to Randy and I greatly appreciate that. [01:47:51.680 --> 01:47:52.680] Okay. [01:47:52.680 --> 01:47:53.680] But please continue. [01:47:53.680 --> 01:47:59.680] Okay. Well, briefly, I just wanted to mention that I did get that officially from the Texas Department of Public Safety. [01:47:59.680 --> 01:48:08.680] And they actually rephrased it and they said they don't have a list of all the municipalities that meet the requirements. [01:48:08.680 --> 01:48:16.680] But they did attach a list that is the currently authorized municipalities. [01:48:16.680 --> 01:48:26.680] So I guess there's not only a municipality that could meet the requirements, but they also have to be authorized, presumably by training their people, I guess. [01:48:26.680 --> 01:48:35.680] Anyway, the punchline to this is there's 45 municipalities that are on this list. [01:48:35.680 --> 01:48:39.680] About a third of them are in the Dallas-Port Worth area. [01:48:39.680 --> 01:48:53.680] So that leaves the 30 remaining to be spread around the 252 other counties of Texas. [01:48:53.680 --> 01:48:57.680] I thought that was very enlightening. [01:48:57.680 --> 01:49:00.680] So use that information how you may. [01:49:00.680 --> 01:49:13.680] The next thing was to Randy, as I told you, I've been working on my traffic case in my locale and I filed a number of bar grievances. [01:49:13.680 --> 01:49:17.680] And I wanted to give you an update on that because you may find it very interesting. [01:49:17.680 --> 01:49:18.680] All right. [01:49:18.680 --> 01:49:31.680] I filed first bar grievance as a series of incidents that this prosecutor has done while trying to persecute me. [01:49:31.680 --> 01:49:35.680] And then I filed a second bar grievance and so on. [01:49:35.680 --> 01:49:44.680] Well, it seems that the first bar grievance was regarded as an inquiry, which is one of two statuses that it can be. [01:49:44.680 --> 01:49:50.680] It's actually going to be regarded as an inquiry or they validate it as a grievance. [01:49:50.680 --> 01:50:02.680] Well, in the case of an inquiry, you're entitled to basically redraft or revise your bar grievance one time. [01:50:02.680 --> 01:50:09.680] And so my second bar grievance was deemed to be a revision of the first one. [01:50:09.680 --> 01:50:13.680] And the other 17 bar grievances have basically been thrown in the trash [01:50:13.680 --> 01:50:23.680] because you can only, according to 2.10 of the Texas disciplinary rules, you can only have agreements and one modification. [01:50:23.680 --> 01:50:36.680] I spoke to the individual who is the chief counsel for the Texas disciplinary, for the state bar, and he's the senior person. [01:50:36.680 --> 01:50:38.680] He's been there 22 years. [01:50:38.680 --> 01:50:47.680] I told him that I was interpreting his dismissal of these as a violation of my rights guaranteed to me by the Supreme Court, among other things, [01:50:47.680 --> 01:50:50.680] because I can challenge a bar grievance. [01:50:50.680 --> 01:50:54.680] And he responded with, well, you know, I've been there 22 years. [01:50:54.680 --> 01:50:56.680] This is how we do it. [01:50:56.680 --> 01:51:00.680] So I just thought you would like to know that about the bar grievances. [01:51:00.680 --> 01:51:06.680] It seems like either they're getting a lot of heat from the bar grievances and Randy's doing a good job, [01:51:06.680 --> 01:51:12.680] or this is just some odd situation or both. [01:51:12.680 --> 01:51:14.680] What do you think about that, Randy? [01:51:14.680 --> 01:51:20.680] So was it his position that you can only file a single bar grievance? [01:51:20.680 --> 01:51:27.680] Well, his position was, according to the application, I mean, according to this instant situation, [01:51:27.680 --> 01:51:32.680] my first bar grievance was regarded as an inquiry, which, of course, I disagree with. [01:51:32.680 --> 01:51:39.680] And I told them that I requested that go to the Board of Disciplinary Appeals. [01:51:39.680 --> 01:51:47.680] Now, 2.10 of their disciplinary rules says then I can come back and revise that bar grievance. [01:51:47.680 --> 01:51:51.680] So that second bar grievance that came in was regarded as a revision. [01:51:51.680 --> 01:51:53.680] And that's it. [01:51:53.680 --> 01:52:01.680] It says no other revisions may apply, and there's going to be no other consideration. [01:52:01.680 --> 01:52:07.680] On that particular grievance? [01:52:07.680 --> 01:52:18.680] Well, they regarded as every subsequent document I sent them is merely, [01:52:18.680 --> 01:52:31.680] and I use the word contemptuously, but merely a revision to the first one, which is not permitted. [01:52:31.680 --> 01:52:32.680] That's interesting. [01:52:32.680 --> 01:52:36.680] I say we just file them directly with the insurance carrier. [01:52:36.680 --> 01:52:37.680] Well, I'll tell you what I did. [01:52:37.680 --> 01:52:42.680] I went and looked to see if this guy is an attorney, and I'd file a bar grievance on him. [01:52:42.680 --> 01:52:46.680] Apparently, someone's done that already because he's not an attorney. [01:52:46.680 --> 01:52:54.680] But I've also been working on a letter to send to the Supreme Court justices, which I've thought about that. [01:52:54.680 --> 01:52:57.680] But there may be some remedy to this. [01:52:57.680 --> 01:53:01.680] Honestly, though, if you look at the whole bar grievance system, [01:53:01.680 --> 01:53:04.680] there's so many protections in there for the lawyers. [01:53:04.680 --> 01:53:05.680] It's amazing. [01:53:05.680 --> 01:53:09.680] I wish we had those kind of protections in our government for us. [01:53:09.680 --> 01:53:10.680] Absolutely. [01:53:10.680 --> 01:53:13.680] That's why we need to start writing proposed legislation. [01:53:13.680 --> 01:53:17.680] Yeah, well, see, that's exactly my problem when I was talking the other day about [01:53:17.680 --> 01:53:22.680] why the division of powers doctrine was violated when attorneys could sit in all branches of government. [01:53:22.680 --> 01:53:25.680] This is exactly what they do. [01:53:25.680 --> 01:53:30.680] They write laws to protect themselves from prosecution for their actions. [01:53:30.680 --> 01:53:31.680] Absolutely. [01:53:31.680 --> 01:53:34.680] This is amazing. [01:53:34.680 --> 01:53:39.680] One other thing I want to say on another point that you talked about earlier, the blood draws. [01:53:39.680 --> 01:53:44.680] You're kind of fishing around for how to charge these people. [01:53:44.680 --> 01:53:50.680] A couple of things came to mind about the blood draws was, one, this is a conspiracy. [01:53:50.680 --> 01:53:56.680] And all that you need to have happen is for two or more people to have a plan and somebody take an action. [01:53:56.680 --> 01:54:01.680] It doesn't have to complete the action or the whole conspiracy. [01:54:01.680 --> 01:54:13.680] The second idea is this is an in-chote offense, which maybe a conspiracy is one of those categories of in-chote. [01:54:13.680 --> 01:54:16.680] So maybe that would be helpful. [01:54:16.680 --> 01:54:20.680] And on the blood draws, you know, I'm not that familiar with them, [01:54:20.680 --> 01:54:28.680] but they've done them up in the Dallas area, too, I think, but is it a driver's license? [01:54:28.680 --> 01:54:33.680] Do you know what they're relying on, that if you have a driver's license, you've already agreed to all this? [01:54:33.680 --> 01:54:37.680] Or the transportation code, is this part of it? [01:54:37.680 --> 01:54:39.680] Well, I don't think so. [01:54:39.680 --> 01:54:50.680] Transportation code has what they call, what's the word I'm looking for, something, consent, implied consent. [01:54:50.680 --> 01:54:55.680] Yeah, but just because you have a driver's license doesn't mean you're using it at the time. [01:54:55.680 --> 01:54:56.680] That's true. [01:54:56.680 --> 01:54:58.680] That's the transportation code on the blood draw. [01:54:58.680 --> 01:55:03.680] Yeah, the transportation code on the blood draw specifically references it as implied consent. [01:55:03.680 --> 01:55:04.680] Well, you know what? [01:55:04.680 --> 01:55:08.680] My rights are my rights, whether I imply them or not. [01:55:08.680 --> 01:55:11.680] See, government, once again, has it backwards. [01:55:11.680 --> 01:55:17.680] I, as the sovereign citizen, do not have to belligerently claim my rights. [01:55:17.680 --> 01:55:22.680] You have to gingerly tiptoe around my rights, you moron. [01:55:22.680 --> 01:55:26.680] Well, that implied consent doesn't mean anything. [01:55:26.680 --> 01:55:40.680] If they attempt to take blood from you and you raise no objection, then they maintain that you waived your right by not asserting it. [01:55:40.680 --> 01:55:49.680] This implied nonsense, it means nothing because if you object, then that overcomes the implication. [01:55:49.680 --> 01:55:52.680] So it's meaningless. [01:55:52.680 --> 01:55:57.680] Yeah, they're going to have a real problem taking blood from me in one regard. [01:55:57.680 --> 01:56:07.680] They're going to have contaminated substance because their blood is going to be intermingled with mine when they try to take it. [01:56:07.680 --> 01:56:10.680] So if you get a clean sample, you be my guest. [01:56:10.680 --> 01:56:12.680] That's great. [01:56:12.680 --> 01:56:22.680] Yeah, and also this implied stuff, I mean, and Randy, I know you've said about these court rulings that if you don't object, then that implies that you've waived your rights. [01:56:22.680 --> 01:56:29.680] Well, that just don't jive with the Fourth Amendment where it says that they have to have a warrant still. [01:56:29.680 --> 01:56:38.680] I mean, the courts can try to twist this stuff up however they want, but in the end, it's just a bunch of twisted nonsense. [01:56:38.680 --> 01:56:42.680] And I still say to challenge it because court cases can get overturned. [01:56:42.680 --> 01:56:48.680] And I know it's a difficult thing to unravel bad case law, but we're going to have to start doing it. [01:56:48.680 --> 01:56:53.680] We're going to have to start filing cases, lawsuits, and criminal complaints. [01:56:53.680 --> 01:57:00.680] And we're going to have to at least start trying to unravel this bad case law like what you just mentioned, Randy, [01:57:00.680 --> 01:57:07.680] because if we don't make the attempt to unravel the bad case law, well, then certainly it will never be unraveled. [01:57:07.680 --> 01:57:08.680] I agree. [01:57:08.680 --> 01:57:09.680] Okay. [01:57:09.680 --> 01:57:11.680] I mean, it's just got to go. [01:57:11.680 --> 01:57:13.680] It's just got to stop. [01:57:13.680 --> 01:57:18.680] The way to go after this one is tell them no means no. [01:57:18.680 --> 01:57:24.680] Now, on the blood draws, now, are they, you know, kind of we rewind to the beginning. [01:57:24.680 --> 01:57:35.680] If you've accepted the privilege of being a driver, you have a driver's license and you are driving, then, you know, that's a privilege, right? [01:57:35.680 --> 01:57:37.680] It's not traveling to the grocery store. [01:57:37.680 --> 01:57:38.680] Now, if you... [01:57:38.680 --> 01:57:46.680] Well, but the thing about it is, is we're in the area of one right cannot be required to be surrendered to exercise another. [01:57:46.680 --> 01:57:47.680] And also again... [01:57:47.680 --> 01:57:53.680] He said specifically if you are technically driving, that's not a right. [01:57:53.680 --> 01:57:59.680] Well, yeah, but they have to show that you were engaged in commerce. [01:57:59.680 --> 01:58:03.680] I mean, just because you have a driver's license doesn't mean you were using it at the time. [01:58:03.680 --> 01:58:04.680] Exactly. [01:58:04.680 --> 01:58:07.680] There's an equal protection issue here. [01:58:07.680 --> 01:58:09.680] There's a severe equal protection issue here. [01:58:09.680 --> 01:58:20.680] You're taking one specific type of occupation and you're placing a limitation or requirement upon it that no other occupation has to, you know, give up or retain. [01:58:20.680 --> 01:58:34.680] Well, if you're a pounder, it wouldn't make sense to waive this right. And so it does apply to drivers because the harm tends to be created by driving. [01:58:34.680 --> 01:58:39.680] So to apply this to someone else wouldn't make sense. [01:58:39.680 --> 01:58:40.680] Okay, listen, we're going to the break. [01:58:40.680 --> 01:58:41.680] Does that make sense? [01:58:41.680 --> 01:58:43.680] Well, thank you, Arnold. I said what I need. [01:58:43.680 --> 01:58:44.680] Okay. [01:58:43.680 --> 01:58:44.680] I didn't have a bit of a doubt anyway. [01:58:44.680 --> 01:58:45.680] Okay, Ken. All right. [01:58:45.680 --> 01:58:46.680] Thank you. [01:58:46.680 --> 01:58:53.680] Thanks. All right. We've got open phone lines now, folks. So people, if you want to call in, we're going to break now. [01:58:53.680 --> 01:59:00.680] Call in during the break and get in line 512-646-1984. [01:59:00.680 --> 01:59:06.680] It is so enlightening to listen to 90.1 FM, but finding things on the Internet isn't so easy. [01:59:06.680 --> 01:59:09.680] And neither is finding like-minded people to share it with. [01:59:09.680 --> 01:59:12.680] Oh, well, I guess you haven't heard of Brave New Books then. [01:59:12.680 --> 01:59:13.680] Brave New Books? [01:59:13.680 --> 01:59:20.680] Yes. Brave New Books has all the books and DVDs you're looking for by authors like Alex Jones, Ron Paul, and G. Edward Griffin. [01:59:20.680 --> 01:59:24.680] They even stock inner food, Berkey products, and Calvin Soaps. [01:59:24.680 --> 01:59:26.680] There's no way a place like that exists. [01:59:26.680 --> 01:59:32.680] Go check it out for yourself. It's downtown at 1904 Guadalupe Street just south of UT. [01:59:32.680 --> 01:59:35.680] By UT, there's never anywhere to park down there. [01:59:35.680 --> 01:59:43.680] Actually, they now offer a free hour of parking for paying customers at the 500 MLK parking facility just behind the bookstore. [01:59:43.680 --> 01:59:46.680] It does exist, but when are they open? [01:59:46.680 --> 01:59:51.680] Monday through Saturday, 11 AM to 9 PM, and 1 to 6 PM on Sundays. [01:59:51.680 --> 02:00:06.680] So give them a call at 512-480-2503, or check out their events page at bravenewbookstore.com.
